Graham Platner, you know the guy from Maine. Yeah. He's suspending his Senate campaign. It turns out that when your nominee is Rapey McNatzy, that might not have been the strongest pick. Were there any red flags? Any at all? I mean, other than that giant SS tattoo on his chest. Yeah, no, no, no. I mean, other than the unclad pictures on the grooming website. I mean, like, other than him telling an ex-girlfriend that allegedly he wanted to rape a home invader, but not in a gay way. Were there any red flags at all? Any red flags? Here's the thing. This isn't really a story about one weird dude in Maine. It's a story about a party so high on their own socialist supply, they think they can pour some Zohran Mamdani magic into any Senate race and just win. We'll explore all of it and why this is a warning for Republicans as well. Plus, we're destroying Iranian bridges. Candace Owens says that if you're wearing a maroon shirt today, you probably killed Charlie Kirk and more. This is The Ben Shapiro.
So here is the lesson and it cuts both ways. In 2022, a chunk of the Republican Party convinced itself of something that was not true, that all you had to do to win was to imitate Donald Trump. That Trump wasn't something unique, that he wasn't his own figure. You could just kind of take some Trump-adjacent magic and pour it into a bunch of weird bottles and then win a bunch of Senate seats. So Republicans decided to endorse and then run Herschel Walker, a man who it turns out was genetically related to half the state of Georgia in Georgia, and they lost that seat. And they also ran Doug Maastriano, a kind of strange dude, far too extreme for Pennsylvanians in Pennsylvania. And they lost that seat and they lost another seat by nominating Dr. Oz, who is fine. was nominated over Dave McCormick, who ended up actually becoming a senator. Republicans ran Kari Lake for Arizona governor that same year, despite her being, you know, a conspiracy theorist with some wild, wild mannerisms, and they lost that seat, too. They ran Blake Masters, a tech bro who ran weird commercials with drones in Arizona, and they lost that seat as well. They ran Ton Balduck, a kind of nutty figure in New Hampshire. They lost that seat, too. Overall, Republicans lost during that election cycle at least four Senate seats and at least one gubernatorial seat they probably should have won. because Republicans got high on the Trump's supply. The lesson is that there is only one Donald Trump. He cannot be copied. He cannot be cloned. He cannot be emulated. The magic isn't some sort of just brand and it's not a platform. It is the candidate. His candidate quality matters. Now, Democrats don't seem to have learned that lesson at all. They watched Zohran Mamdani win in New York, a city that has 11 Democrats for every 10 voters. And they drew precisely the wrong conclusion. They decided that the Democratic socialist pixie ducts was actually the transferable part. You just take that stuff and pour it into a bunch of weird bottles the same way that Republicans did back in 2022. And now look at who they are running, a guy in Maine with multiple rape allegations and a swastika problem. And a guy in Michigan, who is so warm to terrorism, he wouldn't celebrate the death of Ayatollah Khomeini because too many of his supporters liked Ayatollah Khomeini. Or a dude in Texas, in Texas, who hates traditional Christians in Texas. That's some wild overconfidence. And it's curdling into stupidity. Again, the exact same disease that cost Republicans the Senate in 2022 could, I suppose we can hope, cost Democrats the Senate in 26. And that's the warning. Forever and always, when you get high on your own supply, when your ideological silo tells you you can't lose and that candidate equality doesn't matter, you nominate people who then go on to lose. Republicans learned it the hard way in 2022 and the Democrats seem like they're about to learn it the hard way in 2026. All of which brings us to Graham Platner. He's suspending his Maine Senate campaign after a sexual assault claim. Now, as I say, the actual real reason that Democrats decided to abandon Graham Platner is because he was losing in the polls. It turns out that the people of Maine were not desperate for a fake oyster farmer who is a little rapy, allegedly, and also had the Nazi tattoo. And those were like his benefits. Those were like the good things about him.
Well, yesterday, he said he intends to exit the race after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her in 2021, causing an insurmountable rupture with his closest allies. Plattenor's fall, according to CNBC, is a seismic shift in the 26 midterm elections as Democrats try to rest control of Congress from Republicans and weaken President Trump's grip on power. Susan Collins is just sitting over there in the corner laughing and laughing and laughing. Members of the main Democratic Party voted on Wednesday night to hold the nominating convention to select a replacement for Graham Platner. And apparently, according to state law, the party can replace him on the ballot by July 27. So again, I think what happened here is he started to lose in the polls and suddenly all these scandals were taken seriously by Democrats just to get rid of him. I mean, think of Joe Biden falling apart during the election cycle and Democrats just supplanting Joe Biden with Kamala Harris. Democrats do this actually not all that rarely. So Graham Platner decided that he was going to cut a video from the woods of mania. in which he painted himself as the victim. It turns out that Graham Platner, sad Fossey Bear over here, was the victim all along. He was the victim all along, Graham Platner. Because when you're a Democratic socialist, you're always the victim, always in forever, no matter what, you are the victim. I mean, sure, you're allegedly a little rapy, but you're the victim. Here's Graham Platner's dropping out video. This is all false. The things that have been claimed did not happen. It's not real. It is placed an immense amount of weight on me as I think about what needs to happen now. Amy and I are regular people. We were not looking for this experience. We were not looking to get into politics. We had no desire to run for office. I just want you to think about what you would do as a regular person in a position where a much larger world, large forces, were working against you personally to accuse you of the worst thing that a person could do. And it was not remotely true. He's the victim. Imagine if it happened to you. Because if you ran for office, surely there would be bevvvvvvies of women emerging to explain that you rape them. I don't know. I don't know. Listen, running for office is tough for sure. And it is true that in today's social media-driven landscape, Everything about you will come to the fore, every single thing, which is something you have to think about when you decide to run for office. The way typically, unfortunately, that people respond to that is they don't run if they have any sense of shame, and they only run if they are shameless. But here's the thing. Graham Platner is totally shameless. I mean, clearly, this is a dude who would get drunk in bars, take off his shirt and show off his Nazi tattoo. So, like, you're not talking about somebody who is driven by any sense of internal guilt or shame over his sins. Clearly, clearly.
In other words, office right now does tend to draw people who are somewhat sociopathic because most people don't want to go through this. But also, most people, if they did go through this, the stuff uncovered about them might not be a Nazi tattoo and rape be McRapelot stories. I'm sure that if I ran for office, the press would uncover something about me. I mean, they might uncover the fact that, you know, I'm really, really bad about locking the doors at night in my house. My wife locks all the doors and we have 24-hour security. But I'm not really great about it. They might uncover the fact that at certain times, I may have been skeptical of particular proposals in our ad copy. We all have our flaws. We all have things about us that if they came out, they would be embarrassing and annoying and all of the rest. I just don't think those things are like. Nazi tattoos and rape allegations. In fact, I feel like most of the people I know. In fact, pretty much everybody I know would not have an allegation about rape or a Nazi tattoo. So I don't think that he's like the biggest victim. Did he not know that? Was he shocked to discover one day? He woke up, he looked in the mirror in the morning and he's like, oh my God, I have a Nazi tattoo. Oh no. What are they? Like, it was a giant Nazi tattoo on your body, my dude. And was he shocked to wake up one morning and discover that there were many allegations about him being kind of rapy? Considering that he was online on kind of rapy websites? I'm sorry, like, he's not the victim. You volunteered in for this and you knew all of this was true. You knew that there was a bunch of crap out there about you. But again, always in forever. He's the victim. Forever. Now, again, I'm just going to point out here that if he actually thinks this is false, He has a moral obligation to stay in the race and fight it. That is the other half of this. If somebody makes a false rape allegation about you, you have a moral obligation to fight false rape allegations and also not to destroy your candidacy on the shoals of that thing. But nobody believes that all of these, the weight of all of these allegations is just nonsense. No one believes that. Now, listen, you probably don't have an online search history as bad as Graham Platner because probably no one has an online search history as bad as Graham Platner. I mean, my dude. But, but also what you search online really is kind of your business. Imagine every Google search you've made over the last year automatically popping up on the Jumbotron at your kid's soccer game. Not just the embarrassing ones like all of them. Restaurant searches, travel plans, everything. Well, that sounds silly, but the internet provider actually has all that information, even if you're using so-called incognito mode. In many countries, they're required to keep logs of your activity here in the United States. They can even sell that information, which is why I use ExpressVPN. It encrypts my internet traffic before it ever reaches my internet provider so they can't see, record, share, or sell my browsing history because they never had it in the first place. The other thing I like is how simple it is one tap on my phone, laptop, desktop, or tablet, and I'm now protected. So if you'd like to join me in fighting for the rights of privacy, now would be the best time to do it. In human history, because ExpressVPN is now available at just 3.49 a month. If you use my special link, you can get four extra months of service at expressvpn.com slash ben.
That's E-X-P-R-E-S-V-P-N-S-V-P-N for four extra months of service. And so Graham Platner, after explaining that he was innocent, he explained why he was suspending the campaign. We are suspending campaign operations. This is incredibly difficult because I know that some will think it's an admission of guilt, and it most certainly is not. We're not doing it because of the allegations. We're doing it because of the structures that are being taken away from us by those in power. Oh, it's the powerful systems again. Oh, yeah, like APAC. And it turns out we should all be sat along with him because all he wanted, all he wanted in life was a fair system. That's all he wanted. All he wanted was no genocide and health care. And by the way, you should absolutely take lessons on genocide from a dude who has a tattoo of the largest genocidal group in human history. Anyway, here's Graham Platner. All we were asking for was healthcare, was to end a genocide. Oh. To use our taxpayer dollars at home to uplift our communities instead of waging war overseas. We were asking for a fair system. We were asking for an end to the corruption, the end to the money in politics. We were asking for real democracy, and we did it the right way, and we won. Oh, wow. I mean, win. But now the ball is the core of the democratic establishment. Isn't the real victory the friends they made along the way? I mean, if you're sensing a little bit of Shud and Freud from me, that's because it's a lot of Shud and Freud from me. Guys, don't nominate people with Nazi tattoo. Again, this is like a low bar. This is a really low bar. Just a really low bar. Hilariously, there's a group of independent activists. Campaign advisors like Morris Katz, the Silver Spoon Socialist Advisor Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Zohran Mamdani in New York. And they say that they paid a firm to Vet Graham Platner. Well, you might want to get your money back, guys. How did you go about vetting him? And why did you? We paid a, yeah, we paid a nice firm, a whole chunk of money and got some stuff back, some of what you've seen on the news we got back, other stuff we didn't. Did the vetting process turn up the tattoo that became so controversial? No. and said Daniel Moroff, one of the independent activists. I'm curious what stuff came back. Honestly, like I'm a little curious. He says some of the stuff you've seen on in the news came back. Some did not. Which part of it was acceptable to you? Which part of it? Was it the like kick account? Like the grooming account? Was it the comments about jacking it in the porta pot? Like which part came back? Because all of that was publicly available, by the way. Which part came back? That's the part that's confusing. And the hard left, by the way, continues to try to blame everybody but Graham Platner. Ryan Grimm, who's the head of a pretty terrible site called DropSight, he was out there on breaking points with Crystal and Sager talking about how really the real victim, of course, is Graham Platner in all of this. Jenny Raskot had been, quote, texting Graham Platner about needing her glute massaged. That detail didn't make our story. Right. A glute massage. Mm-hmm.
within about a half an hour of getting this glute massage text Graham Platner is in the house now she says she says she followed up no no no don't come don't come because now because he texted back I'm on so he's wasted clearly he gets this message I need you know I need my glute massage right he comes over he's and he's text back I'm coming over and she said she's like wait wait don't come over that she says don't come over right over this is Maine he's not taking the subway like so he's driving drunk drunk driving drunk driving over there yes comes into the house and then it gives but and then he's she says he's grabbing her on the couch where she's saying no right where's he grabbing her like is he like immediately starting like the glute massage or whatever right anyway Oh, well. And then thank you for that, for that amazing insight there, Ryan Grimm. Excellent, excellent job. It's hilarious how once it was acceptable to point out that he's a piece of crap, suddenly the media start paying attention to the fact that Graham Platner is a piece of crap. So Axios yesterday has a piece about how Graham Platner wasn't even an oyster farmer. Oh, maybe the Washington Free Beacon reported that legitimately a month ago. Maybe. We talked about it on the show. But now Axios is saying, Starting with their launch video last August, Graham Platner and his team billed him as an oyster farmer. He titled most of the media, including Axios at times, repeated without scrutiny. But as early as August, he told the ideologically friendly outlets he makes little money from selling oysters and it's not how he makes a living. Graham Platner and his team pitched him as a working class manor who bought his house with veterans benefits. But in reality, his father loaned him $200,000 for the home. Graham Platner said last fall he's never been close to money and power. He briefly attended the elite prep school Hotchkiss in Connecticut before attending a private school in Maine. Now, the Graham Platner campaign is trying to pull potential replacements. They're trying to take someone else and shove that person into the slot. That would include former Maine State Senate President Troy Jackson and Secretary of State Shunabello's. Jackson is testing the best. They have one poll showing Jackson leading Susan Collins. Janet Mills would be trailing Susan Collins by a fair bit. Now again, it'll be interesting to see where this race goes. Maybe it's early enough that the Democrats are able to recover, but Susan Collins is a political survivor par excellence. And it doesn't help your party when it turns out that you were totally fine for months running. a person who appears to be a sexually perverse sociopath. It turns out that that may not have been a good look. But here's the thing. The entire Democratic Party is swiveling into DSA land really, really, really quickly. And DSA land is filled with crazy people. See, political ideology very often aligns with levels of crazy. It's why when you walk into a libertarian party convention, it looks like the center ring at a three ring circus. It's filled with clowns and her suit ladies and bizarre world elephants. And like the libertarian, like certain ideologies cross over with certain types of humans. That obviously is true.
And so if you welcome the DSA, which is a bunch of revolutionary psychopaths into your party, well, it turns out that you may end up with some revolutionary psychopaths as candidates. Coming up, Democrats want to have it both ways, but they keep hiring bad candidates. Like, it's not just Graham Platner, over in Maine. They're hiring bad candidates everywhere, but you can't afford to hire bad candidates. You can't. This is why you need zip recruiter. See, here's the thing. You don't have time for this. First, something that surprises people when they start a business is how often success comes down to just answering the phone. Not branding, not marketing, just doing the very simple thing of answering the phone. The problem is most businesses are still trying to manage communication with systems that were not built for modern teams. Some messages are in email, some in text, some in voicemails. Some are sitting in somebody's CRM. Eventually, nobody knows who responded to whom. And that's why today's episode is brought to you by Quo. It's spelled QUO, the business communication system built so you never miss a call. Quo gives your entire team one shared number for calls and texts. Everybody can see the full conversation history, which means customers don't have to repeat themselves over and over again. every time they talk to a different person. Quo also works wherever you work on your phone, your computer, in the office, on the road. You can keep your existing number, add teammates quickly, sync your CRM, and let call routing handle itself as your business grows. Because this is 2026, AI is built in. It can even qualify leads to response or respond after hours, helping your business stay responsive even when you're not actively working. Everything lives in one place, calls, text, voicemails, transcripts, customer, and details. Your team gets the full picture before every conversation, and that creates a better experience for everybody involved. There's a reason Quo is the number one rated business phone system on G2 with more than 3,000 reviews and why over 90,000 businesses rely on it to stay connected and responsive. Money's on the line. Always say hello with Quo. Try Quo for free. Plus, get 20% off your first six months when you go to Quo.com slash Ben. That's QUO.com slash Ben. So the Democrats are trying to have it both ways. They want the jet fuel of DSA energy, but also they want to claim that the DSA is not actually... painting them into a corner, the Democratic Socialist of America. We're growing by leaps and bounds. Representative Debbie Dingell of Michigan, she says, no, no, no. The DSA is not painting us into a corner. Uh-huh. Sure. Well, first of all, I don't think that the DSA is painting us into corners. I think that we're representative government and we think they're part of the big tent. Like, do you think that they fit within the Democratic Party?
You know what I take people back to? I think everybody in this country, Republican and Democrats, think that Social Security is very critical for many people. Sure. My father's law was one of the authors of Social Security and was called a communist. Now, I don't agree with some of the things I've heard the candidates say in New York. I don't agree with everything either Haley or Abdul have said. They're both colleagues, they're both friends, and I'm neutral in this race. She's neutral with regard to the DSA and the psychotics. Well, they're going to eat your lunch. They're going to eat your lunch. It's funny to watch sort of the old school Democrats try to convince themselves that like sort of, like Quint in jaws, they are halfway down the shark and they're maintaining that their legs have not been eaten at this point. Representative Jim Himes, another Democrat, he says, you know, don't worry so much about this. Zohran Mamdani isn't going to get his government-owned grocery stores or anything like that. Zohran Mamdani, right? You think Zohran Mamdani is really going to get municipally owned grocery stores? No, he's not. But when he talks about that, people say, he's getting me. He's getting me. And that's enough to get... By the way, when Donald Trump says, I'm beating up on Walmart over beef prices. That's insane. This table agrees that that's insane. It's not going to stop inflation. But America looks at that and says... We had Joe Biden talking about transitory inflation, and Trump's at least trying. He's calling the Walmart guy up and says, I'm sticking the DOJ on you if you don't lower prices. America sees that and says, hey, I'll take that guy. Okay, so again, they keep claiming DSA's not eating them. DSA is eating them. And that means that they are taking this sort of DSA ideology and pouring it into a bunch of pretty terrible candidates. Because again, that DSA ideology tends to draw candidates who have some problems. That includes, for example, running a pro-terrorism person named Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, who also happens to be a habitual liar. So he was on with Medi Hassan. another person who never should have been granted American citizenship. And Medi Hassan questioned him about the fact that Sayyad has been going around saying that he's a doctor and he's not actually a doctor and it got a little awkward. You got attacked by your rivals for calling yourself a physician, not just a doctor, even though you don't have a valid state medical license in New York or Michigan, which apparently is what you need legally to call yourself a physician. Do you wish you just stuck to calling yourself a doctor, which you are, to avoid all of this controversy and attacks on your physician status? You know, at the end of the day, it's not about whether or not I'm a physician or a doctor. The question is, can you see a doctor? It's not about my education. It's about whether or not your kid gets a good at education. So I'm just not spending time. People would say it's also about, did you tell the truth? Well, I would say that I was the health director for the city Detroit. I've done more to provide more people health care or eliminate their medical debt than most doctors have done in their practice career. So I'm proud of the work that I did. I took my medical education in a different direction. And I did graduate from a school that's literally called Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. So you can go have that argument with Columbia University if you'd like.
You know, I too am a doctor. I'm a jurist doctor, meaning I'm a lawyer. But again, lying is of no consequence. Also, Abdul Sajad, claiming that he delayed his financial disclosures for reasons that make no sense. Haley Stevens has also attacked you and Mike Rogers for being millionaires, who she says conveniently did not file their 2026 personal financial disclosures. You sought an extension through August 13th, I believe, which is after the primary. Was this to avoid transparency with your builders? Why not released them before the election? No, taxes get complicated. My wife and her family own property abroad, and so getting all those tax forms is a thing. And this is, by the way, the same extension that... She said you're a millionaire and you're hiding that. Well, if you take my assets and my wife's assets together, then I guess they add up to something like that. But my career has never been about trying to maximize on money. Otherwise, I would have just gone and been a surgeon. Oh, weird, weird that he delayed his financial disclosures to avoid. By the way, he's now claiming he's not a Democratic socialist. He just agrees with everything they say. But he's not one of them because if people realize in Michigan that he is one of them, then he might lose. Remember, the last Senate race in Michigan was extremely, extremely close. Mike Rogers, the Republican, only lost by a fraction of a percentage point in that race. Do you define yourself as a socialist, a democratic socialist? I don't, and it's largely because I'm a person of faith, and then everyone else has to bring empirics. I look for solutions that are purpose fit to problems. I wrote the book on Medicare for All because... I wanted to make sure that this was the approach that we could take to guaranteeing everybody health care in America. And when it comes to our economy, I'm somebody who read about capitalism. And anybody who knows about capitalism knows that the biggest danger to capitalism was never government regulation. It was always monopoly and oligopoly. And you think about the options you have in any given market that you have to be a part of, whether it's buying meat at the grocery store or it's deciding to go visit grandma in another state. You got like one or two options. And those options can work via algorithms to just start raising rates on you. It feels like you're constantly being monetized. That's not what capitalism was supposed to be about. So he's explaining why he is a Democratic socialist by saying he's not a Democratic socialist. This is who they're running in Michigan. Oh, they also decided the Democratic Socialist Party of America, which is what the Democratic Party now is. They have also decided it would be a great idea to run a dude who hates Christians in Texas. This is a flashback. of James Talarico some years ago talking about children being trans. Democrats decided that they needed anti-Christian howdy duty over here as their candidate in Texas. You saw it in the anti-LGBQ legislation, including the bill that would have denied gender affirming health care to trans children. And then, of course, famously, infamously, we saw it last session with the most extreme abortion ban in the country. All of these ideologies.
stem from this this christofascism movement which essentially like i said is is just using faith to exercise raw political social and economic power right so you want the guy who talked about christofascism running for senate in texas again it's a move democrats if you lose the senate seats in maine in michigan in Texas. You ain't winning back to the Senate. I mean, if you lose in Maine alone, you're not winning back to the Senate. And this is your own fault. You decided to do this because here's the thing. There are some Normie Democrats who are running in some of these states. And by Norma, I mean, very left-wing Democrats running in states where they are very likely to win. Roy Cooper in North Carolina is very likely to win that Senate seat that is currently held by Thom Tillis over North Carolina and flip a seat. It is quite possible that in Ohio, Sherrod Brown, who is a longtime senator and is very left-wing, but is not kind of a total psychotic. that he may win in Ohio over John Husted. Again, that's an uphill battle for him. But the Democratic Party has no systematic immunity at all to the insane in their party. And this is going to bleed over into 2028. So take a look at the Kalshi markets right now on 2028 for the Democratic nomination. Cali is one of our sponsors. And what you see is Gavin Newsom nosediving, right? He was up near 40% in terms of how many people thought he was going to end up as the nominee. just back in September October. And now he's all the way back down at 20%. Gaining quickly are Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who's up to 17%, and Jon Ossoff in Georgia, who's at 15%. Now, Assov is also going to peak too early. He's going to go away too. The idea that they're going to nominate a Jewish Democrat, uh-huh, no, that's not happening. Because the party is not going to allow it. They will not allow it. It is worth noting at this point that according to polling, From Gallup, roughly two-thirds of Democrats sympathize more with Palestinians than Israelis. That is not just they don't like Benjamin Netanyahu. That is, they actually sympathize with Palestinians, meaning a group of people governed by terrorist groups, more than the Israelis. Sympathy for Israel is down to 17% among Democrats. You think they're going to nominate Jon Ossoff or Rahm Emanuel? And I got to say that as a religious Jew, I find it amusing and annoying at the same time to watch some of these would-be Jewish Democratic candidates try desperately to beg, borrow, and steal their way back into the Democratic Party. by suggesting that while they are kind of pro-Israel, actually the real problem is Benjamin Netanyahu. The real problem is the IDF. The real problem is that there's no two-state solution. Guys, you're trying your warmed over Clintonism from 1998. It is not going to work. It's not going to work, number one, because it's not realistic. There is no two-state solution in Israel. It is not happening. The reason it's not happening is because you have a terrorist group, Kamaas, that governs one area, and you have another terrorist group, the Palestinian Authority, that governs another area. So it's not happening, just on a realistic level. It is not going to happen. But put all of that aside, if Rahm Emanuel, for example, who went over to Tel Aviv just to lecture the Israelis, who have now been undergoing three years of continuous warfare, he went to lecture them on how bad and terrible they are. And if they were just a little nicer, then the Democrats would like them more. If he thinks that that is going to buy him any points at all inside the Democratic base, he's out of his mind. Maybe it makes some of his friends feel better in L.A.
But it makes no one feel better in the Root Democratic Party who openly now sympathize with the red green alliance, the sort of communist Islamist alliance. Here's Rahm Emanuel trying to buy his way back into the good graces by pretending that it's all about Benjamin Netanyahu and Tanyahu rather than for Democrats the existence of the state of Israel at this point, which it increasingly is. The prime minister and his government have led Israel into a dead end. For too long, American policy towards Israel operated under the assumption that the best thing Washington to do for Jerusalem is to blindly, to silently stand behind your government without conditions, without demands, without consequences, even when we disagreed. That has been our mistakes. This is just nonsense. And it's been not a favor to you. Unconditional support has produced a Prime Minister who has presumed that his strategic interest would incur no political costs if he ignored America's concerns about settlements and sparked a regional war. He believes that being Sparta, sparked a regional war. It was Israel. It sparked a regional war. Not Hamas' invasion. Even despite the reality that his own idol, Winston Churchill, Once argued that weapons are not sufficient by themselves, we must add to them the power of ideas. Your government has been complicit. I can't listen to this schmuck anymore. I mean, Ramamanu, playing this dumb game, put aside that, like, on a factual level, he's just wrong and stupid. And the reality is that it wouldn't matter. If it were Gotti Eisencott leading the Israeli government right now, Gadi Eisencott is campaigning against Benjamin Netanyahu. He's his chief rival. He's campaigning against Benjamin Netanyahu from his right. He is saying that Benjamin Netanyahu needs to be doing more in Lebanon and more in Iran. But put aside the actual facts of the situation, you know, Rahm Emanuel suggesting that there's been unconditional support for Israel. That's weird because it turns out that, for example, the memorandum of understanding that the Trump administration signed essentially tried to box in Israel's freedom of action in both Lebanon and Iran. It turns out that Joe Biden was trying to slow walk weapons to Israel in the middle of an existential war and telling Israel not to invade Rafa. So it's not true. But put all that aside, understand the political dynamic that Emmanuel is trying to play here and it's not going to work. It's not going to work for Jon Ossoff. It's not going to work for Josh Shapiro. And it's not going to work for Emmanuel. The Jewish Democrats who want to run for president think that it's going to be sufficient for them to say that they're quasi-pro Israel. They just don't like Benjamin Netanyahu. Good luck with that. Good luck with that in a Democratic primary. It ain't going to happen because, again, your party is being eaten from the inside out. Now, if the lesson here for Democrats is don't be crazy, And the lesson should be the same for Republicans. Don't be crazy. Which brings us to the preliminary hearing on Tyler Robinson's alleged murder of Charlie Kirk that's happening in Utah this week. Now again, the evidence that is emerging in the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing is stuff that because of contemporaneous media reporting we already knew existed. Like, for example, Tyler Robinson turning himself in at the behest of his parents. See, here's the thing, typically. When a murder suspect turns himself in to the cops and confesses to the thing, typically that is good evidence that he did the thing. Typically. Here is some of the footage from the turning himself in. You can see this is the security footage. You can see him from he walks in. That is obviously Tyler Robinson. and you see him in the police station preparing to turn himself in for the murder of Charlie Clark. Now, he is wearing a maroon shirt. One Candace Owens, she is claiming that may not be Tyler Robinson. Quote, as I demonstrated on my show, there were many young men that all woke up and decided to dress in maroon shirts and light shorts on the day of Charlie's assassination. The footage can be any one of these young men, and in my opinion is likely multiple of them. If Tyler Robinson's defense would like to contact me, I'd be happy to supply them in the folder of the maroon boys that I began archiving when I noticed the bizarre fashion trend. I have thus far ID two of them, but we'll focus on IDing the rest of them when I am back on air. I've maintained that the feds had multiple decoy maroon boys on the ground that day. Without a clear image, they certainly cannot declare it as Tyler Robinson, which is why all the Zionist influencers are the Uden. are hoping they can simply hypnotize the public into trusting blurry images and videos. Ooh, we're using our hypnotic powers to show you evidence. Ooh. For such an open and shut case, they have thus far provided zero evidence of anything outside of a criminal government conspiracy, the likes of which hasn't been seen since the JFK assassination. So she is now offering to help acquit, work to acquit, the murderer of Charlie Kirk. But don't worry. That's because she was Charlie's best friend and cares so deeply. Clearly. She also put out a statement saying, quote, this to Blake Neff. Blake, of course, is one of the higher ups at TPUSA. No Blake Neff. You watch every single episode of my show and therefore know exactly what my stance is. So don't play obtuse, Blakey.
I do not believe the footage of him turning himself in as a body double. I believe the footage on and around campus of people in similar maroon shirts are all various decoys. And that is the reason that the footage is blurry. My podcast is too big for you to lie about my position. It's the maroon shirt brigade guys. It's like the entire football team of the Arizona Cardinals is responsible for this. It was the USC marching band. I have always maintained that Tyler Robinson agreed to go into the police station despite maintaining his innocence because the former undercover officer Mike Mitchell told him he had no choice and would otherwise risk swat breaking into his home to arrest him, potentially putting his and his family's lives at risk. I've never changed my position on this. And thus far, there has been zero evidence presented, which has disproven me. As an example, here is just one shot of three different young solo men on campus that day wearing maroon. Ooh. Ooh. Wow. I mean, chilling. I mean, crimson, maroon. That's what it's all. It's about the color coding. Because that's what you would do. If you were going to commit a murder, you just go get a bunch of people as decoys. Oh, retarded. Oh my gosh. I said yesterday on X that Candace Owens is an IQ test and many people are failing. She says we also found young men bizarrely holding maroon shirts as though they were exchanging t-shirts. I believe we will eventually learn that some of these young men are part of a military unit because military units utilize color of the day to organize and undercover operations that require them to wear plain clothes and pass off as citizens. Man, she is so on top of it. My goodness. Imagine if she were a doctor. I mean, if she dedicated this kind of brain power to curing cancer. I mean, my, like, just her blazingly astonishing intellect, whew, who. I mean, it, it's, it just leaps off the screen at you. This blazing intelligence, an IQ level that just exceeds Einstein by leaps in bounds. Clearly, when she turns that laser-like focus on a subject like Charlie Kirk's murder, she'll indubitably come up. with a Hercule Perot style solution to this. I mean, like, how could we doubt her? How could we? Well, in the words of Robert Downey Jr. in Tropic Thunder, never go full retard. And here's the thing. A lot of people seem to be going full retard. Not just by taking whatever cyber cyanide, Candace is selling over an online Jonestown over there. By believing, because again, this all ties into a bigger thing, these broader conspiracy theories peddled by all of Candace's friends. Because, again, Let's just be real about this. Tucker Carlson says exactly the same kind of crap. He just doesn't do the maroon t-shirt stuff. You know, well, you know, we all know that Charlie was probably not killed for trans stuff. He was killed over Israel. You've got Megyn Kelly over there saying, I would never, I would never. F you, you want me to condemn Candace Owens saying this stuff? F you, never, no way. But I love Erica. Oh, we love, oh, we love Erica. We can all see. We have eyeballs. Those eyeballs are connected to our brain. So we can see what's happening, guys. But the thing is that these sort of broader conspiracy theories are all tied together. It's all tied into a broader theory that your life is controlled by evil and mysterious systems, that you are not in control of your life. And that your spirit guide through this mysterious and chaotic universe is, once again, the platonic intellect of Candace Owens. She will provide you the architecture.
of life. Candace Owens will guide you through all of the, the kissitudes of existence. Candace Owens, she and her friends, she and Tucker Carlson, she and all of them, they have great insight into how the universe works. And if you just give them $9.99 a month, then they will help you to navigate all of the rocks and shoals that undergird the rivers of your life. Folks, if you decide to buy any of this, I'm sorry, you're the mark, you're the sucker. Don't drink the Kool-Aid because it makes you dumb. It makes you stupid. All righty. So, meanwhile, the war in Iran continues because it turns out that the war in Iran never stopped for Iran. Yesterday, it was announced that the president had ditched his new Air Force One. So some of us thought, hey, you know, maybe, maybe, maybe. We should not have taken a jet from Qatar because Qatar is just an Iranian ally. And reality exists. And no matter how much we wish reality away, reality always wins. This is one of the themes of my show. Reality always wins, always undefeated reality. You can try to fight reality, reality will win. You can try to buck reality, reality will win. You can try to misinterpret it away. Reality will always reassert itself because reality exists. Qatar is an Iranian cutout. And if you accept a $400 million jet from Qatar, That probably isn't going to work out amazing. Well, on Wednesday, the president announced that he would not fly out of Turkey aboard his luxurious new Air Force One constructed by Qatar. Why? Well, we don't know. Instead, he departed the annual NATO summit using the older model of Air Force One. He had stopped using that last week in favor of the $400 million palace on wings. The president claimed that the plane switch was so that U.S. troops in England could tour the upgrade. Sure. Eh. No. Because everyone was so excited to tour the new Air Force one. Yeah, that makes sure. I think it probably has more to do with the fact that the Iranians keep saying they want to kill him. And maybe it turns out that if you accept a jet from the Iranian's greatest diplomatic ally in Qatar, or if you accept favors from the Pakistanis, also allied with the Iranians, that ain't a great idea. There was President Trump acknowledging that the Iranian regime would like to kill him. which is only obvious because they keep putting up posters saying they want to kill him. Everything's gone. Their leaders are gone. They had leaders, they're gone. And they had another set of leaders. They're gone. Now they have another set of leaders. They may be gone. Who knows? And you know what? I may be gone to because I'm their number one target. It's out all over the place. I'm their number one because they're scum. That's the way they act. And that's the way they've done it for 47 years. So the president said in this NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey, that the Iranian regime was scum, which, of course, they are. I mean, that seems like a pretty good description of a group of people who murdered 42,000 people in the streets over a single weekend. Well, he was asked, what changed? Because you were calling them rational five seconds ago. And he's like, well, then I got to know them. Today, you said they were scum, sick people and being led by sick people. What changed and do you think they're going to know them? So I've said that about a lot.
Look at Marco Rubio's face in the background, the Secretary of State. Because he actually knows. Like Marco Rubio lives in the world of reality. He doesn't live in the fancies land of dumb negotiations that go nowhere. In any case, the president then said, maybe I'll have to finish the job. Well, yes, I mean, reality will dictate that. Reality will dictate that either you walk away and Iran has more leverage or you don't walk away and you have to finish it. Those are the choices. There is no third magical choice where Iran moderates and becomes our friend. That is not how the world works. Based on their actions over the last week or two, they're not doing a service to the people. And I think more than anything else is I got to know them. And I'm not sure I want to make a deal with them. We can play games, but I'm not sure I want to make a deal. Let's just finish the job. Okay, um, you know, that would be the right idea. So last night, there was an exchange of fire between the United States and Iran. According to the Wall Street Journal, the United States pounded targets that included missile and drone sites near the Strait of Hormuz, while Iran fired on Kuwait, which hosts U.S. military bases, according to a senior U.S. official. On Thursday, Jim Jordan said its air defenses had intercepted eight Iranian missiles. The United States struck 90 military targets to further degrade Iran's ability to attack commercial shipping and innocent civilian mariners in the Strait of Hormuz, according to Sentcom. Explosions were reported in Bandar Abbas and Syric, which are located along the coast, framing the Strait of Hormuz. The U.S. attacks were broader in scope than Tuesdays. They included air defense systems, coastal surveillance asset, naval capabilities, and logistics infrastructures, including a bridge in Iran. Now, one thing you will notice is that the Iranians, they're firing at Kuwait, they're firing at Bahrain, they've been firing at UAE, at Jim Jordan. You notice that they're not firing at Israel. You want to know the reason they're not firing at Israel? They fire at Israel. They're getting clocked and they know it. That is the reason they're not firing at Israel. You would figure that they hate the Jews the most. They would fire it at Israel. Nope. They're not going to do that because they are afraid of what Israel would do in response. So in essence, the United States is still holding back its hand. The United States is still dictating to Israel that Israel shouldn't get involved, obviously. So we'll have to see how this plays out, but let's just put it this way. I think the wishes and hopes that Iran would be moderate, the new regime. It's not a reality. It just isn't. Now, what should happen? Well, we need to actually restock regardless of what you think about the war in Iran or the pursuit of interest in Iran. Leaving our cupboard empty militarily is a dumb idea. The fact that we are still holding up in Congress funding. To restock the Defense Department is ridiculous and insane because we have enemies in, say, China and in Russia. And if you would like the United States to be able to deter further action, further aggression, you need to fund up. Mitch McConnell's absence, unfortunately, his three-week hospitalization is throwing a wrench into this. According to Politico, Mitch McConnell chairs the Senate Appropriations panel that controls Pentagon spending, and he is hoping to move forward a $1.5 trillion boost for the military. Now, the White House doesn't necessarily need Mitch McConnell's vote to advance a third reconciliation bill, but his absence is definitely a complication. Again, just demonstrating once again that many of the people that quote unquote the base hates most are people who are quite vital for the pursuit of American interests abroad.
It's me, the Price Line Negotiator. We don't need the jingle twice. What about a third time? Stop it. This is about vacation inflation and how Priceline negotiates amazing deals on hotels, flights, and rental cars. Seems like you just said it. Yeah, but I didn't mention that you can save up to 60% off hotels in the Priceline app. Time to be the tabline. Fine. No one deals more deals than... Priceline. Please stop. Priceline. Toucher. Okay, meanwhile, as we've seen, the president was at this NATO summit over in Ankara. The president has been right for years about NATO self-funding, about nations in NATO having to increase their funding. He's been right about that for years. Now, let's take a second and review what NATO is for. Originally, NATO was formed in the aftermath of World War II. The basic idea of NATO was to keep the Germans down, meaning you didn't want a reconstituted, unified Germany that was going to launch World War III. To keep the Americans in, meaning keeping America's interests protected in Europe, and to keep the Russians out, meaning keep the Russian bare at bay. That's what NATO was formed to do, those three things. Keep the Americans in, the Russians out, and the Germans down. That's what it was for. Over time, it was no longer important to keep the Germans down because the Germans had moderated and you no longer had a Nazi regime or a Nazi adjacent regime. And so as things developed, the other two things ended up being quite critical, keeping the United States in and keeping the Russians out. NATO was always, always, an anti-Russian force. That's what it was for. Why? Well, because Russia, its interests, as we used to know until 30 seconds ago, are adversarial to those of the West. I know that there are propagandists out there who are either being paid or are just dumb, who are maintaining that somehow Russia's interests are aligned with our own. I would like to see one single solitary shred of evidence this is the case. Certainly Vladimir Putin does not say that when he's speaking in Russian to his own people. Certainly his chief philosopher, Alexander Dugan, doesn't say that. Instead, the idea is that Russian imperial adventurism abroad is necessary to the Russian identity, which is why Russia, over the past couple of weeks, has been threatening Poland. They're prodding. They're trying to see where NATO is weak. Well, the president until now has had this kind of bizarre position where he wants NATO to spend more on self-defense, but he won't say self-defense against whom, right? Because again, I also want NATO to spend on its own defense, but that defense is mostly directed against, wait for Russia. While the president seems to be waking up to the reality that perhaps the Russians are, in fact, the problem, he had a very good meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky, the prime minister of Ukraine. And it went very well. From said that he would let Ukraine make patriots, Patriot missiles. One of the things we're going to be talking about is we're going to give a license to you to make patriots. That's pretty cool, right? This way you can't complain that we're not giving them enough. I say, make them yourself. We haven't informed the company of that yet, but that'll work out all right. So according to the New York Times, Ukraine has long pressed its Western allies for more patriot interceptors, but global inventories are under severe strain. And so Ukraine has now been given the ability to develop its own patriots, which are shooting, they're made for shooting down missiles coming the other way. Ukraine's Air Force did not intercept any of the 23 ballistic missiles launched by Russia last week.
Volodymyr Zelensky said in an evening address on Monday, again, he's the president of Ukraine. We have long made the case. We are capable of producing such defensive weapons ourselves. If Ukraine were granted U.S. licenses to produce patriots, our own production would be sufficient to both protect Ukraine and to help partners in need. So it's good. You know, the president is recognizing this. President Trump asked Volodymyr Zelensky if he would go to Moscow and it turned a little funny. President Vladimir Putin said, I would love to meet in Moscow. And I said, I don't think, you know, I have to put myself in this position. I don't know that he'd go to Moscow. Maybe he would. Would you go to Moscow? It's difficult. There are a lot of Ukrainian drones that they are identified. It was dangerous. It was dangerous. Volodymyr Zelensky getting off a pretty good line there. But the reality is the president seems to be awaking to Russia's nefarious influence in the region. Now, I will say that the downside of the NATO summit was the president's warm verbiage about Turkey. Turkey is in fact a nefarious force in the region. Turkey is very much wedded to terrorist groups, including Hamas, terrorist groups, including the Muslim Brotherhood. Turkey does have its own imperial ambitions in the Middle East. They extend down into Syria. And is Turkey, presumably, that has been suggesting Syrian involvement in Lebanon, which is a terrible, terrible idea. Turkey, of course, is very close with Russia. So if the idea of NATO was a counter-Russian weight, Turkey originally joined NATO in 1952 as a weight against Russia. That is why it was joined to NATO. America used to have Jupiter missiles stationed in Turkey for this reason. If Turkey is just going to be a Russian cat's paw, there's no reason for them to be part of NATO anymore. Certainly selling them F-35s would be a pretty terrible idea. Turkey is basically triangulating. They want our weaponry, but they really want to align their interests with China, Russia, and Iran. That's what Turkey is doing. So mistake to draw Turkey close because, again, you're welcoming an adder into your bed. Meanwhile, closer to home, the National Museum of American History at the Smithsonian is a taxpayer-funded museum. And it is increasingly crazy. President Trump has been calling out the fact that their exhibits are wildly anti-Western. And he is not wrong. Yesterday, the White House Domestic Policy Council put out a 162 page pamphlet of study called Saving America's Story. And it pointed out how the Smithsonian. offers a view of American history that, quote, no longer treats the American story as a shared national inheritance to be taught or celebrated. Instead, the idea is that the United States was founded only for some, that it is a sectarian and terrible place. In one exhibit, for example, the Pledge of Allegiance is described as a tool to, quote, instill American nationalism through flag ceremonies. I mean, I'm confused as to why that would be a bad thing. How about the Pledge of Allegiance is a ritual design to allow children to understand why it is that it is good to be American? The museum says that Benjamin Netanyahu Franklin is both racist and anti-immigrant, points out that Alexander Hamilton owns slaves, ignores the fact that both of them were actually quite abolitionist in their time. One Smithsonian.
study about the Broadway musical Hamilton described Hamilton as influential and flawed. It did not note that he was a drafter of the Federalist papers. And also it didn't note that he also helped found the Anti-Slavery New York Manumission Society in 1785. The Smithsonian Undersecretary for Museums and Culture named Kevin Gover. said in 2016 at Brown University that he wanted to replace Columbus Day with Indigenous People's Day because Christopher Columbus was a slaver and a killer. Also, the Smithsonian Undersecretary for Education, a person in Monique Kism, and museum director Anthea Hartig began museum speeches with land acknowledgments. And land acknowledgments is the dumb thing where people get up at the beginning of an event and they say, we are now standing on Iroquois land, to which the normal response is, okay, so why don't you give it back? because this is dumb. Acknowledging that you, quote, unquote, stole the land from somebody is usually the precursor to giving it back to them, or alternatively, land changes hands over the course of human history, and we should stop with this nonsense. The Smithsonian Art Museum and Smithsonian Learning Lab created a poster that says, quote, whiteness as a concept is foundational to the history of the United States, actively shaping this country's social, cultural, political, and economic structures. And, of course, the museum. has a We Belong Here exhibit in which we are told that, quote, the struggle for equal opportunity in sports began long before Title IX, and it continues today as transgender, non-binary, and cisgender female athletes demand equality. The feds fund about 62% of the Smithsonian budgets and $1.1 billion in fiscal 2026. So the recommendation by the Trump administration was maybe we shouldn't do the America hating routine. By the way, they also call Mickey Mouse, they say the Mickey Mouse quote, with his outsized facial features, white gloves and trickster temperament represents, quote, vestiges of longstanding traditions of blackface minstrelsy. I have a question. Have you ever watched Mickey Mouse and gone, hey, that reminds me a blackface? Has that been a thing you do? Maybe the key about Mickey Mouse is that Mickey Mouse was the foundational character in the creation of an entertainment enterprise that spans the globe. Literally every child on planet Earth knows who Mickey Mouse is. And yet somehow the Smithsonian's key lesson is it must have been racist somehow. Yeah, it turns out that all of these career staffers at government institutions like the Smithsonian need to be reexamined in terms of their politics. Because... How you educate the next generation makes an awful lot of difference in terms of how they think about the country. And you may think that it's minor or you may think that it's stupid or that it doesn't matter very much. It's not true. Millions of schoolchildren this year will go to the Smithsonian. And if the place is overwhelmingly oriented to our vision of America that is left wing, that does have an impact. And there have been studies suggesting. that one of the best indicators as to whether a child grows up conservative or liberal in the United States is whether they go to a Fourth of July parade when they're a kid. Experiences determine how you think. And if you go to the Smithsonian, you read a bunch of exhibits about how America is racist, transphobic, terrible, that's going to make a difference. And no, we should not be spending our taxpayer money on that. By the way, if you want to know more about our founders for real, we have a series.
