The states and the localities have no controlling legal authority over federal agents that are engaged in immigration enforcement. Matter of fact, the supremacy clause in the U.S. Constitution trumps both the states and the localities in this regard. And so there is that, Jeff. And also, Jeff, just everything that's going on with these sanctuary cities, with these sanctuary states.

The language out of Hasan Piker, Jeff, this is an insurrection. This is a rolling insurrection that's going on. 2024 presidential election, Trump returned to office with 312 electoral votes. All seven swing states carried, a popular vote mandate of 78 million Americans all across this country. And one of the main things that coalition voted for, Jeff, was mass deportations. Jeff, you had millennials and boomers. standing side by side in that coalition. It was mass deportations. It was medical freedom. We wanted Maha as part of that coalition. Now, there is a legitimate counter argument as to what doing this would mean. for the Constitution, what it would mean for our rights, and those are all very legitimate concerns. But, Jeff, we've got to also answer the question, what's it going to mean for both the Constitution and our freedoms if these Calhouns and all these deep blue jurisdictions are going to... And even then when they're pursued by federal law enforcement, they can grab shovels and broomsticks and start trying to take your head off with it. Essentially assault federal officers. They're above the law. Illegals are above the law. That's the basis of sanctuary cities and sanctuary states. Tim Walz is above the law. Larry Ellison is above the law. Frey is above the law. They can break our immigration laws. No problem. They can defy and obstruct federal law enforcement. No problem. They can aid and abet and harbor illegal aliens. No problem. But if you and I went into organized crime together and say, look, you know, we're not going to have an honest living, we're not going to make an honest living, we're going to be gangsters and crooks. It's a staggering number. It's almost hard to comprehend it. It is way more than our total gross domestic product. So our debt is now much bigger than our economy. Those are levels that you saw in Greece in other countries who just had an economic meltdown. So it's dangerously high. We have a deficit this year of $1.6 trillion, and we still have another couple months to go. So we could hit $2 trillion in deficit spending just this year. The shocking thing. is if you look now in retrospect, knowing all of this fraud that has been taking place over the last 15, 20, 25 years, completely under the radar, undetected, covered up primarily by the Democrats, the level of fraud alone, we could balance our budget. You know, it's $1.6 trillion right now is the deficit. there is almost enough fraud to cover the entire deficit. If we just take care of the fraud, we practically have no deficit. And imagine that last year, in the year before, and the year before, and the year before. I mean, I don't want to overstate the case, but it's almost as if, you know, I don't want to say all, but a good, massive chunk of our national debt, a lot of it went to freaking fraud. That's how rampant and extensive and honestly egregious and disgusting it is. Now, very quickly, ABC News, I don't know who the hell ordered this. I don't know what the hell happened, but they said, look,

There is just so much fraud in Maine, forgive me, because they're finding all this out in Minnesota, and now they're saying we're noticing something very similar happening in Maine. So the Maine Department of Health and Human Services under Janet Mills, that fraud, says they're cracking down on fraud. And so I guess some enterprising reporter, one, the only one, said, well, let's just check it out if it's true. You know, is the main department of health and human services, are they really cracking down on fraud? Okay. So this one single ABC local reporter went to the first building and that she looked at. And this one building, allegedly on paper in the directory, says they have six home health care companies. Six. All are empty. Phone numbers disconnected. Now, in another building. She found 39 home health care companies in one building. All of them empty. Phones disconnected. Each company collecting million, not the 39, one company. So you keep multiplying, collecting millions and millions and millions in taxpayer money. alleging that they were providing all kinds of all, you know, they're driving people to the doctor, they're providing prescription medications to the elderly in their homes or apartments. None of this happened, but they build the state government. Okay? Department of Health and Human Services. All of it paid in taxpayer money. Taxpayers are being robbed blind. Blind. Janet Mills knew about it, looked the other way. All of the officials in Portland knew about it and looked the other way because it was benefiting primarily the illegal alien Somali community. Waltz, as JD Vance said, it was all under his nose, knew about, we're not forgetting millions. We're talking tens and tens of billions. Larry Ellison met with these fraudsters. They got them on tape saying, you just keep contributing to my campaign coffers. I won't touch you guys as the Attorney General. He's telling him, steal and defraud. Rob the taxpayers. But you keep making sure, you know, keep making sure I get reelected. Jacob Frey, same thing. Now, by the way, I can't wait until they come to Massachusetts. Because I'm telling you, they are stealing here like it's going out of style. And by the way, a lot of it here, you watch, it's going to be through food stamps. You know, and so he should just leave office and leave it to people that'll do it, you know what I mean? Because I tell you what, Jeff, you know what brings violence about? You know what causes violence? indecision and cowardice. And that's what we're seeing right now. After all we've been through with the fake news media, you're telling me that Trump is afraid to exercise his presidential authority because they're going to call him a dictator. Are you kidding me? And that's why history favors the audacious. Trump has lost it. He's lost his mojo, as Austin Powers would say.

Vince, I got to ask you this, just, and I hear you completely on every point, Vince, but I just got to ask you this, the absurdity of the moment that we're in now. You have Tim Walz, A.Keith Ellison, and that boy mayor, Jacob Frey, literally they led an insurrection. They let an insurrection. And people got killed. Ice agents were sent to the hospital. It took America almost to the brink of civil war. They broke law after law, after law, after law. They committed treason and obstruction of justice and impeding federal law enforcement, and I could go on and on. But the guy that's going to potentially now go to jail, very really, this is a real possibility. This is not, you know, maybe he's in trouble. He's in a jail. And Minnesota is putting maximum pressure. Now they're going to go to a court. I assume the judge is probably going to rule in their favor, which is going to force Greg Abbott's hand to extradite unless they appeal and go all the way to the Supreme Court. And so this guy, they're going to find their scapegoat, and he's just an innocent ICE agent who did his job. So the little guy who does his job, this patriot, who did everything right. who did what we asked, you know, him to do and Trump to do, right, to send in ICE agents and start deporting all these illegal aliens, these criminal illegals. He's the guy that may end up spending decades in prison. And all of these gangster outlaw, treasonous politicians, they sleep comfortably in their beds.

You want to know why they can't pay the police officers enough for the firefighters or the teachers or the nurses? That's why. It explains everything. So they don't run the ads. It's a touchdown every time. No, we're going to run the ball. So you say, well, why? And I'll tell you why. And people think it's some kind of a big, grand conspiracy. I'm telling you, it's not.
