And they were apparently celebrating. He had a party, a charter. They were celebrating a birthday. It was some child's birthday. And the boat that he was commandeering, 21-foot boat could only seat 10 people. But what does Manuel Hernandez, Mr. Illegal Alien from El Salvador do? He packs it with 14 people. He tells them you don't need to wear a life jacket. On top of that, they say, because there were a lot of, you know, kitties. There are a lot of the kiddos, right? A lot of little kitties, a lot of kids. It was a birthday party for a young child. And they said, no, no, he says we don't even have life jackets for kids or children. It capsized. This happened just a few days ago in New York Harbor. Everybody went into the water. The Coast Guard rushed in. The fire department of New York, they sent in their ships. Local police, they sent in whatever boats they had. And by the grace of God, they were able to rescue most of the people. This was near Liberty Island. However, a 27-year-old mother, Sarah Sanchez, and her five-month-old baby, her daughter, five months old. Antonella Garcia both drowned. Both drowned. Because of this illegal alien, who had no business piloting a boat, frankly had no business driving a limousine car, but let that go, when he then capsized this overloaded vessel in New York Harbor. Now, He killed a 27-year-old mother and her baby, her five-month-old daughter. They finally, ICE got in there, and they finally have him arrested. They said they're going to throw the book at him. And then once he serves, God knows how long, you know, whatever, how many decades in prison, I would never let him out, but let that go. They're going to deport him back to El Salvador. But here's the point. Had he not been allowed into our country in the first place, none of this would have happened. Had the limo company not illegally had hired him, None of this would have happened. Had the charter bolt company not illegally hired him, none of this would have happened. You know, when you set up a birthday party for a little girl and you invite, you know, the parents or one of the parents to come.

You assume that the charter boat company you're renting from has a licensed captain, and call me crazy, is a U.S. citizen who knows the regulations and laws of being on the water. In other words, a properly trained pilot. Oh, I bet they were paying him under the table. They were going to save a few bucks. And now a mother, a 27-year-old young mother and her baby are now dead, killed by an illegal. Now, I'm telling you, the outrage in New York, it's unbelievable. And I don't blame them. Like, people are getting fed up. How much more we as a nation can take? This is what open borders leads to. This is what sanctuary states leads to. New York is a sanctuary state. ICE has been looking for this guy for God knows how many years. New York won't honor detainers. And I'll tell you something else. I also think not only should he be charged and throw the book at this guy, I think the limo company that hired him, I don't know who the owner is, but whoever the owner is, they should also be arrested and charged. And the boat company, the charter boat company, that owner for hiring him, an illegal, should be arrested and charged. In other words, it's time to set an example. Don't just put the illegal behind bars. Put the employers who knowingly hired these illegals behind bars. especially if a heinous crime has been committed or such negligence that it leads to the death of a mother and a five-month-old baby.
