Good to have you along this morning on this Thursday edition of Talkback. And Nick Christensen right over there. Good morning, Mr. Nick. How you doing, man? Good. Good morning. And a special guest here in the studio this morning, picking up where we left off yesterday for a new friend, Eric Early. He's an attorney and lived in L.A. We have an entire resume here of Eric Early. It's a pleasure to have you on the show again. Sir, how are you? It's always great being with you guys. Well, tell us a little bit more about, if you wouldn't mind about Eric Early and your background, your history. And, you know, you were an attorney, you lived in California, so pick it up from there. Well, one thing we touched on yesterday was the political campaigns that I managed to get myself involved in in California. You know, I was starting about... I don't know, 10, 12 years ago, I decided I was going to jump in and run for election. And I was just beyond dismayed as to the way California was going. And I saw the, you know, before they became prominent, I started seeing the far left sort of. DSM types, Democrat socialist types rising behind the scenes. And so I wanted to get in there. And so my first race, I ran for Attorney General of the state of California. And nobody had heard of me politically at that point. And it was really an incredible experience. One of the candidates I ran against was this fellow who's running for governor of California right now, Xavier Becerra. I don't have many good things to say about them. I was a Republican in the race. There were two or three of us Republicans, two or three Democrats in the primary. I didn't get past the primary in that race. I did end up on a debate stage with Passera twice. And I actually got almost a million votes around the state of California. Wow. Now, in Montana, that obviously sounds massive. And it is massive. In California, because there's so many more people, it's still a huge number. Right. But it, you know, it makes a difference. But, you know, Xavier Becerra is sort of like a stuffed animal, frankly. And, you know. Is he cuddly or I left that to others. And I just, you know, he's a smooth, slick politician. And, you know, in California, when you run as a Republican, especially in those statewide races, it's tough. Then my next race was in the 2020 election cycle. And this was a really interesting one.

I jumped in to the congressional race against a guy named Adam Schiff. Oh, my. Oh, yeah. And I think he's a piece of garbage, okay, if you want to know what I think. How do you really feel? And that was during the whole Russia hoax thing. Right. Which was shameful. It was, yeah, and that's putting it mildly. And, you know, Peter, that was good. You put it mildly. You know, so many of us, we saw it going on. We knew this guy's lying to our face every time he got on TV. And as you remember that whole time, 24-7, it was all about, you know, how Donald Trump colluded with Russians to get elected. The drum beat, right. And we, and so many of us knew it was false in real time, as I say. There were seven of us in that primary. And in that one, I got into the top two because in California, the top two of any party end up in the general election. And so I was in the general election against him and I got to meet President Trump then and went to Mara Lago during that. it became, in many respects, the national race because of what Schiff was like. Talk back rolling right along on this Thursday. Peter Christian here, Nick Christensen, taking your phone calls and our special guest here in the studio is Eric Early. Attorney lived in California now happily ensconced here in Montana and western Montana. And you wanted to finish your point about your political races. Well, yeah, so there was the shift race and he was... He was despicable. He ended up winning that election, of course. That was a 2020 election. That's the election where people like me have serious questions about what happened with the vote count, certainly with the presidential race. And there were a couple other politicians around the country that the folks that were controlling that vote count. And I go all the way up to fellow I mentioned yesterday, the treasonous John Brennan, the former CIA director. And I know he was doing everything he could to make sure Adam Schiff was not going to be replaced. So to this day, many people still talk to me about how we lost many votes in that election. I do believe that. And then I ran for AG again. And, you know, I could go on and on about it. But as a conservative Republican in California, who doesn't and didn't back down to the, to the, you know, things that not only they, you know, the Democrat Party in the state requires, but unfortunately, very moderate state Republican Party and the media, you know, I didn't prevail. So. I got tired of really fighting not only the regime running that state, the political regime, but also some of the leaders in my own party out there. And I was just going to ask real quick. You ran for three different positions, Attorney General, Congress, and Senate. What was there, what went into the kind of those decisions to go from, to try all different avenues, all three, basically? You know, at the end of the day, I wanted to get my voice out there. And I'll tell you something. And this is what I will always say. You know, I've been now in Montana about two years. And I'm so glad that, as I said yesterday, I'm a political refugee. I just, you just feel freedom here when you come here. But in California. Yes, the Republicans get creamed in these elections just about every year, and I don't see them winning the governor's race this year. I don't see Steve Hilton winning, et cetera. But you have probably, there's, you know, you have millions of really great conservative. patriotic Americans who live in California, particularly in Northern California and in Eastern California. And these are great people. And I just got tremendous support. And you'd see when the vote council would come out, you'd look at the map. And most of the state, you know, it was Mark Red for the votes I got.

But, you know, the cities, you know, Los Angeles, San Francisco, that whole, you know, unfortunately San Diego is becoming more like that, which is really not good. That's where most of people live. And, you know, they're voting in these Dems, if you believe the vote counts. But I had many, many people. who were huge supporters around the state, and I was speaking to them, and they needed a voice, frankly. Let me ask you, do you believe the vote counts, though? I mean, we kind of have to because those are the official numbers that come out. And you're kind of smiling there? Well, I am, Peter, because... But I've been so open about this for so many years. The answer is, no, I don't believe the vote counts. Okay. All right. Started criticizing George W. Bush, I got a little name calling. But when it comes to the present president, I mean, I get slammed big time with a lot of name calling and a lot of people who want me to leave the state. I mean... It's pretty bad. And I advise of you two things. Don't ever criticize Donald Trump and don't criticize Israel. And you won't get the name calling. And you'll be very popular on this radio station. Oh, my goodness. Go ahead. Eric. Dave, well, listen, you're an equal opportunity critic. That's the way you characterize yourself. And, you know, I appreciate that. And listen, I. I appreciate people who have strong political opinions and who follow what's going on and who are following hopefully all sides of what's going on and then make up their minds. You know, I believe in the First Amendment. I love this country. I believe in freedom of speech. And, you know, I believe in the ability to debate people that I... disagree with or who I agree with my big problem or one of my big problems now is there's a huge chunk of our society or our country that you know if you don't agree with them completely they're they're just they're just over the top crazy they just want to rub you out Well, let's hope that's not going to happen here. I think it's a little strange to you, to spend a couple hours talking to a lawyer from California. But in any of it... Do you believe that Biden won his election? Okay, not that he was sworn in or whatever. Do you believe he won it at the ballot box? Okay. And another thing is, do you have plans to run for some office in Montana? Is this laying the groundwork? for a political run because we know you're not adverse to political runs because you've done it before in California. But are you laying the groundwork here for a political future in Montana? All right. Well, good, good questions. So, Eric, it's all yours, Matt. Ed, that was great the way you put everything there. It is kind of funny, I'm sure, or whatever the word is for a lot of folks out there to say, listen to a lawyer from California. I get it. Listen, when I was here yesterday, at first, I was very reluctant to even to go into the California thing because I understand very well why so many. Great folks from from Montana have serious problems with people from California. But just your first question was, do I think Biden won the election? And, you know, this may not help me with my answer to your second question. But. I do not believe Joe Biden legitimately won the election. There is no way on God's Green Earth, that guy got 81 million votes. Okay? There is just no way. And to all of the folks that have been... you know, have been, you know, beaten into their heads that there's no evidence to support that the election was, was rigged or stolen. There is tons of evidence. Tons of it. Such as, what? First of all, within weeks of that election, there are several thousand statements under oath signed by poll workers in various of these battleground states. Statements under oath are evidence. They are evidence. You know, I've been an attorney for 30 years. Right. They are evidence. And then if you look at the investigations that have been done in several of the battleground states, you know, many experts looked into all kinds of things related to the situation from the major discrepancies with these mail-in ballots to...

problems with the computerized voting machines to internet ways to break into the computerized voting machines. So this latest stuff about communist China and all the information had, if I had all of this information and could present it to a jury, that's all evidence. Yes, a lot of it's circumstantial. A lot of it is direct evidence. But at the end of the day, common sense tells us there's no way he won that election. When you look at the breakdown, the number of... You know, key states that other presidents have won to win the election. Trump won those key states, Biden didn't win. When you look at the number of counties around the country, Trump won and Biden won. No presidents ever lost an election with a number of counties that Trump won in that election. And there are all of these major discrepancies. So. Listen, I believe as time goes on, it will finally be ultimately proven. But for a person like me to say that, or many people to say that, we've been attacked mercilessly for years. And, Ed, as to your final question, whether I would consider, might consider running for election in Montana, you know, I never rule out that possibility. Much to my wife's chagrin, I never rule out that possibility. Because it's much harder on the spouses than on the people who run. Let's get one more call in before we take a break. It's Bill. Have a question for your guest who's, you know, as a lawyer, there's an issue right now here in Montana about whether or not judges should have a partisan designation on the ballot. I want to know what Eric thinks about that. And also, what is his opinion about Judge Dan Wilson's campaign for the Supreme Court? Bill, thanks for calling. About a minute 20 before it breaks. Okay, I'll make it quick. I think we should know the folks running for what their party is, their party designation who are running for Supreme Court of the state because politics. play a huge issue, a person's political background and how these judges work and how they roll. And what I'm learning more and more is you get these people. They're running without a party designation. They act like they're conservative. And then they get in there and they're left, very left leaning. We have several of them on the Montana Supreme Court right now. And as far as Dan Wilson, Bill, I support him big time. I saw him speak.

He's a strict constitutionalist. He's clearly a conservative Republican, and we need his voice in that Supreme Court, which is unfortunately going in the wrong direction in Montana. All right. Well, you're not going to like what I've got to say. I'm going to tell you that right now. You know, I was born and raised in Montana. I'm 80 years old. The only time I left is when I went into military. But I am so sick and tired of all these people coming in here, and they're bringing all their stuff with them. You know, they want to change our way of life here in Montana. And I'm just tired of them. You know, they come in here. I got two people from California that live by me. They fly by you. They don't wave. They don't do nothing. You know, why don't they stay home? That's a very good question. Your response, obviously a lot of folks feel that way. Listen, John, I don't know you obviously, but I have tremendous respect for you. And I want to thank you really for a lifetime of keeping this state the way it is. But I can tell you one thing if I live near you, I would be waving to you. And I would like to get to know you if I live near you. But I completely understand. why you want to stop the changes that are happening in the state from happening. All right, let's move on. I believe Skip is standing by. Skip, good morning. You're on with Eric. Go ahead, please. Oh, thank you, Peter. And let's see. What can I start with? Well, first of all, I noticed that you're living in River Valley County. I hope we do see you. I just usually stay in the peanut gallery at the central committee meetings here in River Valley County. I don't know if you've been there before. I think you're the first Tuesday of every month, and they're right at the big school in Corvallis. And so I was going to ask you, because I have a dear friend that goes to Torrance, California, every summer to spoil grandchildren. And I thought I'd, and stays there for months and months at a time. They just got through the primaries, and I thought maybe you could tell me how this happens. It took them like over, over 30 days to, to finalize the elections in many of the different areas in that part of California, which would be... south and west of Los Angeles. Maybe you know where Torrance is. And it was amazing. Even the mayor was sitting there twiddling his sons waiting for results for over 30 days. How come it takes that long in California for things to happen? And I do appreciate what you said about Dan Wilson. And I know that that was Bill Lucan on the calls in, who's the treasurer of the...

State GOP. I don't know if you know him. My guess you should do. But I just thought I'd ask you about how come they still have their elections such that it takes that long to solve the problem? Is it because they're stacking the deck or what? Please tell us. Thanks for the call, sir. Skip, great hearing, great hearing from you. A couple things. I've been to... A small number of meetings of the Ravalli County Party so far, and I might have even, who knows, maybe we've even seen each other there. Well, if that was Bill Lucenhyde calling, well, you know, Bill's a bad man. I say that in a really good way. Bill has been one of my first entrees into the State Republican Party out here. Bill, as you know, is the treasurer of the party. And Bill is incredible, very vocal and has his very strong positions to which I agree. So I'm glad to hear that was Bill. And as far as the voting in California, 30 days, Skip, I wish I could answer that question. I don't know why it takes 30 days. It's just, it's outrageous. And yet, you know, again, some of the stuff I was talking about yesterday, you have the Politburo in California, used to be called the legislature, but now it's, I call it the Politburo. It's been one-party Democrat rule, and they're far left. They're not just mom-and-pop Democrats from, you know, how many years ago. And they pass these laws that all of these election laws, ballot harvesting and universal mail and balloting and, you know, how you can count vote. You can even accept votes to come in. I think it's a week after election day as long as they're postmarked before election day. postmarks that can actually be written in on hand if they're not official, you know, mailbox, U.S. Post Office postmarks, etc., etc. And then the 30 days. And listen, I think...

And not showing his face, and he's still won by more votes than Barack Obama. But, Ed, I want you to remember one thing. I believe it was Stalin that said, it doesn't matter who votes. It's who controls the ballot box. And that's why Biden won. And that's kind of my whole comment. All right. Thank you for the call, sir. Eric. Well, I completely agree with that gentleman. And I pretty much know where he's going with that. And he's going where I've gone with that. And, you know, I was talking about some of these stats and before, and I brought them up on my phone because I've kept this. So I'll go into some more. And common sense alone tells us we know what happened with that election. Obama received 69 million votes. Trump received 74 million votes in the 2020 election. And Biden or in the 2016 election, Biden received 81 million votes in the 2020 election. I'm sorry. Obama, he won 873 counties in his election. Trump in the 2020 election won 2,497 counties. Biden won only 477 counties. And yet somehow they say Biden beat Trump. Biden's in Obama's election, he won 18 of 19 Bellwether counties. Trump in the 2020 election, which they say didn't won, won 18 of 19 Bellwether counties. Biden in that election won one of 19 Bellwether counties. Obama won Florida, Ohio, Iowa. In 2020, Trump won Florida, Ohio, Iowa. In 2020, Biden lost Florida, Ohio, Iowa. And then in Obama's election, he won house seats. In Trump's 2020 election, he won house seats. In that same election, Biden lost house seats. Common sense. really just does not support that Biden won, legit, won that election, frankly. And of course, as the caller said, I mean, we remember he was campaigning in his basement. Nobody was showing up. And Trump was getting massive crowds everywhere. You know, I hate to harp on this, but you have to because we have to get the vote. together again in our country. We have to. So many millions of Americans across the political spectrum have huge doubts about the sanctity of our elections. And that makes nobody happier than, you know, the communists in China, the Russians, and these far left in our country. And there are ways that we can get our hands wrapped around this. I mean, for example, in California.

You don't have to show voter ID. Okay? And now a assemblyman there, a state assemblyman named Carl DeMaio is a friend of mine. He managed to get a proposition put on the ballot to have the voters of California vote to approve voter ID in California. And the Dems in that state led by this terrible attorney general named Bond who I've run against. are already coming out and doing everything they can to stop that from happening. And that's just one of several, you know, you would think common sense cures. But this is what we're up against. All right. Let's get another call in. This is Jeff. Jeff, you're on with Eric Early. Go ahead. Hey, good morning again, Eric. I talked to you yesterday, and I made a mistake. I had talked about ranked choice voting, and it was actually the jungle primary that California runs that I wanted to ask you about. And what role that plays in your losses, if you have any insight into that. And two things also, we've probably been here long enough to know about the dynasty nine and the actual rebellion from so-called Republicans. I call them Rhinocrats that. defecting from the Republican Party last legislature. And there's a lot of folks who don't like talking about that. Somebody called yesterday and talked about Reagan's 11th commandment, which is now shall not speak ill of any fellow Republican. But I believe that you have to hold people accountable. And it's different in just speaking ill about people and actually bringing up facts and holding people accountable. If you have any thoughts about that. And then just a comment I would make on the stolen election, several folks have asked if the election was stolen from Trump. And my feeling right now is we still don't know yet because there are investigations going on into Georgia, to California, other places as to some of the stuff that happened. And without all the facts, we don't know what happened. And so to anybody out there listening who says, no, you know, it wasn't stolen, it was stolen, whatever, we don't know. That's what the purpose of the current investigations are, is to get, as you so rightly said, the evidence that will tell us we're certain whether or not it was stolen. All right. That's my question to my comment. Less than a minute and a half for you to answer that. So before we go, go to a break. Jeff, a great call. I wish I had more than the time I have to answer it. Oh, you'll be with us all the way till 10th. Yeah, we can talk about it more in the next segment too, but you can start on it. Please do. Very well aware of the nasty nine. And it's it's it. Really is something that has been incredibly surprising to me since I've started to get and know what's going on in Montana politics. You have these people. They put an R next to their name because unlike in California, you have an R next to your name. You usually get elected out here in California. But they're either rhinos or they're Democrats. But they call himself a rhino.

Unfortunately, many of the voters who don't follow this stuff as closely as people like us do vote for these folks because they've been snookered into voting for them. Then they get into the state legislature and they start voting with the Democrats on major bills that we want conservatives to vote for. And a guy like Bill Lucen, Idaho, you mentioned, his... He is leading, one of the guys leading the charge against the nasty nine. That's one of the reasons why Bill is so great. We're going into a break, I guess. So I'll continue this after a break. We are back on Talkback on this Thursday, July 30th. And our guest here in the studio, Eric Early, we're getting a little primer here about elections. And I know you're very, very experienced in elections and not just here in Missoula, but all over the places you've been. So you wanted to share a little bit more about that. Well, Jeff had asked about California's jungle primary and how that affected my races and affects races. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around why they passed that law in California, I don't know, 10, 15, 20 years ago. And what a jungle primary is is if you have... Dems and Republicans run against each other in a primary. Whoever the top two vote getters are end up in the general election. And doesn't matter party. And, you know, in a normal primary system, you know, Republicans run against Republicans. The winner of that one goes against the winner of the Dems who voted ran against the Dems. And then that's usually what you end up with in the general election. In California, in many instances now, you end up with two Dems in the general election. And also. Even if you manage to get in, you manage to prevail, I have, you know, I always wanted to just have a regular primary where I could run against a Republican or Republicans in the primary and see the best candidate win. But because I, as you may know, as you may hear, I have. pretty conservative convictions and principles. And in a Republican primary, Republican alone, that works. When you're in a jungle primary, the conserves get further, you know, knocked down by the way it works. And that's unfortunate way, one of the reasons why they designed it that way, I believe. So that's my thoughts on that, Jim. All right. Let's get Marilyn on the line. Marilyn, you're on with Eric Early. Go ahead. Hi, good morning. Eric, I was at the event last night in Florence with Archer Pulaski, and I was hoping to meet you, but I was like, okay, do I stand up and say, hey, where's Eric? Who's there? But anyways, I didn't do that. You must have been the one sitting next to your bill. So anyways, I just want to share real quick. I've got a history of standing up for what is right. right to life, as a matter of fact, and been shackled and jailed and snipers aimed my direction, et cetera, et cetera. I've seen this back in the 80s and 90s. So I would like you, Eric. Oh, and it does seem kind of weird that you're total newbie to Montana, and you get all this time on the radio. I just want to say that. But anyways, I'm glad to hear a conservative with some good, strong values, and we obviously need that here in Montana, especially in the Missoula area, et cetera. And anyway, so I'm hoping that you could right now, the government is a party of death. We need to just make that loud and clear. And Eric, I would hope that you would go ahead and talk to us a little bit about socialism and communism right now and what you heard from Archer last night. Okay, we have three minutes. And Bill Lucenhyde. And this fellow, Mr. Pulaski, he's amazing. He's a pastor from Alberta, Canada. And he escaped communism in, he grew up in Poland, in his family escaped communism. They moved to Canada. And he has been a huge fighter for freedom and liberty in Canada for years. And he just, he has been persecuted, prosecuted, jailed, just really a remarkable story. And yes, I mean, Maryland, you asked if I could say some stuff about socialism and communism. And I will because I am so concerned about what is going on in our great country, the greatest country in human history. These communists, and I'm using the word socialist less and less because they're communists. And they hate this country. They look at us as where the one thing standing, the biggest thing staying in a way of a communist really sweep of the world, frankly. And these communists that are, you know, popping up all over the place and they get so much airplay because so many... of their like-minded folks are in control of major positions in the legacy media now and in the social media uh They don't seem to know history. They seem to know better than everybody. They're all in their own minds, morally superior to us. They don't want to know that between, you know, the Russian communists and the Chinese communists, more than 70 million people were killed. or died or in one way, shape, or form because of the horrors brought on by those regimes. And they still think they can do better. And I'm being told now we're going into a break, but really I could talk about those subjects forever. We are the last stand against it. You're on with Eric early. Go ahead, please. Hey, Eric, I have a comment and a question. My comment is, unless you're from Butte and you live in Billings, we do not like in Montana to hear people say, that's not what it's like where I came from. If you're from Butte, you live in Billings, that's fine. But if you live in Butte and somebody from Washington or Oregon says, that's not what it's like where I came from, we really don't like that. So that's my comment. My question is, is about the petroleum industry in California. Scientists have said that California has the second largest oil reserves in the United States and some of the most, and some in the North American continent. Right now, reports have been that in Santa Barbara, beaches are starting to seep oil, and, you know, it's affecting the tourist industry to a small degree. There's a moratorium on pipelines coming from the east to the west into California. Phillips, Chevron, Balejo have left. The capacity for refinery has almost died in California. And in comparison to the rest of the United States, California is the...

like the bread basket for fruits and vegetables. And yet they get, they have all this oil, yet they get almost 70% of their oil by tankers from other parts of the world. What is the deal with California? And how does it affect the ag industry that they have to get this oil from overseas? And at least even in Oregon, Oregon being a very liberal progressive state, they even have a pipeline from Washington called the Cascadia pipeline. That is the only pipeline that supplies Oregon. Oregon has no refinery capacity. There's no oil production for the least part in Oregon. What is going on with California and their adverse of the political adversity to oil exploration, oil, bringing oil from its own reserves to the people of California? Well, tell you what, you've asked a big boatload of questions. So what we'll do when we come back where we just have less than a minute left in our time, our first segment in this hour. So Eric will devote his comments to your questions. When we come back from the break, Eric early, an attorney lived in California now happily in western Montana, sharing his thoughts and experience with us. And there's a lot of it. Hour number two underway now, and our special guest here in the studio is Eric Early. He's an attorney, lived in California, but now happily in Montana. And Rick had several questions and comments that you wanted to address. So please go ahead. Yes, Rick, your questions about California's fossil fuel industry and your knowledge is so apparent about what's going on over there. Listen, I'm a big supporter of the fossil fuel industry. And in California, the regime in control hates the fossil fuel industry. This Gavin Newsom, who I refer to sometimes is the Ken doll. He is a left-leaning ideologue, and he believes he's morally superior to everybody and he knows better. And he has done everything he could. along with the members of the Politburo in California and his communist attorney general, Rob Bonta, to destroy the fossil fuel industry in California. The regulations for the fossil fuel industry are just out of control. What is the price of a gallon of gas in California now? People would be shocked. I think it's about $6.5 a gallon. Right. For regular. Whatever it is, it's always a dollar and a half or $2 more than with or without the Iran war than any other place in the country at a minimum. And this Gavin Newsom wants everybody to be driving electric vehicles out there. It's well known that the electric grid in California could never support that much electric output. And they have done everything possible, frankly, to crush Californians with the price of a gallon of gas. If we opened up drilling again, if we were friendly in California again to the major fossil fuel industries, the price of a gallon of gas would come down to be on par with the rest of America and would really save the lives of so many. Californians who are being crushed financially, but that government out there believes that if they can keep the price of gas up, that they will force people to buy electric vehicles. That's one of the reasons why this Gavin Newsom does what he does out there. Again, it's ideology over the best interests of the people. And as Rick said, there's huge amounts of oil and natural gas reserves in California, just waiting to be...

waiting to be found, explored, drilled again, pumped out. And I like to believe that ultimately California will get back to developing its fossil fuel industry. All right. Let's get Harry on the line. Harry, good morning. You're on with Eric. Go ahead, please. Yeah, good morning, Eric. Yeah, this whole thing about the elections, common sense tells me if you're going to fix an election, you fix it. You fix also the Congress and the Senate so you don't hamstring the president. Why would they let the Republicans win the Congress and the Senate if they're going to give them a Democratic president? That's just common sense to me. I mean, you know, the idea that, well, we'll just, you know, beat Trump and but the hamstring Biden by giving them, you know, a Republican Senate and the Republican Congress, that don't make no sense. And the idea that, you know, if, well, in California, you know, oh. A Republican running in a Democratic state loses on. It had to cheat because that's just, you know, there's no way he could have not win in a major Democratic state. I mean, you won a lot, a lot of three elections. I'm sure they cheated all three of them, right? You know, if I lose, well, they cheated if I win, hey, it's great. Also common sense tell me, because the same people are running the elections in 2020, ran them in 2024. Why did Trump win? Oh, no. How did that work? I mean, did they cheat on that, too? I mean, again, you know, it's the whole idea that they cheated. That's just Trump. Trump is a poor loser, but this was a poor winner. When he won the 16, he still said they cheated because he didn't win the majority vote. So, I mean, they still cheated on him. But, you know, again, that's a pretty poor conspiracy, I think. The idea, and you keep talking about how they destroyed California. Well, I think California's economy is still one of the, not the biggest in the country, biggest in the world. They're right up there with a lot of countries. So, I mean, they're doing pretty poor job of destroying California, and they want to destroy the country, you say, well, I'm sure also you think they didn't want to destroy a Western civilization, too. So if they control the elections, they control the media. And so you can't vote them out and they're going to destroy the country in the Western civilization. Harry, let me round them up and put them in concentration camps because there's no other way to beat them, is there? Let's let them answer those questions. So thanks for the call. Yeah. Harry, I don't know if I should laugh or cry, man. You're cracking me up. I remember you from yesterday calling. So listen, I appreciate contrary points of view. Listen. First of all, California, the fourth largest economy. I mean, that's what this Gavin Newsom and these other lackeys of his in California keep running around saying. First of all, it's the fourth largest economy simply by virtue of the size of state and the number of people that live there. The one thing that they never want to tell you is the top three economies, United States, China, and then it's either Germany or Japan. Have you ever seen them? like the California government keep getting on their knees begging for a bailout from the other major economies in the world. California is now suing again the Trump administration because the Trump administration smartly said, we're not going to keep sending American taxpayer money to you, which disappears into the ether in California to keep bailing you out.

If it was actually the fourth largest economy of a well-run government, they would never be having to get on their knees for bailouts. And so that fourth largest economy... tag is a is a mirage frankly on the voting i believe firmly we should do away with with these computerized voting machines they can be easily hacked into by our enemies they have been hacked into by our enemies you don't have to be a computer genius and i'm certainly not to know that you flip a switch and you can flip thousands if not 10 to 1,000 votes. Universal mail and balloting, which they have in California, is a disaster completely different than absentee validing, which I support absentee balloting. You have to prove who you are. You have to show ID for the election office to send you a ballot in California. They'll just send out ballots to anybody and everybody. I could go on and on. I absolutely believe common sense and the facts and the evidence. show what happened with that 2020 election. Our guest in the studio, Eric Early, and we're going to come right back. Montana State News Network. I'm Dennis Bragg. Montana is feeding the heat this week, getting extra support to keep the AC running. The U.S. Department of Energy issuing a federal emergency power order covering 17 states, including Montana. It'll run through August 3rd. The order allows utilities to tap into more than 35 gigawatts of unused backup power generation to handle soaring electricity demand during this ongoing heat wave. Federal officials say the power outages cost Americans an estimated $44 billion each year. There's some good news. They had, though, cooler temperatures expected to move into the state the second half of the weekend. Investigators continuing to look into the cause of a fire that killed one person on the west side of Callisbell this week. One person killed when the commercial structure caught fire on Tuesday. Smith Valley firefighters responded to heavy flames at a roofing company building on Fenway. Extreme fire conditions prevented firefighters from reaching a trapped occupant. This is the Montana State News Network. Authorities identifying the elderly man who was killed when a rock fell through the roof of his car while driving on the going to the sun road and glacier earlier this month. 72-year-old Rex Schoengarde died about five days after the accident. Following heavy public pushback, the Yellowstone County Commissioners voting unanimously to table a proposed policy restricting political activity on county property. The policy would have required petition gatherers and political advocates to get the county's permission. Dozens of residents spoke out of the meeting calling the proposal an overreach on free speech and criticizing the lack of public input. I've collected signatures for multiple ballot initiatives here in Billings and it's not glamorous work. It's hot, it's exhausting, and a lot of people tell me no. I do it because Montana has something that is really special. We have the power of citizens' initiatives. Regular people can bring issues directly to the ballot, and that only works if people are actually able to collect signatures from their neighbors. Several speakers argued the timing was a targeted move to block current petition drives seeking voter approval for a local data center development. This is the Montana State News Network. Yes, I'm looking at an article from one of my papers at the end of May about two months ago. And if I could read you about six sentences real quickly and ask you your opinion. Southern California woman has admitted to paying homeless people living in the Skidro area of L.A. to register to vote, federal prosecutors announced on May 18th. This lady lives in the upscale coastal enclave of Marina del Rey. Under the plea agreement, Armstrong admitted to working as a paid petition circulator for about 20 years to collect voter signatures on official petitions, referendums, and recalls for state ballots. The prosecutor said she would go to Skid Row because there was a high concentration of people in a relatively small area and they were willing to sign petitions in exchange for payment, which was money, cigarettes, and phone cards. The prosecutor says that she would go to voter registration forms. She would gather a stack of voter registration forms from the LA County Register of Voters before heading out to Skid Row. She would then offer homeless people payment to register to vote for the signatures according to the court filed plea agreement. Some homeless people did not have an address. I would think most of them wouldn't have an address. But anyway, some homeless people did not have an address, so she would use her own postal box. And then the last sentence is California automatically sends a vote-by-mail ballot to every registered voter, meaning that the ballots for homeless people... could have been sent to Armstrong's former home. She must have got thousands of ballots to vote. She had their signatures on it. I'd like your comment, please. All right. Thanks for the call. Well, listen, Al, you're preaching to the choir here with what you're saying. That's how Spencer Pratt lost the mayor's race in the primary election anyhow. He won on election night. And then all of this outrage that you're describing started filtering through and coming in. This is a state government. I've called it a regime on this show. I've called it a regime before that out there in California that has set up the laws to allow everything you just said.

most of it to happen. Some of it is totally illegal still in California. Remarkably, you can't pay somebody to vote. But they've set up the systems and the universal mail-in balloting and the big thing and what you're describing is in California, they will fight to the end of time this regime to prevent people from showing voter ID. So, you know, if you had to show voter ID for any of those folks that this criminal was signing up to vote, that would have stopped it in its track in California. California have legal immigrants voting and on and on. And anybody who, any politician, any leader that actually cared about the people, that actually cared about our country, that cared about our Constitution, that cared about the sanctity of voting in America, would never allow any of those openings for fraud to happen in a state. and in a country. But that regime in California is just the opposite. They allow it all to happen. And as I said a little earlier in the show, they're now fighting as much as they can to prevent a initiative that the people put on the ballot. to require voter ID, the regime up there, and also the state senators, this Schiff and this other one, Alex Padilla, and of course Gavin Newsom and all the rest of them are fighting to the hill to stop that from prevailing. It's a terrible thing, and it is one of the major problems we're dealing with in our country right now, especially in a number of these blue states. All right. Well, I just guess I just wanted to say, I'm sorry about the caller that said that you weren't welcome in Montana or something, or he was upset that people from California. That was last hour. I'm really sorry about that. I think you should be welcome here in Montana. And yes, a lot of liberals do want to destroy Western civilization. But I guess I have a couple of main points. um is the the um liberals can also be persecuted here in montana or people with a certain bent i'm more conservative than liberal i'm more independent but when i was protesting the iraq war oh i got name calling so much i mean not me personally but you should have seen the letters to the editor it was horrifying People have not liked the fact I'm Occupy Wall Street, and they get confused, and I'm also part of the Tea Party. But also, I think we have a more freer state than California, obviously. I'm glad you feel it's a breath of fresh air. I'm glad you're happy here that the sound freedom here is in Montana, like you said yesterday.

But if you're different, not necessarily. If you've ever been a punk rock or a skinhead or a hippie, you're really not welcome in Montana because I've been both hippie and punk rock. And boy, there wasn't a lot of freedom for me. There was a lot of persecution. I'm simply too old for all of that. Now I'm 58, but if you're going to address those concerns. I'm going to run through this as quickly as I can. I'm a Christian, mother, conservative. a pro-lifer mother of six children. I started a business in 1988, the Kraft Connection. I rented spaces to 80 dealers in that business. I ran for Mayor of Missoula in 2001, and the primary day was... the day, 2001, 9-11, and it was primary day, and the primary was been called up. I lost by 23 votes. I ran for the legislature several times. I ran the last time with Ron Paul in 2008, and I advocated against illegal takings of children. for eight years. And anyway, I just wanted to point out that in 1954, there was the Communist Control Act of 1954, which should have put an end to the communists that are in control.

I spent several years reading the Soviet art of brainwashing into the city record, and I was talking about communism all that time. And also, Islam was banned from the United States in 1952. So I don't understand what's going on. We have communists in control. I feel that they're in control of Missoula. And we have Islamism taking over America. I don't know if you can make heads or tails of that information, but these things were taken care of in the 50s. Candy, thanks for the call. Thank you. Thanks for the call. Eric, please. I'll tell you, Candy, I sure wish you had gotten those extra 23 votes and won that election. And I really appreciate, I just really appreciate people who run for public office. And even if they lose, they run again. They don't give up like you have done. So much of what you said, I see eye to eye with you completely. And yes, we are. And it's, you know, you can't say it a lot of times. And as for the folks who've been hearing me speak here, I basically speak my mind. There is a communist Islamic insurgency within our borders. And we're in the battle for the heart and soul of our great nation. And yes, there was the 1954 Communist Control Act. And there are other acts that should be preventing all this stuff. It is going on and it is growing and gathering and most great Americans are being kept completely in the dark by virtue of the information control, et cetera, that's going on. And then we get shut down if we say too much. You know, you start getting attack left, right? I mean, I've been, you know, as of... foreign political candidate attacked so many times. I ran against his, Katie Porter was one of the centers I ran against California. She ran a commercial against me around the whole state of California. He loves the Second Amendment. He wants to stop all abortions and he loves Donald Trump. And they had this picture of me like I look like whatever. And I used to say, well, listen, at least she's telling the truth. But listen, Candy, thank you so much.

Keep up the fight. I do believe that patriotic Americans, you know, Well, we're getting to a break, but I'll say more about it, perhaps after the week. Absolutely. Anyways, I did vote for Eric in California, and sorry that he lost against Adam Schiff, because, you know, he's a pathological liar. What is there about the California voter who constantly votes for liars like Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, Schiff, Eric Swalwell, and Xavier Becerra? And also, too, why do they keep vote? Why in California do these... candidates keep failing upwards because they are empty vessels. They really have very little to offer the general population. And besides that, I want to say that Hillsdale College has an excellent series. They're free online courses about Marxism, communism, and socialism, which is really good. And then again, now we just got another increase in our property taxes. in Missoula, which is really should be uncalled for, given the complaint against raising income taxes. Thank you for your vote when I was out there running against that pathological liar. Yeah, Schiff is every time he opens his mouth. It's a lie. And every one of the ones you listed, they are, they really are total liars. And one thing you said that I've been saying for the longest time, certainly about Gavin Newsom. His greatest talent is failing upwards. Everything that guy touches fails. I mean, California is in the last in just about every major category.

you know, a state government and a state can be in. And yet he's running for president. And he acts like he's the greatest thing since sliced bread and all the rest of them. I love what he did with a bullet train idea. I mean, it's going so well, right? Oh, yeah. How many billions are gone and there's still no train whatsoever. But yeah, and as far as what you said about the taxes, you know, it should be no surprise. I'm very against... taxing people. And I am a huge believer in small government. California's government is out of control. Montana's government, from what I understand, is generally relatively small. And when you have too many people in elected office, bad things happen. Good morning, gentlemen, Mr. Earl. You know, I wanted to, you talked about history a little bit earlier, the history of communism a little bit earlier, and I wanted to touch on that a bit, because as George Santayana said, those who won't learn from history or don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. And boy, is that the truth. You know, it's a shame. And it's actually, I think, intentional that the history of this country and the world has been left out of the teaching of our young people. I am scared to death for the future generations that come, and it's one of the reasons that I'm so militant about my beliefs as to what's going on today. You can go all the way back to Woodrow Wilson and the communism and... keeps every time it gets beaten back, they go hide in the shadows like cockroaches. And then when the circumstances are ripe for them to sow their chaos and division, they come back out. And here we are in 2026. And they're openly, we have communists linking hands with Islamists. And they're... sole objective is to finish destroying all the institutions of this country that make it what it has been for the last 250 years. And, you know, we cannot be complacent in this. And if this is going to be Hatfields and McCoys, you're going to have to pick aside and be ready to take action for it. Because... You go back to what Lenin said about people who stand by and tell themselves that it doesn't matter to them, and this isn't going to affect them. Look at California. You know, you... are a useful idiot. If you can't see what's going on here, and it's okay because ignorance can be cured. Stupidity tends to be a lot more permanent. But we have better wake up, and this is to all the people who don't understand, this is all intentional. It has an end goal that is the absolute destruction of this country's institutions.

and moral framework, and it's all so they can take absolute power and control over everything that relates to our lives and the future generations. And we better wake up and smell that coffee. Thousand percent. and more and more Americans are coming and coming along to the knowledge of exactly what people like us have been saying. When you said they don't learn about it in their history classes, you said you think it's intentional, 100% agree with you. Certainly in the blue states and unfortunately in many of red states, the public schools and a bunch of the private schools now, you know, the brainwashing, the indoctrination to hate this country is going full board. I'm a huge supporter of homeschooling because of so much of what's going on with so many of the kids. And when I see a great kid come through and in high school still have their wits about them, especially about this country, the first thing I say to them is, man, you must have great parents. And what you said about how these communists come out of the woodwork and then when they start getting attacked, they go back and they hide underground like cockroaches, that's 100%. That's what they do. They just... They just disappear when they have to. They're always growing, gathering, and organizing. And conservatives have to know that. And we can never let up. Hey, we're back on Talkback and into our final segment now with Eric Early, our special guest, now living in Western Montana and sharing his thoughts with all of our listeners this morning. Cody's up next. Cody, go ahead. Oh, wow, that was fast. Thank you. I got two questions. The first question is about government entities. You look at how many hundreds of thousands of federal employees and agencies. that their whole job is to find corruption like IRS agents. And yet, Little Nick Shirley on YouTube, in just 14 months, found billions and billions of fraud and uncovered so much corruption. Now, my question, I tried to do this in Missoula, but I couldn't find any information. Any taxpayer-funded program... should be on a list where anyone can look at them and investigate them. Every single one of them. My first question is, how do we do that? How can we look at every single, how can we get a list of every single tax payer funded program in Missoula? My second question is, if you work in the place department or any federal law, any law enforcement, they have a department of internal affairs. In those departments, If they discover any law enforcement officers are living beyond their means or have inexplicable income, they are officially investigated. And if they're found guilty, they go to prison. And yet somehow our politicians come up with millions, if not billions, of unexplained revenue. And they're allowed just to continue on their life. As an attorney, I'm hoping you can explain some of this to me, and I'll take your answer off the air. Thank you. Thanks for the call. Okay. I'm sorry. Go ahead. Nick. Okay, California's oil, anti-oil program goes back to the 70s. They shut down the offshore oil rigs around Santa Barbara. Second, the voter fraud, it's everywhere. And it was proven that it's right here in Missoula County when they had the very first all-mail-in ballots on a school bond issue. Now, Maryland was there, Candy was there, I was there, we counted those votes. And it took a long time for Patty Lovers, who headed up that program, to get in to City Hall and count the votes. In fact, it took the Sheriff's Department to demand that City Hall opened up the books. And there was a tremendous amount of fraud. It was all squashed. So. voter fraud is everywhere. We've got to do something about it. And I'm not sure we're ever going to do anything about California. Maybe we could give them back to Mexico. Wow. Thank you. Thank you for the call, sir. Okay. As far as getting that information you want, I don't know if you ever made a Freedom of Information Act request to these government entities that you want to investigate, but it's called FOIA, you should look into doing that. And as far as politicians living above their means, yes, that should be the first sign to just about everybody that they're getting their money from places that they should not be getting their money from. And Tom, with respect to voter fraud everywhere. Listen, I've seen nothing to disabuse me of that notion, so I'm not going to disagree with that. You were mentioning universal mail and balloting in Missoula, and that will... In my humble opinion, always lead to voter fraud. Universal mail and bailing just for people who don't know is completely different from absentee balloting. I'm a huge supporter of absentee balloting where you have to show proof. You sign up with a register. You tell them you want it mail to you. I get it. In California, they've mixed the two together. They make most of the people think that that and universal mail and ban, where they just send a ballot to anybody without any proof whatsoever are the same thing. They're not. All right.
