And listen, I complain and whine and bitch about this. But I got the easiest job in the world. I can't really complain. So if I got to do a little bit of hard work every now and then, that's okay with me. Wait what? You just said that anti-AI individuals are saying that we are draining the oceans and that that makes them upset. I thought they were afraid that climate change is going to flood the coasts with rising sea levels. Looks like a win everyone. I think what you mean? A win-win for everyone? Yeah, possibly so, but remember this. Remember this. Democrats don't actually believe anything they say. Okay, just keep that in mind. Every single situation is its own situation. Nothing matters outside of that situation that is currently taking place. Okay? Nothing else matters outside of that situation. Okay. So what you said yesterday doesn't matter. What you say tomorrow doesn't matter. It is solely about that one conversation you're having in that one moment at that one point in time. And that is all that matters. Okay. That is all that matters. Okay. So just keep that much in mind. Like remember, remember, Dylan Mulvaney is a beautiful woman. Until you say Kaitlan Collins looks like her, then all of a sudden you're making fun of Kaitlan Collins' appearance. Donald Trump made a funny joke. And the reason you know it's funny is because they are so mad about it. Okay. I mean, just all you have to do is look at that and you will understand. Okay. That's all you got to do. That's all you got to do is look at how mad they are and you will see whether it landed or not. And plus, remember I said Democrats don't believe anything they say? Look at how they talk about this kind of stuff. Look at how they discuss it. They tell you, oh, I can't believe you're mocking someone's appearance. It's like, guys, could you imagine Donald Trump whining about somebody mocking his appearance? I mean, there's an entire genre.

Jay and Yaffy, I got a question for both of you. So I'm going to ask this question and you guys both give me the best answer you got. Actually, Jay, you probably have more experience with this. I'm going to go to you first, Yaffi. Whoa. Hey, Yaffy. What does a $100 prostitute in Shelby County get you? Well, I would assume you mean like jail time? Does it get you jail time? No. What kind of services do you get for $100? Jesus. Oh, geez. I have no idea. I hate you so much. I do like, though, you said J-Town might have more experience, so I don't know what that means. Everything about this whole segment is very unclickable. Hold on one second. Hold on, hold on. Now it's, now it's at since he refuses to answer because he doesn't want to give away where he buys from. Let's talk about J-Town for a second. Jay, you put people in jail for this. This is a crime. But before we get to how much jail time or anything you get for this, which is probably not much, really. What kind of services can you get for $100 from a prostitute in Shelby County? I have no idea, Dale. I would have no idea what that would get you in any county in the United States. I assume this is below your level as a U.S. attorney. Is that correct? No, I'm not saying that. I don't know what kind of services. I do know that it will get you jail time. I do know that it would get you fired. And I do know that it will be humiliating for you and your family and the community, all three of which are very justified. Yeah, I agree completely. So a lot of the discourse online is like, oh, they're saying he did human trafficking and all he did was actually buy a prostitute. My premise is this. Without the supply, even on the low end of bargain basement whores in Shelby County, there is still that creates a demand and that demand is met. by much the way we meet a lot of demand in this country, and that's by bringing in people from other countries in human trafficking them. That's correct. That's the premise behind the human trafficking angle here. That's correct. And look, this is very organized too. So this isn't, I mean, you know, these prostitutes, apparently were coming in from outside of Shelby County. There is a sort of a fulcrum, a center point that's organizing all of this. These Johns know where to go, so the demand side.

So, you know, you can go after the supply side, and that's probably somewhat infinite, at least at a small level. But you start busting the Johns, and pretty soon the demand drives up. And that's the ultimate point of these operations. Okay, I don't want to spend too much time on this, but I actually do. So I'm going to continue. with this question here. Aaron Sutterley, radio washout, bad take enthusiast and yay Alabama NIL guy who blocked me on social media and said that I should be ignored, which really he should have ignored the prostitutes, but whatever. The guy goes out and does the $100 prostitute thing and he buys this prostitute in Shelby County. They buss 15 guys in one night in Shelby County alone. Can I extrapolate that out across the state of Alabama to see how much of an issue this is? Or as Bugsy, this is actually Bugsy's thought off the air, maybe. The DA or whoever was involved in this, the law enforcement were like, let's offer them a great deal on whores. That way we'll get more people. 100 bucks. I mean, yeah, you know, you can't pass that up. I mean, I'd be crazy not to take this deal for $100 whore. So it is. It's entrapment, Dale, based on the discount. Is that what you're saying? If they had a coupon, then somehow that would be. So the guy's lawyer shows up in court. He's like, Your honor. Your honor. $100, who wouldn't have taken that deal, right? And the judge is like, let him go. No, is there something we can extrapolate that out 15 and one night in Shelby County across the state? I think to a certain extent. I mean, I don't think you can do a ratio of population to, you know, John or something like that. But I do think that it happens everywhere. And it's great that law enforcement gets aggressive with it. These women, while they will tell you that, you know, they voluntarily did this, they got into this life. And there was somewhat, there was some involuntariness to it at some point. And so you got to arrest the pimps too. You have to put them really hard in prison and get this out of our state. And as much as I'm being kind of flipping about this, it's a serious issue because the reality is the women who are involved in this, yes, there are women that wake up and go, I want to be a prostitute on the side of the road. But there are also women who are into it because they're into drugs, abusive relationships, straight up being kidnapped and pushed into this. They're kept there by violence, all this other threats to family, all sorts of other things. So the idea that this is like a victimless crime is not even remotely true. So there is a seriousness level to it, which may.

Maybe I haven't given it this morning. But I think just to make it clear, there is a very serious side to this. And as someone who's put people in jail every day, I also got to believe, and this will be the last thing we say about this. And you can tell me if I'm wrong here. I got to believe that this offshoot into other issues, other crimes, just like with drug dealing. Yeah, drug dealing itself, it's just people trying to get high or whatever. But there's a whole bunch of other criminal things that happen in the process. Is that fair to say? For sure. Yeah. And it's everything, as you mentioned, from drugs to theft, to human trafficking, sex trafficking. and guns and all kinds of bad stuff. And, you know, one enterprise is fueling another in almost all cases. Let's just remember there's two things that are clear about this particular case. The women involved are victims. There's no question about that. And Aaron Suttall is a loser. So those are the two things that we can draw from this conclusion. All right. This Anthony Fauci story, Jay, is getting a lot of attention. I'm less than compelled. to care about, you know, Anthony Fauci thinks he's an egomaniac, which I'm not surprised about. Here's my question to you. In these emails that we're getting in, dear diary, 9,000 people died yesterday. But man, there was a great story about me in the Washington Post and Jake Tapper called me. I mean, that's sort of like what's in there. But what's also in there is, is him basically saying, yeah, we know where it all started. Yeah, we're going to downplay this anyway. He took calls from people who said, hey, thanks for lying about that to the media and all this other stuff. And, you know. He lied to Congress, but he sort of got the blanket pardon. What can be done here except us go, ha ha, Anthony Fauci bad? I mean, is that it? Well, I mean, if his pardon is good, right? And it's an auto pen pardon. Then, yeah, it's good. I mean, he testified in June of 2024 before the House Select Subcommittee on the COVID. So, and repeated much of the same nonsense that we all know Dr. Anthony Fauci is about. I still believe that the auto pen pardons are illegitimate. I just, I don't believe for one second that Joe Biden, the only one who can pardon someone, knew about any of them. Now, that's the rub. How do you prove that? You would need someone to snitch, right, inside of the White House, that he had no idea that Joe Biden said it was okay. She talked to Joe. That's not enough. That's not enough for me. And remember, you could indict him.

Then he asserts the pardon as an affirmative defense to the indictment. And then you contest the pardon. And that is something that's not going to happen before, let's say, the first week of August, right? Which is when I believe Todd Blanche will be confirmed as the Attorney General of the United States. But it is something that I do believe that Ed Martin and others at DOJ are looking at. Because Anthony Fauci, he doesn't deserve to not face the scrutiny of a criminal prosecution. That guy, among others, is responsible for so much damage to this country because of his own ego. Can I ask you a question? Sure. Why do these guys write all this stuff down? I just don't even- Narcissism. They're absolute narcissists. I mean, I am science, right? I mean, that's Dr. Anthony Fauci, right? He finally got his moment. The guy's running, you know, infectious diseases center for the United States. But nobody really notices him. He's, you know, he's running billions of dollars inside and outside of this country. But he's not like the big deal that he really believes himself to be. And remember, DC's a little bubble. So you go to cocktail power. There's Anthony Fauci. There's Anthony Fauci. I didn't even have to go through security. I'm so famous now. He did say that. He did say that. And so then once he finally gets that fame, he doesn't know how to handle it and writes all this stuff down because he's going to write a book. He's going to write a book about himself, right? And that's what narcissists do. So crazy. And in the thing, I mean, we talked a little bit about it, but he's like, I was walking across the street and people were honking their horns at me and saying how wonderful I'm like, dude. And the president even likes me. He thinks they're, I'm fantastic. And we have a special relationship, even though I hate the president. It's so weird. It is so, it's such a strange thing to see. But yeah, he's out there saying that stuff. And it's just like, that is. Meanwhile, he funded. The Wuhan Lab, which is the origins of COVID. Right. And that's the whole thing. Instead, we're just like, hey, look at what a clown this guy is. And there's a couple reasons for that. You know, it's easy. It's way easier to understand. Ha, ha, ha, look at this dummy. Right? Like, that's a. That's a very easy thing to understand, but the criminal side. And I also believe, and I could be wrong about this, but I also believe guys like Rand Paul think that there's nowhere to go with this, but. hey, look at this idiot. I mean, like that. Well, the one thing, Dale, sorry to interrupt you, the one thing that I believe still, and Congress might have to pass a law like they did with Saudi Arabia and TWA, but I still believe that the families who, you know, people who actually died from COVID, not had COVID when they died, but I do believe that they should be able to sue China. And I think they should be able to sue them for trillions. I think the, our government. should be able to sue China. And, you know, the 21 trillion or whatever that we owe China for loans, you know, you know what, we don't owe you that anymore. That's just how it is. And so Anthony Fauci could be deposed in a lawsuit like that, and he'd have to admit to his lies. And if he doesn't, then those are other sanctions that could go forward. Or they could call him before Congress right now. Right? They could subpoena him to and he would have to tell the truth. That's the sort of honeypot operation that whatever oversight or select committee, they could call Anthony Fauci back. and make him account for, well, tell us about this. You know, you didn't say that before and see what he says. And then you caught him in another 1001, perhaps, and that's a federal crime and easily prosecutable. Okay, so, okay, so that was going to ask that. Couldn't he in theory just say, nah, I'm not going to. Not to a subpoena. You couldn't. That's a crime, too. Remember, the Biden administration prosecuted several people for not complying with those people from Congress. Not necessarily say I'm not going to go, but like he, if I show up before Congress and they're like, Dale, did you? And I'm just like, I'm not going to say anything. Then make him plead the fifth. Yeah. Make him plead the fifth. Make him humiliate. Remember, he's, he's great. People honk at me. Right. Well, now we know you're a liar.

Right. But that's your legacy, Tony. But I mean, he's still going to be like, well, I didn't get convicted of anything. And again, I get what you're saying. It's just, you know, going here and embarrass the guy. And I'm down with that idea. But it really is he's almost bulletproof. And you can tell he believes he is. And that right there is, I think one of the more troubling things about all of this. Because there's a story today. And this is way off track here. But Scott Harris is like. measles are up across the country because of vaccine avoidance. And it's like, okay, probably true. Okay, I'm not going to dispute that. You're probably right. By the way, zero zero measles cases in Alabama worth noting. I think we'd probably be considered pretty vaccine avoidant. But the reason we're vaccine avoidant is because of COVID and because of Dr. Anthony Fauci. Before the people who were anti-vaxxers. In any way, we're seen as crunchy dumbs. Okay, that's what they were seen as. And now you've got normal people who are like, well, they were only trying to cram down that other vaccine. So why would I want to do this? I know people who have transitioned further away from that. And this is not a legal question, Jay. I'm just speaking out loud here. And I'll let you have the last word here. But I think that's what the thought process is. Do you see that amongst people in your group? My group. I mean, I do think people believe a little bit less in the efficacy of vaccinations. I don't disagree with that. I'll also note that there's 2,300 cases of the measles in a country of 350 million people. Right? So I don't know. There's, it's point zero zero, zero something, right? It's so, I mean, that's what we're talking about here. True. And, you know, for this to be on the BBC, the New York Times, right? You know, the CDC website. I don't know. I mean, look. I take it seriously. You don't want to get measles. But at the same time, to say we're some record level when 2,300 is the record, that's like saying, you know, I got the course record in golf, but I'm the first person to play it, right? Okay. Yeah. Or you own the course like the president. I mean, you can do that as well. All right. Last question here, and we're going to circle back to the beginning. Jay, is it true, as Jay Z said, pimping ain't easy? You know, Dale, I love coming on your shows for these hard-hitting legal questions. I mean, I don't, you know, when I study the Constitution and Supreme Court cases and the law and things going on and cases around the country to come on and talk about Jay-Z and Penn. I don't think Jay-Z actually said that. That was just the only name I can think of that all the time. He might have. I mean, there's a 50-fitty chance. He's got 99 problems, but. Anyway, all right.
