252 segmentsIt's live, it's local. It's the Dale Jackson Show. And it's only on News Talk 770 AM, 92 5 FM, WVNN. Depend on it. I'm Dale Jackson. I am thrilled to be here with you. Thank you very much for joining us. It's some pretty interesting things have happened over the weekend. The Iran-United States conflict has taken yet another pause. Yes, that's right. Another pause. That's right. They have decided, hey, we're going to. We're going to stop trying to kill each other for right now and see if we can work on getting some sort of long-lasting piece. This, of course, was after Donald Trump had decided that he was not going to take any more of this. He was going to finish the job. This is also after... Are you ready? Get ready. This is after Ukraine hit a bunch of boats, at least one boat. I don't say a bunch. That's not, that's all right. A boat of Iran's in the Caspian Sea. So, yeah, that's what we need, a broadening of this. That's good. That's good. That's good. That's good. That's good. So we'll get into all of that. We also have the mainstream media smelling their own farts right now, and they just cannot get enough of that because they are all beside themselves because Donald Trump decided to take a shot at doing some insult comedy, and the targets did not like beating the targets for once. So now we are all very upset that Donald Trump... used a joke that I have been using for it seems like two years. Bugsie, did you see Donald Trump's Steeringland Material? Did you see this over the weekend? No, I didn't. Yes, he told a joke at the Correspondence Dinner about how Caitlin Clark looks like Dylan Mulvaney. I've been doing that joke for years. I've been doing it for years. And I'm just like, I don't even understand this. What are they mad about? I've been told that Dylan Mulvaney is a beautiful woman. So Caitlin Clark, excuse me, Kaitlan Collins, excuse me, Kaitlan Collins, Alabama's shame. Kaitlan Collins should be ecstatic about this comparison, this accurate comparison, by the way. Okay, I mean, just keep that in mind. It is an accurate comparison. But she should be. ecstatic about this because again have I not been told repeatedly how many how beautiful Caitlin Clark is I keep saying Caitlin Clark here I go Dylan Mulvaney is haven't I been told that I swear that I have and now I'm being told that it's an insult to be told that you look like her
I don't know if I'm supposed to believe this because I've been told that trans women are women and therefore all women are beautiful. And I don't know. So are we acknowledging that Kaitlan Collins is not attractive? I think Kaitlan Collins is fairly attractive. But she does have. a very, very, very, very close similarity at times to Dylan Mulvaney. Okay, so I'm just sitting here wondering, am I supposed to be upset that Donald Trump made the joke, or am I supposed to be mad at the media for getting mad about it? I don't know. I don't know the answer to that. All I do know is this. How? Dare someone do something at some point in time? And boy, am I mad about it because the media has decided that they're very upset about this. And hilariously, they are now, I just don't know if we should continue this correspondence there. Guys, don't. Nobody cares. Nobody outside of D.C. has ever cared about this. This is you guys getting together as a bunch of self-righteous dorks and sitting around. and talking about yourselves and then either deciding who the targets are that it is the sickest burn that ever happened or an inappropriate thing that should never happen again i would be fine with it never happening again okay just don't do it Here's what you do. You cancel the event for the rest of Donald Trump's presidency, and then when a Democrat gets in office again, you come back and you talk about how wonderful it is that you can do it again without the mean man, without the mean man in the White House, okay? Okay, please just get in there and make this all about yourself, okay? Throw your little temper tantrums. Go completely nuts. That's completely fine. I appreciate it. I mean, listen to these people talk about themselves. It is fantastic. It is fantastic. Brian Stelter wrote this. This is very interesting. Max Wetland's column. Oh, you know, good old Matt Wetland. We all know who that guy is. In an annual dance that has got increasingly tiresome for some of the White House press corps, some of whom are ready to heed Baker's advice. CNN staff in particular are living.
about comments that President Trump made about anchor Kaitlan Collins. CNN execs in leadership have attended the dinner and participated in the annual festivities, partly as an opportunity to celebrate the network's hardworking journalists and partly to avoid the optics of making a political statement by not going. But following Friday's dinner, some network leaders internally discuss the possibility of scaling back the network's presence at the dinner next year or skipping it all together if it's going to be a platform for making crude remarks at their employees' expenses. Do you guys remember that you've been saying for years? Years. That the reason why Donald Trump even ran for president is because people were making fun of him at this event. Do you not remember that? They're also very upset about this. Let me turn this up a little bit and give you guys an opportunity to hear a little bit better here. There was this as well.
Okay, you're not hearing that? Okay, someone's been messing with my stuff back here, so we're going to have to figure out exactly what's been going on. I blame you Affie for coming back here and playing with my stuff. Let's try it this way. Okay, but we are all doing good together. That's why tonight to show just how much I care about the press, and I want to save your ratings, I'm pleased to announce my intention to, and this is somewhat of a scoop. My intention to run for a fourth term as president of the United States. I will be doing that. I will be having an official. In fact, I think I have, yeah. I won three times. Now I'm going to do it again. Thank you. And he puts on a Trump 2020 hat. You'll notice the crowd does not laugh at any of this. because they are incapable of understanding that he's making fun of them and he's mocking them because they're worried about him running for a third term. So what do they do instead? They freak out that he's running for a third term. I mean, these are the most humorless people you could possibly find. I don't particularly find Donald Trump to be all that amusing in this instance. This isn't really his venue. Insult comedy he is good at. Yes, I will agree there. But. In this case, those people were never going to give him a laugh. And sometimes part of the funny thing is people laughing at themselves. Well, that's not going to happen here because these people are self-important tools. Speaking of self-important tools, when we come back, I am going to take a moment of personal privilege to slam someone who I have absolutely no respect for. and think it is absolutely hilarious what is happening to his life because he has been nothing but a tool as long as I've seen him in existence. It is maybe an Alabama football story, but it's a kind of funny one and also sad one. And there's some commentary to be made about gambling and a bunch of other things as well in the state of Alabama, which I will tie together with a pathetic loser. who was a radio washout and currently working for the University of Alabama's NIL program and decided he thinks he thought it would be a good idea to spend his Friday, maybe Thursday, trying to find a $100 prostitute in Shelby County. Stay tuned for that.
770 a.m. 92 5 FM. Dale Jackson here with you. Thank you very much for joining us. Thank you so much for your time today. And every day you're willing to spend it with us. Yeah, it is pretty amusing stuff going on here. I got to tell you, I'm just going to be honest with you. I'm going to speak to you truthfully and honestly. Okay, you ready here? Aaron Suttles is a loser. Okay, there is no other way to put this. He has always been a loser. He will always be a loser. You used to hear him on three-man front on Jocks Huntsville. He was a tool then. He was a tool on social media. He was a colleague of mine, never really met with him or did anything with him. But man, his interactions with me on social media were so incredibly lame. It was pathetic. But the saddest thing I've ever seen is this guy. who on social media, his tag post is him standing around a bunch of cheerleaders and saying, I don't know what to do with my hands. Well, keep them out of your wallet where you're trying to pull $100 out to buy a whore, you pathetic loser. If you scroll down on his post after you see that he blocked me, you will see a picture of him holding his son and saying that his son's birth was the best thing that ever happened to him. Well, now his son will know that his dad is a pathetic loser because the guy who was involved in Yay Alabama's. NIL program that was apparently running around in Shelby County trying to buy $100 prostitutes, which by the way, come on, man, what are we doing here? What are we doing? You're married. You're a married man. You're a married guy. And you're stepping out on your wife for a $100 prostitute. I don't know what's more embarrassing. The fact that you got busted trying to buy a prostitutor that you only had $100 to do it. And there are people coming to his defense upset with how the media is framing this because they're saying it's a human trafficking arrest. Which of course means they don't understand what's going on with the story, but I'm going to be more than happy to fill it in here for you, okay? It's a human trafficking investigation because you see what happens is these guys who buy prostitutes, okay? Whether they're 49-year-old failed radio host or 49-year-old failed content creators or 49-year-old failed husbands or whatever they are.
The fact of the matter is, when they go out and they buy prostitutes, that increases the demand for prostitutes. And these prostitutes are not just people who wake up one day in Shelby County, like, oh, I think I'll go sell myself for $100 on the corner. I mean, there's some of that. But there's also a lot of it that is straight up human trafficking, meaning bringing them from across the border, abducting them from elsewhere, holding them and using their drug addiction or straight up violence, threats of violence, and all sorts of other control in order to get them to have sex with losers like Aaron Suttles of Yeh, Alabama. Now, formerly of the Tuscaloosa News, formerly of the athletic, formerly of jocks radio, all those things. But this loser, and I mean loser, absolute loser. is not to be pitied. But if you read on social media, there are plenty of people who are like, I just don't know if referring to this as human trafficking is really something that they should be doing. I'm not sure I get it because all he did was try to buy a prostitute. He wasn't actually doing any human trafficking. Now look, if you need to come to the defense of this guy, might be more power to you. You got to do what you got to do. But without guys like Aaron Suttles chasing prostitutes and doing what he was doing. then there is no market for bringing in underage girls or women who are addicted to drugs or others that are being held against their will. And there just seems to be this amoral idea that there is no real victim here. Because after all, old Aaron Suttles was just looking for a $100 pieces strange in Shelby County. But there is. There's a much broader issue to all of this. And what happens when people do this? So no, I reject the premise outright that this isn't really that big of deal. It is an absolutely humongous deal. It is a humongous deal, and it is a deal that we are creating solely because guys, and yes, that's you. You guys are the ones responsible for this. Guys feel like it's a victimless crime now to do this because we've been convinced. Sex work is actually work. Don't you guys understand that? That sex work is real work? And...
This is what we're looking at here. The degradation of our society leads to this kind of stuff. And we view people as less than human because of this. Oh, Dale, should you really be out here calling these people whores? I mean, they are horrors, but there are no horrors involved in any of this. Keep in mind that not only is Aaron Suttle a pathetic loser who is trying to buy sex. For $100. I mean, not only was that happening, but he was doing it with an undercover cop. Okay, this was part of a sting operation to arrest these guys. So that tells you, and I just again, think about this. In Shelby County alone, on one day, there were 15 guys. Trying to buy sex. Okay? That's a problem. Oh, but if we just legalized it, everything would be fine. Yes, that's right. Letting Aaron Suttles get what he wants out of this is definitely the way to look at it. Why don't we let him out and make him a hero? We'll have Aaron Suttles Day, the guy who exposed.
The absolute injustice that is our current laws against buying and selling human beings. That's what we're supposed to. And I'm less irritated with Aaron Settles. I mean, he is what he is. Everyone knows. Anyone who's ever heard, read, or thought about Aaron Suttles knows that he's a pathetic loser. No one's surprised by that. It's just what he is. But he represents a much bigger problem. And that is this idea. that all the things we do that are terrible don't really matter. Same thing with gambling. Well, if we just made it more legally, it wouldn't be that big of problem. We just tax it. No, you're just, all you're doing is making it, is creating more of it and putting the state seal of approval on it. What do you care if Aaron Suttles is trying to buy prostitutes? I don't know. I think it's kind of pathetic. That, I mean, do I care about his marriage? No. Do I care about his relationship with his kids? No, they're better off knowing their dad's a piece of human garbage. I mean, they're fine with that. But these folks really need to understand this. Every time you do something like this, it's not just about the girl you're trying to buy or they're trying to buy or whatever in that particular moment. It's about all the other things. That shoot off from that. And yes, it's human trafficking. Okay? It is human trafficking. That's what it is. All he tried to do is buy a $100 whore. Yeah, that's correct. But that also creates a lot of demand that leads to legitimate human trafficking. So Aaron Suttles, good for you. You just threw your life away. It's nice to see that you're as big of a loser as I thought you always were. This is The Dale Jackson Show. What would you do if your online store converted 36% more shoppers? Thankful to be here with you today, but I will just give you a little bit of a full heads up. I will be leaving you at some point in time before this show is over, turning it over to Yaffy because we have a bit of a structural problem here at the building caused by some water damage, and I'm in the process of cleaning it up. Because what better way to use the talents of your most important morning show guy? than to have him mopping up the floors and picking up debris. Awesome. I really look forward to doing that for the next couple of hours. But yeah, he will take over here in just a bit. And I am thrilled to be able to say, cool, awesome. I can't wait for that. But I still got the seven things you should be talking about today. And I will turn that over to you. Because as you don't know, just as I joke about this, I will just point something out to you real quick. I am also the operations manager for Cumulus Broadcasting for the entire cluster that includes WZYP, WHRP. I guess the Snash icon now and Jocks Huntsville. So just keep all that in mind. I have other responsibilities. So if I do have to step away, that is what it is for. But I will leave you in the capable, although not as talented hands of Yaffy, in order to give you guys the opportunity to get some more programming on WVN. I'll turn it over to him and he will do a job. Not a good job. I wouldn't even say adequate, but he'll do the job. So there we go. He'll take over right there. I got to get into the seven things you should be talking about today. It is simple. It is easy. It's awesome. And it's brought to you by two men in a truck. Two men in a truck will bring you that because two men in a truck will bring you way more than just two men in a truck. You're going to get an opportunity to get your stuff moved, stuff that you're going to care about. and stuff that is financially viable or valuable, excuse me, is going to be taken care of by two men in a truck. Two men a truck are awesome. They know what they're doing and you should let the pros take over. Don't try to bring in some friends to get your stuff moved. You don't want that. No! You want my friends in two men in a truck to take care of this stuff for you because they are very good at it. I've used them.
You'll use them. You'll be happy. I'll be happy. Everyone will be happy. Talk to those guys today at two men in a truck huntsville.com. All right, let's get to it. It is time for the often duplicated, never replicated the most critically acclaimed segment here on the Dale Jackson show brought to you. by Alabama's most trusted journalist and the world's best janitor. Let's get to it. It's time for the seven things you should be talking about today. Now time for the seven things you'll be talking about today. Number seven. A radio washout. Bad take enthusiast and yay Alabama content director. Aaron Suttall doesn't know where to put his hands according to some post on Twitter. Apparently. They're on women that he can buy for $100. So he's interested in that. But he can add sex trafficking arrestee to his resume after being busted trying to buy a prostitute in Shelby County. for a hundred dollars now you can choose what you think is the most embarrassing part of this story there are a lot of them and it's not for me to kick a fellow radio guy while he's down but what a pathetic loser i mean just a pathetic loser hey throw your whole life away for a prostitute oh like a high-end julia John Roberts style prostitute from pretty woman no no no no no well she was a street prostitute so maybe that's it maybe he was in love number six Alabama Public Television is weighing a $50,000 survey and another potential vote on its PBS affiliation amid ongoing discussions about the network's future direction in the state. But can I make a, just a statement here real quick? Can I say this? Let me see if I can say this. Okay, so I read the story and it said 90% of the content created by Alabama Public Television is PBS content. What is the point? What is the point of this at all? I thought it was supposed to save people's life. What, with PBS Newsnight? What are we even talking about? But Todd Stacey's lukewarm takes and servile nonsense that directed at whoever's in power? Is that saving people's like, get the hell out of here. Stop wasting my money on this nonsense. And stop debating this. Burn it down.
Number five. State health officer Scott Harris blamed vaccine skepticism for the rise of measles cases nationwide. Now, you might think to yourself, well, that is amazing. Measel cases must be going through the roof for Scott Harris, the state health officer, just talk about it. And once again, to blame those who are skeptical about vaccines for not doing everything they're supposed to do and get vaccinated to saves lives, right? Like in that how they told us, ignoring, of course, the usual stuff that they ignore. That's the reason there is skepticism. on vaccines is because, you know, you guys lied to us. And I'm talking about Scott Harris himself and the entire health establishment lied to us about issues involving vaccines. Oh, and by the way, how many measles cases in Alabama? Anybody want to take a shot in the dark here? Let me help you out here. Let me check the numbers. Zero. Number four. The media is in full-blown mess. Meltdown mode because Donald Trump was kind of funny. I mean, I don't know. This isn't really my thing. A bunch of nerds getting together. Oh, it's a nerd prom. We're really nerds and we're owning it. That's how cool we are, guys. No, you're just dorks, guys. Okay? That's it. That's it. But the media is in full-blown mode after President Donald Trump mocked Kaitlan Collins' appearance. preparing her to Dylan Mulvaney of Bud Light fame. And they all freaked out even though I was told that Dylan Mulvaney is a beautiful woman. So why is Kaitlan Collins upset? She should be like, damn, I guess I look good because I was told Dylan Mulvaney is a beautiful woman. And I should, that's what I was told. Hey, man, I guess that's not the case. Too bad. Number three. All right, data centers. Yeah, still in the news, still coming. Data Center company DC Block has bought a portion of a former Golden Flake factory in Birmingham for $2.5 million as part of its ongoing expansion next to its existing campus because they want to expand what they're doing there. I was told this morning that we are draining the oceans in order to serve our AI masters. I thought that was interesting. It's an interesting way of framing it. And I've got to say, I really do have to say that that's quite amazing. Good for us. I mean, look at that. But. They are going to expand there, and they are looking to expand their data center offerings. I don't know what they're doing here, but people are freaking out about this. No data centers anywhere at any time, anywhere ever is sort of the mantra that is going to fall on deaf ears and not matter in about a year.
Number two. Governor-elect National Championship winning coach, United States Senator Tommy Tuberville has assembled a Golden Age action team. They should have used AI to create like a image for this, whereas Golden Age Action Team. are like in superhero garb or something. But anyway, he's announced it's a nine-member golden age action team. I wasn't invited, by the way. He said that this group will be the formal gubernatorial transition team once he defeats Democrat nominee Doug Jones. They're going to review state agencies, develop policy and personnel recommendations, examining spending, and identifying a potential duplication across state government. He called them a team of heavy hitters. Instead, they're ready to get in there and make this work for the state of Alabama. Again, I offer myself to Tommy Tuberville to head up Alabama Public Television and Radio. I am ready to serve. Now, time for the number one thing you'll be talking about today. All right, U.S. strikes on Iran are on a hole. As talks resume and both sides continue to kind of jockey for control of the strait of Hormuz. Oil prices down 5% on hopes of diplomacy, but we have all seen this before. I would not get too excited about this. I continue to tell you and make it very clear on my position on this. The only way through Iran is to go through Iran. That's it. That's it. Okay? This whole thing is not going to stop much. This is a two-day pause. Okay? And we can all be happy about that if we want, but I'm just... I'm not excited about it. Let's just put it that way. We're going to be back at this again. The fact of the matter is the Iranians, they just BS their way through almost everything. And I don't really think we're going to get anywhere with them until they are crippled in almost every possible way. And their leadership that exists right now is non-existent. That's where we're at. So we can continue to do two-day pauses here, five-day pauses here. But remember on Friday or whatever it was, maybe it was Thursday, he insisted to us, the President of the United States, that we were gearing up for the final blow. Okay, that's what we were told. And it's time for us to know that maybe we weren't gearing up for the final blow with just another two-day pause. But I have a feeling we'll be back at it here relatively soon. I hope I'm wrong. I like that oil prices are down. I like that the stock market is rallying like crazy right now. But.
Yeah, don't get too excited, folks. Don't get too excited. We'll be right back, folks. And we will continue right here on WVNN. You can weigh in, get your questions, get your comments, and get all these things in as simple to do so. I envision Yaffe will be doing 10 with him later on in the program. So, um, You might get some questions in for him, I guess. 866-494 WVN. I'm Dale Jackson. Stay tuned. Get WBNN's Dale Jackson seven things you should be talking about today. Write in your email box every morning. Go to yellowhammer news.com and sign up today. Dale Jackson here with you. Thank you very much for joining us. Thank you so much for your time today. And every single day you spend it with us. We appreciate you bearing with us here today and bearing with me because, yeah, I'm a little bit of a frustrated guy. I am sitting here in a complete flop sweat. I mean, flop sweat's not the right term. But I am, I am drenched in sweat. Drenched in sweat. But I am thrilled to be here with you. Thank you so much for your time. And listen, I complain and whine and bitch about this. But I got the easiest job in the world. I can't really complain. So if I got to do a little bit of hard work every now and then, that's okay with me. Wait what? You just said that anti-AI individuals are saying that we are draining the oceans and that that makes them upset. I thought they were afraid that climate change is going to flood the coasts with rising sea levels. Looks like a win everyone. I think what you mean? A win-win for everyone? Yeah, possibly so, but remember this. Remember this. Democrats don't actually believe anything they say. Okay, just keep that in mind. Every single situation is its own situation. Nothing matters outside of that situation that is currently taking place. Okay? Nothing else matters outside of that situation. Okay. So what you said yesterday doesn't matter. What you say tomorrow doesn't matter. It is solely about that one conversation you're having in that one moment at that one point in time. And that is all that matters. Okay. That is all that matters. Okay. So just keep that much in mind. Like remember, remember, Dylan Mulvaney is a beautiful woman. Until you say Kaitlan Collins looks like her. Then all of a sudden, you're making fun of Kaitlan Collins' appearance. Yes, Dale. Dylan Mulvaney is a beautiful woman, and Kaitlan Collins is a handsome man with an incredible jaw line. Thank you. I'm sure they both appreciate that. Listen, I've seen Kaitlan Collins in person.
She is a perfectly attractive woman. There is no question about it. But she does favor Dylan Mulvaney in a lot of ways. Okay. So I'm sorry. Donald Trump made a funny joke. And the reason you know it's funny is because they are so mad about it. Okay. I mean, just all you have to do is look at that and you will understand. Okay. That's all you got to do. That's all you got to do is look at how mad they are and you will see whether it landed or not. And plus, remember I said Democrats don't believe anything they say? Look at how they talk about this kind of stuff. Look at how they discuss it. They tell you, oh, I can't believe you're mocking someone's appearance. It's like, guys, could you imagine Donald Trump whining about somebody mocking his appearance? I mean, there's an entire genre. And a mockery point, a meme, I guess you would call it a mockery point. What am I? How old am I? There's an entire mockery point, young men. There is an entire, there is an entire genre around the idea that Donald Trump is Orange Man Bad, right? Am I wrong about that? Isn't there an entire, isn't that like an entire point of view that that Orange Man Bad at all times? People make fun of that because they're so crazy and they say, he's orange! He's orange! Like, isn't that something they do? Yes, that's something they do. Which means in order to do that, what do you have to do? Well, you have to point out that the dude's orange. And they mock him all the time. Why are they mad about it? And again, I just want people to know that if I think Kaitlan Collins is a beautiful man or excuse me, is as beautiful as a transgender woman, got to get this right. then that's a compliment to both of them. So really, Donald Trump is complimenting them. This is a every woman is beautiful. Every woman that says she's a woman is a woman. And golly gee, if you say otherwise, you're wrong. Okay, fine. You are as beautiful as Dylan Mulvaney. How dare you? How dare you say such things? No human trafficking if there were no illegal consumers. That is a comment about the errands subtle case, a radio washout complete loser, a guy who is spending $100 on a prostitute in Shelby County. I mean, Bugsie, am I wrong to focus on the $100 part? I mean... Again, I'm not a purveyor of prostitutes. It's not something that I'm interested in. I can already hear my wife complaining at me. I don't want to pay another woman to do it. So it doesn't really make much sense for me. It's one of the reason why I don't cheat on my wife. Why would I want to have two women unhappy with me all the time? But... $100 seems like quite a bargain. Like a bar, that's like going to the dollar store. Like you're not... A dollar store prostitute? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It just doesn't strike. The prices are up now at dollar, dollar tree. So it should be like $1.25 maybe? Yes, yes. But also think about inflation. Yeah. This $100 prostitute like five years ago was probably like a $50 prostitute.
similar like 20 maybe yeah i mean come on is a $50 shelby county prostitute worth your marriage your job your career good lord well i mean if you don't really have a career and you're a bad take enthusiast i guess that's really not not really all that much to worry about but man the last post one of his pinned tweets is i don't know where to put my hands keep them to yourself aaron keep them to yourself This is The Dale Jackson Show. News Talk 770 a.m. 92 5 FM, WVNN. Dale Jackson here with you. Very excited to be here with you, at least for one more segment. For the audience out there, I apologize. Mass apologies to you because I will be turning the show over to an inferior host. His name is Yaffy. He will be joining us in just a little bit. And the Yaffy, that's what you get for doing me a favor. So thank you for that. Yaffy is here with us right now. But also, Jay Town. He's going to break the AC again. Yeah, no kidding, no kidding. Look, I don't know what it means, but draw your own conclusions that Kemos Brockin is like, hey, the ACs broke, pull Dale off the air and make him clean it up. Put Yaffi on. So I don't know, draw your own conclusions as to who they value. Congratulations, Yaffi. Thank you. You they don't. That other voice is Jay Town. He joins us here on the Alabama A&M, $350 million Bulldog Hotline. $350 million. That's economic impact on the great state of Alabama by Alabama A&M. I'll learn more about them today. AAMU.edu. Jay and Yaffy, I got a question for both of you. So I'm going to ask this question and you guys both give me the best answer you got. Actually, Jay, you probably have more experience with this. I'm going to go to you first, Yaffy. Whoa. Hey, Yaffy. What does a $100 prostitute in Shelby County get you? Well, I would assume you mean like jail time? Does it get you jail time? No. What kind of services do you get for $100? Jesus. Oh, geez. I have no idea. I hate you so much. I do like, though, you said J-Town might have more experience, so I don't know what that means. Everything about this whole segment is very uncliable. Hold on one second. Hold on, hold on. Now it's now it's as if he refuses to answer because he doesn't want to give away where he buys from. Let's talk about J-Town for a second. Jay, you put people in jail for this. This is a crime. But before we get to how much jail time or anything you get for this, which is probably not much, really. What kind of services can you get for $100 from a prostitute in Shelby County? I have no idea, Dale. I would have no idea what that would get you in any county in the United States. I assume this is below your level as a U.S. attorney. Is that correct? No, I'm not saying that. I don't know what kind of services. I do know that it will get you jail time. I do know that it would get you fired. And I do know that it will be humiliating for you and your family and the community, all three of which are very justified.
Yeah, I agree completely. So a lot of the discourse online is like, oh, they're saying he did human trafficking and all he did was actually buy a prostitute. My premise is this. Without the supply, even on the low end of bargain basement whores in Shelby County, there is still that creates a demand and that demand is met. by much the way we meet, a lot of demand in this country, and that's by bringing in people from other countries in human trafficking them. That's the premise. That's the premise behind the human trafficking angle here. That's, that's correct. And look, this is very organized too. So this isn't, I mean, you know, these prostitutes, apparently were coming in from outside of Shelby County. There is a sort of a fulcrum, a center point that's organizing all of this. These Johns know where to go, so the demand side. So, you know, you can go after the supply side, and that's probably somewhat infinite, at least at a small level. But you start busting the Johns, and pretty soon the demand drives up. And that's the ultimate point of these operations. Okay, I don't want to spend too much time on this, but I actually do. So I'm going to continue. with this question here. Aaron Suttle, a radio washout, bad take enthusiast and yay Alabama NIL guy who blocked me on social media and said that I should be ignored, which really he should have ignored the prostitutes, but whatever. The guy goes out and does the $100 prostitute thing and he buys this prostitute in Shelby County. They buss 15 guys in one night in Shelby County alone. Can I extrapolate that out across the state of Alabama to see how much of an issue this is? Or as Bugsy, this is actually Bugsy's thought off the air, maybe. The DA or whoever was involved in this, the law enforcement were like, let's offer them a great deal on whores. That way we'll get more people. 100 bucks. I mean, yeah, you know, you can't pass that up. I mean, I'd be crazy not to take this deal for a $100 whore. So it is. It's entrapment, Dale, based on the discount. Is that what you're saying? If they had a coupon, then somehow that would be. So the guy's lawyer shows up in court. He's like, Your honor. Your honor. $100, who wouldn't have taken that deal, right? And the judge is like, let him go. No, is there something we can extrapolate that out 15 and one night in Shelby County across the state? I think to a certain extent. I mean, I don't think you can do a ratio of population to, you know, John or something like that. But I do think that it happens everywhere. And it's great that law enforcement gets aggressive with it. These women, while they will tell you that, you know, they voluntarily did this. They got into this life. And there was somewhat, there was some involuntariness to it at some point.
And so you got to arrest the pimps too. You have to put them really hard in prison and get this out of our state. And as much as I'm being kind of flipping about this, it's a serious issue because the reality is the women who are involved in this, yes, there are women that wake up and go, I want to be a prostitute on the side of the road. But there are also women who are into it because they're into drugs, abusive relationships, straight up being kidnapped and pushed into this. They're kept there by violence, all this other threats to family, all sorts of other things. So the idea that this is like a victimless crime is not even remotely true. So there is a seriousness level to it, which makes. Maybe I haven't given it this morning. But I think just to make it clear, there is a very serious side to this. And as someone who's put people in jail every day, I also got to believe, and this will be the last thing we say about this. And you can tell me if I'm wrong here. I got to believe that this offshoots into other issues, other crimes, just like with drug dealing. Yeah, drug dealing itself, it's just people trying to get high or whatever. But there's a whole bunch of other criminal things that happen in the process. Is that fair to say? For sure. Yeah. And it's everything, as you mentioned, from drugs to theft, to human trafficking, sex trafficking. and guns and all kinds of bad stuff. And, you know, one enterprise is fueling another in almost all cases. Let's just remember there's two things that are clear about this particular case. The women involved are victims. There's no question about that. And Aaron Suttall is a loser. So those are the two things that we can draw from this conclusion. All right. This Anthony Fauci story, Jay, is getting a lot of attention. I'm less than compelled. to care about, you know, Anthony Fauci thinks he's an egomaniac, which I'm not surprised about. Here's my question to you. In these emails that we're getting in, Dear Diary, 9,000 people died yesterday, but man, there was a great story about me in the Washington Post and Jake Tapper called me. I mean, that's sort of like what's in there. But what's also in there is, is him basically saying, yeah, we know where it all started. Yeah, we're going to downplay this anyway. He took calls from people who said, hey, thanks for lying about that to the media and all this other stuff. And, you know. He lied to Congress, but he sort of got the blanket pardon. What can be done here except us go, ha ha, Anthony Fauci bad? I mean, is that it? Well, I mean, if his pardon is good, right? And it's an auto pen pardon. Then, yeah, it's good. I mean, he testified in June of 2024 before the House Select Subcommittee on the COVID.
So, and repeated much of the same nonsense that we all know Dr. Anthony Fauci is about. I still believe that the auto pen pardons are illegitimate. I just, I don't believe for one second that Joe Biden, the only one who can pardon someone, knew about any of them. Now, that's the rub. How do you prove that? You would need someone to snitch, right, inside of the White House, that he had no idea that Joe Biden said it was okay. She talked to Joe. That's not enough. That's not enough for me. And remember, you could indict him. Then he asserts the pardon as an affirmative defense to the indictment. And then you contest the pardon. And that is something that's not going to happen before, let's say, the first week of August, right? Which is when I believe Todd Blanche will be confirmed as the Attorney General of the United States. But it is something that I do believe that Ed Martin and others at DOJ are looking at. Because Anthony Fauci, he doesn't deserve. to not face the scrutiny of a criminal prosecution. That guy among others is responsible for so much damage to this country because of his own ego. Can I ask you a question? Sure. Why do these guys write all this stuff down? I just don't even- Narcissism. They're absolute narcissists. I mean, I am science, right? I mean, that's Dr. Anthony Fauci, right? He finally got his moment. The guy's running, you know, infectious diseases center for the United States. But nobody really notices him. He's, you know, he's running billions of dollars in and inside and outside of this country. But he's not like the big deal that he really believes himself to be. And remember, DC's a little bubble. So you go to cocktail power. There's Anthony Fauci. There's Anthony Fauci. I didn't even have to go through security. I'm so famous now. He did say that. He did say that. And so then once he finally gets that fame, he doesn't know how to handle it and writes all this stuff down because he's going to write a book. He's going to write a book about himself, right? And that's what narcissists do. So crazy. And in the thing, I mean, we talked a little bit about it, but he's like, I was walking across the street and people were honking their horns at me and saying how wonderful I'm like, dude. And the president even likes me. He thinks they're, I'm fantastic. And we have a special relationship, even though I hate the president. It's so weird. It is so, it's such a strange thing to see. But yeah, he's out there saying that stuff. And it's just like, that is. Meanwhile, he funded. The Wuhan Lab, which is the origins of COVID. Right. And that's the whole thing. Like, like, as we look at this, like, ha, ha, ha, look how silly this guy is. Right. But the reality is there is a criminal side to this.
And that criminal side, I don't think is getting enough attention. Instead, we're just like, hey, look at what a clown this guy is. And there's a couple of reasons for that. You know, it's easy. It's way easier to understand. Ha, ha, ha, look at this dummy, right? Like, that's a very easy thing to understand. But the criminal side. And I also believe, and I could be wrong about this. But I also believe guys like Rand Paul think that there's nowhere to go with this. But. Hey, look at this idiot. I mean, like that. Well, the one thing, Dale, sorry to interrupt you, the one thing that I believe still, and Congress might have to pass a law like they did with Saudi Arabia and TWA, but I still believe that the families who, you know, people who actually died from COVID, not had COVID when they died, but I do believe that they should be able to sue China. And I think they should be able to sue them for trillions. I think the, our government. should be able to sue China. And, you know, the 21 trillion or whatever that we owe China for loans, you know, you know what, we don't owe you that anymore. That's just how it is. And so Anthony Fauci could be deposed in a lawsuit like that, and he'd have to admit to his lies. And if he doesn't, then those are other sanctions that could go forward. Or they could call him before Congress right now. Right? They could subpoena him to and he would have to tell the truth. That's the sort of honeypot operation that whatever oversight or select committee, they could call Anthony Fauci back. and make him account for, well, tell us about this. You know, you didn't say that before and see what he says. And then you caught him in another 1001, perhaps, and that's a federal crime and easily prosecutable. Okay, so, okay, so that was going to ask that. Couldn't he in theory just say, nah, I'm not going to. Not to a subpoena. You couldn't. That's a crime, too. Remember, the Biden administration prosecuted several people for not complying with the- Well, not necessarily say I'm not going to go, but like he if I show up before Congress and they're like, Dale, did you? And I'm just like, nah, I'm not going to say anything. Then make him plead the fifth. Yeah. Make him plead the fifth. Make him humiliate. Remember, he's, he's great. People honk at me. Right? Well, now we know you're a liar. Right. But that's your legacy, Tony. But I mean, he's still going to be like, well, I didn't get convicted of anything. And again, I get what you're saying. It's just, you know, going here and embarrass the guy. And I'm down with that idea. But it really is he's almost bulletproof. And you can tell he believes he is. And that right there is, I think one of the more troubling things about all of this. Because there's a story today. And this is way off track here. But Scott Harris is like. measles are up across the country because of vaccine avoidance. And it's like, okay, probably true. Okay, I'm not going to dispute that. You're probably right. By the way, zero zero measles cases in Alabama worth noting. I think we'd probably be considered pretty vaccine avoidant. But the reason we're vaccine avoidant is because of COVID and because of Dr. Anthony Fauci. Before the people who are anti-vaxxers.
In any way, we're seen as crunchy dumbs. Okay, that's what they were seen as. And now you've got normal people who are like, well, they were only trying to cram down that other vaccine. So why would I want to do this? I know people who have transitioned further away from that. And this is not a legal question, Jay. I'm just speaking out loud here. And I'll let you have the last word here. But I think that's what the thought process is. Do you see that amongst people in your group? My group. I mean, I do think people believe a little bit less in the efficacy of vaccinations. I don't disagree with that. I'll also note that there's 2,300 cases of the measles in a country of 350 million people. Right? So I don't know. There's, it's point zero zero something, right? It's so, I mean, that's what we're talking about here. True. And, you know, for this to be on the BBC, the New York Times, right, you know, the CDC website, it, I don't know. I mean, look. I take it seriously. You don't want to get measles. But at the same time, to say we're some record level, when 2,300 is the record, that's like saying, you know, I got the course record in golf, but I'm the first person to play it, right? Okay. Yeah. Or you own the course like the president. I mean, you can do that as well. All right. Last last question here, and we're going to circle back to the beginning. Jay, is it true as Jay Z said, pimping ain't easy? Gee. You know, Dale, I love coming on your shows for these hard-hitting legal questions. I mean, I don't, you know, when I study the Constitution and Supreme Court cases and the law and things going on and cases around the country to come on and talk about Jay-Z and Penn. I don't think Jay-Z actually said that. That was just the only name I can think of that all the time. He might have. I mean, there's a fitty-fitty chance. He's got 99 problems, but. Anyway, all right. All right, Jay Town. Thank you so much. Let's see if we get him on next week. He is exclusive. Actually, I will not be on next week because I'm off on Monday. So that will not be happening. But Jaytown, thank you so much for coming on. And I think this proves he has no idea what we're talking about before we go on the air. Just keep that in mind. Former U.S. Attorney exclusive to Newsweek and this program. And we appreciate him being here. Yeah, Fee, is pimping easy? No. Are you ready? Are you ready for me to go away yet? Sounds like Jay Town was. He disconnected real quick. Yes, he did. All right. I will see you guys tomorrow. I'm going to go clean up the floors. Well, I allow the real talent of WVNN to take over. So, yeah, he will take you the rest of the way. Hey, make him do hate it eight.
make him do 10 with him give him all sorts of terrible questions and stuff like that are you going to do all those things jaffy of course okay we'll return talk to you soon see tomorrow yaffy's next bye News Talk 7.70 a.m. 92 5 FM, WVNN. Welcome back to the Dale Jackson show. This is Yaffe filling in. You know, making radio great again. I always say Dale ruins it. And then I have to make it great again. I get to do it earlier today. By the way, this is how my day started. I wake up. I see a text message from Dale. It says, call me when I'm in a break. When you get up. So I have to do that. And he says you've got to come on get here as soon as you can because I don't know. Apparently there's a flood at the studio. Yeah, a flood from up down. Okay? Instead of like floods usually come from the bottom up. It's like a reverse flood. It's raining. Above us and it's draining down. It's raining in the studio. Is it a cloud? We have a miniature atmosphere. The tornado coming. So anyway, Dale. So I want everyone right now, picture Dale with a mop and just sweeping the floors. Do you want me to describe it to you? Picture Dale in shorts and flip flops and just like a regular t-shirt and angry and carrying like weird wet pieces of sealing out and putting it in boxes because we don't have trash bags. So we know it's, I mean, we don't even have to ask him what his hated aid is, you know, later on, because we know, we know what it is. So I do like that he, when you're the operations manager, it's funny, ever since he became the operations manager, most of his job responsibility, apparently, has been a janitor, a cleanup crew. And he hates every second of it, too. Am I wrong on that? No, and he keeps calling me in as his assistant for it. I hate it. The issue was in the bathroom first. The same thing. There was a big leak, right? So that got everywhere. And now it's, now it's in the AC unit. It's like a monster that's doing it. You know, like in Ghostbusters, is it Ghostbusters 2 that has the big green guy? Yes. Yeah, he's getting everywhere. And it's like weird green slime coming out of the bathroom and then weird green slime above us in the attic. I was going to say the Phantom of the radio station. Like the operas? Does he have a half mask on? Maybe. I would imagine he looks like you and has the half mask and he's just out there. It's me. It's me with a half mask. Terrorizing the studio. That's what's happening. By the way, since I don't know what I'm going to talk about, we have like two minutes left here, but I did see. I'm looking at the text line here.
And I'm like, what did what did Dale talk about earlier? Because there's some very interesting text here. One person said this, though. This is a great text. And sorry, I don't have the British voice either. He's got to help Dale clean up, I think. Or maybe the British voice just lectures Dale. You missed a spot. Or maybe he, no, that was me, but maybe he's the phantom of the radio station. He's tired of his, he doesn't get paid for what he does. No, he's taking it out. Somebody said on the text line said, on Friday morning, my 12-year-old made fun of Dale Jackson's appearance only based on his voice. He said, geez, this guy sounds like a goblin. Yeah. I think they got it. I mean, is there a better right on the money? That's good. I don't know why all of a sudden that person texted that in. Another person said, I'm hating on Yappy for using AI to do Dale's show. Honestly, I'm not, though. I don't have the British guys the opposite. It actually is me doing the tech. All right, we will do Hey Today. We'll do 10 with Yaffe, I guess. And please text things. I don't know what to talk about to my show. My show will be much better. Just so you know, we'll be back in a moment. You're listening to the Dale Jackson Show.
It's live, it's local. It's the Dale Jackson Show. And it's only on News Talk 770 a.m. 925 FM WVNN. Depend on it. Michael Yaffe. Yeah, I said it. You know, I went to a political event over the weekend. And the person that invited me literally asked, he's like, this is a weird question. But what's your first name again? He had no idea what my first name was. The branding of Yaffy. Well, it's kind of worked. Still half the audience thinks it's yappy. No, it's Y-A-F-F-E-E, my real last name. But seriously, the person who invited me to this political event over the weekend had no idea what my first name was. So I leave it that way. Do I remind people that it is actually Michael or Mike? Yeah, I have a bit of news for you here, actually. I met a man who was a fan of you in Dale's show. Oh, did he say yappy? He was really sad, actually. He knew it was yaffy, and he told me about how disappointed he was, how heartbroken he was. When he discovered, he was like, I thought, hey, perfect name for radio, yappy. Oh, it's not very yaffy. Oh, he was sad. He was sad about it? Is he still a fan or did he stop listening? I think he's still a fan. He just turns the radio off. Geez, all right. Okay, no, it's my real last name, everyone. Y-A-F-F-F-E. By the way, you want to like the Yaffee Facebook page. Follow me and exit Yaffee or Instagram at Yaffee Live. That voice you heard was Austin. Austin, I'm going to need you to talk more today, just FYI. It's so hurtful to me, F, it's so hurtful. I was talking, too, and you're like, that was Austin, guys. Come on, here was Austin. See, this is why I... I wasn't going to say you need to talk more, Bugsy. I have no doubt that you will talk more. I have no illusions. And besides, Jaffe, everybody knows that your real name is Yaffy Jackson. Just like Austin is Austin Jackson. I am Bugsy Jackson. Oh, okay. We're all just adopted. I mean, he thinks of us like his children. So we could be adopted into the Jackson family. Wait, do you think of you as his child, too? I kind of got that with the producers because, you know, we're all younger. Yeah, he's his wife. Okay, okay. Seriously, it started out, you know, that's a good point. I really am like his work.
wife, which is very annoying. Anyway, we are going to do hate at eight in a moment. If you want to weigh in on the Scout Pest Control, WVNN, hot take text line at 866-4994-9-866, 866-4-94 WVN, you can weigh in if you have a hate. I can do like 10 hates today. Hate's about me or banned, okay? I will mute you. Okay, I still could do a bunch. There's a lot going on. Just three now? I could do hate. Yeah, yeah. I could do hates on Iran. I could do, so new stuff I could do hates on, personal stuff I could do hates on, work stuff I could do hates on. It's just, it's just one of those days. It's just one of those days. But Austin will have one. Bugsy will have one as well. Has Austin ever done the hated eight growl? Has he ever done it? I don't think I have. No, that's a pretty high honor. You want to do it? I can see that you're trying to sort of shove this responsibility off to me, Yaffe. I'll get it a whirl. This is an opportunity to grow your career, Austin. That's true. This is a bit of a trophy. Nobody has ever done it well. I think the best person over did it was actually Jacob Morrison. Has Dale not done it well? Really? Compared to Dale. Compared to do. Okay. Jacob Morrison actually does put a lot of fire in there. He's got some heat in. I have to, like, bring him down all the time. If anyone hears yelling in the background, that's Dale because he has to clean up the studio because it's leaking. While wearing flip-flops, by the way. I'm just going to say that the studio is leaking. That is how I'm going to describe it. No, it's flooded from up down. Remember Haffey? All right. Go ahead, Austin. It's up to you now. Hate at 8. I was mad of hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore. What's got you steamed? What's got you mad? Tell us now. It's time for hate at eight. If any of you got anything else to say, now, all right, you can weigh in on the text line and, uh... Tell me great Austin's heat. There wasn't really much of a growl there. He forgot the now it's time for. Yeah. Oh, you know, the whole preamble, I just... Participation trophy. Yeah, there you go. You can write it on the text line 866-494-9-866. Despite that, Austin, what do you hate it on? I'm hating when the worst guy, you know, makes a good point. I really don't like these flock cameras. They agitate me. They frustrate me. And I saw a video of sort of a leftist dude with eyeball tattoos. Like on his eyes or like, did he have like false eyes drawn? I mean he had like his eyes were black, like a lizard or something. I'm going to get that about like blue or something. Okay, terrible idea. But he had blackened tattoo eyeballs and he's making some good points about them. He was like talking about flock cameras in a pretty clandestine normal way, but he looked like that. And I was really agitated that I'm on this guy's side on this issue. Just cover his face. Maybe he...
maybe that deserves some self-reflection. I was wondering if someone was going to point this out and say you're on the team with that guy. This time, yes. Broken clocks, right twice a day, I guess. By the way, I didn't know this issue of the flock cameras until this weekend. Someone's like, oh, yeah, people are upset about flock cameras. I'm like, what? What are we talking about? This is a very internet conflict, and you're not much of an internet man. Yeah, I've turned into an old man. It doesn't exist for Yaffi. I've turned into an old man who I'm either watching Jeopardy or playing a crossword puzzle. That's my life. Well, if I'm not taking care of my kids. Anyway, explain to people that issue with the plot cameras. So they're installing these cameras all around, a lot of towns sort of overnight. And they say that they use AI to read people's license plates. to build a, I guess, map where they're going. Supposedly, this would be able to help the police stations with criminals, effectively. That's the proposed purpose. I have seen a lot of true crime, like, just random TV shows and stuff where they do end up using those to find different criminals. There are benefits to it, but it is, you know, it's a lot of surveillance. I don't want to get pulled over, like, you know, tracked for a speeding ticket. Exactly, yeah. Okay, it's my understanding that you still, I don't know, it's just basically a camera. They still have to go through the same process you would for anything else. It's essentially a camera that just forms a database of where you are when you are, or like wherever you are when. Which to me feels like a lot more of a camera, which is why I'm not a fan. Man, we need to talk about this more. I want to know, after Hey Today, we should talk about this. I'm going to torn on this. I understand the concern, but also, I mean, we all have cameras now all the time on our person. So I just, I don't know. Anyway, Bugsie, what do you hate it on? I'm hating on everything today. I'm hating on just the station, the weather, our AC unit that's leaking. But I'm also hating on, I don't know who I should hate on. Should I hate on the person that found my, what was going to be my pet dove? Should I hate on her? Or should I just have a dove? Over the weekend, Bugsie is sending me pictures of this. I sent everybody pictures of this. I'm going to get a new dove. I'm going to get a pet dove. I'm assuming you just found one somewhere and we're going to take it in and you're like, no, no, no, someone, I'm going to buy it from someone or something. I wasn't buying it. They had found a dove. So what people do when they have doves, it's homing pigeons and homing doves and stuff like that. They call it basket culling. They take a basket somewhere with a bunch of doves and they release them. And if they make it home, they keep them. They're good doves. Other ones just die. They don't care. They just, if they don't make it home, they're worthless to them. They're disposable. And so this was one of those. one of those doves. And it was really skinny. It was obviously not doing well in the wild. And these people were going to release it back into the wild if nobody claimed it. So I was like, I will take this dove. I will take this dove. And then as I got into my, I had its enclosure set up perfectly. I had all the stuff for this, by the way. I had everything bought for this dove. I even ordered special food for it. I had to cancel that. As soon as I got into my car, I got a call and she said it died. It just died.
Oh, it died? I thought you said it got out. No, it died. Well, it got out of, like, where she was, like, holding it, but it died. Oh, my gosh. That's horrible. I will say. I thought, you didn't say that over the week. I did say that. I did say that. You just didn't read my message, Effie. I'm hating on that, too. I'm hating on Yaffe. You're not reading my messages. I thought you said, I just wanted you said it just got out. I just didn't know how it died. She didn't know how it died. It just got out and looked like it had broken its neck. Oh my gosh. And so I had even named this thing. I named this dove. And then it died as I was getting in my car to go get it. Jeez. Yeahfie has almost more empathy for you and I hate to say this. I have a little bit less because this dove is one of the loser doves that didn't make it. So then he broke his neck. It's like, I mean, he really was not. But he was very underweight. He obviously was just, they're not built for the wild. That's why they go back home. Yeah. Okay. And what they do is they essentially race these and they kind of kill them after like two years or they let them go. They race them. I thought this was like carrier pigeons. These were mesquering. They are. They're holding pigeon or they're kind of humming pigeons. It's a little weird that it was like, Bugs he's going to adopt me and then tries to get out. That's terrible. Well, it was in a box. Okay. It was in a cardboard box and this lady's spare room. You know, I mean, she didn't have anything to feed it or anything. Yeah, if you making it personal, the dove killed itself. The dove killed itself because it didn't want to live with me. I named it. I named it Prince Dovey, okay? Prince Dovey. I was going to call him either Prince or Dovey. Well, if you, if you called it Dovey, make sure it's D-O-V-E-E. Oh, like, Y-A-F-F-F-F-F. So the one that I end up buying, I will call that. Oh, man. Michael Dovey is the next one. One of you has to come to me now, by the way. Shut up, Yaffy. We were about to do it. Now we aren't going to. Yeah, Fie, what are you hating on? Ha, ha, you did it. I'm hating on, I don't know if I should hate it myself or just my addiction. I'm cutting down. Yeah, I'm cutting down on coffee. I realized I've been drinking way too much coffee. It was a sign you had a problem when you spilled it all over the board and all over your laptop yesterday. Right at me. Which, by the way, the space bar on my brand new laptop is like kind of kind of not working as it should. But anyway, yeah, I just realized the other day I was drinking way too much coffee. It was kind of making me feel weird. But then, of course, Sunday I had to get up early early because I was playing drums of my church. And then today, you know, I'm back at work and I'm like, oh, this is why I drank a lot of coffee. And so I'm, but I'm not going to do it. I'm not going to do it. So who knows what my show is going to be like today without my second coffee. So I'm hating on that. So lame, yeah. I'm lame because I'm lame. It's not a cool enough addiction. Is that what we're talking about here? Coffee drinkers Anonymous, CA or something? Seriously. I don't know. I hope I don't fall off the wagon when it comes to coffee. You start feigning for it in the middle of your show.
Please, I need it. I need it. By the way, someone's hating on me, and we'll talk more about this, because this flock camera's issue has become really big. But someone said, Yaffi, and they spelled my name right, which always makes me happy. But anyway, I said, Yaffi, we all have cameras as a terrible argument. The difference between the government spying on you and your fellow citizen recording you are two completely different dangers. Okay. I have an issue with that, though, but you've got to remember that nine times out of ten you're not important enough for the government to spy on you in particular. Yeah. Let's take a break here. We'll talk more about the flock cameras. And I really do want you to text or call 866-49-49-866 and tell me what you think. I didn't even know this was like a big thing until yesterday. So I'm like catching up on this topic for some reason because I'm not on the internet enough. All right. We'll be back in a moment. This is the Dale Jackson show. It's the Dale Jackson Show.
News Talk 770 a.m. 92 5 FM, WVNM. Welcome back to the Dale Jackson Show. This is Yappy, filling in for Dale. Don't forget my show is 9 to 11 a.m. We'll have a lot to discuss during that show as well. I'll have to talk about one of the Democrats socialists went on Fox News Sunday. And, I mean... At least she was honest about how radical they are. So we'll discuss that. I'll have the Alabama bullet points. Stacey will be on. That'll make Dale very happy. And I'll do the Sunday new show's recap. So that's coming up in my show. I'll have what's trending as well. But I'm filling in for Dale because Dale has to play janitor. Right now, apparently there's a huge mess as the studio was leaking from up down, a flood. Maybe God was punishing. The radio cluster for sinning. So he's bringing on a flood. Are you building an arc bugsy maybe with the animals? You wanted a dove. Just one, though. I only have one of every animal. I made that mistake. My dove is my arc is not big enough for two doves. Okay. Okay. So we were talking about the issue of flock cameras. And it's really funny because I'm getting a bunch of texts on this. So apparently people really are passionate about this issue. It kind of reminds me I hated, I hate red light cameras. I hate them. At first I thought you're saying you hate red lights and I was like, yeah, I hate those two, but I hate red light cameras. But the only reason I really hate them is if you're turning right and you don't like come to a full complete stop, it'll still give you a ticket. And that, that annoys me. It seems like a money grab at that point. It's like I understand like if you're really just running a red light, I'm not as sympathetic for those people. But so many people that were getting tickets were just turning right. And I hated that. But anyway, this is a little bit more involved. So since someone said that I'm using AI to do the show, I'm going to use AI for this part. Because I looked up, I just. put in Google their AI flock camera. And this is what it apparently is for anyone who doesn't know. It's going to be a big issue like the data centers. Maybe it's related. You know, I guess they kind of are related. The data that they get from the flock camera will go to the data center to process it. I like that. Anyway, it says flock cameras are automated license plate reading systems. made by flock safety used by police, neighborhood, and businesses to track vehicle movements. They capture vehicle attributes, store data in the cloud, and face growing privacy backlash. So it says data capture, it records license plates, vehicle make model color state, and unique details like bumper stickers or roof racks. Cloud storage uploads and retains searchable vehicle logs and a database for 30 days by default. Real-time alerts scans passing cars against law enforcement hot lists to notify police of flagged vehicles. And then, of course, it says privacy and controversy concerns. Critics and groups like the ACLU. I don't know if I can join the ACLU on anything these days. But anyway, it says critics are groups like the ACLU argue the continuous tracking of innocent drivers infringes on Fourth Amendment rights.
It says law enforcement agencies and federal bodies can share access data across jurisdictions, waiting to policy pushback and canceled city contracts. The main reason that I don't have a huge problem with this, I guess it could be abused like anything else, which could be a problem. But it's tracking. I guess I just don't have a big expectation of privacy when I'm driving on a road. I mean, we have license plates for a reason. And also, I mean, most people already have a tracker on their phone or on their car. Yeah, they have trackers on their phone. My car has a tracker on it. State Farm tracks me. Yeah. I have a little tracker for State Farm. And police can access that should they need it. So. Yeah. So it just seems like it's trying because there are cameras out there anyway. And a lot of times police will have to, I guess, get. Like, let's say business has a camera or something. You want to look at it. Please would have to ask them for it. So this is kind of getting rid of one of the steps. But it's not like it's tracking the people. It's really just tracking your license plate, which a cop can do that anyway. If a cop is there, they can look at your license plate and look up the data. And they have it. So this is just a camera doing it. Another positive for it is, I mean, there are very few positives for, but I mean, let's say your car was stolen and you don't have a tracker. Now they can probably find your car and the person that stole it. You know, I mean, it's, there are a ton of downsides, but there are at least a handful of good things that can come from it. Okay, interesting. One person said this, though. Like I said, I got a bunch of texts. I'll have to get some more of the text in the next segment, I guess. People are really passionate about it. I seriously did not know this was a big issue until this weekend. Somebody was telling me about it. And I was like, oh, okay. I thought we were on data centers right now. I thought we were going to move on to, you know, chem trails next or something. One person said, yeah, the officers with access are using the system to monitor women they've gotten involved with through their position. Okay, I mean, that's a problem. That's just abuse of power. They could do that anyways without that. That's kind of my point. Yeah, you know, the Constitution still applies. It's just another tool they could abuse, I guess. So we'll talk more about this next here on the Dale Jackson Show. This is Yaffe filling in.
Live local Michael Yapping. How many of you just realized my first name was Mike? How many of you are just hearing that for the first time? Apparently a lot of you. Welcome back to the Dale Jackson show. Dale Jackson is having to fix things. So he asked me to take over, which I'm glad to do. I'm glad to be here as well. And, of course, I usually take over at 9.9 a.m. anyway, during the Yaffe program, we'll have a lot to talk about during that show as well. So you want to stay with me until about 11 a.m. But you should just keep WVNN on all day long. A bunch of you are weighing in on the Scout Pest Control WVNN-Hotake Text line today. 866494-866, 866494 WVN. We're talking about flock cameras. And I didn't know this was like a big issue. But, you know, I just Googled it. And I read you in the last segment, like the AI explanation of it. But there are a bunch of stories on this, like this one. And like I said, I didn't know this was a big thing. But apparently, according to the Guardian, it says, inside the growing vigilante movement to knock out flock surveillance cameras. So not only are these cameras like everywhere now, and they're spying on your cars and license plates, and they're being misused by police officers, but apparently there's already a vigilante movement. You know, it's like Batman, I guess. Is that what? Maybe the Punisher. Are you going to join them? Yeah. It's Batman like? I don't know. No, I'm not. But it says, yeah, there's a whole movement. It says the. It says no mark, as he is known on Instagram, has already gained an online following of hundreds of thousands of for posting videos of himself wearing a black mask and taking on small-time vigilante missions. Breaking up fights outside a bar and breaking into a refinery, he believed, was polluting the city really bad. And the Minnesota, I didn't even know this when I said that. The Minnesota Star Tribune dubbed him Minneapolis Batman. So apparently Minneapolis has a, sounds like kind of a lame Batman, honestly. But Batman, and apparently he's taking on these cameras now. How is he taking the line? These black cameras, which are hooked up to a rectangular solar panel and typically mounted on a pole, snap photos of passing vehicles and run the pictures against large databases. They have sparked nationwide backlash for pro-privacy critics who point to public record suggesting that these devices can help law enforcement keep tabs on specific license plates and people driving these cars. They can sweep in so many people's location from an innocent act in a public square. Regardless of whether the target is a suspect in a crime without a warrant is led to fears of mass surveillance. So I'm asking people, I'm asking people to weigh in on this and people.
are very passionate. By the way, we are going to do 10 with Yaffe at the end of the show. So if you have any kind of random comment or question for me, maybe even Bugsie, or maybe if you have one for Dale, I'll just answer it for Dale. We'll do that. You can weigh in on the text line about that. We were talking about. You know, we were talking about how maybe it could catch speeders, although I don't think it does, right? Bugsie? I don't think so. I know it was proposed for it too, but really it just forms a database. It doesn't catch anything on its own. And then later on, if a crime is committed and they don't know where the guy is or they don't know who it was, they'll check the flock cameras around that area in that time. And they'll see, like, based on a description of a car or a license plate itself, they'll say, oh, yeah, this did happen there. And then they can track where they went from there. Yeah, that's kind of what I suspected. Once you start using the cameras to say, yeah, charge someone with a speeding ticket or something, I'm guessing there would be constitutional issues there, which is probably why they can't do it. I mean, the Constitution still applies, even if there's a camera. Somebody somewhere is still going to commit, you know, commit that crime, though. I don't remember where it was, but somebody, I know that people have texted and saying that somebody did use it for, like, to track their exes or something. I think it was somewhere in, like, Michigan or somewhere like, that it was somewhere up north. It was a cop that had done the same sort of thing, but he was actually tracking random people that he just kind of liked, and he ended up raping and killing them. Oh. So. Yeah, I mean, abuse of it does exist, absolutely. I mean, you made the point, though. There should be checks of, like, who is accessed this database. You should put a reason into why, maybe. Like maybe they have to submit a reason to request it. It shouldn't be just free access for any more guardrails. Yeah. Like on who can use it? It seems like a useful tool. Like if somebody is on the loose and you're trying to track someone or maybe a kid's missing or something, you're going to be glad that these cameras exist and can kind of track things. Yeah, the issues with it are so rare and mostly not going to ever happen. And if it does happen, it'll happen once or twice. But I mean, those aren't real issues. You had made the point. Cops can kind of already abuse their power. Yeah, I mean, it's just giving them another avenue to. Because, I mean, the Democrats socialists want to abolish the police. But no, when I'm going to do that, one person said this, said, what makes you think the government's not spying on you anyway? Yeah, exactly. They already know. You can see who's in a building using Wi-Fi. So. Surely there are flock cameras out already that you just don't know about, or is that too much of a conspiracy theory? Okay, so someone says they're already out there. CCTV cameras can be used the same way. Well, and that's what I was thinking. Aren't there already, like, other cameras out there? Yeah, at least in cities, yeah. Downtown, I'm sure. Yeah, so that's why I was kind of confused. I was like, what's the difference here? It sounds like maybe the technology is just more advanced. Is that what it is? It's advanced, but it's more specialized as well.
Gotcha. Okay. Another person said this could equate to warrantless surveillance if the data is accessible to law enforcement. And that's one of the issues, the Minneapolis Batman, apparently. He brought that out. That's why I do think that they should have either. a warrant or enough reason to suspect that they should be doing it like a kidnapping or something where they don't know who has done it but a crime has been committed like an actual felony not I mean the cop can go to like certain places with probable cause yeah so you just apply that kind of principle to the camera system yeah kind of makes sense I think probable cause with only certain certain crimes though you know right I think that is how it's supposed to be used it's just a little bit easy for them to abuse it Yeah, and like you said, a cop could abuse probable cause anyway, anywhere in his car, you know, if you wanted to. So there's always going to be abuse. It says this, says, the problem is we don't know what they do with the data. Another texture said, do they use AI to generate your driving habits and sell it to your insurance or other business? If they knew when you were home, they can serve that child neglect warrant or something. That is just a conspiracy theory that is... Absolute nonsense, honestly. I mean, I haven't seen anything like that. But people, you know, you worry about... That's just fearmongering, honestly, if you hear that. I mean, I guess it could happen in the future is what he's saying, but... It could happen. It's possible. Somebody could abuse it for that reason, but it's not currently happening. And generally, you are not important enough to be tracked like that. Now someone, and they're disagreeing with you, Bugsy, said yes, Yaffe, unlike Bugsy, there are a lot of people that are tired of the never-ending government overreach, especially with these flot cameras. I mean, would you rather be aware of it with the flock cameras or they're just going to do it anyways? I mean, I think, maybe there could be enough pushback where some of these cities start taking them down. Who knows? But then they're still just going to, like, I mean, we're already. Our privacy is already violated in another way. They would use CCTV or they would, you know, it's kind of like with Guthrie and her mom and everything, and they were able to get the data from the doorbell camera. But I bet they probably wish there were flat cameras in that area. Yeah, honestly. Just saying. Another person said the flat camera patent says that it has facial recognition. The patent does. So maybe eventually it'll have facial recognition. I mean, it would be helpful when murders are committed and stuff like that. Okay. Do you want more murders solved, really more crimes like that solved? Or do you just, you know, think that they're spying on you in particular and going to take your kids away for it just because you drive bad? True, although I don't think that's what's happening. No, it's not. Just that's one of the conspiracies that people are saying that, oh, it's going to happen because of this. Okay. I mean, it sounds like you're pro-flot camera, by the way. I'm not really. I don't like them, but there are benefits to it. And I also realize that I don't really commit crimes beyond speeding. Well, somebody else, that's exactly what someone texted. They said, perhaps if you don't want a ticket, don't speed. Yeah, just, I mean, if you're really that worried, maybe you should just not commit a crime. Yeah, another person said this.
Said, I live in Nashville, Tennessee. Our Metro Council Board has approved funding for license plate readers two years ago. Our idiot mayor still will not answer questions about it and refuse to put them up. I don't mind it. If you get nothing to hide, then what are you scared of? Love the show that was Mike from Nashville. Okay, so. The mayor won't answer questions about it. That's a little weird. I would want them to be as open and honest as they could be about what it's going to be used for and what protections there are in place about whether or not it could be abused. Another person said it feels like the communist China, what's in China, the China system and the Communist Party there that monitors citizens and gives them a social credit score. The flock system is too much civil surveillance. What do you think your credit score is going to be? Your social credit score, Yaffe? What do you think it's going to be after these cameras are installed? Oh, I don't know. My new fancy car that you'll litter in it is faster now. Maybe you'll outrun them. But the thing is there, I mean, we could be worried about that stuff. But it's not happening. There is no social credit score happening in this country right now. Imagine if you were falsely accused of a crime, you know you didn't do it, and then they didn't have these cameras, so they have no evidence that you didn't do it. But on your neighbor's camera, it looks like you did it. On the flock camera, they can prove that it wasn't. Okay, that's a good point. That's a good point. There are pros and cons to this. There definitely are. Another person said this, I would have liked. I would like to, wait, wait a minute. They want to have one at the entrance of Lowe's in Madison? Oh, wasn't somebody shot there? Or was that that Lowe's? There was a Lowe's where somebody was shot. I was like trying to figure out what they're referencing here. I didn't think it was in our state though, but it might have been. Now, one person did say that what do you think the ESG score system was a step toward? Now, ESG was scoring businesses, and that was a problem because it was based on social justice nonsense and all that stuff. So, but there's actually been a pretty good successful backlash to some of that. So if we use that system, if you just walk out and like right in front of the flock camera wearing like a pride shirt, you're good, right? You're good. Your ESG's personal ESG score is up. From everything I've seen, it's basically just tracking cars and license plates. And it puts it in a database. And eventually they can go back and use it. But it's not like there's someone constantly watching the cameras. CCTV is a bit different. CCTV typically, there is somebody watching it. Right. Cameras are independent. I mean, it means there are less requirements for cops to just be sitting somewhere waiting for somebody to commit a crime. You know? Oh, that's true. And if somebody does commit a crime and runs, they can at least follow them and see where they are. Yeah. You're talking yourself into it. I do like that. I am accidentally. You are really talking yourself into it. I think the technology, we're going to use technology for policing. We are newer technology. But there has to be a check on it. It's kind of like with the data center thing.
There are some people who are like, no AI. We don't want data centers. Well, that's unrealistic. We're going to have AI. We're going to have data centers. But there has to be a check. There has to be transparency. We should know what's going on. We should know how it affects the local community. It's basically transparency is the solution here, I think. Require every cop to input their badge number and everything and a reason for accessing it. And I think that's completely reasonable. And have regular reviews of that. I think that's reasonable. But you're never going to satisfy a lot of these people. You could implement all of those steps. You just mentioned Bugsy, and there will be a bunch of people not satisfied. Those people will still be like, oh, they're tracking me. They're going to take my kids away because of this. Yeah. If you want to weigh in, you can. We have the tax line 86644-9-866. By the way, we're going to get to 10 with Yaffy. I guess we should say 10 with Yaffy and Bugsy. 10 with them. If you have any questions for me. Or Bugsy? Yeah, time with them. There you go. You have any questions for me or Bugsy? Or, you know what? If you have a question for Dale, just ask me. I'll answer it for you. I'll give you his answer. I will stand in for Dale and tell you what he would say. Or I'll lie about it. We'll be back in a moment here on the Dale Jackson Show. It's the Dale Jackson Show.
Stock 770 a.m. 92.5 FM. WVN. Don't worry. We're about, what, 10 minutes till the Yaffee program. Some of you just jumped on early. I understand. You're like, usually I hear Dale here, but I'm waiting for Yaffy. Well, I'm here early. You're welcome. What can I say? What can I say? Bugsy is here as well, and we're still going to do this. It's time for 10 with them. Ten. It's time to answer the deep questions. It's 10 with him. Yes, so instead of Dale Jackson answering the questions because he's busy being a janitor for the station right now, it's me and it's Budsy. If you have a question for us, you can weigh in. We've got the text line 866-49-8664-9-866, and I'm trying to remember the order that Dale says things for 10 with him. I hear it every day. You think I would, I'd remember, but it's personal pop culture, pro wrestling. Parascial. Something like that. Yeah. If you have any questions, or I will answer a question for Dale as well. I'll just answer it for him. So one person said this, should Dale buy a new car? So instead of me buying a new car, which I did, should Dale Jackson buy a new car? Maybe after his janitor work right now. He is currently jamming wet boxes of just junk, like sealing pieces into his trunk. Is he really? He's got a new lot now. I offered my car for it. And he was like, no, I'm good. Hopefully he's just taking it to the dumpster. No, he's just carrying it wrong with him. He wants to keep it. Yeah, he wants it for his house. It's decoration. What's funny is he. y'all don't know this he bought that car from his wife the car he has now was his wife his wife got a new car and then he just bought that one from her is what is what happened so you know take that for what it is another person said this said who knew bugsy was a spokesperson for flock cameras incorporated how much is she getting paid i didn't know i didn't know either I accidentally talked myself into it. I was totally anti-plot camera at the start of what I was saying. I think you just want to disagree with Austin and the textures. That's what I think it is. Or, yeah, you're getting paid under the table. The flock camera lobby. Every word I said good about it, they passed me a dollar bill. That's what it was. Big camera. Big camera. Yeah, big flop, big camera. They're out there, maybe. Oh, jeez. Another person said, I lean toward most people don't have anything to worry about. The vast majority of time will be used to catch criminals who otherwise wouldn't be caught. And that was kind of your take. Yeah, absolutely. There probably will be abuse somewhere, probably not here, probably not for you. But most people don't have anything to worry about unless you're committing a really bad crime. Yeah, I think that, and don't get me wrong, I don't want to, there's always an argument, like for gun control, they say, oh, if you don't have anything to worry about, blah, blah, blah, but.
I don't want to give the government too much power and just say you don't have anything to worry about. That's why it should absolutely be limited. If we have some sort of proof that it is limited or that it is reviewed, so nobody's accessing it for any other means, then it's fine. Now, as I mentioned, I just found out about this issue over the weekend. I'm kind of out of the loop, but from what I've seen so far... There is a decent compromise. I don't want to just say we can't use new technology to catch criminals. I don't want to say that. But the Constitution still applies, so you need probable cause to use it. There needs to be a check on it. Stuff like that. Kind of what you said. We need to use new technology responsibly. Absolutely. Exactly. Exactly. Look at you. You could work for a campaign, Bugs. You could be an advisor. So if Bitz Locker is out there, big camera, just let me know. Another person said Bugs here, are you going to buy a dove? So if anybody out there is selling any pigeons or doves, I would like one. Let me know. Just text us on the text line. Like nesting in, what was it? That's not a dove, though. It's like a robin, I think. Or like a swallow. Even better. Pretty sure it's illegal just to take one of those. Yeah, a little bit. It's already there. See, you already have a pet. Bugsy, just take that. I don't even have to try. Yeah. Yeah, you said it was mean, though. Yeah, it's a little mean. It kind of flies at me when I'm near it. Because you're going towards its nest. I'm trying to steal it and give it a better life, Gaffy. Come on. It's trying to protect its babies. All right, well. I'm probably not going to talk about flat cameras during my show, just so you all know. But it is an interesting topic. I have a feeling it's going to be one of those things that comes up more and more. But we have the AFB programs coming up next to you. Jackson.
