As you may recall earlier in the week, some of the technical bugs got to us just a little bit. But I believe we have sorted it out. As our British friends would say. And we are going to attempt to give you the Chris Plancho at full strength, albeit shy of 30 minutes. So thank you for tolerating it. What a day to have a delay. I was like that proverbial racehorse in the gate waiting for the gate to fly open so I could sprint down the straightaway in hopes of finishing first. Not to be today. So it is the morning after President Trump's speech that I guess very few people got to see it because so many of the members of the mainstream media decided that we didn't need to see it. So many members of the mainstream media decided they weren't going to cover it. They were going to cover it up. which seems to be what they want to do when they don't like who's in charge. And that's disturbing to me because I think you as a voter, once you hit the age of 18, You are capable of making decisions. You're capable of hearing something and deciding whether or not it's Bravo Sierra, deciding whether or not it's worth your time to watch it. But last night, 9 o'clock advertised for several days. We knew this was coming. This was not an emergency address from the president. This was the president of the United States saying, I need to talk to the nation. I have new information to share with them, and we are going to try and share that with you. And you're going to be shocked. I think that was the term that was used yesterday by the press secretary. It was used by the president several times before. And frankly, last night, I will tell you the speech was brief, but it also was very stern.

It was not accusations of voter fraud in Georgia, which some of us might have said we expected to hear after all of the shenanigans that went on in 2020 in the state of Georgia. It was not an indictment of Pennsylvania, even though those of us who know people in Pennsylvania who witnessed some of the craziness that surrounded the vote county in Pennsylvania expected that. No. This was a speech that talked at great length about serious questions that have to do with our elections and our election integrity. And as we are fewer than four months from the midterm elections, the left would have you think that this was a great violation. of the people's trust. In fact, Gavin Newsom, one of the guys who thinks he's going to be a 2028 contender, Gavin Newsom could not wait to get out on social media with a post about Trump's speech last night. Considering it happened at 6 o'clock in the evening on the West Coast, it was still daylight out so Gavin Newsom could put on his casual clothes and get out in his backyard and hold his phone up and make what is one of the... I think one of the more bizarre claims against what President Trump had to say last night. Gavin Newsom, cut 15, please, guys. Well, the only thing missing tonight in Donald Trump's speech was tinfoil. This was a legitimate 25th Amendment moment, the ramblings of a mad king. Don't get me wrong. Foreign interference in our elections, that's a real thing. Nothing about what you watch tonight, though, was real. It's make-believe. He wants to rig the election in 2026. He knows he's going to lose. He needs to rig the election before one vote was cast. That's what that whole thing was about tonight. This is a serious and profound moment where we can either fall prey to cynicism, fear, and anxiety, or we can step up and step in, mobilize, organize, not agonized, and turnout in record numbers this November and end Donald Trump's presidency as we know it. We can do that together. See, I think that last portion is what the Democrats are focused on, ending Donald Trump's presidency. He does add, as we know it, because they know that if they do get control of the House and or the Senate, that Donald Trump will effectively become a lame duck. But for what Gavin Newsom said yesterday, saying that this was fiction, the people of California, the people who watch this. this video of Gavin Newsom, well, they likely didn't get to see the address. They likely didn't hear President Trump talking about the quarter of a million foreign nationals who are not American citizens who were registered to vote all around the country in federal elections.

So that's kind of a problem, I would think. And considering the fact that so many of the blue states are not turning over election data, this is just from red states that cooperated with the administration on trying to make sure our voter roles are legitimate. That's a problem. And the White House declassified a bunch of emails yesterday that showed members of the NSA. deliberately hid intel assessments from President Trump in 2020. Intel assessments that said China was trying to influence the election in favor of Biden, deliberately messaged. One, they're not, they're redacted in some places to keep identity held, but one national intelligence officer in the cyber division wrote, I think I mentioned to you that there is some pending that makes it clear China has been caught conducting election influence. This is in an NSA document recently declassified by the president yesterday. At least that's how it was described to us. But as you scroll up, note that the NSA is, quote, deliberately messaged our one pending PDB president's daily briefing to avoid any direct links to the election. That is a quote from one of the documents declassified last night that said the president's daily briefing was deliberately massaged, meaning they changed it. To avoid any direct links to the election, the information they had. And this goes on and on and on. This is just one of the many documents that was released. So for Gavin Newsom to say that this is Bravo Sierra, for Gavin Newsom to say that this is just not real, that this is fictional, well, he's lying to people. He's lying. And it truly is disgusting. It truly is, to me, election interference. And for anyone not to cover this is speaking quite openly that they don't trust the process.

Scrolling with Haley. I'm Haley Karenia. I scroll with the homies here in the live chat because there's a lot to scroll through on X, on Instagram, on TikTok. Cutting through the clutter, one hot take at a time. Love seeing you all in the chat before the show. I tried to jump in just a few minutes before to say hello. I love the chat interaction. Thank you for helping. But I do it to get all of the videos and all of the content that you won't find anywhere else. Scrolling with Haley. Just search that up and I will be there. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. Joe Biden back in 2020, if we recall. He may not recall, but we recall because the Internet is forever. Thank you, Jesus. Joe Biden back in 2020 talked about foreign interference in our elections quite clearly, and he was very stern, and he also had a warning to any foreign country. If they did meddle in our elections, cut 16, please guess. Any country, no matter who it is, that interferes in American elections, will pay a price. They will pay a price. And it's been overwhelmingly clear of this election, I won't even get into the last one, this election, that Russia has been involved, China has been involved to some degree, and now we learn that Iran is involved. They will pay a price if I'm elected. So last night, Donald Trump said that China was involved in meddling in our elections. Last night, President Trump talked about documents and data, intelligence, so many things we have that claim that China has been involved in our elections. And he is being criticized roundly by the left. Gee, are their memories worse than Joe Biden's? Have their memories failed them worse than Joe Biden's memory is failing him at this point? I wonder if Biden even remembers making that statement. It'd be interesting to go back and show that to him and see if he said, hey, who's that guy? I'd like to know. It's absolutely stunning to me. Stunning. Well, we'll get into some of the CNN coverage or non-coverage. We'll get into some of the reaction from MS-13 now because they were also curiously absent from showing this. It's so disgusting to be to hear how the mainstream media. The people that like to call themselves legacy media are taking this speech from an elected president, a guy who the people spoke up for and elected. Well, CNN tried to throw water on the cold water on the speech before it started with Kaitlan Collins standing up in front of God and everybody yesterday and telling us they're not going to show it. And why? Well, they offered this.

This little montage. We'll be monitoring what the president says tonight, as we always do, but aren't taking it live given the president has a well-documented history of saying blatantly false things about elections. So she teed it up, right? Well, he's got a well-documented history. So cue the well-documented montage of the president using the word rigged. It was a rigged election. Everybody now knows that they found out. People will soon be prosecuted for what they did. It was a rigged election. It was a rigged election. I say it was rigged. Go to 2020. Look at the facts that are coming out. Rigged crooked elections. Well, that's his opinion. And now we have some data, some intelligence, some actual emails inside that shows that may have something pretty accurate. And after that montage aired, Susan Collins followed up with this. We'll be monitoring what the president says tonight, as we always do. but aren't taking it live, given the president has a well-documented history of saying blatantly false thing. Not that one, this one. Tonight, the White House is also releasing newly declassified documents, and we will analyze those so we can provide context around them. Our team is going through them actually right now as we speak, and we'll bring you all the newsworthy moments from the president's speech and from those documents this hour as we talk about it with my fellow reporters and experts. So CNN took the speech as delivered. Usually speeches like this get sent to news outlets with an embargo on actually releasing the text until it is delivered. And most of them generally will respect that embargo. And the links to some of the documents that were posted on Whitehouse.gov last night with a lot of this information the president outlined. But CNN told us they will monitor the speech and they will tell you what's newsworthy. We will share with you the information that we believe you need to know. We will spoon feed you. Because you, you're just not capable. You're not us. You're not part of the mainstream media. I'd love to get your thoughts on last night's speech, the address from the president. I wanted something slightly different. I wanted it a little more, I guess, here's the data, and here's where the arrests are coming, and here's where the investigations come. Maybe this is step one. We'll talk about it.

I'd love to get your take on it, a triple-8-630-965, 888-630-9-625. Let's grab one before we get in here. David in Woodbridge, Virginia. Welcome to the Chris Plant Show, David. Michael, thank you very much. I noticed you eased Chris this morning. I was listening to him and talk about flying the F-16s and F-18s. Relocated, obviously, from, but usually the call-in from the People's Republic of Falls Church, but taking a breather down here in beautiful Trump country, Southern Manassas and Prince William County. In my opinion, Michael, the president did not go far enough last night. I was kind of moderately... Not impressed. He could have mentioned some of the things that several serious scholars know about how the election was rigged in 2020, including the famous hammer and scorecard technologies that were created by a CIA contractor to manipulate foreign elections and then co-opted and used by two very well-known traitors in this country, one who was former... Station Chief in Saudi Arabia and the CIA and then became head of the CIA. I think you know who I meet and his buddy in crime, J.C., who was retired Air Force Lieutenant General. who co-opted this technology to create the way to manipulate elections here in this country and transfer that to a foreign country, a large country in Asia, as we might understand, and a couple other countries. David, to be fair, in a brief speech like this, it's kind of hard to dive that deeply into kind of very heavy statistical information, but I do think the president... could have been benefited in his presentation, if that's even a term to be used. He could have gotten great benefit out of some visual aids to show just how many. people were affected by this, just how many? If you have a quarter of a million votes that are people that are registered to vote here that shouldn't be, that means another quarter million legitimate voters votes will be canceled out by them. And now you've got a half a million that we know about. And I think sometimes those big posters we see in the House and the Senate when they hold them up and do a little grandstanding, some of that I think is beneficial. But if we start getting into the deep dives on this, a lot of people's eyes glaze over because we all got exhausted from the talk of the election meddling in 2020. And we never got any traction on it. So this is one of the things I think overall the people get tired of. I do think the issue is critical.

17:33

Towards securing our elections, I do believe the president tried to make a case at the very end that when he said you need to call your senator and your congressperson and tell them past the Save America Act. It's really only about the Senate. But we'll see. We'll see what the people think. AAA 6309625. Chris is on holiday. It's Michael Pelka in sitting in for sitting in for my friend Chris Plant here on the Chris Plant show. It is Chris Plant. Mike Opelka in for my friend Chris Plant. He's on vacation. I'm happy to be here. He's getting away from D.C. and the Canadian smoke-filled, ash-filled air that is blanketing the northeast. I know we're proposing some kind of bill to send to Canada for the cleanup on this, and they're going to tell us, go away. I'm sure that they're going to tell us to pound sand on it. But it is one of those things that if you have breathing problems and you're in the northeast, try and stay inside today. Listen to the radio, at least for the next couple of hours. We've got a lot to get to more on the president's address last night, what the media covered, what they didn't cover. I think at the end of the day, the president was trying to make this case. Our elections are not secure. Our elections are still a hot mess, all kinds of potential problems that could be violating what we like to consider a sacred process. And he called for people to reach out. out to their elected officials to ask them, please, pass the Save America Act. I'm dubious. I don't think they're going to get that across the finish line. I'd be happy if they did. But until you tidy up the elections, there are going to be questions about the integrity in those elections. We'll do a deeper dive on that. Plus, we have to talk about the crazy debate. between the candidates to replace Graham Platner for the Maine Senate race, the Democrat candidate who had to drop out, because, you know, the Nazi tattoo, the alleged rape, all that problem. Well, Maine has certainly stepped up and given us quite a selection of candidates. But the voters won't get to pick them. 600 delegates will select. who will run against Susan Collins. We'll get into all of it. It's Opelka in for Plant on the Chris Plant show.
