It's an orthopedic surgeon. I don't know. He's even pictured with Schwarzenegger. I have to ask him about that. He wrote this long piece yesterday about Lindsay Vaughn. Do you have that one ready, Henry? I just sent it a, what is it, cut? Maybe I sent it too late. It's Lindsay Vaughn working out. Of course, this Sunday morning, I got to get up around 520 to be ready for her run. This woman has a torn Achilles. She's doing a full squat with weights, workout, among other things, and is going to race on Sunday. And our friend, the orthopedic surgeon, can break it down what she's experiencing probably. But also the idea that I think it's on Graby and Henry. I don't know why I thought I said it. Why she would do this. And I think he's a little bit wary. It's going to encourage young women and others to do crazy stuff like this. But I completely 100% support it. And it indicates how in the world something this pure, this kind of all out. I mean, she's already a millionaire. I don't know how many times over, et cetera. It's her last Olympics. Women's sports, how they have become as competitive as everything that we want. I would tell you, yeah, it's the big game and all that on. Okay. But what she's doing in this is beyond anything to me. That's my sports moment of this week. All right, phone lines are 855839, 1210. Now, Democrats have put out their demands, and I think our guest, even though he's not a federal official, he's state. State Senator John Bramick, Bremenick, is going to be here at 1215. And he, I went back and even saw some of the testimony with the new attorney general trying to egg her on to go after ICE. Seems he both wants ice not to be able to wear a mask in New Jersey. Did I emphasize he's a major Republican who ran for governor? And they could be jailed under this New Jersey bill. Like that's going to happen. All right. So again, if you haven't heard him before, and he is the biggest proponent, anti-Trump, I'd say, and also. Governor Chris Christie back to bring Republicans back in New Jersey. So the argument is, hey, Jack Ciattarelli got dumped. Let's now tell people in Jersey we want to take mask off ice. In what universe? That'll be at 1215. It'll be respectful, but I'm ready on several fronts on this. You don't want to miss that one. So if you're in a snow thing, pull over now, be ready.

Okay, a couple of other things out there today. The Children's Hospital of Minnesota has just announced that they will no longer offer puberty blockers or gender affirming or hormones. They're not going to do it now. Children's Hospital in Minnesota. So what you're seeing around the country, but I'm going to predict. The people over at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia are dug in. They're arrogant beyond belief. And I used to reference them as the gold standard. You know that. Remember the little girl in the suburbs? These creeps in the Obama, the ice maiden, the former governor of Kansas was going to let her die rather than get her in Oregon because of some federal rule she interpreted. Lou Bartlett stood up against her. Remember all that? Well, what made her get it in Philadelphia was the testimony of Children's Hospital. When they said they could do it, the judge said, hey, it's Children's Hospital. There you go. They now, though, are dug in staring down the Trump administration, staring down the room because of some activists there that still want to go forward with what the overwhelming body of science says is disastrous for kids. They're not going to back down as my prediction. They are arrogant. They're moneyed up. They're connected. And they are going to duke it out. Okay. So we'll see what happens to them. But I'm off ever saying anything good until they recant from this and get rid of the people that were driving this. Now, about ice, this is cut, Henry. This is cut 16. Last weekend, and only a few elected officials have spoken out about this, a rabbit group of protesters was right there in Rittenhouse Square, goodly number of them, Hamas praising, attacking Jews, anti-Semitic, but also doing things, calling for the ice to grab a gun and kill themselves. They have an ice agent lynched in the stuff that they're doing around there. So here's the video from YouTube that gives you an idea of this and you hear some of the channing. We have to bleep some of it. Here's how it sounded.

So you can dance to this. It's all part of the stick here. Now, this is the antagonism toward ICE. And look, you know my stance on it. They didn't do a good job in Minnesota. We talked about that with Paul Morrow, with the people they had there courting off these crazies so they could do their operation. And we see some of the things that have resulted. But taking the mask off, doxing these people, their families and their kids. The Democrats have 10 things or they're going to shut down the government. They say that DHS officers, DHS officers cannot enter private property without a judicial warrant. Another tactic to try to slow down what's happening just to slow up the whole operation. No mask. Protect sensitive locations. Everything in the world is a sensitive location. ensure state and local coordination and oversight. Well, how are we going to ensure that when they won't not cooperate with ICE? So you're actually going to hear from the state senator. Look, and Democrats in Jersey doing this, that's one thing. But here's the state senator, Republican, leading Republican, arguably now the leader of the party after the election. signing off on this, co-sponsoring this or sponsoring. And I'll ask him, I'll let him state it. You'll hear him clearly at 1215. All right, decide. Henry, I know you will nitpick on this, but start your nitpick here. Jack Posobic put this up. Who has sold more albums and digital equivalent units in the USA? Kid Rock or Bad Bunny? The answer is, in the USA, Kid Rock has sold over 25 million album and digital equivalent units compared to bad bunnies approximately 8 million. Interesting. Yeah. I'm glad you said that. You didn't go why. He got like a 40-year head start, but. Well, yeah, I understand that, but still he has almost three times it, right? True. So he's not a lightweight. Kid Rock, you know, it's not the biggest name in show business. Look, and we get Bad Bunny is worldwide and I get all that. But I just think that ought to be out there. The media ought to be reporting that on the reporting of what's going to happen with this is just amazing. Nice by Jack Busopic, though, $25 million to $8 million. Side question. It's going to be some country guys in here, so we thought we've never done this one. Something associated with country music. Anything country music. Person, place, or thing. Could be a person. I'll take Dowie Parton off. I'll take the twang off. and I will take, I'm going to keep one in abeyance, I will take trucks office. It's always got to be a truck in there. You've got to have a truck in there no matter what's happening. But I got one that I'm holding, maybe the half hour I'll take off. Go ahead, Henry. I feel like, well, I feel like whether you're a female or a male country singer, you've got to go up on stage wearing some sort of cowboy hat or cowboy hat. That was mine. And the women look good in them, and the guys, it looks dorky.

Oh, I disagree. I think both sexes look very good. Oh, I don't see the guy. I always kind of want one, but then it's the same time. Like, when am I ever going to wear that? You can wear it when they come here to the, you know, the thing in Wildwood. You can definitely wear it. Yeah, that'd be the one thing. Yeah. The other one I'll take off is where you go to see some country music. And that would be the honky tonk. That's a great one. Honky talk woman. Definitely. Okay. Sean, how about you? Yeah, so I have one. Just last year, I went to this one particular concert, and it was Chris Stapleton. So, like, when I think of something in regards to country music, I think of Chris Stapleton, he did a really great job of being at that concert that I was able to see great songs, great music. Everyone had a great ball. All right, Chris Staplet. Yeah, he's a staple. That's why I took part and off, though. He just can't beat that. Even though she's not, you know, the thing we most associate with it. The twang, though. If you don't have a, I know they all don't do the twang now. But you got to have a cowboy who had a truck and a twang, at least some of that. I think they do it up. Do you think so? Yeah, I don't think half of them have a twang. All right. State Senator John Bramnick has been on the show before. I think the last time we may have been talking about drones. I know he's done some stand-up comedy over the years. Is he really the sponsor of a bill that says that ICE would not be able to wear masks in New Jersey? And I'm reading some of his back and forth with the new attorney general. He seemed to really be pushing on that. And just the idea they would go to jail. Let's go to the state senator here on Talk Radio 1210. Senator, welcome back. Thanks for joining us. Thanks for having. I appreciate it. So are you the sponsor, co-sponsor of this bill, Senator? And what, in your mind, would he do? Well, let me first have applied to be a co-sponsor. I haven't heard from the Democrats yet. But let me tell you that I also sponsored a bill that the protesters shouldn't be wearing masks. And that was something that somehow the left-wing liberals didn't like that either because they wanted to hide behind their masks.

I'll make it really simple. All of a sudden, Republicans trust the government. For years, okay, we were deeply concerned that government would take our guns, that they would come in and do things that, you know, would not be in the best interest of us, individual rights. Now all of a sudden, things have shifted, and we want people who have masks on to do law enforcement. Look. Bottom line is you pull me over my car and the state troopers had their masks on. To be honest with you, I don't support that, okay? And people go, well, this is risky to law enforcement, meaning ICE. Well, it's risky to police officers as well. Wait a minute. Send him to interrupt. Come on now. The state senators don't have mobs of leftists that you talked about wanting to get after their wives and families. Come on now. Well, I disagree with you in this sense of mobs going after the wives, et cetera. But that's the job of our government to protect ICE from that kind of, let's say, threats, the same way we protect police officers from threats. But people wearing masks and then... In my judgment, if you're going to go out there and you're going to enforce the law, I want to see your face. I don't think that's asking for too much. Well, it is when wives and families were living in a society. You know this. I mean, it's shocking to me that you don't want to understand the difference here. We could debate a lot about ICE. You've seen the violence rate, the attacks on them, right? But you know about doxing and what these people are trying to do and do. And you want to put those people at risk the wives and kids? It's the same way police officers don't wear masks either, and police officers are at risk also. But part of the job when you're doing this job in law enforcement is not to hide behind a mask no matter what type of law enforcement you're in. I don't know what happened to this country where all of a sudden we're not going to identify the person who's coming out and making arrests. I don't know who these people are. There are people in Newark now pretending to be ICE agents putting masks on and walking down the street and ripping off people. So when did we come to the point in our society that we hide behind masks in a transparent society? What if they came to take your guns away? All of a sudden, the Republicans would go, wait a minute. Well, wait a minute. So this is primarily, Senator. I see where we're going here. This is your antagonism toward President Trump, right? Just tell us. That's what is the hell. What does it got to do with? See, this is what happens in society today. Wait a minute. You're the one that's co-sponsored. People go like this. People go either your Biden or your Trump. This has nothing to do Biden and Trump. Every time I bring something up. Of course it does. Of course it says to do it Trump. You keep saying, when do we come to this point? It's common sense.

And if you really support law enforcement, you would recognize the difference of what's at stake here. Well, how about the fact I disagree with you? But here's what they do. This is what everyone does today. They go like this, oh, you like Biden or you like Trump. No, I like bottom line is I like the law to be reasonable in all circumstances. But you can't have conversations today because that's the first thing you do. You go like this, oh, you don't like Trump. You know, it's so sad, and that's why we have us versus them in society. You get away from the issue itself, and you right away go to an anti-Trump thing. I get that all the time. Well, you deserve it on this, Senator, because you're not, you're not making any sense. Come on now. You're doing this. Wait a minute. But there's a nice thing. That's typical. That's typical where you go. You don't make any sense. Okay, but, Senator, it seems to me you're doing this. That's just a conclusion. That's not an argument. This is a ploy. to bring back the Chris Christie wing of the party and your wing of the party in Jersey. You think this is the way to go. And that's why you're couching it this way. You think it'll attract, I guess, independence and others. You're putting law enforcement at risk. This is typical of how people make arguments today. They talk about Chris Christie. They talk about anti-Trump. They get away from the substance of it. I guarantee you if you were traveling down the highway and troopers pulled you over with masks, you wouldn't like that as somebody who believes an individual rights as a Republican. All right, but where is the call for cops and state police to be wearing masks? Where's the surge for that? Why are you denying the common sense? Why does this happen? Right now, right now, the state troopers are not under attack. But for years, you may not, you recall in the 60s, people would shoot police officers. There was a left wing. There was radicals who would kill police officers. And there was an attack on police officers. But we never at that point said police officers should hide behind masks. Let me tell you, if I have a mask on, my sense of it is I then hide my identity. And I thought we were all of a sudden we trust the people behind masks. When did that happen? Because we know there's a difference that you're ignoring. And that is social media and the ability to use this to attack the families of these people. Well, that's also true of law enforcement. Guess what? It's also true of politicians. And it's the same thing. Those are risks I take as a politician when actually people say, oh, you're a Biden sympathizer, whatever. That's the risk I take, but I don't hide behind a mask because I get threats of my life. I've not done to state troopers many times where there's threats against my life. But I don't put a mask on because. Unfortunately, that's the risk you take when either you're a politician or you're in law enforcement. All right. Have you seen the level of violence against ICE agents, the sheer statistics? Are you saying the government is making that up?

Wait a minute. You're asking me, you asked me two questions. Go ahead. You asked me, have I seen violence on both sides here? And guess what? No one, including you, aren't calling for some kind of middle ground. All of a sudden, you see that President Trump, through Holman, is starting to dial back a little bit of the aggressiveness. And that's what we need. We need some kind of compromise here where they actually go over there, the worst and the worst. and people understand because there's nobody I know who wants criminal aliens to be in in New Jersey or in the country. But this kind of us versus them stuff, and you started with the Christy Trump, I get that all the time. You know, it's sad. We're never bringing the country together when it's, you know, Biden versus Trump and Chris Christie versus, let's say, a MAGA. It's enough of that nonsense. Well, it seems to me that that's where this is headed with you. So if it's not, you can state that. That's fine. So, but let's go back to a little bit of this whole thing. The president ran on not just taking the worst or the worst out. If you're here illegally, Holman has said that you're still on the table. Now, the target, you're right, the main target are those. But what should be done, in your view, would say, I don't know if it's a quarter million people, something like that in Jersey that are here illegally? What should be done with them? I believe that the federal government should have a path for citizenship for people, been there 25 years, raised their children here, never saw the government coming after them. They paid their taxes, and all of a sudden, that person, okay, is being deported to a country they've never been to. You don't think there should be a path for citizenship for people who've been here 20, 25 years? No, I don't care how long have it. What about the people that are waiting in the country and going through the proper channels? What would you say to them? I would say that they would believe that somebody's here for decades that there should be a path for citizens. Most Americans believe there should be some path. I don't think that's true. I don't think that's true at all. I don't think that's true at all. I disagree with you on that. People came across the border in the last couple of years. No, those people shouldn't be here and they should be thrown out. But there is a group of people here who I think should. should get some respect on some path. We almost did a path for citizenship. And at the last minute, it fell apart at the federal government. Thank God. There are people like you who believe everybody should be thrown out. I disagree with that. Okay. Well, we disagree. But why did you arrive at 25 years? It seems to me pretty calculated. What about 10 years? What about 15 years? Well, that's what legislators do. You have to come to some, you have to, when you do legislation, which guess what? For people are not in the legislature, they have all the answers. But for the federal government, for Congress to say, okay, there's always going to be a cutoff. Should it be 15 or 20 years? To be honest with you, I don't have an answer to that because they won't consider the legislation. And look, that's the right of the Congress. But there are people here who could be great citizens who have no opportunity whatsoever to stay here.

Okay. What is, what do you say post this election? What's your analysis you ran for governor? What should Republicans be doing next? That's why I was asking you about this. It seems to be the course for Republicans in New Jersey, what you're doing on this and what you just said about the 25 year thing. What would you recommend Republicans do? Well, I think the important thing is if we're simply going to simply criticize everything Democrats do, instead of looking for compromise, showing a fart, think about every governor, every Republican governor who won was the moderate. Kane, Whitman, and Christy. Chris Christie ran against Lonigan. So all of a sudden, some Republicans believe the only way we win. is to be extreme right-wing Republicans and hated John Bramick and hated Chris Christie. Let me tell you, when you, that is not how you win in New Jersey. It's simple as that, though. History shows that this is a moderate state. 75% of people in New Jersey are in the middle, and if we want to continue to lose, which Jack Ciattarelli lost by 14 points, and think about that 14 points in an era that all of a sudden Republicans are doing better, really? Well, didn't President Trump do pretty well in 2024? It was at a mirage. Well, he did, you know, no. What happened was people couldn't stand Biden, okay? So Trump did much better. But when you become the president, you know, being campaigning is a lot easier than governing. And now all of a sudden, like the history of New Jersey, of the country, there's a pendulum. So now all of a sudden, everybody hated Biden. So Trump did well. Now people don't like the president. Now the Democrats do better. It's just a history of how this country's worked. All right. Well, Senator, I'm very glad you came on. What happens with the bill? Where are we with this? When does this get voted on? Do you have a sense of that? I don't because the Democrats control everything. But as soon as I know, I'll call you back. All right, Senator, you got it. Thank you. Thank you. Anytime. Thanks for coming on. Appreciate it. All right. What a start to the show. All right. Go out there. Lindsay Vaughn doing squats. We're doing pushups and everything else in here. Grab a water after that. All right. So here we get, you know, how many times can I go around with this? Is there a difference between ICE and them asking all these other things, the Democrats? We can debate some of them. And you know. that President Trump and Holman have tried to rein in, be smarter in Minnesota, which I'm along with. But the idea of where they're wearing masks and they have uniforms on almost all the time that I see, why are they wearing the mask versus what he kept on saying with the state trooper? We know exactly why what these mobs want to do. And it's not even about them. It's about their wives and kids. It's pretty simple, is it not? 855-839-12-10. Now, look, I look for people, though, quote, on our side that are willing to come on and go after these issues. All right, just to expose. And he is the biggest, he's the leader of the Chris Christie. Let's bring Christy back. Christy's going to be all over the state.

You talk about insufferable, you know, and I was all sad. If we had gotten into Chris Christie, Henry, where was I going? Was I going to talk about imprisoning people on the George Washington Bridge for that guy? No. I was going to go with Christy putting his carcass down on a beach chair looking at the world and saying, that's right, I can do it. You're not coming on this beach during COVID. You talk about insufferable and arrogant beyond belief. And why did he get caught up ultimately? He couldn't win. He had to win by inordinate numbers for his push toward the White House. So he got into it. He should have gone to jail for it along with some of the people that did. They deserved to for what they did, boxing people in on the bridge for hours. That's imprisonment. I know there was a lot of legal wrangling and all this were past that. But that's the legacy of Chris Christie in my mind. All right, phone lines are 855, 839, 12, 10. Give me your reaction to, and Bremenick is among the leadership without a doubt. He ran for governor. It's a powerful state senator. I think Matt and Rich would agree. He's one of the leaders of the Republican Party there. And I knew we would end up with the Jack Chederoie thing. I didn't avoid that. It's shocking to me. We lost by 14 points without a doubt. Does that tell us now we have to go back to being mealy mouth and be the co-sponsor of a bill to put ICE agents in jail? Again, we can argue, and we've seen this play out even with the president in Holman versus Christine Ome and Bovino. And what happened in Minnesota? That's one thing. Let's say this is the same thing as state troopers coming up in uniform with masks on. No, it's not, not even a little bit. They are hell-bent to get at these people. And you know what that means. That means their families. That's where they're going to strike. Now, on the other side, you know, my own, this, you threaten these death threats. We don't do enough to go after them. But if you try to get at the kid or the wife, or even worse, the kid, All bets are off. We have to hunch you down like a dog across the country for the rest of your life. You're going to pay for that. We don't do enough of it. So what are we trying to do? We're trying to avoid that situation. And that's why the identity is protected here in order to stop going after the families. Pretty simple thing. All right. And I don't get any work out this afternoon. Thank you, Senator. 855, 839, 12, 10. I'd love to get your reactions to that. You can give me your side answer to, but give me your reaction to that. And as Jersey going to pass this? Yes, it is unconstitutional. That was getting into weeds. Are we really going to, you really think ICE agents are going to stand down and they're going to tell them we're arresting you because you have a mask on? You really think that's going to happen? I don't think so. I think they would defend themselves. Now, we don't want law enforcement, and we don't want to have law enforcement have to go out there against their fellows and women in arms and do that. Can you imagine? All right, 855, 839, 1210. And there are Republicans like this in Jersey. They say, well, look at Jack Cheneroe. Look at what happened here. Let's go this way and be a moderate. A moderate is saying that ice can't wear a mask. That's not a moderate. That's in the tank. It's not the same thing as with cops. Okay? Some of these other things with ice, we can debate. I mentioned Minnesota. Some of the things that happened there. But the masking part, no. One other thing. You may have noticed, and again, it's a sad story. It's a heart-wrenching story. I have, you know, Savannah Guthrie, the mom and all that. The interesting thing for us, though, is think about these stories and how the media attention and the amount of media play out on them. I remember back to the smart case. Remember that? And, you know, people rightfully talk about, well, why this case versus this case over here. Now with Guthrie, it's because you have a very prominent person in the media. It is a cliffhanger. It's mysterious. And it's the plea from the family from Savannah Guthrie is heart wrenching. But the amount of coverage is incredible. And I think. Part of it is some people in the media then start to think, well, we better be covering this. Everybody else is. So the amount of coverage, remember, there's limited media time of where the attention is going to go. And particularly these local newscasts, they only have 24 and a half minutes or something. The amount of coverage on this, does it seem to be about right, given those factors I gave you that were out there. There's going to be a news conference at one. I'll pay attention, but we're not going to. You know, go to the news conference and all. I don't, I don't see that. You can tell me, if you do, 855, 839, 12, 10, give me a reaction to the state senator. And somehow or another, we arrived at a path to citizenship. We always do. And the idea of it being that it would be, what, 25 years. I think that's phony. I think they do five or 10. Let's me go to Robert and Ben Salem. Hey, Robert, good afternoon. Hey, Dom Henry, it's good to talk to you guys today. A few things for the state center, and you covered back in the 60s, state troopers weren't being docks. There was no doxing back in the 60s. And second of all, if you're going to... Talk about the people who've been here quote unquote 25 years. Here's the thing. If you hadn't sat there and said nothing while Biden flooded in all these illegal aliens, no one would give a crap about that guy who's been here 25 years. We got presented with a situation where we had to do mass deportations. I don't care if that state senator agrees with it or not. And when we're done doing these mass deportations, then we'll talk about people who could possibly stay here. But he's talking about things need to be legislated. They were legislated. And he sat there and didn't say a word while those laws were being completely ignored by the Democrats. That's so well put. And again, but I am adamant about this. It's not just the worst of the worst. You're right. Trump ran on this. And if you're here and you get caught up in it, you...

Don't belong here because we do have an ungodly problem at this point. And now he's going to second-guess everything now that we're trying to fix the problem. And Mr. Chris Christie, Jack Ciattarelli, got more votes than your big butt ever did. So I would shut up if I were you. These rhinos see an opening, especially in Northeast States, and they want to seize on the movement and rip MAGA in the process, okay? They're part of the problem. But there's nothing we can do about them in places like Jersey and, you know, the Northeast United States. Difficult. Yeah. I know, and we have one of them here with Mr. Fitzpatrick. Okay, guys, if you didn't say anything before, shut up now, because you had nothing to say. All right, Robert, what's your side? We got to get that out there all over the place. Is that the congressman? Okay, let's go to Congressman Ryan McKenzie back with us again here on Talk Radio 1210. Hey, Congressman, welcome in. Good to have you again. Hey, good afternoon, Dom. Always great to be back on the show. Well, what could you tell us now? Democrats, Martin Luther like attacking their 10 things they need from you guys on ice or we have a shutdown. What's going on on that? Well, we know that ICE and federal law enforcement are so critical to keep our communities safe. The far left agenda is to handcuff them, kneecap them, abolish ICE, all kinds of crazy radical proposals. But our continuations of the defund the police movement that we saw many years ago, one of the stupidest political movements that I've ever seen.

And it's just disastrous for this country. And so we have to push back, make sure that that is not going to be the case. I mean, we've seen senators Chris Murphy saying that he wanted to handcuff ice. And so many of these proposals, that is their intended goal. And they're not, in many cases, they're not even serious proposals that would gain any kind of bipartisan support. This is just an effort to undermine our law enforcement. We at the same time, you know, the president. And those of us in Congress that support law enforcement. We want to make sure they get their funding. And we are open to reasonable reforms. I think everybody should always be looking at ways to improve our processes and the way that we do things in government. And so we're open to those discussions. That's why even before the most recent shooting in Minneapolis, we in Congress, the Republicans in the House leading the way, put $20 million. to body cam funding for ICE and DHS agents. It's why we put in place de-escalation training to make sure that law enforcement officers who are being harassed by protesters and demonstrators just for simply trying to do their job and remove violent illegal criminals from our community, that they would be better trained and have that kind of experience of de-escalation training so that they could handle those situations better. That was in legislation that we passed, but the Senate Democrats reject that. And so we're at a bit of a square one position on DHS funding. But we have to get it done not only to keep our country safe from violent criminals, as I mentioned, but that Homeland Security funding also includes TSA. It includes the Coast Guard. It includes Secret Service. All of these other things that are very critically important, FEMA, all of these things that are so critically important are wrapped up in that funding. And so we need to make sure that we find a path forward and make sure we're doing the right thing by keeping that component of government open. Congressman, we'll get to some of the wins that have happened here that we don't see day to day. We want to amplify that, that you guys have been able to actually get some things done. But wanted to talk about maybe a probable opponent, because our listeners, as you can imagine, any time we get a sniff of some alleged impropriety or proven around elections, and apparently, according to the news that I see, this potential opponent, The chairman right now was allegedly involved in illegal or signatures of people that he signed for their name in a previous race for auditor at general. And a Democrat is the one that's one of the people making those allegations.

Yeah, so this is, he's a current sitting elected official as well. Right. Mark Pinsley, he's the Lehigh County controller. He had run for statewide office auditor general as a Democrat in a primary, and it is now coming to light that there were forged signatures on his petitions in that last race. And he's claiming no knowledge, no, you know, he wasn't involved in that process. But it's something that I think needs to really be investigated here because we are always told that elections are free and fair and there are no problems, nothing to see here, nothing to look at. But time and time again, we find fraud. We find these problems in elections and Democrats want to sweep it under the rug. So there needs to be a full investigation of not only Mark Pinsley, but those involved in his campaign who committed those forgeries and they should be held accountable. Well, I like candles and he will be your opponent because I think I had him on once and some of the things I see coming him, wow. He would fit right in with the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez crowd, it seems to me. Oh, yeah, I mean, he's one of these ones, you know, back on the other topic, he openly posts about Abolish ICE. Yes, exactly. And you sit there and you go, again, you clearly don't understand or don't care. about what these individuals do. I mean, again, you can go through the list of people that they have arrested right here in Pennsylvania. I mean, violent individuals, those that are committing significant drug offenses, assault, conspiracy, burglary. I mean, the list goes on and on. I mean, but they just want to turn a blind eye to all of that in the name of their progressive politics. And it's really dangerous rhetoric. coming from them and ultimately could be dangerous action if they ever got elected. Exactly. Now, let's talk about some of the things that have been getting done. I think on the fronts of things like affordability and moving it forward, things the average Americans are going to be better off because of what you're getting accomplished in a very, very tight house. What are some of those things? Well, we just passed the other appropriations bills outside of the Department of Homeland Security. There are 11 bills that comprise our federal government and the budget for the government. You're seeing what we would believe to be one of the first times in recent history where you have actually brought down discretionary spending, really fiscally responsible budget, focusing on our priorities, America First Policy. This is replacing the wasteful Biden budget with a responsible Trump budget. And we were actually able to get Democrat support. It's hard to believe. But we put together such a good compromise product that brings down discretionary spending, rains in the waste, rains in all that junk that was out there. Things like USAID, that waste is no longer going to be in a budget going forward, which is a significant win. But there's lots of other things in there as well. And it's just really a sea change in federal government spending from all that wasteful spending in the Biden administration that we know actually drove inflation. We are now reining that in resizing and reshaping government in a really responsible way. And then in the affordability category, you get wins like PBM reform. These are pharmacy benefit managers.

They're middlemen in the drug market. They capture profits and raise prices for end users of prescription drugs. We were able to put in really significant reforms in that space that's going to help bring down the cost of drugs for every single American, bring about more transparency, more accountability. So these are the types of wins that just in that budgeting process we've been successful at, and again, we have to figure out how to wrap up the Homeland Security. But if we can do that, again, this is... This is what people voted for. They voted for significantly changing around the way the federal government is not only doing business, but the size and scope of it as well. And we were actually able to achieve a lot of that here in the first year of the Trump administration and of this Congress. Well, we salute you on that. I know how diligent you are. And we went back and forth about, well, what about a state trooper had it? Yeah, well, what about the cow jumped over the moon four times? Oh, come on. It's social media. They can't get it Trump. They want to get at the wives and kids. They want to get at each and every one of us. They're mobs. They're crazed. And we don't do enough to put them in jail. All right, 855, 839, 12, 10, you get on board. All right, here is a guy named Ryan Clark. I think some listeners, I know Henry knows him. I know him. This is cut 13. We have the big game coming up, and we're at the end, although some remaining, but head coaches, we're at the end of it. So I think there were 10. No African Americans were at it for those 10. I think we're down to three, and then one guy is another minority, Sala. So here is Ryan Clark. And Clark is on, I guess this is ESPN with another black former black ball player. And they're talking about, well, wow, is this due to the NFL? Is this due to racism in the system? And routinely on shows on the ESPN, I see this, with this guy and a couple of others, they can't say, well, you know, look, nobody out of the 10. Why is there not a fit, a comfort fit here? Marcus Spears is the guy's name. Okay. And instead, Ryan Clark and these guys reach for this stuff. And here's the point. How does an idea get at there that gets in the minds of people? It's not just politics is where it comes from. Politics kind of downstream from that. Sitcoms. Celebrities. although I would say the net net of what happened at the Grammys has backpired big time because of Billy I wish having to go a yard farther further and no farther Dom come on farther and say well is it far yeah but is it the yard or is it in the contact I got to wrestle that one of my mind and say stolen lands and now we're all over this with her and she had a pit bull she was walking people noticing that suddenly like I'm not going to get into the pit bull thing, but a curious choice. Here's Ryan Clark giving us the great theory of why not one black coach was added out of those 10 opportunities. Cut 13. Hang on. This isn't working for some reason. This isn't about racism and football, but the history of this country does play a part in it. You couldn't get generational wealth to own a team, and they didn't get black coaches in this league where they could select those players and understand the leadership qualities and the people that they see. All right, so the argument is, let's play it again, so we hear an entirety, and let me summarize that I'll call. Generational wealth. So because of slavery, they're not owners or enough owners. And then that kind of filters down, that racism, all the way back to that, and that's why black coaches are not picked. Now, you know, the NFL is looking for just the most, I mean, I have to say, though, I put it up to whatever's going on with your Philadelphia Eagles is just inexplicable. You know, we're not going to get into weeds of sports here, but. As far as management, some of the guys they're losing and some of the tension with a guy that I absolutely have no respect for, they're a head coach even in the slightest universe. I don't care how many Super Bowls or whatever. I'm tired of hearing that. It's a mess. Could it be that sometimes these owners, general managers and all have a philosophy and it doesn't match with the person coming up for the job. And I think we went through this way back with African American quarterbacks. And I don't know on a regular basis now, but that got broken correctly. I mean, there was no reason for that. But that's all news. Here we are with the coaches again. Now listen to this guy on ESPN, NFL Live on ESPN. And this type of stuff is unchallenged that because of slavery, you're not getting black coaches in the NFL. I've often thought, if I had that power, who would I put in charge every day waking up saying, how do I beat back the Communist Chinese Party? How do I beat back their government? How do I bring them down ultimately, no matter how long it takes? How do I put the fear of God in them? COVID is an example. They killed us. It's plain. It's clear. Yeah, well, right, you could tell when he said the 25 years, you know it would be if you got here last Tuesday, we're going to keep you here. He thought 25 is a number that backs you off. You're exactly right. And then when you press them, you know, he doesn't like it. It was like when you talk to Corbett. you know, about the gas tax. He gets in the tizzy. Oh, you remember that moment? It's one of my top ten. Of course, he blew up on you. Yeah, when he said, he didn't understand. Yeah, he's not going to let Susie go off a bridge on her way home. Oh, my God. And Lance, you got to imagine it was a small studio. We're eye to eye. And I'm thinking, I don't care about anything at this point with this guy. I don't care what happens. You know, he tells you flat out. You don't understand how it works, Dom. That's what's your side today, Lance? Oh, Dom, I put the low-hanging fruit. For me, Country Western, it's the stories. Okay. You know, it's the stories. You know, when you hear Country Western, it's always the story of, you know, not having enough money. Somebody leaving you. Somebody cheating on you. Hard times. You know, when you hear the devil goes down to Georgia. Yeah. Or.

I got you. You're engaged here, Lance. I'll let you go. I appreciate the effort, Lance, whatever's going on there. He remembered that, Henry. We're in a small studio. Once a month, we did the Corbid show. It was getting fragile. You know, I'm going after him on a couple things. The gas tax was one of them. He's one of those guys that was like complex, you know, really gets red. I don't get too red in the face. The complexion. He was white. Oh, the complexion was rising. His handlers came in. And again, I realize the NFL has to look at this. You have what percentage now, it varies, but it's very high of African-American players. Why would you not have more black coaches then? Why did they not increase? And you take a look at each situation. And, you know, each team is looking for the smallest edge imaginable. in order to write the ship. Could it be that? And in each individual case, okay, that's pretty high numbers, 0 for 10. But it's because of slavery and generational wealth. It never, I mean, this is where a lot of things get frozen coming from the ESPNs of the world, sitcom, celebrity shows. stuff of that nature. That's where people, daytime TV, they get their information, it becomes frozen. To me, the top one that's gotten frozen in the minds of people, Reese and Vintage, is what Trump said when we had the situation in Charlottesville. And what he said was pretty clear, you know, he's a mangler. Then you had different groups of people there. You had three different groups. You had the one side who were racist and wanted those monuments to stay there. You had the other side, the left, who just wanted to take them down and were violent. And then you had people that were there and got caught up in the middle of it. That essentially is what he was saying about the good people on both sides. But that's not how it is put out there. Why don't we give them lists of what we'll accept? Why are we begging, like you've said in the past, why are we always on the ropes? We should be out there fighting, putting them against the ropes. Well, exactly, Phil, and guys like this and Chris Christie are surfacing in Jersey because we just had this loss, and they're trying to say we have to go back to the even more, quote, moderate Republican. Why then are they not running the state of moderation? They're not moderate. Jersey is completely progressive. Yep. And one quick question I do have before I give you my answer. With their wins in these past few months elections, do you think that like Zohran Mamdani and all them not performing to what they promised, do you think that could help us in the midterms and in 28? Or do people just not care? No, they don't care as much as I'd like, but Zohran Mamdani is such a dumpster fire that, yeah, and they're going to have to answer for what he's doing and not doing there. So sure, Phil, that's going to help us. My sense, though, is the thing that President Trump is avoiding, it's going to come down to, can he get those voters to come out that would vote if he were on the ticket? Can he get the lion's share of them in critical congressional races to come out? If he can, we're going to win. If he can't, it's going to be very difficult. Well, tomorrow I'll give you a story of me and being a poll worker. But for my answer, boots, cowboy boots. I went out to buy fry boots just so I would fit in. When I was younger. Nicely played. Now, when Roe first met me, she was talking about it the other day, Henry. I did have on a pair of cowboy boots. Oh, really? And I had an open shirt with the chain. Oh, wow. They got like 200,000 signatures to replace Bad Bunny with George Strait to Super Bowl at the big game. Oh my God. You know, the halftime show. All right, Domchow, welcome in, coming to you on the side, which is country. You've got two or three country people and Kid Rock alternate halftime this coming Sunday. And I gave you some of the stats on that. As far as Bad Bunny, it's enormous, the trailer of what he's going to do, I guess. worldwide, the draw, the views, just unbelievable. The Washington Post essentially is no more now. It's kind of going to be a show of itself, no sports section that's actually theirs. It will exist in name only, like Newsweek and Rolling Stone. It will be a show of its former self. And I think it's interesting. Washington Post blows up now. I mentioned news. I mean, back in the day, Newsweek Times is a show of itself, too, Rolling Stone. How is it the Philadelphia Enquirer? I haven't seen their Sunday circulation. And they've taken away the Enquirer, one of the great joys, which was the Sunday newspaper. And newspaper read, I mean, actual newspapers. The New York Times still seems to have a lot on the street. But the Washington Post is not going to have their book review, their podcast, their sports section, pretty much. The Daily News. I don't even know what iteration it exists in anymore, if it even exists. And they've killed it because their argument would be, I guess, unscrupulous owners, Jeff Bezos. I can't defend him. Times have changed. People just want to curl up with their laptop, sort of. But how about they're just biased in the bubble, not reaching a core audience, just not caring about that? Now, the inquire is still in existence. I mean, I don't want them to go out of existence. Just think of all the fun we have every day of the latest nonsense that they don't cover or they do cover and where they go with it. But what's the local news source out there for people? Is it talk radio in some way? It's not conventional, certainly. It's the local news still draws pretty big numbers. I'm talking about TV. The national, the 630 thing, is abysmal. So where does it come from? If it's the Internet, wow, yikes. That's not going to be good. And it brings me to one other thing, too. And I realize the pressures. But let's say, just for the moment, and I'm not betting on it.

You know, Jack Basobic and the others we've had on, they're thinking that this alternate halftime show, I saw one of the country acts, he's going to do seven minutes, and I think Kid Rock is doing eight, and he's going to reveal something about God and him. Let's say it does 10 million people. They have enough influencers, enough stuff going on here, are going to watch some or all of that, even if they have the regular halftime on. What will that tell us that people are looking for? What will it tell us why they're going there and what they're trying to find? I give credit, this is not a boycott. In other words, they're not saying don't watch the game, don't watch the halftime. They're saying, we're giving you something to watch around that. If it fails, and Fox, I mean, to say they wouldn't want an audience, think of how easy this would be, if Fox News Channel put this on, what are we talking about, 18, 20, 25 minutes, give or take with commercials and all that. And they got that number of people. And inside that, they promoted something they're doing coming up or something they wanted you to see. The reason they can't, they're connected to Fox broadcasts. And that would be it. The NFL would that be over for them. Same thing with CBS. Even with, I was thinking, all right, who might put it on? I didn't say this a couple weeks ago. I thought would she really put it on in their news division? Would she have the clout? I bet she tried. The woman Bari Weiss heading up CBS. Nope, they can't do it. Jim Nance would come down there. Then you have ABC. Yeah, they still have things associated Disney and ABC with the NFL. Then you have NBC. Well, they have the game this year. They're not going to do it. And then you start going to, why would CNN not do it? Well, they don't like the ideology of it. MSNBC, well, that's NBC. And the other platforms that are out there somehow or another. So as I understand it, it's almost essentially you're going to have to stream this. I don't think it's going to be on any, well, it's going to be on some of those things, which might even make it harder to get to than just having it on your laptop. And are people really going to watch it in that manner? It seems kind of uncomfortable, inconvenient. So I would have to say I'd bet against 10 million people seeing this, despite the influencers, despite the pushback on this. If they get a few million, it's going to be a miracle, given what you're up against to get people to remember to do that. Now, what might help is the game doesn't have huge rooting interests. And I want to throw one more thing in here. Now, Mike Vrable, the head coach, the Patriots, has just said, and I think the sound is somewhere there. But he said pretty clearly, I would cut off half my penis to win another Super Bowl. Well, he's clarifying an earlier statement where he said, just cut it off completely at the beginning of the year. That's why he went to a half. Yeah, so that's what I asked him about like, where you're going to do that? He's like, uh, and he made the joke. He's like, yeah, I'll cut off half, so I still have six inches. Okay. All right. Well, it's, you know, giving you an idea of how important this is that he went with that, though. That's, uh.

I haven't heard, you know, usually you say I'd cut off my arm. And there was a survey done of the Olympics in which Olympic athletes said for a gold, they would cut five to ten years off their life. If you had to trade it and you got the gold medal, they'd be willing to cut off their longevity by five to ten years was the answer. Okay, so look, people are not going to do that, but it gives you an idea the intensity of this. And that quote is pretty funny all the way around. But winning that that sticks on your record for life, it is still huge despite two teams where there's not a huge connection or antagonism. Maybe the only antagonism is anti the Patriots, I guess, still. All right, phone lines are 855, 839, 12, 10. Are you going to go to the trouble to watch, particularly if you have people over? You know, I don't know. Are people really doing big Super Bowl parties around this game? Is that really still going to happen? Maybe it's such a thing. It's not like last year, certainly here. That would be interesting in Philadelphia to see the numbers of people that tuned in. I think it would be kind of minimal. But it's a big test. And what can we point to? All right, I'll take the obvious one off the board. This isn't the side. The one we can point to, well, there are two that I can think of, where the culture war, where people said, that's it, Bud Light. When's it going to be over of Bud Light? And the answer, well, I got another one too. It's not going to be over because Bud Light just can't get out of this. No matter what they do, they're not going to be back to be the number one beer in America. That's not going to happen. The other is Cracker Barrel. They got torched. And because of Bud Light, they jumped in. I'm not sure if they redeem themselves or not. They seem to be okay. But I see online more and more people scrutinizing every little thing that Cracker Barrel does. Does it send a message? Hey, I don't like how the furniture is there. I just got back from Cracker Barrow. What are they doing? Emery, any others in mind? Is there any others where one side or the other clearly one? I would say. And I'll be blunt with you. I'm not going to lie and just put on the pom-poms. I will say when the shooting's over on this, the NFL is going to win. As much as I despise them and don't want them to win, they're going to win on this one. And what does that tell us? They're going to be cockier in the future. Can you think of another one? Is there another cultural war where one side clearly won? Those are the two bets where... The people saying, no, that's too much. Well, are you saying, do they have to reverse course? Well, to win, sure. To win. See, that's where I lose it because, you know, I think of like Jaguar, you know, and how they completely redid their branding and now they're just in the toilet completely. Okay. She had a giant broom that she was twirling around her hand. Like a marching band. And the others were standing there on their phones. I realize you can't be picking up snow every second. But, you know, I didn't take pictures of it. I thought, it's a hard job. I don't want to. But on my Twitter, I've really been gone after this letter to Mikie Sherrill Parker public letter on Twitter saying, yo, you at least have to clear the bike lanes. The bike lanes are all important. You got to get those bike lanes open. And I have an equal number of people saying, I hope the ice and those bike lanes is there for the millennium. Because where we are, well, you don't park there really, but where I am. out here every second you take your life. And what I saw on the bike lane today on Walnut Street, these are vehicles. They're 30 or 40 miles. Look, it's a tough job. These guys are delivering stuff. And God bless them, tough weather and all that. But I don't think they should be in bike lanes. I mean, people are stepping out of the car. You forget for a second. 30 miles an hour, 40 miles an hour, they're on you. Yeah. I mean, and talk about like the walkway under our building too. They'll fly through there. Oh, yeah, exactly. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So let's see what happens with the bike lanes. By the way, at that speed now with the Lindsay Vaughn thing, we're talking with the doctor who's a friend on Twitter, orthopedic surgeon about this. He had mixed feelings about her competing. I saw her saying, well, I don't know if it'll hold up. I thought it was 70 miles an hour they're going. She said 85. Can they possibly be going 85 miles an hour when they're, you know, the worst of these as far as speed? How in the world is that possible? Because if you crash anywhere near at that, plus you got the side of the mountain in some of these places. I know they have netting at all, but wow. That's pretty intense. Totally. And that's what I want to hear the docs take on it. Like is it going to be that bad? She can't plant, you know, when she's going around the flags, like she's going to wipe out and do something. Like it's scary because, I mean, in that sense, I guess her life is on the line. Okay. Yeah, he seems to think based upon that video we put up YouTube.com slash 12 to NWPHT of her workouts, squatting and all this stuff. Wow. This woman is a competitor. And we're the only people in America who see this story, and I blend it into how it's something this wonderful, a woman willing to do this. Would you ever consider in female sports putting males in? And shame on these women, some of them in the WNBA, they see nothing wrong with this. You know what? Let them put three or four guys in the WMBA. I would actually pay some of these people to do it. Pay them a lot just to expose this. Bottom scored 200 points some game against him. And then let's see what they say. But what she's doing is just illustrative of how difficult female sports are, the competitive fire. I don't know too many people that would have a torn ACL and continue to compete. I mean, Henry, my only experience with that, I was hot. I don't think I've ever told this one.

It was a really good rec league, maybe in the level of yours, I'm thinking. And I was hot. I had 11 points in the first two minutes. It's a 48 minute game. Oh, wow. Yeah. Yeah. So you can do the math. And the other team was roughing me up, you know, which I was going to the foul line a lot. It was only two minutes in. And I broke my ankle. I didn't know it was broken. I continued to run on. I thought something could be wrong. And then I threw up on the court. And they said, you got to come out. You can't throw up on the court. That's fair. I thought, can't you just clean it up? I'm hot. Get the mop. Get the mop. 11 in two minutes. I've never had anything like that. I mean, we just couldn't shoot enough. And I've made my mind up. But would you advise someone? even if they're very angry, even if they don't like the laws, to insert themselves into the middle of an active law enforcement situation. If they see something wrong, absolutely. You would advise a person or a client of yours to literally engage in the middle of an active law enforcement matter? If they see something wrong, I would say yes. I would say definitely. That's a crime. I would say, I would say, you're advising people to commit crime? Do you consider filming without a call? Just to be extremely clear, just to be extremely clear, because I know how these things get clipped and shipped around on Twitter. What I'm actually telling you, Scott, is if my client came to me and said, Bacari, I was outside and I saw something going down, and I saw somebody being abused, and I went and tried to put myself in between. them or I raise the camera, do not hit officers. Do not spit on officers. But yes, by all means, if you see something wrong, videotape it. I mean, I can't sit here. My dad was a member of SNCC, right? He was a professional disruptor. Holding a camera. Only the camera is different than inserting yourself or inserting the vehicle. There you go. There's the money. Thank you, Scott. Yeah. Holding filming it, you can film it. And she's going 85 miles an hour. What could go wrong? Picture down the expressway. You're got 85 miles an hour. My God. How long is a race? Like a minute? It isn't even a minute, is it? I'm not sure if it's a minute or not. I'm not well-versed to my Winter Olympics. Yeah, well, they're going in and out. They're swallowing, too. So it could be two minutes because they go side to side on some of this stuff. I've only skied once, fell, and crawled down the mountain. That was it. You know, I see no need for skiing. A lot of hot chocolate around the fireplace, that's about it, the skiing part of it. Particularly if there's a mountain on your side there. I don't care about the netting. I'm going to 85. And yesterday, I happen to see on my Twitter, a good friend that somebody with a vast experience orthopedic surgeon. And Dr. Nicholas de Nubli was writing about what's at stake here as she kicked off. This is the story of the Winter Olympics. Now, it's 5.30, I think she races 5.30 a.m. given the time difference on Sunday. But I plan to be watching it. What are the stakes? But for her, but more importantly, what does it say about sport? Yes, Dr. Danubli also, aka Henry, Dr. Who? I'll get to it. Okay, all right. All right, Dr. Nick. Yeah, Dr. Nick. All right, Dr. Nick is with us here on Talk Radio 1210. Dr. Nick, welcome in. Thanks for joining us. Hey, Dom, how are you? Well, very well. Now, I see your background on Twitter quite frequently. You post a lot. You're an orthopedic surgeon. What did you write about? Best-selling author, and you advised two presidents. What you advised them on? Well, my book, a bunch of books I wrote, a framework was your seven-step program for healthy muscles, bones, and joints. It was a bestseller back in the day, and it became a PBS special. I'm just as we speak writing. the second edition of it. And the two presidents were both Bush presidents. Ah. And it was, yeah, and I was with the president's fitness council with Arnold Schwarzenegger on the first one, health policy. Second one, health policy. And I was helping Bush, too, with a lot of the malpractice reform that we were trying to get done way back. You remember that whole war. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I'll tell you what. Listen, as former... team doctor for the Sixers. 11 points in two minutes with a broken ankle, I'm impressed. Well, the 11 points were before the ankle was broken, the other team wasn't going to have any of that. Aren't you impressed by the throw up as a reaction and wanting to stay there? Hey, clean it up. Come on, it's a game. Let's go. They hacked you, yeah, so here's the segue, though. Speaking to the six years, back when we had our championship run in 2001, Eric Snow, our great point guard, if you remember Eric. Sure. He had a broken ankle that was fixed with some plates and screws. And the discussion we had was, okay, this is risk versus reward. This is a pro athlete in a once-in-a-lifetime situation. Do you take the chance of, you know, worst-case scenario, that ankle turns, the screws break, the things come apart because the ankle was, the fracture was not healed. It's held together.

by hardware, which you would never want you or I to go out and risk. But, you know, this is what high-level athletes do. You know, you talk to them. They make an informed decision. And then it's how big is the risk and, you know, it gets very interesting. Before we get to the athlete, Lindsay Vaughn, let's talk about the head coach of the New England Patriots who said for another Super Bowl, he would cut off half his penis. Which half? Yeah, well, you know, you saw I posted that famous study where they asked Olympic athletes years ago if they would take a pill and be dead in five years. It wasn't even cut five years off your life. They wouldn't last very long after that. And, you know, whether they would actually do it or not, but the far majority said they would absolutely do it. Different mindset. You know, it's a different mindset in your eye. Particularly, we don't care about the Olympics. That's why I really like Lindsey Vaughn. Back in the day, and you probably remember this, when we had an enemy, I think you need an enemy, the Summer Olympics every year. When I was a kid, the Russians, I'm seeing what are the press sisters going to do. I know they're cheating. They're shooting them up right before they throw the shot to it. And when the Russians played us in basketball... I just, and when we lost, I just wanted to put in jail the coaches because I would have gotten guys off the street to play them. You know, the Russians didn't care about fouls or anything. So Dr. Nick, Lindsay Vaughn, has really captured our attention. And if she comes through with this, even more, what is it physically? I know you can't diagnose from afar with this tear. From what you've seen, what do you think is going on with her? Well, you know, in my year, in my many, many, many years in practice, over 40, I was primarily a knee specialist and sport. So all I did was knee arthroscopy and ACL tears. That was the far majority of my work, so I've seen thousands of these. And your ACL is an important ligament dead center in your knee that is one of the main stabilizers of the knee. It prevents your knee from shifting and twisting and going out on you. People tear their ACL and can live without their ACL. My wife is a distance runner. She works out regularly. When she was younger, she tore her ACL. She decided never to have it fixed. And in everyday life, she's one person, not everybody can, gets away with it. She stays strong, she works on balance, and her knee doesn't go out all the time on her. However, if she were to all of a sudden want to take up tennis or pickleball, something where you start to move side to side or high speed, the wrist goes up. And your knee, it's a trick knee. It goes out. So with Lindsey Vaughn...

it's an important stabilizer and if she lands funny at all on that knee, it's going to shift on her. The brace will not keep it in place. It helps a little bit the brace, the ACL braces, the custom braces, but they've not been shown to be effective to prevent. This is why almost every top athlete you see who tears their ACL and wants to get back to sports, and they can. Tom Brady's a perfect example, but it takes a year to get back after the surgery, but they can perform at high levels, but they can't do it with the trick knee. Now, she needs a perfect ride and a smooth landing, and maybe she'll be okay. And here's the caveat. The one thing that concerns me, and it's a little confusing to me, is that when you tear your ACL for the first time, the knee swells, it hurts, it's stiff. Most people, at least for a few weeks, can't do much on it. So the fact that she's feeling good so quick, I wonder if she didn't have some laxity in that knee before. And then this was just that popped an ACL that was already damaged. And that's why she's feeling in one week, you saw the video. She's doing a heavy squat. She's jumping around. She's doing it. Most people cannot do that with a fresh, brand new ACL. Now, remember, her other knee, multiple ACL tears, ruined her knee. And just last year, she had a partial knee replacement on the other knee. So that's her good knee right now. Wow. The one that she just tore again, or tore for the first time, she had prior multiple injuries, tore other ligaments, had nerve damage, had surgery. So that knee was compromised. I almost wonder if there was some ACL laxity that maybe she has adjusted to. And as some people we call copers, they actually do okay without an ACL. Other people... You know, they turned funny walking down the street and the next thing they're on the ground. Well, here's the thing I wanted to get to with you, Dr. Nick, too. So you laid all that out and you agree this is inspirational. But then you offer a caution about the weekend warrior or younger females because the ads for the Winter Olympics are smart. They're tying into that little, that young female, should she go down the mountainside like her hero and all the rest? What do you come down? I mean, I'm just rooting her on. I don't care. I think this is tremendous. I don't see any downside. Oh, I am totally rooting her run. The downside is when your knee goes out and you go into a crash mode, you know, you can hit your head. She's had multiple concussions, by the way. You could hit your head. You could break ribs, which she has done. I mean, you could really hurt yourself further. But that goes for anybody doing that, even normal, on that kind of a race. But it's not for the...

This is Olympic athlete, you know, I would say once in a lifetime, but she's been there before. You almost wonder why, you know, at this point. So, but for the average kid, I caution that. You can't, you know, and we have parents who are like, oh, can't my kid finish the season. You know, scholarships are on the line. We're willing to take the risk, Doc. We'll sign a paper. We won't sue you if you sign the okay to let them go back in. I mean, the parents are crazy. So I. I worry about people seeing this as the way to go in everyday life. This is a unique instance. Dr. Nick, where did we find you on Twitter? You have great stuff. Dr. Nick USA, DRNICK USA. One other thing, Dom, real quick, women are tearing their ACLs at five to seven times the rate of men. Their bodies are different. I know people want to say there's no difference, but the female frame is completely different, high, high risk for ACL tears in general. And then when they tear one within a year or going back after the surgery, there's about a 30% chance they're either going to... re-taire it or tear the other one. Wow. So it's, you know, the young female athlete has to do things differently if they want to compete. Dr. Nick, thank you. Thanks for coming on today to be continued on Twitter. Thanks, Nick. Someone willing to do this shows this is as competitive, this woman is competitive and what she's doing with these other women as any male ever at any time. what she's willing to do to do this. Okay. So why in the world would we mess up something like this? You know what the argument the other side many times is? I wish I had Josh Shapiro here. I'd like to watch that with him, the great man. Well, what about the feelings of these kids, though, Dom? Why can't they a male compete against Lindsay Vaughn? Because that male identifies as something else. On and on it goes. And I led off the show today telling you that Minnesota, Minnesota, you know how progressive it is. Minnesota's Children's Hospital today said they're not going to do the puberty blockers anymore, the hormone treatment with minors. Not doing it. Yet Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, they're the leading voice out there that's anti-science. They're still going to go down Broadway with it and duke it out with the Trump administration. All right, we'll see what happens there. All right, so 855, 839, 12, 10, you get on board. I think this is, to me, must see TV. If she wins a gold medal here or even survives medals somehow or another, it's going against the best in the world. And I didn't realize it was 85 miles an hour potentially. Wow. You know, just walk into the car, going over top of that ice I have to to get to the car.

I'm taking at these little, I'm looking, John Kerry eating that cheese steak hoagie, these mincing steps. I'm watching some of these guys doing the same thing. I'm down like this, you know, in the crouch, not going to slide, not going to go down. Imagine on a skis, a surf is polished like that downhill. I think if she came down Chestnut Street where I park, she could get up to 85 miles an hour and ice. It's at downhill. Oh, definitely. Oh, yeah. Those cars are getting up to 80. Yeah. He was already in federal custody on charges related to the investigation of another biolab in Reedley, California in 2023. A second suspect was arrested in conjunction with this investigation. He's the property manager for two properties there in Vegas. He was booked into the detention center for disposing and discharging hazardous waste. They talk about this biolab and the assortment of refrigerators, freezers, glass speakers, reddish liquid inside, and what is believed to be a centrifuge. Yeah, a centrifuge on top of it. They talk about the smell in the area. They say that the handyman got deadly ill after going into the garage.

Approximately five days after ending the garage, she was left with breathing issues, fatigue, could not get out of bed, muscle aches, et cetera. And they go on to detail this and then the element that I mentioned of the Chinese coming in, a Chinese citizen who was indicted in November in 2023 selling hundreds of thousands of COVID-19 tests. to companies throughout the United States that never received pre-market approval. They talk about his role in this. And how in the world would we let this Xi Jinping B. Zhu into the country? Well, we didn't. He managed to enter the country under a false identity, previously identified as the vice chairman of a Chinese state-controlled enterprise based in China. He was involved with his pioneer aid biological engineering company limited. And on it goes, he serves as chairman of the board, general manager of this. Again, the bottom line is the connection, biolaps all over the place. So B&B involved, people getting sick with that. A story that's just starting, the headline at National Review, what's going on with that secret bio lab now in Las Vegas after we had the other one connected to China. Again, from the presidency on down, look, they are relentless in the stuff that they're doing. We're still depending on them for a lot of medical supplies. This is just another cautionary tale, just another tale to tell us. This infiltration on college campuses, the theft of intellectual property that they engage in. Again, they are relentless and I know it's got to be excruciating to try to disentangle that somehow or another our medical supply. Remember this during COVID. are attached to them. That's the job of a presidential administration. That's a job if they went before the American people in some election, sometime to tell them, I'm going to move heaven and earth to go after these. They're the enemy of the world. Any comparison to anything else that we've seen in human history, I think doesn't do justice to what we're facing here.

And they do look at it as 10 years, 20 years, 30, 50 years down the road. That's what they're about. Now, we can beat them because their system is based upon tyranny. We know how that usually ends. Should ICE carry out its function to remove that individual from the United States and get him to law enforcement for prosecution? Every victim deserves justice. Hector Balduris Healer, a criminal alien from Mexico, was arrested for a felony hit and run that killed an 11-year-old boy on Thanksgiving morning. ICE worked to get this person in custody. Should ICE do that? This, what I'm talking about is not normal law enforcement. Should ICE remove? Should I want to be really clear about it? Yes or no? Should ICE remove these individuals who are a danger to the American people? Yes or no? I have, I'm here to speak. Yes or no? Should ICE carry out its function in law enforcement to remove these people who are killing Americans? Yes or no? ICE has the ability to do its law enforcement activity. So ICE should carry out its law enforcement function to remove people who are harming the American people, such as the next person. Marvin Fernando Morales-Rortez, a criminal legal aide from El Salvador, brutally murdered a resident inside his home in Western Virginia. Just one day after sanctuary politicians refused to honor the ICE arrest detainer and released him from jail. That's what we've been dealing with. That was the product of the previous administration. Now we're trying to remove dangerous actors, and you all want to turn that into some sort of cause-seleb. All right, there you go. I mean, strategically for the ACLU, can't they say something like the following? Yes, if that's factual on that case, I'll stipulate, I'm taking you at your word, that's happened. Of course, ICE should remove them from the country.

If you can't even say that after exposure after exposure, it tells you that's where your ideology is and you're showing what this is all about. He's a state senator in New Jersey. And we went round and round because he admitted he wants to be, he doesn't know if Democrats will accept them, I guess, a co-sponsor of a bill that would not only, as I understand it, not allow ICE in New Jersey to be masked and arrest them and put them in jail if they were doing that. And then he went down Broadway and said, yes, we should have a path to citizenship. for people that are here illegally. He started at 25 years, and then we were going back and forth dancing with that. And this guy's a Republican and a leading Republican in New Jersey. The argument is Republicans will never win in Jersey unless they do stuff like this. And this is the guy whose grand idea in the wake of what happened at the end of the election with Jack Ciattarelli. is to roll Governor Chris Christie back out again and to say that that's what wins for you in New Jersey. Now, Christy did beat John Corzine the first time around, and all of us, I mean, I was one. We had Chris Christie on a lot. We thought there was something about Christy that was almost magical there. You may remember that. We saw what he did the second time around. We saw his arrogance on the beach, et cetera. And he's morphed into a charging rhino, but still a rhino or rhinos. I don't think he was early on. But you're going to hear more and more of this in New Jersey. It's quite contentious that that's what they have to do and somehow another that will win. How in the world are they ever going to build identity to Trump Coalition, the base of that? People will just not show up and vote. They're not going to win. You've heard my theory. on why such a drubbing 14-point loss to a tepid candidate, Mikie Sherrill. And that's obviously Trump voters, not coming out to vote. Jack Ciattarelli, I've been trying behind the scenes to get him on. If it gets to him, I just want to come on and commend him. I'm tired of people saying he was a bad candidate. I would hope he'd run again. Even people that I, you know, get along, oh, come on, Tom, you can't run again in this. We need something. I think he ran an all-out great campaign. I was part of it on the inside at times of it. Haddamut Mulligans that magical day in Wildwood. And again, I lay the blame. And here's why it's important. It's not just looking back, it's looking forward. What I believe has to happen with President Trump with these rallies, there's got to be a moment where he calls out his own base. and says, look, this has been a great ride, hasn't it? He can't just say vague stuff like, well, they're going to impeach me. That's not going to be enough. I don't know what the words are, what the magic is. It sickens me that we have to beg people to vote. And I just wonder, you know, I'm all on board with this alternate because it's not a boycott. It's an alternate halftime show on Sunday.

But I wonder how many people will jump up and down and be part of that. But then will they show up and vote in the midterms? And if you don't vote, you're not a patriot. You don't care about America. You're sickening. Stop all of it. Just getting off on the rallies and we're going to put on a halftime show because of bad. Oh, I'm bored with that. But the critical thing is to vote. Is it that hard? Many states, early voting. You can do the mail-in. You can show up on election day, but you got to vote. I'm not feeling it. I'll tell you when I am. I'm not feeling that we have that energy. And I know the other side has the energy. It's indisputable because they're haters. And I'm looking at one more story with Jack Ciattarelli. I'm looking at, we've talked about this, it gets people emotional, and I understand why in Jersey. New Jersey towns now take a last-ditch effort to upend affordable housing law to the Supreme Court. The local leaders for responsible planning, a group of about three dozen municipalities, filed a federal lawsuit now trying to undo the criteria the state uses to calculate affordable housing obligations. They're going to the U.S. Supreme Court because they've struck out all over the place. Now, I wonder how many of those, because I have to get the list and check, I wonder how many of these municipalities like Medford, Medford Lakes, are going to be ground down by the boot of these progressive tyranny of people. I wonder how many of them voted for Mikie Sherrill in the end. We know that Medford did in Medford Lakes. They won those towns. I wonder how many these municipalities did it. Were they unaware that Jack Ciattarelli would fight to the death so that you wouldn't have to do this? Mikie Sherrill would be cutting ribbons. I mean, isn't that enough to vote on that right there? They have to build 800 affordable houses or 800 more to develop 800 in order to pay for the 173 affordable. Based on what? Why would you destroy your community? Well, that's what you voted for. And every time you vote for a Democrat, even the mildest, most moderate, you run the risk. They're going to enable the Mikie Sherrill's of the role. That's exactly what they're going to do.
