I want to explain a little bit about the president saying he is going to nationalize the votes. that he's going to take over the voting and he's going to say the U.S. government is going to take over voting. And it gets really interesting because, of course, the Constitution says the states will decide how when and voting takes place and the parameters and whatever safeguards. Now, there is something in which the president can hang his hat on. And that is the law says that the state states much make. reasonable attempts to make sure that voters are correct, that U.S. citizens are voting. And so a story out of CNN that it was a woman, Sophia Menotti, who got a letter saying she's going to be dropped from the voting rolls in 30 days unless she proved her U.S. citizenship, what she was able to do. Now, Minote is among dozens of U.S. citizens in Texas to have been ensnared in this massive drive by the Trump administration to search for immigrants and other ineligible voters on state rolls, arguing that only American citizens can vote, which is true. And therefore, they are finding people who are not in massive fraud. is being committed. He said that during the 2020 election in which he lost that it was millions of illegal aliens that, in fact, voted, and therefore he lost because all illegal migrants who do vote illegally vote for Democrats. Okay, so Texas is one of a dozen states using a federal database that was overhauled last year to verify voter citizenship.

And so they flagged people with problems. And they flagged at 0.003% of the queries nationwide. And one Republican election official said that the vast majority of voters in the state flagged by the system turned out to be citizens after the feds, in fact, investigated. Now, there is one person who was asked about this, or a person among others, that were interviewed by CNN, saying this federal databases in which illegal migrants somehow are registered to vote or that's where they find simply aren't up to date. They're not accurate. And the last thing we want to do is disenfranchise eligible voters. Well, the president is convinced that everybody who voted Democrat, particularly in those six swing states, were illegal migrants to a great degree. He has said that. That's why he lost the election because it was fraud and illegal voting. And he has vowed to nationalize the election. and has actually launched several efforts to insert the federal government into state functions, voting functions. And let me tell you, some states are worried sick about whether the exercise of flagging these non-citizens will now provide the administration a tool to challenge the entire midterm election cycle. He is going to argue, I guarantee you, he is going to argue there is massive fraud going on. The states are allowing non-citizens to vote illegally. And, of course, this is only going to be Democrat-led states because there's no such thing as fraud in Republican states. That doesn't exist. The only fraud that exists is among Democrat states. And they're going to find. some fraud. I guarantee you they will find some fraud. They will find a case here, a case there. And this is like Kristi Noem arguing, we're only going after the worst of the worst. And as a poster child, she brings up someone who is illegal, who is across the border a bunch of times illegally, who has committed some heinous crime. Proof positive that illegal migrants commit crimes, even though, if you compare them to the general population per capita, far less of the criminal activity. So they'll find something. They will find it. There's no question. Matter of fact, the first time around, I think attacking the 2020 election, if you remember the attack made by the Trump administration. At that time, the Trump non-administration argued that the fraud was so extensive that it's really a landslide victory for Donald Trump in the 2020 election that he lost. Landslide victory is what he used.

And I think they brought up three cases that fraud committed. Now, keep in mind, 130 million people vote, 140 million people vote. And you think they're going to find one or two or three. And by the way, I'm not exaggerating when you're talking about half a dozen that they find. And what happens if the administration does establish there is fraud based on what he is arguing? And then come the midterm elections, who he's going to say, we cannot have midterm elections because of the fraud. We have to redo how we vote. No midterm elections pending, redrafting, and recreating and recreating how the elections are going to be held. And if you don't think it's possible, look what happened during the 2020 election. There was lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit filed to undo the election, to call the election illegal because of the fraud that was committed. And incidentally, I want to make a point here. Those lawsuits were filed in all of the swing states. and went to, they went to, they were federal cases, they were state cases, there were appeals cases, there was one Supreme Court case, but that was just a technicality. 63 judges ruled that there was no fraud. Every single case that was filed, everyone, the judge said no fraud. The president still says, fraud, fraud, effectively, I don't care what the court say. If it looks like the way it's going and were to be held today, for example, the Republicans would be creamed. They would get their clock cleaned and the Democrats are going to win, I mean, seats massively. And the president is trying to stop that clearly. And how does he stop that? Well, what he does nationalize the elections. How does he nationalize the election? He argues that elections in swing states, in Democrat states, for example, are fraudulent. Not Republican states. There's no thing as fraud in Republican states. It's Democrat states. And the ones he lost. And there's the fraud that was committed. What fraud, illegal migrants are registered to vote in these states and they vote and caused him to lose the election in 2020. And under federal law, the state does have, the federal government does have the ability to make sure that illegal migrants do not vote. And so, okay, fraud has been committed. And now there are, what the Trump has said, we want all the states to give us the information on their voter rolls, give it to the feds. And we will determine. We have avenues. We have programs to make sure that only citizens vote. The states, by the way, are, they do a lot of stuff to do that already. The states use data on people who have moved from the U.S. Postal Service, motor vehicle agencies, reports on people who died from state and federal sources, all of which the president says are part and parcel of the fraud.

Here's the Trump administration saying that state lists covering more than 200 million registered voters should be error-free to preserve election integrity. And they clearly are not now, which means the federal government is the one, is the only agency that they can make that determination. Assistant U.S. Attorney Harmeet Dillon said in a video, even one person voting who shouldn't have voted is one too many. And the argument is if one person voting should not have voting, the entire system is flawed and should be taken over by the government. Because only the government can make sure not one person voting should not vote. And so the administration is expanding this save program linking to Social Security, U.S. passport data, and states can move into that, can use that data for free. And Democratic-led states are simply not participating. However, all the states so far have made 59 million voter verification queries. Save has flagged 18,000 suspected non-citizens. Suspected non-citizens. The fast, vast majority are citizens. Republican election chief saying save is just another useful way to check their state voter rolls, making sure that officials carefully vet the results. Remember, one, one illegal alien voting. means that all illegal aliens are voting by the millions. That's how crazy it is. Okay, so here we go, Texas. Using that save tool for the federal government, it went through its entire list of 18 million registered voters last year. The analysis that was done found that 2,700 suspected non-citizens were flagged. And the state directed counties to give voters 30 days to verify their citizenship. Okay. Okay. In Denton County, one of the counties where I don't know how many 100,000 votes there are. The state identified 84 potential non-citizens. The county's election administrator found that 14 were not citizens and had been improperly added to the registration rules. None of them had a history of voting. None. We're talking states that have hundreds of thousands of voters where half a dozen votes should not have been cast. And that is enough for the federal government to say it is massive fraud that goes on in the vote. Same argument in 2020. And they just couldn't come up with it. And the judges, by the way, said, okay, we're willing to hear your argument of fraud. Let's see it. 63 cases said, no, not one.

Uh, yeah, it was Clear Channel. So I'm just, uh, it's a question of time. That's right. It was at that time, the name of I heart was clear. Yeah. I was asked to bring in my passport, uh, to prove it. And this is one where you have, uh, folks, liberal folks are saying, oh, no, no, uh, to have people who can't prove their, uh, citizenship or their land or their residency, legal residency, uh, under the law to enable themselves to work. We don't want that. We want to make sure that everybody works. And the problem is, legitimately, they say if you have to prove employment, there would be no agricultural industry. That would disappear. Construction industry would be decimated. But at the same time, the law is being violated. And what this new law is, which I don't understand, because it's a... It's already the case that California workers, the state has to have proof given to them that whoever is hired, whoever maintains employment with the state, state agencies, has to approve that they are entitled to work. And, you know, if the law says that you cannot work if you are an illegal migrant, And you can believe it one side or the other. That's not the question. How unfair is a law that says that American workers have to have the ability to work unless your position is that everybody comes in this country is allowed to work. Everybody. If you make it across the border, you now can work. And there are millions and millions. And how many people are paid under the table? And how many companies do what IHeart did than Clear Channel? How many companies say you have to prove that you have the legal ability to work? Very few. And it is, the liberals are going nuts on this one, saying how dare you make someone prove that he or she is legally entitled to work? Same thing with showing ID at the voting booth. How dare you make someone prove that he or she is eligible to vote under the law, which says only citizens can vote? How dare you have that? The millions of people who are not allowed to vote, who are allowed to vote but can't prove it, and by the way, that is, to me, that is a different story. One is the ability to work because there is, there are millions who do work without proving or without citizenship. Millions. Now, the people who are voting, just a tiny, tiny fraction of those who are illegal. Can you imagine today someone who is not here legally going to a polling booth and trying to vote? Who in God's name, who is illegal, would try to vote? Who? Nobody in their right mind would ever do that, especially if you're Hispanic. And are the feds going to be at voting places during the midterm? If there are midterms? Yeah, I think so. I think so. All right.

Okay, now to the topic I want to share with you, and that is the fact that China can't sell cars here, as you know, can't sell electric cars here. But China sells the software for virtually every American EV car being sold. And that is the problem. And automakers are scrambling to replace that Chinese software, which is very difficult to undo. The module manufacturers in the cellular, the software world, China has 87% of the global market, including the U.S. So the question is, how Chinese is your car? Well, let me tell you, every time you pass a PAND Express, the car starts beeping, and here you go, because modern cars are packed. with widgets, with devices in the car, which are zillions now, containing Chinese technology. And now the car industry is scrambling because new U.S. rules is going to ban Chinese software in vehicle systems that connect to the cloud, which includes cameras, microphones, GPS. So it's getting tough for the car companies. And boy, what a rush of corporate restructuring. Global suppliers are relocating China-based software teams into Western countries. Chinese companies are looking for Western owners. For example, Pirelli, Tiremaker. It has these sensors in the tires to determine, you know, the pressure, are there holes in it? How much tread is left? Well, guess what? That's all Chinese software technology. There is one beneficiary of all this. There's a company start Eagle Wireless. It's Ohio and it's a startup. And it's working to establish a U.S. source of these cellular modules which connect to the Internet. They've guessed right because they're in the middle of redoing their software. And a British diplomat told the U.S. Congressional Committee in December, if you think rare earths is a bad dependency to have on China, because rare earths, China controls the world domination, the world economy on rare earths, which we need for everything, all electronics. He said it's a whole lot worse when it comes to this dependency on the software from China. And so it's another issue how things are changing so much. And this is not necessarily Donald Trump with tariffs. This is technology that the Chinese control, and they, with their software, can and will be able to know where we are, where we go.

How about that? Or all of a sudden, let's say there is an issue of national security and hundreds of cars that usually would not be driving up to the CIA, for example. And all of a sudden, they come in in massive numbers. What's going on? All of a sudden, the Chinese intelligence community has some intelligence about what's happening.
