President Trump looking for the Supreme Court to take on the tariff case as quickly as possible. Yeah, well, not surprised. Lower court ruled this was the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, said that you cannot use certain emergency powers as president to engage tariffs. Tariffs are taxes and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the IEPA from 1977, doesn't give you the authority. It would be congressional. Tariffs or taxes. Congress levies taxes. There you go. Trump is saying, nah. and is going to the Supreme Court to get this overturned. I argue that I think he is going to be allowed to do so because the question is going to fall on. If there is an emergency, who decides it? What is interesting is that there are some courts saying, well, this isn't happening and that's not happening, so therefore it's not an emergency. And the response there is no one elected you to make that call. Your call is made on the constitutionality of legislation or the settling of a dispute. But on a decision to an emergency, the people vote for someone to make that decision. That is not a decision for the judiciary on any level. Could Congress declare war and then a judge say, well, no, really, they don't have the right to do that because there's really no war here. My argument may seem rudimentary, but I do believe that it at least has enough soundness to require a response. I think that's the argument. Lawyers may tell me otherwise. Meanwhile, the no tax on tips plan is happening, and it turns out that when you take a look at the list released by the Treasury Department, Golf caddies, blackjack dealers, house painters covered, podcasters and social media influencers excluded. Why? I don't paint houses. I do this. Why shouldn't my tip be not taxed? Why shouldn't yours? What the hell is this? What kind of nonsensical garbage is this? Your blackjack dealer, your tips you keep. I make content. My tips I have to share with the government. It was a garbage idea when it was brought up and it's a garbage idea now. Some people, some people are getting a deal.

What he said, he said of as we took out a Venezuelan drug boat, 11 people killed on that boat. Shade your tears if you choose. What he said was what will stop them, meaning the cartels, is when you blow them up, when you get rid of them, and similar operations will happen again.

The point is, the President of the United States is going to wage war on narco-terrorist organizations. This one was operating in international waters, headed towards the United States to flood our country with poison, and under President Trump, those days are over. Good. Argue against it. 317-239-93. Why do we have to wait for the drugs to be on our shore? If we know the drugs are there, go to work. What is wrong with being proactive? I believe the answer is nothing. There is nothing wrong with taking out Trenda Aragua. There's nothing wrong with disrupting them. There's nothing wrong with destroying them. And this whole positioning regarding Nicholas Maduro, the president thug of Venezuela, is really interesting. And I, after taking a look at it, value it. We're not talking about the leader of a nation. We're talking about the leader of a drug cartel. Now, you could argue, well, that's a slippery slope, Tony. That can lead to others saying that about any world leader and therefore giving them some level of carte Todd Blanche to go about attacking them. You can say that. I'm not saying that there isn't a repercussion on many, many things. But this drug cartel leader and also this leader of Venezuela is waging a war against us through the drug trade. that has to be stopped. So if you are going to put up a $50 million reward for his arrest, that's fine. If you want to build up a presence in the Caribbean Sea to deal with him and to deal with the flow of drugs, that's fine too. He's not special. Our job is not to be abused so often. You hear people say, well, we can't do this, well, we can't do that. I remember this in a conversation about China. Well, what are you going to do? China's got us. We got to pay them back. We have to do this. We have to do that. You can't stop them. They lie to us. They give us COVID. They steal our intellectual property. And we have to care about how they feel. Why is it that so many people are desperate to be the battered housewife? I don't think anybody should be battered. By the way, there are battered men too. I'm not saying no, I am equal opportunity. No one should be battered. Gosh, guys are weird sometimes. But why do we take a mindset, a philosophy that somehow we're supposed to just take the abuse? Because we have a code. The Constitution is for us. It is not for them. And the Constitution is not a suicide pact. So my argument remains constant. American citizens are protected. American citizens get due process. We have ruled the people in the country get a level of due process different than that of a citizen. But the people waging war on us, they don't get due process. They get bombed out of existence. If you see somebody who hears that argument and they shudder and they clutch their pearls and they're like, that's terrible. That person is the problem.

Because that person has no desire to recognize the difference between right and wrong, the yetcha hurrah and the yet or top. No desire to say some things are right, some things are wrong, some things are good, some things are evil. And we're okay to note the difference. Chinese want to usurp Western civilization, and the Venezuelans want to drug us to death. No, it's not all Venezuelans, it's Maduro. So there's a $50 million bounty on his head, and we destroy the drugboats. I don't see why this is an issue at all. Meanwhile, the vice president saying, we're going to hold off a little bit. on sending the National Guard into Chicago, even though President Trump said they were going in. He said there are no immediate plans, but the president has said he has the legal authority to protect American citizens, whether that's in Chicago or Washington, D.C. Maybe. Maybe. If he's going to invoke Article 4, Section 4 about invasion, that's going to be an interesting one. Because you would have to, if you're going to invoke it, I don't think you invoke it in just Chicago. This is a state. Federalism is real. And there's a far different bit of ruling or rules of play in Illinois or any state than there is in D.C., which exists because of an act of Congress. There are different places. But then again, any woman in Marion County thinks Joe Hogsett got to keep them safe hasn't been paying attention. Then we get to Florida. where producer Carl and I have a have a disagreement. Florida is going to end vaccine mandates for school children, all of them. The first state to end immunization requirements in the U.S. If you were to ask producer Carl. That is correct. Wow. That was in 2022. 1.765 billion in 2023. Yeah, I'll buy a ticket. I'll buy the Powerball ticket. And so here's the deal. If I win, first, everybody gets cake. Second, I will only do the morning show. And third, oh, don't let your kids listen to that morning show. What, is that a fine? Here you go. Pay it. Now let me tell you what else I think. Oh, yeah. I can get rough. Very, very rough. That when it comes to data centers, the city county council in India is now a no. and it's sorry we don't want them. We hate these things. Every single thing about them is terrible and awful, and how dare we consider this? So I'll make sure I'm understanding where everybody's at. Tony Katz. 93 WIBC. Good morning. Good to be with you. I'm not even making the argument that they're wrong. I am making the argument that I don't believe we've had the conversation at all. I believe that there has been a groundswell against... And these people may very well be right. I'm saying there's no argument that has been made. Zero argument that has been made regarding data centers. The governor, his name is Mike Braun, you've seen pictures. There is a new commissioner for the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor. And I was like, the Office of Utility Consumer Counselor, this is a thing. Abby Gray will serve as the commissioner and be an advocate for Indiana residents.

Because we have got a crisis of affordability in regard to utility rates. Well, no kidding. They go up, they go up, they go up, and we're somehow told that, you know, just shut up and deal with it. We've got the full story, Jake McDaniel reporting at WIBC.com. If you want to check it out there. There are utility rate increases going on constantly. Governor Braun putting out in a release, we can't take it anymore. So this job here is to evaluate utility's profits and find cost-saving measures. Okay. That's one thing. The utility cost conversation regarding data centers has been an interesting one. In that, if you put in a data center, which are these big, massive buildings filled with computing power, and for the record, You may be opposed to data centers, but you use them. So I'm not interested in the NIMBY conversation, not in my backyard, NIMBY. I'm interested in why not in our backyard and also what should be in our backyard. Let the Indianapolis City County Council answer the question. If it's not data centers, what is it? What should we go after? What business should we be utilizing to grow? And does the business actually allow us to grow? So if we take a look at what a data center does and we don't want it, what do we want to replace it? But do we, are we sure we don't want it? And one of the arguments against is they use a tremendous amount of power. We know that these rates are going up. We know we did a whole story, for example, about New Jersey, where power rates are going up considerably. This is not specific to one area. Is the issue that the data center. is going to use up so much power, takes so much power that the resident, the citizen, the Hoosier, now has to pay more for their power. A legitimate concern. What if the data center provided its own power? What if that was the case? What if we said to the data center, you have to provide your own power source? That's not for us to do. And oh, by the way, you have to supply 7% of it back to the state of Indiana. And you say to me, Tony, would you favor that? No, not really, but I know how these things work. That is absolutely how these things work. So if the power is the issue and the power issue can be solved by the people building the data center providing their own power, is that okay? Is it the fact that these things are ugly? It's just a big square box. Is it the issue that there's no architectural connectivity to the neighborhood? Because we could fix that.

Is the issue the lack of jobs or is the issue that the people who work the jobs don't come from the United States and they end up being, what are they, Carl, H-1B visas? Yes, sir. Well, that's a legitimate argument. Are we hiring people to work in the data centers so Google can have more information on us? And then they hire people who are not from the United States to do that work. And have we ever asked who these people are? Are these people part of the communist Chinese regime or anywhere else? Which is a legit question. What level of national security concern is there? That's a worthy question. Someone's going to tell me I'm a xenophobe for it. And that person can kiss things. I'm not arguing against the questions. I am saying. that nobody is giving a good answer as to why we don't want this. And how can we engage ways to make this palatable? Which would then be me saying, well, there's a value in these things. And I'm not 100% sure that there is. This is another question. So we know that the city commission gave an initial okay to the billion dollar data plan, data center. It was an 8-1 decision from the Metropolitan Development Commission. Then you had members of the city county council come out and say, no, we don't want this. And now you've got 16 members of the Indianapolis City County Council coming out against the data center. Okay. I don't have any faith in the Indianapolis City County Council. A group of people who can't properly get a report from a law firm about the impropriety of Joe Hogsett. Can't demand Joe Hogsett's resignation. stated out loud as Republicans, they won't push for his resignation because they're trying to get things done. I don't know if these people are really the very best at having their mind straight to what it is we need to accomplish here. But you've got 16, I believe it is. You can find me that story producer, Carl, 16 members. saying, uh, nope, we don't, we don't want this. The Democrats don't want it. There are Republicans who don't want it. What do we want? Right. I, I get that you're chock full of negativity there, city county council. And you haven't given, as I see it, I mean, I'm listening. What is the real answer for why you don't want this? This site was going to be South Post Road to the West, Davis Road to the East, Troy Avenue to the north, I-74, and I think it's Vandergriff Road to the south. 467 acres. I'm not saying you couldn't put something else there. I'm not saying you shouldn't put something else there. But what's the real argument against it? What are you going to replace it with? What's the plan? And if we don't want to be the data center people in Indiana, what do we want to be?

What else are we going to oppose? Right now, there's a lot of opposition and a lot of not discussing of what it can bring. Maybe we decide it's not enough, but we have not talked about it. Democratic Party, the Indiana Democratic Party, is misfiring on all cylinders this morning. But at least in the case of Destiny Wells, she is sharing her take on the city of Indianapolis. I just think that it's amazing. It's this inadvertent admission. Maybe she didn't mean it that way. Maybe she means to say, hey, here are the problems in the city. And I know this is a Democrat-run city. I don't know. There's that story. And then there is the purposeful lies of Josh Lowry, who runs the Hamilton County Democrats. Let me start with Destiny Wells, the perennial Democratic candidate. who lost to Diego Morales for Secretary of State. And by the way, we should make sure, the Republicans should make sure that he's not the nominee again because F and Diego can't be the nominee. Fake news, Diego, FN, Diego. We just shorten it to say F and Diego, just make it easier, right? Producer Carl, just to make it easier. Absolutely. Yeah. That's all we're trying to do. called WIBC fake news. I asked yesterday, show us the fake news. Lindsay Eaton, Tokyo Rose of Indiana. Show us the fake news. We're waiting. You're liars. You're frauds. You got caught in a lie. You thought you were Trump tough. You're not Trump tough. You're not Michael Cohen tough. You're like Adam Schiff tough. You're liars. You lied about WIBC. Fake news, man, F& Diego, I'll tell you what. So there was a post about setting in the National Guard. The Indiana Republican Party said the obvious truth is that Americans are more afraid of being robbed in broad daylight, their homes being broken into, or their children hearing gunshots on the way to school than they are of seeing a national guardsman. No amount of fearmongering is going to change that. To which Destiny Wells responds. Americans are afraid of being priced out of housing, losing health care, bearing their unfair share of taxes, and yes, sending their kids to schools where gun safety laws have been dismantled. No guardsman behind a rifle will solve that, even in the best of circumstances. Now, she is making, in my view, a good faith argument. I think it's a bad argument, but I don't think she's trying to be duplicitous in the argument. Because in an argument that you say no guardsman behind a rifle will solve that, you're somebody who served in the military. You don't think that an army or that people who have the ability to take out a bad guy solves anything? It's solved slavery. It's solved World War II. It has solved a lot of things. We have armed guards all the time, protecting the president, protecting the governor, protecting jewelry stores. It's not the answer. Sorry, Destiny Wells. That's a very weird take that you have not thought through there. Your argument is that we have gun violence. We have to get rid of the guns because guns don't solve anything. And that's actually not our issue. So it's a misunderstanding of the issue. But when you tell me about bearing their unfair share of taxes, all right, that's leftist talking point. But that's not the story. The story is that she continues.

When people say I don't understand crime, I live in downtown Indy with my family. And she writes that she wants safer crosswalks. I am PD patrolling so people don't drive like bats out of hell. I don't know. Is that an issue? It could be. Mental health funding restored and programming for kids brought back like the free Boy Scouts or downtown schools for downtown schools. Okay, what does that have to do with safe streets? What does that have to do with potholes or getting rid of the snow, which didn't happen this winter? That's what you want. But you're talking about crime. I love my neighborhood and needs continued resourcing, but I will never be so fragile as to believe that militarizing our streets is the solution. I think that's an honest argument. I don't think we should militarize the streets. I think we need to do something to deal with the crime problems we have in cities that refuse to deal with them, like Indianapolis. To which she continues. That a discussion. about how she has seen people be unsafe where it is that they live. Last month, my neighbor saw one of the attempted rape victims stumble out of the woods on the pedestrian trail behind our house. IMPD came to our street to take the report. They caught the perp last week. I'm glad they caught them. I hear gunshots often. My property has been looted. The dead infant in the park was just down the road. You're making the argument of how Indianapolis is unsafe. You're making the argument of the problem. And I appreciate that. Why aren't we discussing what it is that isn't being done right now? And you think the answer is Boy Scouts? The answer could very well be fathers in the homes, but that's too rough of a subject, it seems, for some people to have, because if you talk about that, you might be called a racist. Screw those people, Destiny Wells. We got to have honest conversations. Boy Scout programs won't solve this. If you want a Boy Scout program to work, Dad needs to drive the kid to Boy Scouts. Oh, and if you want a Boy Scout program to work, it has to be for boys. Not girls who claim to be boys. You see how that works? It's like she understands but isn't willing to pull things together. I love my neighborhood and it needs continued resourcing. Calling in troops is theater. Building safer neighborhoods is leadership. I think that's an interesting line. Indianapolis has not built safer neighborhoods. Your party has not built safer neighborhoods. It's been 10 years. Why not admit the failure of your own party? Why not say that they're failing?

I'll share the audio later because right now I need to speak to your kids. I'm talking to you, but I want your kids to hear this in a way to deal with things and handle things when people lie about you, which is what happened to me last night from a guy by the name of Josh Lowry. Josh Lowry is the chair of the Hamilton County Democrats. Right? So you would think that this is an important guy, and he believes what he believes, and I believe what I believe. I'm a conservative. He's a Democrat, so he can argue a liberal, and we would disagree about politics, right? And it's fine. It's okay to have disagreement. And I don't know if anybody's ever told anybody. It's okay to have disagreement. It's okay to have disagreement. And there are things that I believe that they don't believe, and there are times where they think I'm rough, and that's okay by me. But I'm talking about policies. I don't make up their positions. I share what it is that they are saying, and I discuss why I think something is wrong or incorrect, etc. Josh Lowry, who heads up the Hamilton County Democrats, again, kids, right? This is like, supposedly an important position, one would think. He writes, I never agree with Marjorie Taylor Greene, but she is doing the right thing here. What did Marjorie Taylor Greene do? She's a congresswoman from Georgia. She's on the political right. She's a little nutty to me. This is the woman who talked about Jews having space lasers. Yeah, she's a little nutty. When I say a little nutty, a lot nutty. But she's coming out in favor of the women who were abused by this terrible guy by the name of Jeffrey Epstein. who allegedly took his own life, and there are these files, all this information, and she wants it released, and President Trump is saying it's a hoax, and she wants it released, and she's on the side of these women. So there are a lot of people who want this information released. I'm one of those people. And on this show, for well over a year, I have been discussing releasing the Epstein files. I have said clearly on this show, and your parents have heard me. I don't care whose name is on the list. If you abuse children, sexually abused children, it's awful. You have to go to jail. I don't care who you are. I don't care what your last name is. I don't care how much money you have. I said so just yesterday in a conversation on my other show, Tony Cox Today, with Ed Morrissey of Hotair.com. So I'm on the record. I want the files released. Josh Lowry, who runs the Hamilton County Democrats. He said, I never agree with Marjorie Taylor Greene, but she's doing the right thing here. Compare that to the Epstein Trump cover-up that Fox News, Victoria Sparks, the congresswoman from the 5th District, and the Indiana GOP are taking part in while Tony Katz gives them cover. So Josh Lowry is a liar. He didn't have to lie about my position. He could disagree with me about a whole host of things. But he decided to go after my character. He decided to defame me. That's what the chairman of the Hamilton County Democrats did. Instead of honestly addressing a subject, instead of engaging in disagreement, instead of saying, hey, we agree on this one thing, which could be the start of something lovely. No, no, he doesn't do that. He lies. He defames.

He told a flat out lie about me. Now I ask you, what would you do? Someone lies about you. You have nothing but evidence. And the people who listen to you every day, which is a lot of people, have nothing but evidence of my position of releasing the files. And as a matter of fact, I'm the guy who has been calling out other radio hosts on the political right and podcasters and influencers for saying it doesn't matter. Of course it matters. They're wrong. And the president is wrong and calling it a hoax. It's not working. It's not connecting. So I ask you, what do you think I should do? Do you sue somebody for defamation? Do you send them a cease and desist letter? Do you take the time on your radio show to call out their lies and utilize it as a moment to teach that some people are just going to be terrible? They don't know how to be happy. They don't know how to engage honestly. And sometimes you've got to tolerate that these people are around. You don't have to be friends with them. You don't have to talk to them. You don't have to go near them. But they're going to do sometimes terrible things. I'm not 100% sure to be honest. Although I do think sometimes that that is true and you have to know that. What I think is most important is that you don't have to let it control you, dominate you, destroy you. You don't have to cry. Josh Lowry lied about me. He is a liar and a fraud and you now know that. He exposed himself as a liar and a fraud. And when I said, I said online on this social media, apologize. He hasn't. Hasn't taken the tweet down. He knows he's lying. And he's still doing it. There are going to be people like that in your life. Try your best to move them out of your life. And remember that they don't control any part of your happiness. They don't. Sometimes you have to engage lawyers. Sometimes you have to fight for your rights. We'll see if that's the case. But start by knowing that they don't control your mood, your emotions. You do. Josh Lowry outed himself as a liar. I could be very angry at what he's lying about me and still notice that he did everybody a favor by showing everyone exactly who he is. This was posted by Ted Cruz, and I will also play for you Ted Cruz's response. Actually, I might not get to all of it. Senator Tim Kaine, who was Hillary Clinton's running mate in 2016, said this. The notion that rights don't come from laws and don't come from the government, but come from the creator, that's what the Iranian government believes. So the statement that our rights do not come from our laws or our governments is extremely troubling. The levels to which Tim Kaine is broken and if any progressive believes that they are completely lost. Our rights come from nature and nature's God. Our rights are come from our existence. My right to life, liberty, institute of happiness, as codified in the Declaration, this concept that somehow rights come from government. If rights come from government, then rights come from a sovereign, to which I am no longer a citizen, I am a subject. How does that work? Do you not know why we fought a war against the British? Do you not know why we sent the declaration to King George? This list of grievances that, by the way, we would consider by today's standards so petty as to be believed, considering the abuses we take from our government on a daily basis. You think they come from man? That means man can take them away. You think that my ability to engage life, liberty, in the pursuit of happiness, to protect myself and the ones I love, my ability to think freely, to speak freely, to move freely. You think that that should be something that government can take away, something that nature and nature's God has given based on my existence? Sorry, I can't let you run a country. You're not capable. You're not qualified. You can't be in charge. Republicans should be playing this every day until November 3rd, the midterms. And then they should play it every day afterwards. Because if this is where the Democratic Party is, the Democratic Party is broken. They are not believers in the founding fathers. So award-winning author Malcolm Gladwell revising his take on transgender athletes in female sports. Gladwell moderated a 22 panel discussion at MIT about creating a path forward for the inclusion of transgender athletes in women's sports, but now confesses he felt pressured to sport something he may not have 100% agreed with. It would be, I suspect, near unanimity in the room that trans athletes have no place in the female category. The reason I'm ashamed of my performance of that panel because I share your position 100% and I was count. The idea of saying anything on this issue, I was, you know, I believe in retrospect, in a dishonest way, I was, I was objective in a dishonest way. That's Malcolm Gladwell. I'm sorry he ever felt that way. I appreciate him speaking now. How many people feel this way? This is Malcolm Gladwell. He's got the money. He's got the position. He can speak his mind. He felt he couldn't speak out. What's really interesting is that he is doing this in front of a photo, a framed photo he has, of Chairman Mao. I mean, it couldn't be more accurate of a statement. Let Californians decide enough is enough. But let's say she moved from California. Let's say she moved to Texas. Is the governor of Texas now responsible for giving her some level of protection? She doesn't. She's not entitled to the protection. She's not. I understand she served as vice president. I'm not saying no. I'm saying that as a matter of entitlement, it's not there. And if she's going to get protection from the California Highway Patrol, Governor Braun, I would like police protection immediately. Oh yeah. For the next like two weeks, they just have to go with me wherever I go. I need a cop at the foot of the bed. I need a cop here in the studio. I'm going to, you know, I don't know where I'm going to go, but wherever I go, they need to be like moving people aside. Oh, and I need to be able to go through traffic at 14,000 miles an hour. We could just get that done. That would be fantastic. Then there's pickleball. I do not object to the sport. My youngest plays all the time. If you don't know our program director, David Wood, he's constantly playing. By the way, so David Wood this December is in a production of a Christmas story. He's the narrator. That just got announced. And is Kylin in a show this weekend? Can someone get me that information? Producer Kylan, who fills in from time to time. She's an actress. Really interesting person. And so she's doing, is she doing the important of being earnest? Where is that happening? You got to get your ticket. You got to get your ticket. We got to support our people. That's what's got to go on. So I love that, right? People out there doing, building, growing, creating, it's fantastic. But this pickleball thing is nuts. It's nuts. So there's a group called the Pickler. They have got locations at, where are they? They're on 82nd, I believe. Or is that, no, that's 82nd over there. That's Keystone Crossing. They're in Noblesville. And now they're going to open up Mass Ave at 10th Street. Matt Bear, you know Mass Ave and 10th Street. You spent many a many an afternoon over there. This is like your spot. They're going to open a 32,000 square foot 12-court pickleball club. Isn't there a moment of saturation? It, no. Yeah. Isn't there a moment of okay, we've done everything we can do here? It just seems like a lot. It seems like I'm not, again, I'm not opposed to the sport, go play, have fun. Members will be able to access the club 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. 7 days a week. 12 courts. And I guess they have people who clean the courts. I don't know. Do they have like a small cafe in there? I don't know what the story is.

It'll feature a pro shop. Two private event spaces. They can host tournaments, youth academies, free open play and unlimited league play. By the way, the private event spaces. Yes, that can work. It is proof of one theory. And so I have now proven this theory true because of you. The events are everything. The gatherings are everything. I am convinced. That's what's making our events work. And I would encourage everybody else at IBC and the fan and B and TLC, everybody, go out there and do. What we are looking for is connection. And I think that's why it works. It's connecting to other people. It's a chance to meet other people. It's a chance to be around like-minded people. It's a chance to feel comfortable and be engaged in something in a shared experience. And that's why the events work. So the next, the, there's one coming in January. Oh, my biggest jet. My biggest, it's going, the ticket price is going to reflect it for the first time. It has to. Downtown Indianapolis. That, I hope to get everything together in the next week, in the next seven days, and announce it. Oh my gosh. It is going to be outstanding. But I'm really convinced that we have to have a Christmas party. Like, I'm convinced that we are going to have to do something before the holidays, even though this event in January is coming. So maybe, but this is why I think something like this does work. Although, I didn't know there are that many pickleball players. It's about being able to do other things. It's about connecting to other people. I think that's it. Or are these people just beyond competitive? This is their ride or die. You have got oil prices still that same spot. $63.34 on the West Texas crude coming out of the ground. Out of the oceans, the Brent crude, $66.96.92. Interesting, 10-year treasury down to 4.19. That's a little lower. Paying attention to what that is right there. And as we've been discussing, Spirit Airlines, they're not going to survive. My take.

is that they're not going to survive the year. They just can't. The story is, is that there are more flights that Spirit Airlines is getting rid of. And now you've got groups like United adding flights, just like we saw Frontier adding flights in case Spirit goes out of business. They're going directly at the Spirit customers. They're taking a look at some of these localized or regionalized routes. And they're saying, where is our opportunity? Where is our opportunity? How can we take advantage of this? I still don't know why the Spirit Frontier deal didn't go through. I'm not sure why it didn't. But this is it. And when they announced a couple weeks ago, because we talked about it here on the air, that maybe Spirit Airlines, maybe we won't be able to deliver every flight come the end of the year. If you're booking on Spirit, you have to understand that basically you're booking one way. There is no guarantee that you're going to be able to get back on that airline. None. So I just give you that warning. But this is happening. I assume now with more stories like this, we're going to see Spirit take a walk. I'm going to say in the next 30 days, I say by October, by mid-October, I'll say mid-October, Spirit's done. That's my take. Can you imagine if they start canceling flights and go out of business, Thanksgiving? No, no, no, I think the FAA destroys them if they do that. I mean, the pain would be massive.
