Because there's something said there's absolutely no way Trump is down for those things whatsoever. Doesn't sound like him at all in any way. The whole thing sounded crazed. Even I. A guy who says we should absolutely put boots on the ground have never said it should be all American troops. I never said it has to be just American troops. And I certainly never said hundreds of thousands. What is he talking about? What is he talking about? I will get in to all of that. But nothing is more incredible. than hearing Joy Behar after JD Vance appears on the view, to which I give him credit, and I give the view credit, because this is the first time those liberal white suburban women have ever seen JD Vance and heard from him directly. Even this whole tour by JD Vance, this whole tour of him doing all this media, it's way too preemptive. He did a whole other run of all the media yesterday, and you're like, You're selling us on a deal that we haven't seen yet. You're softening the ground. Now even I have to wonder exactly how bad this thing is. You're not, it's not getting cheered. It's getting sold. You should have sold the reasons to take out the Iranian regime before going. No one did that. No one did that. But they're selling this. And I will again note, and we were the first to note it. You and I, we were the first to note it. It's JD Vance, they're putting out there, not the Secretary of State Marco Rubio. As a matter of fact, I haven't heard from Marco Rubio. The rumor mill said that both he and Pete Hegseth very unhappy with this deal. This is a bad deal. And we're told, get online or get out. Sorry, not get online. Get in line or get out. I don't know if that happened. I have no idea if that happened. What I know is we have not seen the memorandum of understanding. And I will tell you that some of JD Vance's answers for why that is. Well, you haven't seen it because we have to worry about the sensibilities of some of the Arab and Muslim neighbors of Iran. What are you talking about?

What sensibilities do we have to concern ourselves with? I don't know what that is. All I know is JD Vance goes on the five, where he's one of the guests hosts for the hour there on Fox. Why? Can't you or won't you release that document now? Yeah, so there's some diplomatic procedure at work here where the Qataris and the Pakistanis have been mediating this entire negotiation with the Iranians. And they've asked us effectively to sequence the way that we roll this out. I frankly don't understand it. We'd be happy to release the agreement today or tomorrow. We may release it as late as Friday, but fundamentally in the grand scheme of things, that doesn't matter because whether it's tomorrow, whether it's Friday, people are going to see what's in this agreement very soon. Why can't we see it now? Because the Qataris asked for something and you don't even understand it is not a compelling answer, sir. The whole thing is weird as can be. Weird as can be. And I think it's part of what's set people off to go down this road of look how terrible this is, look how awful this is, look how wrong this is, look how they're not even 100% sure what's in it. Now, if I went by the rumors, holy cow, there is a lot to scream and yell at about this thing. I'm not going by the rumors. I'm not doing it. Tony, you don't have an opinion? Oh, if the rumors are fact, kitten, I'm so locked and damn loaded on my thoughts on if the rumors are fact. But being a grown-up and trying to actually have a little bit of decorum and a bit of integrity, I don't have the deal yet. Why get myself all worked up for that thing if it's not the thing? It seems kind of nutty. I mean, the amount of people who are coming out opposed to this $300 billion fund idea, which has now been floated a bunch of times. And even JD Vance is like, well, it's not a $300 billion fund. Rather, it's the opportunity for investment to take place in Iran. Why in the world would we give this regime $300 billion? Well, if you watch Trump with what's going on in Gaza, you get other nations to get investment in. They have skin in the game. They don't want their investment destroyed. They don't let the worst elements rise to the top. They help in the policing. I understand Trump's mathematics. If the argument is we should help rebuild Iran after taking out any nuclear capabilities they have. Nah. Right? It's just a matter of thought exercise. Nah. But there's going to be a real question that we're all going to have to ask ourselves of how do we feel if we came this far only to come this far? Finally, some good news, some charges against Antifa losers. 15 Antifa losers have been charged of conspiring to impede federal officers during the immigration crackdown in Minnesota. The U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen said the defendants were linked to two Minneapolis-based groups associated with Antifa and allegedly coordinated efforts to obstruct Operation Metro Surge. Good. I hope they have an actual case. I hope they prosecute the case. Anybody involved in stopping ICE agents from doing their job as written on the books should go to jail. Of course. Send them into nearby buildings, et cetera. And try and push everybody to evacuate to a designated spot where they would then have snipers to kill everyone. Who were they looking to kill? Well, they were looking to kill those who took donations from A-PAC. Huh. What do you know? As a matter of fact, according to the affidavit, one of the accused, a 19-year-old, picked targets by congressional targets, members of Congress, by who took pro-Israel money naming Marsha Blackburn because she took money from APEC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, made up of Americans. He sent photos of the West Virginia delegation. And this all comes from a site about tracking APEC, tracking who's the donors are. So a terrorist cell used APEC's content as material for a kill list. If you think APEC is the problem, those people are the problem. The people who think APEC is the problem are the problem.

If you think they need to be killed, the people who think they need to be killed are really the problem. Truly disgusting stuff. Well supported by way too many in America and even those on the right. But this is a conspiracy. This is a multi-state conspiracy. And so now we need to find out everything about these people and every piece of it needs to be laid bare. Who were they connected to? Who were they listening to? Who were they ginned up by? How did they get their hands on this? One person, a 19 year old, said they took their graduation money to buy guns and ammo. Now, JD Vance and others will tell you that they never got really close to getting this plot off the ground. Does that matter? This brings back the very conversation of imminent. When is the threat imminent? When they started sending the drones, when the drones exploded, when they started firing at members of Congress and members of the military who were there at the UFC fight, or when they first started thinking about it. It's when they first started thinking about it, of course. That's when the threat was imminent. Or one could argue when the woke right decided that somehow APEC was the greatest evil in the world, and yet somehow Islamists are nothing more than misunderstood.

Did he say 99.9%. About Iran having a nuclear weapon? No, no, no, it has to be 100%. Nothing else will remotely do. Very, very strong. It's a very strong deal. Nobody knows what it is, but it's very strong. And most people seem to be very happy. Who are most people? Stephen Miller and Steve Chung, they're very happy. Okay, well, that's most people. You got to put in your ID. I don't believe in having to do that right now in the United States for pornographic sites. That's right. Why should someone have to give their ID? The UK law, which says you have to be 16, it says adults can use social media, but they have to provide their identity with a digital ID and face recognition, passports, credit cards, so therefore anything they say or anything they watch can be tracked and utilized against them. Now all of this is going to bring us into something called the Gang Rape Report, which is so horrifying as to be believed. So I want to just make sure I understand it. We have two rounds of rain that's coming in. And the first round, does that set up a stronger condition for the second round? Or in either case, we're already here. The cake is baked. And our biggest opportunity for storms, including tornadoes, is the stuff that's coming about 7 p.m., 8 p.m., and it's going to run until about 2 a.m. Yeah, that's correct. So a warm front comes in around 1 or 2 o'clock this afternoon. Along that warm front, we'll get closer thunderstorms and strong wind gusts, maybe even an isolated tornado warning being issued. The primary threat, though, for round one would be straight-lined or at least wind damage, strong wind gusts up to 70 miles an hour. The second round is out ahead of the cold front. That is what is going to be forming up out towards Illinois. If we get thunderstorms or tornadoes starting to form up out towards Illinois, they will likely stay on track and leak into parts of Indiana heading into tomorrow or rather late tonight early tomorrow morning. So yes, it's going to be two rounds. It's that second round that brings us the greater threat for tornadoes. We'll already know. what's going on out in Illinois. So if you start to see tornado warnings being issued out in Illinois late in the afternoon into the evening, it's likely some of those are going to hold together and make their way to Indiana. So we have plenty of time to prep. We've been here before with this. You know, just make sure that you have a good game plan for your house or your business and keep that phone fully charged for any watches or warnings that are issued in your area. Sorry, City County Council. They have approved through the Rules and Public Policy Committee. A proposal that will increase taxes on vehicle registrations in Indianapolis. They oppose the idea from Joe Hogsett, who is against the fee hikes. Joe Hogsett opposes the tax increase. Democrats favor the proposal. The Republicans on the committee voted against it. Imagine if Republicans actually had more than just, you know, like two members on the city county council. They've got more than two members, but they don't have anything close to being able to have a fighting chance to get things they want done. Correct. Under proposal number 192, owners of passenger vehicles would pay a flat $100 excise tax, an increase from the average fee of $20. Owners of larger vehicles, the larger than 11,000 pounds, would see $240 to pay instead of between $10 and $40. All for the pleasure of hitting potholes. Well, this would bring an extra $70 million in just 2027. So the argument from Democrats is, well, if the state is going to require us to put in a certain amount of money in order to get funds that match, we have to put in that money. So therefore, the people have to pay it. That is their argument for why this has to happen. Now, one could even argue it's an interesting argument. They've been put in a position.

The counselors are blaming the mayor, according to the story over at the IBJ, that there's been nothing about a plan to fulfill the state's match in the long term. How do you get there? How do you do this? I think for a lot of people, what work have you done to try and make these roads better? What work have you accomplished to do so? Have you proven this to your residents or those who come into Indianapolis? And then to say, well, now we need to get the matching funds in order to really do this. These fees are exorbitant. I think all registration fees are exorbitant. But hey, that's just me. So right now it gets passed. I don't know what's going to happen with full counsel. I don't know what's going to happen with the mayor. But here we are. at this place. We will also get into some changes in the state. Let me give you one of the things said this was on Megyn Kelly's show, where I believe he changed tune. Right? Ah, Megyn Kelly, she's one of me. I, if you ask me whether or not JD Vance is the guy for foreign policy, I would tell you absolutely not. And this is one of my concerns about JD Vance. There, there, it's an unciriousness. Other things the dude can rock. He is destructive. He's really bright. Not this. Not for me. But this was JD Vance, the vice president. on Megyn Kelly's show. And importantly, we have a constituency right now that is saying that we're going to send boots on the ground. They want Donald Trump to send hundreds of thousands of ground troops into Iran. The best thing we need people, but we need people to be pushing back from inside the tent. Okay, but wait, some of us push back and then we're told and hold on a second. Hold on. Hundreds of thousands of troops? Hundreds of thousands of troops? Where did this come from? Was this a private conversation you had with Lindsey Graham? What do you mean hundreds of thousands of troops? I am a guy who has said in order to get the uranium, you're going to have to put boots on the ground. In order to end the IRGC, you have to put boots on the ground. You know what I also said? It doesn't have to be American boots. The Israelis, UAE, Bahrain, the Saudis, hell, the French. There's a lot you can do. Who said it had to be American troops or all American troops? Hundreds of thousands? That is wild misrepresentation bordering on bull crap from the vice president of the United States. That was an appeasement conversation for the woke right. That's all that was. That is not connected at all to reality. Good morning. In the UK, there is a parliamentarian who released something called the Gang Rape Report. Tony Katz, 93 WIBC. Good morning. It's actually officially referred to as the Rape Gang Inquiry Report. And this report, if you follow me on Twitter X, I have posted it, examines the targeting of girls across Great Britain. What was found in this report put together by Rupert Lowe in conversations with survivors in a look into sexual exploitation. is that 149 local authority areas have gangs working in them that are engaged in these rapes. This goes back to the 1950s and the number of victims, the vast majority of whom are white girls, is estimated to be 250,000. Let's say that again. 250,000 girls are stating they have been raped in Great Britain by these gangs. Who are these gangs? And we should be clear, they weren't just raped. Trafficking, torture, forced pregnancy, forced conversion. Force conversion, yes. Because according to the reports, in court records and official inquiries, around 87% of those convicted in these group-based child sexual exploitation cases. So 87% of those convicted in the group-based child sexual exploitation cases bore distinctively Muslim names, as I read from the report. And a Dr. Taj Hargari. An imam with the Oxford Islamic congregation believes the true proportion of gang members who are Muslims to be around 95%. The argument here is that you have allowed people in from other countries who share far different politics, Islam not being a religion but being a political system. And part of that political system, part of that ideology, believes in the subjugation of those who are non-believers, thus condoning the rape. Now, every single Muslim group in America can scream at me and yell at me all they want. They cannot deny that that is the case amongst the Islamist. It cannot be denied. I hope to get the former Vice President on the show in the next few days and kind of break this down with them. But I want to wait until after we have the MOU published and we can take a look at it for ourselves. And then we can discuss. So it's interesting that a lot of people are being complimentary and still I would like to see the other. I don't have any need for the pretend complimentary. I have nothing to be complimentary of yet. I want to see the deal. If you say to me, hey, you took out the Navy and you took out air defenses, I'll say to you absolutely true. So why not just finish the job? That's my argument. But we'll leave that for now. And let's get into something the president said while sitting there next to the Egyptian president, El Sisi. What he said was, listen, if Iran doesn't want to honor the deal, if they don't want to behave, well, we've got plans. It's the agreement now final, or are you still- No, it's not final? It's a memorandum of understanding, and if I don't like it. We'll go back to shooting at them, dropping bombs on their head. If I don't like it, if they don't behave, we'll go right back to dropping bombs right smack in the middle of their head, okay? Because they've misbehaved for 47 years. Now I ask you. Okay, just a quick moment. Every single person.

who has been screaming and yelling that they know about this memorandum of understanding that this is the deal that this is so great that this is terrible can we all agree that those people are schmucks and the only people who kept their powder dry is those of us here on tony cats in the morning news and on tony cats today it was us Everybody else is out of their minds. They don't know what the hell they're talking about. They're so damn desperate to get a click and get a like and be first. They didn't know this was the case. It's like they just met Donald Trump for the first time. These people are morons. All of these influencers, look at us. We've got the conservative insight. We've got the guests and we've got all the followers schmucks. Absolute moron. Stop following those people. They're just dumb. They couldn't wait. They wouldn't wait. They had to get the click. Had to get the like. Say this. Claim this. Do you not know what Trump is? Do you not understand the rules of Trumpism? As I have explained them repeatedly. The first rule of Trumpism is Trump wins. The second rule of Trumpism is that a deal can always be made as long as it adheres to the first rule of Trumpism.

Maybe I'm starting to add a third rule. Anytime rule number two is not adhered to, I can engage rule number three, which is I planned for that. And I plan for that is if they don't be able, go back to this. So there's no deal. There's no deal. There's all, I mean, based on the president's words, there's only here just a little bit of a ceasefire. That is all. That is it. That is everything. All right? But nobody could have made this deal. I mean, the JCPOA done by Obama, he handed him a billion seven in cash, gave him hundreds of millions of dollars, hundreds of, gave them billions and billions of dollars, but he gave him $1.7 billion in cash, green cash, from banks, into a Boeing 757 and flew it into Iran. And they stood at the plane. I have pictures of it. Like, oh, my God, look at this. Money's giving us. He tried to bribe his way out. I didn't do that. Nobody mentions that. 1.7 billion and hundreds of millions of dollars. They tried to bribe their way out of it. And you know what? The Iranians did? They laughed at Obama, and they said he's a stupid son of a bitch. Honestly. I don't know if I've ever felt more vindicated. Are we still thinking there's a deal? You know, I have often argued on this show with you, not arguing with you, but are engaging, that it is not that we are smarter. It's that we're more honest. We're more willing to wait for information. We don't need to be first. We want to be right. Take this as a lesson from all of these other hosts and all these other talking heads and all these other influencers. They will say anything for the click. And they don't have to worry about honesty. They don't care and seems that their audiences may not care, but they should. I believe you care. I sure as hell care. What do I take from President Trump's statement? I haven't seen a memorandum of understanding. There's no deal. There's only a man, it would be cool if this worked. That's not a deal. That's not a deal. That's what the president just said to all of us. Yeah, that's kind of what we expected. By the way, Barack Obama being a stupid so-and-so, that is accurate. Let's break this down, shall we? Dow futures are down 44, NASDAQ futures are up 152. Why are Dow futures down? Maybe it's because the president, two hours ago, said to a worldwide audience that if Iran doesn't follow the deal, we'll go back to bombing the hell out of him, dropping bombs right in the middle of their head.

Maybe. I don't know. I'm just guessing. It's not like I do this for a living or anything. You've got West Texas crude at $76.62 a barrel. Brent crude at $79.75. Both under $80. That is awesome. I will bet you a dollar that doesn't stay that way today. That's not that I want that. That's what I think is coming. Then you have. The 10-year treasury at 4.437. Gold is at $429 an ounce, silver at $69.72 an ounce, Bitcoin at $64,760. That's where we are at. We're also going to be seeing the Federal Reserve with some decisions on rates. Kevin Warsh is the chair of the Federal Reserve. The meeting happens today. My guess, nothing changes. We do not see a rate reduction. It's my guess. That PPI number was high, the producer price index, the inflation is here. Yes, it's because of energy prices. You take the energy out and you take the food out, those volatile things. You get to the core CPI, the consumer price index or PPI, producer price index. And things are looking pretty good. It's kind of amazing. But still, they're not going to move anything. because the energy prices are not down. Now, this still doesn't solve problems from Midwest Main Street, the price of beep and the price of insurance and the other things that we're dealing with. It doesn't change any of that. And in Indiana, we have some of our own issues, growth issues that we have to deal with. But one of the things that has taken place is that...

Chuck Goodrich will be the next Secretary of Commerce. And we invite Mr. Goodrich onto the show. Chuck Goodrich runs Gaylor Electric. He's a success story in every way. He ran for Congress when Victoria Sparks said she wasn't going to run again. And then Victoria Sparks decided to run again. And then it was a very ugly primary in Victoria Sparks. The incumbent came out on top. And I said of both of them, a pox of the houses. It was a ridiculous. ridiculous campaign that I think showed their absolute worst. That is not to say that's who Chuck Goodrich is. And I think that in that race, I hope he learned from that and that you don't have to do certain things to get to certain places. As a guy who understands very large-scale things, what he's done with Gaylor Electric, G-A-Y-L-O-R, is just nothing short of amazing. And I wish the man well, and I want to hear what his thoughts are. I want to hear where he wants to go. Was I a fan of the former Secretary of Commerce, David Adams, stepping down from the position on June 30th? No. I don't think he did a good job at all. Not worried about whether he likes me. It doesn't like me. It's inconsequential. He could be good at other things. He wasn't good at this. And we absolutely went backwards over the last year and a half plus. And I think that this is Governor Braun recognizing that. And what I'm hoping is we are all about moving forward and full steam ahead and reaching out to business and reaching out for opportunities and saying we're the place to be. You don't have to buy them. You just got to sell our story. And this is why I've been serious. I want to be the trade ambassador. I can help sell this story and I want to. I can speak the language of these New York people. I can speak the language of these California businesses. What are you doing there? Leave all your crap politics at home and just bring the business and the opportunity to a place where you can have your dreams fulfilled. We're the better place. We've got the workforce. We've got the decent people. You know all those people who are talking about, you know, they're here for the World's Cup. And the World's Cup has been going well. Lionel Messi with a hat trick yesterday. For Argentina, it's nuts. It's unbelievable. He's, he really is that good. It's crazy. Crazy. But you see all these foreigners coming to the U.S. like, this is amazing. We're being treated so well. This place is so beautiful. It's because they're not in New York and not in L.A. They're actually in America. They're on Midwest Main Street. They're in the south. These are the places your people want to be business owners. What the hell are you doing? Come to Indiana. You don't need Florida. You don't need Texas. They're fine places. They ain't us, boo. We've got it better. It's easier to get everywhere. It's easier to bring people in. Yes, we have some cold weather. Yeah, we have seasons. You know what else we have? Tenderloins as big as your head. You know what else we have? Incredible opportunity and the workforce. We make it happen. We're the ones. We're it. And we should go out and sell that story every day of the week and twice on Sunday. And that's why I want to do this. And that's what I'm hoping that Goodrich will do. And work the high level deals.
