And it's the objective is to reduce child abuse, protecting vulnerable children. I don't mind us saying we need to make sure we have this information. But we should be asking about whether or not the Department of Child Services. And I'm not picking on Indiana specifically, although there are stories. In general, does this idea really work? Now, it's all eyes today on the court because they're going to decide birthright citizenship, and I... I do not see where they're going to make a change. The question is the idea of the 14th Amendment and subject to the jurisdiction thereof and whether or not someone born in the United States is de facto a U.S. citizen, right? We call that birthright citizenship, and it has been used against us. The 14th Amendment reads, all persons born are naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. Now, if someone has come to the country illegally, had a child here, is that subject to the jurisdiction thereof. The jurisdiction would not be to a specific state, but rather would be to the nation writ large. And I believe that the answer here needs to be no. Now the question is, what is the answer here? What does the text tell us? How is that interpreted? That's the job of the Supreme Court. To the extent that there is a tremendous amount of prior conversation about this, that there's precedent to this, well, I'm going to leave that to some constitutional experts. I'm going to give you where I'm at, which is no matter what gets ruled today. It is very clear Congress has to go about making changes to engage clarity. No, you don't get to come to the United States, have a baby here, and then be able to, you know, have a U.S. citizen, and we call it anchor baby, whatever the case may be. We have to stop this wholeheartedly. And people who don't want to stop this, these people are a danger to the nation. And we shouldn't vote for them. We shouldn't vote for the people they support. We should push them to the side as the absolute anti-American, anti-humanity zealots that they are. They're not good people. We should say so clearly and without any hesitation whatsoever. But that's what's coming today. What came yesterday was a host of things, including mail-in ballots, where the court said yes. If you have ballots that are postmarked on election day, they can be counted after election day. Not the decision I wanted, not the decision I would come to. Of course, the liberal justices all voted for it because they don't ever adjudicate. They only vote. You know exactly what they're doing. They're partisans from beginning to end. Only in the rarest cases are they not. In the vast majority of cases, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Katanya Brown and Jackson are terrible leftist partisans. Because we're now deciding that the post office decides when election day is. Election Day is the day. That's the day you elect somebody. That's it. But one of the other things that came out was the idea of whether or not the President of the United States can fire people. It's the slaughter decision. This is about a member of the Federal Trade Commission by the name of Rebecca Slaughter and whether or not the president. can say you're fired, you're gone. And what the court decided, six three decision was that yes, the president could fire leaders of independent agencies. Now somehow that isn't applying to the Fed, which is a whole weird thing. Then grab your popcorn because there is more. And you have a tremendous amount of people on the political left who cannot square the circle that the president can fire people because they are so absolutely obsessed with Trump that they don't understand that we're talking about the presidency and not the person. And this was the, what is she, the legal analyst for MSNBC or MSN now on with Morning Joe and that pseudo intellectual morning show. Listen to this. The other thing that I want to point out about the slaughter opinion, that's the opinion through which they have said the president now has the power to fire members of independent agencies or these multi-member commissions. If you read Chief John Roberts' opinion in that case, one of the things that is really scary about it is it's not just about independent agencies. It suggests that the president has the constitutional authority to fire any subordinate, meaning he doesn't just have the power to fire Rebecca Slaughter. He might have the power to fire somebody like Maureen James Comey, a career prosecutor here in the Southern District of New York. Who cares if she's a career prosecutor? You picked her because she's the daughter of James Comey, the low life. The president can't fire people? What kind of nonsense is this? Well, this is the nonsense when you believe that all government jobs should be protected. They should be life for jobs, and we need to keep these people where they are and we have to not allow any president to be able to remove them. Now, Democrats will never remove them because that's who they favor. You actually want a world where people can't be removed for any reason? The president doesn't have the ability to put in other people. That is surreal. That is, that is cult-esque. And that's where they are. And there's position after position. I can't believe they let the president do this. How could you not? Any president, Republican, Democrat, what have you?

How can you not allow them to do this? That's the question. Mind boggling their positioning, but really can be understood as their position is, you shouldn't be allowed any power. Only they should be allowed power. And why would they ever fire anybody when they only want government to grow and put more of their people in the places to get the results that they want?
