So the same rhetoric that is being used to brainwash so many of these young radical leftists that feel like they have to shoot people all the time. Like when somebody really is racist, it's lost all of its meaning because these morons have cried wolf so often. Now, with Charlie Kirk, I posted this on our Facebook and our Twitter earlier. I think it was on our Instagram too. I did not know about his high school basketball game. I saw that. Hat. tip, man. Charlie had a stroke. Charlie was shooting threes, had good form, was burying some long distance threes. I'm watching it right now. So we put that video up on social media at Hammer and Nigel, Facebook, Twitter, and I believe it's on our Instagram story as well. What is the song playing? It was some sort of rap song. Whoever made the highlight tape put some hardcore rap lyrics. Because I'm reading the closed captioning, and I'm like, well, okay, this is great video, but yeah, be careful if you watch there again. Whoever made that highlight tape put a pretty dope mix behind it, and it's got some filth, florn, florn filth. But if you're just looking at the form, hell, I watched a lot of IU basketball last year. I didn't see many kids shoot threes the way Charlie Kurt was doing at high school, man. Good for him. Now, on the subject of Charlie, Turning Point USA, and I think you just heard our newsroom talk about this a few minutes ago, Turning Point USA has announced they have unanimously elected... Charlie's widow Erika Kirk as the new CEO and chair of the board for the organization. Charlie previously served in all of those roles. I feel like this makes sense. And if you watched her just emotional heartfelt speech last Friday, it was hard to watch, I think the company is going to be in good hands. This was Erika Kirk this past Friday. Charlie, I promise. I will never let your legacy die, baby. I won't. I promise I'll make Turning Point USA the biggest thing that this nation has ever seen. I promise. And now she's going to have that opportunity. She was unanimously elected as the replacement for Charlie, the chair of the board and the new CEO. Go back to that speech on Friday. Like...

Yes, she was grieving. Yes, she's having a hard time. But like she was rallying the troops too. The evildoers responsible for my husband's assassination have no idea what they have done. They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God's merciful love. But they should all know this. If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before, You have no idea. You have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country and this world. You have no idea. All right, Erica. Do your thing, girl. They claim to operate on over 3,500 campuses nationwide. 2,000 student-led chapters, 800 faith-based groups. Turning Point USA, basically. If you don't know what Turning Point USA is, It's a conservative political group on college campuses that focus on limited government, individual liberty, faith, freedom, traditional American values, again on high school college and university campuses. Now, we were talking about the other day how Chris, your son wants to start one, was on... U-Indie. It's tough, man. It's not easy to start one of these chapters. And I think it might. cost money. It does. It's actually rather expensive. So you need some financial backing or somebody super rich to kind of help you get going or a campus with a lot of conservatives, which, man, some of these smaller campuses like... You indie, for example, I think you probably count on a single hand, those that are outspoken conservatives. Chris is one of them. But yeah, it's not the easiest thing in the world. So you need some financial backers. But I love that. All these submissions are coming into turning point saying, you know what, we're in. This was a breaking point. This absolutely was a breaking point. We'll find the money we are in. So good luck to Erika Kirk. And again, tonight at 7, there's supposed to be some sort of vigil out on Monument Circle to honor Charlie. Dateline L.A. Nige. A woman in Los Angeles saw a dude cut the line at an in-and-out burger. Everybody's waiting in line on this side street. There's so many cars in line. This silver Toyota cuts everybody right at the corner of the side street in the driveway. And I see it all happened. The staff still takes their order and everything. That guy just cut everybody. There's no way. So when it was my turn to order, I placed my order and then I was like, bye. By the way, like, that silver Toyota cut everybody in line. He's like, oh, yeah, I saw them do that. They put like a home run note is what he called it, which basically means that they're going to take his order, but they'll tell him to pull out, put his blinkers on in the front, and then they're just going to take way longer to make his order as if he were to wait in line anyways. I love in and out so much. Okay. All right, get in that, burger. There's nothing worse. First of all, the guy should never cut in line, and he gets what he deserves. But there's another worse than pulling up to McDonald's or whatever fast food restaurant and them telling you to pull forward. We don't have all your order ready yet. Correct. Is there anything worse? When we're dealing purely with fast food and ordering and, you know, wanting to get home and just, can you pull in this first space? And we'll be on as soon as you're. order is ready. Let me tell you the little trick the Taco Bell does by my house. So if you pull up and they don't have your order ready, and if there's nobody in line in the drive-thew, they will tell you, would you mind backing up just a little bit? Because I think there's some sort of sensor where they have to get the orders out in a certain amount of time. So they've told me before... Would you mind backing up just a little bit? And then when you pull forward, they'll have the food ready and it looks like they got it out in a timely fashion. I remember, yeah, no, I remember working at Burger King in Brownsburg when I was 16. We had a... some sort of censor that it was a timer at the drive-through that we had a certain goal with every car that went through. Correct. Yeah. So they will treat the first thing as a drive-off, right? But if you back up behind this little certain marker, then they get the credit for fast-efficient service. So if they ever do that. That's hilarious. If they ever do that, let's make a deal and say, well, that's going to cost you either a free nacho or a free Coke. I mean, you've got the leverage at that point. At your mercy. Use the leverage to your advantage. Which brings us to great moments in drive-through line history. Oh, no. Some Karen in the McDonald's drive-thru line, she was having a hard time, I think, understanding the accent of the fast food worker, the McDonald's worker. But then the McDonald's worker says, honey, calls her honey. Like, sometimes it's just eight. Sure. term that they use. Well, Karen melted down.

Can I get two McDonald's just plain? Nothing on it. Two men McDonald's only cheese. Nothing on it. You understand, but the McDonald's can we cheat. You want to cheese or no cheese? Why did ABC Disney let him go? Was it because? that he spread misinformation, disinformation about Charlie Kirk's killer, how he was MAGA. Was it because he was going to come back the next night and double down on that divisiveness? Was it ratings or all of the above and more? Well, yes, it was. I think that would be D. And I'm more inclined to believe the affiliates who were, I'm sure, burning the phones down at Disney, at ABC, Bob Iger, the head of Disney, Dana Walden, Kamala Harris's best friend also, the head of TV at ABC. I'm pretty sure after Jimmy Kimmel said what he said, he spread a hoax, which again is against Federal Communications Commission. rules and regulations you cannot knowingly you're prohibited from spreading uh falsities on the airs over public airways. And that's what Jimmy Kimmel did on Monday night. And so I believe after that monologue on Monday night, the phones at ABC and Disney were ringing all day Tuesday. And that's generally how these things work. Greg Gutfeld went on Fox Airways Tuesday afternoon and said that Jimmy Kimmel is quote done. Greg Gutfeld's been in his business for a quarter century. He knows. exactly the thing and the timing of what Jimmy Kimmel said, saying that it was the MAGA game that went after Charlie Kirk. I mean, that's a fireable offense. Typically, no matter who you are, given Jimmy Kimmel's history, yeah, we've seen advertisers get spooked, I think, for less and have resulted in suspensions. But I do think the fact that Jimmy Kimmel was unrepentant in the fact that...

According to reports at least, and these are reports from Deadline, Variety, and the Hollywood Reporter, I mean, these people basically have executives at these studios on Speed Dow, feeding them this information. Jimmy Kimmel, I think it's safe to say, was going to double down. And this is a brand issue. Disney is in the middle of at least two very large mergers. They're trying to merge with Ubo, which is like a sports... streaming service, that has to go through the Justice Department and the SEC. And you've heard a lot about Next Star and the affiliate merger that's going through there that has to go through the FCC. And so this is big business. And Jimmy Kimmel has been bad for business. His ratings are below the gutter. They're near the core of the earth. They're so low. And they're low in the demo. And, you know, that's money at the end of the day. Bob Iger will be gone. At least he said he's leaving next year. He doesn't want to have, he wants to have a lot of wins. He's had a lot of mergers. Disney stock is back from the brink of collapse. I mean, trading in the 70s a year ago. Right. He doesn't want, yeah, he doesn't want to pass. or his legacy to be just how he led a bunch of woke, crazy people destroy the Disney brand on his tombstone. Jerome, is this a blessing really for ABC? Because we've been talking about this for a couple days here. He was looking up, Jimmy Kimmel, was looking up at Stephen Colbert in the ratings. Stephen Colbert gets fired. We hear that he's losing $10, plus million a year. Kimmel wasn't doing... as well as Stephen Colbert was. Is this really just a reason for ABC to get this guy off the payroll and get him off their air? Yeah, you can look at it that way. And, you know, with Stephen Colbert, I mean, you had sort of the Larry Ellison, I'll say, coming in, and it was just a new regime. And they did what most new regimes do. And I think it's very apolitical. It's very dispassionate. They just looked at the books. And Jimmy Kimmel, excuse me, Stephen Colbert was costing tens of millions of dollars. I mean... He was employed 200 plus people to do an hour-long show that pre-takes at 5 o'clock and only airs four days a week. I mean, it was... It was kind of insane. Jimmy Kimmel somehow managed, as you said, to have worse ratings. And I'm pretty sure his production budget is even more because Jimmy Kimmel Live is produced in the state of California. I mean, just the taxes alone, it was cost prohibitive. And again, Jimmy Kimmel is not just any old late night comedy hosts. I mean, people hearing.

me talk right now, really need to understand just how active Jimmy Kimmel has been in the Democratic Party. He raised money for the Democratic Party PACs. He was in Wisconsin campaigning for the Senate Democrat candidate just less than a year ago. And so he didn't do himself any favors, you know, in his private life, right, in terms of Disney trying to divorce itself from the brand that it... hell that it threw itself into five years ago when it started to try to get behind policies to sexualized children in Florida schools. Jimmy Kimmel is sort of anathema to everything that Disney has been trying to do, trying to clean up its brand. And so. You can look at it as an excuse, but, but, you know, it wasn't, it wasn't an attack on free speech. I mean, Jimmy Kimmel, what he said was he spread disinformation on public airways. You just can't do that. And you can't do it when. You know, there's also a fair use argument here as well. Jimmy Kimmel doesn't really blame conservatives or Republicans on his show. In fact, all he does is bash Republicans and conservatives over the public airways. And so, yeah, this was only a matter of time, I guess, to answer your question. It was going to happen. Sure, Jimmy Kimmel gave the bosses the suits at Disney a good excuse to get rid of him. You think the same is coming for Seth Myers and... Jimmy Fallon. What's his face? Who? Who? Who? Chuck Myers is very interesting because, you know, he also has the 30 Rock, New York show, longstanding. And Jimmy Fallon's always just been sort of apolitical. I'll never get him like playing in Donald Trump's hair in 2015. Yeah, but then having to apologize for it for humanizing. Right, which is actually the last, the last time that the two-time heavyweight presidential champion of the world has been on Jimmy Fallon's show. I don't think so. NBC Universal is sort of run by, I mean, these people are all reflexively liberal, but. The brands are different. And Seth Myers sort of does that, you know, a 10-minute monologue to attack, you know, Republicans and conservatives, but it's far less controversial and it's far less impactful to be quite honest with you. Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert, for that matter, their monologues are clipped up and they are in sync and in line with the DNC. and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Bernie Sanders talking points to a way that, again, for the Disney brand, Disney is a, at least for a half century, was known to be a family brand. NBC Universal doesn't really have to contend in that space. And the two companies are on, on two very different corporate trajectories as well in some respects. And so.

Yeah, I think Fallon and Myers are safe. Now, I could be wrong because both of those shows used to tape five days a week that Jimmy Fallon had to cut his in-house band, I think a year ago, because of money. They've all cut staff, and they've all cut that fifth day on Friday. And so... Fallon and Myers are costing money, but, you know, it's a lost leader that NBC knows. I just don't think they go anywhere because of the legacy and the names and the brand. You know what I thought was funny. First of all, deliciously arrogant that Jimmy Kimmel just a couple of years ago called Fox firing Tucker Carlson delightful because of content-related material. And what do you make of... I thought it was hilarious, The View, the ladies from the View, foreboden for speaking about Jimmy Kimmel in any way, shape, or form. What did you make of that? I had a thought about that. It was maybe the third or fourth thing that I thought about because I never know when I'm going to be blessed to come on a great. you know, broadcast program like this. Thank you. Give commentary. Yeah. And, and, uh, I love the laugh. Like, the laugh just says, I'm being insincere here. No, seriously. I thought just, you know, would, would they touch on it? If they did, what would they say? And then, you know, New York Post, I think, sort of came out with the first story about how they were foreboden to talk about it. And that is a tell to me anyway, that this is, again, more than anything. You know, the Democrats are all in unison singing from the same hymnal. Of course they are. You know, this is an attack on free speech. None of them actually have the receipts showing specifically details, evidence, proof that there was collusion between Brendan Carr, the chair of the FBC and the Trump administration and Disney. If anything, you know. Disney is no friend of conservatives, Republicans, or Donald Trump, for that matter. And they could have kept Jimmy Kimmel, but for the left and Democrats pushing that this is the end of America and an attack on a democracy and an attack on free speech, like what would have happened to those 200-plus affiliates who have ABC channels existing and airing, you know, Jimmy Kimmel? in the late night hour, in the same cities that are holding visuals for Charlie Kirk. You know, what would have happened if Jimmy Kimmel would have stayed on the air? Democrats won't answer that question. Again, this is a business decision, and this is Jimmy Kimmel suffering the consequences of consequence culture. He didn't get canceled, but he said what he said. It was against FEC regulations for him to say what he said, spreading hoaxes and disinformation about Charlie Kurt's murderer. on the airways. I mean, it's just that simple, but...

You guys should chew on this. What we're seeing happening, the explosion of the request to start turning point USA chapters on middle schools, high schools, and college campuses. The infrastructure and the machine that Charlie built literally from a garage over a decade ago is seeing a massive, massive expansion in this country. And I think a part of the Democrat reflects of... response to this, it's sort of panicked. And I think that's for a reason. The DNC apparently had four autopsies run, and they are apparently so bad that they have not released any of them. Republicans have a cash advantage, six to one, over Democrats. Never happened before. Wow. And a voter registration advantage dating back to the election. And so the Democrats were in a proverbial whole of their own making. way before this atrocity happened, and it's even worse now. And I think that speaks to their sort of panicked response. We were talking earlier about the narrative the left is perpetuating about how the Charlie Kirk shooter was MAGA, was, you know, these gun-toting conservatives. They're all, you know, Trump and Kirk. They're responsible because they make people angry and they should expect. to get shot. And they, and this was, this was somehow going to cause some sort of civil war. This was going to, you know, this was all the big plan. Sure. And it's just so ridiculous and nobody, and then the media pretends like there's no motive. We, we don't know what the motive was. He might be MAGA. What? Yeah, there's a lot of gay dudes dating a trans that consider themselves MAGA. Because this guy's family was conservative and they were registered Republicans, that was good enough for numb nuts like Jimmy Kimmel to run around and say, he was a MAGA conservative. Or Kaitlan Collins at CNN, acting like she has no idea what the motive might be. The motive was clear. It was hate.

Do you believe that right wing groups also need to be investigated, which is what I heard there at the end? That's where you want to take this conversation. Why would right wing groups need to be investigated when these, the majority of these types of things happening? are on the left. If you find a right-wing group that is planning to kill somebody, investigate them and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. But find one. Find them, Caitlin, because right now it seems like the assassination game, there's a monopoly on one side. Well, Gretchen Whitmer after January 6th, I think there were more FBI agents involved in that little. sworee than there were actual participants. A little entrapment featuring Big Gretchen Whitmer. But I don't want to get off topic here, but just, good Lord. Let's hear a little more of this. This is interesting. Yeah, yeah. There have been other acts of political violence as well when it comes to targeting Democrats. I mean, we've seen that with a lawmaker who was killed in Minnesota the summer alongside her husband. Hold on a second. If you're going to say facts, you need to get your facts right. The assassin there was not. a right-wing assassin acting on a political motive. The assassin there was someone who had been an appointee of Tim Walz, and he was a deranged lunatic. And yes, there are deranged lunatics who attack people both right and left. But if you look at murders carried out for political agendas, they are overwhelmingly on the left, whether it is the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the two assassination attempts of Donald Trump, the assassination attempt on Brett Kavanaugh. over and over and over again, whether it was the congressional shooter who came to Washington to the baseball game and said, I want to find congressional-based Republicans to attack. We've noted all of those instances. We've noted all of those instances. But, sir, we're also noting that there have been others, including the Democratic lawmakers who were targeted just a couple of months ago. So I think that is the point that people have made here. But it wasn't by a Republican for a political agenda. And by the way, that lunatic should be prosecuted and go to jail. So what I'm not doing, is what leftists are doing. Leftists are celebrating that murder. I think the murder in Minnesota was horrible. It was horrible and that violent criminals should be prosecuted and going to jail. Right. That's the thing here. Nobody on the right is saying, free that man, free that man. And I think this is the point that Ted Cruz is trying to make to Kaitlan Collins. You would have a point if I said, gosh, let's set up a bail fund for that murderer. Then you'd have a point. But it's only one side that is doing that. Do you agree that on Blue Sky, there are thousands of leftists celebrating and reveling in the murder of Charlie Kirkland. Senator, I don't think that anyone should celebrate someone to murder, regardless of what that person believed in there on. And I don't think this guy is representative of how people feel. If you celebrate it, I think that's wrong. And I think that's evil. It's representative of leftists. It's only left wiggers are on it.

And then she's speechless and Ted Cruz just laughs in her face. Somebody on the YouTube chat, Dave, this is perfect. That sounds like a smart-ass teenager arguing with her dad. Like that's exactly what that sounded like. And the point Ted Cruz is making is what Gutfeld destroyed Jessica Tarloff on the five. Yes, what happened in Minnesota. Oh, man, that was... It was gross, but nobody on the right is starting a go-fund me to free that guy. I mean, there may be one deranged lunatic or something, but as a whole, that hasn't happened, right? That hasn't picked up steam. It's not being carried by the national media. And that was a lunatic who knew those people. It wasn't like he was radicalized. I have to just kill, you know, Democrats. No, no, no, no, no. This was somebody appointed by Tim Walz who had beef, who had a legitimate disagreement. Now, he was a nut, and I hope he rots in jail for killing those two people. Sure. I'd be okay if they executed him. I'm not going to cry. It's not the same thing. It's not the same thing. It's not the same thing at all. And they're comparing it. Right. Well, this happened, but this happened. No, it's not anywhere close to make the same thing. The shooter that killed Charlie Kirk had never met him, did not know him, had never had a conversation with him, but he hated him. Why is that? That's called radicalization, and that's what Ted Cruz and Greg Gutfeld have been pointing out. So when anybody makes that stupid argument about the Minnesota lawmakers, just know they're probably the stupidest person in the room. It depends upon what the meaning of the word is.
