Do you believe these characters are weird of us. So let's rock you. I have announced effective immediately. We'll draw down. 700 people defected today. 700 law enforcement personnel. Yeah, that's borders are Tom Homan. Katie Porter's R. Ancomit Redass announcing they're reducing the amount of ICE agents in Minnesota. About 700 officers will have more on that coming up, Hammer. We'll talk about ice right here in Indy, which I don't think there is a huge presence, but there's a lot of pandering going on about ice. Is it there? And that's coming from the prosecutor.

2:42

Somebody that should be in favor of law enforcement, but when it's a very woke, very leftist. activist prosecutor who's more interested in his next political step than he is doing his job. This is what happens. So you may have heard about this in the news earlier from our newsroom, Marion County prosecutor, Ryan Mears, calling for the community to rally around and help defeat evil ice. So he was speaking at a breakfast that was predominantly local black pastors, and he made these comments on the tactics of ice. When we have conversations about if ICE comes here, if ICE does certain things, we need to make sure that we're all on the same page about what the expectation of the police department is, what the expectation of the prosecutor's office is, so that we have not only the moral authority, but the community support to do what we think is right under the circumstances, which means we could be prosecuting federal officials. Yeah, all right, yeah, give it a try, Rhino. And not Rhino is Republican in name only, but Rhino Mears. It's an ass hat. Here's my expectation for the prosecution, for judges, for federal, for local authorities to help ICE in any way possible get the worst criminal offenders here illegally out of our city. That's my expectation. He said something about moral authority. Who's moral authority? Who decides what moral authority? I mean, follow the letter of the law. Right. Follow the law. I mean, Ryan Mears is already on record saying he's not going to prosecute certain drug crimes. And now he's saying this, pandering, total pander job to these people that he was having breakfast with. He's real good at telling us what he's not going to do. Yeah. You know what he sucks at? His job. And it makes me sick to my stomach when this clown tries to do a victory lap of, look at our prosecution rate. The crime is going down. Your prosecution rate is... irrelevant here because you only prosecute a handful of things. There are so many things backlogged that you're not interested in. And by the way, how many of these crimes that you're getting convictions on again are violent repeat offenders that your office has let out multiple times?

5:07

I'd be curious to see a breakdown of how many violent repeat offenders go out and then ultimately have to meet Mr. Ryan Mears one more time. That poor woman that was gunned down meeting her death outside the children's daycare a few years ago. In front of kids. And that was a guy that should have never. I mean, just one of a litany of examples. It's a huge list of examples that you could use when talking about this leftist activist prosecutor, along with leftist activist judges as well. And again, he wants to be mayor. Let that sink in. The guy that feels like ICE are the bad guys and the people that are doing, God knows what, on 38th Street right now are the good guys. He wants to be in charge of the entire city. I can't believe I'm going to say this. That may be worse than Boss Kevin Hassett. Wow. That's a lot. Now, I know he's probably going to be sober, so we have a little bit of a wiggle room here. But just because you're sober doesn't mean you're going to have any better policies. Mears could actually make it worse. Again. Worse than Joe Hogsett, who went missing during the riots, slurs at his speeches, and has a major sexual harassment scandal involving his office. But yet Ryan Mears may be worse than that guy. It's just think you're saying it out loud. We're going to prosecute and possibly arrest federal officials that are trying to get the murderers and the rapists and the narco-traffickers that are here illegally off our streets. We'll prosecute ICE first before we will, those guys. And also at that breakfast, again, it was predominantly black pastors from Indianapolis, but they had a number of special guest speakers. Carlo Lopez Owens, she's an attorney, a prominent attorney in Indy, an immigrant herself, she spoke to the crowd, ripped ice and Trump for being lawless. We have a presidential administration that is promoting fear, terror, and lawlessness, as we've heard many people speak to today. So hold on, hold on, hold on. You're going to tell a room of predominantly black pastors throughout Indianapolis, who has a higher homicide rate per capita than Chicago, that the biggest problem, the biggest example of lawlessness is happening with the Trump administration and ICE. Get the bleep out of here. Talk a little bit about the elephant in the room here. Black on black crime. At least Reverend Charles Harrison addresses that. When he comes on our program, when I see him do interviews in the street. Ten point coalition. Somebody that's not going to be wearing a MAGA hat anytime soon, mind you, but he will address that we have a big problem with black on black crime in the city. But I'm being told that the biggest problem, the biggest examples of lawlessness are ICE agents in the Trump administration. Okay. Just ridiculous. I'm sorry, that's re-dam ridiculous. And I can't believe people buy this.

8:16

People were clapping for this at this breakfast. Ridiculous. Speaking of ICE border czar, Tom Homan, you heard him there at the top of the hour. Big press conference up in Minneapolis today, he announced that because they've been getting cooperation from the mayor's office and even old balls Tim Walz and local police, 700 ICE agents will be leaving Minneapolis today. They had positive conversations. And so now they're going to remove 700 ICE agents. It's shocking to me, Hammer. You're saying that if local officials along with state officials and local law enforcement cooperate with ice? They don't need that many agents to begin with. This all could, wait, you're saying this all could have probably been avoided, this upheaval, this unrest in Minnesota? Shocking, isn't it? Shocking. Okay. And that's what Tom Homan was talking about. It's like, look, we're going to send 700 home now. If you want the rest to go home, you know what? Stop rioting. Again, prioritization. Doesn't mean you forget about everybody else. But we have a criminal here and non-criminal here. The criminal has to be arrested first because they're the biggest threat to the community. My goal with the support of President Trump is to achieve a complete drawdown and end this surge as soon as we can. But that is largely contingent upon the end of the illegal and threatening activities against ICE and its federal partners that we're seeing in the community. We will not draw down on personnel providing security for our officers. I will not let our officers. be put at risk. So we will not draw down on personnel providing security and responding to hostile incidents until we see a change and what's happening with the lawlessness of the peating and interfering and assaulting of advice and border to officers. That's fancy talk for don't start none won't be none. That's all he's saying. Don't start none won't be none. Last little bit here from Tom Homan because this was a pretty passionate press conference that he gave in Minneapolis today. Even though he did tip his hat to little guy Jacob Frey and old balls Tim Walz for cooperating, finally, I took this as kind of a passive aggressive shot at those guys as well as the national media. Tom Homan basically saying the rhetoric that you guys are spewing about ICE agents is why there was bloodshed. I said back in March that the hateful rhetoric didn't stop, I was afraid there would be bloodshed and their husband. President Trump and I, Secretary Kristi Noem, none of us want to see any bloodshed. It is no doubt encouraging and inciting certain people to violate the law and actually harm law enforcement of their families is unacceptable. Yeah, it turns out when you refer to these people as Gestapo and Nazis and paint the picture like they're actually snatching people off the street and putting a black hood over their head and disappearing them to a unknown location, which is just not happening. They were taking the worst first off the street. Right. That's exactly. But when you paint it that way, then you get people riled up. And it only takes one deranged lunatic. Just one.

11:43

to act on that and then you've got a situation. Nige, if you need a reason to drink tonight. Happy 78th birthday to Alice Cooper, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer. He rocks. Alice Cooper. Literally, he opened up, I believe, for Motley Crew. I saw him in 2015 down at the Fieldhouse downtown. And I could have watched that show on his own. I would have paid to go see it on his own. He's, I had it in 2015, you know, several years ago. But still, really, really good show. Were you a fan of Alice Cooper? Not really. I never saw him live, like I said, until about 10 years ago. But certainly his music is universally loved. Had a great cameo in the movie Wayne's World. Nice to meet you guys. So do you? Come to Milwaukee often? Well, I'm a regular visitor here. But Milwaukee has certainly had its share of visitors. The French missionaries and explorers were coming here as early as the late 1600s to trade with the Native Americans. In fact, isn't Milwaukee an Indian name? Yes, Pete, it is. Actually, it's pronounced Miliwakei, which is Algonquin for the good land. So we're going to play a little game here before we go to Matt Bear's traffic. Okay. How many... songs from Alice Cooper has producer Allison heard of. Ooh. Oh, boy. I've got a five song montage, all hits of Alice Cooper. I've set the over under at two and a half. There's two that I know she will know. But the other three, I don't know. I'm going to go. I'll go the over. Over two and a half. It's, again, one of those guys that has a catalog that just hits after hit after hit. You might not even know it's him. Okay, so Allison, honor system as always. If you've heard of the song, let us know. Nigel's got the over, two and a half. Here we go. Yes. One for one. Summer. And team, I just don't know what I want. I don't think so. Oh, no. Uh-oh. We're one in one. No more, Mr. Night's sky. Yes. Two. No more.

14:04

Yes. Three. There it is. Here we go. I didn't know this was him. Running through my veins. B Frankenstein. No. This was performed in the movie Wayne's World, actually. Right. Okay. When they go to the big concert, yeah. Okay. But hey, cash that over, baby. Over two and a half. Job Allison. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart. You're listening to the Hammer and Nigel Show. How appropriate we're talking about this awful smell emanating out of Evansville Hammer. So the people of Evansville, they took a big whiff and said, this is worse than normal. So there was something in the air that smelled like a sulfur fart. And the fire department got involved. The Department of Environmental Management got involved. And I guess. After all the investigations, it came from some business that was burning a compound that's best known for adding a foul smell to natural gas. And the whole city smelled like a burning tire or an egg fart. Like, imagine the face that John Brennan usually makes. And now imagine an entire city of people walking around with said face. Old intelligence. A-hole that signed the document of 50 intelligence people. You're talking about the Hunter Biden laptop, said it was Russian disinformation. Right. Guy. He has a consummate, just a constant egg fart look on his face. And so imagine, yeah, a whole city full of people with that same look. Meanwhile, Tara Hote's like, yeah. Welcome to the party, Bell. Hey, now. Terra Hote Slander. I love the casino resort there. I will not put up with the Terra Hote Slander. I'm sorry. Larry Bird's Playground, I will not put up with that slander notch. Terra Hote greater than Evansville. There I said it. Okay. Come at me if you want. Miss Allison, I've got a sad update here, and I'm going to need some mood music.

16:54

After 80 years, Nige. Yes. Minute made. Discontinuing the frozen canned juices. What? I haven't bought one of those in years, but I mean, that was a staple of my childhood in the freezer. The OJ, the lemonade, the grape drink. You used to buy it in like a little tube, and you'd put that some bitch in the freezer. And when you were ready to mix up a cocktail, mix up some beverages, you take it out. You might have to let it fall a little bit, but then you mix it with the water, bada bang, bada boom. Or vodka. A lot of vodka. A lot of vodka was mixed in those bad boys. 80 years, it had been in store shelves. I believe it was originally invented for soldiers in World War II. And it was just sold as frozen concentrate. And Coca-Cola, which now owns Minute Maid. said there are different consumer shifts going on right now, so they pulled the plug on it. Yeah, I mean, does anybody really buy that anymore when there's so many different options and so many ready to go options? I know. It's just part of my childhood is gone because I grew up in the era where like my grandma had a lot of this stuff in the fridge. Oh, yeah. I grew up in the era where we saw that one cartoon and we all put like orange juice in an ice cube tray to try to make ghetto ass popsicles. Did you ever do that? Yeah. I think I did it the other day. My kids still do it to this day. It's just regular orange juice with the, uh, with the toothpick. Yeah. Yeah. You put a little toothpick in there because we saw it on a commercial like a cartoon commercial back in the day. Oh, that's a shame. And it was never any good, but we tried it all the time. Uh, so yeah, tipping a farewell to Minute Maid and the frozen canned drinks. Uh, hey, real quick, uh, the comedy show for those who were asking, yes, it's still going on. I don't know why you're asking that question. I honestly have no idea. Scratching my head over here. I don't know. It's weird. Still going on March 7th. Yes, everybody is still lined up to appear at said show doing some stand-up there. And I spoke to the guy at Matt Hatter earlier today. Tickets are almost gone, man. It's almost sold out. Like around 90, 85 tickets are left in the venue. Now, the show isn't until March 7th. So tickets are going fast. Go to Mad Hatter Event Center in Greenwood. I believe you can buy your tickets there or just go to their website. Cool. Buy your tickets there. And yes, YouTube chat.

19:38

I don't know why the show would not be going on. It's weird that you're asking me. But buy your tickets now, I promise. Everybody will be there. And we're going to have one hell of a night to the Hammer and Nigel show. My name is Nigel, Jason Hammer, right over there with a very special guest on the hotline. He is an investigative reporter for the Daily Signal and the host of the Tony Kennett cast seen worldwide and broadcast it here on 93 WIBC at 7 o'clock right after our program. The Tonus, Tony Kennett is with us. And Tony, the Save Act, to me, this was the thing that was bigger than the government shutdown. If you want to have security, If you want to have confidence in the elections, the SAVE Act has to pass. But as we see from time to time, a lot of wishy-washy Republicans being a pain in the ass. You know, it's really weird watching a lot of grown men be terrified of the world's worst arguments because sometimes, you know, look, you get into the political fray, you get into a bit of a scuffle, and some both sides may sling a couple of good points around, becoming a rarity of these in this day and age. But when I see Republicans have an issue that Democrats literally cannot argue against, I'm serious. I watched three different commentators for different networks on the left side of the aisle go up against me and others in debates in the last two days. They fell apart. It was ridiculous. I mean, seriously, they started screaming at me saying that poor people couldn't afford a $9 ID. Then I pointed out that in many states, if you're too poor to afford an ID, the state will provide you one for free. And he didn't know what to say. So we just started yelling slurs about Nikki Minaj. You're telling me Republicans can't fight that? Right. Yeah. To go to the liquor store, to buy tickets, to get a prescription of CVS filled. Get your prescription filled, all of that. You have to have some sort of identification. I don't think it's asking too much. And I've said this before, Tony. I'm tired of being lectured by stupid people. And a lot of Republicans are stupid people. Somebody needs to light a fire. I don't know if it's John Thune. I don't know who it is. Maybe it's Johnson. But we need to start mocking. We need to start name calling because this is how the Democrats will win every election if this does not pass. So I'm really glad that you brought this up. I want to point out two quick things. Number one, Speaker Johnson has perhaps unexpectedly for some. He has been phenomenal through this entire thing. He has said, and I quote, we've passed the Save Act twice before. We'll pass it again and as many times as we need to to get it through. That's the correct answer. John Thune is suggesting, well, we don't just want to force Cory Booker to talk for 25 hours. Why? I mean, I know it's painful to sit in there and watch Captain constipation get up there and speak. I hear you. But like, my God, just get it through.

22:29

What are you doing? The Democrats are actually self-destructing over this. And they're bringing out their most racist points that they've brought out since they said they wanted slave laborer two weeks ago. So, I mean, it's a win. Take the win. And I don't know what John Thune is doing other than picking his nose and watching the clouds roll by. And if it was a moment that required some political astuteness, Okay, I would get it. But this is like going up against the junior varsity team and crying, you know, uncle before the game starts. A lot of arguments about the filibuster, whether or not the Republicans should get rid of it or not, and just to get the simple majority to get this through. Overall, big picture your thoughts on the... The filibuster simple majority versus, you know, 60, 80, 60 votes. What do you think should happen? Because I'm under the impression that if that does happen, then the Democrats are going to use it against us down the road. So for sure the Democrats are going to use it against us down the road. But there are two things regarding, I don't like tearing down, you know, random walls in the house just because I don't like how it's laid out. I do like keeping things in for a certain reason. However, right now the current rule state that if you do not have 60 votes to pass, then someone gets to walk up in front of everyone and just start yammering and yelling. And basically that lets the country know, hey, the other side is shoving something through. And you know what? I think that if the Democrats are. so passionate about no voter IDs, if they're so passionate about transing the children, if they're so passionate about a bunch of their other platforms, then they should get to, we should get to watch Maisie Hirono give us free campaign commercials in her 25-hour rant. Sure, I don't care. That's fine with me. You don't need to tear anything down. Let them pony up. Do the filibuster. Mr. Banks goes to Washington, whatever. And the polling shows that... Americans of all races and creeds, not just whitey, but Hispanics and blacks are in favor of having some sort of identification to vote. You said it earlier, Tony. This is a winning concept for the Republicans. And as we get closer and closer to midterms here, I think this is something they have to hammer home. Again, you realize that it's rather insulting to tell a black person they're too poor and stupid to afford a $9 ID. That's kind of disgusting. It turns out, same with Hispanic individuals, they don't really care for that. So, yeah, I mean, it's a winning position. It's common sense. So why aren't Republicans running all forward with this? Well, I mean, you know, at this point, that's kind of norm for the party. Give us a winning issue and instead we'll take the half-dead gazelle carcass instead. Hey, speaking of dead people, Don Lemon. He's dead on the inside. He's doing his martyr tour. That was quite a segue. Thank you. Very good. Just completely dead on the inside. No thoughts, no emotion. He's just a mannequin up there in makeup. And I can say that because I saw his mugshot where he did not have the makeup on. He's doing his martyr tour right now. Went on with Jimmy Kimmel. And your thoughts on the whole arrest of Don Lemon.

25:33

Well, I mean, first of all, catching a few clips of the Emmys hosted by, or the Grammys or whatever they were, hosted by Trevor Noah, I realized and remembered, oh, yeah, those are two different people. Trevor Noah and Don Lemon are not the same blob, which is, which is, you know, interesting to relearn. I guess I, you know, one of those things you just completely forget that these are people, you know, that's interesting stuff there. But honestly, regarding the whole arrest, again, don't break the law. Hot take. Be meega journalist when I was in Chicago at the DNC in 2024. I was there when they were beating down the fence and the perimeter and they were trying to invade the DNC. I did not put the camera down and then go say, all right, everyone, heave. Oh, you don't do that because once you violate the law, you're no longer standing by and advising. He appears to be complicit in the planning. He appears to be complicit in entrapment. He, again, appears to be complicit in harassment and intimidation. So, yeah. the Piper. Don't want to get arrested. Don't break laws. And I think it's interesting in terms of his career, Don Lemon's career, failed CNN host. They fired him. They didn't really weren't specific why they fired him. Although, I mean, it's one of the lowest rated shows on that network and how he was just kind of relegated to social media and how basic and uninformed these people are when they don't have 20 producers and 30 different writers backing them up. Again, I've said this before. I'll say it again. If you are out there doing any kind of broadcast media, you need to pay attention, you need to read, you need to see what's going on, because if you just count on other people to do the work for you, you will at some point be exposed for being a sham. It'll be incredibly embarrassing to you, to the network that hosts you. I just love watching it be Don Lemon who reveals that to the nation. The man who, it takes him both his hands and his feet to count to 10, that's not something to brag about. So now that we've crapped all over left-leaning media, let's be fair here and talk about some right-leaning media. And that is your close personal friend, your Uker partner, Candace Owens, Tony. Candace Owens has a unique theory about the fingerprints that are on the gun that was used in the Charlie Kirk murder. First of all, reset what her thoughts are on this and then break down why you... Believe she's a moron. So I would make the joke that her theory is just a bag of cats shaken lightly, but she has simultaneously believed that the murder of Charlie Kirk was done by Egypt, was done by Israel, was done by his wife, was actually done by Turning Point USA, was actually done by three tall midgets in a trench coat, then suggested that God told her in a dream that Charlie imparted that it was actually a multinational conspiracy with France and Bridget McCrone. Now she suggests that Tyler Robinson, again, All of the evidence is there clearly points to this guy being the guy that killed Charlie, that although his fingerprints were on this firearm, there were also other fingerprints, the firearm owned by his grandfather and that had been touched by other members of the family. This is clear evidence to her that Tyler has nothing to do with the murder, which is incredible to me because from that logic, your family refrigerator shouldn't have multiple people's food in it. It's a level of stupid that we just...

28:50

I'd say haven't seen before, but Candace Owens also thinks that water should start melting at like 29 degrees. So I don't know if there's any help for her. What's happened to Candace Owens? That's my question, man. Oh, I'm glad you guys asked. It's the exact same thing I said with Don Lemon. I remember I was cross from Hammer in the old studio. It was the second time I ever guest hosted on radio. And I got through in about an hour, all of the stuff that I had said in my entire life politically. And I realized, crap. I've said all the stuff. We always said we would say when we get on air. And so I had to start reading and researching. Because either you have to come up with something. You can't just vamp on air and start scatting like the scatman. You got to actually provide a little something. Candace Owens regurgitates social media posts because she's illiterate. She can't read. And, well, I read. And so I don't have that issue. It's crazy. Well, there we go. See, fair and balanced. We crapped all over Don Lemon. We crapped all over Candace Owens. The scatman can. Who you crapp it on tonight, Tonus? You know, I think we're going to talk a little bit about Iran, finally being a thing. There's movement, there's happenings, Ali Khamenei, get ready for the American flag, and a beautiful J-Dam, right up your booty. The Ayatola of Rock and Rolla. He's going to be kicking it tonight at 7 o'clock on the Tony Kinnett cast. Find him on social media at the Tonus. Tony Kinnett, thank you. You guys are the best. What is Toyota affordability? There's this thing going around online, Nudge. Ten everyday etiquette tips we should all know by now. Everyday etiquette tips that we should all know. Some of the things that are on the list, hold the door if someone's right behind you. Now, I tried this at McDonald's once, and I got some angry feminist who yelled at me. I don't need a man to hold the door open. I believe your kids were there and the F word was used. Yes. Not by the woman. No, by us. Don't play loud music in a public transportation setting. So if you're on the subway, if you're in an Uber or something like that, don't play the loud music. Or on your phone. Like, my wife does this in bed. Like, I'll be sitting there trying to watch the news or watch something, and she has to watch everything at full blast like a pain in the ass. Hammer and Nigel. Do you believe these characters are weirdos? So let's rock it. Hammer, something we mention on this show from time to time is that there is a major judge problem in this country. Not a, well, there is a judgment problem in this country for sure, but like we're talking.

31:52

People that are behind the bench in the black robes. Oh, I think he meant Judge Reinhold. No, Judge Reinhold. Screw him. We do have a judge problem. I met him at the Indy 500 once and he was an ass. Yeah, he didn't want to talk about fast times or something like that. They didn't want to talk about any of his old movies at all. Judge Reinhold, very underrated in vice versa with Fred Savage, I believe. It's one of those switching body movies. But the judges I'm talking about are the guys that sit there and legislate from behind the bench. The woke. judges, right? Yes. Which brings us to this edition of legal stuff. Legal stuff. Crime. Punishment. Judges. Legal stuff. Legal stuff. I'm talking about the soft on crime, woke judges are at issue. And here in Indy. We've had our own fair share of that. We call that pulling a Judge Stoner. Ah, yeah, good old Judge Stoner. And again, it doesn't matter if you have an L or an R next to your name because there's a lot of wishy-washy, weak-ass, quote-unquote Republicans or conservatives that are soft on crime, bad judges. Judge Stoner here in Indy, one of the absolute worst. And then you can take that all the way to the top. I mean, look at the Supreme Court. You've got a DEI choice in there of Elena Kagan Kajong Khantan Khantanjee Drown Jackson. Thank you, Joe Biden. I mean, she was at the Grammys, for God's sake. How impartial can you be when you're sitting there clapping like a seal every time Trevor Noah bashes on ice? Right. You know, that's a Supreme Court justice. And for the people saying, it's disrespectful to call her a DEI hire. Well, not when Joe Biden said as much. I'm looking for a woman of color. That's what he's looking for. That's called a DEI hire. That's the definition of a DEI hire. Nothing insulting about it when the guy that makes those decisions comes right out and says it. So we go to Oregon here. Oh, wonderful. An Oregon judge earlier today temporarily banned federal agents from using tear gas to disperse protesters, agitators, rioters. outside of ice protests. Okay. So if there's a group of Antifa-fueled lunatics, anti-ice protesters in Portland, which I think happens every night, basically, The authorities now, ICE, can no longer use tear gas to try to break up the angry mob. So if they're all together lighting fires, fighting, throwing bricks, you have to just let them get it out of their system. You're not allowed to use tear gas anymore per this judge. Again, one of those things that is like number one in terms of non-lethal, if you want it to be non-lethal,

34:54

Use some tear gas to disperse the crowd. Right. Yeah. People are going to be rubbing their eyes. It's going to sting. But you're taking away a very useful tool from police. And that's what we're talking about when we're soft on crime, woke judges. If this judge had her way, all of the quote unquote mostly peaceful protesters would all have weapons and ICE agents would stand there with their hands behind their back. That's what we're dealing with with some of these lunatics. And this is on the heels of what we saw the other day from federal activist judge, Ana Reyes. Now, she's very proud to admit. She's the first Hispanic and open LGBTQ to serve on the D.C. District Court. It's almost like somebody doing CrossFit. If you stick around, Judge Reyes long enough, she'll mention it, just like somebody doing CrossFit. She tried to stop the trans military ban. Now she wants to stop the deportation of over 350,000 Haitians with temporary status. And the decision, the letter that she wrote about this is just a nonsensical list of all the woke bull crap you could imagine. Like if you had a bingo card. Or hell, a series of bingo cards that had your favorite words on there. Diversity, inclusion. Nobody's illegal. You'd be yelling bingo after you read her letter about this night. It's literally activism and legislation from behind the bench. That's it. That's all it is. I mean, you would think. Lawmakers should get together and vote as to whether or not law enforcement on a local level can be banned or on a federal level, for that matter, can be banned from using an effective method from dispersing a riotous crowd. This is somewhere where the Republicans have really dropped the ball. And I'm talking about at a national and local level. Because a number of years ago, Soros put big money into electing activist judges, one right after the other. Prosecutors as well. Prosecutors as well, all around the country. And honestly, listen, game respects game. That was brilliant on the Democrats' behalf. Because now, even if the president, who happens to be a Republican, wants to do something, it only takes one of these weasels to be a big pain in the ass, get it caught up in legal stuff, to where the Supreme Court would eventually have to step in. But that's such a long process. So that was something that the Republicans were really bad at. They allowed all of these judges to be bought.

paid for in these elections, and they sat back with their thumbs up their backsides. Speaking of President Trump, he had a little interaction with Kaitlan Collins from CNN last night. Is that right? Now, I'm going to play you some audio here because I've got very mixed feelings on this. Trust me, I am no CNN supporter. I'm not a Kaitlan Collins supporter. But I'll explain afterwards. Here is the little back and forth between CNN's Kaitlan Collins and President Trump. But what would you say to people feel like they haven't gotten justice, Mr. President? Something that people care about. Yeah, what do you say? What would you say to the survivors who feel like they haven't gotten justice? You are the worst reporter. No wonder. CNN has no ratings because of people like you. You know, she's a young woman. I don't think I've ever seen you smile. I've known you for 10 years. I don't think I've ever seen a smile. Well, I'm asking you about survivors. You know why you're not smiling? Because you know you're not telling the truth. And you're a very dishonest organization, and they should be ashamed of you. Okay. She was asking about Epstein files and stuff like that and the victims. Right. That's where it gets a little weird from me. I don't expect a reporter to be smiling when talking about victims of a major pedophile and pervert. Like if Trump wants to rip on CNN for being fake news or lying on reports and if he wants to use examples, I'm sure he's probably got 10 that he could rattle off at the top of his head. I'm fine with that. But it was just a weird way to get at Kaitlan Collins. I've never seen you smile. And to her credit, she's like, I'm talking about victims of sex crimes here. I don't think you sit there looking like the Joker when you're talking about that. Does that make sense? It makes sense. I understand what you're saying, but along those same lines, you also mentioned that CNN is total fake news. They perpetuated the lie. True? Multiple lies to Donald Trump, including Russian collusion, including the Hunter laptop. Hunter laptop. COVID, big tech. I get it. And so Donald Trump has been burned over and over and over. again by people like Kaitlan Collins and I think he's talking more big picture right there. I'm not going to sit here and answer these questions from a lady who's been nothing but vicious and nasty to me and an organization that's been nothing but vicious and nasty and biased and telling many untruths about me and my administration. And that's what he should have said.

40:16

That's how he should have worded it. Fair enough. Don't say, I've never seen you smile. Why aren't you smiling? We're talking about women who had sex against their will by powerful men led by a pervert. That was just a weird back and forth. I like Trump. I have voted for Donald Trump three times. I hate CNN. I think they're completely in the tank. But that was a weird one for me. I can't get with the president on that one right there. If you want to own CNN, you got enough ammo. without Caitlin smiling being one of them. We are back as a nation, by the way. We are? It's official. We are back. And I know this because it's Super Bowl week. And PepsiCo, the company, PepsiCo, says they're cutting the price on Doritos, Cheetos, and other snacks by 15%, Nige, 15% cut on the price of snacks. Say what you want about the economy, but we are back. I think it's safe to say that our luck has officially turned around, guys. We are back, baby. We are fucking back. We are back. Classic. We are back. This is how I know we're back when the Doritos go on sale, when the Cheetos go on sale, when we've got disposable income to go buy all the Pepsi crap we want, we are back. Are we going to hear for the coupon lady before Super Bowl Sunday? The crazy coupon lady? Rumors of a Thursday or Friday appearance. Okay. Rumors. Love it. Your presents is.

41:57

It depends upon what the meaning of the word is. Is this anything? All right, let's rock and roll. Yeah, brought to you by Indiana Unclaimed, presented by the Attorney General's office here in Indiana, reuniting Hoosures with over $1 million in unclaimed property every single week, fast easy, and free hammer to search up at Indiana Unclaimed. Gum.gov. Sorry. Vaccines.gum. Dot gum. Dot.gov. Is this anything? A homeowner in Massachusetts accidentally set his house on fire while trying to melt ice with a blow torch. We had this here in Indiana recently, I believe, too. Really? Here's audio of the 911 call, a witness, and the Milton Fire Chief John talking about this moron. He gets down and then we see the flames like in just the gutter and then they started coming from like the back. The whole roof was consumed. We pulled the gutter off that side of the building thinking it was going to be light fire and the whole attic was fully involved. Just get a professional company to take care of the ice downs. I mean, don't get hurt. I mean, look, the guy was, that's Massachusetts ingenuity at its finest right there. You know it's a guy too. No chick, whatever. Take a blow torch to the snow. And if it is a chick, you put a ring on it. You marry that woman. If she's got access to a blow torch, you make her wifie. Total dude move, though, used a blow torch to melt the snow. Now, I've heard of using like a leaf blower to blow away the snow. Correct. If you're dealing with some light, fluffy stuff that just came down, that might work. I've tried it before, like on the sidewalk. It kind of works, but blow torch. Go big or go home, Nudge. Go big or go home. It's one thing to do it on the concrete or on your front porch, but do it on your house. Your roof. The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire. I had to methodically plan out getting a ladder, climbing up the ladder, gassing up the blow torch. It wasn't just like this was some sort of offhanded spur of the moment thing that he thought of off at the top of his head. You got to put some thought and some energy and some equipment into using a blow torch on your roof to melt the snow. Like at no point when you either climbed the ladder or came out of your window did you think. Is this what I really want to do? Nope. Not a question in this guy's mind. Which brings us to great moments in 911 call history. This was somebody that, let's be honest, weed isn't normally a drug where you would expect the paramedics to show up. But this guy called 911, and I feel like he may have been a first timer.

44:59

I think I'm having an overdose that is still with my wife. Overdose of what? Marijuana. I don't know if they had something in it. Can you please send rescue? Do you guys have fever or anything? No, I'm just, I think we're dying. How much did you guys have? I don't know, we made brownies and I think we're dead. Time is going by really, really, really, really slow. Quote, we made brownies. I think we're dead. That must have been a vicious, vicious strain. It's the good stuff right there. Well, I think like when you make brownies, sometimes my way of friends, their dad made, try to make cookies, and he put like a dose, like a droplet of THC or weed or whatever in each kind of thing before he put it in each morsel, in each cookie, when you were just supposed to put one droplet in the whole batch. Oh. And he ate like three of them and was incapacitated for three days. He was walking around telling everybody he was Jesus Christ. Yeah, right. I'm here at the Pizza Hut. I'm Jesus. Another famous 911 call. Is this anything? Columbia Sportswear has created a new beer called Nature Calls. They say it's a beer for the Super Bowl that uses bear poop in the brewing process. No. They've teamed up with Breakside Brewery to create the beer line. They've also teamed up with NFL legends Dante Colpepper, Shady McCoy, John Coon, and others to make a really low-budget commercial for their poop beer. Nobody knows the outdoors better than Columbia Sportswear. But when the big game's on, everybody's indoors. And that's why Columbia is bringing a taste of the outdoors indoors with nature calls. It's the only beer that uses bear in the brewing process. We haven't checked that, but we're pretty certain. You're probably wondering, does it taste like bears? No, no. No, it doesn't. It tastes just like beer. And since this is the big game, beer. You're watching the big game. Okay, I got it. No, no, no, no. I'm quite certain if that's, I bet it does taste like bear feces. I bet there is poop. That's what, that's the platform. That's the whole advertising. Yeah, nature calls beer. Yes. We use real bear poop and our fermenting or, or, I'm sorry, our brewing process. Correct. I'm willing to bet that this doesn't do well on a national level. I'm not doing this for beer sample Friday. I bet if somebody brought one in, we would try one. Okay. All right, fine. All right, I'd take that back. We'd try it just to see if it tastes like poop or not. What if they were good, though? Like, I've always said this when people used to try to gross me out about fast food. Oh, I got a buddy that worked at Taco Bell. You know they pooping the beans, right? Well, you know what? I like the beans. And if that's what they're doing, keep on dropping a load in there. What if the beer's good? You got me. All right. I have done an outface on this. I will drink the poop beer. Fine. Somebody get us the poop beer. We will drink it on the air for you guys. If somebody can get us the Nature Calls beer, that will be front of the line for Beer Sample Friday. It's the Hambry Nigel show.

48:11

So Hammer, what do you think about Plainfield schools, their district there, telling the students to pound sand when it comes to walking out of class to protest ice? Plainfield's like, nah, got no time for that. Stay put or you're in trouble. Yeah, I feel like Plainfield has probably seen some of these videos from other cities where the students got out to, quote, protest ICE, and all they did was either trash the football field. Block traffic. Block traffic. One student got hit by a car out in Nebraska and thought, you know what? We're not going to do that here. If you guys want to leave, knock yourself out. But guess what? It's an unexcused absence. Because all these other places are making it excused. Now, I think Tipton might be another one that said, oh, really? Yeah, we're not doing that here. But you brought up this during the break nige. Plainfield's always been kind of... ahead of the curve on a lot of this stuff. Back in COVID, I believe, because I know this because we have relatives who set their kids to the Plainfield School District, and they were, you know, they didn't miss as much class. I don't think they ever had to wear masks or anything like that. And really good for Plainfield. What if you're a student in Plainfield? And you don't want to go protests. You don't believe ICE is the problem. You believe illegal immigration is a problem. The criminals that people are protecting that these is the problem. You know what I mean? Right. And you decide not to go out and pro. If you're in a school district that does say you let their students quote unquote protest or walk out. But how does that make you feel? If I were a student, I would just lie to get out of school. Well, see, now that's the other thing. That's what we saw in Georgia. Those kids that went out there that were dumping the trash can on the field don't give a damn about ice or illegal immigration. They don't know what ice stands for. They can't spell ice. They don't know what it is on any level. They're against algebra. That's why they're outside protesting. Again, you're going to be made like these students that decided to stay in class. You're going to be made to feel like complete trash by these lunatics with an agenda and a narrative. that go out in March and skip class. And the teachers and the administration, the school district, allowing it. Not in Plainfield's case. Right. Kudos to played field for sure. They're going to judge you for staying in the class. Yes. Right? Because listen, how many stories have we had where teachers in these schools have just become liberal activists and have held it against students for a number of different reasons? And I'm an equal opportunity. I don't want to say a offender, but like if students wanted to do a pro-life walkout, uh-uh, no.

51:00

I'm sorry. Either way, protesting ICE, pro-life walkout, that's not the time nor the place for skipping class. But if a school has allowed students to do it for ICE, then I want them to do the same thing for the pro-life kids. Absolutely. Just be a little consistent. That's all we're asking. Based on some new polling, most Americans want the SAVE Act to pass. Now, the SAVE Act is basically... Making it mandatory that you have to have proper identification to vote, whether that be in person at the polls or via mail. I approve that you're an American citizen when you register as well. Now, shocking concept, I know. When we say this is popular with most Americans, this isn't a poll from Fox. This isn't a poll from Breitbart. This is from CNN. Here's Harry Enton. Look here, favor photo ID to vote. 85% of white people favorite. 82% of Latino, 76% of black Americans favorite. So the bottom line is this. Voter ID is not controversial in this country. A photo ID to vote is not controversial in this country. It is not controversial by party, and it is not controversial by race. The vast majority of Americans agree with Nikki Minaj that, in fact, you should have a photo ID to be able to vote. I mean, look at those numbers that you listed off. 85% white voters, 982% Latino voters, 76% of black Americans want voter ID. When have we ever as a nation agreed on anything this much? Right. I mean, could you think of anything off the time of your head that everybody and all... shapes and sizes and colors agree on? No, but we could all get behind voter ID. Yeah, it kind of makes sense. And it's insulting for Chuck Schumer and his ilk to get out in front of a microphone and on a podium and say, well, they're too poor and too stupid to go out and get their ID. You have to have an ID to get a prescription in this country. You have to have an ID to get married in this country. To go to the liquor store. Yes, I'm with you. Now, as overwhelming as these numbers are, and you're absolutely right, this is like the one topic that's like bringing America together here, keep in mind, there are some wishy-washy, weak-ass Republicans that may still vote against this. Like, it took some real, like, calling out of Indiana's Todd Young for him to be a part of this. He was an original no. And he's going to sit there and try to tell you, well, after hearing more about it, now I'm a yes. No, no, no, no, no, no. We're not stupid, pal. You flip-flopped when people like us and other Hoosier voters called you out on your bull crap. When you started getting the mean tweets and the phone calls from some national folks going, what the hell are you doing? Why are you against something that could make our elections? give people faith that everything's working properly. That's the only reason he flip-flopped. He was an original no. Probably because he saw the numbers that you just mentioned. He saw the polling. And when you see that the majority of Americans, no matter what color they are, are for voter identification, showing your photo ID at the polling outlets, proving that you're an American citizen when you register to vote.

54:31

Okay, would you have those numbers that are overwhelming like that? Hammer, it's pretty impossible to deny it. States like Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, they're hoping and praying this doesn't pass because honestly, they feel like the only way they can get some of their people across the finish line. is to cheat. And I feel like if you vote without showing identification, whether it be male or in person, I feel like that's cheating. I don't think it's asking too much to flash an ID to pick the most powerful people our country has to offer. A lot of these Republicans didn't want to vote for this, like you said, because of the way it was packaged, something about the continuing resolution, the government funding bill. Weenies. You know, oh, we're worried that the Democrats are going to strip it out, so we're going to vote against it. No, no, no, no. Get it through. Don't be a beta for once in your life. That's all we're saying. Let's play a spirited round of Is It Racist? Oh, wow. It's time to play. Is it racist? Now, if you're new to the Hammer and Nigel show, this is how we play Is It Racist? Here to explain is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Is it racist? Is something racist? Yes or no? That's been a while since I've heard that. And that's real. We didn't make that on AI. No. That's real 100% Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez from a Instagram chat. Dateline Baltimore. Baltimore mayor Brandon Scott accusing a reporter of being racist. after he asked about the new taxpayer-funded SUV. Now, this is a story that we've got to talked about here in Indiana. Sounds familiar. The expensive SUV, you know, Micah Beckwith, the lieutenant governor's office. That was a popular thing for a little while. I don't think it was this number, though, that I'm looking at. No, that was around 90, 95,000. In Baltimore, the taxpayer-funded SUV is $165,000. Here's Mayor Brandon Scott talking to a reporter. This vehicle is still $55,000 less than you. Okay, Tatsu, we'll just stop you right there. We'll just stop you right there. We heard your question. You've asked the same idiotic question now for three months. We understand that when you look at a base price for SUVs, base price of SUVs now, as you know, between $90,000 and $100,000. You're talking about a police vehicle with police equipment on it, added on top of that vehicle. simple. You guys, in your station in particular, would never ask the President of the United States how much the beast costs. You wouldn't do that. This is ridiculous. Let it go. Next question. For Governor Moore as well, his car costs about $7,000 to $80,000 and he drives across the state. Governor, hold his car cost $70,000 now. That was five. That's a long time ago. And I also would, you looked at, I understand that. I did answer the question. Just because you didn't get the answer that you wanted.

57:35

and your racist length is one thing. Ah, there it is. Oh, he had me all the way up until racist. And then he erased all the credibility he gave. Look, it's an armored car. It's got police equipment on it. And by the way, you're a racist. No, all right. You just erased every argument you made by using the R word. Oh, oh, you can't question me anymore because I just called you a racist. Next question. And I love the gall of this dude comparing a mayor's vehicle to something that secures the president of the United States. You wouldn't ask the president about the cost of the beast. Yeah, because he's the president, the most powerful man in the world. You lead a city of crackheads and you're spending $165,000. You heard the reporter there say it's $55,000 over budget and the governor's driving one that costs $90. Like the governor of the state is driving one that's, you know, about $50,000 less. That's what he dropped the racist bomb and that's all you got to do. That's it. That's it. Great moments in Baltimore mayor history. Is there such a thing? This is previous mayor before she went to prison, Catherine Pugh. She was speaking to a TV crew walking around the dilapidated streets of Baltimore, seeing some of the condemned crack houses, and smelling all the rats that Baltimore has to offer. What the hell? We should just take all this down. Ooh, you can smell the rats. Ooh, Jesus. Great moments in Baltimore mayor history. It's The Hammer and Nigel show. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart. Toyota, let's go places. Nige, you sent me a story earlier today. It's like one of those things that's being shared on social media. What's a luxury that you can never give up? Once you've experienced it. Oh, I've got the perfect luxury. Very nice item that once you've experienced, you can't go back. I'm going to go with our friends at Thompson Furniture and Mattress in Columbus and the temporepetic bed. Boom. That we now, I think you have one and I have one. And my wife and I will never, I mean, when we go to hotels and stuff, it's like sleeping on cardboard. You're right. Because we have the temper. And the pillow.

1:00:57

to go along with it. Just one example of a luxury that we can't give up once we've experienced it. Anything else? You mentioned hotel there, and I don't know if this was on the list, but I've kind of become a hotel snob. I can't do the cheap rent-by-the-hour places anymore. Like, if we're going on vacation... With all due respect to my friends at Ramada Inn, I'm not staying at a Ramada Inn. I can't do it. I won't do it. I'd rather not go. If that makes me bougie or whatever, that's fine. What about a dishwasher? We were without a dishwasher in our household for probably a month because it wasn't working. I couldn't get anybody out to look at it, and we finally just saved our pennies and bought a new one. But holy God Almighty. I mean, talk about first world problems. Dude, they come in so handy when you're trying to clean up the kitchen after a big meal. I mean, you scrape the stuff out, you put it in there, and it just feels like you've got something accomplished. But as a dishwasher considered a quote-unquote luxury in this day and age? My grandparents didn't have what I remember every, you know, every night. I'd spend the night with my grandparents when I was a little boy. And after dinner. They'd sit there and it was like something they shared together. They didn't have a dishwasher. One would put the dishes in the soap. The other one would dry. Now, on the list is something that I don't think I've ever tried before. A boday. A bidet? Yeah. Oh, yeah. Where it squirts the water up into the old backside. Yep, you've got to have definitely wash cloth there to wash off with. Okay. To dry off with, so to speak. Does it feel like when you sit into a hot tub and you find the jet? Is that what it's like? Exactly, except better. I've never been more uncomfortable in my life right now. Give me that bidet, baby. Yeah. There was a South Park episode all about Japanese toilets and how they are so far ahead of the game than we are here in the United States. Yep. One more thing here real quick before we hit a break. Hiring movers. Hiring movers. Now, my friends, in rubbish works kind of. do some of that it's not moving but if you want to clean out the house again call rubbish works they show up with the big dumpster and a couple dudes you sit there with a beer watch the game and just tell them what to do and they bang it all out for you top stories next hammer and nigel do you believe these characters are weirdos so the guy that was on Donald Trump's grounds in Mar-a-Lago hiding out the would-be assassin hiding with all the equipment, all the...

All the weapons planning to kill and assassinate Donald Trump. Ryan Ralph is his name. Was sentenced in federal court today. I believe it was life in prison. Plus seven years, too. Oh, yeah. There's always that. Seven years. So after he's dead, we're not done yet. Seven more years. Keep his rotting corpse by itself in a cell. So Trump was trying to play golf, and the Secret Service and authorities noticed, wait a minute, there's some mysterious things coming out of the bushes. So they investigated, and they found this was a plot to kill Donald Trump while he was out on the golf course, and this lunatic. Now, sometimes we call people lunatics just because of the way they act when there's a camera on them. This dude truly is the definition. of a lunatic. Is that right? He looks like somebody that's like a cosplay, anorexic version of Gary Busey. This dude looks like a just train wreck of a human. This was the guy in the last court appearance that tried to stab himself in the neck with an ink pen and try to take his own life. I don't want to save the taxpayers as a decent bit of dough if they just were to let him go at it. Oh, I would have loved it too because it would have been on camera. Oh, it would have been beautiful. But no, he was sentenced today, life in prison, and seven years on top of that. Now, we know a little bit about this guy, but still, it's bizarre to me that whenever there's any other shooting, we know so much about those people that night. school shootings or mass shootings. I hate that we have to talk about them, but we usually know quite a bit about those people in a short amount of time. The two people that tried to kill Donald Trump, this weirdo Thomas Crooks kid, and Ryan Ralph, we still know very little. Now, we know more about Ralph than Crooks, because Ralph is alive. But it's wild to me. The two biggest, you know, assassination attempts in the last, what, 50 years, it's almost like it's an afterthought of looking into these nuts. Man, I mean, you think the Thomas Crooks incident, they're in Butler, PA, and people saw this guy climbing the side of a building. They saw him on top of the building with firearms. They were shouting to police pointing at him. And it was only after he pulled the trigger. Am I right about that? It was only after he pulled the trigger that the people, the Secret Service returned fire. Correct. That is 100% accurate. I blew him absolutely out of the sky. I mean, it really just blew him away with one single shot, the counter, you know, counterterrorism people on top of other buildings. It was just a disaster. You never heard Donald Trump, by the way, complain about the Secret Service at all? We had a lot of questions. Well, there was one Secret Service agent that was using Trump as a shield. She was using the target as a human shield. Now, I'm no Dan Bongino. I'm no Secret Service expert, but it kind of feels like that's not what you're trained to do, using the target as a shield. I have trouble with her holster.

1:06:59

Uh-huh. And the gun. That line of sight from that building should have never been allowed to happen to begin with. They should have had an agent up there on that. And they should have had drones. I mean, I'm just thinking off the top of my head. The criticisms are coming about, you know, before the election that's something. Right. And where are all these investigative journalists that I've heard about my entire life? They're really good at digging up dirt on, you know, law-abiding citizens, people that want to constitutionally carry their weapon, doxing ice agents. But when it comes to getting information on Thomas Crooks, Ryan Ralph, or even the biggest mass shooting in the United States history, the Las Vegas strip shooting, it's crickets, man. You don't hear any of these, quote, investigative journalists. Where's the dumpster diving guy for Channel 13? Where's all these folks at CNN and MSNBC? And you know what? Even Fox. Where are all the investigative journalists trying to find out more about these lunatics? Well, they were investigating you and your criticisms of the Afghanis at Camp Hatterbury. Right. That's what he was, that's what happened. Did they investigate what I was proven right by Joe Biden's government when a big check came for the damages? I don't think I got a verified update on that one from those weasels across the street. Verified apology? No. Verified kiss my ass. Ashley Banfield, journalists at News Nation. We've each appeared with her on a series of different appearances on News Nation. Yeah. Now, she's reporting that Savannah Guthrie. Now, this is the story involving her mother being missing right now. Today's show. Today's show. NBC's Savannah Guthrie. It's being reported by Ashley Banfield that her brother-in-law may be a prime suspect in her mom's disappearance. So strange. Now, the authorities have came out and said, we know nothing of that. We're not confirming that. I don't know where she's getting this. So I'm not saying Ashley's wrong. I'm not saying she's right. I don't know. Well, the headline from CBS News as of 19 minutes ago. No suspect identified in disappearance of Savannah Guthrie's mom. But like you said, of course, there's a host of theories and stuff going online. You would think that Ashley Banfield had, you know, she wouldn't come forward with that information unless she had it on good authority and or sources deep inside, well-placed sources that knew more than they're letting on.

1:09:37

Now, the other question that we have in this disappearance is, is there a ransom note? Because that was put out there earlier. Like TMZ stated that there was a ransom note. And. Various media outlets in Arizona claim they were sent a ransom note. But again, the authorities are saying this is unconfirmed. We don't know anything about a ransom note yet. So either they're keeping it very close to the vest or somebody's out there peddling a bunch of crap, which happens when you have a breaking news story. Whenever there's a major breaking news story, you have to be very careful because everybody is in such a rush to get clicks to be the first one that they don't check to see if they're actually right about anything. And an example of that was the Charlie Kirk killing. An example of that is when we have mass shootings. You always have to be very careful. Check your sources that you're right. Not first when it comes to this stuff. There's so much speculation just because even the police chief there in Arizona, Tucson, it basically said, look, this is not a case where this woman wandered off. alone from her house. There was blood. There's a little bit of blood that was found, and she does not have any cognitive issues. And her mobility is also limited as well. So no cognitive issues and mobility is limited. And that's why they think, and that's why all these internet rumors are going around. We wouldn't have this right now if they thought that it was some sort of cognitive impairment on her part that caused her to wander away. Right. transitioning to what's happening in our nation's capital. Secretary Scott Bessent, who if you're familiar with this program, you will know he is the captain of Nigel's gay studs team. Badass gay man. He is. Bad ass. He doesn't mess around. One of my favorite dudes, actually. All star in the Trump administration, for sure. He comes with receipts. He comes prepared. He comes with all the answers, right? Not scared at all of anything. Secretary Scott Bessent. Just pummeling this smart-ass, mealy-mouth New York Times reporter on a stage talking about the double standard when it comes to presidential health. Because the New York Times, they keep trying to limp to the finish saying Donald Trump's sick. He doesn't look well. He's got a bruise on his hand. Miss Lippie's car is green. That's the New York Times. So, Scott Bessent.

1:12:23

Secretary Scott Bessent is on stage with one of their reporters, and this happened. You had what was the greatest, one of the greatest scandals of all time. that the coverage of the Biden administration, Joe Biden's diminished capacity and the cover-up. And that's why it's probably fair to raise these questions. Where was the New York time? We just had a three-hour cabinet meeting yesterday, Andrew. For 10 months, the Biden administration did not have a cabinet meeting. How are you going to invoke the 25th Amendment if the cabinet secretaries never see the president, which they didn't? I hear from people in the treasury building that I see. President Trump more in a day than my predecessor saw Joe Biden in half a year. So, I mean, honestly, Donald Trump has had more cabinet meetings in a year than Joe Biden did in his old presidency. And the last meeting they had, Biden didn't even lead it. It was the good doctor. Dr. Jill was in there for some reason. Biden was taking a nap and eating pudding and watching Matlock. Sanjay Gupta, CNN's medical correspondent, pretty much diagnosed Donald Trump on the spot by looking at a picture of him on the monitor, if you remember that several years ago. Heart disease. He's got it. Can I play this audio real quick? I know of Scott Bessent, again, Treasury Secretary Donald Trump's, he was. at some committee hearing today on Trump's economy. And I think it was vaccine waters, vaccine waters, just a complete utter lunatic who was, I believe, in charge of this certain economy hearing. Scott Bessent was kind of defending Donald Trump's economic policy and vaccine waters was just getting, again, to use the word that you used, pummeled by Scott Bessent. 10 and 20 million immigrants. Can you shut up? The housing stock of working Americans, and can you maintain some level of date? The gentleman's time has expired. No, my time has not expired. Your time has expired. The gentleman took up my time. Mr. Chairman, I think you should recognize that, Mr. Chair. That's how it works. The gentlewoman's time has expired. The gentlewoman's time has expired. Well, if you want to. The chair recognizes the vice chairman of the chair. inquiry. Go right ahead, but I would not expect you to do that. She goes, will you shut up? Bacet was making this point. She goes, will you shut up? Somebody shut this guy up. No, you asked him a question. He's answering it. And then you don't get time back. Why do we elect the most asinine grandparents to be the most powerful people in the world? Like Mitch McConnell's in the hospital now. You got vaccine, Maxine Waters up there and her old wig just, it's about to fall off. Her dentures are popping up and down. Why do we elect these geriatric grandparents? I don't. God.

1:15:23

Are you really okay with me? Are you okay? Everything's going to be okay. Are you okay? Are you okay? Yeah, I'm fine. I'm pretty fucking far from okay. Are you okay with this? On the hammering Nigel. Oh, yeah! Another one of these stories, Hammer, you'll like this. Deputies in Florida helped a deer that had jumped through a living room window. Uh-oh. Couldn't get out of the kitchen because of the slippery tile. Here are the deputies. and the audio freeing the deer. Go free. Boy, you jump through the double-paned glass over here and gleating a little bit. We just having a hard time staying at. Oh, I know, little, buddy. Easy. Jeez. Hey, you're good. Good little deer. You're good? You're good. You're just going to sit here and get it? I mean, I could probably just put it out the back door. I'm on 34-9-8 unit check. I love the grunting burping noises that deer was making. Right. Whoopi Goldberg after like a six-pack. Are you okay with the, again, another one of these stories where the idiot pea-brain deer smashes through plate glass windows. I'm not okay with this because you're right. The deer sounded sick. Like the deer... Just had this weird kind of grunting sound to it. Now, I got to be honest, I don't know if I've ever heard deer make noise before. I've heard them break through things. I've heard them eat, but I've never heard like a deer make noise. What's it called when a deer makes noise? Like, with a dog, it's a bark. With a cat, it's a meow. Anybody know what it's called when a deer makes a noise? Like a donkey is like a bray, right? Is it? I don't know. I have no idea. But, no, I'm not okay with this. And the reason why is, if you're going to tell me there's a deer story, you damn well better have the sound of that stupid little thing breaking through the glass. Which brings us to great moments in deer crashing through glass history. The best. Here's a hair salon.

1:17:45

Great moments and deer crashing through window history. My buddy Gary, by the way, who I guess hunts deer. I don't know. He says it's just called a deer grunt. It's normal. Deer grunt. So that was normal. Him sounding like Whoopi Goldberg on Thanksgiving was perfectly fine. Interesting. Do we got time for one more? One more of these here? Great moments in deer crashing through window history. Please, please. Because this one's my favorite. Okay. Because of the very obvious commentary of the dude doing the video. Oh, my God. Don't, don't, don't. There's a deer in here. Oh, he's out. He's out. He's out. He's out. I understand, dude. When the deer jumped through the window and got out, I was aware that he's out. You don't say. One more time, just listen to this guy, because this was at like a nursing home, I think. He has to let everybody know there's a deer in there. Yes, I think we know there's a deer in there. We can see it. And then the stupid thing bust through a window, like you hear the glass break, almost like Stone Cold Steve Austin's about to come out. And he has to let everybody know that he's out as if we didn't know it. Oh, my God. Don't, don't, don't. There is a deer in here. Oh, he's out. He's out. He's out. He's out. It's like when Trump does a chopper presser and has to point out, my hearing's great, but there's a helicopter that's raging back here. Oh, so that's what that is. Thank you. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart. Vehicles projected resale value is specific to the 2026 model year. For more information, visit Kelly Blue Books, KB.com. Toyota brand average resale value is 53% versus the average vehicle at 45%. Toyota, let's go places. You're listening to The Hammer and Nigel show. Hey, what's going on? My name is Nigel. Jason Hammer right over there. So the Department of Justice, you remember, I believe it was last week, dumped about $3 million. documents regarding the Jeffrey Epstein files, 3 million pages and pictures. I assume they got Trump on everything, right? Because social media has told me that Trump is involved with everything, so I assume they found the smoking gun. Social media has said that, but honestly, big picture Democrats can't use anything in there against Donald Trump. And I think Donald Trump thinks of it as a distraction as well. We haven't seen anything. We're hearing from the Clintons, they're going to, they said they've come testify before.

1:21:04

committee but again but there's no there there with trump what do you think or yes Pretty much. I mean, he said he's going to sue Trevor Noah, who was hosting the Grammys and kind of hinted at the fact. They're pretty much said that Trump has been to Epstein Island, which is completely false. But there are some things regarding some of the other names that have been mentioned in the Epstein files. Lots of tons and tons of names. Some don't mean anything at all. Others like Bill Gates, maybe Hammer. Right. There's a difference between having a picture. at dinner with Jeffrey Epstein and being alleged to try to slip your wife penicillin because you were banging chicks on the island. There's a difference there, right? Because remember Mick Jagger in the first round of the Epstein files was released. There's some big dinner of like movers and shakers and Mick Jaggers there. And everybody was like, oh my God, Mick Jaggers there with Jeffrey Epstein. It's a picture. I'm sure Mick Jagger's taking millions of pictures in his life. Now, maybe he was. Maybe he wasn't. I don't know. But that doesn't mean, per se, he was doing the hibbitty-dibbitty with kids on the island. You have one taken with the subway guy? Yeah, at the Super Bowl, the Colts and Saints did, the second one where the Colts lost. There was a subway party, and Jared was like the host of it. And all the media guys that were covering the Super Bowl went to the party. So I have a picture with me and Jared somewhere. So what? Yeah. Does it mean that I was doing inappropriate things with girls? You tried to get a picture with Diddy. Diddy's locked up now. Does it mean that you were putting baby oil on anybody? But the Bill Gates stuff is pretty wild because I can't imagine somebody just out of left field making up that story about that person, right? That's a pretty... interesting, detailed story. Well, his ex-wife is in the news. Yes. And I think she believes the story. So Melinda Bill Gates, the ex-wife of Bill Gates, answering questions about her ex-husband's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. She confirms that, yeah, the Epstein stuff was one of the reasons why she had to leave her marriage. And ultimately, she feels like Bill has to answer for this. No girl, no girl should ever be put in the situation that they were put in by Epstein and whatever was going on with all of the various people around him. For me, it's personally hard whenever those details come up, right? Because brings back memories of some very, very painful times in my marriage, but I have moved on from that.

1:23:55

So whatever questions remain there of what I can't even begin to know all of it, those questions are for those people and for even my ex-husband. They need to answer to those things, not me. Notice she didn't come to her ex-husband's defense in any way shape or form or say out loud that he didn't do it or that he's innocent? No. He's got to answer for those questions. Right. Sort of paraphrasing there. Did I understand that correctly? That's it. I mean, you heard her yourself. That's why we play so much audio on this show. We play so many audio clips. So you guys can hear this for yourself, and it doesn't get taken out of context. Now, Bill Gates has responded. He did an interview with some English journalist, and he was talking about the... allegation that he caught an STD on Epstein Island and tried to have Epstein himself give him some penicillin caplets that he could mix in his wife's drink so she wouldn't get infected by him and question him. Because that was the story. That was part of an email that was leaked in the latest files. Here's Bill Gates responding to that. I was foolish to spend time with him. I was one of many people who regret ever knowing him. You've no doubt seen the allegations, including some of them from the last 24 to 48 hours. Are they true? No, the... Apparently, Jeffrey wrote an email to himself. That email was never sent. The email is, you know, false. So I don't know what his thinking was there. It just reminds me, you know, every minute I spent with him, I regret and I, you know, apologize that I did that. You know, it's factually true that I was only at dinners. You know, I never went to the island. I never met any women. And so, you know, the more of it comes out, the more clear it'll be that, although the time was a mistake, it had nothing to do with that kind of behavior. Your ex-wife seemed to be pretty clear with saying a lot without saying. I'm sure there's a non-disclosure agreement with Melinda Bill Gates as well. But boy, that previous audio we played before we heard from Bill Gates there is damning to its core. And again, it's such a distinctive, detailed story. I was thinking of that exact same thing, very specific. Right. I've tried to slit my wife penicillin and her drink. So she won't catch my STDs. I mean, if Epstein made that up, he's got a pretty creative mind. Good idea. So the virtue signaling after the Grammys starting to backfire, I think, a little bit on some of these super woke lefties. There was a good discussion on, believe it or not, CNN last night. Scott Jennings had the night off, so they brought in another conservative. It was Chris Meadow. He was the former Minnesota gubernatorial candidate, ultimately lost, I believe, to old balls. But he was representing the conservative Republican view last night. And he said what we all think. Honestly, nobody cares.

1:27:04

outside of their immediate group of hangers on and butt sniffers at parties, nobody cares what celebrities think. He says that and listen to Abby Phillips panel start to melt down. I also get a little tired of Hollywood jackasses coming out and telling us what to think. That's a bit. Billy Elish telling me that, you know, that it's stolen land. I'd love to see her turn her keys back to her multi-million dollar mansion to whomever is going to come over. But if you don't like it, don't listen. Don't listen. We're sitting here listening to all this and these sorts of people. Nobody cares what Hollywood thinks. Nobody cares what they think. I actually appreciate it. Talking about, finally, she said, I'm not going to speak politically because nobody listens to us. You know, that's not true. Many people do care what celebrity. They care people. They carry your parties. They don't carry these places out. Talking. Shut up. They carry at your parties and nowhere else. That's it. You're a little group of blue sky, blue-haired, you know, leftist friends. Okay, maybe they care what Billy Elish has to think? Do you think anybody in Nebraska, West Virginia, or even Minnesota gives a blue rat's ass what Billy Elish thinks about their land? And by the way, it's such a great point. It's one thing for the former Minnesota governor gubernatorial candidate to say it. Millionaire Ricky Jervais, comedian said it at the Golden Globes years ago before that award show started, said just as much, but he was funny about it and really scathing. So it's not just some talking ahead on CNN. I believe his exact words were, you're in no position to lecture anybody about anything. You have no idea how the real world works. Even Billy Bob Thornton on Joe Rogan's recent podcast said as much. Right, right. Who cares what somebody. Billy Elish, that's so funny too. Like, yeah, if you're living, if we're all on stolen land sister, you better. Start looking under your own feet at the property you live on. And if nobody's illegal, what time should I be over this weekend? Could I just walk in and lay down on the couch and scratch myself and watch the Super Bowl? I'm sure you'll let me right in because, hey, nothing's illegal, right? Her house is on tribal land. That's right. She is not, according to the tribe, I forget the name of the tribe, but she hasn't reached out to the tribe to talk to them about it. She's all about law and order when it comes to her home. Oh, fortress walls, security fencing, cameras everywhere, a big gate all built on her definition of stolen land. Like her agent, as soon as he heard that thought, oh God, I got some work to do. Face palm. I'm going to have to do some damage control. Real quick, before we hit a break here, people are talking about this on social media. I want to get your...

example nige when did it hit you that you're not young anymore okay now i don't think we're old dudes per se but we sure as hell ain't young you're 49 uh i just turned 48 so some of the things people mentioned online when i go to a bar and don't know and often don't like the music playing been there done that when i got legitimately excited about buying a new coffee table. Back to the bar for a second. Like, I don't know the music's playing at the bar, but when I go to the grocery store, banger after banger at Kroger. Oh, dude, the Kroger playlist is awesome. That's how I know. Yeah, maybe I'm not that young anymore. I know more songs playing at Meyer over the loudspeaker than I do at the local tavern. Somebody wrote, when the babysitter complimented my new haircut by saying a lot of people your age are doing that. I'd kick my babysitter right out. For me. My dad used to say this all the time when I was a kid watching ball games. Oh, hell, I remember when he was a player. Like, we'd be watching the Celtics and Lakers or something in 1985. And my old man, I remember when Pat Riley was playing for the Lakers. So when the players become the coaches. Dude, that hit me hard. Because I used to think, you're so old. You're just such a fossil. You're an ancient dinosaur. And then, like, when I started seeing... Danny Aange get hired. And like some of these other dudes, I'm like, wait a minute, hold on. That'll do it right there. Turning into my old man. Okay. People are sending us more messages when I had to Google what 6-7 meant. 6-7, 6-7. Nothing wrong with that. That's so three weeks ago. This one is me. When I threw my back out coughing. I get injured doing the stupidest crap. I've been injured sleeping. You know, I'll wake up and like, man, my shoulders screwed up. Frozen shoulder, right? Frozen shoulder. Was that what it was? I've had to get some shots in the knee before, man. It's getting old when you used to play sports back in the day. And I didn't even do it at a high level. Just a little bit, you know, walk on stuff in college and sports in high school. And boy, I am beat to hell. Somebody writes in, when hangovers last more than a day. Oh, yes. Yes. It takes me a week to recuperate if that happens anymore. It's the Hammer and Nigel show. What is Toyota affordability?
