Good morning. We got a busy one for you today. Coming up in the 7.30 hour segment, I guess 7.30 segment of the program. We have won former Congress. No, wait a second. Let me get this stuff right here. I got to see if I get this right. Coming up at 6.30. We have former Congressman Mo Brooks going to join us. We're going to talk with him about a couple of things, including some columns he's written for AL.com. He has finally agreed to come back on the program. I had to work on this. Mo Brooks abandoned us. The guy performed my wedding. And then all of a sudden, just like, I'm not coming on your show anymore. And I'm like, geez, all right. So we had to work to get that back. So we got Congressman Mo Brooks joining us. Then we've got state senator Sam Gavan, my state senator, he has to come on or I'll complain about him. So he'll be here around 730 this morning. But I'm more excited about what else we got going on here. Yep. Emily's out. And that's always good news. It's always good news when Emily is gone. It's wonderful to hear that she's gone. But. in her place, replacement Emily, Tori. Hey, you've heard. Whoa. Oh, nice. I was going to go with this. I actually had my finger on it, but Bugsie jumped the gun. I was going to say Tori's here for her last day on radio. Oh, that's not as good. That's how I was going to use. I like Bugsys better. Okay. I hit the wrong air horn, too. I thought we had a different one. You didn't be hyped. Tori, for those who don't know, you guys have heard her a lot on Yaffi show. I think she was doing what's trending for years until, and this is just a little full disclosure for you guys, I stole her away and sent her to Chattanooga into the shadow realm from 9 until 11. And she was helping me out there on a show that I do at 9 to 11. And as with most people. I drove her out of the business. I mean, that's basically that's the extent. How about all I could take? Yeah. She's like worked in the business for years and then all of a sudden she worked with Dale Jackson for a couple months and she's like, you know what? It's just not worth it. So I'm out the door and I'm out of here. I know you probably can't tell us where you're going and what you're doing and stuff, but you're getting out of radio. Yeah. So I've got, I think about. five hours to convince you otherwise. We'll work on that here today. You'll still be part of bikes and bus, bikes or bus and all those other stuff going on with ZyP. third year that he's doing this 104 hours he's high in the sky on scaffolding he lives up there in the ashley parking lot the furniture store on memorial parkway collecting bikes for kids to love so for 104 hours starting today through monday night he'll be there we'll all be there throughout the weekend and you can bring bikes if you you know have that on your heart to give this christmas and what the best part is these all stay local these are for kids in the Tennessee Valley to make sure that they have a great Christmas and get a new bike. So it's a pretty big production, pretty big spectacle. You'll see us on the parkway all weekend long. Yeah, he'll be out there all weekend helping us if you can get out there and donate a bike or two. Please do that. My wife every week or every year, excuse me, we hear about this. She's like, have you ever thought about going away for a week? Have you ever thought about not being here for a week? I can do without you for 104 hours or so. Yeah. I'm like, it doesn't make any sense. And she's like, well, you're on 770 a.m. So how about 770 hours? I like it, Cindy. It's a good idea. Not very nice. Not very nice. But anyway, we got a lot going on here. And so if you can help, please do. And we'll talk with Mojo, it was at some point in time this morning. And tomorrow as they continue. doing all these good things for North Alabama as they do every single year. We'll talk about that here in a bit. Something happened yesterday. The President of the United States, who I know listens to my show, he told me at 9 o'clock I turn it off because of Yaffe. I know it's hard to hear. But, yeah, he listens to my show and he said, I didn't want you to implement the 25th Amendment against me, so I signed the files. Now, this happened far quicker than I expected, far quicker than I expected. And I can show my work on that. I made a video for Yellowhammer News.com on... Tuesday evening that was supposed to run on Wednesday. And in the video on Tuesday evening, it said, hey, Donald Trump needs to get this thing signed as quick as possible. We know it's past the house. They need to walk it over to the Senate immediately and then walk it over to the president, sign it, move on. Well, by the time that video went live, The Senate had already passed it because they passed in the Senate almost immediately. And then the next day, Donald Trump signed this thing. And it is now, now they have 30 days to see what they can do with this and get this stuff released. There doesn't need to be a bunch of BS and nonsense. Now it is about putting that information out and letting people see where it stands. And you know what the thing is? I think Democrats have kind of shot themselves in the foot on this. They liked it as an issue. They do not like it as a reality. Because now they have information. They have information available. And so far, all the information they have is information that says, yeah, there are a lot of Democrat friends of this guy.

And they're trying their best to find angles to use on this. And one of the angles they use was sending out Jasmine Crockett. Now, we all know Jasmine Crockett. She is the congresswoman from Houston who has decided that she is going to run for. United States Senate, which if I am John Cornyn, I'm like, cool, thank you. Please run for United States Senate. But I want you to listen to what she did on the floor of the house yesterday. I just want you to listen to this. Listen to this stuff. Folks who also took money from somebody named Jeffrey Epstein as I had my team dig in very quickly. Mitt Romney, the NRC, Lee Zeldin. George Bush, Wynne Red, McCain Palin, Rick Lazio. I just want to be clear. If this is the standard that we're going to make, just know we're going to expose it all. Sure. So she makes that argument. And everyone goes, wow, that's pretty damning. I mean, there's really something to be said about how terrible that is. And that's really, really bad. But. If you look even just, I don't know, maybe one step deeper into this, I'm not going to surprise you. I think Jasmine Crockett might be stupid. I mean, just check this out. You talked about Republicans taking money from a Jeffrey Epstein. Here's what you said. Set up like my show. Who also took money from somebody named Jeffrey Epstein as I had my team dig in very quickly. Mitt Romney, the NRC. Lee Zeldin, George Bush, Wynne Red, McCain Palin, Rick Lazio. You mentioned Lee Zeldin there. He's now a cabinet secretary. He responded and said it was actually a Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, who's a doctor that doesn't have any relation to the convicted sex trafficker. Unfortunate for that doctor, but that is who donated to a prior campaign of his. Do you want to correct the record on the people that? I never say that it was that Jeffrey Epstein, just so that people understand when you make a donation, your picture is not there. And because they decided to spring this on us in real time, I wanted the Republicans to think about what could potentially happen because I knew that they didn't even. and try to go through the FEC. So my team, what they did is they Googled. And that is specifically why I said, A, Jeffrey Epstein, unlike Republicans, I at least don't go out and just tell lies. Holy cow. That's on you that you thought it was the other Jeff. Yeah. That's a new problem. Yeah, I just met A. That's a nice problem. God, it's amazing. I want to have the confidence of this woman. I wish I had the confidence of this woman. I mean, she is sitting there. And, you know,

This is where they're at, guys. This is where Democrats are. They've got so much on Donald Trump that now they're just throwing out people who are named Jeffrey Epstein who gave money to people. I love it. I'm a fan. I'm a fan. It shows you once again how little information they actually have on this. And I think they're going to find out they have goofed on this. Their insistence on this is going to bite them in the ass. But. I do appreciate that we are learning one thing. The dumber stuff Yasmin Krogett says, the more likely she is to appear on TV again. And so she has been all over the place because she has just decided to say whatever she wants, whatever she wants, no facts, no nothing. And they can put her out there and say, we're not saying this is a member of Congress is. And that's how they're handling this. So buckle up. We had about 30 days where they say it's going to take them to try to figure out what they're going to release. I don't know how long is it take them to actually start doing this. It should be today and it should be via dump truck on the White House lawn, but that's probably not going to happen. So we're still going to get days and days and days of speculation. And I'm going to assume that you guys are only asking the questions you're asking about who's dumber because you don't know who might be. And I don't know if you guys have seen this woman. She has been everywhere. They have decided that they have found the left's Katie Britt. And I don't listen to what I'm about to say here. Don't take this the wrong way. I'm not suggesting that Katie Britt is stupid or anything like this. They're trying to find the soccer mom-esque character on the left to trot out and use. And it's a member of Congress. And she has been going out and she's the one doing like all the hand motions and she's talking kind of ridiculously. She's been running around saying that basically Donald Trump might be a pedophile and saying, well, he hasn't been charged yet. He hasn't been charged yet. And they're trying to figure out a way to kind of run her around so they can make these accusations. She appeared yesterday again on CNN and she showed up there and like I said, they're running her around trying to figure out a way. to make it where she is, I'm trying to find the clip here real quick, where she is not making any accusations, but she is instead sort of the conduit to say things that are not necessarily untrue. but they're less true. I'll put it to you that way. And I say that in that way for a reason, because she's trying to suggest that we are looking at a scenario where Donald Trump is eventually going to be charged. He is eventually going to be brought to heal, but without any actual information and the ability to do it, they have to continue running people out who don't really know what they're talking about. Here's a good example of that. Kathleen Clark, she is the number two Democrat in the house. And she was asked about Stacey Plaskett. Excuse me. She was at Stacey Plaskett. She was asked about her and she's the delegate from the Virgin Islands. And she was Jeffrey Epstein's texting buddy.

Listen to these questions and listen to this response. Was it an error in judgment to text Jeffrey Epstein during a hearing? You know, I take Stacey Plaskett at her word and I... Would you have done the same thing? You know, I don't, I also agree with her that Jeffrey Epstein is reprehensible and that's her word and I agree with her. Why is it so hard? Just... to answer a question on this. Hey, should you be texting a pedophile during a congressional hearing? No, no, you should not. That's it. That is the extent of it. Watch this. And after lengthy contractual obligations in negotiations, lawyers involved on all sides, we have finally come to an agreement. with former Congressman Mo Brooks to return him to the airwaves of the Dale Jackson show. He has extracted multiple concessions on my part, and I will say I've never been so taken advantage of as Mo Brooks did to me. But here he is back on the program. Very excited to have him here. The former Congressman for the 5th Congressional District, Mo Brooks. Right, there we go. Who knew? Milberg's got an air horn. It was part of the negotiation. Congressman Brooks, good morning. Welcome back to the program. I'm thrilled to have you on here. You're going to join us every Thursday. Are you excited to be back? Well, not every Thursday. Are we going to do Thanksgiving? What a Mo Brooks answer? That is the most Mo Brooks response that I have ever. Okay, good. I'm glad you haven't missed a beat in all of our times away from each other. But thank you so much for being here. Let's get serious here for a second. Congressman, you were in D.C. for a while. The Epstein stuff existed while you were in D.C. However, it just never was a priority to get the quote-unquote Epstein files released. Now it is, has, and it's done. We're now going to see it. As someone who was there in Washington, D.C., what is the reason you believe all of a sudden we're so interested in seeing this happen and it has happened? What went down? What's different now than when you were there? You had four Republicans. who are willing to stand up to Donald Trump to get with the Democrats to provide the 218 votes needed to have a discharge petition. He had Nancy Mace out of South Carolina, Marjorie Taylor Greene out of Georgia, Lauren Boebert out of Colorado, and then Thomas Massie, Thomas Massie, out of Kentucky. They provided the impetus, which brings up a different little observation. You know, all these Republicans around the country, including those from Alabama who are now on the bandwagon, and, oh, yeah, we're going to get these Epstein documents out. That's, this is the difference between politicians and people actually fight on principle. If they had really wanted. to get the Epstein documents out. They wouldn't have cast an easy vote earlier this week. They would have been petitioning to actually get a House and Senate 4 vote that raised the heat in the kitchen that resulted in this legislation passing. And just for emphasis, we're not yet sure we're really going to get the Epstein documents. Sure. Even when Trump signs it because he might use national security.

as a false justification for redacting so much information. It's true. That the real intel isn't going to be known. Well, okay, so I want to talk about all of this. He signed it yesterday. So we have that piece of information. He has signed this and he is, again, calling for it to be released. But that is the question now. Look, politics is what it is. And I agree with you. I've been from this position from the very beginning. And my position has been, I want it released. I want everyone responsible to pay. I want every single person responsible to be fried. I want that to happen. But at this point, I don't expect there to come any criminal charges or anything out of this. At most, we're going to get almost like a Chinese-style social credit hit to the individuals involved. I'll give you an example. Larry Summers is a perfect example. Yeah, he's going to lose. He lost his position at Open AI. Yes, he lost his position at Harvard now. Yes, he is reputationally destroyed for this. Same thing with Stacey Plaskett. She's going to be reputational destroyed by this. expect anything outside of reputational hits to come of this? Or is this just a we're going to smear the people involved? And I'm not saying wrongly. I'm just saying that's how this is going to go. We're not talking about criminal charges. We're just talking about exposing people publicly. Well. There may be some civil lawsuits depending on the statute of limitations and whether or not you happen to be in a state where those statute of limitations are very lengthy or indefinite versus those where it's not. So there might be those kind of ramifications. I would tend to agree with you that with it having taken so long that it's very, very unlikely that there'd be any kind of criminal prosecutions. Do you think, and you were there in D.C., is there a pedophile cabal running the country? I know it sounds like an insane question, but with stuff like this, these are the kind of things people are out there running around saying, I mean, does that make sense? Is there a pedophile cabal in charge of this country? Well, I'm going to take you literally, and the answer is no. There are a lot of flaws with our elected officials and leaders in Washington DC, but pedophilia is not one of them. Now, might there be a very smattering, small smattering of people that engage in underage sex? Yeah. I mean, you've got the issues with, and the allegations with Bill Gates down in Florida that, you know, tend to suggest that. And I suspect that there are others. But I do, I do really like it that the Uber wealthy, who think that they can do anything and get away with anything, unless Donald Trump redacts their names, that they'll at least be publicly identified and to the extent they can be held accountable for their wrongful conduct, that they will be.

Do you think that, and you can answer this however you want, but I'm going to ask the question in the way it's coming up. Do you think Donald Trump is on the list? Well, I'm sure he's involved in it. Now, is he in the inner circle or is he on the very far exterior? I don't have an answer to that question. I mean, when I say the list, when I talk about the FC list, I don't mean like, hey, you know, Jeffrey Epstein sent an email saying, I'm mad at Donald Trump because we're not BFFs anymore or whatever. I mean, do you think he was? going to the island and partaking in this weird stuff. And, you know, I'm going to liken this to a scenario here recently. The name escapes me, but I think you'll know what I'm talking about. There was a not very well connected, but there was a guy in Madison County recently, a Republican, I believe he's in jail right now, who had some, some sexual issues, but he was. You know, you see him in pictures with different members of the delegation. Nobody knew what that guy was up to in the weird stuff he was doing. And nobody should really be smeared by it. They'll show pictures of the guy taking pictures with these other guys. But, I mean, you could. We all know people who have done terrible, awful things that we're not associated with. And it just kind of blows me away that's like every single person that even had a conversation with Jeffrey Epstein or who Jeffrey Epstein had a conversation about is now suspect. We don't hold ourselves to that standard. Why are we holding politicians to that standard? Look, it's like a huge soap opera and people like to talk about it. From a public policy perspective, okay? There's very little that's going to come out of Washington or state legislatures related to any of this that would try to prevent it from happening. And the reason for that is we've already got laws in all 50 states that make it criminal offenses to engage in sexual activities with underage minors. I don't know if they're at the federal level, too. It wouldn't surprise me. Perhaps when they cross state lines, then it's at the federal level. But what are you going to do? Make more laws? You already got them. So this is really about the uber wealthy, uber powerful who think that they're above the law, that the laws don't apply to them, but they can get away with anything. And the general public, naturally, wants everybody to be treated the same. I agree with that. I think people just want to know. And I keep referencing the Chinese social credit system. It's bad. And nobody wants that here. But that's where the pain is going to come here. Reputational hit. That's what's going to happen to the people on the list. You've seen it with Larry Summers. You see it with others. And I think that's all we're going to get. The idea that this.

And I've always been pushing back on this. The idea that, like, Dan Bongino and Kash Patel are about to go to Washington, to the Capitol and be like, okay, I'm going to start reading off names of congressmen, come up here and get put in handcuffs. We're taking you to the hague. I mean, I just don't envision that being the play here. All right, I'm going to ask you some questions. We're going to go old school, Mo. These are things that you hate when I do this to you, but I'm going to do this anyway. If today the election were to happen, do Republicans hold on to the House and Senate? Very unlikely. It's possible, but very unlikely. What has to develop for them to do so? Could the Epstein files be just a nuclear bomb for Democrats in the sense that there's really nothing there at all that they can even remotely tie to it to something have to happen with the economy? What is the biggest issue facing Republicans heading into 2026 besides the institutional midterm election side? What's their biggest issue and how do they resolve it? Well, the biggest issues deal with the redistricting in Texas and California, where the California redistricting that would... give Republicans a really good shot at five more congressional seats, has been struck down by a three-judge federal court panel, one of whom was a Trump appointee, and another one was a Ronald Reagan appointee, so it's hard to argue politics there, versus what happened in California, where they've got a redistricting plan that's going to, in all probability, give Democrats five more Democrats. That's the biggest thing. But right after that, you've got to have Donald Trump changing his reputation in such a fashion that the hatred for him does not so...

motivate Democrats to crawl over a bed of hot coals to get to the polls to vote against him. Yeah. That's a real big one. He's got to change his reputation. Then you've got the economy. The economy has to get better. But right now, we don't know where the economy is because Donald Trump is withholding the economic data for the last two months. And the data when it comes out is not going to be suspect because he's made it a habit of firing people that report economic data that he doesn't like. Well, it's been 10 years. I don't foresee the reputation changing. And I think you're right about the idea that people will, on the left, they'll vote against Donald Trump when he's not on the ballot. The question will be, will those who vote for Donald Trump vote for him when he's not on the ballot? And the history indicates probably not. The last thing here, and then I will let you go, Congressman. Again, we're thrilled to have you back on the program regularly. Not for Thanksgiving. After that, regularly. And then, of course, I'll take December off. most of December off. So who knows what happens out of that? But let me ask you. Are we looking? Why don't wake up early and not get on? I'm not telling you at all. You'll just show up and whoever will be here will take care of you. But here's the question. Is there a day in November of 2026 where we wake up and the Alabama future Alabama, how do I put this? The future Alabama elected officials look like this. Governor Tommy Tuberville, Lieutenant Governor, A.J. McCarron, United States Senator Paul Febomb. How much of a chance do you give the football triumphant of being in power in November 2026? Well, Alabama is a state that loves its football and the dissatisfaction with what we have been sending to Washington, D.C. is still there. So yeah, name ID is important in any campaign. A.J. McCarran can win it. Doesn't help Wes Allen any that he came out for disenfranchising in effect. Tens of thousands of Alabama voters who are American citizens. That's got to hurt Wes Allen that he's done that. That's at the lieutenant governor level. Fine bomb might be the hardest cell. We'll have to see how that plays out. On the other hand, Governor Tommy Tuberville or Governor-elect Tommy Tuberville, I think he's in pretty good shape. Yeah, that's a Governor-elect National Championship winning coach, United States Senator Tommy Tuberville, Congressman. That's how. Okay, so last question. Then we're out. What's Mo Brooks doing? You're running for Lieutenant Governor? You're running for Senate. You're running for Governor. Maybe you're running for State House. I don't know. What's Mo Brooks doing? Well, I have been taking care of grandkids and splitting wood. And I'm looking at a huge log pile that I've got to move. So it's protected from the rain coming in. Might I run? Maybe. Might I not run? Maybe. The only decision I've made is to wait until January and see how things settle before deciding whether I'm going to jump in the Senate race or not. Okay, I'm just going to start. Forget about the Senate race. Mo Brooks is running for County Commission. I'm just throwing that out there. I'm just going to start making starting rumors. There we go. 225 FMWVNN. Bill Jackson here with you. Thank you very much for joining us. I'm thrilled to be joined by my good friend Matt Curtis and the Matt Curtis real estate team. You know about Matt Curtis? He sells home every eight hours and I got to tell you something right now. Matt Curtis? This guy understands what's going on. And I got to ask him, I didn't get too deep into this, but I meant to talk to about it last week. So I'm going to ask him about it right now. Matt? Appreciate you being here. 50-year mortgage. We touched on it a little bit. We did. We touched on the 50-year mortgage. We do need to talk about it, though. The 50-year mortgage doesn't really save you that much on your monthly cost. It drags it out significantly longer. No one's going to live in a house for 50 years. I don't think that's the case. If this becomes a reality, do you think people will rush to mortgage brokers to switch over to a 50-year mortgage? Well, I think the bigger topic is affordability. So I like that we're talking about affordability because it's an important thing. And I want to talk about affordability numbers here in just a second. But no, I don't think people are going to refinance from a 30 to 50-year mortgage. It simply doesn't make sense. I don't think the 50-year mortgage is going to become a reality because if you look at the numbers, the higher interest rate, the payoff. It really just doesn't add up for consumers. It would help some first-time home buyers get into the marketplace. The risk there is they may have to stay in that home a little bit longer. It could increase foreclosures in the event that the market doesn't appreciate. So I don't think the juice is going to be worth to squeeze on the 50-year mortgage, but we'll wait and see. What I do like, however, is the fact that we're talking about affordability. Yeah, let's talk about it. Give me some affordability numbers. We got about a minute left here. Tell me what the story is here and if there is going to be some sort of change to the market. Well, I definitely think there's going to be a lot of changes coming into the market in terms of policy and affordability. But I think a big news headline that came out for North Alabama is there's a score that comes out each and every month. It's called the Housing Affordability Index and basically divides the median household income by the median price range home. The challenge for the rest of the country is that score is usually like 50 to 70 in major cities. In Huntsville, we just got a perfect score of 100. On the Dale Jackson Show, brought to you by Alabama's most trusted journalist. It's the seven things you should be talking about today. Now time for the seven things you'll be talking about today. Number seven. All right, let's talk a little bit about this statewide... ad blitz being launched by Attorney General Steve Marshall for his United States Senate race. It's very smart for him to be doing. I'll just be completely honest with you. He needs to do it. He needs to get out there. He needs to voice his opinion and express who he is. That's what's happening right now. And he is going to have to make the argument that, hey, remember me? I'm the guy who's fought all these battles. I'm the guy who got in here and fought the issues that the state legislature passed. I had to defend them on the national stage. I've gone in here. I got on board with Donald Trump and all these other things. So he is going to try to sell that argument. And one of those things he's going to sell is basically, hey, I've stood shoulder to shoulder with Donald Trump against the people who have been trying to take him down. That's what I've been doing. The ad blitz is a smart move, a smart campaign strategy. Number six. I am a fan of this, although I don't care about it as much as everyone else does. You guys may know in the last funding bill, there was a piece of legislation that allowed Tommy Tuberville, the United States Senator, the governor-elect, the national championship winning coach, United States Senator Tommy Tuberville, to sue the federal government for spying on him. The House was very pissed about this piece of legislation. And they have unanimously voted against a provision that allows them to do this. Now, I don't think the Senate's going to take this up. I don't think that's going to happen. But the repeal passed 426 to 0 with 210 Democrats and 216 Republicans voting for this. And they said, look, we don't want this. We're removing this. We want to get the government open, but we're going to remove this. Will the Senate take this up? Unlikely. It'll be interesting if they do. Number five. Governor Kay Ivey has removed the entire Alabama Motorsports Hall of Fame board. Now, you may be thinking yourself, who cares? Well, you should care because this is a state-funded entity. And it's pretty interesting why she removed them. I guess they checked out the ledger. And it turns out, like a bunch of cars that were donated are gone. Like, they're gone. I guess there's money missing as well. And Governor Kay Ivey said, what's happened here? What has gone on? But Governor Kay Ivey has fired the entire Alabama Motorsports Hall of Fame because they have been doing stuff that they're not supposed to do. And there's a lot of questions about what went on there. So it looks like we're going to learn a little bit about this. But again, there are vehicles missing. Like straight up, vehicles missing.

Number four. All right. As we move through today's program and we talk about the issues that matter here in this world, you need to understand as we cover them. Not all the things make complete sense. And one of the things that don't make any sense is that we have continued to see our friends in Washington, D.C., continue to kind of obfuscate, is that the word? The Epstein Files thing. You're watching as Democrats continue to flail around on this issue, and they try to figure out a reason or a way. to make it all about Donald Trump. Well, as that happens, it continues to blow up in their face. And the people that have taken the biggest blows are not Republicans right now. Maybe they get them eventually. But as of right now, Republicans have not been the ones getting hammered on this. It's Democrats like Larry Summers taking heat at Harvard and open AI. Stacey Plaskett, she's getting blasted. She may have to step down. There's a lot happening here that people are very concerned about, and I think we're going to learn more about it as we move forward. Number three. All right, Charlotte is seeing a crackdown on immigration. You're seeing that take place. And business owners there are whining that it is destroying their businesses. That's sort of where the media is on this because I guess there's so many illegal immigrants in Charlotte that they can't open anymore. Okay. The school systems also saying thousands of kids are calling out of school because of the crackdown. And I'm like, So you mean illegal immigrants? So thousands of illegal immigrants have taken their kids out of school because they don't want to have to deal with? Okay, that's the interesting thing to do. And on the immigration front, United States Senator Katie Britt has endorsed President Donald Trump's H-1B visa reforms. Yes, they're advocating for a crackdown on this system, which has, in my opinion, I think everyone else is Katie Britt included. have basically been misused in order to suppress wages. And yes, they want to see that stop. And I'm on board. Number two. Gary Palmer. has accused Democrats of pushing the Epstein release out of a psychological obsession with President Donald Trump. And I thought this was kind of funny that the Congressman from Hoover mentioned this, but know this. It was released recently that Trump derangement is a real thing. And you are starting to hear from psychologists who are saying that...

Trump derangement syndrome is an actual diagnosed thing. Their psychotherapists who are saying a good number of their new patients are just completely wrapped up in the mind of what Donald Trump is doing to their lives. That's how much this national politics stuff has rotted their brain. You know, maybe this is why they're obsessed with this have seen stuff. I mentioned before why it's going to blow up. But yeah, they're deranged about this. That's for sure. Palmer's right. Now, time for the number one thing you'll be talking about today. All right, we're moving closer and closer and closer to a resolution on this. Now we have the president of the United States signing. The piece of legislation that says release the Epstein files. Also, members of both parties are saying, hey, the DOJ must comply here. You need to comply and make this happen. And Republican senators specifically are saying, don't slow walk this. Don't redact a bunch of stuff. You don't need to redact. I don't want to hear about new investigations that may get harder to release files. Don't do that. We don't want to hear that. Lisa Murkowski, Republican out of Alaska, warned that people who very strongly about this will likely feel like they've been duped. The Justice Department claims they can't release anything because they have an active investigation. She said the vote was 427 in the House and unanimous in the Senate to pass this. So do it. Thom Tillis. Warrant about delaying the release of the Epstein documents saying that would trigger an angry backlash. Though he acknowledged the Justice Department may have to take steps to ensure the investigations are not hindered. I don't even care about the investigations. Honestly, I'm in the social credit score demolishing phase of this. No one's going to jail over this. Okay? Put the information out. Punish the people responsible. If they can't defend their behavior, tough. That's where I'm at. I don't care otherwise, but I've mentioned that a bunch of different times. Some other people might disagree. But if anyone thinks investigating Bill Clinton is going to put him in jail, you guys are out of your mind. Okay? Okay. Oh, we're investigating Bill Clinton. We can't release anything. No, no, no, no, no. I don't want to hear that. Donald Trump should pardon Bill Clinton. If they come out and say, hey, we're investigating Bill Clinton so we can't release it, Donald Trump should be like, I pardon him. He's pardon. Preemptive pardon. Off he goes. Show me what you got. That's the solution. So I'm not convinced we're there yet, but it looks like a lot of people inside the power structure here are ready for this to get out and put this information out there. Hopefully they're willing to do so. Anyway, Donald Trump has signed it. He signed it yesterday far quicker than I thought he would. Now we have 30 days. What's 30 days from now? What's 30 days for now? It's December 20th. It's known as four weeks since Tori got out of radio. That's what it is. A couple days before Christmas, that's a good read over chestnuts roasting. Oh, my God. Yes, that's what you want. When you wake up Christmas morning, your kid unwraps his gifts, and what is it?

Other people say Doc Holliday doing the weather. What in the world is this? No, that's, I've done two different, three different voices so far today. Kay Ivey. Donald Trump. I guess that's it. Two, two voices. Two voices. I've seen a request for Melania Trump. I don't even know what that would sound like. And Jamel Jermaine Brown, which I think it just kind of sounds like K-I-V with a little hood pastor mixed in to all of that. But Tori, congratulations. Your voice. is more maligned than my voice. And I do not understand it. I don't get it. Really? Yeah. What are they saying? No, no, just in general. We've been doing talk radio for a long time together. And I'll tell you, your voice gets as maligned as mine. You're the only person ever. You're the only, you're the only person whose voice gets talked about as much as mine does. Does that happen in, in, in, um, WZYP world? No, not at all. Not at all. I've never had more comments on my voice than in my short time in talk radio. If I have something to do with like how much we talk, like that, I assume that has something to do with it. But which is easier, do you think? Talk radio or music radio? For me, personally, music, because that's where I have most of my experience. Talk radio is new to me and has been not challenging, but just a new type of genre formatting for me. But I like it a lot. I want to be a DJ. It's my dream. I've even come up with a top 40 persona. It's a DJ Dale time 35801. I like it. Yeah, it's definitely what I want to do with my future. And I told the people who program ZYP and they told me to go to help. That's basically, you said, hey, I know you're going to have a slot available soon. I will gladly fill her shoes as best I can. I will do afternoons on WZYP and I will gladly. talk about the next shaboozy song that's coming out. I'm 100% in on this. I know it. I don't know music at all, but I can talk about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey. I can do that. Oh, yeah. I can do it. It's easy. I don't think it's easy, actually. The story selection on y'all's side is a lot harder because you have to get it all in in like 45 seconds. And even that would probably be considered too long, right?

Yeah, that's a good amount. Yeah. So it's like 45 to 60. Yeah. So you got to get it in right there with us. Just like, I'll talk right up to the top of the break. Take 14 minutes. And I'll be like, okay, well, I'll just come back on the other side and keep talking about it. What do you do about it? And it's just, it's such a different world that you guys operate in. But I do appreciate you coming over here, especially the times that you've made Yaffi show better. I know that was a very hard thing to do because he's so terrible. as both a human being and a radio host. So I do appreciate your interactions with him. It was my pleasure. Yeah. He is my state senator, and he'll join us to discuss a lot of things going on inside the state of Alabama. And I'm thrilled to have him here, as always, on the Alabama A&M. $350 million bulldog hotline. He joins us to discuss these things. Alabama A&M. $350 million. That's the economic impact on Alabama. $238 million. That's the economic impact on North Alabama alone. Let's go ahead and bring him on the program. You know, Senator Gavan, I got to ask you this. The PBS Lifeline delivered by Governor K. I kind of surprised me. The President of the United States. says, hey, that's it. Republicans, conservatives have been talking about NPR and PBS and all this other stuff for eons. I'm going to come in and I'm going to drop the hammer on them. Different states are going to have the ability to move on from this on the public television thing. The mainstream media declares, but what about the people in Gurley? They'll be killed by tornadoes if we don't allow PBS to continue doing this. The governor gives them a lifeline and says, let's form a blue ribbon committee before we do anything. What's that about? Why is that happening? Senator Gavan, what went on there? Well, people don't want to lose Big Bird. I mean, that's what it's about. And, you know, look, I live in Huntsville, but I have a girly address. I can assure you when the weather gets up, I'm not going to be turning to PBS. I'm going to be turned into one of our local stations and probably flipping from one to the other. It's, you know, it's just not, it's not realistic. It wasn't realistic. 40 years ago. I mean, that everybody's just clinging to their, you know, PBS station for their news because it's not, it's not true. I mean, when I grew up for a while, we had could barely get the PBS station, but, you know, when the CBS station burned down, we didn't, we never left NBC. I mean, that's just what we watched. But, um, I think that. I've always said, I've got a problem with NPR, you know, really. I mean, that's where, that's just a propaganda machine. Now, the local Hustle Station is owned by whatever the name of the company is that controls Alabama Public Television. And they have taken NPR off up here. But the rest of it, and everybody wants to string up this group, nobody wants to string up the University of Alabama, which is apparently running the rest of the NPR stations in the state. And so maybe they should direct their wrath towards Tuscaloosa. I just don't think that there is a big push. I mean, I think politically they should.

get rid of the Washington Newsweek or something like that because I think that's where a lot of the propaganda comes in through PBS, but that's an easy, you know, one hour a week, you know, program replacement. And, I mean, that's, that should, that should, to me, should be the focus of that. That is, okay, you're right. That is my point on all of this. Like, they know what the issue is. They're well aware. No one's surprised by this. It's all been very clear what the issue is with the bias, with the problems, with the national stuff, all this stuff. And with honestly, just the politics of the whole thing, nobody should be surprised as to what the issue is. Yet, right before they get the vote, in Waddle's Governor Kay Ivey, and gives them a lifeline. Why did she do that? Don't know. She didn't call me. Okay. All right. That's fair enough. I mean, I'm not suggesting you have like a lifeline to her or anything like this. But let me ask this. How do I get on the committee? I'll wait for a vacancy. I represent. I representative was a long time representative on the master's Republican executive committee. Well, hold on a second. She's forming a new committee allegedly to look into this. She's forming a new one. I want my state senator to offer me up. Offer me up for tribute. An unbiased, though, an unbiased constituent. I just, well, hold on. Don't you think, I mean, call me a crazy person here, Senator Gavan. But, you know, I know I get in a little trouble every now and then. But wouldn't you consider me to be a broadcasting professional with a stake in the industry? Oh, absolutely. I consider you to be a wrestling professional also.

I like that you're like implying that they're equally the same thing. They're not equally the same thing. One is one is legit and then the other's about broadcasting. So I don't know. But let's let me let me I. Oh, I love that one's legit. The other's about broadcasting. Yeah, that's correct. That's correct. I just, I'm throwing that out there. I want to be a part of the conversation. That's all I'm saying. I want to be part of the conversation because I have a feeling what you're going to get is a bunch of people who are like, we've got to allow those people in Gurley to get their news. It's like nobody in Gurley is watching it in Alabama Public Television. And they're not watching whatever the hell Todd Stacy is doing when he's down there fluffing whoever the power brokers are in the Alabama legislature. Okay. I mean, it's just absolutely ridiculous. And I'm just, I'm so annoyed by all of this that it continues to happen. All right. Let's move on past this for a second. Speaking to Governor Kay Ivey, see, you want to talk about how she can be decisive? How about this? Laying waste to the Motorsports Hall of Fame Commission and appointing a whole new board because vehicles are now missing from this thing. This is a state-run entity that I didn't even know exist, but there are people down there who are getting cars donated and they're just taking them? Are people going to jail over this? So I've been kept a little bit informed about this for a while, just from somebody who's, I guess, closer to the situation, not involved, but geographically closer. And I hear there's still more shoes to drop. So I think there will be some more actions taken, probably. I think that this was discovered internally, and an audit was requested and audit turned up, you know. turned out there was fraud. And, you know, I just think it's sort of similar to what I said about some of these boards that are, have been rogue and ignoring us. You know, we've got to work on them on Sunset Committee, you know, drag a few of them out in the street and have public executions and everybody else will start getting in line. And I think that's what Governor Kay Ivey did here. Okay. Senator Gavann, as a broadcasting professional, allow me to offer up some tips for you, okay? I get to do the bloody violent metaphors. You're the professional elected official who when I do those bloody metaphors goes, Dale, I don't know. I don't like that. You're not supposed to make the bloody metaphors yourself. But I do agree with what you're saying. It's time for these things to be reined in, which is why it's so disappointing to kind of loop back to see her come in and let one of these entities that had gone rogue off the hook. I mean, that's sort of my problem with how it was handled with the public television stuff. And so I got a real issue there. But I do like that they are going after this. And I think that's a pretty important thing. So I'm glad. And I hope we'll see those other shoes drop. Back to maybe some statewide stuff. Steve Marshall, I mentioned this in The Seven Things, Senator, is running a statewide ad campaign.

basically saying, hey, I've been a good AG. I've got a conservative record. Trump has endorsed me in the past and talking about all that stuff that he's done. He's the frontrunner in this race, I believe. I could be wrong about that. I mean, Barry Moore is a legitimate candidate as well. But this is fear of Paul Feinbaum, right? I mean, is that what this is about trying to kind of keep Paul Feinbaum at bay? I would have been talked to Steve about it, but I would assume he's trying to bump up his name ID, bump up his, you know, bona fides as being a champion for conservative in Alabama values. And, you know, try to get ahead of this because he's probably, you know, as you alluded to. probably going to be fighting with Barry for the conservative news reading or thought radio listening, whatever, the more informed, I guess, voter, as opposed to Feinbaum just going, hey, y'all've heard of me before. And look, I don't know, I don't know what Paul Feinbaum thinks. I have no clue. I know people are starting to vet him. but he's obviously got the name ID, but we don't know what he thinks about anything. Whereas, you know, with, you know, certainly with Marshall and with Barry, you know, they've got records. And, you know, they have to defend those records, but they can also, you know, I think they've both got the records where they can club other people over the heads with them because, you know, they're out there with conservative bona fides. What do you make of the, and I asked Mo Brooks this earlier, so I'll ask you. What are the chances of us waking up in November and get in the football triumvirate where we get them all? We have Tuberville, we have Feinbaum, we have A.J. McCarran, Mark Ingrams running for Secretary of State. You know, what are the what are the chances here that we get that? Mark Ingram's running for Secretary of State. I mean, why not? Would it surprise you? I'm just making it up. Oh, this is another day old Jackson Fantasy. Okay. Oh, well. Oh, hold on. I don't think. Before you answer, before you answer, let me just say this. Yes, I just made that up, right? But does it sound that crazy given everything else that's going on? Well, I think that number one is who wins the Republican primary. And because I don't think a Democrat, whether it's Doug Jones, whether it's Nick Saban or Mark Ingram, is going to win the statewide election. I just don't think it's possible. In an ordinary thing, the Roymore situation was totally an anomaly for multiple reasons. And I mean, we could go through that one for a while. But the fact of the situation is that whoever wins a Republican nomination is going to get that. And as I said last time, I think these races are going to go into runoff. And runoff that's going to matter about more than have slick ads and name ID. And maybe that wins a day at the end of the day. That's all that matters is, you know, either War Eagle or Roll Tide or go balls, I guess.

I think the voters are going to be listening for what the issues are, you know. And two of those are one of the issues in Alabama, and one of them is what are the issues in Washington. Because you can't just, you know, complain to what I say you can't. You shouldn't be able to just complain about, especially when you're running for a primary position about. you know, just certain platitudes without kind of having an understanding of what you're getting into. Yeah, I agree with that. And I spoke with Feinbaum the other day on a private phone call, and I'm not saying that he said he's going to run, but the door is definitely open, and he's made that pretty clear that he is interested in this. A.J. McCarran has showed up at events down in Mobile where he lives, and apparently they were blocking reporters from even talking to him. And, you know, we're all trying to figure out what these guys think. And I just, I think that this, and Tommy Tuberville's different. Tommy Tuberville was out there publicly speaking about stuff before he ran, you know, you talk to people. He was running around the state going to different Republican meetings and things like that before he ran. And, you know, this, I just think these other two guys. what is it about? And I just don't know the answer to that question. I think that kind of frustrates people and we'll see if they're able to kind of pull this off. They're both front runners. Polling indicates their front runners. Does that surprise you? No, because of pure name ID, but that's before, again, that's before people start talking. I mean, you look at what like Wes Allen did before. I mean, what was the name ID with Jim Ziegler and Wes Allen? I mean, Ziegler had him by a long shot. But once they got into a runoff and the House members engaged, because West had been in the House representative, the House member started engaging, and they got him elected. And they overcame that name ID. So it's a marathon, not a sprint. Yeah, if I was Wes Allen, I'd be running ads reminding people that I also played football at Alabama. I'm sure that's coming. Look, I also played football. And if you are elected official and you didn't play football, start lying about it and saying you did. That's the correct answer. There we go. Sam Gavan, as your constituent, I would like to be considered on the PBS board. Just throwing that out there. You can ignore that if you wish. That could all be rope-a-dope, and everybody's looking over here, and then, you know, they make a decision somewhere else. So I don't know, I don't know how that's shaking out. He cracked me up. Yes, right. He was, he was, he was all of a sudden not going to go interview with Florida. Well, that could, you know, you never know about those things because it could be a, you know, you don't know which way the street it is. It may be Florida got somebody else. It may be he's already made a decision. I don't know. Okay, there we go. Summerall... Totally hooey, you know. Yeah, Summerall yesterday said my team is average and we don't believe, deserve to be in the top 25. And I'm like, who's he working there? I thought that was pretty funny. Nonetheless. All right. Eat the cake. Yeah, this is the thing I need, people need to understand. Once you've made the decision to snack or whatever, there's no way around it. You just, you do it and you deal with the consequences. of being fat and eating the stuff. Just stop trying to trick yourself into good habits. It's never going to happen. All habits suck. Okay, all good habits suck. If you're trying to get around them, you'll fail. Okay, that's just the way it is. All right, Dale, what are you hating on? Hold on a second, Tori, Tori. I'm hating on her. I hate watching good people leave the radio industry and bad people like Yaffi State. That's the thing that upsets me. Want me to go work for the VAC? Yes. That's the thing. It upsets me. It really does because. We watch this industry tear through people all the time. And, and, you know, people crash out like I do or they flame out like others have or they end up in like some sort of weird budgetary cut and all this other stuff. And then you got people like Tori who has thrived and succeeded and she's done all this stuff. And then she just walks away. And it's a problem with the industry. It's not a problem with Tori. It's a problem with the industry that people will walk away with stuff like that. And I'm not saying anything's been done locally or anything like that. It's just the way it works. It's like overall umbrella term of the industry. Yeah. Right. And here's the worst thing about it. Down the line, Tori's going to be like. I really enjoyed my time in radio. I really did. But she's moving on to bigger or better. I'm not suggesting it's not that. I'm not suggesting that at all. But I hate her for leaving and making my life harder. That's the real problem. It inconveniences you. Yes, that's the real issue. It's an inconvenience to me. And I'm just like, why is everything about me all the time? Why does it have to impact me? Why can't people do stuff that it makes my life easier? And, you know,

I will say this. You blame me, Yaffy, for this? You know who I blame for this? Me, I know you're blaming me as usual. Yeah. Whose radio station did she work for last before she quit? Was it mine or yours? Well, I guess it was mine. Okay. I'm just checking. I'm just checking. Oh, you're welcome, Dale. I love that you're both internalizing it on each other. The last job she took and expanded her roles on was not my radio station at WVNN. It was Yaffi's radio station like in Chattanooga or something where she started helping over there. That's the last, that was the straw that broke the Campbell's back. So it's your fault, yeah, Fee. Thank you very much. We've come full circle on that. But I am hating on Tori for walking away from the business because, A, she's good at it. Okay. She's very good at it. She is helpful. She is someone who, when you ask to do more, will do it without complaining. I've never heard her complain. Not to me. Maybe she complains other people. She never complained to me. And she has added quality. to one of my radio programs. And I think that sometimes you add people and it distracts. Tori, this is the thing that I like about Tori. Tori, take this compliment, okay? This is so stressful, honestly, that you're doing this, but thank you for these kind words. And Yaffi, you'll back this up. There are sometimes people you add to a radio show and it takes away. It takes away time from other people. It changes the dynamic or whatever. I've never seen a scenario where Tori has not made the situation better. Like, Yavi's show sucks. Okay? Absolutely sucks. But when she was doing what's trending, the show was significantly better. No offense, Bugsie, because I know you do what's trending with Yavi. But Tori made that show better. And there it is. On my show, she made my show better in Chattanooga. There's no question about it. It was already great. But she came in and made it better. And my goal has been accomplished. I wanted Tori to cry. I'm not saying to do this, Tori is. Go home and beat your wife. I mean, that's the idea. Oh, my gosh. Why would you, why would you suggest that, Tori? That's not nice. You know, she's my favorite of all of them. Just get it. It's so angry. You know, I take Steffy and Cindy over all. No, of course, of course. And Yaffe handles it correctly. Like, this thing where, we're like, I saw his kid. Like, this is not a joke. We were, me and Yavi were at an event and his kid was there. And this thing was bouncing off the wall. She was bouncing off the walls. And yeah, he was just so calm. Yeah. And I'm like, I want to go yell at this kid. I want to go yell at this kid. There are times, you know, got to raise your voice. But. Maybe not at a political event with lots of people. I don't believe it. I just, I personally don't believe it. I feel like Yaffe bargains with her. Like, okay, Evie, here's what we need to do. We're at a political event. Honestly, what I do. I just pick her up and, like, take her. Like, I'm just like, like, it's not bargaining, but it's not yelling. It's just like, you're doing this. We should all be wearing sun shirts, though. Okay, so here's the premise of the question, Yaffi. I want to get your thoughts on this. Since you're a basketball pro, so I've been bagging on Yaffe, I'm going to give Yaffi some props here. Yeah, he can shoot the lights out. There's no question about it. The guy can play basketball. He destroyed me. Just completely destroyed me. Now, I say destroyed me. He beat me by two. I came back after I started playing some defense. But it's been keeping you up at night. It has. It has. So I started coaching my basketball team. Okay, they're trying to come up with a name, and I think I've convinced them that they're going to be either the worms or the stupid idiots. That's basically where we're at it at this point. But we're the Yaffis. Okay, you come coach a team, Yaffin. We're happy to let you do that. But we were doing a practice yesterday or Tuesday, and, you know, it's getting ready to let them do a little three out there. Because the best way to learn is by playing, right? Like, you can do all the drills you want, but the best way to learn is by actually getting out there and playing.

Right before we started playing the game, I looked at these kids and they're all wearing different stuff. They don't have any uniforms or anything. They don't know each other too well. Some of them know each other from other stuff, but they don't know each other. It's hard to say, okay, now play three on three, you know, and you guys just guess who's who, right? So I said to the parents, hey, do you guys mind if we play shirts and skins? And Cindy's like, you can't ask that? You can't ask these little boys, parents, if they want to play shirts and skins. And their parents were like, yeah, whatever, whatever, do whatever you want. And I've noticed this with parents. They're like, I'm like, can I hit your kid? They're like, yeah, go right. You know, and I'm like, because I'm a, I'm a, I'm a bit of a tyrant. Like when we start the practice, I'm like, line up here on the line, put the ball down. Let's have a conversation. Here are the things we're going to do. Stop talking. Listen to me. Put the ball down. Put the ball down. Put the ball down. You know, that guy is like, I'm that guy. Okay. Was it weird to ask if they could take their shirts off? Yeah, Fee. No, I mean. I guess people do get weird about stuff like that, but I don't, what's the big deal? Okay. Some of the kids didn't want to take their shirts on. So we didn't end up doing it. So the parents said yes. Some of the kids said no that they didn't want to do that. And I was like, okay, fine. So we ended up having to kind of play it a little differently. But the question, I guess, is this is how many times are you on the Epstein list? Zero. I told you. If I was on there, it would be yappy. There's no yaffy, but there's a yappy in there. And everyone's like, who is this yappy guy? There's like, who is this yappy guy? That was good. That was good. You're like, how can I circle around get yappy to admit? To acknowledge that he's on the FC list. No, okay. So, yeah, he's a serious question here. Like, honestly, this is the real part of the question. Is there, did I, did I in any way, shape, or form make it weird, as Cindy suggested? I. It's funny because it shouldn't be weird. Right. But, you know, it's a weird generation. It's like it's an uncomfortable thing now, right? Like, it's very strange. I could see where people get uncomfortable, but it really shouldn't be. I think you asking the pain, like it was, it's not weird. The actual thing was not weird. But I think the fact that like. Cindy mentioned it and then we've talked about it so much. Now it's weird. The more we talk about it, the weirder it gets. Up until the point where you're like, hey, do you guys mind if we do shirts and skins with these little kids? And they're like, nope, we're good. Then it's like anything after I think got weird. Okay. All right. That's fine. So yesterday I say to Cindy, because this is how we do it.

But listen, people who are looking to have the perfect marriage, I'm going to explain to you how you do it, okay? This is how you do it, okay? I'll coach the team. Cindy is the assistant to the coach, okay? That's the role in which we play. She refers herself as the general manager, but really she's the assistant to the coach. I mean, let's just be real about it. So I say to her, hey, I need you to send a message to the team. And can you ask them to bring a black shirt and a white shirt? And she's like, why don't you do it yourself? And I'm like, it's like asking why I don't cook dinner myself. What is your reason for being here if not to do those things? Go ahead, Tori. And you were. You were doing shirts and skins. Yeah. And now. Right. So now. Now I'm trying to avoid it. And I give me a hard time about sending them the message on the thing. And I'm like, you got to figure this all out. You got to figure out what it is. Yeah. This question has come in. Do you wear socks in the pool? It's a good question. Oh, my God. It's not a good question. That's his serial killer trait. That would be a serial killer. Could you imagine like seeing someone get out of the bowl with the socks on? Oh my God. I would call the police. I would call the police. The police come. Well, that's probable cause. By the way, a little bit of breaking news here. President Donald Trump added more than double the expected amount of jobs. Wages are up. That's where we're at. Experts are quote unquote shocked yet again. So the experts have gotten it wrong again on this. So there's there's that angle to this. It's a delayed report from September. Yeah, is the headline here? Nobody believes this. Is that going to be the headline? Probably. Okay. Or just, I don't know. Yeah, exactly how it's going to be played that nobody believes it. Back to the Epstein files. Let's get serious just for a second here, Yaffy. I'm not going to make any jokes about Yaffy being on the list or anything. We know his name's been redacted. Got it. But the point that I think is more important here, does this... Is this, are we at the beginning of the end of the Epstein story? No, this story will never end. It's similar to gambling in Alabama. We're just going to talk about it for the rest of my life.

It's very weird that you internalize that and make it about you. It's thankful on the gambling in Alabama. It's just one of those. No one's ever going to be satisfied. I mean, we released the JFK files recently and nobody has changed their mind at all about anything with the JFK assassinations. But also nobody cares about it. But there doesn't really seem to be a scenario where they're going to be happy with this. There's never going to be a scenario where they say, okay, we've done this, we've handled this, this is over. It's never going to happen. And I think, yeah, he's right. But I want this over, okay? And I want it over for sane people. Okay, I want it over for sane people. Look, the crazies, look, the crazies were immediately like, oh, they're releasing. Okay, let's go through the trajectory of this over the last week or two. They'll never swear in this person because she's going to vote for the Epstein files, right? Like that was how it was. Okay, she's sworn in. They vote to do the Epstein files. Okay, yeah, but it'll never pass the Senate and he'll never sign it. Okay, and Republicans won't get on board in the House. Okay, it passes the house. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but the Senate passed in the same day so that conversation didn't go on for very long. And then they said, you know, like, is Donald Trump going to sign it? Because if you ask Mike Johnson, like when he was going up the stairs, they said, so Donald Trump's not going to sign it. And he said, I didn't say that, which turned into speculation abounds about whether or not Donald Trump will sign it. Donald Trump signs it. And then we get. They're redacting stuff before they release it. They're taking Republicans' names out at some facility in Virginia. And that comes from Mark Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein's brother. So we're all doing it. So that's where we are right now. So I think you guys are right. The transition into like this like, oh, no, no, it doesn't matter because you're never going to placate these people is right. But.

I'm not worried about the crazy story. I'm worried about normal human beings like me who will say, okay, thank you. That's the information. Let's socially fry the people involved. Can I tell you one thing else that frustrates me kind of not? The fact that they got this done so quickly. But the government was shut down for so long. Like you voted on this so quickly. So you can move quickly for things. But this doesn't even matter. This doesn't move anybody forward. This does not move our country forward. This does not benefit your constituents. You voted these things passed so fast. That's so frustrating to me that you wrap this up in five minutes. Yeah, I think you're right about that. I think you're right. Now, it's a little easier than doing a budget. That's true. But you're right. It goes to show you when they're motivated what they can do. Yeah, Fee, now we are sitting here with this out. You don't think that there are going to be people that are going to be satiated with this. What about the normies? What about the normal people? Yeah, I don't think anybody's going to jail. So I feel like this is one of those topics where most people have made up their minds. But hopefully normal people will just be like, okay, let's move on. Nothing's going to change. Even if they made up their minds on what they think about Trump or something, they're like, nothing's going to happen. Are there any Normies left? I mean, that's really it. Are there any normal people left out there who are not completely politically brain dead or politically brained? I don't want to say brain dead, but who aren't just completely wild, aren't completely invested in these things. That's a great question. I wonder, like you talk about normal people that are not invested. I wonder how much they even care outside of just the. the sort of salaciousness of it? Oh, well, this is a lot there. But do they really care at the end of the day? I just wonder about that. Well, okay, so I don't answer to part of that. I think a lot of these people don't care at all. I think there are people in Congress who don't actually care. Right. I think, I think they're more, they're just more interested in the blood sport of it all. I mean, I think that's the truth. And I think there's, there is a blood sport to this. It's like my guy is, my opponent is a child molester.

okay and he needs to pay everyone i disagree with is a child rapist and that's and that's true i mean it's just like that is how that is exactly how this whole thing has been framed and i and i i think there's a real problem with it i think there's a real problem with how people have kind of handled this and how they have have reacted here because like yes mean Jasmine Crockett is basically she's so stupid that she doesn't understand that she's given the game away a little bit The part where she says, hey, I didn't really mean this. I just looked it up, right? I don't really mean these things. I just kind of looked it up. And that's just the way it is, right? Like she didn't actually mean anything she said. She made that clear. So I think that's she's given the game way. The question is what happens next? I guess that's where we're at. And we'll have to continue following that story. But Tori, well, I wanted to say real quick. I think Tori's answer is what Normies believe, that they're just like, wait, you can get this done, but the government was shut down for two months.
