And everything you've done for us, every time you listen to us, you're doing a lot for us. And we are appreciative. No question about it. We are entering into a pretty dumb phase in American politics because of two things that are going on right now. One, They have not arrested a single person in Minnesota for storming a church and violating people's First Amendment right to worship the way they desire, their freedom of religion. They know it's illegal. They've said it's illegal. They have the Face Act that they can very easily use in order to arrest these people, and they still have not done it. So we are now into day three of this, and I guarantee you all over this country, you can go look on Reddit. You can go look on Reddit. You can go look on Reddit. You can see them preparing, getting themselves ready, preparing themselves for more of this. They are ready for it. They want it. They want to do more of it. And they are preparing. You are going to see more of it this weekend unless there is a penalty for behaving this way. And as of right now, there is no penalty for behaving that way. That is one dumb thing going on in American politics. There is another dumb thing going on in American politics. And that is us taking Greenland. The president of the United States is coming off as a petulant, tiny little baby. I mean, that is how he is coming off. You can attempt to view it in some other way. I don't know what that view is, but the president of the United States is sending letters to foreign leaders or text messages, and he's telling them, hey. This really made me sad that I didn't get this award. And because of that, we're coming after you. I mean, that's what he said. He said that. That's not me saying that. That's him saying it. And the fact that there is anyone that really believes that that's what's going to happen is actually kind of amusing. Okay, it is. Because Denmark doesn't think we're coming and going to take it by force. Europe doesn't think we're coming and going to take it by force. Donald Trump doesn't think we're coming and going to take it by force. Nobody thinks we're coming and taking it by force. Nobody. Nobody. Nobody. Yet every single person involved in this conversation, either the covering of it or the actual conversation itself, none of them, none of them.

believe that we are actually coming and going to take Greenland by force. None of them believe that. Not a single one of them. Not a single one of them believe it. But you hear these people talk and you would believe that they all believe it, that we are one minute away from going in to Greenland and possibly taking it over. None of them actually believe it. Not Donald Trump. Not whoever the mayor of Finland is. I'm going to say it's the Swedish chef. Is that right? Whoever it is, is he made out of Legos? Whatever's happening there in Denmark, none of them believe we're coming to take Greenland by force. And really, they would have more of a negotiating position if they just said that out loud. If when the President of the United States blusters and blathers, on about how he's going to take Greenland if they just said, no, you're not. We know you're not. You know you're not. You know that we know that you know you're not. So if you'd like to have a real conversation about this, Mr. President, let's figure out a way to best serve everyone involved. You clearly view, excuse me, you've clearly view Greenland. as something the United States needs to have more control over or more say in, how can we accomplish that and maintain our good standing with each other? How can we all serve each other in this situation? How can we do that? That's it. That's all that has happened. But because they've all decided that I guess it's advantageous, to the position of the government of Denmark and the Europeans, we have this idea that somebody wants to believe that European allies are ready for war. They're not even ready for war with Russia. Okay, Russia is on their doorstep, right? We've been told for years that Russia is on their doorstep, and after they steamroll their way through Kiev, which they cannot do, they're going to go to war with the United States of America. They're talking coordination over Greenland. Now, All that's going to happen here is Donald Trump is going to steamroll them, and that's going to be the end of it. And the more serious they're taking this, or more seriously they're pretending to take this, the more embarrassing it's going to be for them. They're having conversations where they're discussing. The territorial sovereignty of Greenland and the kingdom of Denmark and how NATO nations will come to the defense of Greenland. Hold on one second. If we get into a shooting fight with Denmark, doesn't NATO have to come to our defense?

Don't they have to come to arguments? And they've added a new wrinkle to the conversation because now Vladimir Putin is very happy, very happy about what's going on with NATO right now. He's very happy. Which is kind of funny. Which is kind of funny. Because here is a headline from Europe. Europe's impossible puzzle. Defend Ukraine from Vladimir Putin and Greenland from Trump. I mean, that's it right there. That is the conversation that they want us to believe is a real conversation. And I'm supposed to take this seriously? I'm supposed to take this seriously that they're suggesting that Denmark's sovereignty is on the line. And just to be clear here, just to be clear, they're going to invoke Article 5 against the United States of America. in order to defend Greenland. I mean, first, this implies that Trump would ever actually attack Greenland in order to take it, which is stupid. It's not going to happen. And that's what they should be saying. They should be mocking him, maybe anything, not treating him as if he is some sort of existential threat to the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Denmark. A death knell for NATO is how this is being portrayed. All right, how about this? Why don't we just saddle up with North Korea, Iran, Russia, and China? Why don't we just start doing that? Why don't we just remake the world order and we just become one of the baddies? How about that? How about that? Then what do you do? What does the NATO, a American-less NATO, What do they do against the evil powers of the new axis of the United States, Russia, China? Iran and North Korea. What do they do in that situation? What exactly is the play here? And it's hilarious to me the way they're acting. Listen to this. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, a name I have never spoken on this show. Okay, I just want to make that clear. I've never said the words in this order. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez. I have never, ever said the words Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez. Okay. And there's a reason for that. Listen to what this buffoon is saying. Okay, just listen to this. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez predicted a successful U.S. invasion of Greenland would make Vladimir Putin the happiest man in the world. God, have they not learned something from the American politicians? Any type of something you don't like is going on, just say, well, this would make Vladimir Putin so happy. This would make Vladimir Putin so happy. Their reasoning? Yes, it's as stupid as it sounds. It would legitimize his attempt to invade Ukraine. Attempt to invade Ukraine. Bro, he's done it. He's in there right now. He's done it. You haven't stopped him.

You've grinded him to a halt. You've thrown Ukrainian kids into a meat grinder. You've thrown Russian kids into a meat grinder. And you've got him right there. And you're telling me that if Donald Trump were to invade Greenland, which nobody believes is going to happen, that the Russian president would be smiling because he would have a legitimate claim on Ukraine, which he's done already for years. And you've claimed it's not legitimate this whole time. It looks pretty legitimate to me. It looks to me as if Russia is in Ukraine. It looks like they are taking land. It looks like they already have legitimacy. But... This is an actual quote from a person that exists. And I, when I saw the name, I said, I don't know that name. Spanish president Pedro Sanchez, I went and looked it up. He is the president of Spain or whatever. An American show of force in Greenland would be the death now for NATO. Vladimir Putin would be doubly happy. There is a reason why America is NATO. Okay. There is a reason. And if you want to talk about how you're going to undo NATO over Greenland, then go right ahead. Okay? CNN headline, who can save NATO from Trump as he escalates a bid to grab Greenland? You know, I want to do something here real quick, and I'm going to use the Google. I'm going to put the words Trump, NATO. into Google and then I'm going to use the Google search tools for a second and I'm going to go back and I'm going to do an advanced search on time and I'm going to look and see whether or not there was any time in the past where NATO was done, right? Is there any time in the past where we could go back and look to Donald Trump destroying NATO all the way and he was going to be the one who finished it off? Is there any evidence? Is there anything like that that has happened in American history that I can look back on and say, huh, have they ever suggested that NATO was in big trouble because of Donald Trump? I'll just pick a random time. Okay, here we go. January 16, 2017. Trump worries NATO with obsolete comment. Okay. So they've been scared since then. Okay. I just want to make sure that we know that we're scared, okay? How Trump could affect NATO? Uh-oh. NATO is in huge, huge, huge trouble, huge trouble. Trump is anti-NATO. Trump, more critical of NATO, EU, and Germany than he is of Russia. So here we all these things. Remember, NATO dead.

And listen, I want people to understand something here real quick. Okay. The NATO talk. is the exact same story told 800 times. And it's a story that none of these people actually believe or actually care about. They do not care about NATO. They do not care about Greenland. They do not care about any of this. What they care about is the fact that Donald Trump stopped Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris from being presidents of the United States. That's it. That is the extent of what they care about in this regard. They don't care about anything else in this instance. Nothing. And you may say, well, that's a little simplistic, don't you think? And it's like, yes, it's incredibly simplistic. All you have to do is look no further than the conversations we have had repeatedly about immigration. Just think about immigration for a second. We've all seen the videos. They've gone pretty viral here over the last week or so. Those videos of CNN covering ICE and what they've done before. We've all seen that. We've all seen it. And those people did not give a single hot damn about what ICE was doing and illegal immigrants being put out. They did not care when it was happening under Barack Obama. And they don't care now. All they care about now is that Donald Trump is a bad guy who stopped them from having their first woman president and then stop them from having their first woman black president. That's what they care about. That is the extent of their concerns in this. And anyone trying to explain anything else to you, just know that it all flows from that. Are there other parts to it? Sure. Sure. Sure. They don't give a crap about Greenland, and they don't give a crap about Ukraine. They never have, and they never will. This is about Trump and Trump only. This is the Dale Jackson Show.

And this is not at all just some ridiculous nonsense on both people's part, including Donald Trump. Don't get me wrong. Donald Trump, give you a break. The guy is mad solely. And yes, this is 100% true. And you can either agree with this or you can be wrong. He's mad. about the idea that he did not get the Nobel Peace Prize. Okay? So just keep that in mind. That's a big part of this. And he's going to make them pay. Okay? That's basically what he's doing here. So take it for what it is. I have a hard time getting worked up about it. Jacob Morrison joins us here. We appreciate him taking the time to talk with us. You can hear him on the Valley Labor report. We've talked a lot of politics with him over the last couple of weeks. So I kind of want to start on the labor side here with him. And we've had some jobs reports and the economy doesn't seem to be cratering to the ends of earth as if it was going to over tariffs. But I'm sure, Jacob, as a labor guy, you're pretty excited about even more tariffs with Europe. That's the traditional union position. Now we get to go and put tariffs in Europe over Greenland, which we're totally going to take by force. Your thoughts? Yeah, I don't think, actually, that the labor movement is super excited about new tariffs on the European Union, particularly. for you know to try to take over Greenland you know and and like I've been reiterating over the last year you know the labor movement is generally in favor of tariffs but that's always been with a sort of intelligent you know targeted nature of tariffs rather than slap dash, we're going to put 100% of tariffs on this country, and then we're going to take it off the next day. Because, you know, I mean, you need some level of stability and you need some level of targetedness to actually be it for businesses to be able to make the investment. And, you know, I mean, you were talking about the jobs reports. You know, you're right that the economy hasn't cratered. But there's...

literally basically no way that the economy is better today than it was a year ago, which is, which is kind of astounding, especially when, you know, I mean, and, you know, you look at the last year's jobs numbers. There were only a little over half a million jobs created. And most of those created before May, which means that most of the jobs that were created last year were created before Trump started really making his mark on the economy. And so, you know, there's just not been anything that he's done that's actually been beneficial to the economy created jobs and stuff like that. So, you know, I think from a labor perspective, it's really concerning. And then on top of that. You have the fact that enforcement of worker protection laws are just completely in free fall. You had the Doge debacle where you had a lot of federal employees. cut people, including people who work at OSHA, people who work at the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, people who work at the EEOC. And so we have seen wage an hour, like wage theft enforcement, decline significantly. The first nine months of the Trump administration, Good Jobs First, did a report about it. And they showed that they, wage and hour enforcement cases have declined by 97%. Wage and hour penalties, like the actual numeric value, declined by 83%, and safety and health enforcement. decreased by 35% the penalties by 43%. Is there any evidence out there? Let me ask a question about this. Is there any evidence out there? I don't know this. You can tell me if there is. Is there any evidence that the offenses are continuing or increasing as that has happened? I mean, there there is no evidence. to believe that they haven't continued a pace. And that's another thing that they did do in the report is they took a look at, you know, what is a normal variation? And this actually surprised me because, you know, we do a segment on the program called Boss Watch on the Valley Labor Report, where we like just read the press releases from the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division from the EEOC, from places like that. about, you know, southern employers who stole from their employees and, you know, the federal government getting that money back for workers or OSHA enforcing safety protections for workers. And during the Biden administration, there was, it was noticeable how many more enforcement cases there were, even over.

you know, Trump won to the extent that I was looking at those things at the time. But it's been significantly less this administration. And so I just assumed that the Biden administration was particularly aggressive in enforcing worker protection law. But what the jobs first found is that a normal variation between presidential administrations, including Trump one to Biden's administration, was only 4%. So you really did not see very much change. And they tracked it from 2009 to 2024. And so it was just not normal for it to change, even double digit percentage, much less, you know, talking about 90% less wage an hour cases. You know, I mean, bosses are just not stealing from their workers 90% less than they were a year ago. You know, there's just no, there's absolutely no reason to believe that. Hold on. The reason I asked that question is there is, and I asked it the way I did is, is there evidence that like their reports are still coming in and they're just not enforcing them? What's the story there? Well, I think that to know that. They didn't say that specifically, but, you know, I think that given the administrations, you know, kind of their general bit, the way that they did with the Doge stuff, you know, I think that the reasonable thing to take away from the report is just that they're not enforcing the law with the same rigor that even they did under the first administration. Because it's just that I just don't know why we would. why we would believe that, oh, you know, bosses are just suddenly... I don't believe that. I was just wondering. The reason I asked that question is I was just wondering what the numbers show. Is there evidence? Do we have like media reports or other industry reports showing these people were robbed by this company and no one's done anything about it? That's the premise of my question. But I understand what you're getting at there. And I think that the argument here is basically this, that all these things are still going on and no one's doing anything about that. That's the argument. you're making, and I understand that argument. Come back to the state of Alabama here for just a second. There was some talk about taking incentives away from companies that use child labor. And we use that. I question the use of the term because it implies that we are seeing a bunch of companies that are going on, like, give me some 14-year-olds. I need to get these people in here. It's way more complicated than that. But the Alabama legislature considered taking something like that up. Has that happened?

They took it up last year, and actually it passed unanimously in the state senate, sort of surprisingly 30 to zero. There must have been a couple of people who weren't there that day. And unfortunately, I think the bill, rather than immediately taking away incentives from companies who violate child labor law, it would simply allow the Department of Revenue to use that as... like a as a punishment. Um, so, you know, I, I think it, I think it should go further, um, particularly, I mean, you know, maybe if you say like, oh, well, we accidentally, you know, if you, like you're a, you know, you're a, you know, you're a restaurant or something and, and your 16 year old accidentally goes like 30 minutes over your shift. Like, okay, we're probably not going to enforce the full of six and the law. There should be some, some level of gradation there, but. You know, when we're, the reason that this law or this bill came around is because of, you know, seeing 12-year-olds in manufacturing environments a few years ago. And so, you know, I think that when we see something like that, there should definitely, you know, the Department of Revenue, the sort of automatic thing should be like, okay, we're going to take away your tax incentives. And keep in mind, those 12-year-olds, and I've mentioned this before, and I know we've gone back and forth on this a couple times, but those 12-year-olds that had that happen, and again, this is not an excuse, this is just an explanation, were illegal immigrants. that we're using falsified IDs and the companies involved, and this is not, again, not an excuse or justification because they shouldn't be able to do this, we're using other companies to hire those people to sort of wash their hands of that whole thing. And what's what I'm noting that in. Yeah, it's worth noting in one instance, at least of that. The subcontractor of the company was a wholly owned subsidiary. You know, so it's like a different company. in a sense, but also in a much more important... Oh, it's a slight of hand. Don't get me wrong. I'm not suggesting it's not. It is a slight of hand here, and they should not be able to do that and use that as a justification. I agree with that. But I think that's where you're going to find a little bit of pushback from this. I think if it ever makes it its way into the house. So there we go. Hey, a real quick question for you. Have you seen what's been going on in Virginia lately? Have you seen what's happened there? with their new uh they have a new democratic legislature they have coming with a whole bunch of taxes and regulations they want to go for are you excited about that have you seen anything about that

I haven't seen anything about that. The only, I will say that during the primary, the current governor and Democratic gubernatorial candidate was asked about repealing right to work if she would, you know, if a repeal of right to work landed on her desk, would she sign it? And she said, during the primary. that she would not sign it. She would veto repeal of right to work. And so that was obviously very frustrating for us and, you know, in my view, kind of nonsensical. But so I'm not sure what they're trying to do right now, but I'm not a huge fan of the current governor. Okay. Well, we'll see what happens there. They've got a new legislature, new governor, and they have gone pretty hard to the left. Go check out what they've been doing there. And you will see what Democrat governance will get you. that to be very good. Some of you will find that to be very bad. Jacob Morrison, thank you very much. It's not playing and wanting to be nice with me. So it's making me very upset, making me cry. But there we go. So I guess I'll have to read these to you. Well, our little British robot friend is having a little bit of an issue. He and I are going to have some problems if he decides he doesn't want to play nicely with me. He and I are going to have some real issues moving forward. Okay, it looks like he doesn't want to work right now. I'll figure all that out here in just a second. But here's what he says. Hopefully Trump's goal is to get us out of NATO. before the knuckleheads of the EU start a world war. and drag us into it. Well, yeah, I would hope that that is, of course, what he would do if that were going to happen. However, I don't think that's what we're doing here. I don't think that they are planning on getting into a third world war. If they were, they would have already probably got into it with Russia over Ukraine. They are very protectionist of the NATO countries and not so much the rest. I mean... They'll send weapons and stuff, but they're not sending anybody else over there to engage with the Russians. And just like they're not going to send it. And guys, I got to remind you of this. We're not defending. anyone from China, we're not defending anyone from Russia, and they're not defending Greenland from us. If we wanted to take it, we could roll the tanks in, and we could also send the 1,500 people they're allegedly about to send to Minneapolis and take the entire country in a day. It's just, I'm sorry. What exactly does the NATO response to us rolling tanks into Greenland look like? Just tell me how exactly that works. What does NATO do? They have no navies. Sure, they have air forces. What are they going to do? Bomb us? I mean, seriously, what are they going to do? What are they going to do? We are an ocean away. Oh, what about this? How about we take Greenland and then they launch like some sort of amphibious?

Normandy like attack on Greenland in order to take it back, right? Like that's it. Okay, tell me what that looks like. Go back and look at history and go look at Normandy. Go look at that. Look at how long it took to plan that and how many human beings it required to get that done. And then remember, the only reason they were able to do that is because the body of water they had to traverse. was relatively small. In this instance, they have to come all the way across the ocean, right? What are we talking about here? The hell are we talking about? It's just ridiculous. It is just absolutely insanely ridiculous to pretend that this is even a thing. And we all know that it's not. Apparently, your British friend is upset over Greenland. I thought so too, but I've resolved his issue. So I don't think he is very upset anymore about that. Thank you very much, Michael, for that. All right. On to some other issues, I was talking about Virginia with Jacob Morrison and how they've sort of turned with a new governor. And here's the thought that a listener has on that. If Virginia goes full leftist that will serve as a warning to America for the midterms. I don't know if you've been following American politics over the last couple of years, but I think it's more of a personality than anything else. I really do. It's about firing up your base and getting them to pay attention to what you want them to pay attention to. That's really it. I mean, we can pretend that it's about all these other things and we want to have like some idea that you're going to see a American public fired up about tax policy in Virginia. They are more likely to be fired up about transgender sports than that. Okay? That's the real story. In the hilarious and true category, it was announced on MLK Junior Day that a black man will be charged for storming a church under the KKK Act. I wish they would do that. I wish they would do that. I'm not convinced that they're going to. I'm just not. I'm not convinced. I hope they would. I want them to. I think they need to because I will remind you. There are church services tomorrow night. all over this country. Now, the godless heathens probably don't realize that a lot of people go to church on Wednesday nights, but ignore that for a second. Let's go to Sunday, which is the traditional church day. If nothing happens to these people and there's not somebody stuffed and cuffed, you're going to see more people storming churches. And that's going to be a problem all over this country, mostly for the people storming the churches, I believe, especially if they do it in the south. Dale, let's talk about something relevant. How about them Hoosiers? Okay, Jeff from Indiana. Appreciate that. I will say this. That catch of the fourth quarter, the backside catch, I believe it was on fourth down. Holy cow, that was a thing of absolute beauty. I thought Indiana was going to steamroll Miami, and they did not. But that thing, that was a good game. I enjoyed it. Now time for the seven things you'll be talking about today. Number seven. The conventional wisdom. is that the party of the president will lose midterms, okay? And that may be being questioned after a new poll shows Americans trust Republicans more than Democrats on key issues of the economy, tariffs, and immigration. A New York Times opinion piece also suggests that Democrats' electoral strategy is bad. Yeah, it's not that good, and they're having to face some issues there. And Elon Musk.

Number five. Yes, we're still doing it. It's still a thing. President Donald Trump is still warning, hey, Denmark, we're coming. Yep, Donald Trump's warning to Denmark that the U.S. can no longer purely thinks in terms of peace while pushing for control over Greenland is, yeah, yep, yep. It's happening. And, you know, Donald Trump is the one that tied this to his... failure to get the Nobel Peace Prize. He sounds like such a baby. I mean, he just sounds like such a baby. If you're mad about not getting the Nobel Peace Prize, you don't have to come right out and say it. He just does. He says he no longer has to worry about peace because he didn't get the Nobel Peace Prize. I mean, it's just insane stuff. I thought he wanted to be the Peace President. Now he's like, no, you shouldn't give me the award. Now I'm the war president. Number four. An Alabama police chief is not too happy after social media posts raised some concerns. Here's what he said. This is the Hackleburn police chief, Kenny Hallmark. It has been brought to our attention that a post-circular on Facebook stated that a 911 call was made involving a suicidal individual and shots fired on Elgin Cochran Road. We would like to clarify the facts. He goes on to say that yes, to the nature of these incidents occurring simultaneously our department assistant responding to one of the calls. At no time was there a threat to Hackleburg School. Now, all of this says, you got some other things going on here. But he wants the people who made the post that said that the school was at threat to be held accountable. There needs to be some legislation enacted to put some teeth in this to say that if you're spreading this misinformation, you can be held accountable. He's not wrong about this. He's really not. Number three. I like what the Alabama Education Association is doing here. They are openly scoffing. and Governor Kay Ivey's plan for a 2% pay raise. They are demanding. that the pay raise be higher. And they are saying that what's being done here is just not enough. Quote, while appreciated much needed, Governor Kay Ivey's proposed 2% pay raise is not enough. We needed more substantial raise to allow educators to keep up with the rising cost of everyday items. Without one, we cannot maintain our current workforce, nor can we attract young people into the profession. So the 2% pay raise is not enough. They want to go ahead and keep it with inflation with it. There's nothing wrong here. There's nothing wrong with it. But I'm telling you, guys better watch it. They might start acting like I do with my kid. If these were my kids, I'd be like, oh yeah, how about 1.9%? How about that? Number two.

The Justice Department is looking at charging failed journalist Don Lemon and others in connection with an anti-ice riot inside a church in Minnesota. Now, a couple of things are happening since then. Now, the rioters are suggesting they were invited to the church, which is obviously a lie because that's what they do. But Lemon claimed that some religious groups show entitlement and white supremacy after he realized he had legal exposure and agitators promised to continue these tactics. But Don Lemon is scared. He is scared. I'm just a journalist, guys. What are you talking about? I'm just a journalist, even though he's on video repeatedly telling these people doing this that he's with them, including saying to one guy, I'm on your side, man. Stop yelling at me. They better do something. They better do something where this is going to get a lot worse. Now, time for the number one thing you'll be talking about today. So we all know about the endorsement. We all are well aware of the endorsement of Barrymore by Donald Trump. We all have seen it. We have all got it and we all understand it. And for most of us, we also understand that this significantly changes the race. Now, more talked yesterday on Yaffi's program about how it all came to be, expressed honor at the announcement. Attorney General Steve Marshall vowed not to back down despite the endorsement. Ditto for Jared Hudson. But many expect the Trump support here to dramatically... change the race. And I think that's obvious. I think that's absolutely obvious. Even guys like Steve Flowers, a disgrace loser, former state lawmaker, alleged columnist. who puts up articles like, the state legislature starts next week. Like that kind of stunning stuff. And Katie Britt is a senator. Like just absolutely pretty stuff. And he's not at all a grifter that grifted $300,000 from state treasuries. Totally not a scumbag. Anyway. He even says, yeah, this significantly changes the race. And Barry Moore is the favorite in this. I don't think there's any question about this. Any issues he's going to have are going to be overcome by a robocall that basically says, hey, this is Donald Trump. I'm voting for Barry Moore, or I would if I live there. You should vote for him as well. That's basically where we're at this race. So there we go. That's where we're at. And that is what is going to happen. And my wife is like, why are you referring to him as a cockroach? And I said, because he survives. I'm a cockroach. I'm a survivor. I've had Attorney General's trying to put me in jail. I've had companies trying to fire me. I've had school board members trying to get me canceled. I host a radio show in Chattanooga called Uncancellable with Dale Jackson. I'm a survivor. I'm a cockroach. I consider that to be a compliment. Ed Henry, they tried to put him in jail, tried to ruin his entire life. He's a survivor. He's a cockroach. Barry Moore, they tried to put him in jail. They tried to redraw him out of his district. What did he do? He's survived. He's a cockroach. It's a compliment. It's a survivor thing. Ed Henry goes on social media crying. Dale Jackson ain't the smartest man in the room. Sorry, Dale. You could have made a much better comparison to Daniel or Joseph. I want to talk about that. Daniel, every time his enemies try to throw him in the lines, he walks out stronger. Joseph, every pit they push him into becomes the path God uses to elevate him. Okay, all fair, but I would also say Daniel and Joseph cockroaches and Henry. Welcome to the program. Your thoughts? Thank you, yes. Thank you for lumping me into the cockroach. Am I wrong? I get what you're saying. I get what you're saying. I was just saying you could be more eloquent. I could, but then I'd probably not be employed with it in that case either. I'm trying to walk the tightrope here. They don't pay you to be eloquent. They don't pay you to be eloquent. Okay, so let's talk about this for saying. You've been friends with Barry Moore for a very long time. You've been a supporter of his for a very long time. I mean, you would acknowledge he's a survivor, right? He is. He is. He is one of the most. Yeah, absolutely. More than any of us. He nearly took a bullet. Yeah, twice. Twice. No question about it. They're trying to kill him all the time. So let's talk about these comparisons. You say I could have called him Daniel or Joseph. That would have been probably more eloquent and better. Lay that out for me real quick.

Well, just look, Barry, Barry is one of the most godly men I've ever been around in politics, especially. He walks the walk. He talks, you know, he does what he says. He says what he does. He is the real thing. And he is all about God first. Like that, he doesn't make any decisions that aren't in thoughtful prayer. And just... Knowing him and his family and all of that when you see it, when you see cockroach written, it just doesn't sound flattering to anybody that doesn't know him. And so that's why I was thinking, like, give him a Joseph, give him a Daniel, right? Something that people can really relate to, a guy that when he's down, you know, he's always looking up, right? He's looking up to God to whatever his next step is. And he takes that step, and lo and behold, it works. Yeah, you're being very deep. You're being very deep on this, and I don't think I can go that deep, but I do appreciate that. Before we run out of time here, former representative Henry, talk to me about Barry Moore, the United States Senator. Are we going to get a Tommy Tuberville? Are we going to get a Katie Britt, Luther Strange? What are we going to get? Well, you're going to get a Barry Moore. You're going to get a man that, like I said, that really he puts, he's going to put God first. Then he's going to put Alabama second, or perhaps our nation second, then Alabama, right? So he will be probably more like a Tommy Tuberville, I would imagine, because once he knows something needs to be done, it's the right thing to do, he will do it whether there's anybody standing with him or not. So is he the front runner now? Is he the front runner now? I haven't seen any polls, but I would imagine so. We got about 30 seconds left here. Has he raised a bunch of money off of this? Do you know that yet? I know that they have increased, and I know that Club for Growth will be coming in on his side. They were just kind of waiting on Trump's endorsement. So, yeah, there will be a lot of money coming in. Barrymore will be our next U.S. Senator, and that is a great thing, Alabama. He is a member of the media, but. We're not going to hold any of that against him because I'm going to use both of those skills in order to ask him a question about both of those things. So, Todd, here's my question to you. This church invasion that took place in Minnesota, there is some talk about legal charges and things of this nature. And by the way, I know you need to go. If you have to go, just let us know. We'll obviously say goodbye to you. But. The legal charges that have to have, why does everything require an investigation that goes on for weeks or months or years? I have a video where I can see Don Lemon planning with these people. I have a video of them going into a church. I have photos of kids cowering with their parents crying. And I have video of a lunatic and a beanie with a crazy beard screaming in the face of 20-somethings that they're terrible Christians and they should be ashamed of themselves. against the law. I have it on tape. Why do we need months of investigations? Yeah, I think you raise a really important question. Like, I understand why we need investigation for the killing of good, Renee, good. You know, there's definitely some questions that will be raised by the family, the estate of good, and, of course, the left wing as to ultimately what we are seeing on the tape. And you're going to need to go into you know, speak with the officer when a certain amount of time. I understand all of that. But to your point here, we've got the tape. The only thing I can think of is, one, maybe it won't take months. Two, maybe they are, if it does take months or if it just take longer than Dale Jackson thinks it should take, maybe they're utilizing this to go after the money trail in a way because, let's face it, on a normal Sunday, people do not just show up unorganized. to a church to protest said church. There was extensive research involved. This church was picked for a reason. I fully agree that the act is illegal and it needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, simply to send a message to other people to not do this. But I wonder to the extent that this takes any length of time that you and I deem unreasonable if it is to find the money trail. That's an interesting idea, and I don't hate it, but here's what I do know. The Internet is a thing, and I can read what I've seen on Reddit, what I've seen elsewhere, is that they think that this is an effective strategy. It's not. This is a wildly ineffective strategy. Nobody wants to see kids crying and some psychopath yelling inside a church, F this, F that. But what I'm worried about,

is me having to beat somebody's ass in church this Sunday. Okay, that's what I'm worried about. And I think, I'm not saying that's going to happen. My church has a robust security team, and I see police officers inside and outside, and I'm wondering why they weren't there. But either way, that's going to happen this weekend. Because they've laid out a roadmap. And I think that's going to happen this weekend if there are not some serious penalties on this. Am I wrong? I think you raised a really concerning point. And to that end, let's. Let's start putting people behind bars with mugshots, perp walks, and the lake before Sunday. I think you thought my point was interesting. I think your point's really interesting. And it sort of goes to a question that I've been asking all the guests for the last two days, you know, do we need to fully prosecute? Do we need to go after? And it is this deterrent effect because we cannot have that happened. We cannot have it happen this week. Cannot have it happen this weekend? And I'm telling you know, the song is try that in a small town. Well, try that in a sane town. Because I'm telling you this right now, it is not going to go well. It is, it is these, and this, they may want that. I mean, they may want, like, a bunch of parishioners tearing people apart and throwing them out to the front door and all this other stuff. I mean, they love victims and they're probably going to get some if they do decide to go and do this. And I just don't want this to get ugly and get out of control. Do they want to do that in Texas? No, do they want to do that in Alabama? Shoot first, ask questions later. Listen, I sit in church. And in my church, I can look at the guy two rows ahead of me with an earpiece in his ear, and I know exactly what that is. I know exactly what it is. It is a security team. I also know that they have a law enforcement on site, and these are things that. I think are a benefit. I look at that and I'm like, this is what I want in my church. This is what I want. Because I realize there's a real threat and a real issue here in America and elsewhere. And these people want to feel safe. And I think they absolutely do. And that's one of the reasons why they chose churches because they don't want people to feel safe. They want them to think that they can be gotten anywhere. And the point of this, I think, is almost painfully. Simple to understand. And that is as follows. We want you to be uncomfortable everywhere you live. That's what we're looking for. We want you to be afraid to go to the grocery store if you don't say Black Lives Matter or to go to a wreckling basketball game if you're not going to say free Palestine. And all of the sudden they want to make sure that everyone is echoing their thing, whether they believe it or if they're just afraid to say otherwise. It's for lack of the term, bullying.

Let me add another one. They do not want you to feel comfortable in the United States unless you acknowledge that we are all Somali. And if I can think of one phrase that I have never uttered in my life, it is that I am Somali. I don't envision ever uttering that unless some wild, um, wild tectonic shift happens with our plates. And I end up somehow in Somalia. They move Connecticut to Somalia. Uh, it's just, it's what they are asking for. Um, and that's why, you know, I, you know, you hate to feel bad for the people in Minnesota, but I really hope it stays in Minnesota. Yeah, exactly right. And I think that there has to be some sort of pushback on all of this, and it has to be relatively quick in order to keep it in one place. I think that's true. Let's move a little past this. You guys, look, I don't want to take it out on the mainstream media, but I'm going to. The Greenland situation. There's not a single person in the media or in politics that knows anything that believes that we are about to go to war over Greenland. Come on. I mean, it's just so stupid. And the President of the United States, same exact thing. The President of the United States sounds like an absolute baby that didn't get a present at his sister's birthday party. So they went and they gave him something so he'd shut up and sit in the corner. It just is, this whole thing is absolutely insane. Yet here we are suggesting that NATO is going to fracture because of this. They won't even defend Ukraine with, with, with, with, with military. You think they're going across the ocean and defending Greenland from America? Why are we giving this so much honest attention? Hey, Dale, I might need to go. Are we done with Sean Duffy? All right. I got to run, boys. Okay, there we go. I'm going to lead you hanging on that pregnant pause. Okay. He told us beforehand he would have to go, so that's fine. Thank you very much to him. I will then ask Emily this. Emily? What? Yep. You are now standing in for Todd Piro. So here we go. Why are we pretending? Why are we pretending? that A, we're going to steal Greenland and B, the world would do a single damn thing if we did. Why are we pretending? Yeah, well, we're not going to take Greenland. We know that's not happening. Donald Trump is not going to take Greenland by force. He's never going to do this. They know that. And they should just, if I was the president of Greenland, I'd be like, yeah, this is stupid. We're not going to engage in this nonsense. That's what I would say if I was the president of Greenland. But I'm not the president of Greenland. There are times that I feel like Donald Trump is making a mess over here.

so you don't see what's happening over there, or it doesn't get as much attention as he would like for it to have. So whenever the Greenland stuff comes up or annexing Canada, things like that, I feel like those are just little, look over here, look over here, look over here, look over here, when something's happening in the other realm. It's so silly. I just, I look at this stuff, I wonder to myself, and I try to be like a fair broker in all of this. where it's like, okay, let's look at what everyone is actually thinking in this situation. But I can't do that. In this case, I can't do it because I don't think anyone actually believes what they're saying. And I think the people in Denmark are like Donald Trump's a villain. So we're going to treat him as such. I think the UK, they're like, we're getting embarrassed over what's happening in Ukraine. We thought this thing was going to be over a long time ago. And it continues. So. Why don't we just start fighting with Donald Trump? I know that sounds overly simplistic, but that's what it looks like. They're just like, okay, we've got to figure out a way to do something where we look slightly less stupid. So Donald Trump's going to invade Greenland and NATO will fracture over it. It just seems like a dumb thing, right? It does. They keep pushing this and I just wonder like why they're doing it. And now he's doing tariffs and we're pretending tariffs are going to collapse the economy. We've already been through this a hundred times. Like we've been through it a hundred times. We've watched it. We've seen this play out a thousand different times. Donald Trump threatens and the other people say we would never ever ever negotiate over this. How dare you blah, blah, blah. Then they come back and they go, okay, here's the deal we made. Here's what we've decided we're willing to do. Here's two more military bases, Mr. President. We're going to call one of them the Donald Trump Air Force base. Thank you very much for doing so. And then everyone moves on. And maybe we called Greenland-Trump-Lid from now on. And that's just the end of it. And I just, I look at these things and I wonder why. We get ourselves bogged it down into this. Europe is suggesting they're going to use a trade bazooka, which is just, I think. I think it proves that we have been dealing with their defense for too long. They are completely disconnected from how the real world works. And they're like, we have a trade bazooka. Is that a weapon? Yeah. Okay. Trade bazooka. That's what we're going to go with here. And we're going to do this. I mean, what leverage does Denmark have over the United States? You looked it up yesterday. What is it? Legos is like their number one export or some nonsense. No, it's one of their exports. They do a lot of like medical. packaging and things like that to the U.S. Well, we should probably do that here as well. So there we go. That's as simple as that needs to be. They can build a Lego wall around Greenland and then we can just smash it. Wouldn't that be something? Well, let me go for it. Whatever. It can be there. That's what they can do with all the Legos we don't buy because of the super high tariffs from here on that. And then everybody has to fight barefoot around the Legos to see he survives. By the way, there's a bunch of generic Legos out there as well.

Just throwing those out there. You can buy generic Legos. You don't have to buy the actual Legos. Just see it out. Just like everything else. There's a generic version that is just as good. And I know some are going to say, well, the blocks don't work the same way. I get that. I get it. I get it. But either way, their number one export is logos or Legos for Pete's saying. Okay, we're not afraid of them. And Europe is not going to war over Greenland. Okay, those are the facts. Let's take a quick time out. My seven-year-old is excited that you're going beat that ass on someone in church this weekend. I'm not going to beat the ass of somebody in church, okay? I'm not going to do that. That's not what I said. That's not what I said. What I said was, and let me see if I get this right. What I said was nobody wants to see that in church. Okay. And I don't want to have to do it. And I'm not suggesting that I would. I'm merely suggesting that they're setting up a scenario where if they come into a church and they start acting crazy, there are going to be people that are not going to tolerate this. That's what I'm saying. I am not making any threats or promises or anything. Maybe when push comes to shove, I just sit on my hands and start sobbing and I start crying. I don't know. Maybe that happens. It's a real possibility. I am making no promises of bravery or heroism or heroin or any of those things. I'm making none of those promises. I just want to make that as clear as possible. If you're a seven-year-old... Do not expect me to start beating people's asses in church. All right. Got it? Am I being clear, Emily? Have I made this as clear as I possibly can? Beating people up in church is bad. I want to avoid that happening. Everyone understand? Emily, am I being clear? Yes, yes, very clear. I understand. All 77% of my brain understands. Okay, do you take that personally? And since nobody knows what you're talking about, you're completely wrong on this. So, yeah, I do not pay Emily 77 cents for any reason other than the fact that she is a woman. It has nothing to do with her actual performance on the job. It is because she is a woman if, let's just say, she was wildly competent.

Which she is not. But if she was, I would still only pay her 77 cents on the dollar just in order to keep things the way they're supposed to be. If we did not get women at a bargain basement price in the workforce, why would anyone hire one? Okay. Everyone are you saying? Oh, boy. Okay. Let's get to where the comment section comes alive. It's alive. It's alive. Ready or not, the comment section comes alive. That's right. Every day around this time, when I'm done insulting Emily, we get to something called the comment section, and it comes alive. We ask a question on our Facebook page. You answer that question on our Facebook page, and we all go, oh, okay. What would make political discussions more productive? You can answer that. on WVNN's Facebook page, if you are so inclined, and you should be inclined to go do this. And some of you are completely living in another world. And I love every single aspect of it. Here's some answers. Shocking electrodes attached to lie detector machines. Man, okay. Common sense and the ability for one side to calmly disagree and respect the other side. And then I woke up for my Disney themed dream. Yep, that's true. It's absolutely true. See reality instead of some Trump derangement syndrome version of it. That would help. Quit discussing and worked together by compromising to solve the country's problems. Okay, tell me something you're willing to compromise on. This is kind of like that thing that people say all the time. You always think you're right. It's like, yes, I do. So do you. Because I'm human. Why would you argue something you don't believe? Come on. Bring back the duel with smoothbore musket pistols. That, okay, we might be getting into that trial by combat situation here relatively soon. Maybe this weekend in church. And we're talking Congress, term limits, everyday people, the ability to pass the seventh grade civics test. Term limits are the worst idea that has ever been raised in American politics. They are a terrible idea. I cannot stress this enough how terrible term limits are. You know how I know they're a bad idea? Listen to every politician running for office going, I support term limits. And then they get up there and they say never actually do it. You know why? Because it's stupid. It's a stupid idea. And nobody should be in favor of it. I'm telling you this right now. It is a stupid idea and you should not be in favor of it. Why, Dale? That's a great question. The answer is this. If you have term limits, the people that are going to be running the country are going to be staffers. You're not going to have a congressman with 10 years experience. You're going to have a staffer with 30 years experience. And that's who's going to be running the country. The willingness to listen? Great. Now I sound like a female. If that was true, you would say that you're unaccountable and nobody should ever criticize you. Let's see. And you would also take a 77%.

Whatever. The voting public to actually pay attention to what the people say and hold them accountable for their actions and inactions. That is actually correct. I will agree with that one. So some of you guys are off base. Some of you guys are right on target. All right, Emily, what's the answer here? How do you do this? Take the publicity away. Take away the opportunity for them to come, become media stars and get all the clicks and all that stuff. Like, let them just go to work and do work. Let them hide, like, behind the scenes and not act. Not hide, but not always be in front of a camera trying to say, you know, the piece that's going to be shared on the news over and over again to build up their celebrity. That's it. Take the celebrity away from being a politician. I don't hate that idea. I don't need it. Washington is Hollywood for ugly people. I mean, that's really what it is. That's why I fit in so well there. It's beautiful. So the way I would fix this. is that you hold people accountable when they lie. And when they, and I don't know about to actually lie, not change positions or anything like this, but when they say things that are just blatantly untrue. And unfortunately, I just don't think we do enough of that. I don't think we hold people accountable when they say untruths and they do stuff that is not accurate. And I think that's one of the things we do. And our friends in the media are, I think, are guilty of this more so than anybody else. And I'll tell you why. Go watch a Democrat politician. Like Jacob Frey was on Jake Tapper this weekend. And they're like, don't you think you should tone down your rhetoric? And he went on some insane rant that had absolutely nothing to do with what was being discussed. And at the end of it, they just moved on to the next question. Maybe lying's not the right way to put this. But maybe our friends in the media should hold these people accountable for their actual words. And when they ask them questions, whether they're a Republican or Democrat, hold them accountable. The biggest problem the Democratic Party has is that they are unaccountable to the media. The media is more interested in making them look good and helping them than they are in holding them accountable. And because of that, I think that they have gotten kind of fat and lazy when it comes to fighting for what they believe in. They're not good at it. They're not good at it. They're very transparent because when they go on shows, they don't have to defend themselves. They mostly just have somebody there slurping them up in suggesting that what they're doing is wonderful and that they're beautiful. And, you know, everyone knows the hot chicken high school has a hard time when the real world hits and she gains 30 pounds. And that's basically what happens here. Whenever these people get in a situation where they actually have to operate in the real world, they can't do it because they've been slurped on by the media for so long. He said, let's not get our knickers in a twist. Does she not know that that's underwear? Did she think it was the N word, not the KN word? Maybe, I don't know. No, I'm serious. Like, what was she upset about? I don't know. She was upset because he wasn't taking it seriously, I guess. They were talking about the Epstein files. Oh, okay. Let's not get our knickers in a twist. And she gets so mad. Why are they so mad about it? I don't get why. Like they, oh, I don't know. I don't know. Like, they're completely just falling in. It's so stupid. It really is dumb. Okay. All right, Dale, what are you hating on? Robocops. Robo cops. Yes, robocops. They're here. AI power robocops are now doing traffic duty in China. And they have these robot cops out there doing this. If you're going to do this, call me crazy. Why not just have stoplights? I mean, is this really better than a stoplight? It's an AI-enabled traffic policing robot. It's integrated into the city's traffic signal system, and it can execute standard traffic command gestures synchronizing with changing lights. This is like traffic with extra steps. It doesn't even make any sense. Listen to this, the robot can work around the clock. Yeah, you know what else can? A traffic light, what in the world is this? This is just something you think sounds cool, and then when you do it, it just looks dumb. Go ahead. What do you think happens if you go up and push it over or something? Like, would you get arrested for it? It's China. It is China. They'll kill you for it. The only thing I can think about is it can be used in places where there aren't traffic lights, I guess. But why not install a traffic light? No, I'm right. I agree. I agree with that. The other thing that I think when I see this kind of stuff, and I wonder why they do these overly complicated things, it kind of makes me wonder. Is there a surveillance item? But you can just put a camera at the traffic light. I don't understand the point of it. It just seems needlessly complicated. And it's scary. Do you think it has a gun? No, well, here's the funny thing.

If you look a picture of it, it has two things on its side. I don't know what they are. They might be batteries or something, but they've built it in a way that it looks like a woman doing traffic. And this is just me. And I'll specifically speak to the two women in the room. But when it comes to, when you drive up on the scene and there's someone waving you through, am I the only one that's like, what am I the only one that gets kind of freaked out about the whole thing? Is he talking to me? Is it my turn? Am I the only one that does that? I mean, I look around to make sure that I'm the intended recipient of the message. Okay. All right. I just don't like it. Give me the travel. It will also say things like, for your safety, please ride bicycles in the non-motorized lane. I'll just say that to anybody. Like, I'm driving by and it tells me that. Well, I think it's because it's because it's watching these people. It's called Intelligent Police Unit R001. And it also pisses me off because... If I'm going to have Robocop, I want all the Robocops to be Ed 209. Emily's the only one who knows Ed 209. Is that from the movie? Yeah, it's the big, clunky, like, tank-like robot. And I want them to be like, turn left. I am, I'm turning. Turn left. I'm turning. I'm turning, I'm turning right now. You have 10 seconds to comply. Turn left. He's like, I'm turning, I'm turning. And then he blows the car up. That's the whole thing. That's a greatest scene in the entire movie, by the way. It stands for Enforcement Droid Series 209. It's the comic relief of the film. Is that, you think that's a comic relief? Yeah, when it falls down the stairs. Due to its lack of intelligence and tendency towards clumsy malfunctions, the enforcement droid series 209, the heavily armed robot. I'd like to see an entire movie. I want to see like, we've seen Robocop 1, 2, and 3, right? And then the remakes, I want to see it from N209's perspective. I want to see a movie from Ed 209's perspective. Yeah, it would be great. My favorite line of that movie, what is the best line in the whole movie? Emily? I don't know. I don't know. It's not Dick Jay Jones runs the cops. It's not that. It's bitches leave. That is the best line. The father, the father. Is there a robocop that can monitor you, Dale, for not taking a break? Listen. I'm going to take a thing. Nice, yeah. How about this? How about this? It's very violent. I remember my mom letting us watch it all the time. I remember I've watched Robocop a lot, a lot, and I really liked Robocop. I remember watching a lot. And I'm shocked that my mom let me watch it because it has nudity in it and a ton of violence and cursing. And the violence is crazy violence. When they're shooting, what's his name? I can't remember what his name is, but with Murphy, when they're shooting Murphy before he becomes... That scene goes on for like two hours. It's funny is I don't remember a lot of that, but I think it's because I saw it on TV. So I'm trying to. I was so heavily edited. Yeah, they just blow him away for like, it seems like it goes on forever. And I think they've even parod it, parody it later in the movie. Emily, you're an 80s kid. You like 80s stuff. So is Robocop the best 80s action movie?

Like with comedic relief. Yeah. Is it supposed to be funny? I think it is supposed to be funny. I mean, there's funny elements to it. Yeah, I would think so. Because I feel like Robocop is the comedic answer to Terminator. Yeah, I agree with that. I agree. And you know what's funny is like in the remakes of Robocop, they took all the funny out. I watched one of the ones where the Robo Cop has the black helmet and stuff. And it's just like, it's just like, what is the point of this? Like you're supposed to make him look ridiculous. Yeah, it took itself too seriously. Yeah, and I want him to be like a human with a run, walk it all slow. It's just completely ridiculous. And they decided to try to, like you said, they took the movie too seriously. All right, so I'm trying to put together a movie thing for the station. And I'm trying to get talk radio screened for us. Our next guest is Congressman Barry Moore. He is now the frontrunner in the United States Senate race, in my opinion, after receiving – it's not an opinion. It's a stated fact. Yeah, Fee, that's a fact, not an opinion anymore. Is that fair? I'm going to say it's a fact when I see a poll. Okay. Yeah, the polls are going to flip, and he's going to be the frontrunner. So he's a frontrunner. But – I'm going to use this text as an ability to point out that the love language on this show is hate. You may be saying, what does that mean? Hold on. We'll get to it. 866-494. WVN. Emily, here's a text that came in for you. Emily, we love you. We hate Tori and her stupid voice. Oh! Now, I was just thinking, who the hell's Tori? That's my response is that. Stop. All right, but see, Emily, they love you. And they love you. And they tease you because they love you. It's a sign of respect. Our love language is hate on this show. And we've established that. Now, let's bring Barry Moore on the program. Who's probably wondering why did I agree to come on this program today. But that is, that's fine. Same Barry Moore. We appreciate him. Join us. He's the congressman from Alabama's first congressional district. And before we get too far into this, I just want to stay on the love language as being hate joking around and stuff like this. Barry Moore's good friend Ed Henry. And others have once again reached out to me like, stop calling Barrymore a cockroach. And I'm like, I'm not calling him a cockroach. I'm saying he is an evolutionary winner. I am a cockroach. Donald Trump is a cockroach. We're people that have these, you're people that other people have tried to destroy. And at the end. We're standing and they're gone. Tori Who? I'm joking. That sounds like there's nothing there. That's a joke. Let's bring Mary Moore on the program. They tried to draw him out of his district. He won. They tried to put him in jail. He won. They tried to destroy him financially. He won. And now here he is in the front row, front runner status in the United States Senate race. Ed Henry said there were maybe some biblical allegories I could have used instead. I still like cockroach. Your thoughts, Congressman Moore? Well, I think Ed's right. You could like call me Daniel. You could call me Joseph. But Dale, instead, you want to call me a cockroach. But like you said, on your show and often in politics, the love language is hate sometimes, brother. So, yeah, whatever they call us, as long as we're still in the fight, we're alive, we're happy to be here, brother. At the end of the day, as long as they call you Senator. I mean, that's basically all that really matters in this case. And look, you're in the frontrunner seat. There's no question about it. The endorsement of Donald Trump is a huge deal. I've talked to you and other people in this race. I've talked to people in other races where Donald Trump was a kind of a looming factor. Would he get in? Would he get out? There were a lot of people that said, and I think the obvious thing is if he endorses me awesome. If he doesn't, I want him to stay out.

Well, he's in. He's thrown his weight behind you. How has that changed the race in your opinion? Well, it certainly changes. I think just helps with the name ID. And I was up, he called me about 8.45 Saturday night. And I was up until 2 in the morning. So many people, hey, this is a game changer. This is fantastic. And just people starting to follow us and find out about us. Because in this race, it's really about who you are, name ID, what your record looks like. And when people start to investigate that and they see our record and they see, you know. And Ed Henry was with me that day. We endorsed Trump August 21st, 2015, and I was that first elected official. And man, it... At that time, we had no idea that the kind of attacks he would come under and that he could even win the race. He was one of 17 and they had a less than 1% chance to get the nomination. And so to be, have been in a fight with him for nearly 11 years now and moving the America first agenda. When people start looking into our record, our voting record, I think it's going to do a lot to move the needle. It already is. And so we're certainly pleased and very, we were celebrating around the more household. Saturday night when we got the call. You know, on that first endorsement you made of Donald Trump, It was, like you said, it was a long shot. This wasn't like getting on board after it was already decided. Like you said, the race was hardly over. It was in its infancy. And he was behind at that point. And you were the first elected official to endorse him, which is why I said early on. I said, look, if I'm Barry Moore, I'm telling Trump every opportunity I get. Remember, I was the first one to endorse you. And look at all the stuff we've done at the same time and all these other. things. And it's always interesting to see that... that he would come and play in this race, even though, you know, we've seen a lot of people suggest he was going to stay out. I never thought he was going to stay out. I thought he was going to get in all along, and he's made that endorsement. And I think you're right about this. I think what it does is it gives people sort of a way to say, okay, what does this guy believe? And they can just sort of have Donald Trump imprint on you and say this is a Trump Republican. And I think in this race, that is probably for the best. You would say you're a Trump.

Republican, right? Yeah, I was with him early on. And if you look at even while I've been in Congress from Judiciary Committee hearings on, we've been in this investigation. But he doesn't have to call me at two in the morning. Look, he's not perfect. But the America first agenda, what the American people voted for, why they chose Donald Trump, I've been with him. I haven't been an obstructionist. And I've been able to work with him to move his agenda through Congress. And in the Senate is so vitally important because we have people all the time going, why don't y'all codify his executive orders? Why don't you do something so the pen and the phone for the next Democrat that might come into office doesn't change everything we're doing? And so he just knows he needs a trusted ally in the Senate. And he knows I've been with him. I've not wavered in that. And he and I, we work on the platform for the national convention this time when he was running for president. I was the only member of Congress on the committee. After I saw the platform, I went out and called him, and we had a great conversation. And he was so relieved because he was so heavily invested in that. And so, yeah, it's just one of those things, Dale. I've been with him. He knows that. And I told him the story at Marlago a couple, three years ago. I said, sir, my wife and I went down the hall of that RV and said a pair and got a piece about endorsing the guy from New York City who did not have a chance to win. And he said, I can't believe you did that. I said, we felt led to do that. And honestly, Dale, I got a lot of calls from a lot of my friends. Because I was in the state house at the time, like, what are you doing? Why are you endorsing this guy? He's from New York. He's an outsider. He doesn't have a chance. Nobody's picking him to win. There's 17 in the primary. And I just told him I felt like I was where I needed to be on this. And 10, 11 years later, I was right. We felt led. We did what we were called to do. And it has made a difference in this country. He's the most popular president, certainly in my lifetime, one of the most effective what I've seen in history. And so it's great just to be a part of the fight and being it with him. Like I said, it didn't make sense in 2015, my friend. But looking back now, it certainly made sense. And I think it was providential. What does your experience in the House give you in the Senate? You mentioned, you know, why don't you codify this, don't you do that? You can do that stuff in the House. We can't get it done in the Senate. You need 60 votes. You need all this stuff to get done. What is your experience in the House? How does that help you? Well, I think relationships. I have great relationships in the Senate because of moving bills through and in the House, being able, just having the staff that we can go day one, Dale, because November of 26th, when this election happens, we're going to have 24 months with Donald Trump as President of the United States. And being able to go day one and go over and say, hey, we can move across the road. We keep the fight that we're in. and just having relationships in the House, in the Senate, at the White House, when I call the president, obviously he takes my calls. And so there are things that we can do for Alabama and for this country that moves the needle so much faster than trying to train up somebody or move in and a higher staff. It takes time and relationships are such a big part of what we do. Matter of fact, a lot of the reason I think I got the president's endorsement, not the fact that I was with him early on, not the fact that you don't have to call me at three in the morning, but the fact that...

people around him in his world knew us, knew we've been in the fight, knew we were conservatives, and said, sir, you can trust him. He's a known commodity. And so I think that being able, just to building the trust with people, good people. on the hill there are good people in this fight deal and being able to have those people work together with the president that's how you achieve what you've got to do to finish this this fight we're in or to continue the fight we're in and to move this agenda for the president across the finish line and so it is so important to have those relationships and whether it's Jim Jordan in the house or ted budd and the senator whoever steve dain's in the senate those guys that are with me that have called the president on my behalf that's big last question here we're going to wrap this up um How is your fundraising increase over the last 48 hours? I've had a lot of people call, and some told me they didn't even know the president endorsed me, but they were willing to write a check. And that's part of this, too, Dale. You've got to be able to fundraise because there's a lot of undecided. I know the needle's going to be less undecided now since the president endorsed. But just being able to put our message out in North Alabama, I've served in the first congressional district in Alabama. I've served in the second congressional district. But being able to let people know, you've got to have the money to send the message, and it's expensive to buy media in Huntsville and Birmingham and Tuscaloosa and areas like that. So it's very important to have the fundraising aspect. But, you know, I don't ever forget the friends that were with us early on, the people that believed in us when a lot of people might have called us dead on arrival, like a cockroats sometimes, Dale. No, no, there is. We've always, that old Dale Jackson, you know, and the guys that thought, well, man, this is over, you know, but the Lord has always been faithful to us.
