The Democrats now are saying that President Trump, if you can believe this, this is how unhinged the Democrats have become, that Trump is a quote unquote war criminal and that he has committed, I kid you not, quote unquote, war crimes. And so because of the fact that he is a war criminal on a scale, I kid you not.

Like Saddam Hussein, like Adolf Hitler, like Vladimir Putin, they say now he must be tried for war crimes. And the first step in trying him for war crimes is to remove him from office. So as I speak to you right now, the Democrats today, under the leadership of Hakeem Jeffries. So this is not just a couple of crazies in, you know, in the, in the, in the, in the, in the, in the, in the Democratic Party in Congress, the entire Democratic leadership, Chuck Schumer on the Senate side, and Hakeem Jeffries, the House minority leader, who will become the House Speaker, should the Democrats sweep back the power in November, are now calling and they're organizing a caucus. a meeting of congressional Democrats to discuss, as fact, it's going to be led, this caucus is going to be led today by that other left-wing lunatic, Congressman Jamie Raskin. You know, he was part of the January 6th committee. Jamie Raskin, Hakeem Jeffries, and the entire Democratic leadership are going to be holding a caucus today to now go ahead plot strategy. in order not just to impeach the president. That's the least that they want to do to him. But they now want to push forward a process in which to invoke the 25th Amendment in order to remove him from office on the grounds that he is, their words, mentally unhinged and mad, like a mad king. And why is he mentally unhinged and mad like a mad king? Because according to them, he is a war criminal who now is openly calling for war crimes to be committed. And what they're using as their justification is, if you remember, Trump's truth social on Tuesday morning, the day of the deadline for the Ayatollahs in Iran to agree to a ceasefire. And Trump came out with his, you know, now famous truth social saying that a civilization will die tonight. Never to be brought back again. I don't want to do it, but it probably will. Now, if you remember, we, you know, I was live on the air when that story broke and we began to discuss it immediately. It was obvious. Number one, when Trump was saying an entire civilization, he didn't mean the Persian civilization, i.e., I'm going to wipe out all of Iran tonight. You know, we're going to nuke them. And 100 million people are going to be killed. Women, children, civilians, old people, everybody. What he clearly meant was the Islamists in power, the Shia Islamist civilization that has enslaved the people of Iran and been a thorn in the side and threatened the region and the world since the mullahs came to power 47 years ago in 1979. It's obvious that's what he meant.

okay that's number that's to me the obvious point now number two as i said then and even the day after why did trump use such quote unquote apocalyptic language because he clearly you're talking to animals you're talking to genocidal barbarians So he wants to talk to them in a language that can register in their primitive medieval minds. And in the end, it worked. The threat worked. I mean, I know the ceasefire is, you know, not the best. They're still pretty much closing the Strait of Hormuz with a few exceptions. But the fact of the matter is, we are going to have peace talks tomorrow. that may end this war and stop the bombing and stopped the killing. So it did the job. As I pointed out on X, it brought the Mullahs to the table. And in the end, the Mullahs agreed, whatever the ceasefire is, it is still there, to a two-week ceasefire. And the end, if the fighting is stopped, there is no more fighting with Iran. And now the potential peace talks. So what's the problem? What's the problem? Well, according now to the Democrats and the media, and I believe, by the way, this was now coordinated with the Iranian regime, remember those pictures of the women and children being put on bridges. And women and children holding hands as human shields and like in a human chain around power plants. That was, and those images now have been looped and looped and looped here on the American left and the media over and over again. And that was to sear into people's mind. Look what he's going to do. He's threatening to bomb bridges, power plants, the children, the women. Look at him on the bridge on the power plants. He's gonna slaughter him. He's a war criminal. That was done to deliberately set the stage for the impression that President Trump now deserves to be in the dock. I think there's now no question, no question. And so they're using that and Trump's truth social on Easter Sunday, if you remember. where he went to the ayatollahs and said you know open the effing straight you crazy bastards and so they're claiming that was so profane that he used expletive language on of all days easter sunday the holiest day of the year for Christians. And so they say it was a desecration of Easter, that it was an attack on Christians by taking their holy day and using it to threaten war and to use such vulgar coarse language. By the way, since when do the Democrats care about Easter? Since when do they care about offending Christians on Easter Sunday?

The whole party is an anti-Christian, pro-abortion, anti-family party. Okay, but let that go. And yet, the very same people, to the person calling now for Trump to be removed from office by invoking the 25th were the very ones defending Joey and telling us, he's sharp as a whip. Oh, my God. We can't keep up with Joey. So their argument is hypocritical. It's laughable. Honestly, it's obvious they so hate him that now they want to use anything and everything to destroy him. It's obvious. They're not serious about whether someone has the mental or physical capacity to be president of the United States. Because if they did, they would never have protected Joe Biden. But to me, this is a deeper point. They have time for this. Notice, they always have time to impeach the president, to attack the president, to obstruct, to block the president. But they never have time to do anything good or positive for the United States. They never have time to secure the border, to finish building the wall, to deport criminal illegal aliens. I could just keep going on and on. They never have time. You know, to restore election integrity, to stop voter fraud, I don't know, maybe start building infrastructure in this country, maybe get the economy really roaring again. They're never there for the American people, but they're always there. to stand there with their phony outrage and try to remove Trump from power. So they tried to remove him twice, two impeachments. And now what they're telling us, that this is just the beginning. They're telling us now, we win in November. This is just the appetizer. They're not just going to try to impeach him. In fact, they will impeach him. That you can guarantee it. They're going to try to invoke the 25th, and they're going to then try him as a war criminal. Now, by the way, again, the whole party now is behind this. The whole party. And you think that if they win back the Senate as well as the House, Look at them. Just look at them. That they're not going to overturn that filibuster in two seconds, that they're not going to abolish that filibuster. So they can absolutely destroy Donald Trump and drive him from power. And remember, now they don't just want to drive him from power. I am telling you it is going to split this country like nothing you've ever seen. But this is now what they're TDS. They're going on about Trump being unhinged. The only one that's unhinged is them.

That's why we have a party system. That's how it's supposed to work. But they're not running on, we oppose the war. Here are the reasons why. They're running on we're going to try him as a war criminal. a remove him from power and then try him so that he could go down in history as a notorious genocidal mass murderer and then you know spend more either the rest of his days behind bars or the death penalty hang them That's what they're ultimately trying to set up. They're trying to overturn the 2024 election and literally destroy this man. Now notice they're making two simultaneous arguments. On Tuesday, you know, that famous, you know, a civilization will die tonight, okay? So-called, you know, this is obliteration day. The Democrats made two arguments, and it just shows you how dishonest they are. and frankly how unhinged they are. They made, and two opposite arguments, like completely opposite arguments. So I want to ask you, what do you make of the fact now that the Democrats are going to try to file articles of impeachment? They're going to try to invoke the 25th Amendment. And they ultimately say, if we come back to power,

And it said, the enemy will do you no harm because you know exactly where they're coming from. And it says, beware of the pat on the back because it might just hold you back. Now, I know that was talking about the race relations back from civil rights, but I can make it tie in and out because I don't think Stone is as stupid as people say he is. He is a Judas, but what he's doing here, he's pretending him and some of these other rhinos. They're pretending like they're with Trump, but they're going to let the Democrats do their dirty work. That's what this is all about. They know exactly what the Democrats is going to do. That's why he won't go ahead and blow up the filibuster so he can say he's above the fray and he can try to blame them for what happens before. But I think you've got to follow the money. These rhinos are getting paid and they're betraying not only America, but they don't care nothing about MAGA. They don't care nothing about the country. It's all about them getting money and they're just going to let the Democrats do their dirty work and take Trump out.

Now, we could have gone after him for war crimes. No, no question you could have gone after him for war crimes. We didn't do that. Obama, he droned American citizens without a trial or due process. He droned them, Americans. There was no trial. There was new due process. They were never found guilty. Now, that's not a war crime. That to me is a definition of a war crime. They were murdered. Innocent people were murdered. Innocent Americans were murdered by their own president. We didn't go after Obama on war crimes. So what this shows to me is, They want to now destroy, I mean, utterly crush and so vilify and demonize Trump that it will not only delegitimize him and put him in prison for the rest of his life, but they will then delegitimize the entire MAGA movement. And this goes to your point, Daryl. That's why John Thune is going to let them do the dirty work. That's why John Thune is like, you want to know how we bring down MAGA and we purge them from the party once and for all? We do nothing. And let the Save Act wither on the vine and let the Democrats come back and steal the election in November, which is clearly their plan. Because now think about it, what are they telling Democrat voters? They're telling Democrat voters. You've got a war criminal now in the White House. You got a war criminal. You got a guy now that's on a level with Adolf Hitler and in Tojo and Stalin and Mao. So I don't care how many times you vote, but you better vote 500 times. And we're going to get illegals to vote. We're going to get dead people to vote. So they're going to try to steal this election. That's guaranteed. Guaranteed. And then when they go after him as a war criminal, you tell me. How does MAGA survive that? Because they want to label us the way the Nazis were labeled as a bunch of war criminals. That's the play here. And of course, the globalists and the rhinos and the Republican Party, they're just going to sit back and say, go ahead, blow the filibuster when you come back in, because we're going to basically let you come back in.

We couldn't take out Trump. We couldn't defeat him. But now you're going to take them out for us. And that's why the Republicans are completely silent. I mean, it's disgraceful. Trump wasn't the one who gave them billions of dollars to the mulles in which they then used that money, specifically that money. to fund their terrorist proxies that led to the murder, the murder of countless innocent civilians in Lebanon, in Syria, in Israel, in Gaza, in the West Bank. I mean, I could go on and on. In Iran itself. You know, who paid for the bullets that slaughtered those 40,000 protesters just a couple of months ago?

That was the dear leader. That was Joey. That was John Francois. That was John Kerry. So, again, if I were them, I wouldn't go down this road. Because I'll tell you this. Look, you just look at what they did in Libya under Obama and Hillary Clinton. A, that was, you want to talk about an illegal war. That was an illegal war. And they unleashed al-Qaeda. We funded al-Qaeda to overthrow Moammar Gaddafi. And countless Libyans were slaughtered. Innocent civilians were slaughtered. And I'm sorry, they sodomize the guy. I mean, I'm sorry, there's no other way to put it. They took a stick and they shoved it up, you know, where. And it was on TV. And Obama and Hillary, you know, they were bragging. As she famously said, I came, I saw, he died. So if they want to start, now that's not posts on X or Twitter. That's actual violence against innocent people or the unlawful killing of a leader of a country who, by the way, had disarmed. He gave up all of his weapons of mass destruction, and they still overthrew him. and handed the country over essentially to al-Qaeda. So if they want to go down this road, Tim, I'm telling you, they're going to pay a tremendous price. And but that's, and watch, this is to me what is shocking. You're seeing in front of our eyes an alliance between develop and cement between the Democrats, their entire leadership. The media and the mullahs in Tehran They're coordinating together. That's what's going on They're actually coordinating together and so they're playing together in other words We're going to put civilians on bridges and power plants Form human shields And then you and the American media are going to broadcast that and loop it and say, look at Trump, look what he's threatening to kill. And then we the Democrats are going to say, this guy's about to commit a war crime. This guy's about to kill innocent women and children. Well, no, no, no, I'm sorry. The Iranian regime put innocent women and children on those bridges and in front of those power plants. So if Trump did decide to hit the civilian infrastructure, it wouldn't be his fault. It would be the Iranians, the Ayatollah's fault. They would be the one to blame. But notice the Democrats, as I said last night on X, you've got the Pope now. Pope Leo the 14th met with David Axelrod at a private meeting yesterday in the Vatican. Why is he meeting with David Axelrod? Obama's top right-hand man, his top conciliary, his advisor. Why? Why would a Pope meet with a radical pro-abortion anti-family leftist? It's anathema to everything the Catholic Church stands for. Why would he be meeting with this guy? And I'll tell you why. Because they're plotting more attacks against Trump.

Because Pope Leo came out and said Trump better not attack Iran. He's condemned Trump for his posts, saying you better not, you know, you don't target civilians. You don't threaten to blow up civilians. Has the Pope condemned the mullahs for the 40,000 they slaughtered? Is he condemning the mullahs now? Because they're going house to house during the ceasefire and they're shooting opposition people. Innocent civilians? Is the Pope said anything? Did he criticize Iran when they were targeting civilians in Saudi Arabia during the war, the 40-day bombing, in Kuwait, in Qatar, in Israel, in Bahrain, in the United Arab Emirates? No, he doesn't criticize the Iranians whatsoever. The largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world. That the Pope and the Democrats and the media silence. As they say in Italian, silencio. But Donald Trump, two posts. Again, nothing happened. He didn't obliterate him. He didn't hit their civilian infrastructure. Nothing happened. No civilization died. In fact, I'm sorry, I've been critical of the president. I have to call it the way I see it. He's going to give them control potentially over the Strait of Hormuz. What died? They're going to get richer. What are you talking about? He's meeting with them now. He says you're going to survive. All of you, the mullahs, you survive. Your regime survives. And we're going to lift the sanctions, potentially, we'll see. And, yeah, you may have joint control. I think Trump wants joint control. But the point is, they'll have some control over the strait and maybe charge a toll. And you, so not only is he not blowing them up, they're alive, and they're going to make more money than they ever made before, potentially. Where, I, I, I, where's the war crime? Tim, there has to be a certain point where we, the American people, say, you know what, enough is enough. You're not dragging our country down into the gutter. You hate Donald Trump. Go see a psychiatrist. But this is beyond Trump arrangement syndrome. We are not Nazi Germany. We are not Imperial Japan. and we are not Stalin's Soviet Union. They went to learn chess and said, you know what, we're done playing games. And they just took their ball and they go home. So at this point, the Republicans really need to start doing something because it's just the same rerun we're seeing. They're going to keep impeaching the guy for, you know, cutting his lawn on a Saturday and not Sunday or whatever the thing is. They're just going to keep doing this until the day he is not anymore. And it's just infuriating that they can sit there and just watch all this happen over and over and over. Nick, you're obviously, you're completely right. Okay, there's no question. What I'm noticing now, and you tell me if you agree or disagree, I don't think the Democrats are playing checkers or, I mean, you're right. I mean, they would impeach him for mowing the lawn on a Saturday instead of a Sunday or a Sunday instead of a Saturday. But what I'm noticing now, is this is a level of fanaticism, of hatred, there's no other word to put it, of retribution that I didn't even see in his first term. First term were two bogus impeachments, but when you start saying he's a war criminal and we're going to try him for war crimes, that's a completely different level. That's a different level. That's, I mean, you're really off the cliff, number one. Okay, you've really just jumped off the cliff. But number two, what that shows to me is that Trump really better be careful. Because if he loses those midterms, what they're really saying is we're going to put you in jail. We're not going to stop the lawfare. And what we ultimately want is not just to remove you from office. maybe not even lock you up and throw away the key. War criminals get the death penalty. I'm not trying to over-dramatize this, but you watch in the blogosphere, you go on social media. They want to hang them. And they're saying he's a war criminal who deserves to be hanged or shot. I mean, there's a bloodlust out there, Nick. I think the president has to be very, very careful. Because the liberal Democrat mob is out to get him. And Nick, I got to be honest, I'm starting to worry about his safety. I think that's the other issue. People are kind of overlooking. You know, what do you do with war criminals? Well, if you can, you assassinate him. I think this is the mother of all dog whistles.
