I think it was probably a wasted morning for President Trump to go to the Supreme Court for the oral arguments on birthright citizenship. I didn't know that there's always a seat reserve for the President of the United States. I didn't know that until today. But there is, and he sat in the chair, and apparently nobody had ever sat in it before, but he wanted to hear what was being said. And I don't think it was a real... pleasant experience for him. It certainly wasn't pleasant to be listening to it if you were. You'd like to see some sanity restored to American society. But after he left, President Trump, went on truth social and said, we are the only country in the world, stupid, all in caps, stupid enough to allow, quote-unquote, birthright citizenship, exclamation point. President Donald J. Trump. So yeah, he knew he knew it went badly. It's it's it's tough. I mean, you know when I when I heard The solicitor general who was making the arguments that birthright citizenship does not, you know, turn the United States of America into a soup kitchen and vacation resort destination for the entire third world, yearning not to breathe free, but to live free forever. And John Roberts, that pablum-puking pinko. The Chief Justice said, well, you know, the Solicitor General said, well, things are different now than they were in the 19th century, said, and John Roberts hotly says, well, but we still have the Constitution. And I thought to myself, oh, my God. I remembered the words of a great Democrat justice.

of the U.S. Supreme Court, a guy named Robert Jackson. He was from New York. He was appointed by FDR. And he's the last member of the Supreme Court not to have graduated from law school because you didn't used to need to graduate from law school. But he served in the 40s and into the 50s. And he famously said in a First Amendment case. The Constitution is not a suicide pact. And I thought to myself, what Robert said to the Solicitor General was basically saying the Constitution is a suicide pact. That we have to allow all of these savages from the third world to just come in here and wreck society. quote unquote, anchor babies born here to illegal aliens every year. And it's just, it's, and, you know, probably 245,000 of them end up on welfare. This is a, it's, it's totally destructive. They talk about all, the solicitor general again was, and he wasn't, he wasn't spectacular. He didn't, you know, he didn't have the kind of things that you, if you just were, you know, messing around on the internet last night, you would have turned up. He wasn't making any of those points. But he was talking about the birth vacations, especially in China. People come from China. and they have a baby, and then they go back to China, but the kids are citizens, so we can always come in. God. 508 says last time he was in a court they were trying to hang him. I think sometimes, you know, it was, I thought it was good sometimes when he went into court when they were trying to lynch him. And he would be there and he would stare at them. But in this case, I mean, all these people, you know, all nine of them, they have lifetime jobs. And they don't really give a bleep. You know, and the ones that he appointed don't even care that he, that he appointed them.

844-542-7-81 John Roberts was pissed because Trump had the nerve to be sitting in the Supreme Court when it's going to allow the world over future generations to be Americans and our sovereignty will be gone. Yeah, I mean, I don't know. I mean, you know, John Roberts has kids. I mean, they're adopted, but he has kids. Does he really want the country to be destroyed, even if you don't have kids? Do you want the country to be destroyed? That's what this is all about. The Constitution is not a suicide pact. And by the way, if you ever want to read, I read this during when they were trying to lynch Trump. When he was the Attorney General, he addressed a group of prosecutors, federal prosecutors in 1940. This is Robert Jackson, the guy I quoted, saying the Constitution is not a suicide pact. And he did an address on the federal prosecutor, and he said the greatest danger. of a prosecutor is that you can pick who to prosecute. And that's exactly what happened with Donald Trump. I mean, this guy Jackson was very smart. He's largely forgotten now because he was a Democrat who was not insane. I mean, he from New York. Can you imagine the New York Democrat? I mean, Daniel Patrick Moynihan was probably the last one who was not insane. And he's been gone for a long time now. And it's too bad. But anyway, the guy who introduced the 14th Amendment who wrote the legislation, Senator Jacob Howard of Minnesota of all play, or Michigan, no, excuse me, of Michigan. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers, but will include every other class of person. In other words, slaves, it's about slaves. 844-542-42.

7-74. What is the process for selecting the lawyer to argue a case for the president? The solicitor general is the lawyer for the United States of America. He's not the attorney general as the prosecutor, the solicitor general is the guy who actually, you know, argues the case in these kinds of civil cases. This guy didn't really impress me that much. He's not quite, his voice isn't quite as bad as Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s, but it was not an impressive voice. And I don't hold, I try not to hold that against somebody, but it was kind of off-putting to hear it, you know, especially when you're not, you don't have a camera, you're just hearing the audio. 844, 542, 42, another 7-2 vote. I wouldn't be surprised. No, you're very, I think, 508, I think you might be right, 72, meaning Samuel Alito and Thomas would be the only guys that are going to be with the United States of America, unfortunately. And this was a day after they went 8 to 1 on a, that was a no-brainer case, but I would say this is the Colorado allowing the detransitioners to counsel allegedly trans kids. I mean, that was a no-brainer, though. This was a no-brainer. Ross, you're next with Howie Car. Go ahead, Ross.

to the jurisdiction thereof. You know, it really is compelled loyalty. You know, this country, as part of it, your citizenship requirement, compels loyalty. And I was thinking during the Vietnam War, you and I were both born in 1952. We were draft age American citizens. Well, there were probably tens of thousands of draft age American men who had dual citizenship. with uh... the u s in canada and i bet you thousands of them basically accepted their canadian citizenship and ran to canada you know during the vietnam war and uh... i think that's such a strong and compelling issue against you know you know giving people citizenship who otherwise would not have loyalty to this country You know, they have, I've never understood the whole idea of dual citizenship, Ross. I mean, shouldn't you be either an American citizen or a Canadian or Irish or Haitian? I mean, how can you have, how can you be two? You know, how can you have, how can you be a citizen of two countries? Exactly. And then on the other issue, and, you know, we've got what they say, maybe over a million Chinese babies back in the homeland, you know, waiting until late, you know, turn 18, and then they're going to be the Manchurian citizens. They're going to drop them into this country. I know. I know. And, you know, Obama blew up one, one of these anchor babies, who was a, you know, his parents were Muslim terrorists. He just happened to be born in, I think, San Antonio or somewhere. And he went back to Yemen or somewhere and became a jihadist. But he was a U.S. citizen. And, you know, Obama didn't care. He blew him up. He had him taken out with it by a drone. I don't know. It's too bad, Ross. 844. And again, I've told you this story before. I knew guys at Deerfield that were born in other countries. I think of one guy in my class who was born in Israel. Amman Krauss. And he turned 18, and guess what? He had to go to Greenfield to register for the draft. He was going back to Israel after graduation, but he still had to register for the draft. How about all these illegal aliens now that are living in this country? You think they're all registering for the draft? Hell no. And there is no draft. It's, I mean, it's in, in 1969, there was a draft. You could get drafted, even though the draft went away in Massachusetts before most, before everywhere else.

But, you know, it was still a big thing. But everybody knew they had to register. Now they don't give a bleep. But they're U.S. citizens. They're going to demand welfare. You don't have to have gone to Harvard. 508, do you think Ketanji Brown Jackson knows how to get a voter ID? I mean, you know, she is so dumb. She is so dumb. You know, yesterday in that Colorado decision, she took the exact opposite point of view that she did a year earlier. A year earlier, she said, we can't let experts decide what we're going to do. I forget what it. It was about the same thing, one of these trans cases or abortions or something. And then yesterday, you know, would it fit her interests? She said, we have to go with what the experts say. She doesn't care. She doesn't, she doesn't, she, Ketanji Brown Jackson may be dumber.

Trump's Supreme Court visit was right out of Godfather, too. Remember when Tom Hagan sent Frankie Five Angels brother from Italy to support him during his trial? Michael was sending Frankie a message, and Trump is sending the court a similar message. Let's see if they get it. No, they're not going to get at it. As another textor said, the way they look at it is Trump, he has all the cards right now, or he has most of the cards, but he'll be gone in three years. They're there forever. John Roberts has never faced the voters. None of these people have ever faced the voters. You know? I mean, just being an elected politician doesn't make you a good Supreme Court justice because look at Earl Warren. He was the governor of California in a total disaster at every level. But sometimes I think it's better to have someone who has actually had to face the voters. and know what they're going to know what you have to do. 404, 193 countries in the world and only 35 have some form of birthright citizenship, and we're one of the suckers. And I dare say most of those 35 countries are countries that you wouldn't want to be a citizen of, even if you were born there. You're probably trying to swim through shark-infested waters to get away. I mean, this is a country that provides a free lifetime vacation for everybody who wants to be here. eight four four five hundred forty two forty two and nick d says this this uh fourteenth amendment is so clear it drives me nuts yeah that's what i mean that's what's so depressing about this that they're uh you know they i understand the uh the three uh the three comrades on the supreme court They want to fundamentally transform the United States into a third world hellhole. They want to destroy it. They're taking their marching orders from George Soros's troops. And I get it. But what about the rest of them? What about John Roberts? He's nominally a Republican. I wish there was a way to nullify decisions, obviously based on personal political opinion. Well, they're going to say it's the Constitution. It's in the 14th Amendment, and that's the way we read it. And we wouldn't be on the Supreme Court if we...

hadn't been picked on the basis of our intelligence. And, you know, this is another thing that Ketanji Brown Jackson said. He said, we are not infallible because we are, we're not final because we're infallible. But we are final. We are infallible because we are final. So they get to make the final call, whether right or wrong, they get to make the final call. And it's really unfortunate. All right. 844-542. So you know about Eric Swalwell and Fang Fang, a very, very nice-looking Chinese spy that was operating in California about 10, 15 years ago. And she was a honeypot, basically. She was, you know, selling her sexual services to win. influence and gain secrets from, from a horny American politicians like Eric Swalwell. So there was an FBI investigation. He should have been thrown off the House Intelligence Committee because they deal with some of the most sensitive intelligence that comes across the so-called intelligence community. But he wasn't thrown off because he was a staunch supporter of Nancy Pelosi, and he was from California, and he marched in lockstep like he was Ketanji Brown Jackson on the Supreme Court. So he never got thrown off. So, but there were, they've always been these FBI reports about him and Fang Fang. And but even though he was never indicted for it, never even thrown off the House Intelligence Committee. Now he's running for governor. And so Trump and Kash Patel, the FBI director, have decided to release the report, the FBI reports. So he has sent, his lawyers have sent a cease and desist letter to the FBI saying, you'll be in legal trouble if you release this report. And again, I mean, I've never been indicted or anything, but I've been investigated, often investigated, never indicted. Why didn't it ever occur to me to send a cease and desist letter to the FBI? Never did. Nobody I know, all the crooks I know. But this is the stones of these people, the audacity of them. And the most ironic thing of all is in 2023, he was on TV. And, you know, he was the guy who was pushing the Russian collusion hoax. You know, if Adam, you know, think of him and Adam Schiff as Butch Bill Cassidy and the Sundance kid. Adam Schiff was, was Butch Bill Cassidy, Paul Newman. He was the top guy. Eric Swalwell was like the younger guy. He was the Sundance kid, Robert Redford, you know, who was, you know, if Schiff was too exhausted from talking about how Trump colluded with Russia, they'd throw it to Eric Swalwell.

So he's on TV in 2023, and he's saying, you know, he knows this report's out there. But Trump isn't the president. Trump's on the lamb. He's, you know, he's being chased by this lynch mob. And Biden is the president. And Christopher Ray, who's so crooked, he needs a corkscrew to get into his pants in the morning as the FBI director. So Eric Swalwell goes on TV and says, hey. You know, the FBI has cleared me. Listen to this. And again, this is the guy who is now threatening to sue the FBI for releasing the report that he says. We'll listen to what he says in 2023, Cup 4. Beginning in 2012, a suspected Chinese spy developed ties to you and to your office, even put an intern there, raise campaign funds for you. You say very clearly you cut off ties with this person back in 2015. When you found out, you cooperated with the FBI. But the bottom line question is this. Did you put yourself in a vulnerable position in any way? so that this alleged Chinese spy could have benefited or even learn American secrets. Absolutely not. But, Dana, don't take my word for it. Take the FBI's word for it. They never talk about ongoing investigations. And former Chairman Schiff knows this as a member of the gang of eight. Three different times they came out and said, two things. All I did was help them. And also, I was never under any suspicion of wrongdoing. Oh, well, we're asking the FBI. So, you know, you want us to ask the FBI? We're going to ask the FBI. We want to read the report. They never accused him of anything. Oh. Here's a much more important question. Is Fang Fang guilty? No, Fang is definitely not guilty. I don't know where she is now. She may be dead for all we know. You know, she went back to China. Who knows what's happened to her? But anyway, so this is what he says. This is what he says. Now, you just heard him ask the FBI what I did. That was 2023. This is what he says now about asking the FBI on the same network, as a matter of fact, the Clinton News Network. Cut one. So we expect more will come, other nonsense from the administration. But we don't trust them one bit. And it's also absurd, just absolutely absurd. Somebody who was on the Intelligence Committee oversaw the CIA for eight years that they're so out to interfere in the California gubernatorial race where we're leading that they wouldn't work with the Chinese. I mean, it's just absurd and probably the worst abuse that we've seen since the J. Edgar Hoover days. The worst abuse since the Jay Edgar Hoover days? Really? What about the Russian collusion hoax? What about the Mar-a-Lago rates? What about the Ukrainian phone call? What about all the COVID crap? What about the tracking down school board parents who go to complain about transgender? What about the tracking, surveilling?

Catholics who want to go to traditional Latin masses, this is worse? You were sleeping with a Chinese spy. Now he's saying he's above the law. In 2022, he had a different take on people being above the law. He was excited about lawfare by the FBI, which he's now threatening to sue. He was excited about they were going after Trump. Cut three. This new take that we've seen from Elise Stefanik and Donald Trump and even Scott Perry in his statement today, how could they possibly have searched a member of Congress's phone? Or how could they have, you know, gone to a former president's home? Or if they can do this to a former president, they could do this to anyone, they're kind of missing the point that they should do this to anyone if they have broken the law and there's probable cause. You're not above the law. You're not an elite. You're not untouchable. And so it's nice to see that the rule of law has returned. Now the rule of law has, it's biting him in the rear end, just like the mortgage fraud allegations against him. 844-542-617 says, Eric Swalwell takes the John Kerry approach. He was asking for the FBI before he was not asking for the FBI. Yeah, exactly. This is really beautiful. This guy... Nick Sorter. I guess he's a... Does he have a talk show? You know, Eric Swalwell was just with some lobbyists. And he, again, he's not wearing a tie. He hasn't shaved in days. He looks like a, you know, a... on his way to hobo hood. And I think he's drunk. I think he's drunk coming out of this party. So Nick Sorter confronts him in the parking garage of this fancy restaurant. And cut to. So, Congressman, you referred to Elon Musk as a fascist at some point and alluded to him being a national security threat. Do you see that more of a national security threat you sleeping with a Chinese spy? Transparency in the federal government? What are your thoughts on that? What are your thoughts on that? He's walking, trying to get to a car. What's fascistic about exposing government corruption? I mean, I know you just had dinner now with a bunch of lobbyists. And so she was dressed scantily clad, shall we say. And here's Victor Davis Hansen's take, because he met her. He knows Fang Fang. This is from last year. Cut five. Cut five. I guess we don't have it. Eric Swalwell. Well. As I said, I wrote some critical things of China, and Fang Fang came to see me as a consular official out of the Bay Area. I think she was a, she told me she was a political operative that monitored American politics. But when she walked in my office at the Hoover Institution, I kept the door open. I had one of them. my research people with me the whole time, and the way she changed accents and how she was dressed, you would have to be a stupid, narcissistic idiot to fall for that. I'm serious. In my case, it was maybe he would say it's easier because I'm an old man, but my point was it was about 10 or 12 years ago. And he fell for that. And he got involved with her when he was on the House Intelligence Committee. So end of story with that guy. Anybody who would fall for her, Honeypot, it was just a joke. Anybody could see that. And so that explains his stupid. Anything he says, he's the Beto O'Rourke of the house. I thought Beto O'Rourke was the Beto O'Rourke of the house, but I guess he left pretty early. So leaving Eric Swalwell behind is the only other Beto O'Rourke. Or maybe the Seth Moulton of the house.

There are so many narcissists on the, on the Democrat, and the Republican side, too, but even more on the Democrat side. 844-542-42. Jonathan Turley and Greg Jarrett were on Fox last night, and they said Eric Swalwell will lose the legal battle. I think he will. I don't think there's too much question about that. To stop the FBI from releasing the Fang Fang documents. 7-8-1, we need to see the FBI report to finally have proof he's innocent. Yeah, exactly. That's the argument they make. And, you know, he said one of those statements from earlier, he said, well, you know, the FBI never releases reports exonerating somebody. And, you know, remember Robert Mueller when they released the so-called Mueller report? And they said, we can't, we don't have anything on Trump, but we don't have anything that exonerates him either. Well, all we're asking for for Eric Swalwell is the same standards for Donald Trump. But Lorenzo, remember, I mean, Christopher Ray was appointed by Trump. He took the advice of Chris Christie. He was, Ray was his lawyer when he got, when he got in a jam about, you know, holding up the traffic on the George Washington Bridge. You know? So, I mean, this is, you know, I think that's one reason why it's so irritating to Trump that his own guy. stabbed him in the back like this and then protected Eric Swalwell. I mean, which is, you know, a minor point in the bigger picture, but he, you know, he gave Eric Swalwell a lot more loving care and handling that he gave the guy who gave him the big job. Well, Holly, thanks. Thanks, you never turned your back on Trump. You know, I'm not always agreed with you on certain candidates, but you don't turn your back on Trump. And so many of these, would the Democrats being so bad, how can these people in talk radio, you know, turn to or even play games and try to, you know, keep rhinos alive or it's just mind-boggling?
