Nothing is over until we decided it is. We have a blockade going into effect. That'll be 10 o'clock tomorrow. Other nations are working so that Iran will not be able to sell oil. You guys are so screwed now. I want you to put the word out there, but we back up. Understand? Live from the Burnah Less Lethal Pistol Studio, it's Howie Car. Welcome to the Howie Car Show. We need to have more information about this terrible, terrible decision by the... By the out newcomers to suspend their program, wellness support for LGBTQ plus migrants in Boston. It's run by a guy named Sal Khan. Sal Khan, his drag queen name is Miss Chili Masala. He's an illegal alien, apparently, from a queer activist, illegal alien and drag performer, from Pakistan. They're going to get five, the low-income, isolated queer, and trans migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees are going to get a $500 wellness allowance for non-clinical care, meaning massages, haircuts. Does this mean like, you know, electrolysis? Pedicures. Oh, here it is. Meditation, yoga, peer support, creative healing, acupuncture, and gym memberships. This is at a time when the city faces a $48 million deficit. Teachers are faced with possible staffing cuts. And they were going to give these things away. So this guy, Sal Khan, who is a, and he is an angry brown queer, according to his own. statement, an angry brown queer. He was taken into custody by ICE when he was arrested for resisting arrest and trespassing while riding on an MBTA bus. As if being forced to ride on a bus in the city of Boston isn't enough and an angry brown queer goes crazy and experiences by his own description and a major relapse. Unfortunately, instead of receiving medical help, he says, I was detained for the night at the MBTA Transit Police Station and later transferred to an ICE detention center in Plymouth for 57 days where I faced further discrimination, mistreatment, and dehumanization. Maybe he should have returned to Pakistan.
where he wouldn't have suffered such mistreatment, discrimination, and dehumanization. I've never heard of such a brutal and shocking injustice that I cared so little about. During his ICE detainment in the Plymouth County Correctional Facility, former home of Stevie Flemmy, Johnny Matarano, many others. conn said he was sent to solitary confinement twice for non-violently advocating for better accommodation medical care and unrestricted access of communication oh You think that's bad, though, giving them all this $250 to $500? It's nothing compared to what's going on in California. Did you see this one, Jared? What's going on in California? I need a little more information. Christopher, Chris Rufo. He's done a lot of great stuff on DEI. He's the one who took out Claudine Gay. California is giving free sex change procedures to homeless illegal aliens. Trans migrants are flooding the state for hormones, breast implants, and quote-unquote bottom surgeries. If ever there was a euphemism, that's it, a bottom surgery. He spoke to two Honduran men, Laika and Alondra, who identified as transgender women. They're illegal aliens. The local government gave them food and shelter. Lyca wore long hair and red lipstick. He said he was an illegal alien and the shelter doesn't ask questions about immigration status. They provide full scope coverage to illegal aliens, which includes transgender affirming care. He was receiving cross-sex hormone therapy.
And they had to bring in translators because they don't speak English. They were offered free apartments for two months, but they said, nah, because we don't know how we're going to pay for it after two months because we're not planning on getting jobs. Of course they're not. Do the payouts include piercings and tattoos? Why not? Why shouldn't they? Oh, boy. 844-500-42-42. Time now for the Chump Line. Eric Swalwell's favorite movie, Gissy Kizzy Fang Bang. Yes, always like to lead off the Chumpline with a Fang Fang, Bang Bang Reference. Hunter Biden had to move abroad because Trump shut, I mean, shot down the cocaine connections and route to the USA. Yeah, he's fled the country. The smartest man Joe Biden knows has fled the country because he can't pay his legal bills or any other bills, apparently. Today's Trump. Today's chump line is brought to you by Perfect Smiles. I had my last appointment of the year at Perfect Smiles just before I headed south for the winter. Good thing I did, too, was I had two more cavities that needed to be filled. I only go to Perfect Smiles in Nashville, New Hampshire, for all my dental needs. It is so worth the trip from anywhere in New England. Visit them today at PerfectSmiles.com or call them at 603-59699. That's 603-59699. Say, Ed, did you hear the Hampshire College is shutting down? You are correct, sir. Their proudest initiatives were reducing their energy consumption by 50% and providing scholarships for undocumented migrants. Instead, they'll be reducing their energy consumption by 100%, and all their future degrees will be undocumented. It's amazing that all those hippies who spent all their money on weed couldn't find any cash to give to the endowment or to the operating budget to keep the weed-infused institution in business. Don't they call it the five institutions in that area in Happy Valley? Now it's the four institutions, I guess. Howie, with the war, the economy, and the midterms, Trump is busier than a pickpocket at Times Square on New Year's Eve. I'll let it go. Go ahead. The only way it could get worse for Eric Swalwell is if Rolling Stone refuses to do a cover story on him, a la Sarnia.
He's going to have to tossle his hair if he wants to make the cover of the Rolling Stone. Howie, I don't know what was worse. Maura Healey eating those munchkins or Mike Dukakis in that tank. Boy, you know, that's another thing. I forgot about that. That was another way they tried to, you know, bond with the working class. By the way, Eric Swalwell. Who does Eric Swalwell credit his great political success to? Who was his mentor in politics? Cut five. I will say the best mentor I had was Nancy Pelosi, not necessarily on messaging, but just on, like, wielding power. She put me on the Intelligence Committee in my sophomore term. She put me at the seat next to her on the leadership committee as the chair of the steering and policy on my third term. And so I learned. like up front and center with her, you know, how to like work the caucus and wield power. I mean, she knew how to flex. That woman knew how to flex. His sophomore term, what is he in high school? What's that about? Too bad she didn't mentor him in insider trading. He wouldn't be destitute like he in fact is today.
If Donald Trump was trying to save the life of a Democrat's kid, they would root against him. They absolutely would. 339 is a good question. Is Hunter up to date with his child support? I'm going to go out on a limb and say no, 339. Coos? Donald Wright Colling. Huh? Why do you keep saying that Maura Healey doesn't like Cruller donuts? I seem to remember that you, Hindu, and the rest of your damn Prince team love Crullers. I didn't come here to be made sport of. I guess Adam Stiff picked the wrong person to endorse. It's not the first time. Somehow, though, he always seems to walk away unscathed, despite however much he lies. I'd much rather see him go down than Ruben Gallego. By the way, apparently Anna Paulina Luna sent over that referral to John Thune, the Senate Majority Leader, about Gallego today. So it's going to be investigated, and various outlets are reporting that the FBI is investigating Eric Swalwell's alleged sexual assaults. So now it looks like he's got local... cops, prosecutors in L.A. and New York going after him, and he's got the FBI going after him. That was your last chumpline message. Thank you for calling Howie Carr. You chump. All right. That's it for the chupp line today. The chuppline is the recorded voicemail message service of the Howie Car Show. You can call and leave a message anytime between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. Eastern Time weekdays. The chumpline number, if you'd like to leave such a message, 8444-542, 8444-542. It's where we put all the messages we didn't have room or time for just now. Chop Chumps is posted every evening around 7 p.m. You can get it wherever you get your Howie Car Show podcast. Today's jump line is brought to you by Perfect Smiles. I had my last appointment of the year at Perfect Smiles. Good thing I did, too, was I had two more cavities that needed to be filled. I only go to Perfect Smiles in Nashville, New Hampshire, for all my dental needs. It is so worth the trip from wherever you are in New England. Visit them today at PerfectSmiles.com or call them at 603-5956699. That's 603.
595-6699. Rubart texted me in the 1980s. Hampshire College was the second costliest in the U.S. and a kid graduated with a major in Frisbee. I believe it. And he minored in rolling joints. I'm Howie Carr. Follow Howie on TikTok. We're looking at TikTok. At Howie Car Radio Network. The name is hot. The brand is hot. Howie car is back.
Today's poll question is brought to you by Manzi Appraisers and Restoration in Woburn, whether you need a professional appraisal for insurance, estate planning, or just curiosity's sake. The Manzi team does it right with integrity. Learn more at Manzi Appraisers. dot com, mansey appraisers.com. Jared, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at howie car show.com, is after Eric Swalwell, who in Congress has the most to be concerned about? Senator Ruben Gallego, rep Ro Khanna, Senator Lindsey Graham, or somebody from Massachusetts. I'm just speculating on someone from Massachusetts, given the sorted history of our congressional delegation, not to mention locally the Massachusetts General Court, also known as the legislature. I'm voting for Gallego. Gallego is at 44%. Somebody from Massachusetts is at 31%, 16% for Rocana, and 9% for Lindsey Graham. All right. People are reminding me of other great moments in Democrats, nostalgia de la bouh, nostalgia for the mud. Is there a video of live shot and Edwards and Wendy's? Remember that? Edwards and Kerry in 2004 after the convention, they went on a bus and they said, oh, we're going to go, we're of the people, we're going to go to Wendy's. And they went to Wendy's and they ordered a cup of chili or something. And they let everybody take pictures of it. They shoot away the press, and then they got back on the bus and went to some exclusive French restaurant for dinner. because that's what they do. And someone mentioned Veritech splitting the uprights or whatever. Some of those mumbles cuts, too. We could have thrown them in. But, you know, I did this for a reel. And you only got like a minute, 20 seconds in a reel. We could have done 20 minutes with Democrats pandering, claiming to be working class. There's a lot of hat in this team. Let me just tell you. KJ is a great hat. But Honda is really the inspiration. I mean, Honda drives that team. He meant Rondo, right? Yeah. It was Hondo Hando Habo Havlchek, who had been retired at that point for about 25 years. And it was.
Right. 844-542. Breaking four people who testified in the Karen Reed case just announced they are suing Karen Reed and Aden Turtle Boy Carney for defamation. The plaintiff Sir Jennifer McKay, Brian Albert, Colin Albert, and Brian Higgins. Brian Albert and Brian Higgins, as you may recall, destroyed their phones right before they were... subpoenaed to turn over their cell phones. But what the hell? Discovery's discovery. Mike, you're next with Howie Car. Go ahead, Mike. I don't know how you and I talked about this in private before, but it's nothing like watching an elephant on a skateboard or a draft on a wind sailing board. That guy almost drowned so many times out on Nantucket Harbor. We would sit there over a six-pack and watch him drown himself. You've never seen something so funny. And while he was telling you not to drive any of your SUVs or I told you what he had hidden in his garage with the... The two yellow hummeds that were under tarps. He's talking about Kerry. Yeah. What a phony this guy was that we would walk right down Brand Avenue when they had all the barriers up when he was, I think he was Secretary of State, and we would just walk right by Secret Service. We'd just walk right by it. I mean, this guy thinks he was the almighty God. I called him. I called him up, but I called up his campaign when he was running for president. I said he wants everybody to give up their internal combustion cars. But he's got an SUV at every mansion that he has, six of them. They said, well, he doesn't own those SUVs. His family owns the SUVs, Mike. And then they said it wasn't his, it wasn't John Kerry who owned the Flying Swirl. It was his second wife's first husband's trust fund that owned the private airplane. I'm Howie Carr.
Live from the Burna Less Lethal Pistol Pistol Studio, it's Howie Carr. 617 says any updates on Roscoe, how's he doing? Well, I saw him last night in a Zoom call. And he was sitting peacefully in the kitchen of my daughter's apartment in Lower Manhattan. And I thought he looked sad, but she assured me he wasn't. So I don't know. A beautiful dog. A talented dog. All I could tell you is I miss him. 844-5-42. Howie, remember Kerry's $5,000 bike riding in the Pan Master? How about the $5,000 bike? How about the Dukati motorcycle? He bought a Ducati motorcycle. That's Italian imported, very expensive. He bought that in the same year he couldn't afford any charitable payments. And remember he wanted everybody to pay higher taxes? He was like Clinton and Biden. It's just pay your fair share. Meanwhile, he's putting all of his money into tax. All of his. second wife's first husband's trust fund money into tax free municipal bonds key word tax free so he didn't want to have to pay any taxes but he wanted you and me to have to pay taxes and he didn't have to pay any he didn't want to pay any uh chat charities he didn't want to make any contributions to charities but he didn't want to have a ducati motorcycle and a $5,000 bike. And he had a valet with him on the campaign trail, whose only job was to make sure he had his comb. One day the valet lost his comb and he went crazy. Because when you're a jigolo, a comb is an essential item to have on hand. Susan, you're next with Howie Car. Go ahead, Susan. Hi, Howie. It's Suzanne Conley from Barnstable. We've spoken before about the offshore wind. Oh, hey, how you doing, Suzanne? Good. I'm great. I just thought you'd love this one. It's another more special. On February 4th, she was at a conference with the head of the government of Quebec, and she made the statement that Vineyard Wind is providing electricity to 300,000 homes in Massachusetts. Last week, Vineyard Wins sued its contractor that provided the nacelles and the blades and the towers and all that, and they made claims that not one single one of the 62 turbines is actually functioning properly. She is so full of it, Susan. She really is. She lies, lies, lies about this stuff, Howie. She had a press conference today, Suzanne. I'm glad you called in at this point. And Tim Dunn sent us some sound. And, you know, she talked about how they're putting out a bond, a bond issuance to bring businesses back. I mean, businesses are fleeing the state. Taxpayers are fleeing the state. And they're being replaced by angry brown queers.
in their own words, who want nothing but handouts. And so Tim, Tim Dunn from the Herald today asked her, well, how much, you know, you're having this big press conference with regime-controlled media and all the, so all the fluffers can put you on TV tonight and make you look good. So how much money will be bonded out? How much money are you using here? So you want to hear her response, Susan? Here it is. Cut 27. Governor, what's the bottom line of this bill? In terms of... In terms of bonding, you know, how much is it... You know, you look at this bill, and I mentioned... I failed to mention the amount for... For applied AI in quantum, we're adding 75 million to the existing 100 million that's there in terms of bond authorization. So I guess I'd look at this bill as primarily a policy bill, making important policy changes that will make better for business here in the state, more attractive for business here in the state. There are also significant bond authorizations, and then there's relatively minor budget impact. Your Honor, direct the witness to answer the question, please. A number? Yeah. We can get that to you. She doesn't have the number. Let me circle back and get you the number. I mean, isn't that the first thing you'd want from your crack staff? I know Lamar Cook is not available anymore, and Monica Tibbet's nut is not available anymore to give you the... But can't you get some transitioning beta mail awaiting his bottom surgery to come up with the number for you? I don't know how much you're actually trying to borrow. Lamar's on the Coke staff, not the crack staff. So anyway, there's another new story out today. A study was issued today by the Fiscal Alliance Foundation showing that food stamp enrollment is up over 40 percent and over $1 billion in SNAP benefits, that's food stamps, issued improperly in two years. A new study finds fraud risks, weak oversight, and rapid expansion of Massachusetts welfare programs contributed to over $1 billion in snap payment errors in just a two-year span, and that Medicaid spending now accounts for one out of every four tax dollars spent by Beacon Hill. Medicaid is basically welfare, and it's for illegal aliens predominantly increasingly anyway. The study entitled the welfare state how Massachusetts welfare programs have grown out of control was released today by the Fiscal Alliance Foundation. It comes on the heels of tens of millions of dollars in public benefits fraud being uncovered by the U.S. Attorney's Office and the state auditor's office, both of which are despised by the Healy administration.
Between 2022 and 2024 alone, the study found that Massachusetts spent over $1 billion in SNAP payment errors, with the latest USDA data from FY 2024 showing a 14% payment error rate among the worst states in the country and more than double, more than double the national average of 6%. Taxpayers are being asked to fund a system where fraud is ignored. Safeguards are weakened and accountability is treated as optional, said the executive director of the Fiscal Alliance Foundation, Paul Craney. That is unacceptable. So Healy was asked about this by Tim Dunn. And watch her just change the subject. Totally. Cut 28. Cut 29. There's a report release today that a study actually on welfare, fraud and payment error rates in Massachusetts. And it actually found that over the last two fiscal years, Massachusetts had paid over a billion or wasted over a billion dollars in payment errors. How's the effort going to clean up that error rates? At 14.1% in 2028, we're going to be estimated, oh, like, $400 billion in penalties of the federal government, because we're way above what the national averages for payment error rates. What's going on to fix that? Well, I continue to be really aggressive when it comes to fraud. Really aggressive. Prosecutor, investigated fraud. And my team does that day in and day out. We recently instituted something that I think will also be helpful. the chip card, the EBT cards, and I think that's really important. A daily lane and a billion dollars short. We're rolling a third state in the country to do this, so I think we're leading on aggressive efforts to combat fraud, because I want to make sure that every taxpayer dollar is spent well. Why is the error rate 14 percent? 14.1% when it's the nationally average, the national average is 6%. Is that spending well? By the way, she said she's a prosecutor. I love it when they, I'm a, you know I used to be a prosecutor? You know who else used to be a prosecutor? Eric Swalwell. You know who else used to be a prosecutor? Justin Fairfax. He was a prosecutor. Fani Willis is a prosecutor. Letitia James is a prosecutor. Andrea Campbell is a prosecutor for that matter. Jack Smith was a prosecutor. Will Healy try to explain the fraud with Munchkins? That's a good idea. Maybe she could do that. Somebody says, didn't she say that she had $75 million at it to the $100 million? Yes, she did. But then the reporter followed up and said, so what's the overall number? She had no idea what the overall number was. Officer Mark says, LifeShot quickly dumped the Ducati and bought a Harley as soon as actual motorcycle riders noticed it. Then he claimed to ride it to the ocean to windsurf with his tradesman. I should have put that in my column for tomorrow. Well, you know, LifeShod, you know, you wind surf. That's kind of like an upper crust trust fund pastime, wind surfing.
Especially when you're doing it on Nantucket, of all places. You remember what he said? I do it with tradesmen. Yes. I do it with carpenters and plumbers. And then we watched the Red Stockings game from Thinway Field. And last night the score was Detroit Two Red Stockings Five. Mani Ortiz had a big night. Big night. And then we all sang Sweet on a line in the sixth inning, or was it the seventh inning? 844-542. Yes, I do recall now that he did dump the Duccotti very quickly. God, what a fraud that guy was. He thought he was going to be president. 844-542-42. This is Healy talking about, she's asked about all the policies that she's implemented or double down on that are crushing business. And what good is it going to do to get all this bond money if you're just crushing business and driving them out of the state? Cut 28. Governor, how much do the state's climate mandates have an impact on businesses negatively? You know, I think what's exciting about Massachusetts is so many companies have come and made investments here because they're companies that are really interested in and working on energy issues, including clean energy. And it's exciting to see that growth. We, of course, have... Clean energy center, which we fund, once again, through the budget each year, making important investments. You know, energy costs a lot of money, and I think all of us know that. And so anyway, we can bring more energy. Especially when there's a lot of fraud going on. With mass steel. And the turbines are falling into the cranberry bogs and into the ocean. I don't see those things as tied together at all. I do think that making sure that companies have access to energy here. And less expensive energy here is really important. Less expensive. We have the most expensive energy in the country, at least on the mainland. We have wind offshore powering 400,000 homes and businesses as we speak. And my executive order on energy recently made clear, like we're chasing all sorts of energy out there. gas, nuclear, and then everything that I mentioned above. So we need to do that. How much are cops stealing for mass steals this year, or excuse me, mass saves? Have you got the theft rate down from $40 million? That was just the two brothers, the Ponzo brothers. How come you didn't notice that when you were Attorney General? How come all your great district attorneys like Marion Ryan and Michael Morrissey and Kevin Hayden didn't notice it? How come the Inspector General didn't notice it? How come the legislative committees with subpoena power, the oversight committees, didn't notice it? How come the state auditor didn't notice it? They stole $40 million and it was left to the feds to grab it.
844-542. Carrey is also a tax cheat. Remember how he registered the yacht in Rhode Island? The new yacht that he got after, it was his consolation prize, $7 million. Made in New Zealand, by the way, not in Newport. Not anywhere in the U.S. It was built in New Zealand and sailed up. And then he registered it in Newport to beat the excise tax in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Taxes for thee, but not for me. That's the Democrat mantra. 844-542. I'm Howie Car. Howie Car will return. Maui car is back. We could do a whole hour on Democrats pandering to their, to the little people. You know, the people who say, when they go somewhere to ask for something, they say, can I give me a bag of manure here? Can I get me some toilet paper here? They think we all say, can I get me, right? Just ask John Kerry when he was on the campaign trail in Ohio. Go ahead. Can I get me a honey license here? He's just like you and me. He's just like you and me. And, you know, when you want an adult beverage, what do you say? I'm going to get. A beer. I'm going to get me a beer. And then I'm going to get me a hunting license. 844-542. You know, what's happening with Iran is they're really getting squeezed. They thought they could build all these missile launchers and nuclear facilities in the mountains. And they can never get hit. Well, they've been hit now. They've been hit. And they're still hanging on. They still have all the guns. They got women and 11-year-olds manning the checkpoints in Tehran and the other big cities. But now they're cutting off the money supply. Cut 24.
Probably maybe over the weekend. Mr. President, will you send the Vice President? The blockade has been incredible. It's been, it's held. They're not doing any business. They're unable to do any business because of the blockade. And so the combination of having no Navy, having no Air Force, having no anti-aircraft equipment, they have nothing. Everything is gone, including their leaders. Now they have a new set of leaders, and we find them very reasonable. But wait, but wait, it gets worse. Because a lot of their money is still tied up in Western banks. It's sanctioned. Biden and Obama didn't get around to letting everything go. But they had money stashed in the Gulf states, in the Arab banks. And for some reason, they didn't think anything would happen if they started bombing. the countries where they had their money stashed. But guess what? The Arabs are pissed. I wonder why. They're getting bombed. So this was Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent talking about what's happening now with the banks in the Gulf states with the have Iranian money. Cut 16. Yesterday we announced Operation Economic Fury, and we, for over a year, we have had maximum pressure on the Iranians, both on blocking payments into the... Iranian state and going after the accounts of the IRGC. One of the what may prove to be fatal mistakes that the Iranians made was bombing their GCC neighbors and who are now willing to be much more transparent in terms of the funds or do a deeper dive in investigating the funds that are held within their banking systems. So we have pushed out to them the request. that we want to freeze more funds of the leadership, of the IRGC. This is what you call Payback is a bitch. Persian Gulf edition. To be continued. I'm Howie Carr.
