He's here. Now, broadcasting from the underground command post. Deep in the boughs of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-district building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. But in short, Chuck Schumer can go to hell. How you doing? How you doing? Warm and friendly right there to start the show. That is Congressman Byron Donalds's, also the leading gubernatorial candidate in the state of Florida. And that happened to be his response to Chuck Schumer and his idea that, well, the Save Act is Jim Crow 2.0. Good old Jim Crowe 2.0. Of course, Byron happens to be a black man himself. And when confronted with an act that he voted for, that he helped pass in the House of Representatives, that Chuck Schumer, as the late great Rush Limbaugh often would refer to him, that he is trying to say that it is racist. The message from Byron Donalds's when I presented him with that on Wednesday was what you just heard. that Chuck, you can go to hell. Now, how you doing? Hopefully better than Chuck Schumer. I don't think that requires a whole lot, actually. It's obviously not the great one. This is Brian Mudd. Always an honor and a pleasure being with you. Happy Friday. Been a crazy news week. I'm going to walk you all through it. You know, one of the craziest aspects of this news week. Often the most impactful stories aren't really in the news. And that's part of what I'm going to walk you through as well during the course of the show today. I host the Brian Mutcha out of my home station, WJ&O and West Palm Beach. And you can always catch the Brian Mudshaw podcast wherever you get your podcast at Brian Mudder Radio socially. There are two sides of stories and one side of facts. And when you take a look at the deliverables by the Trump administration day after day after day, there is an undertold story. You know what the biggest story today actually should be? You know what the single most impactful story over the past day has been? Something that has not been covered in many GSS news outlets, that would be godless souls and slanders, and something that is being buried by. The other stories. Nancy Guthrie, heartstrings, right? I get it. I get it. It's tragic. It's horrific. It's scary. The oxygen it is sucking out of the room over something like Trump RX. Let me tell you what the single most impactful thing is that's happened over the past 24 hours that will have a profound impact on the rest of all of our lives and potentially for generations to come. Trump RX. Where you are now 40 of the most popular prescriptions in this country, life-saving prescriptions, can save 80 to 85% over what you are paying and cut out the pharmacy in the process. How many Americans even know this exists now? Nobody covers it. We'll dive into some of that later in the show. How many people know the incredible success?

3:44

that we have had in combating terrorism stateside while we're dealing with the criminal illegal aliens, the number of murderers that we've taken off the streets. Today, just bringing to justice the lead terrorists behind the attack in Benghazi that led to the death of four Americans, who knew the FBI was even working on that? Got that guy today. There are so many things that are not even scratches in the news that are the bigger stories that have profound impacts. One of the bigger ones here, and it's an illustrative point, is the situation about the Save Act because we have a real teachable moment right now. Talk a little bit about a message for Chuck U about voter ID. some gender ID and some reality as well. Now, I mentioned that clip from Byron Donalds's was part of a conversation I had with them on Wednesday. The Save Act should be front and center in the American conversation right now. We could get the Save Act passed. Now, Chuck Schumer. who called the Save Act Jim Crow 2.0. With Byron Donalds saying that Chuck Schumer can go to hell, you know, I was thinking about it. As a practicing Catholic, there are a lot of reasons that come to mind as to why Chuck Schumer may one day find himself in that destination. And while the Save Act may not so specifically be the thing that punches his ticket to say like an unholy eternity. The dishonesty behind his position and attempting to divide and manipulate people by race for the benefit of his own power, a good chance that could be a contributing factor. Now, the save act requires two basic things. One, that a voter is a legal citizen. And that, two, voters provide ID to vote. Oh, my gosh, how racist. And of course, speaking of racist, something else sucking the oxygen out of real news today. Oh my gosh. Did you see or hear about the post by Trump and the video and the Obama's as apes at the end of the video and that Trump deleted? Oh, Trump the racist. By the way, since that gained a lot of traction today, it was quickly deleted. The White House is saying that a staffer posted it making a mistake, not realizing that at the very end of the video, there was a racist depiction. Whatever. So yes, rather than Chuck Schumer being branded as the racist he is for demonstrable reasons, rather than the Democrat Party, the party of the KKK. The party of segregation, the racist to this very day, as we're talking about the Save Act, and they're calling it Jim Crow 2.0. No, it's Trump. That's the racist. Save it. And that is in the Save Act. It's just all these things that are distractions that aren't real news, or at least aren't impactful.

7:37

That's what prints anymore. And it's absurd on its face. So let's talk about stuff that actually matters. Obviously, the Save Act that requires that a voter is a legal citizen and provides ID to vote, is obviously not only not Jim Crow 2.0 or not even Jim Eagle. Remember Biden when he was trying to say something was so racist that it wasn't even Jim Crow. It was Jim Eagle. The racist position is Chuck Schumer's position. The racist position is the Democrats' position. Chuck Schumer is the person espousing bigotry by asserting that somehow or another, black voters are less capable people than all other voters. Gallup found 84% of voters supportive. a mandatory voter ID with, get this, 80% of black voters like Byron Donalds's saying that they wanted it to. Pretty much the only people in the country who don't want these things are those who try to rig elections and Democrats like Chuck Schumer, assuming that they're different people, of course. But here's the next interesting evolution of what's been happening as the country has begun to have a little bit of an open debate. If there was enough focus and attention on an issue like this, there would be a completely clear debate right now. But having an open debate about voter ID that Republicans led by Rick Scott and Mike Lee in the Senate. the argument they've been pressing. And support it continues to rise. So get this, according to Gallup, if you go back, in 2020, 80% of Americans supported mandatory voter writing. That number jumped to 84% in Gallup's point more recently. By the way, CNN has pegged it at 83%. And then you take a look at Sinclair Media. They also pulled on this this week. They're up to 93%. So we've gone from 80 to 83 to 84 based upon your poll of choice, now up to 93% in one nationwide poll. The more that people hear about this, they're like, yeah, let's go ahead and do it. Republicans, and for that matter of common sense, really do appear to be winning the day here. And what this shows, as much as anything, is just how deep the divide is at the base political level. And this is the real instructive moment. This is the teachable point here. Here is an issue that Chuck Schumer is explicitly saying is the equivalent to forced racial segregation in the South after the Civil War. that now based upon your poll of somewhere from 83 to 93% of Americans say is the right thing to do. And so you get a lot of political issues that are pretty complicated, political issues that are manipulated to divide Americans from each other, fueling division and growing hate. This issue is so straightforward. It can't effectively be spun that way. And here is the thing that isn't especially important.

11:10

part of all this. This is far from the only significant political issue in which this is the case, even right now. What the SAVE Act is an example of is an illustration of just how wrong Chuck Schumer and all but four congressional Democrats are in general. See, the SAVE Act has actually passed the House of Representatives four Democrats voted for. That was it. It just needs to be voted through in the Senate. This is how misaligned their values are with what the average Americans values happen to be. And this segues into the next bigger thing here. The massive debate that's getting ready to play out over the next eight days, over DHS, and over ICE funding. Think about this. What parents would want criminal illegal immigrants, including those guilty of rape, guilty of abuse? Guilty of homicide, even, would want those criminal illegal immigrants in their community and in proximity to their family. What parents? Who in the world would want criminal illegal immigrants, including those guilty of rape, abuse, homicide, released into their community and in proximity to their family?

12:40

Not a single parent who's up sound mine, right? But these elected Democrats do. What person would want to pay higher taxes, higher rates of inflation to support open borders in illegal immigration? How many people say affordability is the single biggest flipping issue out there? Every single illegal alien in this country adds to inflation. Who wants that? Not a single person of sound mind, but these elected Democrats do. What parent thinks government officials should hold the only choice on their schools? Only choice. They draw bureaucrats, draw lines on the map. Your kids got to go to that school. You have no other choice. And the only thing that should ever be taught in that school is whatever teachers union decides. And their values like taking your kids out of a school and sending them to an ice out protest. What people in their right mind would be on board with that? Nobody had the right mind. The teachers union, the teachers that are brain dead but are supposed to be teaching your kids, they're a Marxist, part of the Democrat apparatus, they do. There are so many issues that are instructive in real time that are happening, that are playing out in our society, that are 80-20 issues or 90-10 issues. It's not just the save act, but it is the save act. This is one of the most instructive times in American history. We just need the flipping message to get through. But no, did you see the eight video? But no, the really sad thing about... Nancy Guthrie. There's real news out there. There are real issues. There are things going to impact this country for the rest of its history. That is the message that needs to get through. I'm Brian Mud and for the great one. Mudd. Love in.

15:03

Yeah, he most certainly cannot negotiate with crazy. You're not going to get very far. Again, that's Byron Donalds's part of what he mentioned to me on Wednesday when we were talking about Chuck Schumer referring to the Save Act as Jim Crow 2.0. But in reality, it's every major issue right now. Because, yes, it is absurd on its face to say, you know what, in order to vote. You should have to be a legal citizen and provide ID. Almost everybody, even 80% of black voters say this should happen. But it's not just that, right? It's the issue of criminal illegal aliens. Having... rapists, abusers, those that have even been guilty of homicide, release back into communities, and then having people that are broken in the brain enough to go out there and try to protect those criminal illegal aliens to keep them in these communities rather than turning them over to the only jurisdictional lawful authority over them, which is ICE in Border Patrol. But it's also insane to pay higher taxes, higher rates of inflation to support open borders in illegal immigration. It is insane to think that we would have teachers take children out of school and send them to an ICE out protest in horrible neighborhoods. But it's also insane. that we would have taxpayer-funded abortions. It's really insane to think that we should ever have child gender transitioning, let alone taxpayer funding of it. But Democrats have supported and continue to fight for all of these things. And so the point is this. What's being debated right now in Washington, D.C.? That really is not being discussed in the news the way that it should because of other things that are more sensational right now, I guess. It's a teachable moment for everybody. Democrats have become so radicalized, so extreme, that effectively voting for them to represent you is a literal vote against you in your family's interests. Be right back.

17:46

The Cure for the Common Liberal. Talk to Mark now at 877381-381. The games are beginning, but these protesters aren't playing. Hundreds, mostly students, marching through Milan, the main focus of their anger is ICE. Immigration agents are in Italy to support the US delegation. They've done bad things. that I don't approve of and we don't approve of and we don't want them here. Oh, there you go. I pull that for you for a couple reasons. The first is, oh, right. And among the other things that going on, the Olympics, the Winter Olympics underway. And you have people that are broken. We don't have an exclusive on the crazy. We don't have an exclusive on the broken and the brain people that get out there and protests against their own interests. No, it extends all the way to Milan. So now you have the Italian ice out underway at the Olympics. So there's that. Italy, one of my favorite places. But yeah, even there, you can't escape the ice out crises. These are people that are mentally conditioned. These are people that are broken in the brain. You know, one of the things Brian Mudd in for Mark Levin that I mentioned in the open is what parent would try to protect criminal, illegal aliens, people that have been guilty of rape, of homicide? of abuse, any number of different, who what parent in the world would go out there and try to protest and protect those criminal illegal aliens over getting them out of their community and out of proximity from their family? I mean, that is the most basic common sense thing in the world. Well, take a look at Renee Good, right? May she rest in peace. That was a disturbed woman. She had kids, right? That's exactly what she's doing. And this is part of the point of how radicalized at the base level. And I've got more information on the extent of the radicalization that is taking place within the mainstream Democrat apparatus. Because basically, whatever the Marxists are putting out there on the left. Those that have been conditioned are just accepting it as their position. It's how the whole eyes out thing could even begin to make sense. Some of these people are just anarchists. They're taking advantage of it. It's roles for radicals. They know what they're doing. But then you get other people like a Renee Good. She wasn't part of that based upon what we know of her background. And look what ended up happening. And there are countless examples of that. They get sucked into this. Teachable moment in American history. By the way, you will have the great one back with you on Monday. So yay for that. Mark's back on Monday. But before then, you don't have to wait to get a great news show. Tomorrow, 8 Eastern Fox News Channel, Life Liberty, Levin. He's going to be joined by Stephen A. Smith. That ought to be a really good one. Of course, in advance of the Bad Bunny Super Bowl, you have Stephen A. Smith, who's going to sound off with the great one. That.

21:22

is must watch TV. Remember, hit up your DVR and just in case, just in case you might miss it. I have a feeling it's going to be more entertained than the Super Bowl itself. So as I've been talking about how radicalized in so many different ways, the left has become. I left off talking about gender transitioning. And there was a reason why specifically I brought that up. There are, again, so many things that have happened this week, they're newsworthy, that by and large have not really made the news to any great degree. Gender transitioning is one of those. I believe that some of this stuff is in the process of blowing up in the left's face. I really do. I've said it since the beginning. I'll say it again now. And I mean it with absolute sincerity. And zero apologies. Any parent who supports gender transitioning for their children should have their children taken away because they should be behind bars. And any doctor and any medical professional who has ever carried out gender transitioning shouldn't just lose the ability to practice medicine. They should be locked away and we should throw away the key. Mutilating children is as abhorrent of a crime as there can be in society. And that's what these people are, child mutilators. God does not make mistakes. And attempting to correct, quote unquote, his work by mutilating children in the name of mental health. It is about the most jacked up thing I think I've ever heard of. I mean, you go back 20 years, how jacked up, how broken in the brain would you thought the Marxist left would have come. I would not have arrived at the, and they're going to try to medilate kids in the name of mental health. That one would not have been on my bingo card. Now, I mentioned the extent to which there is radicalization in so much of this stuff. I like to take a look at the survey work that's done on these things just to get a temperature check at the American people. So Pew Research has sampled on this recently. On the whole child mutilation, the gender transitioning of minors. According to Pew Research, 56% of Americans believe that we should ban medical professionals from gender transition procedures for minors. Okay. Thankfully, a majority still has a brain intact in some sense of right and wrong. So most Americans do believe we should never allow the conversation of child gender transitioning to take place again. But man, that leaves a lot of people that are like, gee, I don't know. You know, if they wake up and feel like a frog today. Maybe, you know, maybe they're a frog. But anyway, the tide has started to turn in a big way due to two events on this particular issue. Earlier this week.

24:46

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons effectively reversed its official position by recommending against gender-related medical nonsense until at least the age of 19, citing a lack of long-term medical understanding. And that also came on the heels of a first of his kind lawsuit in New York. That is certain to lead to many more nationally. And now a 22-year-old woman sued her medical service. provider and sued her practitioner who encouraged and performed the whole gender transitioning stuff on her at the age of 16. And so you had a jury that awarded the woman $2 million. And that is going to open the floodgates to similar lawsuits. That will be helpful and huge because the amount of regret that's out there. with these children that were mutilated is immense. At the same time, we also had this this week, something else that was buried in the news. You had California's Attorney General sue a San Diego hospital over its decision to end gender transitioning treatments on kids. Again, California's attorney general sued a San Diego hospital because it stopped mutilating children. Obviously elected Democrats still want to mutilate kids to the point to where they'll sue to continue to try to mutilate kids, these sick bastards, these disgusting broken in the brain people, these amoral.

26:38

But hey, the Olympics. Hey, bad bunny. Hey, the sad Nancy Guthrie story. Hey, uh, the Trump, uh, the Trump, uh, a video. You know what I mean? Our news media sucks. You know that. But even the good news media sucks. Top prescriptions, 80% less, no middlemen. We'll save people thousands upon thousands of dollars a year. Beeler, where is it? No news. It is, it's remarkable in so many ways. It's remarkable that Democrats still want to mutilate kids. But anyway, my point in all these different stories. that I've just kind of woven together here from the Save Act to these two updates on mutilating kids this week. What it really is is part of the greater illustration of the political state of play in this country because how many people can honestly say that mutilating children in the name of the homosexual alphabet is okay. But you have Democrats that not only believe in it, but are willing to legally fight to make it happen. This issue, I think, is even more evident than the voter ID thing that somewhere in the neighborhood of 90% of Americans now get. See, I do think that Chuck Schumer may well end up in hell someday, along with a lot of people who are supportive of this kind of stuff, too. You know, life is about choices. And bottom line, the decisions that we make matter. Who you vote for. Or who you don't vote for. That stuff matters. This midterm election cycle this year, I cannot begin to tell you how important it is. You know how we saved the country? Like we literally would have lost this country. Imagine what it would be by now. If freaking Kamala Harris were the president of the United States. This midterm election cycle is every bit as important. as saving the country was in November of 2024 that presidential election. We have got to hold the line. We have got to beat through your godless souls and slanderous news media that doesn't bring real news. We got to beat back through the broken and the brain people that suck the oxygen out of the room. Because I do believe fundamentally the average parent's like, yeah, you know what? Let's not have the illegal alien rapists next door. I do think the average person goes, yeah, you know what? Probably is jacked up to have children being operated on to turn them into something they're not. I don't think these are complicated things. I don't think the average parent wants their kids being taken out of the classroom without their consent, without their knowledge, and taking to the worst part of town in an ice out Marxist protests. I don't think they, I really don't. You have some Marxist morons that do. You have broken in the brain people that have been radicalized like Renee good. They do. But not many. Not many. And so the job is to punch through the BS and all the other stuff that sucks the oxygen out of the room that gains all the attention. The distance between common sense and outrageousness has never been greater between the two major political parties.

30:32

The distance between common sense and outrageousness. That's all we're talking about here. There is nothing but outrageousness on the other side anymore. Nothing. It is absurd on its face right down the line. Let's go to, let's see, we have got Robbie hanging out in Texas. Robbie, welcome to the show. Oh, we don't have Robbie standing by. Okay. Well, then, let's see. We got Ed. Ed in Grand Junction, Colorado. Oh, we don't. Okay, we don't have Ed either. All right. Well, in that case. Okay, Theodore, we do have standing on the line. Okay, we'll take Theodore then. Theodore. Welcome to the show. Hi, there. Say, on this debate about the Save Act. First of all, I need to say that I'm in favor of having identification in order to vote. But this, actually, in the historical contest, this debate goes way, way, way back. Originally in this country, you had to have, you had to be a property owner in order to vote. And that got whittled away and whittled away until the theory became predominant that as long as you were an adult who was breathing, that you had the right to vote. And basically, it's a universal suffrage argument that Chuck Schumer is putting out there, that everybody should be able to vote as long as they're a human being. And the counter argument is that, no, you have to have a stake in the country in order to vote. And the stake in the country is the most intellectually defensible position because those are the only people that care what happens next. They care about the future. They care about the state of the country. It's prosperity. It's safety. If you don't have a stake in the country, well, you're just going to vote for whoever buys you vote. That's all. Which is obviously how we got here and what this is about. Good call. Appreciate you being in there. And this is where ultimately the conversation is already won. It just needs to be front and center. We have approximately 80 to 90% of the country that's behind us on this. If it were made the front burner issue, Chuck Schumer would have to account for calling it racist. And there's no way that he would be able to filibuster this thing. And it's part of what we need to make happen. Be right back. Brian Mud in for the great one. Mudd Love in.

33:16

Fox News can confirm the reporting by the New York Post that one of the neighbors of Nancy Guthrie reported to authorities that a week before her disappearance, he saw a white unmarked van that was parked on this street. Yeah, it's Fox's Alicia Cunia. You know, Fox's been all over it, all the news outlets been all over it, and the Nancy Guthrie situation, horrible, awful, sad, tragic. I've said prayers for her. Pray for a lot of things every night, and I have prayed for her too. It's received a disproportionate amount of attention given the world-changing events that are taking place right now, the major issues that will shape this country. I understand the sensational aspects of it. There's so much more in the state of play right now. We can change. The fate of history. If we focus on the right things as a country, conservatives can win this midterm election cycle, despite all the odds, if focus on the deliverables. I'm going to have a lot of those deliverables coming up in the third hour, by the way. And as for the broken and the brain elements of the left right now. You've got the ice out thing. I was thinking about it. You know, there's almost, their brains are like iced out. And I think what's happened here, you've known no doubt notice that it's been unusually cold, commonly historically cold everywhere. You know, we even set record lows in South Florida, here in West Palm Beach. Never in the city's recorded history. We had back-to-back days below freezing as in below 32 degrees. We got 30 and 31 earlier. Never had happened. So I think literally what's happened is that you've had some people that have just had the brains frozen. And I think that the ice out movement has prolific. Minneapolis, not a coincidence, right? I mean, thinking about how cold that's been. So that being the epicenter of the ice health thing makes perfect sense. Literally, their brains have been frozen and all common sense along with it. Be right back. Brian Mud in for the great one. Mark Levitt. This segment of the podcast is exclusively sponsored by Pure Talk. Pure Talk offers great coverage and can save your family money on your wireless bill every single month. Now, broadcasting from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-district building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin.

36:25

The Save Act was important to guarantee only citizens vote to prove citizenship or registration. Let's add federal voter ID. It polls at 80%. And by the way, it pulls at 80% no matter what your skin color is. It is a highly popular provision. Ding, ding, ding. Ding, ding. That is Chip Roy, the sponsor of the Save Act in the House who got it past April of last year in the House. As you have Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats filibustering it. By the way, a growing number of Republicans, including a couple I talked to, including one of my senators, Rick Scott this week, that are saying, look, we need to end the legislative filibuster. It was something Trump's been talking about. Democrats are going to do it as soon as they get in there. It's time. So I will see. We'll see. Brian Muddin for the great one, Mark Levin. Mark is back with us on Monday. And in the meantime, look, it's always an honor and a pleasure being here with you. Appreciate you allowing me the opportunity and sharing time. Democrats want maximum voter fraud. Democrats want maximum voter fraud. And also the real shutdown battle begins. I'm going to weave into this. It's related to a lot of the points that I was talking about in the first hour. If you happen to miss it, I'll give you a little bit that'll catch up to speed. But for the most part, you need to go back and catch the other podcast when you can get the first hour of tonight's show. I was taking a look at the, I was sorry about iced out brains before the top of the hour. And. I do think there is, there's something to it. You know, you take a look at the absurdity on the left and how maybe the cold can actually influence people. You take a look at the people that are part of the iced out movement. You know, I was thinking about this even. The highly questionable decision making of a lot of different people, who, for example, as a self-respecting man. would go, yeah, you know who I am. Oh, who are you? I'm a bad bunny. You're bad bunny? Yeah, I'm bad bunny. Right. That's even more absurd than like the marshmallow. Remember when somebody was saying, hey, have you heard that song for marshmallow? Yeah, sorry, you know, managed to miss the, the marshmallow. Like, hey, did you, did you hear that great Grammy speech by the Bad Bunny? Yeah, no, I'm trying to quit. Yeah, I actually think there's a lot that is explained here through the absurdity of the iced out brains that broken in the brain, leftism in general. I think any adult man that would refer to himself as a bad bunny speaks for itself. So I'm not surprised that he would go to the Grammys and say, I'm going to say ice out. Still doesn't explain why Roger Goodell tapped.

39:46

Jay-Z to deal with things in the Super Bowl halftime show. Jay-Z, picking a bad bunny, makes perfect sense, along with Green Day. The more anti-American, the better as far as he's concerned. One of the things that I was referencing in the first hour is the extent to which radicalism has become mainstream in the Democrat Party. And this is something that we have to be careful about. I mentioned in terms of gender transitioning of minors, and we had two big stories that really didn't make the news this week, but are big. That will have a huge impact going forward. Thankfully, one in an extremely positive way. Just 56% of adults say, yeah, you know what? We should ban gender transitioning of minors. Again, at least it's a majority. Thank God for that. But still, you've got a lot of people and you're like, how does this happen? How do we end up as a society and having, I don't know, maybe somewhere in the order of 40% of people are going, yeah, you know, let's take the little girl and turn her into a boy. I mean, it just broken in the brain, right? Amoral as can be. So. There's a lot of this, the conditioning. And we talked a lot over the years and certainly Mark has about the impact of the education establishment, removing God from society, putting the Department of Education over education, making sure that God was fully rooted out. And then in the absence of that, you get mental health issues all over the place. I've talked about that at length. We saw a quadrupling, the first generation of kids that went through schools after the Department of Education took over in 80. The first generation, you had a fourfold increase in mental health illness, and it's only gone higher since then. And at the same time, we have ample evidence, and Harvard has proven this, that the more connected to a belief in God, a child is at an early age, and the more involved they are with their faith, the less likely they are to have mental health issues and the happier they are, the better performing they are in school too. It's kind of funny how that works, right? But when you take a look at the Democrat Party, the low-mind virus, the iced out brain, it really has impact in it a big way. And in a way that is more concerning on this issue than just about anything else I've seen. So UGov recently polled and found more Americans supporting abolishing ICE at 46% than keeping it at 43. Now, a couple things about that. It's one poll. It could be off by several points, and maybe it's 46, 43 going the other way. But I'm not getting hung up on, you know, a few points here or there. The broader point remains that it looks like at a minimum. You've got as many Americans that right now are saying, yeah, you know what? We should abolish eyes as keeping it. And what's driven that is a near unanimousness among Democrats. To put this in perspective, last summer, the same UGuff poll, you only had 27% who said we should abolish ICE. So think about this. Nearly twice as many people.

Almost all who are Democrats have been radicalized to believe just in recent months that there should be no law enforcement agency to enforce immigration policy. Honestly, and I do just wonder sometimes that I don't say this to be mean, just to be real, how absolutely dumb do you have to be? to think that we could never enforce immigration policy and still have a country. And what's more is that almost all Democrats now support keeping people who are 914% more likely to commit crimes in their communities near their families. Again, by the end of the Biden administration, the average non-citizen in the United States, was 914% more likely to commit a crime than you. Not than, you know, like Chuck Schumer, but you. The average American. And while almost all Democrats cite affordability as their family's top concern, they are evidently so uneducated, so indoctrinated, so. just not connecting the dots bright enough in the brain to know that the number one factor behind Biden inflation and the lingering impact of inflation as a result of the open border and illegal immigration. And that actually President Trump's efforts to combat illegal immigration are directly related to the decline in the inflation rate. Remember how all the economists said, oh my gosh, the Trump tariffs is going to be so inflationary. This is going to be horrible. And all we've seen is that the rate of inflation has come down. The reason, the number one reason why the broken in the brain economists have been wrong yet again on the tariffs. And we've actually seen the rate of inflation going down the record number of deportations that took place last year. That's why. Every single illegal immigrant in this country is inflationary. Every single illegal alien we get out of this country helps spring down the rate of inflation. It's impossible to reconcile I care about affordability with let's keep the illegal aliens here and end ice. But this is what almost all Democrats now think. What's more is that Pew Research just found and their related study on the topic, but now only 10% of Democrats think it's okay for ICE agents to cover their face. So again, we're talking about radical positions of an entire party. Nine and 10 Democrats now think evidently it's kind of cool for doxing. Think it's kind of cool for the families and the children of ICE officers to be stalked, to be harassed, Whatever else. That's okay. Nine and ten Democrats, I'll think that's okay. And what I'll tell you on this piece of it, because I'm a day to walk. I analyze stuff all day every day. It's what I do. Sometimes for fun, sometimes for work, often for both. I can't say that I've ever seen.

46:54

The radicalizing of nearly an entire political party happened so quickly. It's really happened fast here. But then again, you know, it also has coincided with record cold in a lot of places, hence the operating theory about the whole I-style brain thing. So I think, you know, you just get the clinical trials. You know, go and get those underway. See what happens when, and this is probably what it is. It's probably what happens when you have long-term TDS that is combined with record cold temps. Long-term TDS, record cold temps, broken in the brain. Ice out kind of related stuff. My operating hypothesis at this point. So yeah, Democrats, they want maximum voter fraud. The real shutdown battle begins. I'm going to tee that up next. I'm Brian Mudd and for the great one.

You know what Pure Talk's favorite holiday is? President's Day, because they believe wireless service should only cost you a couple of presidents. Just a Jackson and a Lincoln, to be exact. For $25 a month, Pure Talk gives you unlimited talk, text, plenty of data. Now compare that to big wireless. They'd rather celebrate Benjamin Netanyahu Franklin Day so they can charge your family hundreds every month, and he wasn't even a president. That's not right. You deserve better. Pure Talk is an American wireless company that supports our veterans and invests in a U.S. only customer service team. When you call, you're talking to someone right here at home. Pure Talk uses the same towers as the big carriers, so enjoy superior 5G coverage without the inflated price. Just $25 a month for talk. Talk text, plenty of data, no contract, no cancellation fee. Don't wait any longer, folks. Go to puretalk.com slash Levine. PureTalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N. You'll get 50% of your first month. Again, that's puretalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N to make the switch to Pure Talk. So this bill is real simple. One, if you can't, you have to prove your citizen to register to vote and vote. Number two, we have voter ID. Yeah, so that was Senator Rick Scott to me earlier this week. And so just talking about the very basic things that are in the Save Act that is overwhelmingly popular, but is being called Jim Crow 2.0 by Chuck Schumer, filibustered by Senate Democrats, and buried in the news cycle by things that are not going to be of consequence to you or your family or of anything while we have massive world-changing news like. I don't know, the 40 most popular prescribed drugs that are now 80% cheaper because of Trump RX, what we have that is going on with child mutilations in gender transitioning, the ability to push through the Save Act, but also the real shutdown battle that's set to begin. Because eight days from right now, if nothing changes, well, DHS, ice funding runs dry. Democrats want maximum voter fraud. Happy Friday, everybody. You already knew this, though. We talked about it a little bit in the first hour, but let me drive some things through here, touch on some different threads. Now, as I'm inclined to say, you've got two sides of stories, one side of facts, and it is a fact that congressional Democrats except for four want maximum opportunity for voter fraud. Their constituents don't because, again, It's somewhere between an 80 to 90% issue that their constituents want the Save Act, want proof of citizenship and voter ID. But the elected Democrat officials, they want maximum voter fraud because all but four in Congress will not vote for it. So it's not my opinion. It's not conjecture that Democrats want maximum voter fraud. It is stone cold.

51:11

Ironclad, indisputable fact. And it's very easy to back all of this up when you see that the actions speak louder than words. One of the things that's remarkable about the SAVE Act, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act that's being called Jim Crow 2.0 is obviously it's not a new idea. It's not a new bill. The legislation. that does those two very simple things, just saying, hey, are you a legal citizen? Oh, okay, good. And voter ID, oh, yeah. You know, like kind of ID you'd have to provide to get a prescription drug to go to an airport to do pretty much anything in our society. But not to vote. No, you could have somebody who ended up sidling it. During the Biden administration, you could have somebody who crossed the southern border who went up to a border patrol. Agent and said, a essay, this where I say asylum. And that beaten down border patrol agent said, oh, yeah, we got another magic A word person. Here are all the NGOs and all the pamphlets. You want a five star in Manhattan? We have plenty of good accommodations across the country. Just choose. We want you to be as comfortable as possible paid for by the American taxpayer. In fact, we are willing to create homeless Americans and drive up the costs of living because we're going to put, I don't know, maybe 10, 15 million of bogus asylum seekers like you in the affordable housing paid for by the people that are now being taxed out of their homes and can't afford stuff. So that same person, that was a magic A word person, under the Biden administration, that same person now could just, in a state like Minnesota, for example, do what? Show up on the same day of an election and say, uh, essay, would I say, I'm Bob Smith? Oh, Bob Smith. I see you right here. Yeah, you're registered. Here's your, here's a ballot, Bob Smith. Hey, thank you. Yeah. We got no ID. Yeah, Bob Smith was registered. Go vote. Now. One of the things that is so often said about this kind of stuff is, oh, there's no voter fraud. There's no further. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Since 1982, there have been 1,620 proven cases of voter fraud. There have been 1,382 criminal convictions for voter fraud related to those cases. There's been proven voter fraud in all 50 states. There's been evidence voter fraud in every election cycle. There have been 13 criminal convictions for voter fraud within the past year, including one that took place within even my home state of Florida, where we have really good election integrity. To put this in perspective, we average 38 cases of voter fraud that are uncovered and successfully prosecuted every single year.

Let alone, whatever we don't know, like what the FBI might find coming out of Fulton County with their raid this week as well. Be right back. Brian Mut-in for Mark Levin. You know what Pure Talk's favorite holiday is? President's Day, because they believe wireless service should only cost you a couple of presidents. Just a Jackson and a Lincoln, to be exact, for $25 a month, Pure Talk gives you unlimited talk, text, plenty of data. Now compare that to big wireless. Again, that's puretalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N to make the switch to Pure Talk. More logic than allowed by law. The Mark Levin, call now at 877-381-381. It's the first time U.S. and Iranian negotiators have held talks since the U.S. and Israel bombed Iran's nuclear sites last June. Iranian state-run media said both sides agreed to meet again. Present for the talks alongside U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is U.S. Syncom commander, Admiral Bradley Cooper, who has been assembling an armada in the Middle East to include a U.S. aircraft carrier strike group. Oh, by the way, something else that's pretty big that's going on that's not making the news that you had Iran at the negotiation table and that... We have not seen an escalation this week. You know, apparently, they learned a thing or two, the Mullahs in Iran. You know, you had the Armana that was sitting outside of Venezuela. Trump kept going to Maduro saying, look, you really want to work with me here and did not get the message. He apparently thought that, man, those Cubans were really going to defend him. And so we made Maduro and his wife go missing, obviously, and a very successful mission until they re-merged in New York. And now you have the Mullahs in Iran, you have the Ayatollah that are negotiating. This could be significant. Stand by for news. Hey there, Brian in for Mark Levin. You catch me socially at Brian Mud Radio, the Brian Mud Show podcast, wherever you get your podcast. The great one back with us on Monday. But you don't have to wait that long to get the Mark Levin show. No, Life Liberty, Levin, the Fox News channel, 8 o'clock Eastern tomorrow with Stephen A. Smith. You know, you got the Bad Bunny Super Bowl on Sunday. And you got Stephen A. Smith with the great one tomorrow.

57:52

That is must-see TV. I'm actually far more interested in Mark and Stephen A on the Super Bowl than anything going on with the Super Bowl itself. So go ahead, tune in. In 8 o'clock Eastern, Fox News Channel tomorrow, hit the DVR. I've always record that stuff. Now we never have to worry about missing him. The real shutdown battle is about to begin. This is all part of the whole voter ID concern that Jim Crow 2.0 by Chuck Schumer. It's all part of the efforts because ultimately they want illegal immigrants to become future Democrat voters. This is what we know. It's the political calculus. But what we're getting ready for, the continued attempted facilitation. of illegal immigration. The real shutdown battle is set to begin. What's getting ready to happen here over the next week is going to be big time. It's going to be maybe the most important week preceding the midterm elections themselves. So yeah, earlier this week, the partial government shutdown that once again did not have any impact on the average American ended. But what's really about to begin, the biggest fight over ICE that we've had yet. And, you know, I've shared the latest research showing that effectively almost all Democrats are now on board with abolishing ICE entirely. Very extreme position. We just should not have any immigration policing in this country. If an illegal immigrant gets in here, they get to stay permanently. That's the idea here. No enforcement. That is. The Democrat position now. Holy crap. And just imagine if they get in power again what happens, right? And see, when I say almost all Democrats, unlike Chuck Schumer, you know, talking about the Save Act, where you have, based upon your poll of choice, somewhere between. 83 and 93% of all Americans, including the overwhelming majority of Democrats, including the overwhelming majority of black Democrats that want the Save Act passed. And yet Chuck Schumer calls it Jim Crow 2.0. Now, in this case, almost all Democrats abolishing ICE, I'm talking about the constituents. Not the politicians. I actually don't think there is many Democrat politicians that are completely on board with abolishing eyes as there are their constituents now. And again, it is beyond me how the average Democrat living the typical life trying to raise the typical family could possibly be on board with keeping criminal illegal immigrants in their communities in proximity to their kids. It just, are you what's wrong with you people, regardless of political preferences? thinking, yeah, we just don't need any immigration police. Now, a lot of this, I do think, is in part because of misinformation that had been peddled on the left, that Long had said that illegal immigrants are less likely to commit crimes in American citizens. This was advanced for decades. And again, I have broken this down. I've shared it many times on this show. Lord knows how many on my show.

1:01:32

That blatantly untrue, most recently 914% more likely to commit crimes than you. But regardless, and this is what really is going on, the Trump administration has averaged removing 1,295 criminal illegal immigrants per day since Trump became president of the United States. 1,295 criminal illegal immigrants per day, gonzo since Trump got back in office. And you wonder why crime has declined by double digit percentages during this time. You know, I mentioned this heading into the Trump administration. We, things have gotten so bad because of the back crap crazy open borders and criminal illegal immigrants flooding into this country from all over the world. We got to the point where approximately a quarter of all crime was committed by illegal immigrants. Almost a quarter of all crime in this country. People that had no lawful right to be here in the first place. So yeah, the progress we've made, year one, you take double digit decreases in crime. And yet, and yet you have the left of wants. Once more crime, once more warm and fluffy criminal illegal immigrants. And I have significant long-term fears about what's going to happen the next time a Democrat is elected president. But what can't happen is backtracking in the present. What can't happen is just throwing up the hands and not trying to educate people that have at least a couple dots that can be connected in their brain still with information. Elected Democrats have already stated that they want to restrict ICE, this is the demand here now, to only detain those with an arrest warrant. Okay, so as we talk about, what is it that Democrats are getting ready to dig in on over the past, over the next week? They are saying only those with an arrest warrant. Now, here's the first thing. How is this always reported by your godless soulless and slanders news media that these people are undocumented, right? Well, these are undocumented migrants. They're just the warm and fluffy migrants. They're just, you know, poor, tired asylum seekers. Again, 97% of all asylum seekers turn out to be nothing more than illegal immigrants. I'm not going back through the analysis to explain why that's the case, but it's a fact. 97% of them are BS bull crap criminals. Never should have been here. Just liars. And not a surprise that when your first act in this country is breaking the law, you tend not to start respecting them. But if they're undocumented, if you have people that are undocumented, riddle me this way. How do you get an arrest warrant for somebody you don't have documentation on? Question one. Now, a lot of these we do, obviously, like the criminal illegal immigrants, that local sanctuary jurisdictions release back into communities rather than turning them over lawfully to the only authority on immigration in this country, which is ICE and Border Patrol. But even in that instance, how many local activist judges, how many Minneapolis judges, for example, do you think are going to issue warrants to ICE?

1:05:15

when requested. But the bigger thing here, as we take a look at the effort as well for ICE officers not to be able to conceal their identity, despite the widespread doxing, they also want to intimidate ICE from being able to do their job. They want to intimidate people from ever becoming an ICE officer. They want to put an end to detention centers, among other things. They can't be allowed to win on this. One of the massive points in what has been so effective. I mentioned that the Trump administration has average removing 1,295 criminal illegal immigrants per day. Those are just the criminals. Then you get another few hundred hundred per day. that are removed alongside that they were in proximity to the criminal illegal immigrants who were swept up by ICE when they detained the criminal illegal immigrants or the targets. But the much bigger thing, and this has been the historic success, what led to 3 million deportations last year. For all the people that were taking a look at what was going on, I'm like, oh, Trump's serious about this. and all the demonization of places like alligator alcatraz and all the detention facilities. You've had a lot of people who went, you know what, I'm not going to wait around and see if I get scooped up by ice. So I'm outy. I'm going to go ahead and do the self-deportation thing. For every illegal alien in year one that was deported by the Trump administration, over four more deported themselves, saving us $17,000. That's how much it costs to detain and deport the average illegal alien, saving us $17,000 per person in the process. And a big part of what they're trying to do here. By making it sound reasonable. We just want arrest warrants. So the average moron on the left goes, well, yeah, yeah. They would have to get an arrest warrant to get me to try to sound reasonable to a broken in the brain base. The whole idea is suddenly to put the narrative out there if they were to win on something like this. Oh, if. If there's not a warrant out for me, I don't have anything to worry about. And that would put an end to the self-deportations. That is the hidden secret behind everything else that the left is working on here. Again, what is the objective of the left? The objective of the left is to keep the maximum number of illegal aliens in this country. Why? Because they believe that they are their voters. In some cases now, in some cases in the future, regardless, that's the entire idea here. And so the number one way that illegal aliens are going away is on their own.

1:08:18

Choosing to leave because they see ICE and communities. They hear the stories of people that get detained. And then they get some, they don't want to do that. They want to do it on their own terms. That is the number one objective that Democrats are trying to cut off at the pass. This next week, critically important in this country's history. Brian Mud in for the great one. We capture together under President Trump's leadership, six of the FBI's most wanted fugitives in one calendar year. Kash Patel FBI director. And again, you know, we took down the Benghazi terrorists. How many people knew we were even working on that? That happened today. The number of deliverables that are out there is remarkable by the Trump administration. And as I mentioned, the biggest news all week isn't really what's been in the news. The stuff that really is going to shape the country, shape the world, the rest of the way, not really making news. We've got bad bunnies. We've got the really sad story of Nancy Guthrie. We've got Trump posting the video that he had to deliver. The stuff that matters. I'm going to get into a lot of the deliverables. And the political calculus and the actual calculus coming up next hour. Get to some of your thoughts here. Let's go to Nancy in South Paris, Maine, been hanging on patiently where it is currently 14 degrees. God bless you. Yes, it is. And thank you so much for taking my call. And you're doing a great job. And Mark is absolutely fabulous. So I just wanted to share my experience with you in my opinion. I'm in the health care profession, and I was having a very private conversation. I don't know, maybe a little less than a year ago with another nurse, very private, very quiet, almost did a whisper because, God forbid, you know, the Kool-Aid drinkers are slithering around and overhear what you say and twist it and misrepresent it, which is exactly what happened. So my verbiage exactly to that nurse. was that I think that anybody that goes behind the parents back to encourage irreversible medical procedure or hormonal treatment to a minor is basically committing child abuse in my opinion. Amen. And should be held accountable and locked up. So, and I'm talking whisper, okay? So this individual who, um, who had a bone to pick with me because I kept calling her out for not doing her job. I was superior to her in my position. She went to the management and reported me as saying that I said all trans people should be locked up. So that precipitated me probably losing my position. And then I did talk to one of the supervisors about, you know, how our security individuals had no weapons or any type of anything to defend or protect anybody with. So Aberna.

1:12:52

in my opinion, would be a great, you know, choice. Non-lethal self-defense. Sure. At least there's something. Well, that didn't go over real big. And then we were talking about the Chinese grow houses. And I said, well, these people are basically slaves. They're living on mattresses on the floor in humid, chemical, ridden, humidified grow houses. And the people that, you know, trafficked them here that they're paying their debt to, you know, are in who knows where, Massachusetts, New York, China, right? I said, so these people are really victims. Yes, they're illegal aliens. and they're, you know, communist Chinese, and they don't belong here, but they're not the big fish. So I got in trouble for talking about that. I mean, and it wasn't even outward. These are like itty-ditty private conversations that people over here deliberately. So anyways, that's been my experience, and now I have a specialty, and I'm in a good place. Well, thank you for holding the line and being there. And I appreciate you, you know, standing up for what's right, what you believe in, and a very difficult circumstance. And there is nothing more important than standing up for those who can't stand up for themselves. And when you talk about child mutilations, it is the most important thing that this society ever thought. could be acceptable that anybody could do this. And, you know, the Hippocratic O, do no harm. I mean, this is why every single, and I have never stepped down, I will never will, no apologies. Every single medical practitioner who has ever participated in gender transitioning of a minor should be behind bars. We should throw away the key. Period. End of story. It is a moral. It is abhorrent. And I think that we are beginning to see this week term on that issue. Be right back. Brian Mud in for Mark Levin.

Folks, Mark Levin here with a new episode of On the Frontlines, my original podcast series and partnership with the great international fellowship of Christians and Jews. This week's episode, Nations Under God, comes at a remarkable moment, America's 250th anniversary and a decades-long friendship with a state of Israel that remains as vital as ever. Joining me is Yalel Eckstein, the great president and CEO of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. as we explore how this alliance was built. From Truman's recognition of Israel to the leaders and moments that shaped the partnership rooted not just in strategy, but in shared faith and values. We'll look at how that bond is endured through the decades, why it still matters in a time of global uncertainty, and what's at stake if the next generation forgets the history and principles behind it. On the front lines isn't about looking back, it's about understanding what must be carried forward. Find the latest episode of On the Frontlines on the Mark Levin show podcast feed wherever you get your podcast. Subscribe now and join us on the front lines of freedom, faith, and fellowship. He's here. He's here. Now, broadcasting from the Underground Command Post, deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-district building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark the Ben. Zubar Albuqqq landed at Andrew's Air Air Force Base at 3 a.m. this morning. He is in our custody. He was greeted by Director Kash Patel and U.S. Attorney Janine Piro. We have never stopped seeking justice for that crime against our nation. Yeah, you know, the four Americans and the Lost U.S. Embassy that Hillary Clinton saw to it that... You know, had killed. And Obama on board with it, evidently, as well. So, yes, the before dead Americans lost embassy because of Hillary Clinton and Brock. I mean, in the Clinton's defense, if you think about it, I mean, so many more dead people around them than those four Americans. So, you know, not all unusual. Hey there, Brian Mud in for Mark Levin. And you can catch me at Brian Mud Radio socially, the Brian Mud show. podcast wherever you get your podcast it is truly an honor and a pleasure always to be here with you and i'll just uh text you with my wife during the brain he's like i've got five hours of stuff i want to talk to you about and just the three hours to try to work it in and so they talk about the political calculus and the actual calculus we end to the third hour here the political calculus and the actual calculus there's so much that is going on that is important in separating the politics from the deliverables because the deliverables are amazing what the trump administration is accomplishing that you don't even hear about is amazing so immigration policy right this is the political calculus it's been front center of domestic policy for the first month plus of this year Minneapolis you're at the center

1:18:15

And that remained the case this week as far as policy stuff has gone. Yet the brief partial government shutdown centered around ICE policies. Lots of an even bigger battle that is squarely focused on the Department of Homeland Security that is about to begin. So DHS funding is only in place until Valentine's Day. Or in other words, We are eight days away from DHS not having its funding. That includes ICE. It also includes TSA workers. What's set to take place next week figures to include the peak of the left's political grandstanding in favor of criminal illegal aliens and against ICE enforcement policy. It was quiet this week. This is the buildup. They're waiting for the big show, the big grandstanding stuff that is going to happen next week. You can expect impassioned speeches by Sparty. You know, Sparty might break out. He's sometimes good for a tear or two, right? He might actually produce some tears for the poor, warm and fluffy migrants. that are convicted rapists, murderers, abusers, that he wants to protect in society. But they're just undocumented warm and fluffy migrants. You might see Sparty break out of tear. Of course, Cory Booker, the reference there. And you can expect another absurd speech by Pocahontas, too. By the way, I did this yesterday. This was a good time. I was actually like, you know what? I haven't heard anybody break out Fokohannas for a while. And so on Microsoft's Bing, if you type in Fokohannis, Microsoft's Bing. will identify. You know how it comes up with like, you know, the person and who they are and everything? All you have to do is search for Focohannis and you will come up with Elizabeth Warren, American politician. By the way, as an aside, it's kind of like a small example of why I prefer Edge and Bing over Chrome and Google, just saying. But anyway, the whole reason that we're in this place is, of course, due to what had been a political calculus. Because as you may recall, Democrats are already struck a deal with Republicans for DHS and ICE funding. The House had passed it a couple of weeks ago. But before the Senate took up the bill. I mean, if two weeks ago today, as soon as the House had passed it, the Senate had taken up that stuff, it would have passed and it would have been done. But no, no, no, and that's Saturday, the Alex Preddy killing happened, right? Now, if you really think about it, in the grand scheme of anything, what should one incident have to do with the funding decision that was already made over the entire Department of Homeland Security? But it did.

1:21:47

It wasn't that your average Democrat politician is like, oh my gosh, I've changed my entire worldview now that Alex Pretty is dead. Look at these monsters. We've got to do something. No. It's BS. It's all grandstanding nonsense. You know it. They're full of crap. Democrats, demonstrably the pro-criminal illegal alien party. They just saw the opportunity to leverage Freddie's death and into Grantsay. It's the rules for radicals thing. Never let a crisis go away. This one's good. We can go ahead and use this. Your average sycophant elected Democrat is glad. That Preddy's dead. They were looking for stuff like that to happen. You've actually had these Marxists that have been radicalizing and using the signal app that have been trying and encouraging to get violent responses from mice. So they could do something like this. Straight out of the rules for radicals playbook. And so they flipped to that page. And then they pretended that, oh, that we just, we can't do it now. We can't fall through with what we had agreed to previously. We just cannot fund this. And Christy, no, she's got to go. So your political calculation is all about the grandstanding. It's about less immigration enforcement to try to achieve their objective as the pro-illegal alien party. The one that cares about future votes from illegal aliens does not care about rapist, murderers, horrible people being in proximity to legal Americans in their families and kids. But while Democrats are no doubt preparing their made-for-campaign ad speeches that they're going to try to fundraise off for the broken and the brain crowd out there that is radicalized to this stuff. You have other political calculuses in play. You have some of these political calculuses that are playing out on the right. But the difference is you have the deliverables too. Because there is historic success that's not being talked about and delivered by the day. So let's talk about the actual calculus. From Border Patrol and ICE, here's what's happened and what we've learned this week. One, January produced the fewest attempted border crossings in American history. Fewest attempted border crossings in American history. Total attempts. Not people I got across. People that even bothered to try to get to that southern border and figure out what was going to happen when they got there. 93% lower than the typical January. And for the ninth consecutive month, There was not a single attempted border crosser released into this country. So in other words, the Trump administration's year one policy has been so effective that we are now at the point where only 7% of would-be illegal aliens, also known as the Magic A-Wort people of the Biden administration,

1:25:09

even try to play that game anymore. What is the best form of dealing with the problem? It's prevention, right? Prevention as opposed to confrontation, always the best possible policy. That's amazing prevention. Historic prevention. Two, Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota, it's continued to progress, including this week. Now, despite Minneapolis being the very epicenter of the current political debate, DHS, they had a new milestone this week. Over 4,000 illegal aliens having been removed from Minnesota just during the surge part of the current campaign. And as noted by DHS, they've detained your run-of-the-mill warm and fluffies, including, yes, murderers, pedophiles, rapists, gang members, and terrorists. These are the people. All of these ice out. Broken in the brain Marxist anarchist out there. These are the people that they are trying to protect. These are the ones that they are obstructing ICE from capturing. Actual murderers, pedophiles, rapists, gang members, and terrorists. Again, how nuts do you have to be? How brain dead do you have to be to fight to protect that? And to keep it close to you and your family. So these are the people that elected Democrats prefer over ICE agents. Elected Democrats. And this is a fact. Again, there are two sides of stories, one side of facts. Actions, words. Democrats are trying to kneecap ice right now, right? Democrats. welcomed the open borders and all these people coming in. It is a fact that every congressional Democrat, except for four, as of now, have assumed the position of preferring illegal alien murderers, pedophiles, rapists, gang members, and terrorists over ICE officers. over law enforcement in this country. So importantly, the actual calculus, meaning DHS and I is doing what needs to be done to prevent illegal immigrants and to continue to combat illegal immigration. It made progress.

1:27:58

And that is also part of the political calculus by the Trump administration's made news this week. So while Democrats continue to demonize law enforcement, continue to prioritize criminal illegal immigrants over their constituents, you've had the two notable political calculuses. First, borders are Tom Homan, who of course assumed to operational control over Minnesota, said that there would be the drawdown of 700 ICE agents in Minneapolis. And what amounts to... a meaningful de-escalation. However, far from a retreat because you still have 2,000 ice officers on the ground. While President Trump said what? He told NBC News that, you know what? The Department of Homeland Security could use a little bit of a softer touch. You know, I could use a little bit of a softer touch. Not warm and fluffy, but it was softer. Not the invisible touch because, you know, Phil Susan Collins was a communist. is, but, you know, his music, communist, but softer. So while Democrats are gearing up for a bunch of demands, the Trump administration can show that they've already listened to the concerns of citizens. They've already adjusted policy accordingly. They can illustrate that quite literally they have. Removed murderers, pedophiles, rapists, gang members, and terrorists that Democrats have been trained to fight and keep at the local level. While at the same time, Democrats are calling the SAVE Act that approximately 90% of people, including almost all Democrats as well, want to have passed. They're calling that Jim Crow 2.0. While most Americans. want to see a permanent ban on child mutilations, aka child transitioning, that they support. You begin to see these things coming together with the news and the way it's played out this week. And again, this is why Republicans staying on message and actually news outlets covering real news rather than the things that pull at heartstrings or are just sensational and don't actually matter in the grand scheme of life. The sanctuary state of Minnesota had been flouting federal immigration law refusing to comply with ISIS 287G policy. This is another deliverable this week. And this is why you are able to get the drawdown with Tom Homan. This is where local enforcement agencies would turn over detained illegal immigrants to ICE, which has jurisdictional authority, rather than just releasing them back into communities. What Tom Homan got this week was the agreement from local governments to do this. So what's happened here is a way for tympan walls and for small fry to claim a little bit of a victory while the Trump administration has the deliverables that are in place, the prevention policy that's in place, which is a lot better than having to go in these neighborhoods and nab them in the first place. Be right back. Brian Mudd in for the great one. Mudd Love in.

As America celebrates 250 years of independence, we're reminded that freedom is a blessing and a responsibility. America and Israel share a unique bond of friendship rooted in faith, freedom, democracy, and the belief that every person is created with dignity and purpose. Today, that friendship matters more than ever. At this very hour, the people of Israel face ongoing deadly attacks from all sides. Jewish families live in fear and constant uncertainty. Yet through the international fellowship of Christians and Jews, Christians across America now have an opportunity to stand strong on behalf of our Jewish brothers and sisters. To commemorate this historic moment and show your support for the enduring friendship between America and Israel, you can request your free U.S. Israel flagpin today from the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. It's a simple reminder of the two nations united by shared values and of your commitment to stand with Israel. Visit levin for thefellowship.org, that's L-E-V-I-N for the Fellowship.org, to request your U.S.-Israel flagpin today. That's Levine for thefellowship.org, L-E-V-I-N for the Fellowship.org. My administration is negotiated. The United States will pay. The lowest price paid by any other country. So we're taking the lowest price paid for drugs. We will pay equal to whatever the lowest price anywhere in the world. That's the price that you're going to be paying. The deliverables. The deliverables. That is the biggest news that's happened in the past 24 hours, and it's not particularly close. You have 40 of the most commonly used prescriptions that are an average of 80% lower cost than what they were before. Trump RX is up and running. How many news outlets are covering this? Why aren't Democrats that are always so concerned about? greater affordability and bringing down the cost and really holding the line with these drug companies. Why aren't they out there saying, hey, you know what? Trump got this one right. You need to go to Trump RX. You see how little they actually care about you in this moment. Who would not want you to save 80% on potentially life-saving prescription drugs? Take a look how many people are covering this in the news. Take a look at how many politicians are pointing you to it. It is remarkable, the deliverables that are happening on a daily basis that gain absolutely no attention, but are changing the course of our country in a very positive way. This is one of the biggest. The Trump RX, by the way, And I'll elaborate a bit more on this here in the other side of the bottom of the hour news. It cuts out the middleman. You've always heard we're going to cut out the middleman. What Trump has negotiated here is one of his best deals that he's ever negotiated. Be right back. Brian Mudden for Mark Levin.

1:34:50

Hi, Ryan Reynolds here for Mint Mobile. Are you looking for a beach read this summer? May I suggest your big wireless bill? It's got suspense, mystery, a slightly flat, emotional arc, and a shocking twist where you realize you've been overpaying the entire time. Fortunately, though, Mint's story is better. Every plan, $15 dollars a month a month. Even unlimited. That's it. Happy ending. Zero tears. Give it a try at mintmobile.com slash switch. Up front payment of $45 for three months, $90 for $1 for $1.20 per month. Taxes and fees extra. Initial term only greater than 50 gigabytes may slow when network is busy. See terms. If you turn off your radio and open the window, you can probably hear him straight from the studio. Call Mark Levin at 877-381-3811. Eli Lilly, who's been very helpful to us in getting this done, we'll be cutting the cost of its common insulin, drug, and medication from $200 to $25. Nobody can believe it. to $25. Yeah, basically, basically 10% of the cost now for insulin, Trump RX. Where are you hearing this? Where is this in terms of it being a top story? How many people in this country could benefit from that right now? Where is every single politician on the left who has said, Drug companies have got to bring down the price. Why is it that we pay more as Americans? We need to focus on affordability. Where are all of these BS full of crap POS hypocrites? Trump's done it. The lowest price anywhere in the world here. Most favored nation status. Cutting out the middleman. Hey there, Brian Mud in for Mark Levin. By the way, Mark is back on Monday and you can catch Life Liberty Levin. Tomorrow, APM, Fox News Channel. He's going to have Stephen A, which I think is going to be fascinating, must see in advance of the Super Bowl. I think more interesting than the Super Bowl and personal preference.

1:37:19

So here you have this website that's been established, the service that's been established that cuts out the pharmacy. You can now get the single best pricing available for many of the most widely used and popular drugs in this country. Life-saving prescriptions. Without any middleman markup at the lowest cost you could get anywhere in the world. In the grand scheme of things that impact people, seriously, what is out there that could have a bigger immediate impact that's in the news? Is it something to do with Nancy Guthrie? Again, I pray for her. It's a horrible situation. But that, I mean, that's half the news cycle. How many more people would benefit if they knew about Trump RX and the prescriptions that were available there? There's so much that is frustrating about this, but it's also an opportunity to continue to inform people and to point people in the right direction. I remain. A real is two errors on the side of optimism and believe that, yeah, you've got a lot of people that are just radicalized and there's nothing you can do about it, but you can help people that are willing to think still. People that have enough of a mind that is open to information that they can receive it and can formulate better views based upon improved information. But I also think you see, and I really. I mean this with absolute sincerity because I think you have even a lot of the news outlets that most on the right would say will get it right more often than not, how they're all more interested in ratings off of Nancy Guthrie than they are helping Americans save money, maybe save lives in the process. And this is, again, this is not the only story that is of great significance to people. that's going on right now. But I do think over the past 24 hours, what's happened here is historically impactful. This is the game change that people have been waiting for right along in prescription drugs. Sorry, Mark Cuban, by the way. Mark Cuban had his, you know, his cute little company and we're going to, uh-huh. Trump RX, Big Dog. All right, let's go to. It's been some people have been patiently hanging on that when I get to. And I got a couple out of Kansas that are on the other side of thing. This is interesting. The first one, Topeka, the next one, Leon. Let's go to Chris's been hanging on the longest here. Topeka. Chris and Topeka, welcome to the show. Thank you. It's my first time ever calling, Brian. And so I thank you for taking my call. You bet. So I've been doing some research on the Save Act. What I find real interesting is that the State Act actually has a provision in it where it says that people without citizenship documents who are U.S. citizens can try to use other evidence plus a sworn statement, but it does not specify...

1:40:56

what that other evidence can be, which leaves kind of a loophole for people who are homeless. I'm curious. I'm a veteran. Yeah, I'm sorry, go ahead. I don't mean to cut you off. Go ahead. Yeah. So, so I'm a veteran. I've actually experienced homelessness a couple of times, and we all have heard that, you know, there are veterans in America who are, in fact, homeless. No, no. It's actually a big problem. So what this does is, you know, homeless people have a hard time even getting the documents that they need. And even if they have them, they'd have no secure place to keep them, right? Okay. So a couple things here. And just because there's one thing in particular, I can provide a lot of information to address specifically what you're asking about here. Thank you for your service, by the way. And may God bless you. I hope you're in a better situation now. When you said you would research the SAVE Act and you could not find, you know, a specific, the specifics you were looking for, may I ask how or where you were, you were looking into that, that you were not able to obtain that information? Sure. So admittedly, I do love to use AI and I kind of make sure that it's got a link to a reference that I can go check out myself. And this is pulling it from a government website. Gotcha. Okay. Yeah, yeah. So just... So I'm going to... All good. I hear you and understand. I appreciate what... And the honesty there, too. So a couple things. And this is always kind of the case, AI. By the way, in my research, I will often use multiple AI tools. I'll often start with Grog. I'll work in chat GPT, copilot. Because one of the first things I do... is I look for anomalies between the AI, which you probably see this if you do this too. You put in the same thing. You'll get different responses from every single one of them at a certain level, which kind of tells you what you need to know. Where I often will do it is if I'm looking for source material, because the one thing I've got to do in my line of work is go to the source. So in this particular issue, and this is what I'm going to tell you to go to the source, if you're pulling just generically from online. And some of what AI tools could be pulling from as well. You have had proposals of SAVE acts that have gone back, I mean, in some cases, not just years, but I think decades, that never went anywhere and that were not drawn up. The SAVE Act that we are talking about, and this is a really good call in part for me to mention this, it has passed the House of Representatives. And so the SAVE Act is a bill. That was passed in April of last year in the House with actually four Democrats that went along with Republicans, all Republicans on this. And it currently sits before the United States Senate. And so what I would invite you to do is to go specifically to that bill. And I will be the first to admit that one of one of the things that I loathe in in my line of work is actually going to a bill and reading through bills. But it is worthwhile when you really want to get.

1:44:12

The bottom line on it. And so what I will tell you from the existing SAVE Act to address the concerns you just expressed, the alternative forms of documentation are these to be able to prove U.S. citizenship. Under the SAVE Act, it specifies that you may use a valid U.S. passport. An official U.S. military identification card combined with a U.S. military record of service showing the applicant's place of birth that it was in the United States. A valid government-issued photo identification card that could be federal, state, or tribal showing the applicant's place of birth was in the United States. A valid form of identification. paired, and that could be something like, you know, a state ID card, driver's license, paired with additional evidence such as a birth certificate issued by U.S. jurisdictions showing birth in the U.S. a consular report of birth abroad, a certificate of naturalization, or certificate of citizenship. and other federal documents issued under the Immigration and Nationality Act proving citizenship. And so that is the final piece there. It's very specific in all those different ways you can go about it. And then it also says, and for any other questions, you can then refer to the Immigration and Nationality Act, which memory service was passed like 93-94 and for everything that specified proving citizenship. Addressing the homeless piece in particular, because this is one I've taken on before, my state is Florida. You're in Kansas. Kansas has very strict voting laws, including mandatory photo ID, which they get that right. And so, you know, in our states, you have to have mandatory photo ID. And often people are like, well, how could a homeless person do this? Well. In some cases, if you're going to get into trying to prove documentation, you have homeless advocacy groups that will work to even obtain birth certificates if you need that. For whatever reason, you know, a homeless individual might need a birth certificate. There are organizations that can do it. And that can also help assist with being able to obtain the proper identification for photo ID to vote in states like ours that mandated. The other thing, people will say, well, what about an address? And so, for example, in my state, I don't know Kansas's law, but I know a lot of states that have these types of policies in place have similar provisions. In the state of Florida, for example, you can use any homeless shelter as your home address. That is acceptable for voter registration purposes. And there are many registered voters and many voters in the state of Florida out of homeless shelter. So. Hopefully that addresses your concerns, and I appreciate you hanging on the line. Good guy, best wishes. God bless you and all the homeless fats out there and be well. Let's go to Kevin, who is also in Kansas and Leon, who wants to take the other side of voter ID. Welcome to the show. Well, this is kind of impressive the way chance works out.

1:47:21

First, Brian, you're doing a lot of show prep. Congratulations for all the background work before you come on the air. Really appreciate it. You bet. Another person has been a homeless vet. And I have worked with a lot of homeless people. And it is a lot of people do not understand how hard it is. Like if you've lost everything in a fire or something. Sure. How hard it is. to come up with some new ID. I mean, you mentioned a birth certificate. Okay. You were born in state Topeka, Kansas. You can't go there. You can't access your bank. You don't have ID to get to the bank. You don't have bank cards anymore. Yeah. So you find somebody. Or you get some money, you get a hold of the county, and you, you, I'm trying to calm down here. You have them mail you a copy of your birth certificate. Well, you don't want your birth certificate to go to your house because your house is burned down. So you've got to find somewhere to get the birth certificate mailed to. And then you got, once you have a friend or somebody who accepts mailing the birth certificate to you, Then you sit there and you got to come up with the other IDs. It would be really, really nice if you could just walk into a police station and say, hey, my name is Joe Blow. I was born this and this and this. Please take my photo, my fingerprints, and run them, and let me come back in two days and get like a transient ID. It's an interesting idea that I would have to explore a bit more and make sure that there wouldn't be ways that could be exploited for ill. And look, I'm not trying to minimize the blind of people that have found themselves in a bad way. And I'm certainly not trying to suggest that it is an easy thing to do. As you point out, when you don't have identification, you can't do just about anything in our society. It is very hard. And one of the things I would equated to, and it's one of the reasons that... Just because something is unfortunate and something is hard doesn't mean that we should just throw out the baby with the bathwater and say, so we shouldn't have any voter ID and anybody should just be able to claim that they're whoever they are and go vote. You don't undermine your elections in the name of people that are in unfortunate circumstances. You have people that have their identity stolen that have to go through a process that in some cases is much worse than what you're explaining because everybody thinks that there's somebody they're not. Or they can't even prove that they are who they are. My sister went through this for like a year and a half. And a lot of people that have dealt with things like that. And it's awful. It's awful. But that doesn't mean that you just change an entire country's policy and make it worse to try to accommodate the unfortunate circumstance. May God bless you and again, all the homeless vets. Be right back. Brian Mud in for the great one. Mud Love in.

Kid Rock on the Turning Point USA halftime show. I was going to talk about. the halftime show. I was going to talk about the Super Bowl to wrap up the show. But in the spirit of the Super Bowl, I've got to call an audible. I've been doing this for going on in 28 years. I've come across a lot of things. I have never come across what I am seen from the call screener with Jim in Albany, New York. I've never had somebody call me up and say, I have repeatedly committed voter fraud. And nobody. would do anything about it. Jim, welcome to the show. We only have a couple minutes, but I'm fascinated. I'll be quick. So true story. I've been doing it for 10 years. I live in Albany. Albany County Board of Elections. And in Albany, when you fill out your voter registration card, you sign it. And so when you go to vote to get your ballot. They ask you for your name and they go to your page and they look at your signature and you have to sign next to your signature. So when I go in, I pull out my wallet and I show them my New York State driver's license and they say to me, oh, we don't need to see that. And I say to them, well, how do you know it's me? And they say, oh, we match your signatures. I then take the pen and I write an X and they hand me a ballot. And I said, wait a second, I thought you matched my signatures. Does that look like my signature? And the lady looks at me and she goes, oh, I guess not. And she still hands me the ballot. So I said, could you point me to the poll sitter or whatever they call him? She goes, yeah, he's standing right over there. I go over to him and I say, hey, I'd like to report voter fraud. And he gets all alarms. And he's like, oh, well, what do you mean? I said, well, I just witnessed voter fraud. And he said, well, who did it? I said, I did it. He goes, what are you talking about? And I'm saying this loud. Everybody's hearing my conversation, by the way. All of the other voters standing around. I said, I just went over to your table and showed the lady my photo ID, and she told me she didn't need to see that. I just needed to sign the book. I said, here's my signature. We got to cut it there. Any questions about New York? Any questions? God bless you. Enjoy the Turning Point USA halftime show, Brian Mudden for Mark Levin.
