2/17/26 - Peace Through Strength: The Real Deal on Iran

240 segmentsHe's here. Now, broadcasting them from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-descript building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Our number, 877-381-3811, 877-381-3811. I want to thank those of you who peeked into and listened to our inaugural videocast this afternoon. We had some technical problems getting it up over the Internet, given the nature of the process, and you've got to work those things out. It takes time to build through that. But I want to thank you all for your very kind comments. We're on YouTube and we're on Rumble. It's called Liberty's Voice with Mark Levin. Liberty's Voice YouTube. You can subscribe. Rumble, you can follow. And tomorrow we're going to get into this Iran matter because there's a lot taking place now. And it's not clear to me what's going on. Before we came on the program, I could have sworn... The time was running out for Iran and that we were going to attack maybe next week, maybe after the State of the Union address, which is next week. But what I heard reported literally minutes before the program, I'm not sure what to think. There's another meeting in two weeks. Now, look, Iran is playing this out. They're slaughtering people still. They're gone after their political enemies and their opposition. There was a piece in the Jerusalem Post. They are further centralized and control in their police state. And then one of the issues raised is, you know, they'll make certain agreements if the sanctions are lifted. If the sanctions are lifted, the regime not only survives now but forever. And they will lie about whatever they agreed to. That's what North Korea did. That is what they will do. They want the sanctions lifted so they can get more money into their system to build up their military to harden the control of the Islamist Nazi regime there. Now, I don't happen to think the president's going to fall for that. I mean, that would be an Obama deal, and it'd be worse than an Obama deal given the proclamations and declarations the president and others made. About, what is it now, almost four weeks ago, five weeks ago, six weeks ago. Then you read, we're sending 50 more fighter jets, 50 more. F-22s, F-35s, that's the top of the top. And as you know, the USS drilled Ford. If it's not there, it's almost there, it's the biggest aircraft carrier in the world, has the most planes. And, of course, it has ships that accompany it. So, honestly, we've enough firepower there now to blow aspects of that regime off the face of the earth. Nothing's easy. I get it. I really do. But a false deal is worse, far worse than no deal at all. We've seen where this winds up. And so I will continue to use my voice.
We'll continue to use this program. My Fox Show will now continue to use my video podcast to make the case for peace through strength. Peace through strength. That's YouTube, Liberty's Voice. You can subscribe. You should go there right now. Now it's a little quiet, see, because the program is airing, but it aired earlier. Or Rumble, another great site. You can follow there. It costs nothing. Those of you who aren't used to the Internet should really consider, you know, putting your toe in the water and seeing what it's like. I don't mean the whole cesspool. I mean the program that I'm talking about. It's quite different than what I do on radio and TV. Quite different. And, of course, the video you get to see. So I hope we'll be able to check that out. And tomorrow the focus will be on a rant. Today the focus was on... our founding in the Declaration. And we took the declaration word by word, phrase by phrase, and broke it down. We, I did. I gave some historical context and also explained how it is so unique, so inspiring, so fantastic how this nation was founded. And then I compared it to Marxism. the basic ideological propositions of marxism and how it was embraced by well really modern-day democrats but in the late eighteen hundreds and early nineteen hundreds you know marx died in eighteen eighty three his so-called progressive movement self-named self-characterized was, as I wrote in my book, American Marxism, the offspring of that, the Americanization of Marxism. It's not the same type of exactly Marxism that was preached by Marx himself. He being born in Germany and dying in London because they pushed him out of Germany, they wanted nothing to do with him. But we dug into a little bit of that, and we're going to dig into a lot of this. Because the American people, you all need to know exactly what's going on here. And when July 4th comes around and we're celebrating, you're going to be, I think, more patriotic and excited than ever before. You might say, I can't be more. I think you can. When you know just how fantastic and unique and rare and so forth this country really is. And how barbaric and primitive and inhumane, Marxism and Islamism are. And we're going to take our time to go through all that. But Iran is key. And again, we'll do a deep dive tomorrow, but I want to do a dive too right now. As I pulled up these articles here, just give me one second. And then you'll see why, to me, there's some level of ambiguity. Now, you might say that's intentional, which it could be, or it might be that we're not sure which road to follow in the fork of the road. Could be that, too. We have a piece here. Jerusalem Post. The U.S. sends over 50 fighter jets to Middle East and military buildup against Iran. We have another piece here that I'm going to read part of it to you a little bit. The plan Trump has already set in motion against Iran. Then we have the Associated Depressed. Iran fires missiles. Khomeini threatens to sink U.S. warship amid nuclear talks.
Jerusalem Post, Iran's Khomeini threatens U.S. Navy, suggests it could be hit so hard he cannot get up again. Another title, Iranian officials moving to consolidate power for a post-Komani era. New York Post. Iran closes ports of Strait of Hermuz for live-fire drills after Ayatollah taunts Trump. A lot going on. But this one piece I found intriguing through all the research I was doing today, the plan Trump has already set in motion against Iran. Let's take a look at that. We'll be right back. I don't know that I'll be able to. Read the entire piece. That's not necessary anyway. It's from the jcfa.org. The plan Trump has already set in motion against Iran. This is a very interesting think piece, I think. Anyone searching for the decisive American moment vis-a-vis Iran need not wait for an official announcement from the White House since that moment has already occurred. did not take place at the Pentagon nor in Congress, nor at the Security Council. He writes, or they write, it happened in Mar-Alargo. There, far from the cameras, a profound conceptual shift took place, moving from discussions about nuclear weapons and missiles to a principal decision to strike at the regime itself. The point is critical to understanding... What we have seen in recent days and especially what we are likely to see soon, they're right? This is not a random escalation, nor a series of impulsive reactions. It is a managed and carefully planned event advancing according to clearly defined stages. The first stage is already behind us, the campaign of the slain. A continuous flood of debt tolls, harrowing footage, and testimonies seeping out following a partial reopening of the Internet. This is not happening by chance. The United States, being the United States, needs a smoking gun, a cause-celeb, a justification for war. As you can imagine, this is rather left-wing. Let's continue. Americans require a moral and political rationale to legitimize a broader move. The images emerging from Iran now are not meant only to shock. They are meant to prepare. Now, why am I reading this to you? Because putting aside the radical left-wing agenda of all these groups, they're on to something. Just stick with me. The second stage is already unfolding. Talk of a siege, not a classic siege in the style of Venezuela, but the creation of a sense of tightening suffocation.
And here it is important to be precise. The Iranian regime is accustomed to living under sanctions. It is built an economy adopted to scarcity, self-production, and workarounds. Therefore, a siege alone will not bring down the regime. Nevertheless, it creates a smokescreen, an appearance of pressure, a sense that diplomacy is underway. It is a pattern Trump has used repeatedly. Now, you see, they despise Trump. And the United States continue. Then comes the third stage discourse, negotiations. Talks, call it if you will. Iran is the world champion of the bazaar. It will talk, threaten, deliver speeches while simultaneously sending quiet messages and asking for time. However, the terms placed on the table will be such that the Iranian regime cannot accept them. Not because it doesn't want to, but because it simply cannot. The real demand is not the dismantling of the nuclear program, but the dismantling of the regime's very essence. And the radical Shiite regime in Tehran cannot agree to its own dissolution. And I've talked about this in a different context, that they won't accept an agreement, even if there's a temporary pause or ceasefire where peace can be claimed. In the end, their ideology doesn't allow it. Now, from the left's perspective, they can't. From my perspective, they can't either. But from the left's perspective, it's not fair. From my perspective... It exposes them. Here the central element comes into play. Surprise. The strike when it comes will not be a symbolic event nor a one-night operation. This is not Vladizuela nor Maduro. It will be a prolonged aerial campaign. Now, I agree with that. That's been written elsewhere, but I believe that's correct. When and if it comes. It will be a prolonged aerial pain. sustained over time with repeated waves of strikes targeting regime symbols, Revolutionary Guard headquarters, the Basij, that is the inner circle around the Khomeini, and the infrastructure of control and repression. Most of the action will take place from the air, some of it by means better left unspoken. The objective is not merely to damage military capacity, but to create conditions under which the people take to the streets. And here the hard truth must be stated plainly. The Iranian people have been abandoned. Months of disconnection, unemployment, commercial collapse, and wages, not paid at all. Now, a generation with nothing left to lose is beginning to take to the streets. They're right about this. And people recording farewell messages. People have lost their homes, families, and livelihoods in effect. The barrier of fear has been broken. And this is not a wave that can be turned back, even if it subsides momentarily. Another wave will follow. Trump has reached a historic crossroads. Either he enters the history books as one who freed the Middle East from an extreme. It's hard to tell what this group is, isn't it, Mr. Producer?
Very odd. But there's a kernel in truth and everything they're saying. That's why I'm reading it to you. Trump has reached this historic crossroads. Either he enters the history books as the one who freed the Middle East from an extremist regime that destabilizes the global order, or he falls into the Iranian trap of delays, prolonged talks, and stalling tactics. With the withdrawal of opportunity limited by the midterm elections and with understanding that what began on October 7 was a broad Iranian attempt to destroy Israel through proxies, the moment of decision is approaching, perhaps not this week, but soon, most likely very soon. Well, let's see who we're dealing with here. The fellow who wrote this is Sajiv Asulin. an expert on Iranian influence their right, an operation, strategic perception at the Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs, J.CFA, a former senior commander and so forth. Well, the beginning of the article sure sounded like he was anti-American to me. Did it not to you, Rich? Yeah. But in the substantive aspects of this piece, he's right. He's correct. And I think he's reading the tea leaves correctly too because I'm reading them the same way. And I think I'm correct about it. Could be wrong. I'm not Nostradamus. I'm not in the prediction business. But I think this is effectively and mostly correct. That everything's been set in motion. The president has dealt with the Iranians before. And he knows what he's dealing with. I'll be right back. Mark Levin, tough as hell. That's why I like Mark Levin. And I'm not sure a lot of people like him. He's tough as hell. But I like him. I love him. Call in now. 877-381-3811. I honestly do not believe. that we'd be sending all this hardware and all this personnel into this region just for more leverage 50 more jets means a hell of a lot but in terms of leverage and a threat to iran i mean you've got two aircraft carry groups there you've got bombers that aren't that far away and so forth and so on 50 more jets is not going to tip the balance i wouldn't imagine one way or another in terms of leverage, in terms of military might, it certainly could. And I think that their writer, previous, is certainly on to something. There's enough jets there to have wave after wave after wave of attack, multiple hits on the same sites. Then you have the Israelis with their Air Force. Same thing.
The power would be overwhelming. You've got two of the strongest militaries on the face of the earth. Ours number one, and the Israelis are up there in the top five. Also, I think a lot of time has been spent trying to ensure that there's some significant level of defensive, of a defensive missile structure. You know, after that 12-day war, There's a reading about it. You know, these Israelis depleted a lot of their defensive missiles, their Iron Dome and so forth. And we did, too, from our ships that were trying to handle the ballistic missiles. And so a shift of resources and having at least a significant inventory to defend is very important. Now, here's one of the things. that I've been thinking about, and I'll share this with you, let me know what you think. I don't know if the president's going to wait two more weeks to negotiate with these guys or not. But one of the ways that you can ensure that you are in a good defensive posture is by a fast, sudden, overwhelming strike. That doesn't mean the attack doesn't a stop set, excuse me, after 24, 48, 72 hours. When I'm talking about, you prioritize your targets as a matter of common sense. So you want to hit those targets that are more likely or most likely to cause the most damage against our forces and against the Israeli cities that they say they want to attack. So you're going to want to go after the ballistic missiles, I think, first and foremost. You're not going to get them all, but I would think that's what they want to go after in terms of military targets, obviously the Army and the rest, but they're going to want to try and take out as many of those ballistic missiles as possible right off the bat. They're going to want to try and take out. Most of these drone launching centers, they won't get them all, but as fast as they can, because when they send up these drones in the hundreds, there is a potential danger to our ships. And so I'm sure they're thinking this through far more than I'm able to, and they know what they have, and we can't be sure what we have. That is, you and me. And then, of course, I think they want to try and take out Khomey in his inner circle as fast as they can for a lot of important reasons in terms of hierarchy, military command. You want some of these generals and others in the Iranian military to surrender or switch sides or run for the hills. So I think these are at least three. of the priorities that are going to need to be taken into consideration. I'm sure they are. But the good news is we far outgun them. The Israelis, I'm sure with their intelligence are an enormous help, they outgun the Iranians.
And it's clear to me when you have two carriers there and all the ships that join them and all the firepower, the air power, the missile power, the technology, the refueling, if something occurs and I believe it will now. But I don't know. I'm just, I'm not Helen Keller. I see what I see and I hear what I hear. It's all out there. But that said, I think it's going to be pretty massive. Now, I have no insight information. Trust me on this, but knowing Donald Trump to the extent I know him, he would not enter into this wanting to lose. That's for sure. Not now, not ever. Never. I really believe this. And our military doesn't want to either. So if we launch, and again, I believe we will, that's just Mark's opinion. Just Mark's opinion, pure and simple. I believe this is for keeps. I believe it is for regime change to protect our country from future terrorism and threats with nuclear weapons. I also believe that the president wants to put an end of this. He doesn't want to spend the next three years of his presidency having to deal with this regime. And what comes next? We can't possibly know. But what we do know is that the Iranian people want their freedom. That the Iranian people have risen up like never before. They're incredibly brave and courageous people as that article prior was explaining. They don't. really have anything to live for other than their freedom and their lives and their family and they're all under attack by this regime their literal lives and freedom and their families are under attack by this regime they're not invested in the economy the economy's dead the regime is stolen from the people the regime has redistributed wealth if you will into the regime into the regimes they hope permanence and into the regime's military. You need to keep something in mind. These are Persians. They're not Arabs. They have a Western mentality, much like ours. They are our friends, the people are, even though the regime is our enemy. That revolution had occurred in 1979 was by a minority. by the Islamists and the left and the so-called reformers, and Khomeini slaughtered his way to power, thanks in many respects to the weakness and idiocy of Jimmy Carter. And those groups, left-wing and opposition groups and otherwise, that had been working with Khomeini and the Islamists, they were all slaughtered all these people. They were murdered. Because you folks understand what I've explained time and time again about the Islamist fundamentalist ideology. Anything goes. Everything goes. When it comes to pursuing the goal. The same with Marxists. This is what they have in common, and their common enemy is us.
But the Islamists have no intention of living with the Marxists in this country or any other country. And they'll make alliances. They'll sign paper agreements. They'll say things like, you know, they're moderate. They're actually rational. We've making great progress in our negotiations. It's all for effect. That's all it is. It's all for effect. If we haven't learned that over the last half a century with this regime, 47 years to be exact, then I don't know when we'll ever learn it. But I think the president is a fast learner. And he knows what he's up against. He truly does not like war. He truly does not like casualties, American casualties. He understands that once you unleash this, You got to go to the end of it. You got to win. You got to win decisively. The objective has to be met. And that's why I believe they're pouring all these resources into that region. Not for a pinstrike, pinprick. No, to put an end of this once and for all. Or at least for a long time.
And I want to be clear about this. For the isolationists, the Islamists, the Katarlsen's, and their ilk, they're not rooting for us. Just as they weren't rooting for us when the president ordered the bombing of those nuclear sites. Just as when the Israelis took on the Iranians and defeated them in a 12-day war, they were rooting against the Israelis. And you'll have these knuckleheads say this isn't what MAGA voted for. MAGA supports this president. MAGA is, for the most part, formally, the Tea Party, as I've been saying before. We don't look for war. We don't look for intervention. But we know an enemy that tries to destroy our country. That is intentions of building nuclear weapons. With ICBMs that can reach the continental United States. And that they've said they want to destroy us and have slaughtered 50,000 of their own people, they wouldn't blink twice if they fired nuclear missiles into our country. Tea Party, MAGA, red-blooded Americans, we know that that's an enemy that has to be dealt with. And there can be no peace unless they are dealt with. And it is a coward, an immoral coward, immoral parents who leave it to their children. or their grandchildren to take on this enemy when this enemy will be far stronger, far more ballistic missiles, far more capable ICBMs, and yes, scores of nuclear warheads, then what? We'll be dead and gone, but they'll be alive and have to deal with it. To me, this is one of the most important points that needs to be made, and so I've been making it. I'll be right back. We've gone from Iran. We've gone from Iran, and I want to go to sewage. Now you might say, Mark, what does this have to do, one with the other? Not very much, to be perfectly honest with you, but there's a big problem in the Potomac River between Virginia and Maryland and Washington. There is raw sewage leaking out of a six-foot pipe on the Maryland side. Democrats create a sewage crisis, as they reported PJ Media, Catherine Salgado, then defund FEMA's cleanup. You got that? Got that America? A Trump administration official is accusing Democrat mismanagement of causing the massive sewage pipe break and spill into the Potomac River. And the government workers who have to deal with the spill just got defunded discurtesy of toilet-brained Democrats, they write. And the president is so concerned. He said, they're not even asking us for help. The federal emergency management agency, FEMA, is a subsidiary agency of the Department of Homeland Security, which Democrats just defunded.
Leftist anti-ice obsession consumes every other consideration. But FEMA has to deal with a massive sewage spill poisoning the waters of the river that runs through Maryland, Virginia, and Washington. Because if there's one thing that is always true of Democrats, it is they insist on creating catastrophes with their policies straight from the sewer and then making someone else clean up after them. And by the way, blaming. conservatives republicans and donald trump homeland security secretary christie gnome is thoroughly disgusted and furious that her agency has to address the crisis without paychecks she said democrats and congress have shut down FEMA funding leaving our hardworking employees to work without pay ifema is now stepping in to coordinate cleanup of one of the largest raw sewage spills in American history, she posted on X yesterday. And WTOP radio reported that millions of gallons of raw sewage are now in the river and that the ongoing health risks and the temporary or long-term environmental impacts are not perfectly clear. Well, don't eat any fish out of the Potomac. That would be my suggestion, you know, Mr. Producer? Here's the problem. The Potomac eventually leads out to the Atlantic Ocean. Now, if you think this amount and this kind of sewage is going to be easily dispersed, you're wrong. Numb certainly believes that Democrat incompetence is to blame for the spillage. She said thanks to gross mismanagement by Maryland's Democrat leaders, like the governor who wants to be president. That's me saying that. Hundreds of millions of gallons. Hundreds of millions of gallons. A raw sewage. That would be human crap, has reportedly been dumped into the Potomac River, flowing straight through our nation's capital and endangering millions of people, wildlife, the entire D.C. region water supply, she said. There you go. The environmentalists, the Democrats. These people, they destroy and destroy and destroyed. I'll be right back. This segment of the podcast is exclusively sponsored by Pure Talk. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-discreet building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. You know, ladies and gentlemen, there are certain things we conservatives expect from government. We don't expect a free handout. We don't expect it to do all the things that is actually doing. We can live without 80, maybe 90% of what it does. But we expect our government, local, state, and federal to protect us. That's why they have police powers, among other things. And we expect it when it runs a sewer system to ensure that the sewer doesn't pollute.
our rivers and lakes and our drinking water and the wildlife and our health when it's leaking millions of gallons of puke of crap of human feces like it is in Maryland in the Potomac River where it gets washed out eventually to the Atlantic Ocean. All these Democrats, I mean, let me be clear. Maryland has run 100% Democrat, D.C., 100% Democrat, Virginia now, 100% Democrat, and all these counties and areas around the Potomac River, they can't even do the very, very basics. It's like that jerk newscombe in California. Can't get water to the fire hydrants? Lies about it, pretends he's on the phone when somebody's questioning him. And this jerk, they think it's presidential material or Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who's got the IQ of a comquot? All these people are good at is gaining more and more control. Agit prop and propaganda.
They're so full of crap, it's not even funny. You've got a six-foot pipe. It's obviously not leaking feces. It's pouring feces into the Potomac River. Now, if any private company was doing that, all hell would break loose, and the Democrats would be screaming. Got it. I don't necessarily disagree. But when they're responsible for it, they yawn. It's as if nothing's happening. And then the National Democrats shut down FEMA. They don't fund FEMA. Why? Because they are defending, promoting illegal aliens who they refuse to deport. That's why. And the Democrats in Northern Virginia and Maryland and Washington, D.C. are too damn stupid to wise up. I would like to ask the Democrats, why do you move to Republican areas and ruin them? Why do you move to Republican areas? Vote for Democrats who raise taxes, who regulate the hell out of small business and private property rights? You've already destroyed the place you came from. Now you go to another place and you destroy it. That's why I call you locusts. Because they don't want to personally pay high taxes, but they will vote for Democrats who will give them stuff. And then the high taxes come and then they move. They have no commitment to these communities.
At this point, you really have to be insane to be a Democrat in New York City. You've got to be out of your mind. Out of your mind. This Zohran Mamdani, get to him later. The stuff that this guy's doing, the people he's appointing, he might as well be wearing a white robe. He might as well be a clan member. He puts on this phony front, and he knows exactly what he's doing. It's open season in New York City. Just pathetic. And he is in mind, massive new taxes. Oh, yeah. Massive new taxes. Gee, who could have guessed that? All of us? All of us? And many of these Democrats who voted for this, now they're going to leave, maybe they'll go to Florida, Texas, Tennessee, or at least some moderate states like Pennsylvania, and then they'll screw them up. They'll vote the same damn way, and they'll screw them up. So it's got this massive tax plan.
Were you able to cut and paste this New York Times piece, Rich? No, I think I've got it. Right here. Hold on one second, America. I've got it. I've got it. I know. There it is. There it's not. You better rescind it. Thank you. All right. I'm working without my laptop. I'm working off an iPhone. You've ever tried that before? We have to go from page to page. It's annoying. But I'm here. I'm not leaving. There are worse things. Oh, here it is. Bear with me. We're live and national. No. Oh, there it is. Zohran Mamdani threatens 9.5% property tax increase if a wealth tax is not passed. affordability anybody and the Republicans are so stupid they don't know how to jump on this all they'll do is like that's a lot what the hell is he no it's more than that he's destroying the middle class he's destroying homeowners and a wealth tax a wealth tax wait until they get their foot in the door on that one mayor Today proposed to raise property tax rates in New York City by nearly 10%, a measure he is casting as a last resort to be deployed if he cannot persuade Governor Kathy Hochul to raise income taxes on the wealthy. I'm so sick of this Marxist clap trap on the wealthy. And the standard for wealthy continues to lower and lower and lower. And you're wealthy, you're going to get the hell out of there. 10%. It's not worth it. It's not worth the crime. It's not worth the calls to prayer now all throughout the city. It's just not worth it. You say, you know what? I'm rich. I'm getting the hell out of there. I'm going to go to Florida and see if I can get an oceanfront property and pay no income tax. You know, People aren't stupid. If they can leave a high tax area, a high crime area, an area in which they're not welcome, they're going to leave. Isn't that amazing? The suggested 9.5% property tax increase would affect more than 3 million single family homes, co-ops and condos, and over 100,000 commercial buildings. I thought it was just for the rich, Mr. Producer. The budget plan, Mr. Zohran Mamdani's first since becoming mayor, totals $127 billion for a city. I think the whole state of Florida is like $180 billion. It would take effect July 1 following revisions and negotiations with the city council. That's like the Marxists negotiating with the Leninists.
That's an increase from the current $122 billion spending plan. So it's a $5 billion increase. Zohran Mamdani, the city's newly elected Democratic Socialist mayor, he's a Marxist, said a tax increase is necessary to close a $5.4 billion fiscal gap that has been blamed on inaccurate budgeting from his predecessor, former mayor, Eric Adams. Eric Adams said he left Mr. Zohran Mamdani with over $8 billion in reserves. If I had to trust somebody, it would be Adams over Zohran Mamdani. I can tell you that. These Marxists, their accounting is always kind of screwy, you know? City budgets must by law be balanced. You see, folks, he wants this money for the free supermarkets to do his thing. That's what he wants. So he's a liar. Should Mr. Zohran Mamdani carry through on his threat to increase property taxes, the measure would raise an additional $14.8 billion over four years, according to budget documents. No, it wouldn't. Property values will go down and people are going to get the hell out, assuming they can sell. Property taxes are the only taxes mayors can control without approval from Albany, though the city council would have to approve the increase. But the mayor made it clear. He would rather persuade the governor who's up for re-election this year to increase income taxes on the city's highest earners. Now, who would that be? He has repeatedly called for a wealth tax, but recently signaled he would most likely skip a rally planned for February 25 at the state cap on Albany to deepen that call. Oh. Earlier this week, Zohran Mamdani received a major show of support from the governor, who announced an additional $1.5 billion of infusion of state funds into the city budget. Several hundred million of that funding came from shifting the cost of programs for public health and youth services from the city to the state. Surely they mean from the state to the city, I guess is what they're trying to say, but literacy is not what it used to be at the New York Slimes. The announcement comes as the mayor and governor attempt to deliver an ambitious state-funded expansion of the child care system. See, this isn't about covering any debt. This is about massive new spending by a state that's out of control. Spendings out of control? The police power, that is, regulatory power, is completely out of control. By police power, I mean the regulatory bureaucratic power. God knows the police power is under attack. They have formed an unlikely partnership that Ms. Hogle, a centrist. She's not a centrist anymore. I don't know what she used to be. She used to be a mannequin, a dummy. Then she fell into that slot when Andrew Cuomo resigned. She's a moron, and she's no centrist. They formed an unlikely partnership. Kathy Hochul, a centrist, hopes will help to endear her to New York City's progressives. In other words, she's selling out. Tuesday, Ms. Kathy Hochul reiterated her commitment to New York City.
their fiscal well-being but said she would oppose raising property taxes but he's only raising property taxes on the wealthiest new york is mr producer like on all of them anyone who owns a single family home you're going to get screwed they throw that propaganda around you're going to get a condo an apartment Three million single-family homes. Isn't that all the single-family homes in New York City? Three million? What are there? Eight million people there? Three million single-family homes are going to see massive increases in their property taxes. Single-family homes, co-ops and condos, and over 100,000 commercial buildings. You know, with little pizzerias and stuff like that, they're going to see a massive increase in property taxes that will be passed on to them. It has to be. For the little guy. So let me ask you, is it more affordable to live in New York City or Miami, Florida? I'm just asking. Is it more affordable to live in New York or Florida? New York or Texas? New York or Tennessee? New York or anywhere else except California? Affordability, Republicans, this is your issue. Use it for God's sakes. I'll be right back. Mark Levin. You know what Pure Talk's favorite holiday is? That's to keep the jets fueled in air. Globmasters, intelligence. Fighter jets en route to the Middle East the past 24 hours, even more than are already there. A massive, massive buildup. Folks, something big is on the way here. Something big is on the way here, I believe. I will say this, under no circumstances, none such sanctions ever be lifted from this regime, not in the short run or any run. Because that means we would effectively be subsidizing the Islamic Nazi genocidal regime. We would be turning on the spiket, where they would get the funds.
to continue to build their conventional weapons systems, their ballistic missiles, their nuclear warheads, and, of course, pay their police and their military, which they're having difficulty doing right now. That would be the lifeline to the regime under no circumstances. None. Should any sanctions be lifted partially, completely, under any circumstances whatsoever? Period. And remember, everything they agree to is BS. I spent a lot of time explaining this behind this microphone on my Fox show. We're going to get into it more tomorrow on my new video podcast. By the way, you ought to sign up. It's absolutely free. You should sign up so when we release the program, you can just... Hit a click and you're in. At YouTube, you subscribe, at Rumble, you follow. It's at Liberty's voice on YouTube. It's at Mark Levin Show and Rumble. It is that simple. We also have the links on all my social sites on X and True Social and Getter. Rumble everywhere else. So check it out. Now look, here's the thing. I'm not going to do this Megyn Kelly crap with the F-bombs and just nasty, constant infighting. I'm not going to do the banning stuff. He's a fraud and a phony and a pervert in my humble opinion. The Tucker Carlson stuff with this constant Jew hatred and Christian hatred and lying and deceit and platforming the worst of the worst. And Candace Owens, who's a clear headcase.
This format, the podcast or video podcast format, should not be left to the lowest of the low lives, to control. I refuse to believe that's what America wants. And so we're going to be cerebral, but we're going to have fun. We're going to talk about things that I believe matter. We'll have our history and philosophy and that sort of thing. And we're certainly going to talk about what I think is going to be war with Iran. It won't be a forever war. It'll be let's get this damn thing over with war. And I want to get into that tomorrow because this is like the biggest marquee issue that's out there while people are talking about other issues that are very important. Don't get me wrong. But this is... I think the most important right now, should we engage and should we not engage? And I want you people involved in engaging in what you believe. I'll be right back. You know what Pure Talk's favorite holiday is? President's Day, because they believe wireless service should only cost you a couple of presidents. Just a Jackson and a Lincoln, to be exact. Again, that's puretalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N to make the switch to Pure Talk. Yes, it's true that Mark Levin is the fastest growing radio show in America. The Mark Levin is on at 877381-381. It's my view. The economy is going to take off very soon. I told you about this several months ago. Everything's in place to do exactly that. The tax cuts are kicking in and will kick in. been slashing regulatory controls significant probably a record reduction in federal government personnel there's been enormous amount of money coming in from the tariffs and by the way i've been thinking about this have you noticed the supreme court hasn't ruled on the tariff case yet i'll tell you what i think that means in a moment
But I'm mentioning this because I think what the Democrats are going to try to do is now create scandals. If the economy's cooking like hell, they can't talk about affordability. They'll try. I remember when Bill Clinton was running against George H.W. Bush, who was president at the time, he kept talking about we're in a recession, we're in a recession, we're in a recession, and we weren't in a recession. But he said it enough times, and the media regurgitated enough times that, you know, you repeat a lie enough times and people believe it. That's the old saying, and it's true. And nobody's better at lying and repeating lies than the Democrats and their media. So why hasn't the Supreme Court ruled on the tariff case yet? One of two reasons. The court is divided into not just two, but maybe three or four groups of opinions. And so they're trying to cobble together a majority opinion. It could be that, or it could be they have a significant majority, but now they're trying to figure out how to write a rational opinion. It's a very complicated issue from a legal and policy perspective. Why? Because tariffs clearly are not just about taxes. Tariffs are also about foreign and national policy and national security. President has used tariffs over and over again as a foreign policy tool for leverage. And so what's the court going to do? It's going to create a test on when it's foreign policy and when it's not. First of all, it can't. It won't work. Secondly, they don't want to get into that business. It's crazy. So you look at the Constitution, you have the power of the purse. Okay. Only Congress can lay taxes, but is that true? Is it true that only Congress can raise taxes? Then why do we have a massive federal bureaucracy that raises taxes all the time through regulations? And why is that constitutional? That's the executive branch. Well, Congress delegated that authority. Well, so what? Does it have the power to delegate that authority in violation of separation of powers? No, it does not. And so if they're worried about separation of powers and power of the purse, how is it that they ignore the biggest increase in taxes that comes from the bureaucracy within the executive branch? So the power of the purse is then delegated to the executive branch. They're not free to do that. Now, at least in the case of tariffs, you can make the case that maybe it raises taxes, indirectly, I might add, indirectly, even if you buy that argument and you're free to do it. But there's no doubting that it also is a foreign policy and national security issue in which the president has more power. Now, how are they going to split that baby? They're not Solomon. Maybe they should be Solomon. And I gave them an out behind this microphone and on TV, which is what? Get the hell out of the case. Reverse the lower court. Say it's not right for a decision or say it's a political issue. And I might point out that Congress has not brought any litigation against the executive branch.
You might say, well, that's because the Republicans. So what? They're the ones who represent Congress right now. And if the Democrats win, they can challenge it. But they haven't won. The Republicans have, and they haven't brought any litigation. And in addition, what does Congress do? It passes laws and resolutions. Well, it hasn't passed a resolution. It certainly hasn't passed a law on Senator the President's desk where it would be vetoed for sure. But they haven't even done that challenging him on the tariffs. Now, that in and of itself doesn't mean you don't have a constitutional violation, separation of powers. But it's just one more thing to add on the president's side in his bucket to support what he's doing. If Congress wants to change it, when they get enough members who want to change it, they'll change it. But in and of itself, I would argue, it's not unconstitutional. Because it's not just about the power of the purse. It's about the power of the presidency in foreign policy and national security. So that's why they're taking all this time. What about birthright citizenship? Why isn't that opinion come down? What are they doing? They fear the politics of that. This is what I fear that they're going to get a majority that upholds it. And what are they upholding? It's not in the Constitution. The Supreme Court decision in the late 1800s isn't even on point, really.
They can't even figure out, I'm sure, they may have an inkling of where this comes from. It comes out of the bureaucracy. That doesn't make it constitutional. The fact that it's been in practice all these decades doesn't make it constitutional. But you watch, one or more of these justices will rely on that. Look, it's not this, it's not that, but it's really ingrained in our system now and people have relied on it and families rely on it. I can hear that crap being said. It worries me. But I'm very worried about the concern about the safety of certain justices, the political attacks on certain justices, the ethics complaints against certain justices because the Democrat Party does this. They try to intimidate Supreme Court justices and their militia, like with ICE, like with local cops in Minnesota and other cities four years back. Like in the 1960s? Oh, yeah. It's like they have a permanent militia. That they'll go out there and do their thing. Now, who the hell else can handle two major Supreme Court issues in five minutes, Mr. Producer? You know, Pure Talk's favorite holiday was yesterday. President's Day. Who's your favorite president, Mr. Producer? Donald Trump? How about Washington? And Lincoln. There'd be no America without Washington. There'd be really no America without Lincoln. Trump's a great president. There's no question. I've talked about James Polk as being a great president over the years, haven't I? One-term president, Democrat. Why?
Why is James Polk a great president? Anybody know? And the left hates him. But if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have California's estate. So all the morons in California, the law professors and the elitists, not elite, the elitists, they hate Polk. Manifest Destiny. What? What? That's white Christian racism. Okay, then get the hell out of California. And while you're at it, get out of New Mexico. And while you're at it, get out of Texas. These and other territories became part of the continental United States as a result of James Polk. And by the way, more. He said he's going to run for one term. He ran for one term. He died of dysentery, unfortunately. It was very painful. It's a small man, about 5'4. Like I said, where else are you going to hear this? It's history. I'll be right back. Mark. Love, Ben.

This is what I'm trying to do. And you're going to have a lot of fun, too. We need to build radio. We need to build the video podcast, particularly mine. And if we find out in three, four, five months, nobody wants to do it. I won't do it. It's just like Fox, just like radio. But it's an entirely new and fresh enterprise. I think you're going to have a lot of fun, and you're going to learn a ton, a ton. So I want to encourage you from C to shining C on all of our affiliates. I want to grow our radio audience. Let's show the whole world that we can have a program that is patriotic, that is pro-American, that you can be proud of without the F-bombs dropping, without smearing Christians and Jews. Talking about our history, learning about our history in the 250th anniversary of our country. Let's do this. You and me, you Levinites, you patriots out there. Radio is the mothership. It's the aircraft carrier broadcasting from me. It's my great love. Without it, I wouldn't be on TV, and without it, I wouldn't be doing this video podcast that I've started. So that's the core. But you can build out so we can build the whole enterprise up. And the bigger we become, I'm convinced, the more influence we will have over the future of this nation. Many of you call and you say, what can we do? What can we do? This is what you can do. Show the world. Show the world just by signing up. that you want to defend our country and you're not going to put up with these attacks on the country that you agree with my constitutional conservative message that you agree with my love of our history that you agree when i take on these reprobates that you don't want the f bomb dropped everywhere you don't want your your kids and your family to see some jerk smoking a a joint on a video podcast like that's cool But it's going to take you, the Army of Patriots and Lavinites, to do this. Now, broadcasting from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-district building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello, America. Mark Levin here, our number 877-381-3811, 877-381. 3811. President Trump on Air Force One yesterday. You know, the media has complete access to him when he compared to Biden. Isn't it stunning? This guy Gavin Newsom is a real low- IQ low-life to go overseas, trash our country. He's in Germany, Munich, makes analogies between ICE and the Nazis and mass. I mean, this is a sick bastard, this guy. And where does he find the time for all this travel and to play around on the internet and social media? He's got the biggest state in the country. He's running into the ground. He's got people who are hurting, who've lost their homes, who don't have water. He's a complete loser, this guy. Here's what the president said. Cut one, go. I watched Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez answering questions in Munich. This was not a good look for the United States. I watched Gavin Newsom answering questions for in Munich. And this was a bad look for our country. This was a bad. These two people are incompetent. And at least Hillary's competent. She's just Trump deranged. She was so deranged. She is an angry woman, but I watched the other two speaking and answering basic questions. Look, Gavin has destroyed California. And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, I never really got her, I never heard her speak very much. And they started answering questions. She had no idea what was happening. She had no idea how to answer, you know, very important questions concerning the world. But you can't answer questions concerning New York City either. Because New York City has got some problems.
Cut to the go, sorry. What are you expecting from these Iran talks in Geneva tomorrow? So I'll be involved in those talks indirectly, and they'll be very important. We'll see what can happen. But typically, Iran's a very tough negotiator. They're good negotiators, or bad negotiators. I would say they're bad negotiators, because we could have had a deal instead of sending the B-2s into knockout their nuclear potential. we had to send the vetoes i hope i hope they're going to be more reasonable they want to make a deal they're told that a deal is next to impossible no i think they want to make a deal i don't think they want the consequences of not making a deal they want to make a deal well well they want to make a deal they've a funny way of showing it but remember the real issue here at least the initial issue was the slaughter of the Iranian people. That's what caused the president to respond as he did. And we can never forget this. Genocide is not a secondary or tertiary issue. It is a primary issue. Genocide is a primary issue. Let's see here. Stick with me. Now we're still debating voter ID. We're still debating. Why are we debating anything? Everybody knows the Democrat Party seeks to enshrine corruption. And then they say, there'd never been any illegal votes. You can't prove fraud because fraud becomes legalized. What's the illegal becomes legal? That's the main reason. Here's John Fetterman on Fox Business today. Cut for a go. Well, there's a lot to unpack in this about the SAVE Act. And now, it's not being a serious conversation because right now there's not a Democratic co-sponsor for that. And that's why, because that's necessary because of the filibuster. And that's also part of history to unpack. We, as all the Democrats, we wanted to eliminate the filibuster. We call to eliminate the filibuster. And now we find ourselves that we love it now. And that reminds people that. The filibuster is important about bringing on the other parts to have a conversation. And now for me, there's other parts of SAVE Act that's been problematic for Democrats. But for me, as a Democrat, just fundamentally at the end of the day, showing basic ID to vote is a very reasonable idea. And I think 84% of Americans in the last polling from Pew supports that.
84%. Now, where does he stand on this shutdown of FEMA? Cut five, go. I know that the House and Senator are on recess until next Monday. What is the plan do you expect once you're back in session? How long can this shutdown for DHS go on? I sure hope that we can, but for me, I was the only Democrat that voted to refuse to shutting the government down. And I reminded even the director of ICE in a hearing just on Thursday that this shutdown would not impact the functionality of ICE that they have. plenty of money after the big beautiful bill. So why shut this down? You can want to reform ICE, and I do. But that's not going to have the impact, but you are willing to shut down all of those very important parts of DHS that you just listed there. That's always wrong. And now here we are. And I'm not sure how we're going to come back online. Mm-hmm. Because you have the kamikaze Democrats. That's what they are. That's what I've been calling them over the years. Kamikaze. You don't give a damn. And what about this FEMA? Not funding FEMA. Let's listen to Hakeem Jeffries. Remember what I said yesterday. Hakeem Jeffries does not want one man, one vote, one woman, one vote. He's attacking our voting system. He's the George Wallace of voting. in this century. I'm sorry, it's true. For different reasons, of course, he just doesn't want Republicans to have the right to vote. No, you can vote. It's just so you have to vote for a Democrat. No, Mark, I vote for a Republican. Yeah, but you're going to elect a Democrat because it's a heavy Democrat district. They've jiggered the districts this way. So, yeah, you get to vote, but you're going through the motions. As you know, I wrote in on power. This is called authoritarian democracy. That's what I've coined it. Authoritarian democracy where you go through the motions. You go through the motions. Go. So for folks who are already out there working without pay right now, what can you tell them about how much closer you are to a deal today compared to last week? Sorry, unfortunate that Republicans have decided that they would prefer to shut down FEMA, shut down the Coast Guard, and shut down TSA, as opposed to actually getting ICE under control. Don't you despise this guy? Don't you despise how they lie and cheat? And they do it with a straight face. Then they project it on to the Republican Party. That's who he is. That's what he's doing. They are shutting down FEMA, among other things, TSA. These poor people aren't getting paid and they're still showing up for work. The problem is, Hakeem Jeffries is still getting paid, Chuck Schumer's still getting paid, and they're not showing up to do their job.
Now it's idiotic, idiotic what they're doing, and it's idiotic what they're doing when it comes to opposing ID to vote. It's that simple, but they will do anything for their biggest constituency in the future, they believe, illegal aliens. They're going to make them citizens, their kid's citizens, chain migration. And then you have one party rule in America. Congratulations. Islamists, illegal aliens. One city after another with a Zohran Mamdani in charge. Go ahead. People know they have gone too far and ensure that ICE and CBP behave like every other law enforcement agency in the country. You've attacked every other law enforcement agency in the country. You've attacked the NY, the New York Police Department, the NYPD. You've attacked the L.A. Police Department. In fact, when Biden, the Biden regime was in office and Meritless Garland was Attorney General, they were trashed in one local police department after another, forcing them to sign these consent decrees. One after another. One after another. They hate law enforcement, except, of course, at Capitol Hill, where they have basically tank tracks and barriers and steel barriers that come out of the ground. Of course, they have the wonderful Capitol Police who are great. They have metal detectors. They got all kinds of stuff. You've got to have an ID. They only like people who protect them. People who protect you. That's a whole other story. I'll be right back. Mark Levin.
As America celebrates 250 years of independence, we're reminded that freedom is a blessing and a responsibility. American Israel share a unique bond of friendship rooted in faith, freedom, democracy, and the belief that every person is created with dignity and purpose. Today, that friendship matters more than ever. At this very hour, the people of Israel face ongoing deadly attacks from all sides. Jewish families live in fear and constant uncertainty. Yet through the international fellowship of Christians and Jews, Christians across America now have an opportunity to stand strong on behalf of our Jewish brothers and sisters. To commemorate this historic moment and show your support for the enduring friendship between America and Israel, you can request your free U.S. Israel flagpin today from the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. It's a simple reminder of the two nations united by shared values and of your commitment to stand with Israel. Visit levin for thefellowship.org, that's L-E-V-I-N for the Fellowship.org, to request your U.S.-Israel flagpin today. That's Levine for thefellowship.org. L-E-V-I-N for the Fellowship.org. Those of you who have subscribed to YouTube, Liberty's Voice, those of you who have followed on Rumble at... The Mark Levin, I want to thank you. You're making a difference. And you're great patriots, and you're very loyal, and I'm very blessed by having you there. Very blessed. Hakeem Jeffries is getting worse and worse, don't you think, Rich? He's just such a liar. Such a liar. And this Zohran Mamdani? We need to reform property taxes. What exactly does he want to do? Just confiscate from the billionaires? Well, the billionaires are legal. There'll be nothing to confiscate. Look, this isn't how you build an economy. This isn't a serious person. He's seriously defective in his ideology. That's what he is. It's just crazy. President Trump, while on Air Force 1, yesterday was asked about Epstein yet again. And he posted one of my posts. He reposted it on true social. I said, look, all this stuff's been released. And what we learned is the president spoke to the sheriff in Palm Beach County and said, thank goodness you're getting this guy Epstein. Everybody knows about him. He's a big problem. Words to that effect. Now, when you're a lawyer, you're in a trial, those words, that statement to the sheriff, which the sheriff can attest to, makes it utterly clear. Trump has no, nothing sinister, no sinister involvement here, none. You haven't heard any. You hear about pictures and made it and this. They shook hand. This happened. God knows I meet so many people. You'd be shaking a hand with a pervert and not even know it. But Trump was calling out the guy to the sheriff. Cut eight, go. Excuse me, that would be cut, cut nine, please. She and her husband are getting pulled into the Epstein matter to defer attention from...
nothing to hide. I've been exonerated. I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. They went in hoping that they find it and found just the opposite. I've been totally exonerated. In fact, Jeffrey Epstein was fighting that I don't get elected with some author, a sleaze bag, by the way. And I've been totally exonerated. No, no. They're getting pulled in. And that's their problem. I don't know. They have to see what happens. But I watched her in Munich. And she seriously has trumped arrangements in. She should publicly testify. And I've been totally exonerated on Epstein. And it's really interesting because they've been pulled in. Think of it. They've been pulled in. Clinton and many other Democrats have been pulled in. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Now, watch Hillary. Now, of course, we all know Hillary's a long-time sleazeball. Cut 11, Mr. Producer, go. I think everybody should testify. Including the former prince. I think everybody should testify who was asked to testify. I just want it to be fair. I want everybody treated the same way. That's not true for my husband and me because other witnesses were asked to testify. They gave written statements under oath. We offered that. They want to pull us. Why do they want to pull us into this? to divert attention from president trump this is not complicated well to divert what attention from president trump you know other than the Tucker Carlson's embannons who keep trying to pull trump into this which is pretty sick trump's not in this divert attention from president trump ladies and gentlemen do the media ever divert their attention from president trap i mean what kind of a stupid common is this It's the usual pablum. You got this guy, Josh Shapiro. I've been warning people across America. This guy's the governor of Pennsylvania. He's a lefty. He's a sleaze ball. He's a conniver. He plays footsie with the Islamists. But he's a liberal, and he's very liberal. They're trying to paint him as something that he's not, which they always do. This guy sounds like Hillary Clinton. She's wearing a pants suit. I was going to say Hillary Clinton in pants, but Hillary Clinton's always in pants. All right. Cut 12, go. What I continue to see out of the Trump administration are a group of people that are there trying to protect the president, whose name thousands, although I think Congressman Jamie Raskin recently said up to a million times. All right. Stop a second. Obviously, it's not up to a million times. And Josh Shapiro, quoting Jamie Raskin, who's a Marxist, this is what I mean. These elected, John Fetterman.
And Josh Shapiro don't get along. John Fetterman cannot stand Josh Shapiro. This is exactly why, because he knows Josh Shapiro is a fraud, a phony, and a fool. John Fetterman knows this, and they don't get along. I know the Josh Shapiro types. I grew up in Cheltenham Township, Elkins Park specifically, right outside of Philadelphia. The township next to my township of Cheltenham was Abington Township. When I was in law school, I got elected to the school board in Cheltenham. We had a lot of dealings with Abington. Abington was a marginally Democrat, Republican township and went back and forth. But with the movement of people migrating out of Philadelphia, like most cities, into the suburbs, eventually Cheltenham, Montgomery County, became a Democrat stronghold, as has Abington. That said. I know Josh Shapiro's type. Jewish, like me. Liberal, unlike me. A reform Jew who's liberal. I'm no longer a reform Jew. I'm a Habad Jew. More modern Orthodox, but not technically so. But I am what I am, like Popeye said. I am what I am. And I don't mean maybe. Anyway, This guy's a phony and a fraud. He's a liberal. He pretends to be a moderate. So he gets elected to the estate delegate from Abington. Abington Township. Then he runs countywide, Montgomery County. And he gets elected as a commissioner, which is a bigger job, Montgomery County. They have a three board member commissioner set up. Two Democrats won in one republic. He was the chairman. Then he goes from there to Attorney General, and he goes from there to governor because the Republicans put up a stiff. And so now he's the governor. And now listen to what he says. He sounds like Hillary Clinton in a pantsuit because he is Hillary Clinton in a pantsuit. So now it's Trump. The Republicans are trying to cover for Trump. He just said... He lied, quoting Jamie Raskin who lied, that Trump has mentioned a zillion times, right? Well, if Trump's mentioned a zillion times, who is it trying to protect him? Again, Trump's the most investigated man in American history at every level for all false allegations, whether it's Russia, whether it's election criminality, whether it's this. I'll be right back. Plastic, conservative fire. The Mark Levin, call in now at 877-381-3811. By the way, if you're a rainy American, you're definitely going to hear tomorrow's video podcast. I would encourage you to sign up, spread the word, far and wide for the video podcast. Check it out. Dallas, Texas, the great WBAP. How are you, my friend? I'm doing great. How about you, Mark? I'm doing all right, brother. Thank you. That's great. I'm just calling to let you know about the stuff they were saying earlier. I'm 100% I agree with you. The news I had earlier this morning from these people, they were... They even didn't take too much time to talk to each other over there in Geneva. And how many just came in and said that we're not going to make a deal. And in 47 years, they've been trying to have a war with us and destroy us, but they couldn't. And he just made a fun out of President Trump. And he said, we're going to blow up their ship in the Gulf and things like that. And everybody's done. saying that to America and things like that. No, I read that. Then when you just came online, yeah, when you came online, you said that, Van says that everything going great. He kind of shocked me because that's not what I heard all these. Hold on now. I never mentioned JD Vance at all on this program. I don't know who you're talking about. Yeah, he came in. uh JD Vance came in and said the earlier in the news i heard just that oh JD Vance on the news but he wasn't on this show okay Yes. No, no, no, not your show. He said that he said that. It's kind of shocked me. And I think President Trump, like he wrote a book about Art of Deal, I think he knows what he's doing. He's just playing with him, and then he tried to just attack because, like you said, all these equipment came down there. It cost a lot of money to do it. I cannot believe he'd have, it's got to be at this point 35% of the Navy. sitting there, two of the most advanced aircraft carriers we have, most advanced in the world, the largest one as well. Now he's sending 50 more of our top fighter jets, F-22s and F-35s. He doesn't need any more military leverage if that's what people are talking about. So what I'm sure of in this regard is if he pulls the trigger, he wants to make sure we win. He does not want to lose... And by when I mean he wants to take that regime down. If there's a war to be had, I got to believe, and I believe when you have that kind of asset, that assets and those resources in the region, you're not looking to just taking out certain sites. You could have sent those bombers again in the middle of the night. You're looking at taking out that regime. Look, what do I know? That's just my opinion.
So, Barty, have you signed up yet? Now, come on, you got to sign up for the video podcast, you know? I sign up and I listen to you. I did that already. And I listened to you this morning. You're a good man. And also about another point that you were talking about putting a sanction on him, Russia about the week ago spent a lot of money in their way because they are very tight on the money right now. So that's another news I want to let you know. And on the top of that, today, people, the 40 days after the massacre they did in Iran, everybody started going to cemetery and celebrate it. I mean, for whatever they do, and they start shooting people and grabbing people in cities and put them in cages and turning around. So the cost of freedom is going to be very high the day passed by. So he needs to do something else earlier. I mean, I think it's taken an awfully long time. And I think from an American military perspective, we obviously have not built up our military like it needs to be built up, certainly under the Biden regime and the Obama regime. But if we don't have a military that can be on the spot quicker, we're going to have a problem because I can guarantee you. God forbid, if we ever go to war with a China, we're not going to have free sailing across two oceans to get to where we want to go. They'll be attacking our ships during the journey and so forth and so on. So I fear that one of the things this made clear to the enemy, China, is that, and it ought to make it clear to us, and I'm talking about it. I don't know that anybody else is. that the fact is that our military is not big enough. Bardia, thank you, brother. Call again. Let's keep going. Let's go to Ravi. San Diego, California on the Mark Levin app. Ravi, how are you? Good. How are you, Mark? Good, thank you. Go right ahead. I know you're on top of this, and I really appreciate you focusing so much on Iran. It's so critical. So you're aware of the February 17th to 18th, which is right now, obviously. 40 days, as your last caller mentioned, after the mass killings of January 8th to 9th, there's every indication based on the regime following the same playbook, cutting off the internet, cutting phone lines, and also we see... All sorts of videos, the regime is killing people right now all over the place. Abdinand, as one example, but a number of places that they could be doing it, part two, like try to do a knockout of the revolution right now. I hear they're doing this tonight, or today, right now. Yeah, we're doing it right now and also tomorrow. And the regime could, the regime obviously has an interest in putting down the revolution permanently. So I think that's one of the reasons why they're stringing the U.S. on in negotiations. So they could take out the revolution because if you don't have the people on the ground in Iran,
standing up to the regime because they kill as many or maybe more than the 50 to 100,000 they already killed, maybe far more, then it's much more difficulty with air power and naval power to take out the regime, even though it can be done. You know, let me tell you this. I posted, I think, two days ago. I don't remember. I think it was two days, three, yesterday, whenever it was, that time is not on our side because the enemy gets to plot and plan two. Now, even pointed out, they're going to take out those who they are concerned about the most who are going to need and who the Iranian people are going to need. And they're just circling the wagons even more. They are crushing the people even more. and that time is not on our side. It takes time to build up our resources, yes, but it takes, it's taken time for them, and they've had time now, over a month, to prepare for our attack. Now, our attack could be overwhelming, but still the human cost, you're exactly right. People are who are being slaughtered right now. It does them little good. So, you know, I'm one of those that says, I think we should be ready by now. I'm not an expert. But when they say we're going to talk again in two weeks, two weeks. Two weeks. So next week we have the State of the Union. I could be wrong. Maybe something will happen before then as a surprise. Maybe not. But if it hasn't happened by then, it should happen right after, in my view. Robbie, thank you for your call. Good points, my friend. Let's keep going. Let's see here. The good news is I will have my laptop tomorrow. Let us go to CJ, Pohattan, Virginia, WMAL. Go right ahead. How are you, Mark? I'm good. How are you? Mark, that was close to up. No, it's not right. It's Pohan. How do you pronounce it? How it can? Like the Indians. How it's, for God's sakes. I never would have gotten that. Anyways, it's all good, brother. How are you doing that? I'm all right. Thank you. So. How do you like your Democrat governor or your Democrat legislature? They're about to destroy the state. Can't stand it. Can't stand it. Born and raised here, 61 years old, all my life. I've got to put up with this crap, excuse my life, but it's terrible. I call them godless bees and bees. You know, you throw the word out there once in a while, but it's just terrible. So it's ironic, all the things that are all to talk about in the country, they... They got crap coming now out of the Potomac River, you were mentioned in earlier. Awful. Yeah. And it doesn't just go to the Atlantic Ocean, and it comes all the way down or halfway down to the Chesapeake Bay. You're right. Into our crab.
The oysters, the crabs, I'm not oyster either, but the crabs, the Chesapeake Bay crabs, it comes down alongside the bottom half of the Delmar. CJ, remember how proud they were that they cleaned up the Chesapeake Bay, the environmentalists, how proud they were. And so now look what's going on. This is intolerable what they've done. So it's destroying the entire Chesapeake Bay coming down through the crabberries, the oysters. Then it comes down into Newport News to our brave sailors and soldiers down there at the shipyard, and it dumps out right at Virginia Beach. So when it gets there, it's going to just sit on top of Virginia Beach, and then I guess it probably goes south along the coast at the tide. It works it that way, but it's crazy with all allowed to happen. And now they're blaming Trump. They shut down FEMA, CJ. They shut it down. So FEMA's trying to help. These people aren't being paid. They shut down FEMA because they're defending the illegal aliens and they don't want them deported. So they're trashing ICE. They're undermining FEMA. And by the way, the TSA. And these are the people who are supposed to be for government. They're not for government. They're for redistribution of wealth, centralized power. They're power hungry. You're born in Virginia, and I never thought I'd see the day. I've lived in Virginia now. How many years? God. It's, I mean, over half my life. And this used to be a red, a vivid red state. Look what they've done to this state. And they're not done. They're just getting started. All right, my man. Thank you. Thank you for listening to it. And don't forget, sign up. It's simple. On YouTube. You just subscribe to Liberty's Choice, Liberty's Voice, and by the way, Rumble's doing a great job. Liberty's Voice on YouTube, you subscribe, and on Rumble, you follow at Mark Levin.
