It's all quiet in the underground bunker. Doys closed, locks, bolted. But the great one isn't just resting on his laurels. He's making sure your weekend is even better by giving you his best. This is the best of Mark Levin. President Trump made it clear this morning he's no fan of Joe Kent. He said the following, cut 34, go. Do you know what her docent was leaking? Look, I'm not a fan of the guy. If you look at, and you never cover this, if you look at his truths or whatever he went on, if it's X or truth, if you look at his truth or his statements, he was all for everything. All of a sudden he wasn't. He was a man that I met. At Dover, he came and his wife was killed. He remarried fairly quickly. His wife was killed, and I felt badly for him. He ran for Congress, he lost. He ran for Congress again, and he lost. I said, you know, he's a guy, nice guy, seemed like a very nice guy. I bet him he was... Pretty heartbroken, pretty. But I said, you know, it's a shame. He ran for Congress twice. Call him up, give him a job in the White House. Smart. They gave me a job in the White House, and this is what he does to me, you know? Being a nice guy doesn't pay off too much. Think of it. He loses twice in Congress. Ran not very good campaigns. Should a what. But he loses twice. How do I get him? I have my people call him, because I didn't deal with it for the most part. I saw him a couple of times, but I never dealt with it at all. I had no idea his ideology was left or right, whatever it is. I can say this. He said very strongly that Iran is not a threat. Iran's been a threat for 47 years, and there's not a country in the world that doesn't agree with me in that. So I take this guy, Joe Kent, who lost twice for Congress pretty badly and tough, and it was devastated. And I know that he lost his wife. So instead of letting him live out his life, I brilliantly have my people call him and offer him a job in... security, essentially, in the White House. And what does he do? He goes out and he says that Iran is not a threat to get publicity. Now, I probably signed up with CNN or maybe signed up with your division of newsbacks. I don't know, but probably signed up with CNN or somebody. But if you look at his tweets, X's or Drus, whatever he uses, I don't know, because I don't follow him.

2:50

What he said is 100% he agrees with me. All of a sudden he leaves. I never knew he had a problem. Now, I hear they're looking at him for leaking as possible. But just to put it to rest, he lost twice badly. He also lost his wife. He's remarried since. He lost his wife. I fell badly for him. So I told my people, reach out to him, give him a job at the White House. This is the thanks I get. Yep. But Joe thinks the Israelis are in charge of everything, like his buddy Tucker Carlson, and his buddy Candace Owens, and his buddy, Megyn Kelly, that whole cabal. You listen to Donald Trump, does that sound like the Israelis are telling him what to do, ladies and gentlemen? Does it sound like I'm telling him what to do? Does it sound like Ben Shapiro is telling him what to do? Does it sound like the Jews have control over Donald Trump? We'll get into this later. The Joe Kent, maybe, maybe not, we'll see. But it's so sick, and it's so perverse, and even worse, it's the meaning of the president. The president is calling the shots. There's no secret pressure group, lobby group, nothing of the sort. He makes his own decisions. And that's what he's doing. And Israel is a fantastic ally. Our Air Force flies with their Air Force. Our generals coordinate with their generals. Our Intel coordinates with their intel. The president of Benjamin Netanyahu are close friends. And this drives the Jew haters and the Israel haters nuts. But they're helping us. The president has asked for help from NATO countries. Nary one of them has been a finger. He has said over and over again that Iran presents a grave threat to the United States if it gets a nuclear weapon. He's acting in the interests of the United States. That doesn't mean those interests also overlap with Israel and the Arab countries in the region and now Europe. So what? That's not a conspiracy. Now, we have the latest poll numbers from CBS, and these poll numbers are like all the other poll numbers. Among self-identified MAGA-aligned Republicans, a whopping 92% of respondents support the war in Iran with 76% strongly supporting it. Now, they're not all Jews, are they, Mr. Medusa? 92% of MAGA, I don't think is Jewish. Some small percentages. Are they subject to the Israel lobby too? 76% strongly support it. That's massive. What else? 83% of Republicans support Trump's war against Iran, just 9% oppose it. 9% oppose it.

6:36

When GOP voters were asked whether they'd prefer a candidate endorsed by President Trump or by Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly, a whopping 80% preferred a Trump-back candidate, just 7% siding with the podcasters, as they write in the Jewish insider Josh Crashauer. And asked whether voters trust Trump's position on Iran or Tucker Carlson and Kelly's 83% side with Trump, 6% with the others. Now, I mean, there's no split in MAGA. There's no Jewish control over the president. I mean, just think about that, how ridiculous that is. Why, the fact that he's against anti-Semitism, the fact that he's friends with Benjamin Netanyahu, the fact that he supports an ally in Israel. It's really horrible. These people are disgusting. And Joe Kent is among them. Joe Kent is among them. He's part of them. I want to dig into a lot of it with him. We'll see how that goes, of course. And in fact, Joe Kent...

8:04

Back in, let's see here, we have April 2024. Joe Kent's, now that's what, two years ago? Now, he ran for the House. He was on this program in October 2024. I didn't know him from a hole in the ground. I asked Speaker Mike Johnson, I said, look, this is close. Give me five conservatives who you want me to bring on the program and support. So we brought on Joe Kent. And we had him on briefly. Nothing was controversial at the time. I wrote on Twitter in all our accounts that I wanted to come on the radio show. That became weird because Mr. Producer couldn't find his number. That happens at times. And finally he responded to Mr. Producer. And so we will have the discussion. But here's what he said in 2024, as he was running for Congress again, in a district that Donald Trump won twice. He lost twice. Cut three ago. Since the Iranian Revolution in 1979, when radical jihadis essentially took over the government of Iran and they declared war basically on the West, but they also declared war on the vast majority of the Sunni Gulf states. And so what Jared Kushner and what the Trump administration did was they came in and they said, look, you guys actually have a common enemy. Iran is an existential threat to both Israel. It's an existential threat to the oil-producing Arab Gulf countries. And so that was the genesis of the Abraham Accords. Okay. Sounds fairly rational there. That was 2024, April, almost two years to the day when he was running for the House. Here he is also in 2024, again, when he's running for Congress. Cut five, go. Americans aren't aware of it. Our troops in Iraq and Syria have been attacked 150 plus times by Iranian proxies. And when we say Iranian proxies, we've got to be clear on what that is. That's the Iraqi government that we pay. Because after the Iraqi military, we spent two trillion on, surrendered to ISIS. We had to go back in there in very short order and stand a military back up again. And guess who filled the breach? The Shia militias controlled by our land did. And the Iraqi government's controlled by Iran. Mm-hmm. No mention of Israel there either. The Iranian government is attacking our forces in Iraq. Let me just play one more. I've got plenty, by the way. I got plenty, Joe. I know you're listening in and your buddy, Tucker Carlson. You've probably been working all weekend on this. It's okay. It's okay. Relax. This is December 2023. He's running against Marie Perez, who he loses against, but he's running against her, I believe, for a second time. This is 2023. I brought him in in October 24. Cut six, go. Today we learned that Marie Perez is taking money from pro-Hamas, anti-Israel, Pramila Jayapal. But most importantly, we know that Marie Perez voted against giving Israel the military support it needed following the terrorist attacks of October 7th.

11:25

That's right. After Hamas terrorists went into Israel, killed 1,500 civilians in the most horrific ways possible, and took American citizens hostages. Marie Perez voted not to give Israel any assistance, leaving our American hostages high and dry, leaving our ally, the Israelis high and dry in their fight against Hamas. Her record matters here. Her rhetoric doesn't. But today, we also learned exactly why she's voting the way that she's voting. She's receiving money from Pramila Jayapal to vote. against Israel and for Hamas. Ramallah Jaipal gets out there and says it all out loud in the news while Marie Perez quietly takes the check and votes accordingly. We cannot afford to have leadership like this. We need people who understand exactly what threats we face here as a country. Marie Perez also voted to leave our troops in the Middle East as Iranian proxies continue to shoot at them. We don't have time for incompetent leadership like this. She is going to get people killed. This is completely until unacceptable i know exactly what dangers that we face i spent the vast majority of my adult life fighting terrorists overseas it's that's a little over two years ago he's taking completely opposite view and i'm sure tell me oh no no not at all but nonetheless i want you to be aware because you're smart and use your own heads this is all public nothing secret here everything i'm going to discuss is public everything i'm going to discuss with him is public it's all public public and it all comes most of it out of his mouth and from his hand from his mouth and from his hand now caroline leber was asked by fox news on wednesday About Kent, cut seven, go. I think that anyone who has been as suspected of leaking or is proven to be a leaker will not be welcome in this administration. I know that for a fact, because I've heard the president say it myself, there are investigations underway into leakers in this administration, and people will be held accountable for that. It's unacceptable and it cannot be tolerated. And if information leaked is classified information? That probably triggers the espionage act. I'm not making any inference here. I have no idea. None. None. Mark Levin. Folks, Mark Levin here with a new episode of On the Frontlines, my original podcast series and partnership with the great international fellowship of Christians and Jews. This week's episode, Nations Under God, comes at a remarkable moment. America's 250th anniversary and a decades-long friendship with the state of Israel that remains as vital as ever. Joining me is Yalel Eckstein, the great president and CEO of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. as we explore how this alliance was built. From Truman's recognition of Israel to the leaders and moments that shaped the partnership rooted not just in strategy, but in shared faith and values. We'll look at how that bond is endured through the decades, why it still matters in a time of global uncertainty, and what's at stake if the next generation forgets the history and principles behind it. On the front lines, isn't about looking back, it's about understanding what must be carried forward.

Making your weekend even better. This is the best of Mark Levin. I'll keep an open mind. We will see eventually what it is. the enemy is willing to do, of course the enemy is all but destroyed. The issue is always, when you defeat a country's military and a war, what comes next? And you just want to make sure what comes next is not, doesn't undermine everything that's been accomplished. It's been a spectacular military operation. So you don't want to lose it at the end. I think we're very lucky to have President Trump as the commander in chief. If we had Biden or Obama, we wouldn't even get to this point. Saudi Arabia's crown prince pushing Trump to keep fighting Iran, put boots on the ground report says this is the Times of Israel. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. has been urging the president to continue the war against Iran, the New York Times reported, citing people briefed by American officials. I hate these leakers. I can't stand these leakers. Now, that's said. That's said. Are you going to hear the Joe Kent of the world and the Tucker Carlson's of the world say, Warmonger and Neocon, the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman? Must have some level of Jew blood, don't you think? I don't think they'll say that to you. And Salman has spoken to the president several times over the past week, pushing the president to keep fighting until the regime in Iran is toppled, according to the report. By the way, is there something wrong with that? I love when people say, you're for regime change? Yeah, yeah, if they're, you know, they want nuclear weapons to blossom off the face of the earth. That's the way it works. You don't send your military just to destroy another military. You send your military to destroy the people who are in charge of the military. That includes the civilian and military leaders, right? But again, I'm concerned about the Persian people, the people of Iran. If effectively the regime leaders stay in, whether it's third level, 12th level, whatever it is, and they're willing to work with us, but they're still slaughtering their own people. To me, that's not acceptable. If they're still slaughtering their own people, to me, that is not acceptable. Period. Just remember how this started. It didn't start, excuse me, over nukes. It started over... We're coming to help you, the people who are protesting. So that's important to remember that. According to the Times, New York Slimes, insomond fears have failed Iranian state with military factions continuing to strike the kingdom. I'm sure every country in that neighborhood feels that way. And now they're trying to figure out if they should all strike back, by the way, together against Iran.

18:38

You're trying to make that decision. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, other countries there are considering joining the U.S. and Israeli strikes against Iran. Can you imagine that, America? If the United States and Israel joined by Saudi Arabia, the UAE, other Gulf Arab countries attacking Iran, I mean... That's even bigger than the Abraham Accords. I mean, it really is. What's taking place there is very important. Now, the Iranian regime keeps using its ballistic missiles with cluster bombs. Cluster bomb munitions are illegal under international law. It's a war crime. It's a war crime. In addition, the regime, I guess that we're talking to, is still hanging minors, children, still raping the girls. Still torturing people. Why don't they show a little bit of goodwill and stop? Why don't they do that? Now, the president has talked about this guy, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. He's the parliamentary speaker. The guy's a crook. The guy has been involved in all these abuses of their people there. And so the question is whether this is a good idea, whether this is the guy to talk to him. So we shall see the ambassador to the United States from Israel, lighter, who's a very good guy. We've met him many times. Well, enough times. He says he's no moderate. In fact, our intelligence says he's no moderate either. He's a hardliner. So the problem here is if you have this hardliner in, he's not going to get rid of, you know, the bad actors. They'll try and wait out the president. They'll try and get somebody like a Chris Van Hollen or Chris Murphy or Nuscombe or J.B. Pritzker as president of the United States. And of course that means they can go back to doing whatever they want because that's the position of the Democrat Party. Who cares if 50,000 Iranians are slaughtered? That's pretty much been their position. They ring their hands and then they turn their backs. None of this would be going on without President Trump. None of this would be going on with our fantastic military intelligence services. And none of this would be going on without... The great prime minister of Israel, their tremendous intelligence services in military as well. We know this because the president has said so. Pete Hegseth has said so. They've all said so. And there's Britain sitting on its ass getting chewed up by Islamists. Most of them coming out of Pakistan. Their children being raped. Their society being destroyed. They have less... Less fighter jets than Israel. There's France already conquered by the same element. By the same element. They have less fighter jets than Israel. Crazy. And that's most of Europe. Germany. Israel is more fighter jets than Germany.

22:24

And it's just sad. And, of course, that effort is underway in our country. You know, the same left, you know, the left in Europe that allowed this to happen. The left in the United States did this, too, under Biden. They did it earlier under Obama, but they've done it under Biden. They throw around, well, Obama deported money. They just lie, lie, so we ignore that. We can't even keep up with their lies. They're arsonists. They set fires. They set fires. Then they pretend that they're with the fire department. That's who they really are. Anything for power. And since homegrown Americans, not all, of course, but too many to suit the Democrats, nothing of what the Democrats are pushing, they have to change the population. So what do they do? They add to it. You got 20 million illegal aliens? They have children, birthright citizenship. Then you got 60 million, 70 million. You see how it works? 90% of whom will be Democrats because they thank the Democrat Party, the vast majority of whom don't even know anything about the Constitution in our history because they're not taught about it. The only thing they hear about is redistribution of wealth, food stamps, welfare, free health care, free education. That's not what the country was founded on. So they have no God star, no North Star, because it's not taught to them. Because the left doesn't want assimilation. Bernie Sanders doesn't want assimilation. He wants destruction of the existing society. So of course he doesn't want people to assimilate into it. I use him as an example, but that goes for the vast majority of the Democrat Party. They don't want assimilation because they don't want this society. And then we import people who don't want assimilation. Because the Islamist radical ideology is assimilate. No, conquer. We hear this from the clerics, the imams, the scholars, the professors, and the mouthpieces on the internet and in podcasting. Mark Levin. As America celebrates 250 years of independence, we're reminded that freedom is a blessing and a responsibility. American Israel share a unique bond of friendship rooted in faith, freedom, democracy, and the belief that every person is created with dignity and purpose. Today, that friendship matters more than ever. At this very hour, the people of Israel face ongoing deadly attacks from all sides. Jewish families live in fear and constant uncertainty. Yet through the international fellowship of Christians and Jews, Christians across America now have an opportunity to stand strong on behalf of our Jewish brothers and sisters. To commemorate this historic moment and show your support for the enduring friendship between America and Israel, you can request your free U.S. Israel flagpin today from the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. It's a simple reminder of the two nations united by shared values and of your commitment to stand with Israel. You're listening to the best of Mark Levin. I love these poll questions, Mr. Producer. I have a poll question that no media outlet's going to ask. None.

26:01

Would you prefer that the Iranian regime launches nuclear missiles at our country? Or paying what? 50 cents more a gallon for gasoline? Do you like that question, Mr. Producer? I wonder what the answer would be. I'm going to write that. A gallon for gasoline. because that's kind of the choice that we have, America. Unless we want to wait around and give the benefit of doubt to the enemy, does it sound like the enemy deserves a benefit of the doubt after 47 years? Does it after today, if the hell's been pounded out of them, their top echelon's been wiped out, their second top echelon's been wiped out, but their entrails of this regime says rather than no moss, they say no deal. There's a difference, I would argue, between defeating a regime's military and defeating the regime. And in this case, that regime in Iran, it's like an alien. It's like an alien. You could take parts of it out, but they keep growing back. So the whole regime has to be destroyed. I understand we're trying to negotiate with them, but there's negotiating and there's negotiating. The 15 points, as I read them in the press, as best as I can figure them out, that were laid down for this Iranian Nazi regime, would basically be unconditional surrender. Surrender of everything. Their economy, their weapons, their government, unconditional surrender. And, as I read in the paper, the deal was that we would stop bombing the hell out of you for a month while we negotiate this. Well, they rejected it, and then they put out their conditions. And I'll get into more of this a little later. But just to show you what scumballs the Democrats are, even when it comes to matters of life and death, war and peace, What complete power-hungry scumballs the Democrat Party is led by. I want you to listen to this through the years the Democrats saying Iran will get nukes. You're going to hear Tony Blinken. Remember that? Jackass in 2021. The Secretary of State. You're going to hear Jen Pasaki. Remember that one? 2022. You're going to hear FBI director, Christopher Ray, 2023. You're going to hear... The defense secretary, Lloyd Austin, 2024. You're going to hear this pig, Chris Murphy, 2025. Listen to this montage. Hat-tip maize. More. On X. Whoever it is does a hell of a job. Cut five, go. Iran's nuclear program is galloping forward. It is enriching at higher levels, 20%, even 60%. In small cases, it's using more advanced centrifuges. We're now down based on published reports.

29:31

to a few months if this continues. If they continue to enrich at the levels and the ways they're doing, it will get down eventually to a few weeks. So that is a concrete problem. We have an interest in putting that nuclear problem back in the box because on Iran... with a nuclear weapon or with the ability to produce fissile material on very short notice to get one, is Iran that's going to be an even worse actor. Iran has rapidly accelerated its nuclear program and reduced cooperation with international inspectors. Their breakout period is down from about a year, which is what we knew it was during the deal, to just a few weeks or less. Iran. The world's largest state sponsor of terrorism has directly, or by hiring criminals, mounted assassination attempts against dissonance and high-ranking current and former U.S. officials, including right here on American soil. The president will not tolerate attacks on American troops, and neither will I. Our teammates were killed by radical militias backed by Iran and operating inside Syria and Iraq. Yes, it is true. Iran is closer to a nuclear weapon than ever before. If they chose to get a nuclear weapon, could probably get one within weeks. Wow. So what changed? The president. A different president who's actually doing something about it. I find these people so shameless, so disgusting. Running around, it's not imminent, undermining the commander-in-chief, undermining our armed forces. But you know what I find more disgusting than them? Joe Kent. Joe Kent, you know what I find more disgusting than them? Tucker Carlson. You know what I find more disgusting than them? Megyn Kelly.

31:21

Steve Bannon, that fat slob Alex Jay Jones. By the way, has he paid? Has he paid off the families in Connecticut yet, Mr. Producer? Do we know that? You mean he doesn't have billions of dollars to pay them off? What a fat slob. What a moron. Complete, complete joke. That guy isn't missed too many meals either. Yeah. Now, here are the Democrats and the media. Don't believe Trump. Believe the Iranians. Say what? Don't believe Trump. Says Ashley Allison, the CNN, John Brennan. Chris Van Hollen. That guy is why you have to scrape off the bottom of your sneakers and then throw it in the washing machine. Sarah Haynes of the view. Who's that? Who the hell knows? All left-wing cooks. Cut six, go. The leaders of the Iranian regime, they lie. I think the problem is we don't know if our president is also telling the truth. I tend to believe Iran more than I do with Donald Trump because he could not acknowledge the truth even when it is, he slapped in the face with it repeatedly. We've learned that Donald Trump has been lying to the American people from the start and he keeps lying. This is this guy, Chris Van Hollen. This is this guy. People don't focus on this guy enough. What an absolute adjutop this guy is from a one-party state, Maryland. He is poison. Absolute poison. Go ahead. So you believe the Iranian officials over the president of the United States? I believe that based on all the information. So here we have a regime that has slaughtered tens of thousands of its own people. Here we have a regime that has violated every aspect of the Obama deal. Here we have a regime that can never tell the truth, that lies like a rug, that funds terrorists, that is a terror regime that has killed over a thousand Americans, civilians, and soldiers maimed thousands and thousands more. And this guy just blissfully says, Yes, I believe the regime over President Trump. Chris Van Hollen. Go ahead. Donald Trump's track record of lying. I don't trust the feedback of President Trump. I really don't trust Iran either. Oh, wow, aren't you something? Aren't you something? If these people win the House of Representatives and or the Senate, we are in deep trouble. And I want you to listen very carefully to me. We have traitors among us. Again, we've traitors among us. I've been calling these people traitors for months. Now, other people are as well, and they should and they must. Trader Tucker Carlson, he's a traitor. Trader Kelly. She's a traitor.

34:43

Trader. Steve Bannon. He is a traitor. And there's many, many more. And yes, they're giving aid and comfort to the enemy. It's nothing to do with Israel. Has to do with the United States. What's going to happen to this country politically? We have the woke Reich, R-E-I-C-H, these neo-fascist isolationists. They're more comfortable talking to the enemy. Fill with conspiracy theories. filled with American hatred, Jew hatred. They're consumed by it. Consumed by it. Alex Jay Jones, he's another one. And yes, General Mike Flynn, a man I defended for years, a man I met once or twice. I don't know what happened to him, but I don't care. I don't care. They are what they are, and they're no damn good. That's what they are. 58% of the American people, this Fox Poller, 56% don't support the war. And I'm thinking to myself, here we have this regime that is slaughtered Americans, funded terrorism, tried to assassinate our president, that the Democrats used to say are going to have a breakout in two weeks of a nuclear weapon. And 56, 58% of the people say this. They don't support the war because maybe they're paying a few more shekels for a gallon of gasoline. I'm telling you, folks, we have a significant percentage of the population that doesn't know history. That doesn't remember 9-11, because many of them weren't even born, let alone Pearl Harbor, let alone the Holocaust. And they get their news from these brain dead, mentally deranged frauds. That's all they know. Mark Levin. What is Toyota affordability? 38:07

The country was quite united. And it was decided that we would create this Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Safety Administration. And this TSA would be housed in the DHS, made sense. And fundamentally, and simply, the purpose of the TSA was to ensure that we know any more planes that blow up in mid-flight. And a lot of time and money and resources have been invested in this, a lot of training. These are professionals to work at the airports, about 430 commercial airports. And we've invested over time wisely, I think. The system has worked very, very well. And since then, no plane has blown up. in mid-flight, certainly not from a terrorist and so forth. Now the only thing that's threatening it today is the Democrat Party in Congress. In the middle of a war with Iran, the greatest sponsor of terrorism on the face of the earth that has killed well over a thousand Americans, that has surrogates, that has sleeper cells, that has tried to assassinate our president, Our former Secretary of State, former National Security Advisor, among others, has its back against the wall, is firing ballistic missiles at other, I shouldn't say other, but at Arab states in the region. The Democrat Party has decided that they're going to blackmail the Republicans, blackmail the president, and blackmail we the people.

40:11

Now, what I mean by that is they are telling the president and telling the Republicans in the Senate that unless they cripple ICE, immigration and customs enforcement, immigration and customs enforcement, that is also involved in trying to keep terrorists and murders out of our country and poisons and bombs out of our country, then unless it's crippled, really making it impossible for them to deport illegal aliens of any kind, they're going to continue to keep the men and women who work for the Transportation Safety Administration unpaid. They're literally bankrupting some of these people. They're breaking them financially. The party that says they stand for the little guy, for unions. They stand for neither. They stand for themselves. The average wage for a TSA agent is $50,000. The entry wage is $35,000. A senator makes $175,000 and then they get these massive medical and pension benefits. which they try and conceal from you and me, Mr. and Mrs. America. This is a direct threat to the safety of the American people. It is a direct threat to our air traffic system. It is a direct threat to our national security. And it was created by the Democrat Party. And what they say now is if the Republicans will only bend to our demands, and I'm going to tell you one of them. Only been to our demands. We'd happily go along and fund TSA, among others. Now, the Republicans apparently have made a number of proposals. They've met the Democrats halfway, but it's not good enough. For two reasons. The Democrat Party is controlled by, you know, they used to say the base. No, it is controlled by the Marxist Islamists. They do not want. Anybody deported, anybody for any reason. They're radicals, they're extremists, and they view them all as Democrat voters now and in the future. And they want to do backdoor amnesty. Now, what do I mean about this? This is going to be something interesting, and you'll understand it because you're smart. Congress decided a long time ago, both parties, both party presidents. You cannot have full-scale trials. You cannot have warrants issued by federal district judges, of which there are 770 in the whole country. When you're dealing with tens of millions of aliens, foreigners. Because if you do that, two things are going to happen. Number one, the courts won't be able to handle anything else, including other criminal cases. And number two, you are effectively giving amnesty to the illegal aliens. Why? Because they'll never get the court. That's why. They can't handle millions of millions. So they created this elaborate system, what we call Article 2 judges. Judges.

43:54

They require confirmation or under Article 3. That's the judiciary. These are Article 2. What does that mean? They're created by the executive branch. They're in the executive branch. We call them immigration judges, but they're administrative bureaucrats, is what they basically are. And they can't handle the workload, even though there's thousands of them. When you overwhelm the system, with illegal aliens, 10, 15, 20 million in a short period of time. Nobody can handle that. That's why they did it. That's why Biden did it. That's why the Democrats did it. That's why they lied and said they can't secure the border unless they have new legislation and on and on and on. They were literally flying hundreds of thousands of people into this country, including from the Middle East, some of our Islamist friends. And so the Republicans have said, we can't go along with that. That will effectively kill deportations and give backdoor amnesty to all these illegal aliens because they're going to be able to stay. And when they're here 20, 25, 30 years, you Democrats will turn around and you'll say, well, we might as well give them citizenship. You know how they do that? They got families here, children here, grandchildren here. Imagine 20 million illegal aliens. Let's say they have children. Let's say they have trained migration. So imagine 40 million. Then 40 million becomes 80 million. And you can see how we're conquered from within. And what I've told you time and time again, the Democrat Party doesn't care because like communist parties, the Democrat Party is the most important institution to them, not the country. Not the country, the party. The party comes first in China, in Cuba, in Galagua, in all these communist countries. And for the Democrats in America, the party comes first. When you think about that, then it all makes sense. It's all disgusting and shameless and unconscionable, but it makes sense. that they would do that because that's their objective, that's their goal. And so they're blackmailing us. And they want enough Americans who do not listen to the program or watch me on Fox or my new video podcast, but just watch the other cable TV or listen to the network TV or what have you. to buy in to the media propaganda that regurgitates the Democrat Party propaganda and vice versa. They just figure Trump's president, they'll blame Trump. And they go up and they say, we voted to open it, we voted to open it, when they voted to defund it. The other thing they're demanding. No masks. The party of masks now wants no masks. So they want to make it impossible to deport. They know that there are billionaires and dark money that have funded these violent Democrat Party militia protesters that have tried to obstruct ICE from doing their jobs. They know that they'll be working closely with Democrat mayors and city councils and Democrat governors.

47:44

who claims sanctuary city, sanctuary state status, which is obviously unconstitutional. You can't claim we're not going to comply with federal immigration law under the supremacy clause. We're just going to break away for those purposes that we choose to break away. No, that's not how it works. We fought a civil war that made that clear. But the Democrats don't care. They have no intention of removing these people. None. Zero. And that includes the killers and the killers to be. So more citizens are going to find their mothers murdered, their daughters murdered, their grandfather's murdered, rather than remove these people from our country. The Democrats almost laughed when that Venezuela international gang was here and they're still here at some extent. We have MS-13 here, a very, very violent gang. The drug cartels have penetrated our border and are in our country. And they don't care. And then when something horrific happens, they blame Trump. He was supposed to deport them. Well, they have detainers they're supposed to have to detain these individuals before they let them loose, so ICE can come pick them up. If you're a sanctuary, city, or state, you don't provide that information to the government under Section 287. You purposely withhold it. But, of course, nobody's going to understand this. When you have a J.B. Pritzker, who is a... A sleazeball. It's a real scumbag. He says, well, the Fed said they were going to remove these people. Why didn't they remove them? Because you didn't alert them. You didn't detain him so they could come and get him and remove him. You slob. This guy's a billionaire. His family owns Hyatt hotels and so forth. Nothing bothers him. You know, during the pandemic, his wife... fled to Florida and spent time on their yacht. That was found out, and he got very upset about it, you know. God forbid, if one of these planes blows up. But it is more likely now than it was before. These people are being worked to the bone. They're being stretched to their limits. There's not enough of them, which is why the lines are long. They're getting nothing for their work. They're working 10 hours a day, some of them 12. They're not getting paid. They literally can't pay their bills. Their credit card bills, their mortgages, their light bills. So they're quitting by the hundreds.

51:04

We shouldn't be treating these people this way. They shouldn't be treated this way. Would the Democrat Party blackmail like this? The Democrat Party is saying, pick your poison. Either the skies are incredibly dangerous or the streets are incredibly dangerous. But they're more concerned about the streets because they don't want these people deported. They brought them in here. They violated federal law. And they don't want to remove the right people that they brought here. They don't give a damn about American citizens. Not a damn. Mark the VIN. One of the truly great men of our time is Clarence Thomas. And unfortunately, time goes on, and we get older and older. In my case and his case, I understand why the Democrats didn't want him on the Supreme Court. They lied, they cheated. They libeled. They humiliated themselves. They tried to stop them. Thank God they failed. Clarence Thomas is one of the greatest justices of all time. His opinions are brilliant. Brilliant. And he's a true constitutionalist. I'm telling you, he's just... he just again like trump it's just good to be alive when you can live at a time when men like this or women are alive and sitting in positions of authority and power

53:54

And in the Daily, Dallas Express, they write, Clarence Thomas, Justice Clarence Thomas, has become the fourth largest, longest, rather, serving justice in U.S. Supreme Court history as of today. Fourth. He reached 12,572 days on the bench. That's 34 years and 153 days. My God, time flies. Moving past Chief Justice John Marshall, according to tenure calculations based on his October 23, 1991 Commission Day. And the milestone comes just months after Thomas moved into fifth place, surpassing Justice Hugo Black in November 2025, as previously reported by the Dallas Express. At that time, Thomas had logged in, well, it doesn't really matter. Now ranked number four, terms of longevity. Number four. Thomas sits behind Justice William O. Douglas, Stephen Johnson Field, and John Paul Stevens. He will not surpass another justice for around a month and a half, but is expected to leapfrog two positions within a three-day span later this year, putting him within reach of the top spot that Stevens held. hope he holds on and holds on even much longer from there thomas would enter a roughly two-year stretch during which he could become the longest serving justice in american history if he remains on the court please do he is not publicly indicated in intent to step down look i don't know obviously but i don't think he'd let that known anyway not any time soon but if he did he'd probably let the president know Now, Chief Justice Marshall, whom Thomas has now surpassed, is widely regarded as the most influential Chief Justice in U.S. history. Yeah, because he was a massive activist. Among my favorite would be William Rehnquist, actually. And Marshall was on 1801 to 1835. Thomas has frequently cited Marbury v. Madison in his own writings and speeches to emphasize the judiciary's constitutional role. In the 2019 concurrency wrote, the power, judicial power, is, as Chief Justice Marshall put it, the power to say what the law is in the context of a particular case or controversy before the court, and that decision was 1803. The truth is that before Marbury, that wasn't at all clear. since judicial review was not really addressed, and among others, any of you have watched my Liberty Voice video podcast are well aware. We went into Marshall and Marbury, and as I pointed out, Jefferson was furious, absolutely furious with that decision, as were many. I'm not a big fan of it myself. In a 1999 speech at the Federalist Society, Thomas Quippt, As Chief Justice, John Martel once declared the greatest scourge and angry heaven ever inflicted upon an ungrateful and sinning people was an ignorant, a corrupt, or a dependent judiciary. That's for sure. During the court's current term, Thomas has continued to author consequential opinions. The United States Postal Service v. Conan decided February 24, 2026, he wrote for the five-to-four majority opinion.

57:30

Holding the Postal Service retains sovereign immunity from claims involving intentional non-delivery of mail. More recently, Cox Communications versus Sony, March 25, 2026, Thomas authored a unanimous opinion rejecting contributory copyright liability for an internet service provider based solely on user infringement. You know, the court deals with a lot of technical cases like this. Every case isn't an abortion case. Thomas 77 was appointed by President George H.W. Bush and remains the court's longest serving current member for more than three decades. His jurisprudence has touched on issues ranging from administrative law to constitutional interpretation, with his opinions often revisiting foundational questions about the separation of powers. While Thomas's 10-year milestone marks a historic advancement, the timeline ahead will determine whether he ultimately surpasses Douglas, who holds a record of 36 years and 209 days. I thought they just said Stevens did. But it doesn't really matter. Douglas in his later years had a very severe dementia. Stevens did not, but Stevens lived well into his 90s, as a matter of fact. Let's see, Field. He was on the court a long time and not particularly profound in any particular decision or area. If you read my first book, Men in Black, I deal with some of these justices specifically. It's something I've always been interested in. And we've talked about it. I don't remember when Men in Black came out, but when it did come out, the publishing industry was shocked. How can a book on the Supreme Court reach to? I think it was number three or two on the New York Times bestseller list. Well, it did. And that was the beginning. It was with Regnery and then Simon & Schuster sign me. My next book was Rescuing Sprite. And then after that came the really big one, Liberty and Tyranny. One and a half million copies sold. That's still the biggest conservative book in a generation. In a generation. People say, which book should I read? And I say, well, a lot of people read Liberty and Tyranny. That might be one. I'd also recommend, as I do now more recently, American Marxism. I think those are two of the most important books. But I wrote the books, other than rescuing Sprite, obviously, but I wrote the books. Really, it could have been ten volumes of the same book. Because I addressed different things in different areas. You see what I'm saying? But I could never put it in one book. It would just be too big. Just too big. President Sarah's at the cabinet meeting and some stupid reporters said, you are against Maryland voting, but you voted, you voted. Now, he's the president of the United States. You understand America? So he can't leave Washington necessarily to go to his voting precinct today. So he dealt with it. Cut 17 go.

1:01:03

Tell me about mail-in ballots going. You may not use the mail-in ballot. You probably said, yeah, I did. You know what? Because I'm president of the United States. And because of the fact that I'm president of the United States, I did a mail-in ballot for elections that took place in Florida because I felt I should be here instead of being in the beautiful sunshine taking... You were on Tall Beach, sir, the last few weekends. That's right. And I decided that I was going to vote by mail-in ballot because I couldn't be there because I had a lot of... different things but you know we have exceptions for bell and bell you do know that right so if you're away we have an exception if you're in the military we have an exception if you're in a business trip we have an exception if you're disabled we have an exception and if you're ill if you're not feeling good so i was away mostly in washington dc so i used a bail and bell but i appreciate the question because i know i know it was so well meaning that's right There are exceptions. You see how the media are. What we're concerned about are these massive campaigns, massive bags of mail-in voting and the way it's treated and when it's counted and whether it's dated and the signatures on it, these are the problems that come up. And there are many exceptions if you're sick, if you're traveling, you're on business, you're out of town, just a number. And he said, look, I was out of town. Yeah, but you weren't pomp. But he was out of town at the time he was voting. That's the truth.
