Hey folks, Mark Levin here. Before we dive into today's episode, I want to talk about my go-to gold and silver company. He's here. He's here. Now, broadcasting them from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-discreet building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin.

Thank you. We're gonna. here our number 877 381 381-381-877 381-3811 welcome to the program so I did the Sunday show I hope you all were able to watch it on Fox Life Liberty and Levine and the opening was a little different than people expected it was on birthright citizenship which I had not had an opportunity to discuss again on Fox even though I had two or three times earlier in my career there Because that decision will be coming down, and when it comes down, it's going to be a big deal. And there was nothing else I could say about the fantastic effort and successful effort by the administration, by our military. to retrieve the second pilot. We'll get into that later. But rather than just repeating all the news that was known and a lot wasn't known by then, just certain amounts of information gotten out, I just thought I should go ahead and proceed. And so I decided in preparing that monologue last night, I wanted this to be in as plain of English as possible. So even a Supreme Court justice could understand. Even a leftist could understand. Even the media can understand. the absolute hoax that is birthright citizenship. And I've done it with you folks, and I've done it with the Liberty's Voice video podcast, and I've done it before on Fox, but I decided really, really make it granular, textual, make it as understandable as possible. And I did that for 20 minutes. And I went through carefully, slowly, with the highlights of the 1866 Civil Rights Decision. Who were the authors of that act, I should say? Who were the authors of that act? Why was it passed in the first place? And gave the history surrounding it and the environment surrounding the passing of that act. And then it had been vetoed by the then-president Johnson, a Democrat. who became president as vice president when Lincoln was assassinated. And why was that important at the time? And so then we discussed the authors of the 14th Amendment. Why did they decide to have a 14th Amendment? And the history surrounding that and what the people involved in it had to say.

4:54

And then I went to the language of the 1866 Civil Rights Act. I went to the language of the 14th Amendment. And they tell us what it meant. And I explained, as I have with you, that you don't have to go to Blackstone. You don't have to go to English common law. You don't have to go anywhere except what's right in front of you. That's what constitutional conservatism is all about. That's what originalism is all about. That's why we're not right-wingers. We're not left-wingers. We're not wingers at all. That is the press. That is modern-day academia trying to pigeonhole you and me is something that we're not and push us over into the corner. And they pretend to be the center of the action. We're the center of the action. We're the core of what the people who founded this country believe. We are, you and me. And so we walked through it. And the president watched it. He thought it was fabulous. He posted on it. And he was encouraging everybody to watch it, including Supreme Court justices. And the media was furious. They were furious. And so we have headlines like... Let's see. Mediaite. I've told you about this site before, with the exception of one or two people, it really is a slop site. Trump tells SCOTUS to study Mark Levin on money-making birthright hoax. Then, picked up by, there's sort of inbreds, these leftist sites. Panicked Trump, 79, rages at Supreme Court in 1 a.m. and meltdown. Newsweek. Donald Trump says Supreme Court should base decision on Fox News host. And the headlines were all like this. Just dismissive. Because the media are partisan. They're activists. They're left wing. They hate the Constitution. They hate the president. They hate you. Mr. Mrs. America. They say better things about Hamas. and Hamas supporters in this country, and Iran and Iran supporters in this country, then they do about you. Then they do about you. So part of the problem we have, obviously, is there are people who aren't really focused in on these things. And so they read headlines, and they read some of these reports on what's taking place because the press are supposed to be a source of information of news. But they're not. They're not. Donald Trump says Supreme Court should base decision on Fox News host Newsweek. Donald Trump was not talking about the Fox News host. He was talking about what the Fox News host had to say. There's not a thing in that Newsweek article. They contradicts, counters, challenges anything that I said. Nothing. In mediaite, they lied, and they distorted, and they deceived. They said it's been the long-standing position. of the Supreme Court, their birthright citizenship applies. We're talking about illegal alien children. The Supreme Court's never even ruled on that, ever. There's no federal statute on that, ever, talking about birthright citizenship. And so here you have a so-called reporter who's a complete liar. But rather than take on what I argued and what I stated, the substance of it, with some counter-arguments.

8:40

They had none. It reminded me of most of the justices during the hearing last week. If they had a single example, just one, one, than any of the authors of the 1866 Civil Rights Act, which was the precursor, which really the motivator behind the 14th Amendment, or if they had a single statement by anybody who was involved in the 14th Amendment, promoting the idea of universal citizenship to anybody born into the United States, including illegal aliens. Let's see it. Let's hear it. There's nothing. Zero. There was no such thing as illegal aliens back then because they didn't have immigration laws of much, of much to speak of. So they didn't counter the Solicitor General of the United States when he was arguing, although he went off into some areas I wouldn't have, but nonetheless. I'm just staying focused. They went off the things like if it's the intent of the illegal alien who comes into the country or any alien that comes into the country, that the United States should be their domicile, therefore allegiance to the United States. How do we know their intent? We have to go through all this due process stuff. And I thought to myself, what does that have to do with anything? When you were ruling on the tariff issue, you weren't concerned about how complicated it would be to return funds to individuals and how that would work out. Not one of them said a damn thing about it. Stay focused on the Constitution and the law and your damn job. What does the Constitution say about birthright citizenship? Not a damn thing. Zero. Zero. And they knew exactly what was meant by the jurisdiction thereof. based on the earlier writings two years before in the Civil Rights Act of 1866. They knew exactly what they were talking about. And yet they pretend they don't. You want to know why? Because they're cowards. Other than Samuel Alito, who was clear, other than Thomas, who was clear, Gorset seemed wobbly. Brett Kavanaugh seemed wobbly. I don't know where this is going to wind up, but I will tell you this, if they constitutionalize something that doesn't exist in the Constitution, that means Congress can't do anything other than pass an amendment to the Constitution. You see how the Congress is divided. That'll never happen. Convention of states were ways off from having a convention of states. Then what the Supreme Court will do is what no Congress has ever done. And what's that? voted to make birthright citizenship the law. In fact, by the Supreme Court upholding it, if they do, if they should, then it is enshrined in the Constitution. There's absolutely no basis for that, none. Now, the consequences, if they do that, are monumental, catastrophic, inescapable. That means every child born in the United States of aliens or illegal aliens. With minor, minor exceptions that are irrelevant here will be an American citizen. Now you can imagine, especially in a Democrat administration, how they'll open the borders and how many people will come into the country and have children. Now, for the communist Chinese, it'll be a heyday. Because they've already sent...

12:23

tens of thousands of pregnant women, Chinese citizens into the United States, giving birth to babies who become U.S. citizens, then leaving the United States with their babies, bringing them back to China, and then they'll become adults. Then they'll send them back to the United States. Well, the government there. And they'll have all the rights of American citizens. They'll be able to work on Silicon Valley. They'll be able to work on top secret plans. They'll be able to work in the military. They'll be able to run for governmental positions. And who are they going to represent? And when presented was something akin to that, the Chief Justice, the United States, said, that's not what we're deciding on today. So I went through all this and more. And the best news we could do is Donald Trump says Supreme Court should base decision on Fox News hosts. That's the best they could do. That's the best they could do. Mediaite. Trump tells SCOTUS to study Mark Levin show on money-making birthright hoax. Like 14 different topics in the one run-on sentence there for the title. And the rest were no different. The rest were no different. So rather than have any legitimate pushback, I'm not talking about sloganeering and lying and deceiving. I'm talking about, tell me who said birthright citizenship is enshrined in the 14th Amendment. Tell me, nobody. Tell me what they meant by the jurisdiction thereof. I told them. I told them what two of the authors, two of the amendments said. There's no response. Zero. Zero. Then they point to an 1898 decision, the same Supreme Court that in 1896 issued the Plessy v. Ferguson, separate but equal as equal, that upholds segregation right up to Brown versus Board of Education in the 1950s. That court, that court ruled essentially. that a father who was a naturalized citizen in the United States with a Chinese ancestry and a mother who was not, that their baby was a citizen. It was decided wrongly. That decision violated 40 years of practice. 40 years from 1868, from 1868 on. 30 years of practice, I should say, to 1898. But it still didn't involve an illegal alien child. The Supreme Court's never ruled on that. So if this court constitutionalizes birthright citizenship for an illegal alien child will do something that no Congress has done, no prior Supreme Court has done, that the framers of the amendment didn't promote, that the framers of the Act that preceded the amendment didn't promote, a term that is not in federal law, it's not codified anywhere, a term that's not found in the Constitution anywhere, they can't find a soul. They can't find a syllable that supports what they want to do. And the media treats it, treats it the way it does.

16:00

And I hope the court did listen. I hope the court does listen. I hope the court does the right thing. I just don't think there's nothing that had the guts to do it. Because what we're really talking about is politics and policy, not the constitution and not the rule of law. That's what we're talking about. They will try and camouflage it. camouflage you with the Constitution. They'll tell you about English common law and this, that. They'll go on and on and on. But I am telling you the truth, cutting away at all the statistics. If I've read the Constitution once, I've read it a thousand times. And I don't mean just read through it speed reading. I mean studying it, going over it, looking at the background of the different clauses, and who was involved in what? And that includes the amendments to the Constitution, especially the post-Civil War amendments and the Bill of Rights before that. But that's the best the press can do. I'll be right back.

Silver is now in its sixth consecutive year of structural supply deficit, meaning demand is outpacing supply of silver every single year. Solar energy alone is projected to consume 160 to 194 million ounces of silver this year because silver is irreplaceable in solar cell technology. And the world is using more and more silver. There's no substitute. Folks, silver is currently trading at a great price, $71 to $80 per ounce. earlier this year. That's the zigzag I talk about, but the trajectory is up, meaning the industrial demand story hasn't even fully played out yet. Call monetary gold today. Get your complimentary gold and silver guide. I want more and more folks on the internet to come to talk radio because I'd like more and more people on radio to come to Liberty's voice when I do that podcast because we find that there's only about a 7% overlap. in audiences. It's a totally different world online that's very toxic, quite frankly. This format is not toxic. We have rules and we have requirements and we have bosses and everything else. The internet has none of that. And so you get, as you can imagine, evil people, saboteurs, foreign enemy types, bots. It just goes on and on and on. So you muscle your way through that. You do the best you can, and I'm all for it. That is, trying it and fighting it. But there's really very little overlap. So I want to encourage you folks to check out Liberty's Voice. You don't have to live on the Internet like these other people do. Internet nerds. And you can do it through YouTube and Rumble, Liberty's Voice. And I'm encouraging people there. to come and listen to the program on radio here and i just posted there did you know the american revolution actually began well before 1776 and was in fact decades in the making did you know that we lost more battles than we won did you know only about 40 to 45 percent of the colonists supported the war I can only imagine what the forever war crowd today would have said in how they would have trashed George Washington and the Patriots had they been roaming the earth back then. Fair point, Mr. Producer? They would have been undermining the war effort every step of the way, if not, in fact, joining the British as loyalists to the crown. I have no doubt about this.

22:45

Here, this is from today's Liberty Voice, if you choose to listen to the video podcast, cut, one, go. To become an American citizen, there's an entire process. Among other things, you have to show allegiance to the country. You have to study some of the history, and you have to pass that test. You have to put your hand on a Bible, your right hand in the air, and swear allegiance to the United States. So an illegal alien comes into the United States, bypasses that whole process. They're here illegally, meaning they violated federal immigration laws. How does that mother then confer jurisdiction on her baby? If she doesn't have jurisdiction herself, and by jurisdiction, I'll take it either way. Physical jurisdiction in the United States, which is what the others argue, which is nonsense, or allegiance to the United States. She's here illegally. Her physical jurisdiction is illegal. She hasn't gone through any of the processes to determine allegiance, and yet the child is considered a citizen. It's all bogus as a logical matter and as a constitutional matter. We have a lot of fun doing this, as I have a lot of fun doing this, this. Cut two, one more clip, go. The communist Chinese government has set up over 500 corporations for the purpose of getting people into the United States illegally, having children, those children becoming citizens, and then... quickly leaving the United States to go back to China. Now, why would China be doing that? And isn't that a very important issue since we're talking now about tens of thousands? I saw one estimate over 100,000 such babies. Why are they doing that? Because when those children become adults, they are free to come to the United States. Why? Because they're citizens. And what else are they free to do? Join the military, join the government, join any Silicon Valley company, join any federal contractor that provides funding or support to our military? Why do you think the communist Chinese government is setting up over 500 companies to have what would be Chinese citizens born in the United States? Now, these children are also citizens of China, but they're now formally citizens of the United States. What do you think the founders would say about that? I'd think they'd be repulsed. absolutely repulsed president gave quite a long press conference today and was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end brilliant brilliant and they saw the you know the reporters asked when do you think this will end he says I don't know of course he doesn't know exactly when it's going to end you don't know in any war let alone battle

25:20

And he also has pointed out that, look, the Iranians can even be trusted. We're doing our best and so forth. The foundation for defense democracies makes a very strong case that there's not one, you know, strong man leader right now. It's like a pull-up you're of five who are making the decisions. Here's the president today. Cut three, go. They're very good bullshit artists. That's why for 47 years they've been bull-hitting other presidents and they haven't done the job. And people are living in hell. You live in that country. They're living in hell. No, I think that 47 years of this stuff is long enough. They're at the weakest point they've ever been. They have no Navy. They have no Air Force. They have no anti-aircraft. Weaponry, they have no radar. They have no communication. Mm-hmm. Cut four, go. Why would they want you to blow up their infrastructure, to cut off their power? Wouldn't that be punishing Iranians for the actions of the regime? They would be willing to, and it's suffering. They would be willing to suffer that in order to have freedom. The Iranians have, and we've had. Numerous intercepts. Please keep bombing. Bombs that are dropping near their homes. Please keep bombing. Do it. And these are people that are living where the bombs are exploding. And when we leave and we're not hitting those areas, they're saying, please come back, come back, come back. These are the people. I don't know what they do. All I can tell you is they want freedom. They have lived in a world that you know nothing about. It's a violent, horrible world where if you protest, you are shot. Remember the great woman protests where they had 400,000, 500,000 women, and they were all enthused, and they were going to protest, and everybody said, oh, the regime's going to come to an end. And then all of a sudden, boom, boom. five, six, different areas. A woman would go down right between the eyes. They had snipers. They had five snipers. That's all it took. And those four or five hundred thousand women said, oh, my God, what's that? Oh, look over there. What's that? A woman shot right between the eyes. And after five or six of them go down, then you start hearing the purr through the vast number of people. And then they said, oh, who would do that? And they're incredible people. But they've lived so horribly. They've lived so horribly. You know, Iran was a great country. If you go back 25 years ago or so, the Persian people, they're incredible, smart, brilliant actually. And I know so many, I know coming from New York, originally, I know so many people from around. They're incredible people, incredible energy and very, very brilliant people. But when you're standing in a group and protesting and you have a woman, in the case of the woman, remember the great woman march, everybody was saying, oh, this is the end of the country.

28:29

And then snipers selectively picked. Every single one was shot right between the eyes from a long distance. They were on top of buildings. Nobody even knew where they were, where they're coming from. This wasn't like a machine gun, which is also very bad. They've done that too. They did that recently. This was snipers sitting on the top of buildings, aiming and hitting women. And when they see people go down and all of a sudden there's a riot in the reverse direction, and they never came out again. And a lot of the news doesn't talk about, they talk about, oh, women's rights. You want to see women's rights? You're not going to see it there. It's amazing when I see some of the stupid people like, you know, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez plus three, all that group. They talk about, oh, freedom for Iran. They don't tell you the real facts. Women. Men, gays. How about gays for Iran? They kill the gays. They throw them off buildings. So I wonder what's going on. I can only say this. They want us to keep bombing. even if it jeopardized because their life is in much greater danger. They want freedom for Iran, but it's very hard for them to protest. I actually tell them, I said, don't go out. I fully understand. Nobody in this room would go out. I don't think there's anything because frankly, it's not a question of bravery. We're all brave, right? You're brave, I'm brave. We're all brave. But we're also intelligent if you have people shooting at you. expert shots with the best rifles you can get and hitting you right between the eyes every single time and you're looking here and you're seeing and you're looking here you're out of there I don't care who he's so down the earth and he gets it so completely he truly does cut five go They don't have guns. You know, we sent some guns, but the group that was supposed to give, which I said would happen to my people. This is out front of the Easter celebration. The Easter egg hunt, they're preparing, and the kids are there, and he's responding to reporters. Go ahead. Exactly. We sent guns. A lot of guns. They were supposed to go to the people so they could fight back against these thugs. You know what happened? The people that they sent them to kept them because they said, what a beautiful gun. I think I'll keep it. So I'm very upset with a certain group of people, and they're going to pay a big price for that. But the Iranian people will fight back as soon as they know they're not going to be shot, and as soon as they can get weapons. This whole thing about weapons actually started with me. on Saturday with General Keene and others. But the monologue on Saturday was about we need to arm the Iranian people. We need to arm them. They can't just rise up with bare hands. And they're not going to be able to just march like Mahatma Gandhi and so forth. It's not going to work. And enough with them being slaughtered the way they're being slaughtered. It's so horrendous, so outrageous, so disgusting.

31:38

So let's arm them. And so that's how this issue came about, I think, at least publicly. And I'm going to continue to press the case publicly that these people should be armed. And we've done it before. We did it in the Reagan doctrine, the Trump doctrine, and the Reagan doctrine of the best foreign policy, you know, doctrines we've ever had. I'll be right back. I'd like to tell you about a man named Phineas, who as a child survived the Holocaust. Phineas survived because Christians hid him from the Nazis, risking everything to save his life. Today's in his 80s. He can no longer stand on his own or leave his home to receive medical care. And when sirens sound and missiles fall, he doesn't have time or strength to reach safety. But once again, Christians are helping save his life. Through the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, a mobile clinic brings doctors and medicine right to his home, providing care he wouldn't receive especially in wartime. Christians save my life during the Holocaust, Phineas says, and now again they're helping me. As Israel's Holocaust Remembrance Day approaches, we honor survivors like Phineas, not just with words, but with action. Please give $45 a tax-deductible gift right now to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to rush life-saving essentials to the most... vulnerable under fire in the Holy Land. Call 888-5-85-I-F-C-J. That's 888-585-I-F-C-J or online at Levin for the Fellowship.org. That's L-E-V-I-N for the Fellowship.org. Well, now, Mr. President, what about your supporters? Hey, they're not really supporting you and what you're doing, you know. Now we know that to be a lie, but cut six, go. And everyone's saying, oh, is Trump losing Maga? No, I'm not losing Maga. Maga loves what I'm doing. And CNN did a poll of MAGA voters, a big poll, very important poll, Harry. And he went on, he said, this is amazing. 100% support. He said, I've never had a 100% poll at anything before. And is, do you support Trump, MAGA people, which is, by the way, mostly Republican. And if you look, I would say MAGA makes up a majority like about 95%. of the Republican Party. All right? So they went out, they did a poll, and CNN came back, 100% support. So they support what we're doing. But they would like to see it end and come back. But remember, wars last years, we're in there for 34 days. And we've obliterated a very powerful country in 34 days. Yeah, if we're up to me, I'd like to keep the oil. I just don't think the people of the United States would really understand. So now, he's asked, what about ending this for? What do you have in mind? Pretty stupid question, actually. Let's skip the cut eight, Mr. Producer. Go.

34:40

We have regime change, but we didn't do this for regime change. We did it for the fact, and my view was very simple. I saw somebody say, oh, he doesn't have a plan. I have the best plan of all, but I'm not going to tell you what my plan is. They want me to say, here's my plan. We're going to attack at 947 in the morning, and then we're going to do this. And then we're going to, and if you don't do that, they say, I have a plan. These people know what the plan is. Everybody here knows what the plan is. It's very unfair to say, because I don't mind being insulted. I've been insulted for many years by the fake news, but you can't. It's so bad for the people that are so pro, you just are too great and John Ratlip, three unbelievable people. They have a plan. Every single thing has been thought out by all of us. But I can't reveal the plan to the media. And in addition to a plan, he's pointed out, I can't be certain how this is going to end. So they have plans and plans. They have backup plans. That's just normal. That's just normal. New York Times reported to the president, you're violating the Geneva Convention. If you hit, you know, these water locations, you hit the bridges, and some of the morons in the woke right, neo-fascist, isolationist types, they regurgitate that crap. They don't know a damn thing. They've gone to very poor law schools. Maybe they haven't gone to law schools at all. I don't know. But they're stupid. That much I do know. And, of course, they're rooting for the enemy. They pretend they're not. They pretend they care about the soldiers. They pretend they care about, you know, affordability and the price of gasoline. No, they don't. They don't at all. They're really about sabotaging the commander in chief in the military, but they don't want to say it. Let's go to cut 10. Go. Deliberate attacks on civilian infrastructure violate the Geneva Conventions. And I look at this, ladies and gentlemen, and they don't violate the Geneva Convention if they have a legitimate military objective. Okay? Now, obviously, hitting bridges has a legitimate military objective. I believe we've done that in every war we've ever been in. To prevent the movement of the enemy. Same with hitting energy plants and other types of places and so forth. But it is amazing how our media think, how the woke, right neo-fascist, how they think, how the Marxist Islamists think, how Democrats in Congress think, which is we should play by Marcus and Queenberry rules, and the other side can wear brass knuckles. And then they wonder why we have any, any. casualties in these wars. If we fought them the way they wanted, we'd have literal forever wars. We could never win with massive casualties. It's really disgusting. I can't believe their first hour is over already. Ooh, baby. We've got two biggies left. I hope you'll be with us. We'll be right back. Now, broadcasting them from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-district building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello, America. Mark Levin here, our number 877-381-381-817-381. The phone works. We will be... Speaking to you at the bottom of the last hour, look forward to that. Now, there's a bit of a scandal taking place related to the extraction of these two pilots, and one involves a leak. And the president spoke to this today. Of course, we weren't aware of this, but this is very important. Cut seven, go. But these two extraordinary rescues, because it was two, and as you probably know, we didn't talk about the first one for an hour, and then somebody leaked something, which will hopefully find that leaker. We're looking very hard to find that leaker, and talked about there's somebody missing. They basically said that we have one, and there's somebody missing. Well, they didn't know there was somebody missing until this leaker gave the information. So let's stop right there. Whoever leaked the fact that there were two pilots that they were looking for, and the first one we found, put the life of the second pilot in danger, as the president just said, the enemy was not aware of that. And so now the clock was clicking. It was already, but they were now very, very worried that they couldn't get to this second pilot. before the enemy, that is the Islam on Nazi regime in Iran. Go ahead. I'm going to go to the media company that released it, and we're going to say national security, give it up, or go to jail. And obviously the president's been brief because that's the way it works in a nutshell. You can't use the First Amendment as immunity. from prosecution on a national security issue. And I can point to a bunch of gases, and they've been, we've seen situations like that in relatively modern times. And the person who pursued the media more than anybody else was Barack Obama, by the way. The Associated Press, Fox, New York Times. Nobody pursued the press and journalists more than Barack Obama, but of course, nobody knows that, but now you. But it's in my book on Freedom of the Press. Now, here you have an instance where somebody inside the administration leaks something to this reporter. Whomever the reporter is, I'm not familiar with who it is exactly. And so they want to know who the leaker is because they want to prosecute the leaker. Probably under the espionage act. And it is a damnable crime to do something like that, particularly when you're in the middle of an operation like this. And in order to find out who leaked, they'll do the usual checks, you know, phones and cell phone and all that sort of thing. But the most obvious is the reporter for whatever the news organization is. And if they say I'm a reporter, you know, under the First Amendment, I'm not giving up any information. Then they're going to prison is what the president meant.

42:06

They're going to go to prison. Now, I don't know about these wacko judges now in the District of Columbia, which will hear this more likely than not, or the northern district of, excuse me, the eastern district in northern Virginia. But that's the way it's played out in the past. Go ahead. There's some things you can't do, because when they did that, all of a sudden, the entire country of Iran knew that there was. a pilot that was somewhere on their land that was fighting for his life. And it also made it much more difficult for the pilots and for the people going in to search for him. All of a sudden, they know that there's somebody out there. They see all these planes coming in. It became a much more difficult operation. Because a leaker leaked that we have one, we've rescued one, But there's another one out there that we're trying to get. So actually, the country, Iran, put out a major notice, you all saw it, offering a very big award for anybody that captures the pilot. So in addition to a hostile, very talented, very good, very evil military, we had millions of people trying to get an award. When you add that to it, but we have to find that leaker because that's a sick person, probably didn't realize the extent of how bad it was. I can't imagine that the person did. But we're going to find out it's national security. And the person that did the story. We'll go to jail if he doesn't say. And that doesn't last long. And I think everybody would understand that they put this mission at great risk. They put that man at great risk and they put the hundreds of people that went in looking for him because everyone now knows that we're going in. Except the media, of course, is claiming the usual stuff. Civil liberties, First Amendment. How can Trump do this? because that's the way it works. Other presidents have done it and he absolutely can do this. Now a little bit of information on this, on the airman who was wounded. Here we have the New York Post. The tough as nails U.S. Air Force colonel shot down over the Moran was seriously wounded, but he still climbed a 7,000 foot ridge and hid in a crevice to evade capture for 36 hours, even with bounty hunters on his tail. The coolest a cucumber American hero, they wrote. It was yet to be publicly identified, spent one and a half days hiding in the Zagoras Mountains and dodging the enemy after his F-15E went down in hostile territory on Friday. And despite his injuries, the weapons officer was able to climb more than 1.3 miles and avoid detection by bloodthirsty nearby Iranian fighters spurred by the chance to capture an American soldier and the $60,000 bounty placed on his head, the New York Times reported.

45:14

Thousands of these savages were hunting him down, President Trump told Axios of the harrowing situation. The officer was armed with only a handgun as he awaited rescue, which occurred partly thanks to the emergency beacon he activated from a crevice along a mountain early Sunday local time, CBS News reported. And the president and his team initially feared that the signal could be a ruse to lure more American soldiers into a dangerous situation. As U.S. defense officials said that before the colonel's extraction, the weapons officer submitted a short unusual message over the radio and said, God is good. When he said on the radio, send it like something a Muslim would say, Trump told Axios, referencing the Islamic phrase, al-A. Akbar, or God is great. U.S. Defense Secretary, a.k.a. War Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth had posted the same phrase, God is good on X after the hero was rescued. Now, the officer's pilot had been rescued just hours after their F-15E was shot down. It's not clear what injuries the colonel suffered, but they have been described as serious by U.S. officials. Well, when he ejected from that plane, apparently was going in a very fast speed in a relatively high altitude. With the help of the CIA, military officials were able to track the colonel's equipment to his exact location and confirm his status according to the New York Times. That's the CIA doing a good job, doing what it's supposed to do. Along with helping tracking the officer, the CIA pulled off a diversionary tactic that saw the U.S. plant fake intel that the soldier had already been rescued and was being driven out of Iran. When it was time to act, a massive, broad daylight operation was launched involving dozens of aircraft and MQ9 Reaper drones, providing a protective perimeter and striking any hostile forces who got within two miles of the airmen's position, the Jerusalem Post reported. Now, the complex operation involved 100 special operations forces, led by SEAL Team 6. and Delta Force Commandos and Army Rangers on standby. That's a lot of muscle, a lot of expertise there. According to the New York Times, SIL Team 6, Delta Force, and Army Rangers in standby. U.S. Special Ops Commandos also engaged in skirmishes with local tribesmen during the hunt for the pilot. This is definitely a big-time movie, just a matter of time and a big-time book, because I'm not talking about the entertainment aspect of it, the informational aspect of it, it's going to be greatly in demand. The rescue mission ran into last-minute trouble when two aircraft stationed with a fortress south of the city of Safsvim became stuck. So it was wet. These are heavy aircraft, these C-130s. Two of them, and they couldn't get out. So they left them stranded, that is the planes, and they blew them up. They destroyed them, the trap vehicles, that is. So they wouldn't fall into enemy hands. The injured airman has been flown in a rescue plane to Kuwait for medical treatment, and that's what we know about him. We'll be right back.

You know, folks, I've been working with Pure Talk for six years now. Boy, time flies. I wanted to work with a wireless company that shares my values. Pure Talk is a veteran-led company, so helping veterans is their North Star. Now, they've donated over half a million dollars to America's Warrior Partnership, a fantastic organization that is on the front lines of helping to prevent veteran suicide. And Pure Talks creating American jobs with a U.S. only workforce. Sure to be a lot cheaper to send jobs overseas like other companies do, but they're committed to delivering the best experience possible for their customers here in the United States. And yes, I love Pure Talk service. They give you the same tower, same network, same 5G coverage, is one of the big guys, but for a fraction of the price. And I choose to do business with a company that shares my values, your value, helping support veterans every single day in creating American jobs. How about you? Go to puretalk.com slash Levim to switch to pure talk. That's puretalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N. To switch to my wireless company, America's wireless company, Pure Talk. President to Israeli TV, we were afraid the downed U.S. airmen had been captured. They were trying to lure us into an ambush. He says Israel helped a bit. The U.S. was concerned that the Iranians had taken its... Down navigator hostage, they were forcing him to try to lure American rescue forces into an ambush. The president told Channel 12 hours after the missing service member was rescued. He talks to Channel 12 a lot. That's the conservative channel there, right, Mr. Reducer? What's that? No, Channel 12. It's the Israeli channel. The Airman was, God is good, quote unquote, the Airman said. on his encrypted communications device, as we just mentioned, leading rescuers to suspect he was being held and made to speak. And the president told the Israeli outlet, it took several hours for U.S. forces determined that the colonel, being a religious individual, was the one speaking. And the president calls Israelis, quote, very brave, unquote, and says the relationship is that of a, quote, big brother and little brother. Big brother and little brother. Now this drives the Jew hating, Israel hating, Benjamin Netanyahu hating, you know, poisonous, cancerous boobs, nuts. The U.S. is big brother and Israel is little brother. That's a quote from the president. Whereas the Iranians say the United States is big Satan, Israel's little Satan. The president says, no, you got that wrong. We're big brother, their little brother. Now this literally drives the insane on the left and the right further insane. The president also said today, and I paraphrase, if you're a Democrat and you don't support Israel, then you're supporting Iran. I mean, he speaks the truth, regardless of PC, regardless of wokeism, regardless of the whole thing. He speaks the truth. whereas the people who attack him do not. Ro Khanna is a congressman from the Silicon Valley area in California. He went to Temple University, and I think Temple Law, as did I. So I think he grew up in and around Philadelphia. I'm not sure. I don't know if he's second generation. I don't know. I just don't, and I don't care. But he initially contacted us. Did you know, Mr. Producer, as a moderate who wanted to have discussions? Yes.

52:34

He's a lunatic. In my view, he's a bigot and an anti-Semite. I'm not saying that loosely, but the things he says and does are just repulsive. He's moved hard left, so he either wants to run for the Senate or the governorship one day in California or even president. But he's awful, absolutely awful. He's deranged. And he tries to position himself. As a moderate while he's spewing the left wing crap. But not anymore. I don't even think he tries to position. Takes a lead on the Epstein files. He calls out names on the house floor of people who are absolutely innocent. That's one of the clowns that did that, him and Thomas Massie. He is another one of these TV prostitutes like Chris Murphy's on TV endlessly. I turned down two shows this week already. And I'm in the business. I think I'm doing Martha McCollum tomorrow. But I don't do a lot of it anymore. I do some. When Sean's in, he asked me to do it from time to time and I'll do it and so forth. But that's not my point. This guy is awful. And now they're attacking APEC, the American-Israeli political action committee. A-PAC is a domestic American citizen organization. That promotes American-Israeli relations. It spends far less money in its pack than scores of other organizations. Scores of other organizations. And yet it's being targeted now by the Democrat Party. Anybody who takes money from APEC, you know, the Jews.

54:27

It's gotten very, very bad. And he's one of the leaders of the PAC. He's one of the leaders of the PAC. And other Democrats don't want to even support helping Israel with its defensive Iron Dome, which is purely defensive to protect its cities. Purely defensive. So they've lost their way. It's really a horrendous party now. Truly horrendous. When people say, I'm a Democrat, I wonder why they are Democrats. I'm a union guy. Really? Do you like the way they treat union guys? Really? Do you see the TSA? Do you see the TSA? They're only for certain unions. Radical left-wing unions, like the teachers' unions. They're not for the police unions. They're not for the firefighters unions. Excuse me. They're not for the construction workers, the plumbers, the electricians, the brick layers, the roof. They're not for that kind of a union member because they're red-blooded Americans who are patriotic. They're not radical left-wing cooks. People who make the country work. and build the country and protect the people in the country. That's totally different, totally different than what's coming out of our education departments and our colleges and universities. They have nothing in common with this Randy Wine Garden and the other lunatics that run the AFT and the NEA. Nothing. Because they attack cops too. I'm not even just talking about cops. I'm talking about law enforcement, period. Law enforcement, period. Because that's what they do, and that's who they are. So the rescue, I have nothing else to add to that as more comes out. I'll let you know about it, but the president did comment on the injuries to this officer, which is something I think I'd like to know more about. Cut 12, go. Despite the peril, the officer followed his training and climbed into the treacherous mountain terrain and started climbing toward a higher altitude, something they were trained to do in order to evade capture. They want to always go as far away from the site of the shootdown. You want to go as far away because they all head right to that site. You want to be as far away as you can. And he was injured, and he was an amazing, amazing thing. He scaled clipped faces, bleeding rather profusely, treated his own wounds and contacted American forces to transmit his location. They have a very sophisticated beeper type. So it's pretty amazing that the man got to that crevice near the mountaintops like he did. We'll be right back. You know, folks, I've been working with Pure Talk for six years now, boy, time flies.

And yes, I love Pure Talk service. They give you the same tower, same network, same 5G coverage, is one of the big guys, but for a fraction of the price. Go to puretalk.com slash Levin to switch to pure talk. That's pure talk.com slash L-E-V-I-N. The switch to my wireless company, America's wireless company, Pure Talk. Do you ever talk back to your radio? Then you must be listening to Mark Levin. Pick up the phone and call 877-381-3-8-1. I'm going to play something for you. The Shaw of Iran. I happen to think the Chauverin was a great man. He was a great American ally. He was a great force against the Islamists. He warned about the Islamists. I'm looking here for the audio, Mr. Producer. I can't. All right. Let's go to 15. We have a lot of audio today. We don't use it all, ladies and gentlemen. We use a small percentage, but we want to be ready. Here's the Shah of Iran. Muhammad Rezae Reza Pahlavi. in the 1970s. And what Carter did to him was a disgusting disgrace. And then opened the door to Khomeini. And, of course, all the leftists and opposition parties and the Marxists that joined the Islamists in overthrowing the Shah and joined Carter in overthrowing the Shah for all effective purposes. All those people were slaughtered, just so you know. They were slaughtered.

1:00:06

So this is the Shah of Iran in the 1970s. And he's talking about these radicals. Hat-tip-Vice grad 24, which is on X. Cut 15 go. Now, everybody is trying to say, well, let's try to understand these people. These people who are killing massacring others. The people they don't like just like flies. But in my case is to compare it to the most perfect government of the world. In the case of those kind of people, usually there is a tendency, especially in the most liberal circles in the world. Or let's try to understand them. Let's establish a dialogue. This is something that I don't understand. Yes. You're right about 100%. He's saying you compare my government. You compare it to the most perfect government. Meanwhile, you want to dialogue with these mass murders, these Islamists. The people of Iran have paid a heavy price for what Carter did and others. The people the Middle East have paid a heavy price, including the Jews and Israel. and others in Israel, and the people of the United States have paid a heavy price for this. All of us have. And we have a president that wants to put an end to it. The awful lot of people warned about the threat of Iran, Bill Clinton, George Bush, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris. Only one actually has done something about it. And that's President Trump. Cut 16, go. We are fully prepared to act to restrict the fines to Iran and Libya that fuel terrorist attacks. Iran is today the world's leading state sponsor of terror. A nuclear Iran is a threat to our national security, and it's a threat to Israel's national security. Iran is a destabilizing, dangerous force in the Middle East. We cannot afford to have a nuclear arms race in the most volatile region of the world.

1:02:30

All talk, no action. I'll talk, no action. Another man that takes action gets attacked because he backs up his talk with action. He gets attacked by phony maga types, fake MAGA. He gets attacked by stupid people, silly people who wear a lot of makeup, who wear hair extenders, other stupid people. I see Steve Bannon, the Supreme Court, has helped him out with that. ridiculous case that was brought against him by the regime that is the Biden regime involving the January 6th committee but Steve Bannon pled guilty to another matter in the state of New York of defrauding you the American people and he got a federal pardon so they couldn't bring federal charges against him so he's still a complete fraud and a convicted felon by his own word him he's another one Then he brings on this freak, fraud, phoenix type. This guy, what the hell is that guy's name? Mills or something or other, the American Conservative magazine. It should be called the American Proversion Magazine. And this guy looks like he's always waking up from a drunken stupor. He's a punk. Then you have a Nick Fuentes, Nick Fuentes, white supremacist, whose father and mother is Mexican. And of course, he is a hate on for the Jews because he's jealous. He's a dumb punk. He's a dumb guy. And I think he's caught between both sexes. You know, they always like to talk about what's between your legs. Him and what's her name? Megan. Oh, the genitalia's this. Oh, it's that. It's sick. But for what this may be the sickest of the sick. Maybe not. I don't know. They're all pretty damn sick. So he's down there between the legs talking about that stuff. I just figure they all have problems, problems at home with they keep talking about this stuff. That's why I called one of them Deep Throat. And I'll keep doing that if I need to. Now I just gave the nickname Deep. It's sick in the internet. Sick in the podcast world, except for a few exceptions. Dan the man Dan Bongino. Ben Shapiro, one of the smartest people ever meet. Josh Hammer, another one of the smartest people he ever meet, and me. And a handful of others, I have to say. Handful. Handful. Anyway, you got this guy Nick Fuentes, if that is his name. Israel is sick little, you know what. He's rooting for Iran to win. He says he's going to vote Democrat, and if the Democrats win, he's leaving the country. Makes you want to vote Democrat, doesn't it, Mr. Producer? He's a big fan of Hitler and Stalin, both of whom had their own sexual issues, by the way, but that's for them to talk about. He used to laugh about baking six million cookies. But Nick Fuentes doesn't understand he'd be one of the cookies. being what he is you know what you are the laid off nick you know what you are then they have a guy out there whose name Hasan Piker Hasan Piker is a radical islamist apparently he's the nephew of or cousin or whatever with this guy sank that fat slop

1:06:23

Now, I've got all kinds of names I could use with these guys, but I'm going to keep my powder dry right now. It is radio afterwards. And this guy, Hasan Piker, said that you and I, we deserve 9-11. We deserve 9-11. America, deserved 9-11. And he said other things just as horrendous. So this guy Rowe, Connor, who I just mentioned to you, this reprobate, this disgusting excuse for a congressman. who's a bigot, in my humble opinion. And he sees that the votes in his party, especially in the element of his party, he's trying to allure to him, to lure to him, is anti-Jew, anti-Israel, and so he's, you know, he's sort of a Bernie Sanders. And so he's asked by Kristen Welker. A meet the depressed. No, first of all, look at the host, Kristen Welker, loser. Look at the guest. Ro Khanna, who has no Kahanas. But can you imagine that? This is how far America media has sunk right into the toilet. So he was on this guy, Hasan Piker's show, and he was proud of it. He said, yeah, and I'll go on again. Sure, all he said was, we deserve 9-11. Cut 17, go. Where do you draw the line, Congressman? Would you appear on, for example, a right-leaning show, Alex Jay Jones, for example? Well, Alex Jay Jones is not right-leaning. He's a fat slob. He's always leaning for it because he's got this big, massive pot belly. And he's got the IQ of a squirrel. And then he's out there talking, you know, let's all leave, man. Shut up, fat boy. Nobody's even paying attention to you. Nobody. By the way, don't you have bills to pay? Maybe you should get a job at McDonald's if they'll hire you. They probably wouldn't. Nothing wrong with that. Being an officiato of that myself. But you, you'd probably eat all the profits anyway. Go ahead. controversial comments that have enraged people, hurt people deeply in some instances. Look, there is obviously a line, and I probably wouldn't appear on Alex Jay Jones. But the point is I don't think that that line should be with Hasan Piker, who has millions of followers. Hello, Dummy. Hitler had millions of followers, too. What does that have to do with anything, except nothing? So he's got his standards America, not Alex Jay Jones, but Hasan Piker. Of course he'll go on that show. He's got millions of followers. The fact is most of them are overseas, many of them are Islamic, but it doesn't matter. He's got millions of followers. Of course I'm going to go on Hasan Piker's show. Just because he says outrageously contemptible, poisonous, cancerous things, he's got millions of followers. Go ahead. who has been critical of the blank check that we gave Benjamin Netanyahu in the war in Gaza. Nobody's given Benjamin Netanyahu a blank check, you a haul. Nobody. And all this Benjamin Netanyahu stuff and Israel stuff, and we deserve 9-11. But Hasan Piker's okay, don't you know? He's wrong with Hasan Piker. Because he doesn't agree with the war in Gaza. Like the Israelis started the war in Gaza.

1:09:54

when their people were slaughtered. And he doesn't agree with the war against Iran, even though they're building nukes to attack us and have killed thousands of Americans. He just doesn't agree with that. Roy Kahana. Who the hell is this guy? Where did he come from? What rock did he slither out from under? Go ahead. I don't agree with every one of his statements, and it's a judgment called. It's not a matter if you agree with every one of his statements. It's a matter that the guy is, he's a bleeding hemorrhoid on the body politic. Everybody knows, to the extent anybody knows who he is, everybody who knows who he is, knows what he is. He's a mouthpiece for terror organizations, for care, and so forth and so on. So you don't agree? I don't agree with every one of his statements. But so what? He's kryptonite, but not to you. Not to you, Kahana. But everybody's going to know who you are now, won't they? I'll be right back.

Over at front page, a great site. Delaware names January Muslim Heritage Month. I think I'm going to move to Delaware. When you think about Delaware, are they right? You're probably not thinking about shady financial firms or Joe Biden, but I repeat myself. Let's see here. Oh, yeah, the excellent Daniel Greenfield. He says, but still you may want to think about something else because the state is named January Muslim Heritage Month. Indeed, nothing says Muslim heritage like Delaware. That's true. What the hell does that have to do with Delaware? What brought on this particular battle of Islamization? The resolution came from Representative Medaya Wilson Anton. We covered her in our first edition of Election Jihad for making a scene by screeching about genocide at Kamala Harris. now wilton anton the first muslim elected in delaware has all sorts of thoughts about islamic terrorism she responded to october seven by posting that so long as a government refuses to respect the existence of people it should expect resistance She'd been previously involved with students for justice in Palestine, another Hamas front group, some of whose chapters have called for the destruction of Western civilization. So welcome to January jihadi month in Delaware, and you thought it was just the small state, the first state, with a lot of corporate headquarters. No, it's more than that.

1:13:55

January in Delaware. I think I'm going to take the family or January in Delaware. What happens on Muslim Heritage Month, Mr. Producer? You think they're welcome a Jew? I'm just curious. What do you want me to do? Oh, yes. I'll be right back. Folks, Mark Levin here with a new episode of On the Frontlines, my original podcast series and partnership with the great international fellowship of Christians and Jews. This week's episode, Nations Under God, comes at a remarkable moment. America's 250th anniversary and a decades-long friendship with the state of Israel that remains as vital as ever. Joining me is Yalel Eckstein, the great president and CEO of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. as we explore how this alliance was built. From Truman's recognition of Israel to the leaders and moments that shaped the partnership rooted not just in strategy, but in shared faith and values. We'll look at how that bond has endured through the decades, why it still matters at a time of global uncertainty, and what's at stake if the next generation forgets the history and principles behind it. On the Frontlines isn't about looking back. It's about understanding what must be carried forward. Find the latest episode of On the Frontlines on the Mark Levin show podcast feed wherever you get your podcast. Subscribe now and join us on the front lines of freedom, faith, and fellowship. He's here. He's here. Now, broadcasting them from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-district building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. So we have now Muslim Heritage Month in Delaware. Because we all know there's a grave, there's a, excuse me, long and deep history. in Delaware of the Muslim community. Now, we have a different kind of governor in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis. I call him America's governor for a reason. I'm really thrilled with him as governor. I mean, you wake up every day. You don't have to look over your shoulder. You don't have to worry when you go to bed at night. Something's going to happen to your state. And we'll show what's happening in Virginia in a moment. But Florida really is, I think, the freest of all the states. And you got this great Ron DeSantis in there. And he just had a press conference today before signing a law, banning Sharia law in Florida. Just banning it. Some other areas have done that of the country, and that's what you need to do. Let's go to cut 19. Ron DeSantis, go. We'll do millions for public safety, millions for education, but never one red set for jihad.

1:17:11

So the legislation will sign today is the strongest action Florida has ever taken to protect its people from this influence. And obviously it spans finance, it spans political, it spans culture, and then, of course, it can be overt acts like we've seen in Old Dominion and other places around the country. I'm proud to be able to sign the bill today. I think it's something that we asked for. many months ago, and I know there were a lot of folks in the legislature who were very strong and wanting to deliver something really meaningful. So this will help the state of Florida protect you. It'll help us protect your tax dollars. It'll help us protect things that should not be happening in the United States of America, but certainly shouldn't be happening in the free state of Florida. So this is going to be a big deal. We're going to have a lot of folks, I think, that are going to be appreciative. They'll sue us like they do on everything. And we'll win on appeal. Probably not in the district because they know which judge to go to and we always lose. But we almost always went on appeal. And I think that'll end up happening with what we're doing here. Compare him, if you will, to a Nuscombe or J.B. Pritzker or a Kathy Hochul or the other frauds, phonies, and fools. He's just a fantastic governor. He really is. Compare him to what they're doing in the state of Delaware. So I wanted to point that out. Excuse me, cholera. It was one other thing I wanted to hit here. I don't think I see it. Well, we'll have to deal with this another day, I guess, because I can't find what I'm looking for. Let's see here. Bear with me. Oh, yes, the Democrat Party. We're hearing a lot of negatives about the midterm elections. And my view is we should always fight like we're behind in politics or even in a military operation. You fight like you're behind. And so you don't get cocky, you don't get lazy. Quite the contrary. There is some level of fear and concern that drives your motivation. And I think that's very, very important, very important. But Harry entered on CNN today. Who's viewed more favorably? Democrats or Republicans? Now, it's early yet. It's early yet, but still, it's better to be ahead than behind. But even this should not serve as a... is a reason for people to sit on their tucas it's always better to be ahead than behind in a poll but poles are only useful to a point turn out It's very difficult to determine when you're polling. So always fight like you're behind. But in any event, we talk about the negative polls from time to time. We might as well talk about the good ones, too, no? Cut 26, go. What might cause them concern? Why is that generic congressional ballot lead solo? Because just take a look at this. Net favorability. Party ahead at this point. Midterm of years with the GOP president. In 2018, Dems were up by 12. In 2006 on net favorability, which party like more? Dems were ahead by 18. Republicans.

1:20:41

are actually ahead on that favorability at this point by five points. So Democrats are just simply put running behind their previous benchmarks, and they need to be running well ahead of them if they want to take back the United States Senate, given that math. That's the Senate. The House is different because the Democrats are trying to put in the fix with their gerrymandering and everything. And I hope you folks in Virginia who are qualified to vote. I hope you vote and you vote no. on what this disastrous scamberger is doing. She is disastrous. There's a piece in the Washington Post today. Virginia's deeply divided on Abigail Spanberger, months after her landslide win. Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger, her approval rating stands at 47%, two months into the Democrats' term, with 46%. disapproving, 7% expressing no opinion in a Washington Post-Sharr School poll. Remember, she won by 15 points. And they point out, Scamberger won in a 15-point landslide last year after touting a reputation for bipartisanship, billed on three terms representing a conservative-leading district in Congress. But her current ratings... reflects sharp polarization among a Virginia voters in their views of the state's first female governor. The approval mark for Skamburger is 13 percentage points lower than the average for Virginia governors in the Washington Post polling since the 1990s. Her near even split between approval and disapproval is a worse net approval rating than the early-term score for predecessors in previous post-poles. It's slightly weaker than the ratings of her immediate predecessor, Glenn Youngkin, in a post-Shar school poll last fall, showing he ended his term with 50% approval and 46% disapproval. But unlike Skamburger, Yonken had come into office with a very narrow victory. Now, on a positive sign, they write for Skamburger. elements of her affordability agenda score well with voters suggesting room to approve her image like what what is the affordability agenda does anybody in virginia know in fact they don't even mention it here what is the affordability agenda she's raising taxes on everything dead and alive move that doesn't move so what is it she's now created the whole state as a sanctuary state we've had Three brutal murders in Fairfax County right outside of Washington, the biggest county in Virginia. And I remember when I first joined the Reagan administration, I was 23 years old. Fairfax County was Republican. Loudoun County was sparsely populated and Republican. The only fully Democrat county was Arlington County. But even that was a close call from time to time. Not anymore. Not anymore. So she's gone full lib, full leftist, campaigned as a moderate from a marginal district, marginal for her, and now she's really let her hair down, hasn't she? She's a disgrace. Now compare her to a Ron DeSantis. Now, she's hoping she'll be a vice presidential candidate. I'm telling you how this works. But in no way will she, or should she?

1:24:14

She's not charismatic. She's not, I can't say that about a woman, so I won't. She's not particularly smart. I don't care if she was the top graduate of some CIA school, even though she worked over there. Maybe they need to raise their standards over at the CIA. I'm sure there's many, many great agents and people that work there, don't get me wrong, patriots. But they let somebody like her slip in. She's utterly unimpressive. Now, there's another guy out there. His name is Zohran Mamdani. And this guy, Zohran Mamdani, is just out there doing one terrible thing after another. Now, I've got to take a break. But now all the racist crap is kicking in. We've got the Marxist crap, the Islamist stuff. Now we're going to have the racist stuff. We'll be right back. Yes, Zohran Mamdani, the mayor of New York. Destroying the city. He's killing it. He had a press conference today, and he wanted to announce preliminary racial equity plan. In other words, he's a bigot and a racist. Cut 27, go. Despite the incredible wealth of our city, our poverty rate is double that of the national average, and it is getting worse year over year. And while today's true cost of living measure confirms that the affordability crisis touches every corner of our city, we know that these effects are not applied evenly. So often... So we need unaffordable applied evenly. Is that what he's saying, Mr. Medusa? He doesn't have to worry about this. I mean, if you look at Cuba and communist regimes, they have equality across the board. Everybody's poor, desperate, impoverished, depressed, except, of course, the Communist Party apparatchiks. And that's what he would deliver. That's what the Bernie Sanders of the world deliver. They're low on the IQ side, but good on the slogan side. And so, yes, we need equity. We need equality. Well there's a big gap between those who have and those who don't. Go ahead. Zohar hit the hardest. This preliminary racial equity plan is the first step in developing a whole of government approach to tackling that reality. It is a plan that lays out these first steps to solve decades of neglect and discrimination. What happened to Camio? I thought he was a big commie, too. He was busy trying to redistribute wealth. Remember him, Mr. Reducer? Wasn't he there like eight years? And what a friggin' disaster. Now we just need more. You know, neglect. Taxes aren't high enough, not enough regulations, not enough redistribution. I don't blame people. If they can get the hell out of New York, get out of New York, they can get out of California, get out of California, get out of Illinois, get out of Illinois, get out of New Jersey, get out of New Jersey. But what's left? Everybody's going to be in like three states, maybe four. Maybe four. I mean, what's left? And they're going to take over the Senate, you see. Because remember the Senate, every state gets two. And so if Republicans and conservatives and just rational human beings all move into these other states, while the blue states will all have two Democrat senators. Go ahead. Of 45 city agencies within a singular framework. Too often, the story of black and brown New Yorkers is one of being forced to stretch that same dollar that a little bit further. Yeah, okay.

1:28:48

He wants illegal aliens. He wants freebies. He thinks it's all based on race. I'm confused by that. New York, other than the Giuliani period in one term with Bloomberg, is all Democrat. How do these Democrat cities get away with this propaganda? The brown and black people have been discriminated against. Well, then they're the ones discriminating against them. They're unaffordable. Well, they're the ones who make the cities unaffordable. How do they get away with this? They own these cities, one after another after another. They own them. They own L.A., they own New York. They own Philadelphia. They own Detroit. They own Chicago. Just go down the list. They own these cities. They're one-party cities. They're one-party cities. And many of these cities are led by minorities, not all, of course, but many. How do they get away with this propaganda? It's just amazing to me that for decades, he says, for decades, they've gotten away with racial inequality. or inequity or whatever the hell they call it. And then I'm, I said, well, you're the guys who did it. All right. Cut 28. Go. Now, I ran for mayor on an affordability agenda because we know that we cannot solve this crisis without reckoning with the fact that the neighborhoods hit hardest by rent and the rising nature of it by child care costs. Okay, slow down. The neighborhoods hit hardest by rent are the middle class and upper middle class neighborhoods. Are they not, Mr. Produce? That's where the rent's rising. That's where the gentrification takes place. That's where the building takes place. That's a fact. Go ahead. are the same ones that have been hit for years by institutional neglect and racism. Okay. So if you have institutional neglect and racism, then why don't you change the government of New York, not into some kind of a bigoted, race-based, you know, dystopia. Why don't you try something else? Like a Republican? Like embracing free markets? like encouraging wealthy people to come in so your tax base expands how many more democratic experiments do you need in these cities to see that they work they don't work and they use the same propaganda and they use racism as a tool to continue to maintain or build support See, none of this is your fault but for the fact that you are this race and but for the fact you're discriminated against. Who runs the bureaucracy in New York City? Is it a bunch of Republicans? No. How do they get away with this? Go ahead.

1:32:00

Listen, its history of racial inequity are bound together. That is why we're... What history of racial inequity? What have the Democrat mayor's been doing to the black and brown people in New York? I want to know. Because it sounds like... It sounds like George Wallace runs the place. Is that what's been going on in New York? This clown is going to raise property taxes. This clown is going to be promoting racist policies. And then people are going to leave. And you're going to have a city that is poor. The working class is going to leave. Not just the rich. The working class is going to leave. As soon as they can get the hell out, those who work for the government there, as soon as they can get their pensions, they're going to get the hell out. I've seen it with my own two eyes and my glasses. Go ahead. Two billion dollars in partnership with the governor to place our city on a path to universal child care. See what I mean? Universal child care. He's just, he's just going to break the cut. When you have a man with no experience and all he does is proselytized for Marxism and Islamism, this is what you get. We're going to get more money. into the city by the state taxpayer so you pay all the same thing that by the state taxpayer for universal child care universal child oh yeah yeah you gotta have universal why we've ever had it before new york was a vibrant city people were moving into new york city people wanted to create businesses in new york city Entrepreneurs wanted to be in New York City, much like the whole state of California. That's where they wanted to be. Why? Because they had universal health care? No. They had universal child care? No. They had among the highest property taxes in the country? No. They had a police force that's understaffed and depopulating? No. So they're doing all the wrong things, but they don't care. This is the nature of an ideology. That's how it works. I'll be right back.

1:34:19

This is going to be an extremely busy month. I have to watch 104 soccer games. Follow the pregame, the post game, yell useless opinions at the TV. It's a lot. So I knew that when it comes to screening for colon cancer, the choice was clear. The Colagard Plus test. It can be used at home and can only take 15 minutes, so I can do it during halftime and not miss any action. If you are 45 or older and at average risk, ask your healthcare provider about screening for colon cancer with the Coligard test. You can also request a prescription at colagard.com. Mark Levin, the champion of liberty and true conservatism. Call Mark now. 877-381-381. Yellow, yellow, yellow. Yo. Let's go to Jeff. Ellicott City, Maryland on XM Satellite. Jeff, how are you? I'm doing great, Mark. How are you? I am great. Thank you, sir. Great show tonight. Just got a quick question for you. Yes, sir. Why does Trump have to give away our military diversion tactics during these press conferences? I mean, what's the reason for that? Well, which diversion tactic did he give away? He gave the one away about that they sent planes and everything in a different direction so that Iran would not know. that they were going to rescue a pilot in a different area. I doubt he said anything that ultimately the Iranians wouldn't know. But here's the situation. The problem is you've got a media that is hostile to everything that's taking place here. You've got a Democrat Party that's talking about impeaching him over this and that he's committed or he's going to commit war crimes. You've got people like Ro Khanna out there and Chris Murphy. It is an endless Trump beat. no matter how positive this what I call peace mission has been and the effects of it. And so I'm sure he wants people to understand how fantastic the military is and some of the fantastic things they're doing and especially this rescue effort. But I just don't know of that is really all that secret. I mean, if you're sitting there thinking about it, it's probably something you would want them to do and they would do anyway. But each situation's different. So I wouldn't criticize them for it, but I do get your point. Well, thank you very much. It's a great show. Thank you, Mark. All right, brother. You take care of yourself. Fair enough. We're going to stay in Maryland. Mike, Hagerstown, Maryland, the great WMAL. Go right ahead, please. Hey, Mark. Thanks for taking my call, man. Yes, sir. Thanks for all you do in fighting the good flight against the radical left and against the evil war of life, man. You're awesome. Thank you, buddy. You're very kind of. So the previous car kind of stole my thunder, but if I could expand on it a bit more, I want to talk about, I want to... So I wanted to talk about the release of the public information. So the release of the public information regarding the CIA use of this information campaign. By the way, I thought it was the CIA director, John Ratcliffe, who was doing that first. Correct.

1:37:38

So I'm going to preface this by saying that I am a diehard Trump supporter. I love 99% of what he does and says and support this campaign against Iran 110%. Having said that, understand that the Trump administration would want to tout and celebrate the administration's capabilities to the American public, right? But by putting that information out there, doesn't that tell Iran, hey, if this happens again, watch out for it and don't believe this information. And God forbid if this happens again, doesn't that put future down service members in a necessary additional risk? Second point. So, but before we go to the second, why do you think John Ratcliffe first then Trump? But why do you think John Ratcliffe would say what he said? Now, he must know everything we know plus more, no. I have no idea. It doesn't make sense. Well, I don't know. Maybe they're doing another head fake. I don't know of some kind. I just don't know. And just, from my perspective, I think this ties into a larger issue of the American public's expectation that we are somehow entitled to be informed about everything our military does and why. And don't get me wrong, while I like hearing that strict Iran, I don't need to know that. All I care about and all I need to know about is that both pilots were successfully rescued. And I just think our government needs to return to a more need-to-know basis with regard to spewing information related to national security up to the public. All right. Fair enough. I appreciate it very much. Hold on here. I lost my list. Here it is. Fair enough. Jake Passaic, New Jersey on the Mark Levin app. Jake, how are you? Hey, how are you, Mark? Happy Passover. Well, thank you. And a happy Passover or a happy Easter to you either. Yeah, if I could get three questions in. My first question is... Are they true and false? What are they? Multiple choice? Just kidding you. Go ahead. No, no, three separate questions. I'm on a die-hard terms of order. Yeah. We're getting a lot of die-ard butt. Go ahead.

1:40:05

I feel like Israel and BB Antonio on the most sad seems they're on the ground in Iran. Or what? Slow down. I didn't even understand you. You think what? Say again? I think Israel and BB Antonio have a group in Iran when it comes to Iran and making deals. They have what? Do you understand, producer? I can't hear. Do you think they have what in making deals? They have a better understanding in what's going on in Iran. Okay. No, I understand you. All right, got it. So any deal that Iran would agree to, that means that they think the regime is going to be intact. So I think that's why Israel is very nervous, and even this 15-point plan. So I just don't understand what Trump will want to agree to such a plan. So you're saying don't agree to any plan unless it's a absolute surrender? No, I think there's bomb, keep on bombing for another 30 days, and the regime will eventually cave. How do we know he won't? I think part of what he's doing, and Eli Lake wrote about this in the free press, is psychological to confuse them. You know, the prior two callers we're talking about, I think we give out too much information. Fair enough. But I also think he purposely gives sometimes conflicting information to confuse the enemy here. Like one day, Jose, I think we're within days of a... of a deal and then he'll say look Obama for two or three more weeks or things of that sort so I think he's very flexible and how this will end but he wants it to end in a certain way in the sense that there's certain you know no negotiated points my focus in part is on making sure that the people of Iran can't be abused like this anymore that that to me needs to be a big issue and I really believe that What was your second question? My second point action. Yeah, so that leads to my second point. This guy, JD Vance, who's actually leading the negotiations when I comes to Iran. So I'm actually Jewish. I love Trump and I love Israel. And I'm very nervous about 2028 if JD Vance gets the nomination. First of all, do you ever have any encounters with JD Vance? Like, do you know what he actually stands with Israel? And do you know his relationship with Vina-O? Because he'll be done 20-28 after he wins in a landslide in six months. One of these days, I'll explore this. I don't know them that well. I don't know. All these questions you're asking me, I don't know that well either. I don't often focus on a vice president. I'm just being perfectly honest with you. But that day will come sooner than later. But in this administration, the president calls the shots. And so there's almost three full years left, and that's what I'm focused on. I have a lot of questions, too. I can't really answer your questions because I have similar questions. And as I say, the day will come when I'm going to be very interested in asking those questions and getting answers to those questions, especially in probably six or eight months when the beginnings of interest in people running for president in the next cycle after the midterms.

1:43:18

starts to rise. And we're going to be, I'm certainly going to be at the forefront of asking questions like the kinds you just asked me. Now, what's your third question? So my third question is it has to actually with Israeli politics. I know you're very outtuned in over there. First of all, do you plan on being there when Trump gets Israeli prize in Yomatsmo? Also, what do you think about this guy? Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait. You're too fast. I can't follow it. He's getting a prize for what, Trump? Trump's getting the Israel Prize on Yomatsmo on like April 22nd. Oh, no, I won't. That's not my plan anyway. What do you think? What do you think about this guy Herzog refusing to pardon the greatest prime minister in Israel's history? I think he's terrible. Keep in mind who he is. He's a leftist. He headed one of the opposition parties. He helped knock off the leader of that party. He's very much plotting and planning. But what do you think of Bennett, the guy that wants to take out Benjamin Netanyahu by trying to form some kind of an opposition conservative of center-right? This is a guy that made partnership with the Arab parties that don't even believe the country they represent should be existing. And it seems to me he'll say anything, become prime minister, even if he's prime minister for a year like he was before. So that guy concerns me a lot. And Herzog doesn't have the guts to do what he should do because he thinks it's going to hurt him with the left. All right? So I can't, yeah, I actually can't stand that guy, Ben. I compare him to Liz Cheney. He's a fraud on right-winger. I don't disagree with you. He is. He's got that kind of. To me, he's unprincipled, and he'll be a chameleon, and he was a chameleon the last time around. They're all very desperate to become a prime minister over there, including some of their generals. All right, good call, my friend. We'll be right back. Mark Levin.

And it may peak an interest in a family member as well. So Liberty's Voice, you can go to YouTube or Rumble. It's so simple, it's free. Just put in Liberty's Voice. Rumble's been great to us, too. Rumble, YouTube, check it out this evening. It's a brand new show. I'll have a brand new show for you tomorrow and Wednesday as well. And if you keep watching, I'll keep doing it. If you get sick of it, then I won't do it. But a lot of people listen to radio don't really watch podcasts or don't go on the internet. I get it. But we do our show a little differently. So I hope you'll check it out. Rick, Juno, Alaska, XM Satellite, quickly. Go! Yes, sir. I'd like to know how ranked choice voting works. Well, the way ranked choice voting works is you don't really have a political party primary. Let's say 10 people are running, and the two top people are the ones that are in a runoff. And... In most cases, you get two votes. So you can vote for two people. And so when you have a place where the Democrats in a majority, they blow out the Republicans, you typically have two Democrats at the top. Now, in California, they got so many Democrats running. The two Republicans right now are at the top. Ha, ha, ha, ha, to them. We salute our armed forces, police officers, firefighters, emergency personnel, ICE, our truckers, the men and women in Israel, the men and women in Ukraine, the men and women in Persia. And you, the American people, thank God for red-blooded yanks like you. And I'll see you tomorrow. Have a wonderful evening.
