Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-discreet building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin.
Thank you. We're gonna. helps have i turned the mic on hello america Mark Levin here i hope you're well our number is 877 381 381 3811 877 381 3811 well it's begun it's begun house democrats fire articles of impeachment against Pete Hegseth and for what great controversy to stir up the base, to get donations. It's all about power, and it's all about campaigning. Meanwhile, what are the Republicans doing? They're whining to the president. Come here, up, head in this thing in Iran, and the gas prices are up, and they don't know how to fight back. They disgust me so often. The Republican establishment does not know how to fight back.
CBS News, House Democrats unveiled articles of impeachment against defense secretary Pete Hegseth said today, making serious allegations about his handling of the war in Iran and his leadership more broadly. Serious allegations? Seriously, folks? The resolution led by Representative Yasimin Ansari. Who the hell is that? Of Arizona lists six impeachment articles. Unauthorized war against Iran. Unauthorized war? Well, then you would have impeached 30 presidents and 50 secretaries of defense. Unauthorized war. Reckless endangerment of U.S. service members. Violations of the law of armed conflict and targeting a civilians. Is that not a lie? Targeting civilians? Negligence and reckless handling of sensitive military information. Believe this? Obstruction of Congressional oversight. Abuse of power and politicization of the armed forces. Conduct bringing disrepute upon the United States and its armed forces. What a bunch of crap. All a bunch of Stalinists. The Democrats are all Stalinists but for a couple. That's it. That's it. And according to CBS News, these are serious charges. The impeachment push almost certainly won't go anywhere in the House this year since Republicans have a narrow majority. But its Democrat sponsors could renew their efforts if the party takes control of the chamber following the midterm elections. And ladies and gentlemen, hear me clearly. Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Steve Bannon, Nick Fuentes, Candace Owens, and another half dozen or dozen or so reprobates, grifters, may well hand the Democrat Party, the House of Representatives, and maybe even the Senate. Not because they have power. Not because people embrace them. Some of them are big audiences, a lot of which are overseas, and a lot of which are reprobates in this country who have no intention of voting. You know the Republicans can't stand them. You know MAGA can't stand them. You know conservatives can't stand them because they're not us. They never were us. They come out of media. Some of them are comics. Some of them are just slabs that come out of the basement of their mother's home. They're utterly unaccomplished. Every damn one of them. And they're trashing the Republican Party. Say what you will. It's a battle within the party. But if we don't have a strong United Republican Party and conservative movement going forward, we're going to lose. They want to blame Trump. They want to blame the war. They want to blame me. These people have said, several of them out loud, that they want the Republican Party to lose, that they want Donald Trump to fail. Marjorie Taylor Greene. There you are. Thomas Macy. Bunches of them.
And we have the same establishment of Republicans who don't know how to talk, who don't know how to fight, who don't know how to do a damn thing. If it wasn't for Donald Trump, they wouldn't even be in the majority. It's like Reagan had to carry them over the finish line. Trump has to carry them over the finish line. Look at the Senate leadership. Look at it. It's weak. The seven-page impeachment resolution claims Pete Hegseth engaged in high crimes and misdemeanors. The constitutional basis for impeachment. It says he has demonstrated with willful disregard for the Constitution, abused the powers of his office, acting in a manner grossly incompatible with the rule of law. These are just shibboleths. This is just bumper sticker crack. Slogans, which the Democrats are good at. Axios first report of the resolution. Axios is a radical left-wing website. Honestly, I don't know why the White House gives these guys interviews. They are disgusting. The resolution also accuses, hey, Seth, now this is how it works. You see? They put this out. They get all the media attention. They get all the headlines now. You're saying, well, Mark, you're reading it. I'm reading it to dispute it. Not to encourage it. And to alert you that he was failing to prevent the use of military force in a manner inconsistent with the law of armed conflict pointing to civilian casualties, including the February 28 bombing of a girl school in Iran that killed 168 people. Yeah, Hagsat did that. Did you know that America? Higset did that. Now what about their great hero Truman and FDR? They bombed the hell through Europe, and they had to, and we had to win. Who the hell is this woman? Mr. Producer, get that name off the first paragraph and invite her on the program, okay, to discuss impeachment. And then they go on, the media. The media basically describes for the Democrats. The impeachment resolution argues Pete Hegseth is engaged in conduct. They raises serious concerns of violations of the Geneva Conventions. What they're doing is throwing everything possible against the wall. Geneva Conventions. This, that, and the other thing. Of course not. It cites Pete Hegseth's sharing of details about U.S. military operations in Yemen in a private signal group chat. Now, ladies and gentlemen, that was the fault of the person who set up the chat. But regardless, it's an impeachable offense? That's an impeachable offense. Gross negligence in the handling is sensitive and classified military information. He engaged in an effort to obstruct constitutional oversight, so they repeat themselves. betting on press secretary kingsley wilson said the impeachment effort represents just another democrat trying to make hell we gotta do better than this just another we gotta fight like hell fight back push back they're giving aid and comfort
to the Iranian Islamist 7th century barbaric regime that has slaughtered hundreds of thousands of its own people over 47 years, that has killed thousands of Americans over 47 years, that tried to assassinate our president. And this Democrat Party is giving aid and comfort to the enemy. And that's the way it should be explained. Aid and comfort. Look at the way they treat women. Meanwhile, this is a female member of the house, a radical left-wing cook whose name I can't even pronounce out of Arizona who's heading this up. She should be a focus of criticism, of disrepute, of shame for what she's doing. And this is a dry run for Trump. Because I've already said if they take the house, they're going to go after Trump. This is an abuse of the impeachment clause, and they don't care. They don't care because simultaneous with this, and it's all orchestrated. They want to set up a commission to discuss the 25th Amendment. Now, everybody should be aware now the 25th Amendment. I've talked about it, ad nauseum on radio, ad nauseum on television, ad nauseum on my video podcast. Congress has no role. unless the vice president and the majority of the cabinet vote to send to Congress a letter or a statement that the President of the United States is mentally and or physically unfit to be President of the United States. Not that they disagree with them. Now they're not going to do that. So somebody might say, well, Congress can pass a law and they can to change it from a majority of the cabinet to a majority of something else. The problem with that is the president will veto it, and they don't have enough votes to override the veto. So this is all campaign-oriented, November-oriented, to try and create the impression that something unconstitutional and horrendous has taken place, to rile up the base, they get them excited because they don't have crap to run on. Not a damn thing. Nothing. Zero.
I'm not done. I'll be right back. Mark Levin. Gold just had its biggest years since 1979, up 67%. 53 new all-time highs, then blew past $5,500 in January. Right now, almost every major bank on Wall Street. They're telling their clients this is the buy window before gold hits $6,000, even $8,000. Meanwhile, silver is sitting on a structural supply deficit for the six straight year, meaning there's not enough silver for industrial use. Many central banks in China, Poland, Brazil, India are buying gold at record prices. Now's the time to diversify, ladies and gentlemen, with silver and gold. Call monetary gold today. We have to spend more time dealing with these insane grifters, these woke-right neo-fascists. And so we are hit on several fronts. We constitutional conservatives. We conservative Republicans. The Marxist Islamists, the neo-Nazis, and the woke-right neo-fascists. I explained before when you look at the political spectrum, we are in the middle. We're not right wing. We're not left wing. We are constitutional conservatives. It doesn't mean we're quote unquote centrist or moderates. It means we're constitutional conservatives. How can we be right wing if we're the ones who embrace our founding? Nothing right about it. That's what the Democrats try to do. They try and create these groupings. I'm not buying it. And I never have, and I've explained this to you for years. We are the center of the system. We embrace our founding, the declaration, the constitution, our traditions, our customs. We embrace them. That's not right wing. That's the center, the core of the political spectrum. Now, the Democrat Party is the party. To the Marxists. It's the party to the jihadis and the Islamists. It's the party to the neo-Nazis like this guy, Cram Graham Platner, who's running for governor, excuse me, for the Senate in Maine. This woke right neo-fascists who are attempting to devour MAGA, constitutional conservatism. The Republican Party, and if they can't own it, they want to destroy it, we have nothing to do with them. The people who follow them, they were never one of us, ever. In the last poll that was done, 92%. 92% of MAGA supports the president of the war in Iran. Zero percent of these woke, Reich, neo-fascists support it. They're not us. You got Catarrison running around? Trashing Christians, trashing Jews, pretending there's no such thing as Judeo-Christian beliefs. He's now embracing Islam, embracing Sharia law. He's a complete fraud. I don't know if he's getting paid or not. Does it matter? He's a fraud. He's not one of us. And Snello's goal is to destroy the Republican Party. You got this Nimrod Nick Fuentes with an IQ of a cucumber. Drops the F-bomb, goes on and on about the Nazis and Stalin and the six million cookies that were cooked by the Nazis. Who is this? Who is this turd in a swimming pool?
He looks like he's transitioning. I don't know from a guy from a gal or a gal from a guy. You got Megyn Kelly out there, the chameleon of chameleons. Every third word is an F-bomb. Obsessed with genitalia. Not hers, of course. Everybody else's. Like we're in junior high school. You've got this Candace Owens. who is a vile, evil moron, a lunatic who keeps trashing. Erika Kirk, Erika Kirk, at her own event, TPSA yesterday, couldn't interview the Vice President of the United States because there was an assassination threat that was so serious that her security told her she couldn't go out on the stage, for God's sakes. This is what we're dealing with. This is what we're dealing with. These are frauds and phonies and fools. It's exactly what they are. They don't believe in what we believe in. They don't have our faith principles, our governing principles, our belief systems. They just don't. To attack a widow of an assassinated young man when she has two little kids and to attack her over and over and over again. What kind of filth? What kind of scum does that? Candace Owens. She's a nobody. Absolute nobody. Tucker Carlson, absolute nobody. A zero. Megyn Kelly, a nobody. A zero. Have they said anything profound? Tell me what it is. Have they written something interesting? Tell me what they've written. Have they done anything for the conservative movement, the Tea Party movement, Convention of States, anything? Tell me what it is. And Trump's had enough of them too. All of them. All of them. He sees what they're doing. I have seen what they're doing. Others see what they're doing. Mark, let's get to the issues. This is the issue. November's coming fast. This is the issue. We need to unite. They're trying to dispirate us and disunite us. Don't be dispirited. Get active. Get angry. Get busy. Don't allow them to do it to us. Don't allow the left to do it to us. We've got people standing up to this. Pete Hegseth that they're trying to destroy right now. They're going to try to destroy the president of the United States. We have to fight this, folks. This isn't beanbag. I'll be right back.
Silver is now in its sixth consecutive year of structural supply deficit, meaning demand is outpacing supply of silver every single year. Solar energy alone is projected to consume 160 to 194 million ounces of silver this year because silver is irreplaceable in solar cell technology. And the world is using more and more silver. There's no substitute. Folks, silver is currently trading at a great price, $71 to $80 per ounce. earlier this year. That's the zigzag I talk about, but the trajectory is up, meaning the industrial demand story hasn't even fully played out yet. Call monetary gold today. Get your complimentary gold and silver guide. That's when this battle was engaged in earnest to expose Tucker Carlson and his cabal. We did it before, but that's when I threw down and said enough is enough. The President of the United States watched me on my Fox program on a Saturday or Sunday. I spoke about Iran, the regime there. I asked, why are we still negotiating with these people after a month or more? And I went through it in my monologue. And if I raise questions, I always do it respectfully. I don't view my role as to sabotage who I think is one of the greatest presidents in American history. Quite the contrary, I want to help. And in doing so, I will raise issues and questions from time to time. Not to feed the left, God know. Not to sabotage, but to help. And I believe that's why the president and I are friendly and close as we are. And he saw one of my programs in mid or late May, He invited to see me. He asked me to see him, rather. My mouth broke. He asked me to see him. I couldn't. I needed to go to Florida to see a very ill family member. And he asked him when I come back, I let him know. And I let him know. And he invited me to lunch. Now, as you know, I don't get into that. And I'm not going to get into that. People on TV say, I called the president. He said this and I said that. That's not really the kind of relationship I have. And I try not to bother him for times when we speak. And he is a wonderful human being, absolutely wonderful. He cares deeply about the people he speaks to. And he's hurt very deeply when they stab him in the back. That's why he reacts the way he reacts. It's like, what? What? So I came out of this meeting.
And the Oval Office was filled with people, including Joe Kent and others. And the fact of the meeting was immediately leaked to Tucker Carlson. I don't know who leaked it. I was told it was Kent. Somebody with knowledge leaked it. Then Tucker Carlson went on as if he was sitting in the room to describe some of the things he believes were discussed, even though he was wrong about a lot of it. But I thought it was outrageous that somebody was undermining the president of the United States. And so Tucker Carlson posts the following on June 4th, 2025, 10 months ago. Mark Levin was at the White House today, lobbying for war with Iran. This is soon afterwards when the president hit those nuclear sites with the B-2 bombers. To be clear, Levin has no plans to fight in this or any other war. It's just a stupid throwaway line. But let's go on. He's demanding that American troops do it. We needed to stop Iran from building nuclear weapons. He and like-minded ideologues in Washington are now arguing they're just weeks away. If this sounds familiar, it's because the same people have been making the same claim since at least the 1990s. And why is that, America? Because it's true. And when people say, well, then why didn't happen? Because we and the Israeli stopped it from happening. Through cyber warfare from other attacks on nuclear scientists, this is why they hate Benjamin Netanyahu because he's so damn effective. It's a lie. In fact, there's zero credible intelligence that suggests Iran is anywhere near building a bomb or has plans to. No, they had no plans to. That's why they were enriching uranium for nuclear weapons. That's why they wouldn't give it up. I mean, how stupid is this? Anyone who claims otherwise is ignorant or dishonest. If the U.S. government knew Iran was weak from possessing a nuclear weapon, we'd be at war already. Now, think about that, how coherent this is. because we knew that they were getting close to a bomb and we certainly knew they were enriching to that level and had already had already and stockpiled it the president ordered those sites attacked he says we'd be it were already well we were soon thereafter iran knows this which is why they aren't building one and renaslo knows it's unwise to give up its weapons program entirely those two sentences work mr reducer they're not building one but they know it's unwise to give them up. Omar Gaddafi tried that and wound up sodomized with a bayonet. As soon as Gaddafi disarmed, NATO killed him. No, NATO didn't kill him. Obama and Hillary, they were responsible for it, not NATO. Iran's leaders saw that happen. They learned the obvious lesson. Now, it is amazing to me that this puk speaks for Iran. And I don't doubt it, by the way. Remember, this is June 4, 2025. So why is Mark Levin once again hyperventilating about weapons of mass destruction to distract you from the real goal, which is regime change? Well, I absolutely believe in that. But I'm not trying to distract anybody from anything. Anybody who listens to this program knows full well. In fact, soon thereafter, I called the president and I said, well, Mr. President, number one, you got a leak problem. And I said, number two, am I lobbying you?
You asked to meet with me. Am I lobbying you or lobbying a group of people or lobbying for a foreign country or lobbying for Benjamin Netanyahu when he laughed. He laughed. And the president said, if I want to know what you think, I watch your program. Because I say the same thing. Virtually no one will say this out loud. America's record of overthrowing foreign leaders is so embarrassingly counterproductive that regime chain has become a synonym for disaster. Officially no one supports it, so instead of telling the truth about their motives, they manufacture hysteria. A country like Iran could never have a bomb. Though nuke Los Angeles, we have to act now. Is that hysterical or is that fact? You see how irresponsible and incoherent this is? Their position is indefensible. Absolutely indefensible. You got these wild-eyed terrorists, supported by China and North Korea and Russia, developing nuclear weapons for the last 30, 35 years. Stopped in staccato fashion. Stopped. by us and stopped primarily by the Israelis. And then they say, see that if they would have had one already? Well, they were stopped. They don't really mean this, and you can tell they don't, by what they omit, at least two of Iran's neighbors, both Islamic nations, already have nuclear weapons. I know of one, Pakistan. What's the other one? Turkey? I guess. I don't even know if Turkey has a bomb. Yet for some reason he never mentions it. How come? Because it's not the weapons he hates. It's the ideology the Iranian government, which is why he's lobbying to overthrow it. I don't understand that argument at all. The ideology, they're terrorists. They're suicide bombers. And if they had a nuclear weapon, they'd be suicide bombers with a nuclear weapon. Folks, they live to die. Their children are taught to die. They live to die. Human life on this earth means nothing. These are the same people, the same ideology that hit us on 9-11. It goes without saying that there are very few Trump voters who'd support a regime change war in Iran. Donald Trump has argued loudly against reckless lunacy like this. Trump ran for president as a peace candidate. Trump ran for president on peace through strength. The strength part. He never ran for president saying under no circumstances will I defend the United States against a hostile enemy. He also said over and over and over again since 1980. that Iran cannot get nuclear weapons. Running for president, he said Iran cannot get nuclear weapons. When he ripped up Obama's deal, he ripped it up because Iran would get nuclear weapons. Is this guy listening disabled? Remember, this is June 4, 2025.
And then there's the question of the war itself. Iran may not have nukes, but it has a fearsome arsenal of ballistic missiles, many of which are aimed at U.S. military installations in the Gulf, as well as at our allies, and a critical energy infrastructure. The first week of the war with Iran could easily kill thousands of Americans. It could also collapse our economy as surging oil prices trigger unmanageable inflation. Consider the effects of $30 a gallon gasoline. Mr. I almost cursed. I'm not allowed to curse. These podcasters can curse. I can't curse. Mr. Halfwood. He was wrong about everything. But the second week of the war could be even worse. Iran is in Iraq or Libya or even North Korea. Well, it's often described as a rogue state Iran's powerful allies. It's not part of a global bloc called Briggs. Bricks is an economic alliance. It's not a military line. That shows you what a moron the guy was, which represents the majority of the world's landmass population, economy, military power. Iran has extensive military ties with Russia. It sells the overwhelming majority of its oil to China. Iran isn't alone. An attack on Iran could easily become a world war, a world war that we would lose. None of these are far-fetched predictions. Most of them comport with the Pentagon's own estimates. Many Americans would die during a war with Iran. People like Mark Levin don't seem to care about this. It's not relevant to them. Instead, they insist that Iran give up all uranium enrichment, regardless of its purpose. What a frigging liar and maniac.
To argue so recklessly and emotionally in defense of Iran, doesn't that raise questions to you, Mr. Reducer? It really does for me. Because remember, Qatar was the closest ally Iran had in the Middle East until this latest crowd fired some ballistic missiles there. And yet Qatar is still the closest ally Iran has. You don't hear from them anymore. The one thing that people like Mark Levin don't want is a peaceful solution to the problem of Iran. Despite the obvious benefits to the United States, they denounce anyone who advocates for a deal as a traitor and a bigot. No. Anybody who wants a deal is not a traitor. A traitor is a traitor. Somebody whose podcast is used by the enemy in Iran. Somebody whose podcast is used by Russia. Somebody whose podcast is used by Qatar. And intentionally so. That's a traitor, giving aid and comfort to our enemies, certainly in the middle of a war. As for a bigot, no, people can disagree with me but not be bigots, but he's a bigot. He's a racist. He's a Jew hater. He's a Christian hater, and he's an American hater. I call him as I see him. They tell us with a straight face that Long Island native Steve Witkoff is a secret tool of Islamic monarchies. They'll say or do whatever it takes. They have no limits. These are scary people. Pray that Donald Trump ignores them. Well, Donald Trump ignored him. And that's why he's been wetting his pants ever since. And Donald Trump ignored him even more when he'd ordered an attack on Iran this time. And so who is it who's lost his mind? This guy. Who is it that sounds more and more like a mouthpiece for the enemy? This guy. Who is it that talks about trashing the Republican Party and trashing Christianity and crashing Judaism? Trashing Americanism. Who is it that longs for a home in Qatar? Him. I'll be right back. Mark Levin.
I'd like to tell you about a man named Phineas, who as a child survived the Holocaust. Phineas survived because Christians hid him from the Nazis, risking everything to save his life. Today's in his 80s. He can no longer stand on his own or leave his home to receive medical care. And when sirens sound and missiles fall, he doesn't have time or strength to reach safety. But once again, Christians are helping save his life. Through the international fellowship of Christians and Jews, a mobile clinic brings doctors and medicine right to his home, providing care he wouldn't receive especially in wartime. Christians save my life during the Holocaust, Phineas says, and now again they're helping me. As Israel's Holocaust Remembrance Day approaches, we honor survivors like Phineas, not just with words, but with action. Please give $45 a tax-deductible gift right now to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to rush life-saving essentials to the most vulnerable under fire in the Holy Land. Senate Republicans block fourth attempt in the Senate to limit President Trump's Iran war powers. So the Democrat Party does not want us to win this war. The media do not want us to win this war. They're trying everything that possibly can, all illegitimate, for us to lose this war while we have men and women in the theater right now. heroes, patriots, volunteers, who could be with their families, who could be making more money, who don't need to put their lives on the line. I'm sick and tired of this. The Democrat Party backs the criminals against the cops. The Democrat Party backs the illegal aliens against ICE. The Democrat Party backs the enemy against our military. What the hell's going on here? Senate Republicans today blocked a resolution to limit President Trump's war authority in Iran for the fourth time. Is the conflict inches closer to the 60-day limit laid out in the War Powers Act? Isn't that fascinating? Obama bombs Libya for seven months. Does anybody remember them worried about 60 days? Does anybody? The vote was 52 to 47. mostly along party lines with Rand Paul voting with the Democrats, a radical libertarian just like his moronic father. John Fetterman voted with the Republicans. Their votes have remained the same since the Senate's first Iran war powers vote in March. Senator Jim Justice did not vote. Senator Tammy Duckworth forced the vote on the Senate floor, quote, to end Trump's needless and expensive war of choice against Iran, she wrote on her platform. Complete buffoon. The American people do not want higher costs, rampant lies and chaos, she said, and of course the media are there to regurgitate it. They hell newspapers a joke.
Lisa Murkowski, who voted against Tammy Duckworth's resolution, has been working with other Senate Republicans on a resolution to authorize military force against Iran beyond 60 to 90 days and on and on. Guy Curtis from Utah, he's another weak knee pathetic Republican. I'll be right back. This segment of the podcast is exclusively sponsored by Pure Talk. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-discreet building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello, America, Mark Levin here, our number 877-381-381-877-3811. I'm very... Really pleased that so many of you have decided to view the Liberty's Voice podcast. We work very hard on that. It's a totally different subject matter and approach as we do with all of our various platforms and so forth. Ooh, there's my mother-in-law. Come on over here. You want to say hello real fast? Just yell it, right? Hello, hello. Hello, hello. She's a lovely lady. A lovely lady. Yes, she is. Wonderful lady. Liberty's Voice. Have you checked it out yet? On Rumble or YouTube? I wish you would. Because other people have and they're loving it. And I know you will too. I'll give you a couple of little examples. Here we are. And I discuss at some length today. Religion and war. Faith in war. I don't get into the sort of particulars of a fight between the Pope and the President and that sort of thing, but I do, I do get into what Christianity says, Judaism says, and this whole point that, of course you go to war from time to time to protect innocence. And the Bible does give us direction. There are wars in the Bible. So there are wars, this sounds odd, but it's true, that are moral and good, and there are wars that are evil and bad. And this is something that has been going on since the beginning of mankind. And it's something that's in the Bible, the Old and the New Testaments. So when Christians are being slaughtered, in Nigeria and the Congo and the Sudan, when Christians are being slaughtered in Syria, is it wrong to take military action to try and protect them? Really? Is it wrong? When hundreds of thousands of people over 47 years have been murdered by a regime, that regime is weak and that regime has...
murdered thousands of Americans, civilians and military, directly and through their surrogates like Hezbollah. Is it wrong to fight a preventive war, to prevent them from getting nuclear weapons, weapons of mass destruction? Is that wrong? Is it wrong when their ideology, regardless of what any religious leader says, that we need to get closer to and open up to another faith? Well, if that faith... If that fundamentalist part of the faith is talking about destroying humankind, all of it. I take a different approach, and so to many religious leaders, as a matter of fact. In and out of the Catholic Church, in and out of Christianity, in and out of Judaism, and on and on. So I get into this very deeply. What does faith say about this? What does experience say about this? What does philosophy say about this? And I think you're going to find it really interesting on this day's Liberty's voice. You can go to Rumble and you can go to YouTube to hear it out. Here's just these very shortcuts that don't do it justice. Cut one, go. It's a preventative war against the regime that has slaughtered hundreds of thousands of its people over half a century, of a regime that is spreading terrorism and killing innocence, slaughtering them. A regime that sought to decapitate our government by assassinating our president. It is a regime that has announced that it wants to wipe the United States off the face of the earth and the holy land, Israel. off the face of the earth. It is a regime that has caused so much death and terrorism and torture and mayhem in Lebanon, in Yemen, in Gaza, in Iraq, and of course in Iran. If you can do something to bring an end to that regime, or to at least stop that regime, that seeks to get nuclear weapons, if you can prevent them from getting nuclear weapons, which they say they will use, shouldn't you? Yes. And I'll have to wonder what Pope John Paul II would say, St. John Paul II. One of my great heroes. Great heroes. He worked so hard to defeat the Soviet Union and defeat communism and he worked with Reagan and he worked with Thatcher. Here's another clip from today's. Video podcast, Liberty's Voice, cut two, go. If your mindset is primitive, indeed barbaric, and you take your faith to mean that you must destroy all other faiths. You take your faith to mean that everybody must convert to your faith. You take your faith to mean that you will conquer countries and societies that don't embrace your view of fundamentalism, your faith. What are other people supposed to do, accept it? Is that humane? Is it humane when you see the consequences of it? in real time, in the real world, mass destruction, the slaughtering of innocence, the bringing down to buildings, the attacking of embassies, the wanton murder of tens of thousands of people in your own country? I don't believe faith compels that. I don't believe Judaism compels that. I don't believe Christianity compels that. I don't believe that's compelled. I believe the opposite. That if you're in a position to do something about it, then particularly government, then you should try.
So I disagree with the Pope on this. I disagree with many of the liberal leaders of the Reformed Jewish movement on this. I disagree with many in the Unitary Church on this. And they disagree with us. And there's nothing wrong about that debate. But I just think it's very, very important. If you're going to cross under the line of politics, not just morality, then there's going to be pushback. I don't care who you are, particularly if you're doing it over and over again, and we're in the middle of a war. That's just my view. You don't have to accept it. But of course, our faith, Judeo-Christian belief system, doesn't prevent us from trying to help people who are victims. and have no way of defending themselves. This is what Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, who died unfortunately the age of 72 or 73, the leading rabbi of Britain at the time, this is what he meant. When he said the Holocaust wasn't the failure of God, it was the failure of man. It wasn't the failure of God, it was the failure of humanity.
I believe that. And I believe it is humane to try and liberate the people in Iran. I believe it is humane to destroy that regime so it can't slaughter wantonly innocent people again. I believe it's humane to prevent a regime like that from having weapons of mass destruction like nuclear weapons that it's likely to use. We don't take chances on that. which is why I'm so furious with the Democrats and their tactics to try and undermine our war effort. They're rooting for us to lose for their political benefit. And they're going after the Secretary of War in the middle of a war. I've never seen anything like that. I have never seen a Secretary of War, Secretary of Defense, whatever you want to call it, take this much incoming from a political party in the middle of a war. You won't see it in World War II. You won't see it in World War I. You won't see it at all. You don't even see it during the Vietnam War. Nobody moved to impeach McNamara. Nobody moved to impeach Truman after he dropped two atomic bombs. Nobody moved to impeach FDR because they said he was asleep at the wheel at Pearl Harbor. He wasn't, but I'm just making a point. The Democrat Party is a very evil institution that invites within its ranks very evil people. It doesn't stand for the average American. It doesn't stand for patriotic Americans, blue-collar Americans, white-collar Americans, working Americans, as we say. It does not. I don't think it ever did, but it certainly does not. It's exposing itself, ladies and gentlemen. We'll be right back.
You know, folks, I've been working with Pure Talk for six years now. Boy, time flies. I wanted to work with a wireless company that shares my values. Pure Talk is a veteran-led company, so helping veterans is their North Star. Now, they've donated over half a million dollars to America's Warrior Partnership, a fantastic organization that is on the front lines of helping to prevent veteran suicide. and Pure Talks creating American jobs with a U.S. only workforce. Sure to be a lot cheaper to send jobs overseas like other companies do, but they're committed to delivering the best experience possible for their customers here in the United States. And yes, I love Pure Talk service. They give you the same tower, same network, same 5G coverage, is one of the big guys, but for a fraction of the price. And I choose to do business with a company that shares my values, your value, helping support veterans every single day in creating American jobs. How about you? Go to puretalk.com slash Levim to switch to pure talk. That's puretalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N. To switch to my wireless company, America's wireless company, Pure Talk. What's a pleasure to have our friend, Representative Elise Stefanik with us. She's got a killer book out, too, that I want to talk about with you, poisoned ivies, the inside account of the academic and moral rot at America's elite universities. Welcome, Elise. How are you, by the way? I am great, Mark, and it's the number one best-selling nonfiction book ranked on Amazon in America. So it's flying off the shelves, poisoned ibis, and thanks for the opportunity to talk about it on your show. And folks, you can get it in any retail store and also Amazon.com. And it's also on my social sites if you want to grab a copy. It's an outstanding book. Elise Stefanik, let me ask you this before we get into the book because people are very interested. What do you think you're going to do after Congress? You know, I appreciate the question, Mark. This book I've been working on for three years, and I'm excited to have it in the world. As I do this book tour, these events are selling out all across the country. I'm going to California. I'm going to Texas. I'll be in Florida. I had a great launch in New York, in D.C. So I'm looking forward to continuing to use my voice and leadership skills in new ways moving forward. I certainly am not ruling out running for office in the future. I have lots of chapters ahead of me, but stay tuned. When I'm ready to make that announcement, I will later on this year and early next year. But right now I'm focused on the book, and I'm already working on my second book, and so I'm not going away. No, good. Now, your book is very important and very timely. We have this guy, Hasan Piker, who goes to Yale. He's walking with open arms. He has celebrated 9-11. He's celebrated Hamas. He says the most anti-American, anti-Jewish things imaginable. He says he feels no patriotic ties to America.
Isn't this exactly what you're talking about? He goes to Yale the other day, and it says, sell-out crowd, and they're mobbing into the assembly room there, and they're giving him standing ovations. I'm going, is this America? Exactly. You're exactly right. It's why the book is called Poisoned Kay Ivey's. And there is a section on Yale in the book, but this is emblematic of what has happened on these, quote, elite institutions that have fundamentally lost their way. Hasan Piker is an anti-Semite. He is a pro-terrorist. He is a top ally of the socialist jihadist mayor, Zohran Mamdani. And frankly, Mark, today that's a leader of the Democrat Party. They have overtaken the Democrat Party. And when you look at our educational institutions, they continue to dig deeper and deeper into this moral abyss. And that's why people are voting with their feet and their parents are voting with their feet. Students are voting and attending schools down south away from these Kay Ivey League. schools, except for Dartmouth is the only one that handled the pro-Hamas encampments well. But yeah, this is just another story about the schools haven't fixed themselves. Now, when you went to Harvard, was it anything like it is today? No, and that's why I urged my colleague to host that famous hearing with the president of Harvard and Penn and MIT. Yes, Harvard was left-leading, of course, when I was there, but I had a handful of conservative professors. Harvey Mansfield is one of them. He has a new book out where Harvard went wrong. You have Stephen Rosen, who taught a great class on war in politics and national security. Roger Katie Porter, who had been a previous Republican official in White Houses. And he taught the American presidency. I had a handful of conservative professors. And now it just is winnowing further and further. It was unrecognizable to me what was happening on Harvard's campus post-October 7th. And you didn't get here overnight, Mark. As you know, this was decades of decay and moving further and further to the left, further to the radical indoctrination. And this trumped arrangement syndrome drove part of this. full-blown embrace of radical anti-Americanism. And it's so out of touch with the everyday hardworking American people. It's not reflective of our values. And the book talks about the founding missions of many of these universities. They were founded prior to our country. And they've shifted so far away from the founding mission. They need to return to those founding ideals. It's a combination of things, isn't it? It's the open immigration, people coming into this country from parts of the world that have no intention of assimilating. It's the faculty selection system. What is it exactly?
And the book says, how did we get here and why are we here? It talks about the DEI regime, this diversity, equity, and inclusion, which at its core is anti-merit, anti-academic integrity, and it's anti-Semitic. That has destroyed these institutions, the foreign dollars flowing in. You look at Qatar, billions of dollars every year. You look at communist China. They funded what are called Confucius Institutes before we shut those down. Harvard is known as the university where CCP officials' children's go. That's, you know, children of officials of the Chinese Communist Party. And you're right to touch on our immigration system. Schools like Columbia have 40% foreign students. These schools now view themselves as global institutions. They've forgotten that their American institutions, subsidized by U.S. taxpayers. They should be prioritizing American students, and yet they continue to focus on foreign students. focus on those foreign dollars flowing in. And the connectivity mark is you don't have a Zohran Mamdani without what happened at Columbia. Literally the same people who organized the pro-Hamas encampment, the rioting, the property destruction, the anti-Semitism, anti-Americanism, were the same people who led and were boots on the ground for Zohran Mamdani's campaign. And that's one of the reasons I believe that he was elected in New York City and it's going to destroy New York City. The book, ladies and gentlemen, which I strongly encourage you to grab, Poisoned Ivies, Poisoned Kay Ivey's, The Inside Account of the Academic and Moral Rot in America's elite universities. This has an enormous effect on society, doesn't it, Elise? It does because when you're talking about educating our next generation, that's our next generation of leaders. And I will tell you so many people watch that hearing, but a lot of employers spoke out and said they're no longer going to hire graduates from these schools where, think about it, you know, a decade ago, two decades ago. If you graduated from one of these top schools, that was a huge line in a positive way in your resume. Now it's become a negative line on the resume in terms of employers are looking at this as political. So when we talk about the education system, it has to be represented of American values. And these schools have not done that. The other thing that I've realized is the schools were never going to fix themselves. They had an opportunity after the hearing to write the ship. They didn't. The Biden administration did nothing. It took my work with the Trump administration to help craft those executive orders for the DOJ lawsuits that are current pending against these institutions. they have to be forced to be fixed because otherwise they will continue digging deeper and deeper. Mm-hmm. The book, ladies and gentlemen, that I encourage you, it's Poisoned Kay Ivey's The Inside Account of the Academic and Moral Rot at America's Elite Universities, and you can get it on Amazon.com, any major bookstore. Are you feeling good about the progress in these colleges or not at this point? feeling good about colleges that are leading. Colleges like Vanderbilt, like the University of Florida, like the University of Austin, like University of Chicago and Dartmouth, there are positives that are highlighted. You know, when these poisoned ivies are going in one direction, the other, those schools that I just named are going in a positive direction. And it's interesting. If you look at the admissions rates and matriculation, Vanderbilt is now more competitive to get admitted to than some of these Kay Ivey League schools.
For a student or applicant, let's say they get into both Vanderbilt and Columbia, they are more likely to accept Vanderbilt than Columbia. So not all the news is bad. People have woken up and are smart, and that's why I talk about parents are voting with their wallets and students with their feet. And we have an opportunity to continue to highlight the positives and bring the negatives to account. Stick with us, please. We have Representative Elise Stefanik in her great book, and during the break, you should go to Amazon and grab it poisoned ivies. We'll be right back. You know, folks, I've been working with Pure Talk for six years now. Boy, time flies. I wanted to work with a wireless company that shares my values. Pure Talk is a veteran-led company, so helping veterans is their North Star. Go to puretalk.com slash Levim to switch to pure talk. That's puretalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N to switch to my wireless company, America's wireless company, Pure Talk. Mark the then, the thunder on the right. Call in now, 877381-381. Elise Stefanik, Representative from New York, is actually a good friend of my wives. I think you're a good friend of mine, too, but you're friendly, and you know, you two better know each other. The book is Poisonedivies, the inside account of the academic and moral rot in America's elite university. You're going to learn all the details that took... took place behind the scenes, what the Democrats were doing, what these presidents were doing. And you're going to learn additional information as well, what can be done about this. And I encourage you to get this book on Amazon.com or any major bookstore. At least, Stephanie, let me ask you about Iran. How do you think this is being handled right now? First of all, I think President Trump made the absolute correct decision. He is addressing what has been a decades-long terrorist regime, the largest state sponsor of terror that is so discord in the Middle East that funds Hamas and Hezbollah that has blood of U.S. troops on its hands. And he is going to settle this once and for all.
I think it has been a military success in terms of destroying the Iranian Navy, destroying the Iranian army. You see how much of a rogue terrorist regime when you have Iran laying mines in the Strait of Hormuz, an international waterway that they are trying to hijack. It takes President Trump strong America first leadership to open up that strait back to the international waterway that it should be. It's about national security, economic security. And it has been, I think, a success. Yes, there are naysayers in the mainstream media. Yes, there are some podcast naysayers. That's not where I am. I think this is one of the most important historic decisions. He will have made as commander-in-chief. You literally have a radical left-wing Democrat. out of Arizona, who's just introduced articles of impeachment against the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, using the usual flim flam about war crimes and didn't get permission from Congress and all, which is all such a ruse. In a time of war, I can't remember another time where a Secretary of State, excuse me, where Secretary of Defense or War or even a President was brought up or attempted to be brought up on impeachment charges in the middle of a war. What do you make of that? It's absurd and it's really what is going to happen if House Republicans lose the midterms. We saw this before in the first term of Trump, the impeachment folks, the witch hunt. And of course, I was one of the leaders of the impeachment defense team in sort of ripping apart the partisan and the lies, frankly, of Adam Schiff, people like Eric Swalwell. We saw what happened to him this week. because of what he has done in office. He was on the Dem side on the Intelligence Committee during that impeachment era. This is what they're going to do, Mark. It is not about protecting our national security. It is not about the Constitution. They are shredding the Constitution if they get close to a majority next year. We cannot let them win the House majority because this is just the tip of the iceberg. and it's going to really so discord in the country as it did before, but it will be child's play what they did in the first term versus what they're gearing up to do because they're going to target the president once again. It's very worrisome because they don't really have anything else. You look at this Zohran Mamdani in New York City. He comes up, we're going to have a basket of stables, and he mentions eggs and bread, and we're going to keep the price below, the market price. And Mr. Producer and I were talking about this, Elise, and we said, that sounds like a prison meal. Basically eggs and bread. I mean... And that's if you can wait for a couple of years because he said it's not going to open until 2029. So it just highlights the perils of socialism and communism that, oh, you'll have breadlines out the door. People will go hungry until the government-run grocery store. By the way, paid for with $30 million of U.S. taxpayer funds, doesn't open until 2029. It is destructive. It is one of the reasons that socialism collapses.
And frankly, you know, I think these next few years are going to be extremely challenging for the people of New York City, for the people of New York State, and the socialists have fully hijacked the Democrat Party. Mm-hmm. You're exactly right. In fact, some of them are worse than that. And this is a mayor. whose wife is out there applauding, celebrating terrorists right after the attack on October 7th. This is a mayor who embraces people like this guy, Hasan Piker, and many Hassan, and these other pro-terror individuals and so forth and so on. What a complete disaster this guy is. And then the governor, Kathy Hochul. I don't need to tell you. What an incompetent boob? What do you make of this? Yes. Well, what I make of this is it's not just his wife. It's not just the people around mom dot me. Look at his own statements. He said Hamas should not lay down their arms. He said the NYPD, of course, that's the New York Police Department, are laced by the boots of the IDF. I mean, this is a real anti-Semite. And the book, actually, my book Poisoned Kay Ivey talks about his father, a professor at Columbia, Mahmoud Zohran Mamdani, who compares, you know, he not only attacks Abraham Lincoln, but he holds up suicide bombers. So very pro-terrorist position in Gracie Mansion in New York City. And what has Kathy Hochul done? She just bent the knee today, Mark, to Zohran Mamdani and agreed to raising taxes, a promise that she said. She wasn't going to do. I, of course, knew she was going to break that promise. But it just shows how beholden, I think the broader Democratic Party has become to these radical anti-Semitic socialists. And when we talk about the socialist, they're always anti-Semites. I mean, it goes hand in hand. We see that at the national level. We see that at the local level and the city level in New York City. I don't know, Elise Stefanik, if you've been seeing what's going on in Virginia. It's shocking. This woman, you must have known about her, certainly in the House. She presents herself as a moderate Democrat. She had worked at the CIA, and she comes in and puts in place the supermajority in the legislature here. The most radical agenda in the history of Virginia. Nobody expected it. Everybody sees it from gerrymandering to massive tax increases. And now she's going in with that national voter movement so our electoral college votes here don't count. What do you make of her? I call her Spasberger, but her name Abigail Spanberger. Yeah, I know all these people. I mean, it's interesting. In 2018, there was this group of that the mainstream media, places like the New York Times, identified them as moderates. They were not moderates while they were in the House. They voted hook, line, and sinker with Nancy Pelosi, with Joe Biden, with every other Democrat. And now we're seeing how they govern as governors in the case of Mikie Sherrill in New Jersey. And you also have Abigail Spanberger in Virginia. They're allowing a gerrymander. They're raising taxes.
anti-energy policies, which is costing higher utility rates, higher energy costs. So this fake moderate misnomer that the mainstream media tried to force on the American public, it's not real. It falls apart when you look at their actual voting record and their governing record. So I am fearful for the people of Virginia. You're going to see businesses leave. You're going to see families leave. And where they're going to go? They're going to go to redder states. States like Florida, states like South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, where you have booming economies. Virginia is not nearly as bad as New York, but it's moving in that direction quickly. It is frightening, though, isn't it? Because if these people take over the national government, whether it's Gavin Newsom or J.B. Pritzker or any of these people, they're going to try and impose their outrageous blue state policies on the entire country. Isn't that the problem? That is the problem. And as a Democrat say this, the destruction of single-party Democrat rule has destroyed the economy. It has caused families to leave. It has led to a crime crisis, wide open borders. You talk about foreign, I talked about foreign funding at our universities. How about the infiltration of communist Chinese into New York state government? Kathy Hochul's deputy chief of staff was a communist Chinese spy. Eric Swalwell, Nancy Pelosi's protege engaged in a sexual relationship with Fang Fang, a Chinese spy. And yet he sat on the Intelligence Committee before Kevin McCarthy correctly removed him, which of course I agreed with Kevin at the time, but Kevin certainly has been vindicated. So that's how dangerous the policies are and the ideology is. of that party and how it's going to impact the country. That's why the stakes are so very high. And President Trump understood this. And importantly, I think the American people understood this when they gave Trump such a mandate with the popular vote in 2024. And it's going to take very strong voices in the future to maintain America first policies. that are peace through strength, that are pro-growth economically, and that push back on this radical, frankly, anti-Western civilization movement that we've seen. Well, where are your biggest fans, Elise Tophonic? I want to thank you very, very much. Folks, go out and grab her book. It's at the top of the Amazon list. It's really burning through the roof. Poisoned Kay Ivey's Inside Account. of the academic and moral rot in America's elite universities, all kinds of new information in there that's going to be very useful to you. And God bless and be safe out there, okay? Okay, thank you, my friend Mark. I'm so honored to be on your show. Likewise. Thank you. Take care of yourself. All right. Isn't she great, Mr. Producer? And we will be right back. Mark, Love, In.
You know, folks, I've been working with Pure Talk for six years now. Boy, time flies. I wanted to work with a wireless company that shares my values. Pure Talk is a veteran-led company, so helping veterans is their North Star. Go to puretalk.com slash Levim to switch to pure talk. That's puretalk.com slash L-E-V-I-N. The switch to my wireless company, America's wireless company, Pure Talk. All right. Here we be. Boy, this show's moving fast. That always does. President of the United States on Fox Business today. Cut three, go. Well, I mean, that's what I'm saying. I mean, the backdrop has changed. I know it's been only a month or so, but oil prices are on 50%. The stock market had a tough first quarter. By the way, you're right. Stocks are still up. I thought, I mean, honestly, I thought there'd be much. And I was willing to do that to stop a nuclear weapon to be used against this country or the Middle East. Anybody in the Middle East, they were going to take out the Middle East to stop that. It was certainly worthwhile being much higher than it is right now. If you told me that we were going to be at only $92 a barrel, $92 a barrel, I would have been very surprised. And you know what? I'm very happy. And it's going to come dropping down very big as soon as it's over. And I think it can be over very soon. So overall. If they're smart, it will end soon.
I know that the Democrats are exploiting this issue. I know for some people it's very difficult, but the truth is we're sacrificing very, very little compared to past battles. And this is a battle to ensure that these primitive terrorists cannot shoot nuclear missiles into our country. I think that's a battle worth fighting. This is a battle to try and protect the young people. who are Western young people from being slaughtered, shot on the spot, raped and brutalized. You've seen these videos online. They're hard to watch. I cringe. I turn away all the time. You've seen this. And the price of a gallon of gasoline for every one of us is lower than it was under Biden. The average price, and I looked the other day again, is a little over $4 a gallon, $4.2.2.2 a cent. And a significant percentage of that, depending on what state in which you live, is for sales taxes. Under Biden, it was $5.11. And they never talked about it. Under Biden, inflation was over 9%. We're not anywhere near that. What is it? 2.6% or something like that. And so they want to talk about the price of food and so forth and so on. The president can only do so much. Presidents can do more damage than help, but Donald Trump has done a lot of things to try and help the average person in this country. Now, he said a lot today about the wars close to being over. It's not over yet. I have a lot of faith in this man, and it is very clear that Donald Trump is calling all the shots. It was always clear, was it not? It's very clear that he's the chief negotiator. It's very clear that he knows what he wants to do. And I have tremendous faith in this president. I truly do. Because he's the only president would have done what he's already done. No other would have. And for this, he's paying a price. He's under attack from Rome. He's under attack from Washington. He's under attack from NATO. He's doing exactly right thing. We'll be right back. Folks, Mark Levin here with a new episode of On the Front Lines, my original podcast series in partnership with the great international fellowship of Christians and Jews. Now, broadcasting them from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-district building, we've once again made contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello, America, Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-381-817-3811. How many of you despise Bernie Sanders?
B.S. Bernie Sanders. He's a Stalinist. He always was. He went to a kibbutz when he was a young man in Israel. There was a kibbutz that Marxists went to, but there was one that Stalinists went to. And he went to the one for Stalinists. He trashes our country left and right. Trashes the president. Trashes Benjamin Netanyahu. He's a horribly self-hating Jew. And they do exist in large numbers, unfortunately. And I think he would have been a very good Camadot for the enemy. What do you think of that, Mr. Bidivis? I really do. You know, all right, let's see how much of this we can take. Cut seven go. Benjamin Netanyahu's wars in Gaza, West Bank, Iran. So let's stop right there. Benjamin Netanyahu's wars. in Gaza. Did he start a war in Gaza? In the West Bank, Judean, Samaria. Who's been making these horrific terrorist attacks in those areas? In Iran? His war in Iran? His war in Lebanon? Bernie Sanders gets away with this stuff. He's an old man. People kind of, you know, laugh him off and so forth. He's a dangerous, poisonous, man. Dangerous, very dangerous. Go ahead. I've not only been grossly immoral and destructive. But they are also impacting billions of people throughout the world. Here in the United States, you know, we're having 60% of our people living paycheck to paycheck. So that's Benjamin Netanyahu, 60% of the people living paycheck to paycheck. I have an idea. Cut their taxes. Cut their property taxes. Cut their income taxes. Cut sales taxes. Then they'll have more money. What's his answer to that, ladies and gentlemen? Socialism doesn't create paychecks. It creates welfare. Socialism doesn't create wealth. It redistributes wealth. Socialism doesn't build businesses. It destroys businesses. So what's the answer that Bernie Sanders has? He has no answer. He's got propaganda. He's got adjutop. He's got emotional arguments. That's not fair and you shouldn't have to do that and that is a right and so forth and so on. It's all bull crap. Go ahead. Deal with these gas in Vermont. I think it's over four bucks a gallon. Why is gas in Vermont over four bucks a gallon? Anybody know? Because Vermont, except for the you patriots in Vermont who listen to this program, but the rest of it is like Europe. It's crackpot.
It's crackpot all throughout New England. New England doesn't create energy. There's not a lot of oil and gas drilling going on in New England. And so these policies that these leftists in New England push, where climate change and all the rest of it, it impacts their constituents the most and worse, and then they blame oil companies. Or they blame billionaires. Or they blame nature. Well, never nature, actually. They drive up the cost of everything, and then they blame everybody who's trying to create, you know, the energy that we need. Go ahead. And that means less money for food, less money, to be able to pay the rent. So what you are saying is all across this country. I would love to debate this man. We've tried and tried and tried. I don't believe in debating the insane and neo-fascists and neo-Nazis. That I don't do. There's nothing to debate. I'm not going to debate to defend my faith and my ancestry. That's crap. But I will debate an issue like this. Happily so. The socialists don't like the debate. What are they going to say?
Just incredible. And now they want to impeach Pete Hegseth, who's doing a fantastic job. That's the best these fools can do. It's grotesque. Ask the people of Iran if you could. if they side with Pete Hegseth or Bernie Sanders. Ask the people of Iran if you could if they side with the Republicans or the Democrats. Ask the people of Iran if they side with our president or NATO. Ask the people of Iran. Ask the people in Lebanon who've been abused by Hezbollah if they side with Benjamin Netanyahu or Bernie Sanders. Ask them. Ask the people in Iran if they side with Benjamin Netanyahu or Bernie Sanders. Ask them. We know they all side with. The people who are abused, the people who are murdered and raped and tortured by these terrorists, they love Trump and they love Benjamin Netanyahu. You don't want to know why Tucker Carlson wouldn't get off the airport out of the airport into Israel because he knows he's hated. But he went to Qatar, didn't he? Mm-hmm. You got Adam Schiff. You got all these Chris Van Hollen. The media just keep pushing them out there. All these cable shows and others. Then we have this guy, Hasan Piker. He was at Yale yesterday. He is a terrorist-supporting piece of crap. Cut 14, go. I am reminded, however, of some famous words spoken by a guy by the name of Mao Zedong. Speaking with an American journalist in 1946. Now, he killed 60 million people, Mao Zedong. 60 million. Go ahead. These words. All reactionaries are paper tigers. In appearance, the reactionaries are terrifying. But in reality, they are not so powerful. Speaking of U.S. imperialism, people seem to feel that it is terrifically strong. But it will be proved that the U.S. reactionaries, like all reactionaries in history, do not have much strength. In the United States, there are others who are really strong. The American people. See how they're kicking their floor with their shoes, Mr. Reduce? These are Yale students. Cut. Where am I going there? Cut 15, go. The fall of the USSR was one of the greatest catastrophes of the 20th century. Listen to this guy. Here they are with their feet. Just wait. Listen, maybe you'll agree. Not only was there incalculable harm done to every single country under its banner. Child prostitution. Skyrocketing suicide rates. Life expectancy plummeting.
But America was no longer contested around the globe. And it is precisely because of the end to that multipolarity that we saw accelerated neoliberalism that is devastating every Western nation. I feel like this is a mental institution, don't you? These are people going to be graduating from Yale. Cut 16, go. Empires never die quietly, and we must end the American Empire regardless. But we must manage the retreat of a superpower from the world stage. This is a challenge for our time. Actually, this is THE challenge for our time. Because if we do not do this, then the American Empire will come to an end in a much more violent way. He's one of the biggest podcasters on the left. Now, he's got a lot of foreign eyes and listeners, too. Don't get me wrong. He is sought out by certain Democrats who were running for office. Roy Ro Khanna was proud of his appearance on this guy's show, and he said he'd do it again. This is the Democrat Party that takes on, this guy is a Marxist Islamist jihadist. They take those people in. They take on neo-Nazis, like the guy who is running for the Senate in Miami, excuse me, in Maine, Maine. They take these people in. And the woke, Reich, R-E-I-C-H, neo-fascists. that I and others have been pushing out of our party, out of our movement, the president has as well. Many of them say they're going to vote Democrat or they want the Democrats to win and the Republicans to lose. So that's what we're up against. People who believe in freedom and people who don't. It's a pleasure to have our friend Julie Kelly back. She's a great site. Declassify with Julie Kelly on Substack. Julie, how are you? Good. How are you, Mark? It's been a while. Thank you so much for having me on. It's been a while. But you're the go-to lady on a lot of this stuff. We have this Judge Bosberg. was a complete out-of-control activist Democrat-hacked judge who should never have a black robe, who should never be a judge. His rulings are predictable. They're always anti-Trump. They're anti-Trump policies. He's a disgrace. What happened to him yesterday? So I call him in my teeth on Declassified with Julie Kelly, my subsection. I call him the Rory McElroy of the D.C. Circuit Court because he just completed the rare feat of back-to-back, winning back-to-back writ of mandamus. Now, Mark, you are a constitutional attorney. How rare is it for the government to get a writ of mandamus against a federal judge? Honestly, I never heard of it before. I'm sure it happens. I've never been involved in it in, what is it, 40-some years. And I know what a writ of mandamus is, just so the public knows a writ is a writ you get from a court to direct somebody to do something. And here, what Julie is saying is we now have a panel on a circuit court. that's issuing a writ to a lower court judge, not just overturning what he's done or sending it back, but really letting him have it between the eyes. Can you explain that? They did. So this relates to Jab Bosberg's attempt 13-month crusade to try to find a Trump official in contempt of court for allegedly violating an order that he gave in the first Alien Enemies Act lawsuit that was brought before Jab Bosberg on March 15, 2025. Now, I have a lot of background on my substack as well, but what happened that night is that Jeb Bosburg, they were flying illegal Venezuelans who were subject to the president's newly enacted Alien Enemies Act proclamation that ordered the immediate removal of illegal Venezuelans tied to Trendyaragua. That night, the Trump, the DHS, had two planes flying to El Salvador, where all these men were going to go first. and then go to Venezuela because there's no direct diplomatic route between the U.S. and Venezuela to return their 600,000 plus illegals who were dumped here during the Biden administration. Bosberg outrageously
tells the Department of Justice that night at this hearing, it was a Saturday night, you have to return the planes. Turn those planes around. I don't care how you do it. Get the return the planes back to the United States. Mark, they had already left U.S. airspace. First of all, the deportees were in Texas, not in Washington, D.C., where Bossburg is the D.C. Chief of the D.C. District Court. He was later overturned by the Supreme Court for jurisdiction, so orders them to return these claims. Of course, they don't. And then Fosburgh has spent the last 13 months trying to hold someone in contempt, including former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, for not following what he calls his oral order, which, by the way, Mark, was not included in a follow-up written order. And by the way, Julie, that's the landmark case that requires in that district to put those orders in writing so there's no confusion. And people have actual notice before you can hold them in contempt. Go ahead. I'm listening. Correct. So he initiated this contempt inquiry in March. In April of 2025, he issued what he called probable cause finding that the Trump administration had willfully ignored that oral order. And then he set this whole schedule of, you know, ordering declarations from everyone from Kristi Noem to top DOJ officials. So he was doing whatever he could to advance this criminal contempt inquiry. Well, in August of 2025, in a two-to-one panel decision, the D.C. circuit, so this would be the D.C. appellate court for people like me who are unfamiliar with all of this until like five years ago, a two-one panel put a halt on his contempt inquiries. And they had to issue this writ of mandamus, again, very rare, but ordering him to vacate that probable cause finding. Okay, fine. So it kicks back to Bosburg. After that, everyone thinks, all right, the contempt crusade is over. No, no, no. He reopens it in November mark, November of 2025. And with this, he starts ordering live testimony from a former DOJ official who called himself a whistleblower and also the top DOJ prosecutor in this litigation. who was present at that hearing back in March of 2025. So he's going to hold a mini trial in his courtroom. So this is what the DC, another 2-1 panel in very harsh term. The second time, second time. Second time. So the first writ was in August. Again, the Supreme Court calls the writ of mandamus extraordinary relief because you have a court basically usurping the authority of usually another government agency or official. But here we have it twice in less than a year.
having to shut down Jebosburgh trying desperately to prove that some Trump official defied his court order should be held in criminal contempt and what, maybe go to prison? The whole thing is just completely outlandish and unhinged. So what did they say in this order to him that was so brutal? They really slapped them down, right? Yes, they really did. So this was a 2-1 panel, Naomi Rao, who's a Trump appointee and Justin Walker, also a Trump appointee, on behalf of the Department of Justice who were seeking this writ of mandamus. You know, they called Bosberg's actions intrusive, antagonistic towards the executive branch and unwarranted. They called him out for shifting and expanding proceedings. The district court has assumed an improper jurisdiction antagonistic to the executive branch. Mandamus, and this is Naomi Rao writing, is appropriate again to forestall unwarranted judicial intrusion into executive branch decision-making regarding matters of national security and to halt the district court's inquest. Naomi Rao also calls out Bosberg for disregarding the first writ of mandamus. and not respecting what they had felt like. So, Julie, stay with us. I've got to take a hard break. I want to pursue this with you further because now we have a senator from Missouri, and I agree with him, who wants to urge the House to impeach her, excuse me, to impeach this judge. And this judge should be impeached. I want to discuss that with you as well. We'll be right back. Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here for Mint Mobile. Now, I was looking for fun ways to tell you that Mint's offer of Unlimited Premium Wireless for $15 a month is back. So I thought it would be fun if we made $15 bills. But it turns out... That's very illegal. So there goes my big idea for the commercial. Give it a try at mintmobile.com slash switch. Up front payment of $45 for three months, $90 for six months or $180 for $12.1 plan required. $15 per month equivalent. Taxes and fees extra. Initial plan term only greater than 50 gigabytes may slow when network is busy. See terms. This is the show, the New York Times is a fad of. Mark Levin, call him now at 877381-381. We're here with our friend Julie Kelly. She's a great reporter, great writer. Her site is declassified with Julie Kelly. It's on Substack. I encourage you to check it out. And Julie Kelly, over here at Just the News.
Let's see here. The reporting senator calls to impeach Judge Boseberg after appeals court finds abuse of discretion. We're talking about Senator Schmidt of Missouri. And this is, he's basically said, look, that's enough is enough. He urged the House to impeach this guy following a decision by the court, as we know. And he says that they're pursuing this, he's pursuing this contempt crusade against Trump. It's an improper investigation, clear abuse of discretion. He called what the three-judge panel did really a smackdown. He said this district court proposes to probe high-level executive branch deliberations about, you know, matters that it really has no authority over whatsoever. What do you make of his point? You know, they're trying to impeach now Pete Hegseth for actually following the law and doing his job, and then we have this judge. I think they need to make an example out of this judge, whether they actually get them removed or not, don't you? Yes, absolutely. And, you know, we've been banging this drum for now, you know, at least since March of 2025 about Jeb Bosberg. The Senate subcommittee led by Ted Cruz held a hearing a few months ago into this matter about perhaps impeaching Jeb Bosberg and Deborah Bordman, who was the judge who. gave a slap on the wrist to be a man who tried to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh. But as you know, this has to originate in the House. And we believe there have been a few House Republicans who have already introduced some sort of resolution to initiate impeachment proceedings against Jeb Bosberg. Those have gone nowhere. So I don't understand what Republicans are waiting for. The reason. why Jab Bosberg has gotten away with this and really has signaled as his position as DC district court chief judge, arguably the most powerful chief judge in the country because he gets all of the political cases. I think he sent a signal early on by opening this contempt inquiry and proceeding the way that he has that signaled to other federal judges across the country, you can do the same. Right? Because we've seen this over and over, particularly in Minneapolis, where you had the chief judge there, Patrick Schultz, and I've written about this as well on my substack, he was just basically making up instances of the Trump DOJ defying court orders in all of the immigration cases that originated. out of Operation Metro Surge. So you now have judges across the country almost on a daily basis accusing the Trump DOJ or DHS of violating court orders and they just make things up or even the most minimal, you know, missing a deadline by a few hours. They're now claiming is contempt of court.
So he really set the stage that has drained the Department of Justice of time, of resources, because they have to now try to defend every phony allegation by like-minded judges, especially in immigration cases, that the DOJ is just systematically ignoring court orders. Not true. But if we have a minute, you can tell me if we do, because I'll tell you. Yeah, we do. And I just want people to know both of these opinions are linked in my piece on my sub second. Mark, I know you have my piece on your website as well. So thank you. So people can read for themselves what the D.C. appellate court has said. But Jeff Bosberg is still out there trying to force the government, meaning us, taxpayers as well, to pay to return. from Venezuela or any other country where these illegals ended up who were on these two planes, wherever they ended up, to return them to the United States or otherwise enable some sort of remote hearing where they can make habeas claims, even though they're not in U.S. custody anymore. Habious claims, meaning they're being unconstitutionally held. And by the way, and let me just add, it's not a criminal case. What are habeas claims? It's ridiculous. The whole thing is absurd. So he has still set deadlines to try to force the government to the Department of Justice and DHS and taxpayers to pay for this because he said this in a hearing a few months ago, that we would have to pay to return these men if they decided they wanted to come back to the United States and either make their habeas claims or asylum claims or prove that they were. not part of Kendiaragua, therefore unlawfully deported under the alien enemies act. So I'm going to keep an eye on now. I was going to say, if you don't, nobody else will. So you stay on top of this and you let us know when things are breaking again, okay? I will. I will, Mark. You're the best. All right, my friend. Take care of yourself. That's Julie Kelly. Check her out on Declassified with Julie Kelly on Substack. And now we're going to get to some of your calls, as I promised. Ready? Here we go. Joseph Fairfield, Connecticut, XM Satellite. How are you? Hello, Mark. I spoke with you many, many years ago as Professor Joe, but I want to talk about the just war doctrine that was proposed in the 4th, 5th century by St. Ambrose, St. Augustine, and this pope is an Augustinian. He should know that. By the way, I actually know where you're going with this, because there have been a number of Catholic priests who also happen to be scholars. who I've been reading today, and I talk about one of them on my video podcast, seriously on Liberty's Voice, who said there's no question that this is justified under a Catholic doctrine, and he cited the same two people you just cited. Go ahead.
And St. Thomas Aquinas in the 13th century. Now, I've been a Catholic school teacher for 40 years, around 50 years. And I've taught at elementary school. I've taught in high school. I co-founded a conservative classical high school in Mar Vernon. uh wow two hundred students who was started in 2001 i taught at two two universities cap the university's fairfield and sacred heart and i taught at the college of new shell for 36 years and night and for the prep for 20 years so what do you wait so long to call anyway go ahead Well, I called, I used to talk to you about the environment. I coined the initialism, BS, as bad science. Remember? I don't remember that. I do. All right, hit up. I don't want to lose time here. Make your point about, you're like an expert in this area. Make your point, is this preventative war justified under Catholic doctors? Well, what President Trump is totally justifiable from when I read with these scholars, these doctors of the church. I read those three about what a just war is. It's a doctrine, it's an even a theory, the doctrine that they came up with. And if you intervene militarily to stop an evil, to perpetuate it even more harm, which President Trump has said that they killed 45,000 of their own people, to stop this evil, which has been perpetrating against the West, against Christianity for 47 years, is absolutely justified. And President Trump is a providential historic figure that came at the right time. to stop this and intervene. I went to City College. I mostly, believe it or not, I know you're Jewish, most of my friends were Jewish. This is in the late 60s. My grandchildren are partly Jewish. So Judeo-Christian theology and will also... Sorry, mine are partly Christian. Go ahead. Christianity. Yeah. So Thomas Aquinas extended what St. Ambrose influenced St. Augustine, and he actually converted him. He was a pagan, St. Augustine. And this Pope, Pope Leo, was not talking from theology. He's not talking from doctrine. He's just talking as a man. And this is important. All right, let me slow you down a little bit. As I went through this at some length today, because I was curious. If you go to war to prevent atrocities and you have good reason to believe atrocities are going to occur and you're not going to create more atrocities by trying to prevent these atrocities, it's absolutely justified. If you're going to war to protect innocence is the way it was put, innocence, particularly people who cannot defend themselves. That is justifiable. And if you're going to war to prevent a bigger war, or to prevent individuals who you know will take actions that will result in, in this case a catastrophe, you are justified to go to war. And those are just three of the principles.
of what you refer to with these two St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Augustine. Go ahead. And St. Thomas Aquinas had expanded on that even more from what St. Augustine did. But it was Zane Ambrose initiated. St. Augustine extended the principles of what a just war is. It's the same thing, Mark, as capital punishment. There is such a thing as legitimate capital punishment. That's right. How do you equate human life? How do you equate human life? With human life, if it's purposefully taken. But your point, Joseph, is in the bybond of certain circumstances. Capital punishment is justified. And it took place. Catholic doctrine. Absolutely. Well, when the president has our military going over there, it's almost like capital punishment, but it's legitimate. It's justifiable if you stop an evil from perpetuating more harm on people and eventually will create peace. Now, if they did that to Hitler in 1938, they should have intervened. They've been the thinkers at that time weren't too courageous. But President Trump is courageous. He comes at the proper time now, and that's why he's taking the slings and arrows. They're attacking him like crazy because... The devil, you're not talking about evil. The evil one doesn't like this. So the evil one, which is festing in the mullahs of Iran, and they've been festering this evil because when you kill your own people and 45,000 or more have public hangings because they questioned your authority, that's evil. That's pretty clear. All right. Now, one other thing, before we run out of time, I got one minute. I'm troubled by the fact that there's not enough talk, whether it's out of Rome or other faiths, all faiths. Let me put it that way. About the slaughter of the Christians. We're spending more time debating this than we are the slaughter of the Christians in the Congo, the Sudan, and Nigeria and Syria. Is Benjamin Netanyahu justified in going into Syria to try to protect the Christians? Isn't that a noble and righteous act? That's a noble and moral, extremely moral and ethical and right and righteous. And also, but there's one more point that the actual ride met with this Pope about what? He met with him two weeks ago. About what? Going after President Trump to stop Trump. And this Pope's brother doesn't even, is a pro-Trump's support, doesn't even like him, his own brother. So what kind of a man is this? I'm talking about man. Look, as a Jew, I can't really get, I can't really. I'm not comfortable doing that. on the substantive matter. I don't have a problem discussing that. And you have your Pope who's quite liberal. We have our reform Jews, not all, but many of them are quite liberal and quite wrong about what they say. And some of the rabbis are really wrong about what they say. It is what it is. Joseph, you're a breath of fresh air. God bless you, my friend. Got a lot of great calls here. I'm going to try and get to most of them. If we can, I don't know. I'll be right back.
This is going to be an extremely busy month. I have to watch 104 soccer games. Follow the pregame, the post game, yell useless opinions at the TV. It's a lot. So I knew that when it comes to screening for colon cancer, the choice was clear. The Colagard Plus test. It can be used at home and can only take 15 minutes, so I can do it during halftime and not miss any action. If you are 45 or older and at average risk, ask your healthcare provider about screening for colon cancer with the Coligard test. You can also request a prescription at colagard.com. You and I got married and scared ass after my first year in law school with a huge reception thrown by the Hunter family. Say what? You got to add that to our collection, I think. Here's a person who is despicable, a despicable woman who's in Congress. Name is Representative Bonnie Coleman, Democrat in New Jersey, utterly disgusting. Cut 17, go. Because if we wanted to eliminate abuse and fraud, we eliminate the president of the United States on the office right now and the rest of the sycophants in his administration that are allowing him to do so many illegal things. First of all, she is a mental degenerate. So we should eliminate the President of the United States. How many people have you heard talk about this today? Probably none. Certainly not on any major news site. Certainly not on any of these aggregating news sites. This is disgusting. So every word that comes out of Trump's mouth gets magnified a thousand times and hear this barely literate, degenerate woman. Democrat from New Jersey says if you want to eliminate abuse and fraud, you have to eliminate the President of the United States from office right now and the rest of a sink offense. These people are vile. They are violent. They're gaslighting people all over the damn place. Very dangerous crowd. They just are. And they always have been. They always have been. What a show. Glad you've been here. We salute our armed forces, police officers, firefighters, emergency personnel, our truckers, ice. And we wish the best to our brothers and sisters in Ukraine, in Israel, and Persian, you, the American people. God bless each and every one of you. Thank you for being here. Check out my podcast at Liberty's Voice. See you tomorrow.
