Yeah, it is a great day to be an American. And this is the accountability that we've been seeking and an indictment now for James Comey, the former FBI director, who spent so long abusing his power and by extension, the American people, now facing an indictment of his own. Yesterday, the Eastern District of Virginia successfully securing. Two counts from a grand jury against James Comey. And I want to share the actual accounts with you here, see if we can't take a look at the paperwork. Perhaps we can stare at it together. In this, we find false statements being made within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch of the United States government on or about September 30th, 2020 in the Eastern District of Virginia. the defendant James Comey did willfully and knowingly make a materially false fictitious and fraudulent statement in a matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch. In other words, lied to Congress by falsely stating to a U.S. Senator that was Ted Cruz during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that he, James Comey, hadn't authorized somebody else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports regarding an FBI investigation concerning. what the indictment refers to as person one that statement was false because james combe then and there knew he in fact had authorized person three to serve as an anonymous source in news reports regarding an fbi investigation concerning person one. That was all in violation of the law. Additionally, this document goes on to say that count two here, he also is guilty of an obstruction, according allegedly, guilty of an obstruction of a congressional proceeding. quote, honor abound September 30th of 2020 in the Eastern District of Virginia. The defendant, James Comey, did corruptly endeavor to influence, obstruct, and impede the due proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which an investigation was being had before the Senate Judiciary Committee by making false and misleading statements before that committee. Ooh, this is, I need you to think about this for a moment and how wonderful and how thoughtful this prosecution is. Look at this. They say that he did this in the Eastern District of Virginia, in the Eastern District of Virginia. Now, how is it that you can testify before Congress and do something in the Eastern District of Virginia? Aha! Here's what happened in 2020. I played the clips for you yesterday on this program. James Comey was testifying remotely. This was... This was September of 2020. Remember, Congress was taking remote testimony at this point because of COVID. And so James Comey was in the Eastern District of Virginia when he gave his testimony. So we get to bypass a D.C. grand jury process in order to go after James Comey because guess where he did this? It was remote testimony.

Remote testimony. This is so thoughtful and so wonderful and so excellent that the Trump administration was able to do this. You know, the DC grand jury process by now, not going to work out. And the reason for that is because that grand jury totally rigged. Those grand juries completely rigged. Earlier this year, we had multiple assaults on federal law enforcement officers in the District of Columbia caught on tape. DC grand juries are not prosecuting. They're just letting it happen because they're Democrats. And they don't in any way want Democrats who are protesting the Trump administration, including by assaulting federal law enforcement, to be held accountable. So this had to get outside of D.C. And I told you, I want to say months ago, to keep an eye on Virginia. Virginia is a space in where this can happen. And guess where it's happening? Now, the Eastern District of Virginia. But boy, this was not an easy fight. And you saw the pieces of this spill out over the weekend. Because the Eastern District of Virginia, remember, we had a different guy, Eric Seiber, who was the U.S. attorney going into last weekend of the Eastern District. And that guy was endorsed by Mark Warner. He was endorsed by Tim Kaine. And he's been refusing to prosecute Letitia James. By the way, stay on guard, Letitia James. This is probably coming for you too. And he was refusing to prosecute James Comey. And the game that these guys have been playing is, oh, we didn't have enough evidence. We just didn't have enough evidence to support a prosecution. So we couldn't carry it forward. That's bullshit. And we know it now that it was bullshit. And the way we know is not merely that President Trump and the Justice Department has a much better U.S. attorney in there now, Lindsey Halligan, doing the job. But we know because the grand jury actually agreed on two of the counts. Now, there was a third count reportedly that the grand jury considered and didn't bring against James Comey. But they did move forward with two of the three counts. And that's because the grand jury felt there was sufficient evidence for a majority of the grand jurors to vote for it. to support it. And now it moves forward. And now, what does that mean for James Comey? James Comey gets it. James Comey now gets the treatment that he so gleefully tried to serve to all these members of the Trump administration, that he and the rest of these lefties imposed on the Trump administration. And I'll tell you right away, you know, last night, as this was breaking, I posted on social media that it was happening. I'm like, look at this. James Comey's being indicted. It's finally happening. And I instantly got some responses from some people, you know, just people who care about the country and things like, you know, there's a lot of naysaying out there. People are very pessimistic no matter what happens. They get pessimistic. And I get it. You have every reason to be cynical. But stuff like, oh, who cares? He's never going to serve a day in jail anyway. Nothing ever happens. Well, hold on a second. First of all, nothing ever happens. The guy's just been indicted. This is the Trump administration doing what we elected them to do, which is to hold people like James call me accountable. One, two, I just want you to remember how much the process is the punishment. Think about what it takes in order to fight back against the vast resources of the federal government.

We know this because we saw how many Trump officials go through this? How many people in Donald Trump's orbit? How many January 6 defendants? Every dollar that James Comey has to spend defending himself now is a dollar that he's going to spend in absolute misery. And he earned it. He earned it. So the idea that nothing is happening to James Comey is already garbage. Something big is happening to James Comey. His life is being upended by this. Rightfully so. It's long overdue. And now he's got a deal. with at least a very small part of what he imposed on a lot of other people he's got to live with the pain of this process. And you ask anybody, ask anybody who's been on the receiving end of a federal government prosecution. Just think about it. I just want you to back up for a second and think about what that means. The federal government has a bottomless pit of resources with which to go after you. Endless resources. Massive amounts for prosecutors, investigators, the FBI, the United States Department of Justice, the U.S. attorneys, all coming after you with unlimited resources, unlimited investigative of tools and abilities. They can interview anybody. can go absolutely haywire on you. What do you have? If you're James Comey, what do you have? Well, you got whatever money is in your bank account. However, you secured that money. You got the money you're going to spend on your lawyers. Obviously, you've got the media throwing in with you here. James Comey's got an unusual advantage there. But beyond that, he's resource starved relative to the government. This is going to be a slog for him that is not going to leave him in any way unscathed. Now, he's going to go through it. And again, well deserved. Very well deserved. Now, the reaction to all of this has been interesting to watch some of the great reactions to it, first and foremost. You get the U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi coming out with a statement immediately on this subject saying, rightfully so, ladies and gentlemen, nobody is above the law. Nobody is above the law. Today's indictment reflects this Department of Justice's commitment. to holding those who abuse positions of power accountable for misleading the American people. We will follow the facts in this case. Nobody's above the law. Isn't it nice to hear somebody say that legitimately? Isn't that nice to hear somebody use that expression to accurately depict somebody who deserves a prosecution and not a persecution? What a breath of fresh air that is. Meanwhile, FBI director Kash Patel, who occupies the position that James Comey once unfortunately held. He too is reacting to all of this. He said, today your FBI took another step in its promise of full accountability. For far too long, previous corrupt leadership, James Comey, and their enablers weaponized federal law enforcement, damaging once proud institutions and severely eroding public trust. Every day, we continue the fight to earn that trust back. And under my leadership, this FBI will confront the problem head on.

Nowhere was this politicization of law enforcement more blatant than during the Russia gate hoax. A disgraceful chapter in history that we continue to investigate and expose everyone, especially those in positions of power, will be held to account no matter their perch. No one is above the law. Nobody. James Comey, not above the law. And then our friend, Dan Bongino, look. There's no secret to this audience. This audience is as dialed in on this subject as you can possibly be. There's a reason that Dan Bongino decided to go to the FBI. That he decided to change every aspect of his life to be a part of this mission. There's a reason for that. There's a reason that he has stayed. in the FBI. No matter how much drama is being reported on the outside, whatever infighting people claim is going on, there's a reason that he's dealing with this headache day in and day out inside of that agency. And it's not because he thinks that that mission's going to be fruitless. It's not because he thinks that at the end of this, nothing is going to happen. It's because he truly believes sincerely in his heart. based on all of the evidence in front of him. I think he would refer to that as receipts, all the receipts that he's seeing, that accountability is achievable. And yesterday is clear evidence of that accountability. James Comey indicted. Here's Dan Bongino's reaction. When Director Kash Patel and I took on our leadership positions in the FBI, we promised the American people accountability. Promises Matter. He posted that at 7 p.m. I'll remind you that was Eastern Time. It was the 6 p.m. Eastern hour last night when this news broke that James Comey is being indicted. Dan is there for a reason. And this is clearly that reason. This is one of those huge reasons that he's decided to stay in that job and to do it so well. So that's the update there. Now, what I would like to see is the same thing you'd like to see, the perp walk, right, Justin? We want to see perp walks. We'll see the media is reporting today that the James Comey thing is going to be. He goes to the court himself or something. But wouldn't it be nice to get this image, you know, some handcuffs? And I've got an idea, Justin. What if it was Dan? What if Dan just strapped the handcuffs on this guy and dragged him in for this? You know? Take it. Could you imagine it? I could imagine it. I love the AI photo we have, by the way. Dan is somehow taller than James Comey. James Comey's like, you know, 40 feet tall. They're going to need to strap a couple pairs of handcuffs together to bring them in. But yeah, no, wouldn't that be great? That would be awesome. And I'd venture a guess that Dan would be very eager to volunteer to do this particular job.

It would be wonderful. It would be wonderful. At any rate, just remember, it is true. Yeah, somebody said in the chat, thanks for the reminder about the process being the punishment. The process is the punishment. No question about this. Also, a conviction and a sentence would be a punishment. To be clear, there's no question that this thing should ride to the bloody end and that he should be convicted at the end of this. That's, of course, the pursuit of justice. We need all of that. But I'm just saying don't discount. the value in securing what the left was so eager to secure over and over and over again, which is the humiliation, the bankrupting, the destruction of their political opponents. I mean, come on, guys. Just remember what the left subjected the president of the United States to. Just remember what they put him through. And think about for a moment, I want you to pause on the what they put him through. They put Donald J. Trump through every prosecution imaginable. They went to every district where Democrats control the whole game. And they threw the weight of every government they could at him, whether it was Fulton County, Georgia, or the district attorney in Manhattan, or the state of New York. or the federal government impaneling a grand jury in Washington, D.C. under Jack Smith, they threw everything they could at him. And why did they do that, chat? Why did in the midst of a heated election, going into this 2024 election, did the left throw every prosecution imaginable at the man whose mugshot I'm now displaying on your screen? The last thing the left wanted is the man that they had taken out returning. The last thing they wanted was this guy being in a position to hold them accountable. And he's back. He's back now. And he is in charge of the executive branch. And yes, that includes the United States Department of Justice. The left is making a big deal out of the fact that President Trump keeps noticing all of this, that he says out loud that these people should be brought to justice. How dare you say that? How dare he? Why wouldn't he? He lived through it. He was the victim of malicious and invented prosecutions. In other words, persecutions. Why wouldn't the victim of those crimes who's now in a position to do something about it be very attentive to the prosecutions of the people who went out of their way to hurt our justice system, to undermine our Constitution, and to hurt the rest of us? President Trump has been elected for a whole bunch of reasons, and this is clearly one of them. So now he's back. Now he's back. And they're prosecuting this guy.

We've got, that is James Comey. We've got a lot of reactions pouring in. I just shared with you some of the good guys. My heart is broken for the Department of Justice, but I have great confidence in the federal judicial system, and I'm innocent. So let's have a trial and keep the faith. What a tool. You think they'll let him have his Taylor Swift music in prison? Is he allowed to have his playlist with him? He's, he's unreal. You know, actually, speaking to Taylor Swift, I noticed when I saw this video last night, I was like, wait a second. In his eyeballs, he's got this, like, Chinese ringlight that he's recording this. Again, like he's like a teenage girl. Oh, man, what a creep this dude is. He's going to be a real big hit in prison. It's just unreal. So yeah, James Comey's freaking out about all this. And that's that brings me joy. He's not the only one freaking out about it. Who else is freaking out? Oh, Adam Schiff is freaking out about this. Old pencil neck. Here's what Adam Schiff is saying on the subject. Adam Schiff said that Donald Trump forced out a respected U.S. attorney because they wouldn't go along with Trump's demands for political prosecutions. Less than a week later, his inexperienced handpicked successor brings charges against a member of Trump's enemies list. In my almost six years as an assistant U.S. attorney, I never witnessed such a blatant abuse of the department. The DOJ is now little more than an arm of the president's restribution campaign. Oh, that's funny. You've never seen an abuse of the United States Department of Justice. Weird. Considering you were a part of endless abuses by the federal government, including by the United States Department of Justice against President Trump and all of his supporters and anybody who ever worked for him.

We've never seen an abuse like this. Yeah, anybody, by the way, if you see anybody using language like that, this is unbelievable. We've never seen abuses like this. You can instantly figure out that that person is a tyrannical idiot who supports tyranny. And I just love all these lefties who are coming out. Like, can you believe Trump is doing this? Just you wait until the left controls the government. Man, oh man, you're not going to like this anymore. Like what? Dude, I've got a mugshot of Trump proving that you're full of shit. Did you know that James Comey's son-in-law worked in the Eastern District of Virginia? Do you know this? James Comey's son-in-law, Troy Edwards, resigned yesterday from the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia after the indictment of James Comey. Here's the letter directed to the new U.S. attorney. Dear Ms. Lindsey Halligan, to uphold my oath to the Constitution and the country, I hereby resign as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia in the Department of Justice effective immediately. Sincerely, Troy A. Edwards Jr. Troy Edwards Jr. The dude is James Comey's son-in-law. And so I want to, again, this is something to be on guard for as you watch the media lie to you. They've been telling us. that there's no case against James Comey and that Donald Trump rammed it through. It was just, this is an invented case being thrown at James Comey. Now, never mind the fact that the grand jury did find evidence to support two of the charges here. So what you're telling me is that James Comey's son-in-law was in the very office that was refusing to prosecute James Comey. What you're telling me is that a Democrat endorsed U.S. attorney, Tim Kaine and Mark Warner endorsed this guy, was overseeing the decision not to prosecute James Comey. And so the rest of us are to conclude that there was no evidence to prosecute James Comey from that fact set? Hell no. I'm not concluding that. I'm not concluding that this was a cover-up operation and that James Comey had people on the inside who were protecting him. And Donald Trump at the last second was able to blow through that. For those of you who missed the show yesterday, I want to emphasize something about the timing of all of this. These charges only had until next week Tuesday. September 30th of 2025 would be the end of the statute of limitations to prosecute James Comey. This thing has been brought under the wire. This is the last second. And God bless the Trump administration for bringing it to us to it rather on a Thursday. We got it on a Thursday. Not on a Friday. We didn't get a Friday news dump on this subject. We got it on a Thursday. So we have plenty of time to talk about this on a Friday. A lot of energy around this story. A lot of energy talking about this accountability. But to freak out.

is real. The left is in an all-out panic about this. And it's not just Adam Schiff. It's also the usual suspects in the media. There's a guy you may know as Fusion Ken Delanian. He's over at NBC, MSNBC. He posts what I'm hearing from DOJ sources he posted last night. The James Comey indictment is among the worst abuses in DOJ history. Shocking. It's hard to overstate how big a moment this is. The worst abuses? It's among, where does it rank? Where is it rank behind, say, the Jack Smith prosecution? Where does it rank behind Russia Gate? Where is it rank behind going after Donald Trump and every one of his, his aides? Where is it rank behind going after Steve Bannon or Peter Navarro? Tell me, where does it rank on, say, the Doug Mackey case? The guy who made a meme about Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, a pretty funny one actually. And then he was prosecuted when Joe Biden arrived in office. They decided to go after him for interfering in an election. Are you serious? Where does this rank exactly? Because as far as I can tell, it doesn't even make the list. This idea that James Comey would be held accountable for his own actions. Another piece of this is the media are not telling you whether or not James Comey actually did anything wrong. They're not even engaging with the question. Well, hold on a second. Look in the indictment. Did he lie to Congress? They're not bothering to engage on that question because they know if they explore the answer to it, it doesn't reflect well on James Comey. So the last thing they want to do is discuss the facts with you. They'd rather discuss fiction as they attack the president of the United States for doing the thing you voted for. That's Fusion Ken. And Fusion Ken, I'll remind you, is the guy who is already documented. He was sending his own stories over to the CIA for approval before he would publish them. So full of crap. So unreal. Fact check, the federal criminal cases against Trump were investigated by career FBI agents and brought by career prosecutors and there was nothing partisan about them. Grand juries of citizens brought the indictments which are full of hard evidence. Oh, okay. So then what is this, Candelanian, you utter hack? What is this? Why did the left have to go grand jury shopping in order to find the venue that would actually bring charges against Trump? Why did that happen? Why did Jack Smith? I want to remind you about something. Why did he bring, impaneled the grand jury in D.C. in order to go after Trump for the Mar-a-Lago case and then transfer the case to Florida? Why'd they do that in D.C.? Why didn't they do that in Florida? Oh.

Oh, because Jack Smith knew that a grand jury made up of sane people would never bring those charges against Trump in Florida. That's why. That's why that happened. Convict him, bar him from future service, have the prosecutors, the local prosecutors in New York pursue him for the fraudster that he was before he ever became president. Lock him up for the garden variety frauds he did there. But don't give him. That center stage, that dominant role in our national life just down the street where Joe Biden is trying to heal this nation. Heal this nation. How'd that go exactly? Did you feel the healing? We don't, you know, nobody's above the law and we're not going to treat anybody poorly. You know, and of course the whole time he's just treating Republicans like crap, you know, treating the Trump administration like garbage and abusing his power routinely. And, and look, they don't bring charges against this guy unless they think they've got the evidence against him. Because they said, he lied to Congress. How do we know that? Well, the FBI has the documents to demonstrate. Who's running the FBI? That's Kash Patel and Dan Bongino. So they got there. They rifled through the paperwork. They got the documents. And guess what they found? They found evidence that James Comey lied. And now he's got a legitimate prosecution on his hands. Good luck with that. And good luck with the giraffe exhibit. All right. Thanks, buddy. Yeah, well, so we have that to look forward to. And look how lush it is. He'll have his pick of the leaves, man. I have to compete with the drafts, but he'll be all right. He'll get the low hanging leaves. Yeah, he'll be fun. All right. Let me see here. I've got, yeah, so the president of the United States is tired of the crap. He's tired of the terror attacks that are taking place in the country. And we got our New York Times report yesterday, actually, on this subject. Let me take you to that for a moment, because this is kind of fun. And the media is freaking out about this, naturally. The Justice Department is pushing prosecutors. to investigate the George Soros Foundation. The Times is very grumpy about this. The move is the latest instance of the Justice Department, led by Attorney General Pamboddy, moving against President Trump's perceived enemies. The Senior Justice Department official. has instructed more than a half dozen U.S. attorney's offices to draft plans to investigate a group funded by George Soros, the billionaire Democrat donor whom President Trump has demanded be thrown in jail. The official's directive, a copy of which was viewed by the New York Times, goes as far as to list possible charges. the prosecutors could file, ranging from arson to material support of terrorism. The memo suggests department leaders are following orders from the president that specific people or groups be subject to criminal investigation, a major break from decades of past practice meant to insulate the Justice Department from political interference. I love this. It's, you know.

Look, this is once again, the New York Times playing fast and loose with the reality of where the Justice Department falls within our constitutional system. You know, Article 1 is the Congress. Article 2 is the executive branch. Article 3, that's the courts. And within Article 2, the executive branch, the president is the chief executive. The Justice Department works for him. That's how the American people can hold the Justice Department accountable. You get to decide who runs it. And in this case, it's the president of the United States. And you and I elected the president on a very clear mission of accountability and to restore order to our country. So if you've got criminals who are causing chaos in American cities and conducting terror attacks, killing human beings in our country, well, you're damn right, the president of the United States should focus on that. What did the president do under Joe, what did the presidency do with the Justice Department when Biden was in office? They sent prosecutors to Letitia James's office to go after Donald Trump. They coordinated with every prosecutor in America that they could get their hands on to go after Donald Trump and all the people who worked for him. They use the Justice Department as a one-stop shop to go after January 6th defendants instead of actual crimes being committed against children. So spare us the lectures. Oh, I had dear Trump target crime criminals. No, good. The step came in an accelerated push by the Justice Department against Mr. Trump's perceived enemies in recent days and weeks. Over the weekend, the president urged Attorney General Pam Bondi to act quickly in seeking criminal charges against his longtime nemesis, the former FBI director, James Comey, and the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, who has sued Mr. Trump and his businesses for hundreds of millions of dollars. Yeah. Which, by the way, I remember that judgment got thrown out recently? It's like they don't even, did they even tell the truth about any of this stuff? Federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia secured an indictment against James Comey on Thursday, and they're separately investigating Ms. James. All right. So they're going after the Soros operation. That's long overdue. Of course they should do that. They should be investigating the Soros operation for all the chaos that they've been tied to. And the president on Thursday, yesterday. They announced that actually the administration is going after everybody who's committing violence in the United States in an organized way. Here is cut three, an executive order from the president yesterday, announcing that a whole of government attack on all of the people who've been attacking the rest of us. Take a look. A tremendous upsurge in some highly visible, but also other acts of domestic terrorism and organized political violence. being perpetrated by radical politically motivated groups all over the country. What this presidential memorandum will do is set off an administration-wide response to that, ranging from the joint terrorism task forces to other components of the Department of Justice to the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Treasury. We're looking at interdicting these groups, preventing them from performing acts of violence and also looking at sources of organization and funding and support that prop them up and allow them to do the acts that they have been.

do it we're looking at the funders of a lot of these groups and You know, when you see the signs and they're all beautiful signs made professionally, these aren't your protesters that make the sign in their basement late in the evening because they really believe it. These are anarchists and agitators, professional anarchists and agitators, and they get hired by wealthy people. Some of whom I know, I guess, you know, probably know them. And you wouldn't know it. At dinner with them, everything's nice. And then you find out that they funded millions of dollars to these lunatics. Yeah. All right. Big time stuff, baby. So a whole of government approach, the United States Department of Justice, the Treasury Department, everybody's going all in on this. We've got to stop this terrorism. How many terror attacks do we all have to suffer before something happens about all of this? And so the president of the United States is doing something actionable here. He's ordering the government to a... to to basically take its resources and be fully invested in restoring order and going after this the funding sources now you heard him say there including some people i know some people i know in other words names that he's aware of people whose names you would know And the president was asked to elaborate, who might you be talking about? One of the reporters asked. And the president here, cut four, offered a couple of names that you're going to be familiar with. Listen. Well, Soros is the name certainly that I keep hearing. I don't know, but Soros is the name that I hear. I hear a lot of different names. I hear names of some pretty rich people that are radical left people. Maybe I hear about a guy named Reid Hoffman. Somebody's a pretty rich guy, I guess, and I hear about him. I don't know. Maybe could be him. Could be a lot of people. We hear the same names, but they're bad, and we're going to find out. And if they are funding these things, they're going to have some problems because they're agitators and they're anarchists. These are anarchists. Yeah. Now, those names are really important. Soros and Hoffman, George Soros and Reid Hoffman, are two of the biggest funders of the chaos of the American left. In fact, Reid Hoffman hates Donald Trump. That guy, that guy has worked really hard to prevent Donald Trump from getting back into office. Remember the E. Gene Carroll lawsuit against Donald Trump? Remember that lawsuit? That was funded by Reid Hoffman. He funded that thing. The goal, as in the goal of all of James Comey's misdeeds, all of Jack Smith's misdeeds, all of John Brennan and James Clapper and Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and the list is endless. Peter struck Lisa Page. The goal was to stop Trump from becoming president in the first place to stagger the 45th presidency and to prevent the 47th presidency.

And Reid Hoffman, very much a central player and all of that. The president's saying he has time to uncork exactly what's going on here. So a big and important announcement on that subject, as the president's saying, I'm done with that shit, as the Secretary of War might say, completely done with that. Yeah, we're not doing that anymore. We're going after these guys. So just a massive announcement here from the president of the United States. So that is, that's very, very good news as the administration goes after political violence. Now, speaking of political violence, We got some updates. One of which I shared with you yesterday on the program was kind of a late breaking development as the podcast was going yesterday. But I did share with you this item, which is what Kash Patel said about the Dallas terrorist who attacked that ice facility. And by now you know that this guy had had cased the joint. He had downloaded all of these pieces of information about where these facilities were in Dallas. He was conducting searches about ballistics. He was watching the Charlie Kirk assassination video. He was searching for apps to locate ICE agents, you know, the apps that the left is using in order to try and block ICE agents from doing their jobs, which this thing is driving ice crazy. I had the director of ICE Todd Lyons on my radio program yesterday. And you can see that full interview on my X account right now. I've got it posted. I had him on the program yesterday. And he said the United States Department of Justice is absolutely digging through and going after these apps right now. This is, this just can't happen. This is massive obstruction of justice. These are people trying to not only make it more difficult for ICE agents to do their jobs, but they're also trying to hurt ICE agents. And clearly, this guy targeted ICE agents. One of the notes that was recovered from the shooter, from the terrorist. is that hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror. And then further, they accumulated a bunch of evidence demonstrating that the guy was planning this attack for some time. And we got updates yesterday from authorities on what kinds of things were on the notes. Take a listen yesterday, a local U.S. attorney in the Dallas area saying, here's what we found on the notes. Cut two. Listen to this. One of these notes or papers, the sniper explicitly states, yes, it was just me. That statement appears to be correct at this point in the investigation. Notably, these loose notes included a game plan of the attack and target areas at the facility. He called the ICE employees people showing up to collect a dirty paycheck. He wrote that he intended to maximize lethality against ICE personnel and to maximize property damage at the facility.

He hoped to minimize any collateral damage or injury to the detainees and any other innocent people. It seems that he did not intend to kill the detainees or harm them. It's clear from these notes that he was targeting ICE agents and ICE personnel. He was targeting the ICE agents. He was targeting the ICE personnel. He fired. Todd Lyons told me, Director Lyons told me, that he was firing clearly indiscriminately into every target he could possibly pick. It was just like randomly into the building. The media accounts, I think, are just wrongly described this guy as a sniper. He's just a terrorist who had a gun who was just firing it in the direction of the building. And then he saw this van. that was under what they call a sally port and he began firing into the van he he couldn't even see who was in the van he just was firing at the vehicle and in the process he struck three detainees killing one of them a horrific outcome for that person and for their family and horrific outcome for the people who were wounded and their families none of that should happen I mean, just because you broke our laws, doesn't mean in that case you should be killed for it. That's awful. And my prayers are with their families. But this guy thought that he was attacking ICE agents, a deranged lefty. And instead, what he ended up doing was killing a detainee, an illegal alien, and injuring two others. Just to give you a sign of how deranged this thought process is, if you can even call it that. That's what happened. Now, the left was hanging its hat on the fact that detainees were wounded and killed earlier this week and making that into a big deal. Oh, it was a right wing attack. It was a right wing attack. And even yesterday, they were holding on to some notion that it was a false flag that this guy had written anti-ice onto the side of the bullet casings as a way to pretend. to be left wing. Guy's not pretending. He's a full-blown left-wing, terroristic lunatic. And he's just the latest to write something so vile on the side of a bullet, his intent, his motive on the side of this. And that's what happened, of course, in the assassination of Charlie Kirk. And that's what happened in the assassination on the United Healthcare CEO. Luigi Mangione pulling the trigger in that case. These guys keep writing it on the side of these bullets. So, yeah, no, it's... This has been an all too frequent event, which is leading the rest of us to go, what the hell do we do about this? How do we get our country back? How do we get our country back? And the answer to that is, well, one, we elect the right guy to run the country. We did. President Trump is in place. Two, the president has to use whatever powers are at his disposal right now to try and get this under control. Thank God he is. He's got that executive order out. He's got the designation of terrorism for Antifa. They're going to be rooting out all the financial structures, going after people like George Soros and Reid Hoffman. That can't come soon enough. Wonderful to see that. The other piece at the government level is like, what the hell is Congress doing?

Why are they abiding these members of Congress who continue to breathe life into this left-wing lunacy? Why is Jasmine Crockett still a member of Congress? Why haven't Republicans use their majority presence in the House to vote her out? Get rid of her. Tell the people of that district in Texas, that Dallas district where there was just a terror attack, tell them, hey, look, the person you sent, she sucks. Send to somebody else. Why can't they do anything? What the hell's wrong with them? Something has to be done about all of this. And then for the rest of us, stay strapped, baby. Arm up. Know how to use a gun. Know how to protect your family. Go to the range. Get your time in. Do everything safely. You know, if you've got kids who are old enough, get them trained up. Just like get our country back to a place where we have order again. You know what I mean? And so that's what we're doing. That's what we do in our family. And that's what if you, if you've got the capability, the wherewithal, and the discipline, I recommend it for you to. Just strap up, you know. We've got to get our country back. And then, of course, the biggest thing, which I should always lead with is pray. Pray for your country. That is not without power. The left says it is, I'm here to tell you it's not. I've seen the impact that prayer has had in my life and in the lives of the people I care about. And I can't recommend that enough. The trend back towards church we've seen in the wake of Charlie's assassination has been one of the most important, and I would say positive developments, especially out of such a horrific terror attack that we've ever seen. So that's a, that's a massive, massive piece of this. But this has to stop. This has to stop. The president was even indicating yesterday that you don't want to do this. You don't want to mess with conservatives. The president was talking about just the power of conservatives yesterday and how conservatives are armed. This is crazy. What is the left thinking? You don't want to do this. You don't want to take this down this row. What a stupid idea for you to do that? And he's right about that. Don't take it down that road. Don't test us like that. There's no reason for it. This is a big thing. All right. Well, I'll tell you, we've got, this is, this is very good news. Yeah, you don't want that smoke. Somebody says in chat, no, you don't. You don't want that smoke. You don't want that at all. All right. So how are we feeling? Let me conclude today by turning to the chat. I want to ask the chat how we're feeling about this. Are you encouraged, chat, by the indictment of James Comey? Give me a sense of how you feel of James Comey being indicted here. We good with that? We good with the James Comey indictment? The left's frame up on this is that this is such an abuse of power and yada, yada, yada, yada. Yes, Anita McGoing, the great Anita McGroying instantly saying yes. Yes. Do I see a no? I think I saw a no in the chat. I'm not sure why we saw no here.

Yeah, not, oh, I think the question I asked, are you encouraged? There's some people saying no, lots of people saying yes. And then a lot of the reaction here is, I need to see more. You know, I completely agree with you. We do need to see more. James Comey is merely the beginning. John Solomon was on with Sean Hannity last night. They were on the Fox News channel talking about this, about James Comey, and saying that this, You know, this needs to lead somewhere else. Here is, let me, let me play some of that for you, actually. Here is John Solomon on with Sean Hannity, rather, saying that you can expect more in the coming weeks. And Solomon is a guy that I trust for sure. This guy is definitely sourced up. Here is John Solomon. What could be next? I think other government officials are in danger of being indicted in the coming weeks. Some in the FBI, some in other parts of the government. This is the beginning of a large accountability roundup in government. And I think what's really remarkable, most of my career I've spent uncovering FBI cover-ups. The FBI has a long history of misleading Congress. James Comey falls into that. But the evidence against James Comey tonight. comes from the FBI and its new director, Kash Patel, who promised radical transparency, and he actually provides the key piece of evidence that leads to this indictment. If you're a member of Congress and you've been tired of lying, being lied to by the FBI, tonight's the first time, the FBI actually did something about it. They turned in their own man tonight. I think that's an extraordinary part of this story. Yeah, all right. So more to come in the weeks ahead. And I would say Solomon is as good of an indication as any in terms of just on the public side of this of what to expect. Yeah, no, somebody somebody was crediting me with yesterday's program. We did talk about this. Look, I told you yesterday on the on the Thursday edition of this program that the James Comey indictment was. very imminent that they had until Tuesday. And there is no question that at every level of this administration, the pursuit was on all the way from the president of the United States to Pam Bondi. And of course, to Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, the effort clearly on as of yesterday morning. And I thought, well, it's probably going to be today or tomorrow. And sure enough, it was yesterday. So a big win here as things move forward. And as I started the program, never forget that in so many ways, the process itself is the punishment. James Comey, now going to go through it. No matter how this ends up, this is a massive victory for the American people, a massive victory for accountability and justice. And I pray and I expect that it is just the beginning.
