150 segmentsHey, everybody. Welcome to Vince on a Monday. It is great to have you with us, as always, the best audience anywhere. We've got a big show coming up for you today. First and foremost, the left had their bitter, you know, social club show up together on Saturday, paid for by George Soros. They call it the no king's protests. We'll take you inside the madness. What is it that they're actually protesting? The truth is they have no idea. They have no idea. And there are some very, very violent people among them. We'll go through all of it. It's also crazy. Also, we've got some updates on actual attempts on President Trump's life. The Secret Service just found a hunting stand with a clear line of sight to Air Force One outside of the Palm Beach Airport. What's that all about? We'll tell you the latest on that, including an update from the FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino. We just got this. I'll share that with you. And we're joined today by the great Emily Jashinsky, all in another busy edition of Vince. Again, great to have you here. Hey, what if you could delay your next two mortgage payments? That's right. Imagine putting those two payments in your pocket and then finally getting a little bit of breathing room ahead of the holidays. It's possible when you call American financing today. Now, if you're feeling stretched by everyday expenses, groceries, gas, bills piling up, you're not alone. Most Americans are putting these expenses on credit cards. And credit rates, well, they're insane in the 20s or even the 30s. American financing can show you how to use your home's equity to pay off that debt with rates in the low fives. Their salary-based mortgage consultants are helping homeowners just like you restructure their loans and save money every month, all without upfront fees. Their customers are saving an average of $800 a month. That's like a $10,000 raise without having to change jobs. So call now. Before it's too late, it's American Financing. 888-879-6460. American Financing, great sponsors of this program. You're going to love American Financing. That's 888-879-6460, Americanfinancing.net slash vince.
Well, yes, the right made the president of the United States. They made Trump president. The left, well, they made him a king. That's the story I got from this weekend because as far as I was concerned, we just voted for the guy. In fact, the American people voted not only to get him through on the basis of the electoral college, which is actually how the rules are played in our constitutional republic. We also gave him the popular vote. The president, this president of the United States was now elected once again. with the popular support of the American people. In other words, a mandate to fulfill the vision that we all voted for. So he's doing it. And he's playing by the rules. At sometimes, to my great frustration, it's like, why are you listening to that judge? Just ignore that stupid ruling. Just barrel forward. Just send in the troops. Come on. Bring about a piece in American cities. Do whatever you have to do to win. And the president, well, He does whatever he has to do to win, but he does it within the confines of the law every single time. Now, the left, they have no idea what they're even talking about. They are angry. They're angry at you. They're angry that elections have consequences that have fallen on them. They're grumpy about it. And so in the fantasy world in which they live, in the cope that they're using, is to say that President Trump is a king. He's a dictator. He's out of control. He's a tyrant. But when you ask them to point to what is he done that you oppose, they have no idea. None. I'm going to take you through a number of clips this weekend from these no kings protests. Again, paid for by George Soros and other rich lefties designed to create an astroturf movement. There really is no actual way to get an assessment of the real numbers here. But the reality is it's probably just a lot of Democrats, people who voted for Kamala Harris and voted for Joe Biden, very compliant lefties. who have not spent much time at least in their adulthood doing critical thinking so they show up on the streets wearing weird outfits and they screech about president trump and then when a reporter walks up to them and says okay how has trump threatened your freedom you get answers like this cut one watch i was wondering how president trump has uh put your put your freedom in jeopardy i wanted to say my freedom's in jeopardy So who's freedom's, why are you out here at the No King's protest, I guess? I was wondering what has President Trump done to put your freedom in danger? I think that he has done so by, sorry, we weren't expecting to be on. Sorry, we weren't expecting to be on camera. That was Caroline Joyous on TikTok, who's running around asking people the most basic of questions. Why are you out here? I don't know. I have no idea. What are you protesting against? I have no idea.
Look, for those of you who participated in tea parties, if you go back to the Tea Party era, where people would, great Americans would show up, they'd wave American flags, and then if a reporter were to stick a microphone in front of your face and say, what is the Tea Party all about? You might have a number of answers. One of them could be taxed enough already. TEA. I don't want to be taxed anymore. I'd like my taxes to go down, actually. That was a crystal clear answer. Another one, which is... I don't want one sixth of the economy to be taken over by the government. I don't think the government getting even deeper involved in the health care system is going to benefit us. It's going to make it more expensive. I'm not going to be able to see the doctor that I want to see. Well, all of your worries came true, which is why Congress, to the extent that I're talking about it at all right now, are merely talking about how much do we cover it up by printing more money that. Health care costs have grown out of control due to Obamacare. So people who went to Tea Party rallies, they knew why they were there. They weren't there merely to be a part of some sort of anti-presidential social club. I hate Obama. That's why I'm here. No, they were there because they were thinking about measurable impacts to their own lives. These idiots, they have no idea. All they know is I don't like Trump and I'm friends with other people who don't like Trump. That's my social club. Here's another one. Here's a no king's protester. No idea what she's even angry about. Cut two. Watch. No Kings Day. And why specifically are you out supporting No Kings Day? I think protest is important. Why are you protesting? Um, how much time do you have? Couple minutes. And what's the main reason you're at here protesting President Trump? I don't agree with a lot of the decisions that are being made. Is there any decision in particular you disagree with? Where, okay, so I would start with, um, well, I don't even think, I don't even think it's appropriate for me to have this interview. I like how, in one point early in that conversation, she was like, how much time do you have? Like, get ready. I've got a masterclass I'm about to present to you on how awful Trump is. You better, you better carve out hours of your schedule because get ready for the litany of things I'm about to lay out. And the guy goes, name one. Just give me one. I don't even think it's appropriate for me to be doing this interview. Yeah, because you're ill-equipped to do it. You can't answer a simple question. What brings you out here? What are you protesting? Nothing. Nothing. These are the elderly unmasked versions of Antifa that are showing up in the street. Antifa, by the way, I'll remind you, doesn't like being interviewed either. You point a camera at those idiots, they freak out. They attack the cameraman. I'm sorry, I thought you were demonstrating. I thought the point of this was to draw attention to your cause. What's your cause exactly? They don't have a cause. Chaos is their cause. And that's all they do. These are just the older, gentler, but still violent within their inner tendencies, lefties who are showing up to protest Trump.
Here's a protester who can't distinguish between legal and illegal immigration. I'm telling you, not a bunch of critical thinkers in these crowds. Look at this. Some ways that President Trump has put your freedom in danger. Yeah, your own freedom. Because. He's threatening our freedom just by using ISIS, his own personal Gestapo. I have a lot of families that are immigrants. Are they illegal though? It does it matter. It does matter because we can't just be letting anyone and everyone into our country. I'm all for immigration. I'm all for your family being here, but they need to come in legal. Yeah, I'm all right. I'm going to stop this right here. Yeah. We're not going to do this. Y'all go back to yourself. So the dude who is dressed as a cow had to be rescued by some other heifer who comes barreling in to say, it's time to stop the interview. You asked about the distinction between legal and illegal immigration. That's enough out of you. How dare you make such a distinction? They know nothing. Entire crowds of people who know absolutely nothing. They have to be paid to be there. What is the point of showing up to these things? And speaking of weird inflatable costumes. You see these protesters in Charlotte, North Carolina, who showed up in ridiculous, inflatable costumes, speaking to local media. And pay attention, for those of you watching, rumble.com slash Vince, you'll see the costumes that these guys are wearing, they have, like, plastic face shields over their heads, over their faces, and their mouths are so close to the shields that their breath is creating condensation, creating this very bizarre clip. Watch. What does it mean for you to be here today, you know, representing, you know, what you're standing for? There's so many things, mostly like freedom, freedom of speech of, like, being able to gather and tell you're like why we don't like about this administration and pretty much that being, that's a right. Like, we are, like, you're worried we're going to lose. And we're here to prove, like, we don't want to lose that right. Absolutely.
Isn't the fact that you can show up in like some sort of demented inflatable costume in the middle of an American street and talk about how much you don't like Trump? Isn't that all the evidence in the world that Donald Trump is not a king? That you live in a constitutional republic, that your rights are well guarded, that you feel totally safe dressing like an idiot and just standing in the middle of a street, talking to the press, being broadcast out to the world, your idiocy's and nothing's, nothing of consequence is going to happen to you. Like the whole thing is, it's proof. It's proof that President Trump is merely the president. And he's president, he's a great president of a great country. It's really funny just to watch these idiots. But in case you're wondering, like, hey, do they have a really good case against us? Do they have President Trump dead to rights? Have they figured him out? Have they cornered him? Is this going to set back the country now? No, they don't have anything. They don't even know what they're talking about. But they do have violence. The violent tendencies are very pronounced. Here's one protester. This is in Chicago who was mocking Charlie Kirk's assassination. Look at her. For those of you watching, rumble.com slash Vince on the video, an overweight woman takes her finger, makes it look like a gun, puts it to her neck, and it pretends like she's being shot in the neck. Boom, boom, she does over and over as a vehicle drives by capturing this on camera. Online sleuths have already figured out as of Monday morning that she is a teacher in the Chicago public school system. She is a Chicago area. teacher. She's forming young minds with that kind of extremism, radicalism, support for terrorism. That's the kind of people who are showing up here. And then there's protesters who aren't just pantomiming Charlie Crook's assassination. There are protesters who are saying they want the president dead. Here's one. Cut six. Watch this. For a birthday present, what do you hope happens? You know, you wake up tomorrow morning. I hope that I see the obituary that we're all waiting for tomorrow. That's what I hope for. Yeah. You're wishing that President Trump is dead? Yes, absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. She's holding a sign that advocates for freedom. She says there's her birthday and she's advocating for freedom. Freedom is not the chaos that comes from assassinating your political opponents. In fact, that way lies desperation and crisis and cruelty and dissent. And there she is. I'm hoping for that. And he just said, you know, what do you want for your birthday? She's like, I want Trump to be dead. That was her position. That's insane. And she wasn't the only one to hold a position like that. There were a bunch of lefties who were expressing these views. In fact, in Seattle, one protester said explicitly that he wants to kill Stephen Miller. Look at this. Who are you going to kill?
Nazis? Who do you define as a Nazi? What do you mean? It's pretty... In this context, who's a Nazi? Stephen Miller's a Nazi? So you're going to kill Stephen Miller? If I had the chance, yeah, I would. I don't know if that's something I'd say on camera, bro. Brandy Cruz interviewing him in Seattle and said, so if would you kill Stephen Miller? If I had the chance, I would, he says. Clearly not alone. I've talked about the assassination culture on the left, a bunch on this program. The left is full of violent lefties, over half of whom, over half of the American left, according to Rutgers University, a survey done earlier this year, said that they could justify the assassination of President Trump. 28% of Democrats believe in using assassination as a means to affect political change that was according to Scott Rasmussen poll from earlier this year. This is a totally asymmetric thing, too. There's nothing like this on the right. There is no parallel on the right to this impulse. The left wants to use and has often used violence as a means to try and achieve political change. And it does not create a healthier world. It does not result in better things. In fact, it makes things very dangerous very quickly. But that was on display. All of the worst impulses were on display this weekend. at these no king's protests, which in many ways were a no brains protest. These guys really are not thinking as they're talking out there. Here's another one. Here's one protester calling on people to do what the left has already been doing, which is to shoot ICE agents. Watch this, cut eight. have a gun we got to turn around the guns on this fascist system these ice agents got to get shot and wiped out this state the state machinery that's a full display right there has to get wiped out now At what point does that cross the line into something illegal? It sounds pretty explicit. Like, he's explicitly saying you need to take up arms and shoot ICE agents. What am I missing here? He gestures over to law enforcement somewhere off camera and says they need to be wiped out. They need to die. And it's not just sort of like, oh, I hope they die. I hope that they have a stroke. I hope that they pass away or something like that. It was, I want you, the people around me, to take up arms and to kill them. That was the position that guy took. And so all of these people are on camera. I really hope that whatever federal agency or whatever agency, the FBI, presumably, is in charge of tracking these people down. Boy, you've got a lot of material to work with, ladies and gentlemen. You have a lot of material from this weekend. That guy, that was in Chicago, that guy was straight up calling on ICE agents to be murdered, to be assassinated, which is already something we've seen. We've seen law enforcement shot.
by these extremists, by these terrorists. We've seen them shot at in Dallas, a sniper taking a position on a roof, shooting into the side of an ice facility, hoping to kill ICE agents in the process wounding a couple of illegal immigrants, illegal aliens. But still, targeting ICE agents. Yeah, I think the, and this is just the stuff we've found. Imagine how much stuff is out there. Crazy. Now, Mike Johnson was on TV this weekend and he said, look, there's a really obvious point here. If the president were a king, if Donald Trump was a king, the government would be open right now. We wouldn't be on day 20 of the government shutdown. Take a look at Speaker Johnson this weekend. I'm joined now by the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, right here in the studio. Speaker Johnson, thank you for joining us. Glad to be with you. Thanks. So let's start with the No Kings rallies. You called these hate America rallies. What do you mean by that? Well, that collection of folks that I listed were certainly part of it. We congratulate them on a apparently violent free speech exercise. I was a First Amendment lawyer for 20 years. We defend that right. But the irony of the message is pretty clear for everyone. If President Trump was a king, the government would be open right now. If President Trump was a king, they would not have been able to engage in that free speech exercise out on the mall, by the way, which was open because President Trump hasn't closed it. In the last shutdown, 2013 era, President Obama closed the national mall. It closed all the national parks, didn't allow people to engage in all this. So, I mean, they needed a stunt. They needed a show. Chuck Schumer needs cover right now. He's closed the government down because he needs political cover, and this was a part of it. Yeah, Donald Trump was a king. The government would be open right now. And Mike Johnson's correct. I've showed you back in that old government shutdown when Obama was in charge. The Obama administration shut down the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. That's an open-air outdoor memorial right there on the National Mall. A beautiful spot for World War II veterans. With each passing year, we have fewer and fewer of those still living. They have an opportunity to go visit their own memorial. And they showed up, many of them in wheelchairs. to see that memorial back during the Obama shutdown. Obama had roped it off. He refused to allow World War II veterans to go into the memorial. And they paid for these government signs to be put up to say that the reason this is closed is because of the government shutdown. Those World War II veterans, they didn't take no for an answer. And instead they took those signs down. They took the barricades down. And they walked and rolled into that memorial to see it themselves. because it's their right to do that. We as the American people paid for that for them to honor their service in World War II. And what a jackass Obama was to rope that off as if you can't go visit an outdoor memorial during a government shutdown. President Trump and company, they've done nothing like that. In fact, they've been trying to make life as easy as possible for people in light of the shutdown, despite the shutdown. And meanwhile, they're trying to get the government back open right now. The Democrats? We'll see what they do. The no king's protest just happened this weekend. Was that enough? Was that enough to get this government finally back open? They juice their protests. So now we can open the government up again. We'll ask Emily Jashinsky about that coming up and so much more. A lot more to get to ahead on this edition of events. Before we get there, though.
Falls officially here. And with the shorter days and cooler nights, your bed becomes more than just a place to crash. This is your sanctuary, your recharge zone. And this is why I am so completely thrilled that I discovered Helix sleep. Helix is an award-winning mattress company, and it customizes your mattress based on how you sleep. And it was simple for me. I took their quiz online, myself and Allison, we sat together and we did it on the computer. And our match was perfect. Just cool, deep, uninterrupted sleep. And what I love most, zero motion transfer. So if your partner moves around at night, you're not going to feel a thing. Thank you to Helix for being a great, great, great sponsor of the program. Okay. So we get the no king's protests and the stupidity of all of this. And it wasn't just limited to the people on the ground. There was also, you know, idiotic Democrats like Nancy Pelosi who ripped a toy crown and a half because she wants to say she doesn't like Trump. What? Here she is. We're going to tear up the crown.
She ripped a crown in half. Clearly, a crown made of paper because that elderly woman was able to easily rip it. She ripped it. Way to go, Nancy. Great work. So that's the theater of their protest. I haven't cringed that much since she wore kenta cloth and took a knee. She's insane. Elizabeth Warren also tweeted the following. This is one of my favorite tweets of the weekend. She wrote, Boston has been defying kings since we threw the tea into the harbor in 1773. Boston has been defying king since we threw the tea into the harbor in 1773. And then she tweets an aerial image that is allegedly of the no king's protest in Boston, although there is some dispute over whether or not this image is actually from the one from the weekend. It may be from a 2017 protest of some kind. But whatever. It hardly matters to me. I'm just laughing that Elizabeth Warren made a Boston Tea Party reference for a couple of reasons. One, if you want to celebrate so-called No Kings Day, do it with the rest of us. We have a national holiday for No Kings Day. It's called Independence Day. July 4th of 1776 is No Kings Day. The other thing that cracks me up about this is Warren is tweeting about the Boston Tea Party. And for you history buffs out there, what is one of the defining features about the Boston Tea Party that is a lot in common with Elizabeth Warren? Exactly. It consisted of people who pretended to be Indians. Remember? The Sons of Liberty dressed as fake Native Americans as they were dispensing tea into the Boston Harbor. It's really funny. Super funny. I love that of all of the historical references that Elizabeth Warren could make, she chose the one with the fake Indians.
It is so good. Am I right? I mean, it's hilarious. It's so funny. It's unreal. Yeah, they dress like Native Americans. Anyway, there she is. So if I have all of the sequence of events correct, a fake Indian lady tweeted a fake video of a protest and used a historical reference that involves fake Indians to talk about it. So great weekend, Elizabeth Warren. Well done. You really nailed it. Just keep up the great work. You're complete moron. Just. Just wonderful, wonderful stuff. Meanwhile, what was the president doing this weekend? Well, other than managing the business of the United States, he was trolling the left. He posted an AI video of himself as a king, flying a jet, dumping human feces. Maybe not human. It could have been something else, but it looks like he's dumping poop of some kind all over the no king's protests. And you'll see on camera Harry Sisson. The boy wonder, he gets AI poop dropped all over his head, which was really funny. The video was set to danger zone as if it was a top gun thing. It was great. Harry Sisson was upset about this this weekend. He was raging about it because it's very easy to troll the left. Harry Sisson said, Can a reporter please ask Trump why he posted an AI video of himself dropping poop on me from a fighter jet? That would be great. Thanks, said Harry. So, you know, in a sign of this isn't bothering him at all, he's now tweeting about how much it's bothering him, which is really, which is really funny. Is it really possible that that's his real name, by the way? His real name is Harry Sisson? Sisson? His last name is Sisson? I mean, come on, the jokes write themselves. There's no, that can't be real. So he's asking for help. He wants some reporter. And some reporter might do it. But the upside is he doesn't need a reporter to do it because a volunteer has emerged. Here's the vice president of the United States this weekend. He wrote, I'll ask him for you, Harry. JD Vance. JD Vance will talk to Mr. Sissy and find out, we'll ask the president a question on behalf of Mr. Sisti and get to the bottom of this. This is really, really wonderful. Very, very wonderful stuff. Hey, coming up, the threats to the president of the United States continue, some sort of, truly crazy. The Secret Service discovered a hunting stand? high up in a tree with a clear line of sight directly to where Air Force One parks at Palm Beach International Airport. We are going to try and get to the bottom of what the heck is going on here, at least give you the latest, including from the great Dan Bongino. I've got that ahead, but first we'll have Emily Jashinsky join us. We'll get updates from her on what's going on, and when she thinks this government shutdown will finally come to a conclusion. And I'll even ask her about... What the heck happened in France yesterday? Do you see that? The Louvre was robbed? That a bunch of thieves were able to break into the Louvre and steal a bunch of Napoleonic era gemstones? What's that all about? Emily Jashinsky joins us next. I'm tired of scrolling through shows on TV, aren't you? And finding nothing but the same mind-numbing content. You've probably been there too.

She's D.C. correspondent for unheard, the co-host of Breaking Points, the host of After Party with Emily Jishinsky, the host of Undercurrents, the podcast, and the host of 60 Minutes on occasion, probably. Emily, great to have you with us, as always. Thanks, fans. I was just hearing about the Daily Color Softball Championship from you, but I heard that they had, they saw some of the best pitching. since you pitched in 2016 in a giant think tank softball league win against the State Department. So I'm honored to be here. Oh, it's great to have you here. Yes, and congratulations to the Daily Caller. Hilarious. They write up all of their victories because they have a news website. And so they write up all the victories. And Jake Barubi, their All-Star player, did cite my 2016 performance. Thank you, Jake Barubi. And congrats, guys, for... for winning. So, Emily, I want to start with you today with the key question that I think everybody has on their minds, which is where were you at 9.30 Paris time on Sunday morning? Where was I? Too many possibilities, Vince, to get into that. Oh, yeah. So you weren't any chance you were near the Louvre? I mean, did you need new jewelry? Was there anything going on? I do have an alibi. I was, of all places, in Larchmont, New York. So if people want to check the closed caption television all through Larchmont, I will be there, I promise. But what a wild story. It is pretty wild. You know what I was thinking as in the wake of this? First, I love the image of a bunch of angry Frenchmen just standing around just like, Zuckri Blue! How did this happen? Like, just like really upset that they just got robbed. And then, and also, like, what kind of woman wears this jewelry anymore? I don't see ladies wearing a big, like, jewelry like that. Well, this is how the crime will be solved. You will know it when you see it, Vince.
Yeah, you would think so. I don't, I mean, it seems it's so audacious. I was wondering, like, what's the market for them? Like, who's going to buy this jewelry? And because, you know, I presume that like some rich Middle Eastern dude is going to have it in his collection, but he's going to want to show it off at some point. You don't just buy it and then hold on to it, be like, this is my secret. No, it makes very little sense how they intend to profit from this stolen jewelry because what is the point of having it if you're not using it, if you're not going to display. I mean, I don't know. I genuinely have no idea. The story makes no sense to me whatsoever. Okay. Well, thanks for coming on to talk about this. I appreciate you. Great to talk to you. Emily Dishinsky, everybody. I think that's as we solved it. The investigators have what they need. Emily, let's talk about the real topics of the day. The left held no king's protests on Saturday across the country, which came as news to me. I didn't realize we had a king. So that was a nice update from them. What is this? What do you think this is? Why are people going out and screeching about Donald Trump in this way? Well, and I don't know if you saw this, but in Canada and the UK, they changed it to no tyrants because they actually do have. They actually do have a monarch, so it was a little awkward for anybody who was trying to protest against Donald Trump for whatever reason in Canada or the United Kingdom or elsewhere. But I think, you know, Trump has always been sort of a 50-50, and that's very rough. But there's always been a trunk of the country that will not be convinced. They just detest Donald Trump. And that chunk of the country is not insignificant. And so they had their... peaceful movement. You know, it's not, it's definitely not 50% of the country. But on the left, there's what 30% hardened people who are anti-Maga, that's their identity, that's their personality. And they came out and brought their friends and did their thing. And it was, I would say, rather inconsequential. It came, it went. Yeah, and it was kind of sad, too, because... You know, we got all these clips of people being asked questions like, hey, what brings you out here? What don't you like about Trump? How is he infringing on your freedoms? And the reality among like a huge number of these actualities is people had no idea. Like the only animating factor was I don't like Trump and that's my social group. That's it. I mean that. And like the other piece was there's still this. this impulse for violence that you can detect, where people are being asked questions and they're hoping for Trump's death. I hope I wake up tomorrow and he's not here. There's people saying that they were perfectly comfortable seeing Charlie Kirk assassinated. I don't think there's any sort of equivalence on the right for this. I never even detected that in any sort of conservative protest. Yeah, I mean, the conservatives also, Vince, you know this, are not the type of people that are often like in the streets anyway, but the idea that, I mean, I saw this video circulating of a woman mimicking a shot to the neck. The idea that you would see that on the right, I think, is far-fetched. You and I have been around conservative circles for a long time. We've gone to pro-life.
marches, like the March for Life, for example, every single year. We've gone to all of those events. And yeah, the idea that you would see somebody. But it does get to exactly what you were just saying. It's part of people's personality. It's part of their identities. And you can see it in just the way that they're getting riled up at these events. Like it's everything to them. They're staking. their personalities on it. So some of the clips going around are genuinely sad because it's like, what do you do after? What do you do when Donald Trump is gone? What do you do after this term? Where does that energy go? Right. And the underlying argument to the extent that they are making one is that, oh, this is, he's somehow a threat to, quote, democracy. But there's almost no acknowledgement from any of these people that he's only there by virtue of the voters. The voters chose him. He wins the electoral college. That's how he becomes president. To the great consternation of the left, I'm sure. He won the popular vote this time around. And so what? And then so they're left with what? That somehow he seized power wrongfully? President Trump, even at times that have been frustrating, has always worked within the rules of the system. Well, and Kamala Harris, as Tim Burchett pointed out over the weekend, Kamala Harris is the candidate who was installed at the top of the ticket after Joe Biden, who technically won the primary, stepped down. And again, they basically rigged that primary and made it very hard for anybody else, if not impossible, for anybody else to mount a challenge against Joe Biden. They did the same thing in 2020 when Bernie Sanders was surging. They did the same thing in 2016 when Bernie Sanders is surging. So if you are somebody who... is not familiar with the depths of those arguments. If you are somebody who's not familiar with the depths of, for example, the years-long conspiracy to undermine the democratic will of the voters by undermining the Trump presidency right out of the gate. This is probably the central problem for the left right now is that they've never had a moment of reckoning with Russia collusion and lawfare and the lies about Joe Biden. And now they want to talk about no kings and democratic norms. But they can't, I mean, even just intellectually, they would be so much stronger and better off events if they did reckon with that. But there's this massive glaring hole in their cause right now. And they are like willfully blind to it. Well, what is created, too, is other than the violence that we've seen, you've seen among Democratic leadership a desire to create scandal oftentimes where there is none. They often are inventing scandals now to try to affix to Trump. Like, for instance, I think one of the common themes you keep seeing is that somehow Donald Trump is rounding up people on the basis of their skin color in American cities. Meanwhile, ICE agents are literally just going after people who are here in the country illegally. It's a massive disconnect from reality. But it's these types of very dangerous and divisive lies that the left is telling right now to try and sort of engender some sort of popular uprising against Trump. It's, you know, and as somebody who's like more of a civil libertarian and not like, I'm not obsessed with what ICE is doing or loving every single thing that they do right now. And maybe we would disagree on that, Vince. But all that is to say.
The Biden administration had the most anti-democratic immigration policy I've ever seen in my entire life. It's insane. They were flooding the country, changing basically the laws by executive power, which is what one of the things the no kings protesters say they detest most about Donald Trump is that he's trying to consolidate power in the executive branch. The Biden administration gave people asylum and humanitarian parole in ways that we're not in at all concordant with the law. It was the least democratic immigration process in the world. And so once again, if you were fine with that, if you haven't reckoned with the party that said that was okay for years and put so many people's lives in danger, like Lake and Riley is a victim of their hatred of democratic norms or their objections to democratic norms, their ignorance or they're ignoring of democratic norms. And if they aren't going to reckon with that, they have zero credibility. It's all so crazy. It really is. You know, when it comes to like these lefties and what's going on in terms of like their desperation to find a scandal, there's another story that sticks out to me in the last week, especially. Jade Jay Jones, who's the Attorney General nominee in Virginia for the Democrats, by now people know that he's had very violent fantasies about what he wants to do to Republicans. He says he wants to put two bullets in the head of former Speaker of the House. in Virginia called Todd Gilbert. He wanted to see his children die as a way to affect some sort of political change. He's even quoted by the same Republican delegate who received those text messages as saying he wanted to see police officers die as a way to affect change among in policing. It's all very vile. He has no business being the Attorney General of any state. But then about a week ago, we saw Politico publish a report about young Republicans, I think from the state of New York in many cases. People whose names I had never heard in my entire life expressing naughty views inside of a private chat of some kind, obviously the views were stupid and they should have never even been thought nevertheless expressed. But that said, This feels very desperate. Like, it feels like there are elements, especially in our media and on the left, who are desperate to create distractions from what's actually affecting people's lives right now. The political story was definitely blown out of proportion. And it was like, I mean. The whole thing, these young Republicans, sorry, no offense to the YRs nationally are inconsequential. They're very powerless. And so it's not as though these are like party leaders. Maybe in writing, people consider them party leaders, but in practice they do absolutely nothing. So that's definitely part of it. I think the left wanted to act as though these were like mainstream. Well, I shouldn't say mainstream, but they were like very important people. They're not very important people. They seem to think that they are. of undermined the punch of the story. It's like, the young Republicans, I'm young, okay, whatever. I mean, so a bunch of kids, is that what you're saying? Although they're like, apparently in their 20s and 30s. Anyway, all that is to say, as weird and gross as what they were doing is, this is the type of thing that lands flat on the right now because you have the Jay Jones story playing out at the exact same time for weeks ahead of it. And there's basically nothing.
Not a single Democrat, National Democrat called on him to get out of the race. Not a single one. That was like in the Washington Post, they noticed that and then just moved along. And so when you have these glaring double standards, you're going to have the right be less and less interested in gatekeeping and self-policing. Because they're like, well, you're doing none of it. And you have the Washington Post and the New York Times. I just want to remind you, though, and people in general. of what happened in virginia a couple years ago remember ralph northam the former governor of virginia he he ends up in his medical school yearbook he's got either blackface or a kKK hood on his page yep and what ended up happening in the immediate wake of that is all the democrats called for him to step down to include Tim Kaine and Mark Warner the senators from virginia eventually when northern refused to step down everybody just pretended like nothing ever happened and they just moved on they're like well he's not leaving so whatever then they barreled forward so Let me just, I mean, what does that tell you that a blackface scandal, which I guess wasn't attached to any specific election at the time, a blackface scandal? is enough for Mark Warner and Tim Kaine to call for you to step down. But if you want to shoot people in the head, American citizens who disagree with you politically, eh, he's the better candidate. He should stay in the race. Yeah, the stakes are too high to be principled. And yet they will lecture everybody else. And the media will give them platforms to lecture everybody else about principles and decency. And then you have people marching on the streets for principles and decency because the stakes are so high. But fundamentally, there has been no... Reckoning, I keep using that word, but it's true with the double standards that have been applied for years and are pushing Republicans to be like, What are you talking about? What do you want from people who saw what happened with Ralph Northam? Remember it. Voters have memories. That's something that I think they'll have sometimes forget. People do remember this stuff. They saw play out in their own lives. And they turn around and look at what's happening with Jay Jones. And it infuriates them. And it should. It should drive them insane. And it's doing that. And they have no answer. Okay. We're on day 20. It's very easy to track this shutdown because it goes with the days of the calendar. It's October 20th and it's day 20 of the government shutdown. Now that the no kings rallies are all over, do you anticipate that the government is going to finally get back open so the troops can get paid, that everybody else can get paid again, Emily? I honestly think the answer is yes. I genuinely think there was part of them that wanted to stay closed through the no kings rally so that, you know. the Democratic leaders could go to their local protests and give their speeches because part of the reason they shut down the government. So they wanted to give their grassroots a shot in the arm. They wanted to say, we're pushing back on Trump. We're doing something. And my prediction, Vince, is that we'll probably see substantial movement this week, if not an opening of the government substantial movement this week. And here's my prediction. Democrats are going to act. Like they all along did not support health care for non-citizens.
subsidies for non-citizens. So they'll come to the table on that and they'll force Republicans to do something about the health subsidies, the Biden-era Obamacare extension of health subsidies. But they're going to act like all along. We were the responsible ones. We did not want any non-citizens getting health care subsidies. I mean, and you know what's crazy. The Democrats are fighting for two things specifically in this health care thing. One is for illegal aliens to receive health care. That's true. That was a part of this and they've been trying to conceal it. And then two, the other big thing is these subsidies that you're referring to, the Affordable Care Act subsidies, are merely designed to conceal that Obamacare is prohibitively expensive. What Washington is debating right now is how big should the cover up be? That's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's it because they want to subsidize Obamacare because it's way too expensive to use it so they have to cover that up by printing more money. They're definitely covering it up. And what's sad about, you know, how many years of Obamacare now, like 15 years of Obamacare is that everybody knows it's failed. Even some independent voices on the left are recognizing what the reality is. I mean, the experiment has played out to Nancy Pelosi's famous quote. We've passed the bill. We've seen what's in the bill. And it's been really damaging. And so Republicans, it's incumbent on Republicans, I think, to come up with a great health care solution as soon as possible because otherwise the answer is just going to be pumping more subsidies, which end up making the program even more expensive over the long term, which gets back to a lot of the original arguments against it from 2009 and 2010. And the loser is the American people who just keeps shelling out more and more money if they don't qualify for the subsidies. Yeah, I mean, it just keeps happening over and over. It happened with higher education, so why wouldn't it duplicate itself everywhere else that the government gets involved with? It's too crazy. Okay, before we let you go, Emily. I do have to ask what it's been like working with Megyn Kelly. She seems like a wonderful person, at least in public, but maybe she's like a Katie Porter behind the scenes. Like what's going on in Megyn Kelly world? Megyn Kelly is like the nicest person, genuinely the nicest person. She's wonderful, wonderful to work for. So could not be happier, prouder of that workplace, Vince, genuinely. You know this. When people are like ultra famous and very powerful. It's almost impossible for them to maintain normalcy. Megan absolutely does it. So it's incredible. So not Katie Porter. Not Katie Porter. No mashed potatoes being thrown at anyone. We'll see. If anybody can get that, probably it's you. Emily, thank you very much. I appreciate you as always. Good to talk to you today. Thanks, Vince.
Always so good to talk to Emily. She's a wonderful person. You should find her, follow her, support her wherever she is. And she's just the best. All right. Let me move on to some other news, though, before we conclude today's program. And this is an important one. The FBI right now is investigating a hunting stand that was set up. with a line of sight directly to Air Force One's position whenever it lands at Palm Beach International Airport. PBI, for those of you who track the airport codes. The FBI is investigating this now after a secret service agents found a suspicious elevated stand during advanced security preparations before President Trump's arrival. The U.S. Secret Service uncovered a suspicious hunting stand with a direct line of sight to where the president exits Air Force One at the Palm Beach International Airport. That's according to Fox News Digital. Agents found this stand on Thursday, Thursday of last week, and the FBI is now involved leading the investigation. Kash Patel put out a statement on this over the weekend. He said prior to the president's return to West Palm Beach, the U.S. Secret Service discovered what appeared to be an elevated hunting stand within... site line of the Air Force One landing zone. No individuals were located at the scene. The FBI has since taken the investigative lead, flying in resources to collect all the evidence from the scene and deploying our cell phone analytics capabilities. All right. So all of what we're hearing, and there's a picture for those of you watching rumble.com slash Vince, you can see this. This is a platform. Now, it's a little grainy. It's not a great picture of this, but it does look like some sort of elevated stand that has some straps that are affixed to the tree itself in order to hold it into position. And it's being reported as a hunting stand throughout the media. And look, there is no question that elevated position assassins and would be assassins has been a massive, massive problem, especially in the last few years. President Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, by a shooter who took an elevated position. On a roof, remember, that was left unprotected by the Secret Service, and then he was shot in the head. The president, thankfully, surviving that assassination attempt. Charlie Kirk, too, was assassinated from an elevated position, a shooter taking a rooftop position against him. Ice agents were targeted in Dallas recently by another shooter who took an elevated position on a roof, attempting to shoot down. on ice agents in that incident, wounding a couple of illegal aliens, killing some as well. And then this, now we get this tree stand, Secret Service finding it in advance. Now, one thing that stood out to me in this reporting, a law enforcement source told Fox News Digital that the stand appeared to have been set up, quote, months ago, months ago. So how did they know?
First of all, how do they know that it was set up months ago? Presumably, they were able to scan surveillance footage or something that could go back in time to be able to compare. Okay, what did the tree used to look like? And at what point did it change to include this stand? Months is what it says. Now, if you're like me, one of your first impulses is like, well, wait a second. How many times has President Trump landed at Palm Beach in the last few months? Has that stand been up the whole time? There's been this vulnerability that nobody caught? The good news insofar as there is any here is that the last time President Trump had flown in and out of Palm Beach was actually in May of this year. Yeah, I didn't realize that it was the beginning of the summer. It was May of this year. It was just this weekend, the first time he's been back in some time. And just ahead of his arrival, they did find that tree stand. So that's, if anything. I guess, relatively good news. But how does that thing get up there in the first place? So we have updates for you on this. First of all, President Trump last night. On his way back to Washington, D.C. from Palm Beach, he boarded Air Force One, they say, on the short stairs. These were normally the stairs that Joe Biden would use because he was incapable of doing the tall stairs without stumbling. They put President Trump on the short stairs yesterday just to rush him into Air Force One out of an abundance of caution, clearly concerned about whatever threats may exist to the president right now. And then we got an update from the deputy director of the FBI, Dan Bongino. this morning on this very thing. Cut 16, here's Dan speaking to Fox News today. Their security sweep discovered this hunting stand. The director, Kash Patel, was directly involved right away. I'm on the email chain with him. He ordered an immediate, immediate response. I believe we had our plane flown down there. This hunting stand was appropriately dismantled, being flown to our lab. I believe it's there right now. And all of the forensic tools we have from digital tools to biometric tools, they are all going to be applied to try to find out who put this up there and why. Who put it up there and why? Now, I mean, so, so what in the world could that be? I mean, why would, why would somebody set up a stand like that? I haven't spent a lot of time staring. I mean, there are highways you can drive along the side of the Palm Beach Airport. When the president's in town, you can see where Air Force One is parked. It's kind of cool to drive by it on the road. And they're like, there's Air Force One. You look out the window and see the plane parked. But I, you know, like what could that be for? Why would somebody? set up a stand like that? Is it for reconnaissance, surveillance? Is it, was it for an assassination attempt, a clear line of sight on the area where Air Force One comes in and is loaded up? Another thing, and maybe there's a more innocent explanation for this. Maybe it's somebody who just plane spotting. You know, there's, there are people out there who take videos and pictures of planes who take off and land. Could that be the explanation? Whatever it is, how does that thing go for months?
without anybody detecting it. Thankfully, the Secret Service does see it, and the FBI is on the case. That's a big deal, and I'm glad to hear it. You get the impression from Dan that especially given the assassination attempts against President Trump and the assassination of Charlie Kirk, that the Secret Service is much more attentive now to these elevated positions and whether or not they pose threats to the President of the United States. So we'll keep tracking that. Speaking of Dan and his great and in his remarks, he made public remarks this morning on Fox, as you just heard. He talked about the mission that he and Kash Patel are on. And when he arrived in March of this year and they went and met with the president, here's the one order the president gave both of these men directly. Cut 14. Take a look. President brings this in early, and in essence, this is kind of the behind the scenes, guys. He says to us, you know, listen, I'm a builder. I'm in a lot of these big cities. He has just zero tolerance for violent crime. He just does. He drives around Washington, D.C., on these OTRs, off the record movements. He sees homelessness, crime. He can't stand it. He says, what do we got to do to fix this? And we basically lay out a bunch of things, and his answer is very simple. President's like, go get them, boys. Go get them. That was it. Like you do what you have to do. We brought in a violent crime roundtable of the best crim agents in the country. We figured out a battle plan how to kind of water balloon. You know, when you squeeze a water balloon, you get a ballad. How do we bulge agents here and embalge agents there? And we cleaned up at the president's direction, the director and I with the SACs and the agents in the field, we water ballooned around the country and made, get a load of this, guys. This is going to trip you out. 28,000 violent crime arrests in 2025 and the year's not even over. You say, well, what does that mean? Put it in comparison. Prior three, four years, the FBI under prior leadership, but average about 15, 16,000. We're at 28,000. We're not even done with the year. We haven't even hit Thanksgiving or Christmas yet. Yeah, yeah. All right, it's a good report. And he's got a lot to be proud of. You know, there he is talking about it's Operation Summer Heat. Remember last week, Kash Patel was saying, look, this doesn't happen unless Dan does it. So Dan Bongino is the FBI Deputy Director, organized Operation Summer Heat, and you hear him there talking about water balloons and bulges or whatever. I've never heard that analogy before. I have to spend some more time figuring out what that means. But he said, we're bulging. We're bulging the police response. all across the country in order to crack down on crime. So that's the update from Dan as he talks about his bulge on national television. Thank you, Dan. Thank you for the work that you're doing as you crack down on crime. It is nice to get those kinds of numbers. That's a sign of victory. That's wonderful. And finally, this clip from Dan Bongino, he goes after Gavin Newsom because in California, these idiots are saying that nobody wants... federal police to save San Francisco. And the obvious point is we'll just ask the average elderly San Franciscan whether or not they would like a rescue. Here's Dan on that issue. Cut 15.
This comment, what does that? Nobody wants you here? Yeah. Really? Ask the, you know, 67-year-old woman living in a drug-ridden area of L.A. or San Francisco or what else, who's had some guy slinging crack on the corner for 10 years now, harassing her grandkids. You know, go ask her if she wants us and the FBI, the U.S. Marshals, and the DEA, and all the operations of the federal government in there to clean up the city. Go ask her. Go find her. I promise. There's not a limited sample. size of people. That's kind of a BS remark. The people do want us there. I can tell you, I live in D.C. now. Obviously, the headquarters is right down the block from your D.C. studio here. I'm going there afterwards. I was out this weekend on the Washington Mall, got to touch some grass, get some sun once in a while, you know, Sunday. And I saw about 10 or 15 National Guard folks. I'm telling you, all right, granted, it's just my single subject designed for that day. I saw at least in that half hour I was there. 10, 15 people thank them for being there. Yeah, no, it's great. It is nice. You know, going out in D.C., seeing these National Guard guys, they're just, they're stand and watch, you know, and there's a lot, it's a lot of just kind of standing around right now, hanging out with each other, and a lot of, but a lot of people going up to them saying thank you. Thank you for serving your country. Thank you for making this community safer. God bless you for doing it. And if you're not hearing that on the street, allow me to say it on behalf of this immense audience. Thank you to all of you who are bringing safety to America City streets. We appreciate you.
