Welcome back, Joe. What a nice introduction. Some of your Venmo so I could compensate you properly. Thank you, Joe, for that. Well, you know where I'm going to start. I have to start with Jimmy Kimmel. Jimmy Kimmel cried upon his return saying he wasn't making a joke about the assassination of Charlie Kirk. However, if I was a lawyer, I would say non-responsive answer because that's not what anybody said. The issue with him, and again, and you and I are both in agreement on this, it's not a First Amendment issue at all. His employer didn't like what he said, and there are consequences that I guess he's just not used to. So he changed the subject. He changed it into that instead of the fact that he came out and immediately determined that this was a MAGA person, that this was... In other words, because he is deranged by it, this was Trump, and he was very aggressive in how he did it. And Joe, that is what got him suspended. Nobody said he made a joke. It wasn't a joke. Like, no one laughed because there was no joke. He was making a political statement, which is 90% of his show is making political statements. Exactly. And when you tell, I love this stat, 1,128 jokes about Trump or Republicans in the first eight months of this year.

And then you look at the Democrat side. He's told 26 jokes about Democrats. So 26 versus 1,128. And he hasn't had a conservative on the show in three years. He had one. It was the pillow guy, Mike Lindell, and it was only to mock him because he wasn't vaccinated. Like that's it. So when I hear about free speech. and de-platforming people. Kimmel is the lead offender outside of Stephen Colbert. So these guys are just basically a propaganda machine for the Democratic Party. And I hate the fact that Jimmy appears to now be exploiting this for ratings. Because every night now, when you watch this show since he's come back, it's all about how free speech is all-American. dictators presidents are anti-American and we won't stand for it. It's like, oh, you're taking this horrible thing you said about Charlie and now just making it all about yourself like you're the victim. I just think he's a bad guy. I mean, I usually don't go down the how this person acts personally route, but he's been doing this for years where it's just been a show of hate. I mean, when you say that you want every unvaccinated person in this country to die, like you said a couple of years ago, again, where's the Joe Kerry? And he didn't mind where was President Trump's free speech when he was de-platformed from Twitter, when he was de-platformed from Facebook? Kimmel laughed about it. He mocked it. He thought it was fantastic. So the crazy thing here is, and very few people, even in our business, have picked up on this. It's not a First Amendment issue. The First Amendment, as you know, Joe, and guys' listeners know, that's if the government was impinging upon... your right of free speech. His employer didn't like what he was doing in his job, and they put him on the sideline, quote unquote, indefinitely. So we now know with ABC, that means what, three or five days, whatever it was. But he didn't come back and do what he should have done. He needed a life coach here. He needed to come back and say, I jumped to conclusions. I said that this, you know, 22-year-old assassin was full, you know, full grown maga he wasn't i was wrong he should have done that joe but you and i both know he's incapable of that his DNA won't allow it his ego won't allow it and it just drives me nuts that again he keeps blaming trump he said that trump pulled Stephen Colbert off the air i have 40 million reasons why Stephen Colbert is not going to be on the air come next May. And that is that he was losing $40 million for his employer, CBS, while making $20 million a year. The same goes for Kimmel. The late-night model is broken. And the fact that these guys are making themselves into martyrs. Like somehow this is the government shutting them down. No, as you said, the affiliates, Sinclair, and Next Star, they have free speech too. And they have to look at the best interest of their customers. Yeah. And Joe, here's the deal with this thing. ABC, CBS, they're not alleging that President Trump put any pressure or President Trump is firing Jimmy Kimmel or Stephen Colbert. They're not saying that. Jimmy Kimmel is saying that.

Jimmy Kimball is now sort of de facto criticizing his employer because it's not a First Amendment government thing. It wasn't President Trump and all these 18-minute monologues that he wants to keep doing on this topic. His employer shelved him. This is summer at its peak. But the problem is that the bubble that Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, and their audience lives in, is I guess if they watch a cable network, and again, CNN probably has more employees than, you know, actual viewers at this point. But the ones that do watch, they'll see a guy named Brian Stelter on there. It also covers media. And Stelter is saying the same exact things that Kimmel is that this is a free speech attack and this is authoritarian stuff. Well, go back and see what Brian Stelter and Oliver Darcy when he was at CNN did in 2021. They literally called cable operators like Comcast, like Fios, and said, how could you still allow to have Fox News on your offerings when they push misinformation and hate speech? Like they literally, on orders of their boss, I would imagine at the time, try to get not just one person at Fox News off the air, the whole network because we quadruple their ratings. So if you can't beat him, I guess, get them de-platform. And Stelter was pushing for that then. Now he's talking about free speech now. They're all hypocrites, especially Democrats who for years supported the government disinformation board under Biden, which literally was censorship run by the government. So none of these people can be taken seriously. And as you know, Mark... Mark Zuckerberg ultimately came out basically almost self-reported and said what they were doing was wrong. You now have Google. They're coming clean. Joe, everybody's coming clean to what was going on. Things that you and I have been talking about over the years that we knew were going on. Now there's no gray area. They've confessed to it all. Let's pivot to 107 beautiful days. It wasn't enough, Joe. Evidently, she needed more. enough time the Kamala Harris 107 days tour which she is just eviscerating every democrat from obama to biden to buddha judge just the list is is endless she does she think this is the strategy and hey hi it's me next year she's going to announce that she's going to run who well in her own party nobody wanted her That's exactly right. Harry, I mean, she's shown that she does not have the best political instincts. So for instance, you know, when she had that two-foot putt, that was Josh Shapiro, Pennsylvania, 63% approval in a state she has to win. And she's like, you know, it's just a little too Jewish for our base.

You should be. You have to be supportive of your president. And obviously, this is now less than a one-term presidency. So JD Vance at some point is going to be a nominee for the Republican nomination. But he's done it just the right way. And I believe his fearless rhetoric... unleashing on Democrats for this violent rhetoric. There's no coincidence that these ICE and law enforcement officers are in even graver danger because of the Gavin Newsom of the world, the J.B. Pritzker's saying this stuff like they're wearing masks and they take people off the street and just vanish them. They call it disappear them. I mean, this is just awful. They're really setting these people up. So I don't think it's any accident. that bullets with the words, you know, anti-ice written on them. Joe Concha, no coincidence there. No, none. And if you look at social media on the left, especially that toxic stew, that is, the lunatics over at Blue Sky, they think that the FBI after the fact, because, you know, there's no conspiracy theories over there, wrote it on a Sharpie to try to pin it on the shooter. Clearly, the shooter had a motive to take out ICE agents, thought he was firing at a federal vehicle. And then obviously, unfortunately, there were some innocence on there that ended up losing, well, one lost their life anyway, two are obviously in the hospital. hospital. But yeah, I love the fact that J.D. just pushed right back on the Obama bro that is John Favreau, not to be confused with the guy from swingers, by, you know, Favro's like, well, we can't trust the vice president. We don't know the motive of the shooter yet. Again, just like we didn't with Charlie Kirk, right? And they're writing anti-ice on the bullet, Joe, on the casing. We don't know the motive. And you covered this very well on the Charlie Kirk. We don't know the motive. Well, of course we do. He told, he told his motive. Precisely. And then Fabro, the Obama, like, junior speechwriter, who I think thinks he's important, J.D. Van says to him, what did I get wrong about this, dip, you know what? He's not holding back. He has an eye on 2028. It's his nomination to lose. I think it's... JD Vance Marco Rubio, I can't see any other scenario that MAGA would accept because everybody else is considered establishment, perhaps. I mean, maybe there's a couple that I'm missing here right now. But overall, JD Vance will be a very formidable presidential nominee in 2028 because, boy, he's got the smarts. He absolutely can think on his feet. His resume. His life story is just incredible. And the amazing thing is, I met J.D. last year, and I said, wait a minute, you're really just 40 years old. Is that amazing? He goes, the beard. It's the beard. It's the beard. I love it. He goes, and he's humble. He's just a normal, nice guy. He can handle the little things, too, like the little boy that was at the gathering. And he said, hey, can I get my picture with you? I cut school today. He goes, you cut school today. Come on up here. And then they take the selfie, and it's terrific. I want to remind Guy Benson universe that.

Joe Concha did a great TV piece on Gavin Newsom Waltz. J.B. Pritzker, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, bringing up, and this is, Joe, I have to tell you, you do a lot of good work. This is very important what you were working on in this piece. We have to stop the demonizing of our agents, our law enforcement people, our ICE agents, calling them fascists, calling them Gestapo. This is setting them up for what happened yesterday in Dallas, Texas. Completely. And I just wish we had a normal media universe where when these people go on to shows that they're challenged on this stuff, like don't you think that your rhetoric is completely leading to this sort of violence where... Attacks on ice agents have 1,000% since Trump took office. There are stats around this. There are obviously horrible stories around this like we saw out of Dallas. And these idiots, just let them get away with it because you're so petrified of angering the left and getting some angry tweets and emails. I'm sorry. At least we have independent media. We have Fox News. We have Fox News radio. We have obviously X. which is much more powerful than the CNNs and MSNBCs in the world. So, yeah, I mean, Gestapo. I mean, you're using Nazi language here at this point. And the people you're attacking are people who are removing violent criminals from this country who are here illegally. How could anybody be against that? It's like being against cancer, Harry. Yet here is the left going down this road, and they will pay for it in national elections if they continue to do so. Two-minute drill with Joe Concha. Joe Concha, Fox News contributor, author of The Greatest Comeback Ever. inside Trump's big, beautiful campaign. Joe, takeaways. Let's do a drive-by. A real quick takeaway. Jimmy Kimmel, he cannot ride this. This is not Secretariat. This is not the Triple Crown. This is Jimmy Kimmel. He's terrible. So for five minutes, he thinks he's on a roll. This two shall pass. How does Jimmy go on from here? He goes on to the end of his contract and Disney doesn't renew him for the reasons that we talked about before. You cannot lose this kind of money for your parent company and have 20% of your channels in affiliates not airing your show. It is unsustainable. He'll go to Hulu or Netflix and then end up having a show there. We could say anything he wants. And that's that. So he doesn't lose his free speech. He'll probably get a better deal out of it somehow. Him and Stephen Colbert by next May, you won't be hearing from them anymore on broadcast TV. And even though they'll have an audience there. they'll become irrelevant because once you get off those platforms, you're not going to get the write-ups like you normally do if you're on ABC or CBS. Absolutely no split decision here. You could not be more correct in my estimation. Joe, final question, 30 seconds. Kamala Harris, yes or no? And a quick response. That doesn't have to be just a close end question. Does she run for president in 2028?

Harry, she couldn't run a bath at this point, let alone run for president or any position for that matter. So, nope, this book tour is the last you will see of Kamala Harris. And again, this is somebody who received more votes than any woman in presidential candidacy history. And now one year later, she's relegated to the dustbin of history. Go figure.
