Man, the hits are coming from the U.S. Supreme Court. Stu Bergier will be with us shortly, but we begin with the breaking news out of the high court in a truly surprising decision. The justice is in a 5-4 decision upholding a Mississippi law. Already, it's weird because the Trump administration is on the other side of a Mississippi law, which you would already expect. that those two things would be aligned, the Trump administration and a Mississippi law, but they weren't. The Republican National Committee actually brought this suit, and then the Trump administration got involved because it involves the question of what does election day mean? When can one vote when the law says election day is this particular day? Can they vote for two weeks after, two months after, like in California? where it seems as long as you can convince them that your ballot may even have your own handwriting on it saying, I swear this is being postmarked on election day, it can be counted for days and weeks thereafter. Or does it have to be the day of? Does that ballot have to be received the day of the election? And the Trump administration and the RNC have lost. And this is big. This is, this is, I'm sorry to say this, but this is a massive gift to Democrats. I mean, look, what was at issue here was they were postmarked by Election Day in Mississippi. That's what the law says. And received by state election officials within five business days. But can you ever remember a case in which ballots came in after Election Day and it helped the Republicans? Has that ever happened? I can't remember a single instance of that. It always helps the Democrats. Gee, so strange how that works out. And it's one of those things where Republicans can't prove it, but they smell a rat, like in California and the mayoral race. And the Democrats, I think, have gotten very clever about manipulating this system in a way that magically tips the balance their way. where like Nithya Raman, who was in last position out there in that mayoral race, suddenly surged to first in jurisdictions that she had been trailing. She was down in single digits and now suddenly wins them. Thanks to that mail-in vote.

I guess her voters were just awfully silent about their love and support for her prior to the election day. Or could it have been shenanigans by these paid Democrat operatives exploiting the homeless and others to make sure that ballots came in late? And out there, the rules are so loose on postmarks and so on. Literally, they're saying if you just write the date on the envelope and you write, you know, Tuesday, November, whatever, or whatever the election day was out there, it's accepted. Here's what happened in this case, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a Trump appointee. She's supposed to be one of ours. Why are they always so wiggly? Honestly, like the libs, you can take it to the bank. Elena Kagan, Sotomayor, Ketanji Brown Jackson. I have to admire their commitment to their side. They never abandon their side. Only in the most obvious cases where, like, they, I mean, they just get killed if they didn't in terms of the, you know, blowback, the rhetorical blowback. But they stick together. Amy Coney Barrett is a turncoat. She's constantly siding with the left. John Roberts, obviously, and he is pursuing the wrong agenda as Chief Justice. He's an institutionalist meant to protect the Supreme Court. That's not your job. That's not your job in the actual decision-making. I can see in protecting the Supreme Court's reputation standing up for justices who are under attack, threatened physically, but you change your vote for that? I don't know that that's what he did here, but it's definitely what he did in upholding Obamacare. So those two, you know, we're supposed to have six three conservatives to libs. And today we only had four conservatives. And that's how we lost because John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett jumped over to the liberal side. And Amy Coney Barrett even wrote the court's majority opinion. Mississippi's a red state. But the decision is expected to have a major impact. more than anywhere, in Democrat-heavy states whose elected officials often encourage residents to vote by mail, which in turn causes votes to still be counted days if not weeks after the election's over. Case in Point, California, as I mentioned, with the Spencer Pratt situation there. The RNC, the state Republican Party, various individuals as well, had filed the initial lawsuit, and the case was combined with a similar lawsuit from the Libertarian Party of Mississippi. The plaintiffs arguing that the federal law defines an election as the day by which ballots must both be cast and received, meaning absentee votes received after election day should not be counted. This just seems so basic. But the majority at the high court disagreed. with Amy Coney Barrett writing, quote, election day statutes do not set a deadline for ballot receipt, so they do not prevent Mississippi from counting ballots postmarked before election day yet received afterward. Samuel Alito, a true conservative, writing a blistering dissent, quote, not only is today's decision inconsistent with statutory text, legal context, historical practice, and precedent, it also threatens to produce lamentable consequences.

The majority's holding spawns a slurry of troubling election law questions and risks further undermining America's confidence in election integrity. Boy, does he get it. Samuel Alito during oral arguments appearing to make the case that election day should, as every other, quote, day with a capital D we have, be considered one single day. We have lots of phrases that involve two words, the second of which is day. Labor Day, Memorial Day, George Washington's birthday, Independence Day, birthday, birthday, and election day. And they're all particular days. So if we start with that, if I have nothing more to look at than the phrase election day, I think this is the day in which everything is going to take place and we're almost everything. And then we have three points in time, 1844, 1872, 1914. And we can ask, what would people have thought on those days is meant by this phrase election day? Well, unfortunately. Didn't go his way. Those years that Samuel Alito listed there are the years the federal election laws at issue in the case became law. According to the New York Times, there are similar absentee ballot laws in at least 18 other states and territories, including 26 battleground districts in Nevada and California. Mike, great to see you. Of course, Samuel Alito did the right thing, but Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts turncoats on a really important one. Yeah, so what we learned with today's Supreme Court rulings is election day, does not mean election day. The president has the article to power to fire FTC commissioners, but somehow he does not have the article to power to fire governors on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, because apparently we have a fourth branch of government. I mean, it's just.

Uh, yeah. Wait, is this it? Yeah. The Cook lawsuit. Oh, that's actually a different one. Okay. That's on the Lisa Cook. We'll get to that in a second. That's the White House reaction. That's okay. I can't find it. Um, so in any event, that's bad news out of Mississippi. Then you made a reference to a pair of other decisions that came out today. And they involve... Two federal firings that Trump affected. One was of Lisa Cook, who is a member of the board of governors on the Federal Reserve. The audience may remember she was accused of having... lied in her mortgage applications in a way that was deeply troubling. And she got fired as a result of it. And she filed a lawsuit saying, you can't fire me for stuff I may or may not have done prior to being nominated for this role. And like, as if, you know, whoops, you found out that I committed, you know, some felony larceny when I was 25. That should no longer be relevant. when you're elevating me to an important position of trust. She was trying to argue it happened so long in the distant past and no one raised it. No one caught me when I was applying for this job that you can't ever raise it. That was basically her argument. And whether she actually did it is still in dispute too. though seems pretty clear to me based on what we reviewed. In any event, today the High Court said, well, look, the Fed is an independent body, and the president's ability to mess with who's on it, who's on that board of governors, is more limited than his powers are across other federal agencies. Though they did not say he can never fire her. Basically, they just said he can't fire her during the pendency of her lawsuit. So she, she. is not done yet. She has not won. She won temporarily, and their fight is going to go on, and he could still win that. But he did get a big victory in his attempt to fire Rebecca Kelly Slaughter, who was on the Federal Trade Commission. And the court, Mike, held that the president's powers to fire executives at these... so-called independent agencies, whether it's the FTC, the Equal Opportunity, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the NLRB, that's the Labor Board, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Consumer Protection Bureau, all these things, is much greater than many people thought. because it views these as essentially executive agencies, and he's the chief executive. And the left is already freaking out about this, saying these are oversight, watchdog types.

You know, President Trump's going to go nuts. Like this president in particular, and Sotomayor basically said that from the bench today. Like, forget it. There's nobody to oversee the president anymore. He can do whatever the hell he wants at any one of these oversight agencies, and no one will be watching him. So your thoughts on that pair of rulings, the Lisa Cook and the Rebecca Kelly Slaughter. Well, it's very chiefy, as we say, that the Chief Justice would release these rulings at the same time today. You release one ruling where Rebecca Slaughter gets canned, and the Supreme Court says that's okay, and conservatives are very happy. The Supreme Court overturned Humphrey's executor of this Supreme Court ruling. from the 1930s that said essentially the president can't fire people who work in the executive branch unless he had a good cause, the Supreme Court, got rid of that, which is a good thing. Six to three, the six conservatives found their way to stay in line for once. But then we have this other ruling with the Federal Reserve Board governor, Lisa Cook, where somehow she's, she has special status. under our Constitution. I remember reading Article I of the Constitution that creates Congress and the legislative power. Article 2 that creates the president and his executive power. Article 3 that creates the Supreme Court, the lower federal courts, and their judicial power. I guess we missed Megan when we went to law school, this separate part of the Constitution that creates this fourth branch of governments called the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. And it's really, really, really hard for the president of the United States to fire anyone on this Federal Reserve Board of Governors. That was a five to four decision that apparently the Federal Reserve Board of Governors is separate from the executive branch. Apparently the president doesn't have the Article 2 power to fire the Federal Reserve. governors, but he does have the power to fire the FTC, another independent so-called independent commissioners. It's a head scratcher, but you had the Chief Justice write that opinion. Brett Kavanaugh joined that opinion, which surprised me, and it was a five to four decision with Professor Amy Coney Barrett. Another Trump appointee. Yeah, Professor Amy Coney Barrett joined the constitutionalist. I will just say that my former boss. Neil Gorsuch did not screw us today, so I'm quite pleased about that. But I do think that we're going to get screwed tomorrow on birthright citizenship. I presume we'll talk about that. 100%. Yes. So, no, it is disturbing because the court has basically accepted a legal fiction about the Fed, that it's like, we have the Constitution. We have the articles. You know, you got Article 1, the Congress, Article 2, the presidency, and Article 3, the judges. Where?

Does the Fed sit? It's got to be underneath one of those. Like, all these executive agencies are technically, we understood, under the president's power in Article 2. So if the Fed's not there, where is it? Well, Megan, it's- Who's got power over it? It's in this magical Article 7. It's in this special place with the sacred cows in Washington, D.C. You have the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Center, you have the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and you have August recess, the three sacred cows of Washington that no one can touch. So that's it. Obviously, I'm joking. I mean, you're exactly right that the Supreme Court is essentially saying the president has... The executive power under Article 2 to fire everyone in the federal government, in the executive branch, including these FTC commissioners. For any reason he wants, for no reason, under Article 2, the power to hire and fire. But apparently Article 2 does not include the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. So what is it? I would ask that to the Chief Justice and Brett Kavanaugh, what is the Federal Reserve? If the President doesn't have the power to fire the governors. Is this some special committee of the Supreme Court, this Federal Reserve Board of Governors? Is it a legislative committee? I'm just, I'm scratching in my head to figure out what the hell this Federal Reserve Board of Governors is. I was just talking a friend of mine who had back surgery and they had to do like fusions and all sort of the weird things that that happened to your back. And there had been a piece of bone that was like floating around in the spinal fluid, just randomly floating. I don't know what happened to it, but they had to take it out and remove it. That's like how the Supreme Court is treating the Fed. It's not connected to anything. It just floats on its own, you know, running around doing damage in this. No one can remove it. No one can touch it. Because there's nothing that it was or ever will be a part of. That doesn't make any sense. But I do think that Lisa Cook. It's still on. He's still going to go for her because it just said you can't fire her during the pendency of this lawsuit. He's not done with her. Here is how the president responded on the Cook lawsuit. He writes, the Cook lawsuit having to do with her suitability and sitting on the board of the Federal Reserve was sent back by the Supreme Court on a strictly procedural basis. We will take appropriate action immediately to make sure that someone who has committed wrongdoing will not be making vital decisions concerning the welfare of the USA. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

And by the way, my team did send me his comment on Mississippi and what election day means. It's very long. I'll read it to in part. In light of the tremendous loss in the Supreme Court today regarding voters' rights and the fact that peoples, in quotes, votes, meaning President Trump has questions about whether these are real votes that come in after the day, are allowed to be counted long after an election's over. It's more important than ever to pass the Save America Act. One, all voters must show out photo ID. Two, all voters must show proof of citizenship. Three, no mail-in ballots except for illness, disability, military deployment, or travel. There's no excuse for a politician or otherwise to be against... The above three requirements. There is only one reason to oppose cheating. The House of Representatives has approved this vital act three times. The U.S. Senate seems unable to do so in a time when there is a powerful communist movement taking place in our country. One more dangerous than World War I, Two, Pearl Harbor, or September 11th, all Democrats. And our five Republican Senate holdouts, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, Bill Cassidy, and Mitch McConnell must vote to save our country. There can be no more excuses. Those are the senators who are saying no on the SAVE Act, not just on getting it a vote, but on the actual act itself. They are prepared to vote. No, they don't like the SAVE Act. And then, you know, I don't know what can be done to preserve integrity at the ballot box without the SAVE Act and now with this lawsuit, with this Supreme Court decision. Back to... Lisa Cook and this Rebecca Slaughter and this pair of decisions, Mike, something extraordinary happened on the Supreme Court bench. Sotomayor was very angry over the slaughter decision. Again, that's the one in which the court said he does have the ability to fire these. executives at these so-called independent agencies, these agencies that I just listed, though they didn't limit them. There's some 18 of them. And basically, Trump can fire executives at all of them now. And the next president can too. And they essentially overruled this case called Humphreys executor that had allowed that. And the court said, no, they're not like the floating piece of bone. They're connected to the spinal column. And Trump rules that. But Sotomayor was P-Oed. She dissented. And this is the New York Times reporter who was in the courtroom writing. One of the most notable moments was her dissent when she criticized the court for extending its, quote, maximalist view of presidential power. She spoke firmly, often extending a look to Chief John Roberts, who delivered the majority opinion, which in this case went against the lips. He did not meet her gaze. As the minutes went on, she began to stumble over her words. As Sotomayor asserted that, quote, the one thing that does appear to be clear going forward is that chaos will follow, end quote. Her fellow liberal, Justice Elena Kagan, seated several chairs to her left, looked overcome with emotion.

What is it with these, you know, the hens up there like, oh, I'm distraught. I'm overwrought. I'm, you know, pointed barbs about President Trump, the man, and overwrought with emotion. This is not good for womankind. I would say this to Justice Sotomayor. Look, does she think that we should have these executive branch bureaucrats not report to the duly elected president of the United States? We should just have the Anthony Fauci's of the world, just do whatever the hell they want. And there's no Democrats accountability ever. The reason the liberals. wanted Humphrey's executor, this Wilsonian mess of government is because the liberals control the federal government, these career bureaucrats who work. in the executive branch are overwhelmingly liberals, or even worse, Marxist, socialist, communist, right? And so we're just supposed to defer to these so-called experts who are unelected and unaccountable to anyone, including the American people through our duly elected president. We have something that's called elections to justice, so do my war, and the other liberal hens. And if they don't like what the president is doing with his executive branch. A, we don't have to give the executive branch bureaucrats as much power as we do. And B, we can throw out the president and put in a new party to run it, how the American people wanted to run it. We just did this, for example, with immigration. Elena Kagan and Sotomayor seemed to be mistaking their vote on election day. for their vote on the high court. They're two different things. And they have less power than they'd like. I want to ask you a question not about the Supreme Court today. Although, just to reiterate what you said, tomorrow is the last day of opinions for the Supreme Court this term. And we know then that we're going to be getting at least, well, we're definitely going to be getting the remaining four opinions, two of which are the biggest opinions of the term. One is whether President Trump... has the right to say the birthright citizenship clause of the 14th amendment does not does not apply to birthright tourists who come over here from china have their babies here and then declare that they're american citizens with all the same rights you and i have and our kids have and the other is whether states can ban the participation of so-called trans athletes in girls sports. Do they have the right? It won't, even if it goes our way, it's not going to ban that practice in 50 states. It's just a question of whether those more conservative-leaning states that said, we're not going to allow this, have the right to say, we're not going to allow this. And I think that'll go our way. And I agree with you. A birthright citizenship will not.

But I want to ask you about something else in the news that relates to one of your favorite issues and also the law. And that is our DHS secretary, Markwayne Mullin. It has really upset many on the right by saying the following to Jake Tapper on CNN in an effort to mollify his concerns about that. temporary protected status Supreme Court decision from last week where the High Court said, you know, temporary means temporary. And if President Trump wants to revoke it for Haitians after 16 years or 18 years and Syrians after 16 years, he can do that. That's an executive branch function. He's allowed to do that. You know, he granted it. He can take it away. And, you know, cue the meltdown from Bleeding Heart Leftist. All the Haitians, they need us. It's like, go home. It's 18 years. So he goes on with Jake Tapper and says the following, which, again, Laura Ingram, many conservatives are like, what? Watch. Will you be deporting all of them? Will they be all deported back to their home countries, Haiti and Syria? And when will these deportations start? Will it be immediately? Well, Jake, first of all, temporary protective status was never intended to be permanent. And there's a lot of people that came over here 15, 20 years ago, underneath TPS that's already changed their status. The whole time these individuals have been here underneath the temporary protective status, they could have applied for a visa, they could have applied for LPR, they could have applied for different directions, but the status itself can be ended in its name itself by saying temporary. So these individuals, they have a couple. choices. They can try to apply for a permanent residence here. They can apply for a temporary visa if they choose to, or they can choose to go back. And if they want to go back, we'll help them with that. If I would, if I'm talking directly to the individuals with the temporary protective status, either try to fill out the paperwork and be here underneath a permanent status or will help you get back to your country. We'll actually give you a plain. ticket plus roughly $2,100 to help you reestablish when you get there. Okay. And what people are upset about is him saying, you've got a couple of choices. You can apply still for permanent residence here or for a visa or go back. Whereas I think most people expected it was go back. You were here on a permission slip that's now been revoked. You did not do any of those applications while you were here on our invitation. And now that your status has been revoked, the answer is not for you to be doing applications. The answer is, Get out. Yeah, so Markwayne Mullin, he got lit up by conservatives, including me, very publicly on X. I've also made my extreme dissatisfaction known very privately within Trump World's All the Right People. I think he got the memo pretty quickly because he's been backtracking fast.

very fast. He has. But I would say this, how the hell is that your response? You go in a liberal network like CNN. We've been fighting for years to get these Haitians and Syrians the hell out of our country. And your response is to go... Kiss Jake Tapper's ass and explain, you know, try to make this a plea to the left that you're trying to be as kind as you can. Get these people the hell out of our country. We let, we had Biden let in 20, over 20 million illegals into our country. They abused our system. They abused our generosity. They abused our goodwill. And people like me who used to be a lot, software on immigration, five, 10 years ago. I'm just as hard line as you can get. Get these people the hell out of our country. If and when the Supreme Court says, that Chinese birth tourists and other illegals get birthright citizenship. We need to get all illegals out of our country fast, and we need to start with birthing aged women. Get them out of our country. We have zero compassion left for these illegal aliens. They've overrun our small towns. They've overrun our cities. They've brought in crime. They've brought in filth. We're tired of it. We don't want... America to become Europe, overrun by Muslims, overrun by people who hate us. We don't want it. Yeah, exactly. We've been really clear on that. That's why President Trump was elected in part. I think Kristi Noem understood that. I'm not sure why Markwayne Mullin. didn't and why, yeah, I agree with you. He went on in front of a liberal audience and tried to pander to them, which is the last thing, like Stephen Miller would never make such a mistake. What's the deal with this Markwayne Mullin? Do we know, Mike? I hope he doesn't have the IQ of a Haitian like we saw on CNN, but he needs to understand that this is not the Senate. You're in the Trump administration. And if you're going to bring your Senate weakness to the Trump administration, you're not going to last because the American people, Trump's voters, are not going to tolerate weakness on immigration. That's what keeps us united. And if Markwayne Mullin or his Oklahoma buddy, he just picked or run ice, tried to backtrack on full-throated immigration enforcement, especially after this birthright citizenship ruling tomorrow that's going to screw us, then there's going to be a loud call for his resignation.

Yes, yes. And as you point out, you know a lot of people in the administration, and they should be very grateful to you for all the advocacy and great work you've done. We are for you coming on this show so often, Mike. It's a pleasure. Good to see you. Thank you, Megan. So you heard Mike's point about the Haitians. And honestly, like, I feel exactly as he does. I don't feel charitable toward this group of people at all. There are multiple sob stories out there about these Haitians now. They're trying to petal this like, oh, they're just here. Mike DeWine, the governor, like, oh, they're just, you know, they're contributing to society. Oh, we have it. Okay, here it is. Listen to Mike DeWine, the Ohio governor, Sottheri. Governor, you just heard Secretary Mullen defend the decision. You say it's a mistake. What's your take? Well, I think it's a mistake for a number of reasons. First of all, to go back to what you were just discussing, You cannot fly into Port of Prince today. The U.S. carriers are prohibited from going in there. They've extended that ban, federal officials. The United States have extended that ban into September now. And, you know, it's been there for a long time. The reason they can't go in there is because these gang leaders who control a good part of Haiti today shoot at the planes when they come in. So that's certainly one thing. You've pointed out, you know, advisories, heavy advisories. U.S. citizens do not. do not go into Haiti. It's a very, very dangerous place. But the other point is it is not in the United States' interest, certainly not in Ohio's interest, to have people who are working every single day, who are supporting a family, who are buying houses, fixing up old houses, starting businesses, and then put deep roots in this country and really are contributing and yank them out. Unbelievable. Okay. So deep roots. What do you mean? The whole label says temporary. They knew that very well. Clearly, they didn't apply for a permanent residency because they would have gotten it. Had they applied, and especially under the Biden administration, they either didn't apply or they did apply and they were rejected. But it's time to go home now. You've been here on our good graces for far too long. And those wonderful jobs that they're allegedly taking could be taken by American citizens, as can their homes, which they're driving up the rents for. And these folks have proven themselves to be a danger to the communities that they are in. Okay? I'm going to give you one more. That's the current governor of Ohio. Here's John Kasich, who's the former governor of Ohio. I knew him at Fox News. I can't believe he's talking like this, but listen to this. The Supreme Court decision has said that Haitians are going to have to be removed from Springfield, Ohio. I guess I understand that. But there is an opportunity for the Congress to extend temporary protection status because things in Haiti are just deteriorating and sending people back there with their families to me is just crazy. I wish the Congress would extend this for the Haitians. But if not, they'll say that that's the law.

And to quote somebody, a figure from a Charles Dickens novel, if that's the law, then the law is an ass. We have extended it. It's an 18-month stint. And we've extended it 10 times. They've been here for 18 years. That's enough. Why should American citizens have to suffer indefinitely? Because Haiti can't get its shit together. because Haiti is still not hospitable to American tourists. I'm going to guess it's a little better if you're an actual Haitian going back home. No, we're not going to go down there to tour. Yes, we do think it's a shithole country. It's really not our responsibility. There are a lot of them. You know, we did these folks a real solid in allowing them to come here temporarily to avoid the problems down there. It is not our obligation to fix Haiti and to house all of its citizens. until it can perform as a more upstanding less third world country. That's not our job. Sorry. That's like there are a lot of, you know, teenagers out there who have like absentee parents who are committing crime in the underbelly of our biggest cities. Is it our job? Those of us who have functioning well, mentally stable families to go try to get them? They get arrested. They get sent off to, you know, some family home, some group home. Is it our job to take them in so they can disrupt our family? Is that our obligation? And if we do, like a foster family, if you add a child in and he's incredibly disruptive and he hurts your existing children in your home, do you have an obligation to keep him forever? Because you let him come over once out of a good heart? He must stay now because, you know, the home from which you got him, the group home, well, that's no place for a teenage kid to live. Well, I'm sorry. We tried to do something nice. It didn't work out. They need to go back home. They didn't assimilate. They've been disrupting these communities. I don't know about these sob stories that these two governors of Ohio are trying to spin to us. But let me tell you what the real story is, okay? Because we went back and combed through the news reports about these Haitians, these wonderful Haitians that were told all about who are allegedly just like you and me. They're just living life in, you know, rural Ohio, just like their fellow Americans. It's not true. Watch the following reel. This is just a few. We could have been here all day with these news stories, but it's only a limited show. So here's a highlight, a low light reel, if you will, of what these Haitians have been up to. Hermannio Joseph crossed the center line, hit the bus, and caused it to flip. 52 elementary students were on board. An 11-year-old boy, Aidan Clark died. Mr. Joseph shattered our lives. Prosecutors learned he has a Haitian immigration registration in Florida. The court had to recruit a local health care worker to interpret in Creole after learning Joseph could not understand English or Spanish. Investigators say the man suspected of murdering a mother with a mallet outside a gas station in Fort Myers is in the country illegally. The suspect came here from Haiti. He had a temporary protected status.

stay. But DHS says that status expired in 2024, so he was in the country illegally. The man charged with going on the violent rampage appeared in front of a judge today. In chains, McKendi Darboozzi stood in the courtroom as the details of the deadly stabbing were revealed. A four-year-old, 13-year-old, and a 77-year-old. Darboozzi, a Haitian national. I've been prosecuting 25 years in this case is as bad as any I've heard about. Justillian is being charged with murder, rape, strangulation, and felonious assault, connected to the homicide of 26-year-old Christlanda August. Both the victim and defendant are from Haiti. Alvarez is a migrant from Haiti. He stands accused of raping another migrant, a 15-year-old girl. 26-year-old Jordani Joseph from Haiti is charged with rape and kidnapping. The man convicted of killing a woman and stuffing her body in a closet, turns out he was supposed to have been deported before that murder occurred. He killed my daughter. I'm so upset. I mean, there's no reason for this. It's tragic knowing that this man was never supposed to be in the country at the first place. He was supposed to be deported back to Haiti. A man in this country illegally with 17 criminal convictions here in Massachusetts is now in custody, member of a violent Haitian street gang. I'm not going back to Haiti. ICE says he's a gang member with 17 criminal convictions in recent years. You feel me? No, Biden forever, bro. Thank Obama for everything that he said from me, bro. I'm not going back to Haiti. You are going back to Haiti, as are your fellow Haitians who have overstayed their welcome, period. You're going back to Haiti. All of you. Sorry. I don't mean to sound heartless. I understand not every Haitian is a criminal, but enough of them are that they need to go. This should not be our problem. And Mike DeWine with his, oh, they're fixing up old houses, they're starting businesses, they're supporting a family. Why don't you tell it to the woman at the 7-Eleven who got her brain bashed in with a hammer? Why don't you tell it to that little girl and her mom and her grandmom who got stabbed to death by that Haitian, okay? I'm not so sure they're all setting up businesses and raising families peacefully, Mike DeWine. I want to bring in Stu Bergier. He's our guest today. He's been watching and he is the host of Predictable with Stu. Stu, great to have you. This is the problem with what Markwayne Mullin said, what Mike DeWine said, what John Kasich said, all three of whom are Republicans. Wild, wild to see it. You know, and even to extend what he said, we're going to give them $2,100 to resettle, are we? Really? I know a lot of people who could use $2,100 who live here and have never broken the law and don't have to make an argument about whether they're allowed in this country because they were born here and their citizens and have been their entire lives and really could use $2,100. You know, look, I'm with you. There are people who come here that do contribute to our society. You know, I think we've seen a microcosm of how the American people feel about visitors to this country with everything that's gone on with the World Cup over the past few weeks, when we have people coming in from these other countries and, you know, going to Buckees and seeing, you know, the stuff that we kind of take for granted and celebrating it. When we have people who come here legally.

And come here with an appreciation for the country, with an idea that they do want to assimilate, that they do want to not just take advantage of all the wonderful things we have, but celebrate them and further them and contribute to that whole project. We love it. as Americans. I think it's something that we actually cherish. And you'll see, by the way, in a lot of the countries that we might be sending people back to, they have very dissimilar policies and approaches to immigrants coming into their countries. They reject them. We, I think, have been very open to the idea of having people come here. But we've lost... We've lost track of, we've lost the plot a little bit here, Megan, where the idea was to improve the country, not just for the citizens, but also the people who are visiting from other countries. We want to further that project and make this a better place for everybody to be. It's not just importing everybody else who's running away from a terrible regime and then huddling them in... tight-knit communities where they're essentially just importing this disastrous situation they had in Venezuela or or you know in Haiti or some other place we're not looking to import that we're looking to improve our situation with people who can achieve things and contribute to society those people absolutely do exist but the way to do that is not a blanket 25-year temporary designation where we let everyone come in and, you know, and essentially live, import their Haitian lives into Ohio. Yes, you've got 350,000 of them still. We're not talking about like a case-by-case basis, which is still being evaluated by the administration, you know, if you, if you come and you seek asylum or what have you. But this is like... 350,000 Haitians, we didn't need that ever in America. And the citizens of Ohio are all over the record in objecting to what they're doing in their various communities like Springfield. It's just the mainstream media won't play it. They ignore their testimonials, especially because they tend to be white Ohioans as opposed to black people from Haiti. And so the media's knee-jerk instinct is one is evil and one is all goodness. And we'll ignore reports. Remember that 7-Eleven video? Trump tweeted out. And he said, I'm sorry, this is so violent, but I had to draw attention to it. That's one of these great Haitians that we're supposed to be loving here in the United States. Lots of this. I had this argument with Bill Maher a year and a half ago where he said, you know, a lot of Americans commit crime too. Fine, but we have to keep them. We're not allowed to deport Americans. But we are allowed to deport bad house guests who come, stay 18 years, and start hacking up grandmas. We are allowed to say no to that.

Yes, we are. I mean, you're totally right. You know, we have enough insane people of our own. It's not to say that we're perfect. You know, America has a lot of crazy people, a lot of people, but we can't, it's just like kind of having somebody in your family. It's like you're kind of stuck with them at some level. And that is true. The bottom line, though, is we don't need to import more insane people. There's no reason we have to do that. We can go by a case-by-case basis and screen very, very tightly and look for people who are absolutely additive to our country. I'm not a person who thinks that we should never have anyone who comes here. You know, a lot of other nations, by the way, do have policies like that, that they don't allow anyone in for basically any reason. We have not been that country. And I do think that's been to our benefit when applied correctly, when applied in a sane manner. You know, it's one thing to say, like, hey, they're in the middle of a tragedy. situation and you know we can we can help some of those people out you know we don't have to do that that's not our we're not we're not forced to do that. We have done it in the past. And at times, I think, have seen benefit out of that. Like, one of the examples that I see all the time, and we would have callers all the time that would call into a Glenback radio show, who would be people who came from former communist nations, right? People who went through the tyranny of communism and came here because they, they, not because like, oh, gosh, well, I can take advantage because they have higher hourly rates over there. They came here because they love this country. and they had seen what the other approach to leading a nation was. They had seen communism. They had seen socialism. And it made them among the greatest Americans we had because they had seen the opposite side. They didn't take what we had for granted. There are approaches where this can work really, really well for our nation, but it's not just mass importing hundreds of thousands of people from a third world nation. And then, I think, in addition, a big part of this problem, Megan, is putting them in this one big clump, right? Like, you know, I do think that's a real problem with this because it extends, I think, the... Honestly, normal human instinct. You're around people who are like you that have maybe some of the same traditions and the same, you know, cultural ideas. And you never do assimilate because of that, you know. Like, my neighbor is an immigrant point. Yeah. My neighbor is an immigrant from family immigrants from India. They're awesome. They absolutely have been additive this country. They have helped this country. They have, you know, they're high achievers. They've done great things in the community. They're really good people and I love them and I'm glad I live next to them. You know, that is the image. They live in a community that is not 100% Indian. A lot of the people around them are totally different races and cultures, but they very much seem like they could have been living here their entire lives. Why? Because they want to be that way. They like America.

You want that. Contrast that with what we heard in that first report and that reel that I just played, where it's like the guy couldn't even speak English. He committed a bunch of crime and then needed a translator at his hearing because he didn't even bother to learn the language. Here, listen to this. All right. This is the, in the Dayton Daily News, because Ohio lawmakers are among those who are now. urging the U.S. Congress to override the Supreme Court decision saying Trump has this authority, like to pass some piece of legislation demanding that they stay. And ideally, I guess they see it as a veto-proof majority that would pass this to allow these Haitians to say. And then there was a letter to the editor. from a guy who calls himself ticked off Ohioan. After seeing that, all this push, and he writes as follows, I'm tired of reading a one-sided view of the Haitian influx in Springfield. Their presence in Springfield and all of Ohio has been detrimental, but the only people the media interviews are pro-Hasian. Our political leaders are not advocating for the majority of the citizens. There are some that work, but at lower wages, less or no benefits, and no complaints. That's not good for Americans, by the way. TPS Haitians have been treated better than the citizens of Springfield. There are many complaints of how rude and entitled these people are because they know they have the support of people who are benefiting from their presence in some way, financially, boosting self-importance or increasing congregations in church. But no media interviews, workers anonymously in the fields that deal with these problems like teachers, police, nurses, cashier, police, nurses, cashiers, workers at the Social Security Office, DMV, or the health department. The pro-Hatian media coverage has fueled the fire. That's what's real. The media is on board with whitewashing all of these problems still and letting citizens of Springfield and other communities just like it, deal with that. President Trump knew better. He listened to the voters on his campaign. He understood that these. Folks needed to go. They had overstayed. They were not additive. He couldn't be shamed out of it. You know, by the debate moderators on ABC or by anybody else. And then he enacted the policy. He said he would. He ran on this exact thing, which is why I believe what Mike Davis said, which is that Markwayne Mullin. understands now they will not be allowed to stay. We will not be encouraging them to apply for permanent residency. And Mullen's self reversal on X, whether it's sincere or not, is what's going to rule the day because his boss, I believe, is on our page. Okay, Stu Berger stays with us. Quick break. We put this together back when this was in the news during the presidential election and President Trump was under fire for the presidential debate at which he said they're eating the dogs. They're eating the cats. And what was happening in Springfield, Ohio with these Haitians took center stage of the news. They had massive... turnout at community meetings where the Springfield residents tried to make their own voices heard directly, which did not get headlines like this all over Ohio news. It only appeared sporadically on places like Fox, like this show, and a few others. And here's just a walk down memory lane. This is two years ago. I guarantee you all of these people are very much in favor of the Supreme Court restoring reason and affirming President Trump's ability. to tell these people their stay has now ended. Watch. Come to Walmart and stay a day. Go to the bank and stay a day. Go to any place and stay one day. And you'll see what we see. Drive around our community. Mr. Heck, I sent you video of the homeless people living the back of Lincoln School. I have the pictures here today. They're living in back of Lincoln School. I even showed you video of them. You could see the monkey bars. Nothing has been done. Code enforcement won't come out. The police won't come out. Come to the real life. Go to Walmart and watch those Haitians open up jars of the tomato paste, pizza sauce, dip their fingers in and they eat it. Go to Krober's. You know how Krovers has a little fruit up front for like five bucks?

They pick it up and start eating it, then discard the thing. I've seen them do it. So I'm not here saying, I know they're doing it. I seen it. Go to Groceryland. Watch every day. Those people get ripped off. They posted every day on the Internet. How much meat. The Haitians take and steal. They put it in baby carriage in front of everything and walk out. They can't do nothing. The city is gone to shit. And you guys thinking, we're doing good. My car insurance got raised. I have a perfect driving record. I'm 64 years old. Never had a speeding ticket. Never been in an automobile accident. But my car insurance goes up. So I called nationwide, which is my car insurance and my homeowner's insurance. You know what they said? Because the accident rate in Springfield has tripled. Oh, God. And listen to the police maunder. Listen. Every day, these officers, they called out to Haitians that no one can speak their language and they get out and run. We didn't vote for this. You guys voted us for this. And now we're seeing the repercussions of it. We got, I noticed we got a pretty park million dollar park down here. Lady of the Trail. We got new concrete out here. I don't see any squatters, tent cities or anything here, but we got them in our neighborhoods. Shouldn't we share? Are we all not in this together? Are we all not in this together? I've heard people express concerns about personal safety, women who are afraid to walk in stores. Women stalked out into parking lots with their children by groups of individuals staring at them and taking pictures of them. Women are afraid to go to the gym. We've heard about needles in playgrounds and in vacant lots. People sleeping in bushes all over town. But not once. Have I heard people complain about race? And I wish you guys would stop pushing this through the filter of identity politics because it's allowing you to ignore our real concern. And that's what you've been doing. You've been ignoring us. Amazing. I'm not hearing that anywhere, Stu, but those are actual Americans who have had to live with these people who are not so worried about the fear gripping Haitian communities after Supreme Court ruling unwinds TPS protection. Yeah, no, I mean, no, those voices typically don't get heard, right? And, you know, the last guy, I think, put it really, really well, if you're sitting here saying, well, I don't want people who don't look like me in my community, that's a totally different complaint that I'm not hearing out of those people's mouths. That's not what they're saying. That's not what they're saying at all. I suspect, Megan, if we imported 350,000 Swedish people into Ohio and they started hitting women over the head with mallets at gas stations. The people there would be just as angry about it. It's got literally nothing to do with the color of someone's skin. It's got to do with the way that people act in a community and whether they want to be part of the community. One of the speakers there said something like, I mean, aren't we all in this together? Quite simply, the answer to that is no, right? The people at these levels in politics and that are implementing these policies on regular people are not in it with them. They don't think about them.

That's not their concern. And that's why people are angry, and that's why I think people are reacting this way. They're fine with people in their community who become part of their community. When you're importing high levels of crime and people who take advantage of the systems that we've built to try to help people, that's where it gets really, people get angry. They're the taxpayers. They're the one footing the bill for this. I was on a trip a while ago, just a vacation. to the Bahamas, and I was there for a few days. And I was sitting there at a table talking to a guy who was also visiting, and he was there for a longer period of time. He was there for several weeks. And, you know, this guy seemed like he was, he did very, very well for himself. And I was asking about him about, and we were talking about his trip, and he said, when he came in, he didn't have an exit flight. booked because he was like, I'm going to come for a few weeks. He was like a business owner and could kind of run his business remotely. And he said that when he came in there, the people, you know, as he was being accepted into the country, the people in the Bahamas said, we need to see proof that you have enough income and enough in your bank account to be able to sustain your time here. Because we don't want to be able to, we can't be responsible for you. If you're going to come here and you're going to be a wealthy tourist and, you know, throw lots of money around. We'd love to have you. It'll be great as long as you're following our laws. But if you come here and you're just going to live off of our system, we can't allow you to even enter on a vacation. We're talking about 20 years of allowing people to come in here and essentially giving them the exact thing that the people in the Bahamas wouldn't allow for a couple of weeks. That is, you know, their policy is pretty sane there. They should be able to scream people and say, hey, look, if you're going to come here and enjoy our nation, great, but we can't be paying for your lifestyle here. That is not what we've implemented with these people. And of course, there has to be some sort of expiration date to that. It's not just crazy people on the right. It's not just local community members saying that. It's the Supreme Court saying it as well. Obviously, this is the sane ruling and a sane reaction, I think, by the American people to say, Look, we'll be giving when we can, but we're having our own tough times here. This can't be an eternal situation. There are limits to it. And again, Trump ran on this. It was an explicit promise. And it is one of the reasons he got elected to look out for the forgotten man in the middle of Nowhere'sville, Ohio, who are not represented by the elite talking heads all over MS now, talking about what a shame this is and how heartbreaking it is. They've never even met a Haitian immigrant. They have no idea. what these people are dealing with, what that first man saw when he went to the Walmart, which he wasn't the only testimonial about this custom or habit or practice by a lot of these Haitians of going into grocery stores or stores like Walmart and opening up the jars and eating with their fingers. We heard multiple testimonials just like that. Like, why should you have to live like this? Why should you have to worry when you're with your daughter and you're going to the gym or you're going by a school and they're on the monkey?

bars instead of your kids because they've decided to set up temporary housing. They're notwithstanding all the government largesse that we've dumped on them. We don't just say like, welcome to America, buy. We've been supplementing their lives, subsidizing their lives. They've been getting government checks. It's over. It's over. Like we're done. We're done with the crime. The thing that all of them testified to, and I remember this from 2024, was. the driving, how they're terrible drivers. And you heard that first guy making the point of how his auto insurance had tripled. Like none of these people writing for WKRC or any of those, they're not. That's not being reported on. You need to get to a real live American citizen, ideally blue collar, to ask how have they actually affected your life? And that doesn't include Mike DeWine or John Kasich, both of whom have turned into limousine liberals who are more interested in pandering to the left and getting pats on the head for being so accepting than they are in holding President Trump to his. promise, which he is living up to. And these people need to go. So good. All right. I want to keep going. Amazingly, something extraordinary happened to my least favored politician in America. The audience has heard me talk about him. His name is Scott Weiner. And we've been on the Scott Weiner beat for a long time here because if you oppose the gender madness happening in America, then he's on your radar. He is... demonic in his push to trans children. I mean, truly, it's this guy is evil in the way he's pushed for laws to make California a sanctuary state so that minors can move there and trans themselves over parental objections. He's openly gay and is like very bizarre with it. I'm sorry. I know a lot of gay men who are not like openly into the bondage and pushing these bizarre open displays of. perversion he he's one of the gays that makes people associate perversion with gay men and it's unfair i know a lot of amazing gay men who are Not perverted, not weird, normal American patriots who behave privately in a way that floats their boat, but don't want you to look at it or think about it or put it on display at all. Scott Weiner is the opposite of those guys. And he's disgusting. It's not enough for him to live his own perversions. He's got to bring it to children who may be struggling with gender dysphoria nationwide.

which is why I can't stand him. And he's running for Nancy Pelosi's seat. I didn't realize Nancy Pelosi had endorsed his opponent. There's another very progressive Democrat running against him. Those two have both advanced to the general in November. And this other woman could potentially beat him, which is kind of exciting. She's pulling behind him, but maybe not for long. I don't know. So of all things, I mean, he's been hoisted on his own partard, Stu, because you... You, you know, live by the sword, die by the sword. You create the Frankenstein monster. And when it turns around to try to get you, you have no one to complain to. And this guy's been all in on every woke agenda item the left has served up over the past few years, except one sort of. The left, as we know, has turned hard on Israel. And they've turned so hard on Israel that some faction of the left actually is anti-Semitic. You know, I object to the conflation of those two things. You can be very anti-Israel and its government and BB and what they've been doing to get us into wars, et cetera, and still have nothing but love in your heart for American Jews. I see them as so distinct. But there is a faction that doesn't. It's not entirely on the left, to be fair. But there is a faction that conflates the two and can't stand either. And Scott Weiner ran smack dab into that faction over the weekend. When he went to some pride event, it was like Pride Shabbat or Shabbat Pride, I don't know. It was like... Jews and pride all in one. And that's what he is. He's Jewish and prideful because he's never seen the rainbow. He doesn't want to wear or shove on you. And the pro-Palestinian crowd who are also this group confronting him pro-trans. which makes no sense, I grant you. None whatsoever, but whatever. Again, these are not our rules. This is these weird leftists who are like, you got to like be in favor of every oppressed group. And even if they, you know, what the one wants to kill the other half, they get in Scott Weiner's face to the point where I almost felt bad for him. Even I almost felt bad for him. And then I remembered, stop, stop, stop, snap out of it. Scott Weiner. Here's how that went. Scott, I think your legislation on trans on trans issues and your legislation specifically protecting queers on sex offender registry is fantastic. The genocide in Gaza, and I think your policy on the genocide in Gaza is terrible. I think you do not belong here. I think you do not belong here. You do not belong here, Scott, anymore. It sucks because you've been wonderful. You've been wonderful for trans people. And you've been terrible. And you've been terrible. You've been terrible. You've been terrible on Gaza. It breaks my heart that someone who wrote good legislation for queers is so fucking.

terrible on Gaza. Scott, do you have anything to say? Do you have anything to say about Gaza? Say something. Redeem yourself. Do something. Scott, I want to like the person who had such good legislation on trans rights. You're a piece of shit. We fucking hate. Scott, how could you betray queers? How could you repress people? You stopped The moment you started supporting Israel, you piece of shit. Stu, what do we make of poor Scott Weiner? It's funny because I had seen that video but hadn't heard all of it. And it's incredible. It's like this weird combination of compliments. as at the same time. You've been wonderful! You've done great thing for our community! I love the legislation! It's a really weird approach. In some ways, I really feel kind of bad laughing at it in that... You know, these people are horrible that are around him. Absolutely horrible, horrible people who are doing this to this guy who, as I'm with you, I do not appreciate him or his politics or anything that he does. You know, and it's just funny to hear them kind of compliment. It's like, your legislation is great. Your abs are wonderful. I can see that you really work out on a regular basis. Your style is quite nice. I like the tie you wore when you were shirtless. It's a very weird approach. It's very true. He's working himself up into a lather, and it seems to me the guy yelling at him, which we believe is named Dimitri Yakoshkin, who goes by he, they, or whatever pronoun upsets you the most, is like... playing to the crowd. You know, it's like as he gets snaps for being mean to Weiner on the Palestine thing, he leans in, like he uses that same energy. to like attack him on the Palestine thing. But yeah, he's got to point out he's been. So it is a question for somebody like that. Like what's your highest prong on your woke ladder? Is it Palestine or is it gay and trans? Because let's be honest, those two things don't, they don't work together no matter, no matter where you are in the world. You can't really be super pro Palestine and super pro gay. You kind of have to choose because everybody knows what's done to gays. over in Palestine. It doesn't end well for them. So for this particular he slash they or whatever pronoun upsets us, I guess he's ranked Israel Palestine over his he-theyness because

you know, his he-theyness would result in him getting shoved off a building over there. So it's a tough situation. And the reason he's mad at Weiner is because Weiner said he didn't think that Israel was committing a genocide in Palestine and then got booed at an event. And literally like that same day, it was after a debate in January, he put out a statement claiming Israel. Is committing a genocide? Okay, wait, we have the SOT where he first disagreed before he then reversed himself. Watch. Is Israel committing genocide in Gaza? And literally, like, right after he puts out the following statement. For those of you who saw the debate clip, I want to clarify that I do believe Israel has committed genocide in Gaza. To me, the Israeli government has tried to destroy Gaza and to push Palestinians out. And that qualifies as genocide. Enter his leftist, progressive opponent, the one Nancy Pelosi backed, whose last name is Chan. And she responded, people getting killed didn't move him, but booze at a forum did. This is about politics, not principle. He's going to have a tough, this is a tough line to ho, Stu Berggear. Very tough line. Yeah. And, you know, certainly there's going to be a lot of enjoyment and watching a squirm, watching him squirm on that line over and over and over and over again. Because, you know, he has no idea what to even do here. And that's the thing. I think what people on the left don't really realize is that there's no limit here. There's no limit to, you'll never be woke enough, if you will, for some of these people. And, you know, when you look at that sort of problem that I think any rational person would have when you're trying to square the idea of being pro-Gaza and pro-Palestinian, and, you know, honestly, quite honestly, would these people pro-Hamas, right? When you're talking about that type of approach and trying to square that with being, you know, pro-LGB, the idea that they're going to him and saying, oh, gosh, you know. You didn't stand up for queers. How can you be for, you know, not be a pro-Palestinian enough? Again. None of that makes any sense, but that is the point. The point is none of it has to make sense. It has nothing to do with logical reasoning. I think a lot of times conservatives, we get ourselves in trouble trying to have logical conversations and rational reasoning with people like this. That's not what they're here for. They're here to destroy. When you're talking about the people that will go up to a guy who's been going to every trans parade since 2004.

He's been going to. Everything. Every single one of these things. He's like the heart of the trans movement, this dude. Yes, he is. And the fact that he has been out there doing this, he's gone this far. And still his... He had to leave because he was scared, I mean, in his own words, for his own physical safety and the safety of his staff. After all that he's done to please, to pander, to go down every direction that the left wanted, he's still going to get this. And I hope there's a lesson to be learned for if there are any regular Democrats left in politics to understand what this is. These people will come for you. It's not just us. Yeah, sure, we're first. line, but they will come for you too. Yep. Totally. And if you're not okay, if you're not with them entirely on this new issue, he thought he had pandered, all one can pander on their signature issue in San Francisco. And he found out the hard way there's a new signature issue. And if you are running for office as a Democrat, you have to be against Israel. I mean, you do. You must be. Or you get the Scott Weiner treatment. Look what happened to him when he went to the parade. You know, Jews wrapping up with a bang, Stu Berger. They saved all their most outlandish pride parades until the end of the month for some reason, because we've got tape out of New York City that's also abhorrent. But here is out in San Francisco, the pride parade, and look what happened to him there. Got chased out.

I'm sorry, this is at a restaurant. You only know what it is. We didn't get to genocide. You think you're going to come to my neighborhood, bro? You fucked up. You fucked up. It's going to be a problem. There's innocent children being killed in Palestine. You're going to come here like it's good. What you put in that genocidal agenda as a Zionist, bro? Freak Palestine. Say free Palestine right now on camera, dog. Hey, 2026. I don't need to talk about none of that shit. I'm talking to him. It's a mission this shit. You should be a saying. You have no saying come to my community. This is a mission district, homie. You would have a problem with Palestine, bro. Okay, so Rich Lowry wrote a great piece on this, that it's on NR that reads, is Scott Wiener still queer? Because the one guy's like, you're not queer anymore unless you support Palestine. And he writes this. He's been subjected to the worst struggle session style public humiliations since those of Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey in the wake of the death of George Floyd. Weiner, who has been accosted at a bar. That's the film we just saw and at a trans march, doesn't respond to the harassment. Instead, he stays silent and looks at his assailants with sad eyes. That's right. But he writes as follows. Wiener clearly knows that his interlocutors are lunatics, but realizes he can't make a wrong move or say the wrong thing in reply lest he put his career at... risk because now the issue of Gaza has taken a place at the ideological core of the left and he does not know how to handle it still. Yeah, I mean, he was right on the issue of the day every other time in his career. And he celebrated other people, I'm sure, that were, you know, dealt with dismissively or worse when they had the wrong opinion on whether it was trans issues or gay issues or whatever the issue of the day was a few months ago. Now that Israel's the issue of the day. And again, what did he do? He, he. He didn't, you know, his approach to all of these incidents is just standing there with the, as Rich Lowry writes with puppy dog eyes, which is a great example. It is what he does there. And he's terrified to do anything wrong. But all of this started with him sitting there as well with just sad puppy dog eyes, not putting up a sign accusing Israel of genocide. So, you know, all of this is sort of like. It's going to build upon itself. And you can tell that these words don't really mean anything. It's about the anger. It's about the movement. You know, like when he's saying you're not queer anymore, well, does word queer have a definition?

I mean, because from everything I've ever understood about it, it had nothing to do with what your position on Israel is. That's a totally different topic that has other words that are descriptive. We have a language that uses words to describe certain events. Queer was not had anything to do with what was going on in Israel, but they just use these terms and basically what it means is bad, right? You're bad. You're a bad person. Let me, let me. Let me answer that because Rich gets into that too. It wasn't the guy in the bar that yelled at them. It was somebody at the pride parade. And they yelled, you stopped being queer the moment you started supporting Israel, you piece of shit. And this is what Rich posits. Wieners tormentors surely conceive of queerness as a revolt against an oppressive order. I think that's right. And think of Hamas in the same way. In this scheme. Israel is Western, white, and settler colonialist making it as bad as the gender binary. So for them, it's not about, it's not actually about. the genocide being committed in Gaza. It's about the races of the various participants in the Middle East and the fact that he's a white man and he's siding with white people in Israel over the poor oppressed Palestinian. It's not, it has nothing to do so much with what Israel's actually doing. You know, it's like those people who are on 10-8 were declaring it a genocide. It's like, wait a minute. They barely started defending themselves. And it's already a genocide. And we're celebrating the taking of Israeli hostages. Like those people had a different agenda. Saw the whole conflict through a racial lens. And they're back. And they're holding receipts on Scott Wiener, who has exactly the same worldview on every issue other than this one. So it's wonderful. I love watching. him have to face the consequences of his weird, disgusting, ugly, pernicious worldview. I mean, it's always entertaining when the left eats its own. And they will continue to do this. You know, I mean, it's like... There is a momentum, I think, in the party, generally speaking. There's a, you know, the Hamas wing of the party, if you will, that is growing and growing and growing in its intensity. You know, going to an event on 10-8, the day after the massacre started and accusing them of genocide is completely insane, but it is a nice way to get a Zohran Mamdani endorsement. It's certainly a nice way to right now to play into the actual energy. in the party, which turns from time to time. I mean, I've been doing this, you know, long enough, Megan, to remember when the attack on the right was that we were all anti-Semites.

Where that's all gone now. And all the people that were supporting that those types of attacks are now on the wrong side of them because they won't say, they won't deal in the world of compelled speech, which by the way is completely unconstitutional to say free Palestine when you're at a coffee shop. This is crazy. That moment is like so reminiscent of the BLMers, right? Like say it. Lift your fist and say it. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. And, you know, he wasn't going to do it. He wasn't going to go that far. He was just still with the sad eyes campaign. But you're right. I mean, this is, that's what's so satisfying about it, frankly, is we were all subjected to this back in 2020 on the race thing. And now he's getting subjected to it. Notwithstanding all of his far left wing bona fides, he couldn't save himself. The mob eventually turned on him too. Yeah, I think his best answer to this right now is to just say in all of these incidents, incidents around that we've been watching is that he had his AirPods in and was listening to music and didn't hear. That's why he just kept staring blankly at them. I don't know what else he can do. There's no way to win. Yeah, there's no way to win with these people because they are here to destroy. But he's begging. Oh, yeah. We listen to what he said. He put out a statement. Listen to the begging. Okay, it's like, but I'm woke. I'm woke. Look at all the stuff I've done. I'll just give you a few highlights. Last night, I attended a trans march, as I've done each year for the past 22 years since the first March in 2004. I attend each year in solidarity with our trans siblings who are facing existential threats from right-wing extremists, including the president. He's hitting it all. Right-wing extremists. The president is bad. I've been going for 22 years. Trans-siblings. Say it all. He's like, I can pander with the best of them. Don't turn on me. As I walk through. Dolores Park to participate in a transled Pride Shabbat service in connection with the trans march. A group of people began screaming at me, ran up to me, surrounded me, began harassing me verbally, physically, including physical contact. They made statements about my Israeli handlers among many other inaccurate, extreme and vile statements, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I have no objection to anyone disagreeing with me, blah, blah, blah. When oppression and disagreement translate to harassment, including cornering me, touching me, or trying to physically bully me out at a public event, that crosses a line. So he's got to let you know. Like. I am a leader in this movement in the woe. I can outwoke anybody. Go turn your ire on somebody else. There's, you know, there's lots of people you could target besides me. I've been an ally, is basically what he's saying. And they are not having it. And by the way, here's one of the things, Stu, he when a coffee shop called Phil's, P-H-I-L-Z in San Francisco decided to stop.

showing pride flags in their store, they decided that they wanted to create a, quote, more consistent, inclusive experience. Like, for the heteros, and they didn't want the pride flag everywhere. Did Scott Wiener say, I get it, let's be tolerant. Let's allow everybody to express. No, look at him. He showed up there after he had successfully bullied them into reversing the decision. And this is what he looked like. Sat 9. Phil's just announced that the pride flags are going back into Phil's locations. This is a huge win for the community. It's amazing. And it's a huge thanks to all of the Phil's baristas who advocated and he fought for our community. Thank you. He's waving a pride flag. He was wearing a pride boa. He's wrapped in a pride umbrella. I appreciate it. Thank you. Standing in front of. the establishment interacting with the customers going in he's he's fine fine with confrontational advocacy as long as he's not on the receiving end of it still right you know i would legitimately have some sympathy for him because nobody should be treated the way he was treated at that park. That should not happen to people in the United States of America. It's just hard to have any sympathy for a guy when he's been on the other side of this over and over and over again. If he was one of the people who were saying something like, hey, look, we all have different views. If a private business in a free society decides that they don't want to hang up a certain color flag, like, hey, look, you can choose whether to go there or not. You don't have to go there. You can go to another place that has the flags up. If you're looking for a particular gay coffee, you can do that. I mean, I kind of think of, you know, coffee is not really having a sexual orientation, but whatever. That's what you, if you really want a gay Danish, you can go find it somewhere in the city. I am sure of it. Just like, if he had that approach, I'd have a lot more sympathy for him. But he's just finding himself the victim of something that he has encouraged. over the past 20 years. And that doesn't make what happened to him right, but it does make it a little bit more difficult to, you know, I got a lot of things I got to worry about in my life, Megan. I've got kids who are growing up. We've all got bills to pay. We've got family issues to deal with. There's only so many things I can care about on a day-to-day basis, and it's really hard to get worked up over Scott Weiner getting yelled at. Yeah, it really is, especially because he's never seen a child. He doesn't want to help trans. I mean, he is fine with genital mutilation, the life-changing events that happen to minors when they make this decision, in air quotes, because they can't possibly, to sterilize themselves and eliminate all sexual pleasure before they've even hit puberty, which is what happens when you go from puberty blockers to cross sex hormones, which he knows. He knows very well. He doesn't. care. It's very hard to see him as anything other than a villain. Not for in-your-face confrontations, but, you know, live by the sword. Like, it's not that women can't be empowered and fierce and all the great things. It's just not forcing it on us in the form of like supergirl. This woman looks, if she's five foot, it's a lot. Online, they say she's five, five, five, challenge. If she's five, one, it's a miracle. She's very... weirdly small and they want us to believe she's this fierce super no she was in game of thrones she was very weird looking and she created problems for herself okay first she was in game of thrones and surely there after she gave a vanity fair interview And she said that experience definitely made me aware that simply existing as a woman in that space is something that people comment on. We've become very comfortable having this weird ownership of women's bodies. I can't really stop them. I can only be myself. Okay, you're in light porn. Game of Thrones is light. It's soft porn. Who does she think she's kidding? I don't remember her being naked, but literally almost every other woman was full frontal nudity and sex scenes that you couldn't get away with showing on Cinemax these days, but somehow they aired on HBO. Then she goes on and she gets upset because there has been some pushback against her talking about sexism and superheroes. People don't want to hear it. And she said something like, okay, people got so angry. I was like, you're just proving my point. You're proving my point. She added she was happy to have pissed off the right people, including those who identify as a Christian and a dad. She said, quote, and it's from a lot of people whose profiles have no photo who are burner accounts or someone's name and then dad of four Christian, which is hilarious to me. Here's one more sampling of how she sounds while she's giving these interviews, SOT 37.

I have many queer friends. So honestly, I'm kind of honored. I'm honored that that's happening. But I think because she doesn't live inside the binary of what we think a woman should be, that is what makes her so special and so exciting and so new. So now the movie is tanking. They expected, they said that they thought it would open at 50 million. It's opening weekend, which they said was already a disappointment. And it didn't even get there. It was 38 million. The movie cost $170 million to make. It got a B minus grade in cinema score. It got a rotten rating from review aggregation over at Rotten Tomatoes. And so neither the critics liked it nor... The audience liked it, and she's taken a beating, and it's not pulling in money. So you tell me why you think this is all happening. She said, oh, well, this is hilarious that I'm having to deal with. Well, this is hilarious to us, like watching this movie flop like this is really what's hilarious, because... You know, she, you don't need to go down these roads. You don't need to go down these roads. The movie cost $178 million or whatever it was to make. Remember, too, that's always going to be split with the theaters. To just earn that back, you'd need to make a $350 plus million. That doesn't include the marketing, which they dumped on top of this as well, tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars in marketing. This movie is going to be an absolute catastrophe. 50 million would have already been a catastrophe. And like as much as I want it to be solely about how annoying she is, right? Like, and how she's going out there and saying all these things. I do think that's a big part of it. But it's also just, like, we're a merit-based society at some level. It's hard for us to shake that. I think the left really wants us to shake it. I think that is what, you know, kind of ties all these conversations we've had today together in that, like, you know, Scott Weiner is trying to make a merit-based argument. I've been super, super woke. You should give me a pass on this stuff. But that's not what it's about. The left doesn't believe in merit. They believe that you should go see this movie because she's a woman, right? That's not how people make decisions. about their entertainment. You know, there are movies where women absolutely kick ass and are great, right? Zero Dark 30. Zero Dark 30 is an awesome example of that. Like, that is a great movie. Another one that I love from the past 10 to 15 years, I remember what year it came out, is a movie called Atomic Blonde, where she is absolutely kicking everybody. She's a spy. It's not a superhero movie, but in a way it kind of is, right? She's doing things that are... over the top that, you know, a tiny woman with her strength would probably not be able to do just kicking everybody, you know, 300 pound guy's butts all over the place. But it's entertaining in a really well done movie. And even if she came out during the press for that movie, like, and was talking about things that were woke, it still would probably be a good movie. You know, Supergirl, if it was, I mean, Wicked was like this, right? There's some of this woke stuff around Wicked.

I have no interest and did not see Wicked, to be clear, but it still did a lot of money at the box office. You can overcome these things if you put out a good product, but often a lot of times it's like an excuse. Hey, we have this really crappy movie with a really crappy script, with an actress that people don't really like, and it's failed. So how do we blame... The audience for that. We're not going to take any responsibility ourselves. Let's blame the average people, just like in the Haitian situation we were just talking about. Let's blame them. They're racist. It's the same story. Let me give you this. New York Times, box office analyst note on Sunday, female-led superhero movies have been rejected almost uniformly over the past five years or so, perhaps reflecting a resurgent misogyny among the core fan base, which is largely male. So now the people who like superhero movies are misogynists if they reject the weird short girl with a very strange look as their latest girl boss. And not something like this. Listen to South 35. This is her. You heard from the fans, specifically from the LGBT community, about how they've been able to relate to your character. I've just had a few people ask me about her and about her because it's Pride Month and all that. And I think that she's a really great representation of what... A modern woman can be, she can be strong, she can be tough, she can be messy. And I love how this film doesn't centre around any sort of love, you know, it doesn't centre around romance or anything like that at all. And she is such resilience that I think that that community is a community that is so, so resilient. And they can really relate to that in that. And I'm really honoured that they can connect to her. Okay. So you can't center around a love relationship, Stu, because that would be offensive. And obviously disempowering. If you are in a love relationship with a man as a woman, it's disempowering to your superhero narrative. F that. Virtually every woman on earth who's straight would love to connect with a man, form a love relationship and be buoyed up by it, not diminished, which is a Hollywood weird, woke message. Yeah, I mean, it's very human, right? What you're describing is the human experience for almost everyone who's ever lived, right? That's supposed to be pretty understandable. And like, when you look at something like this, right? Supergirl is not a core character in these worlds. I mean, I'm not a superhero movie fan, but like this is not Batman or, you know, Superman or, you know, these are not, like, Supergirl was always sort of a side, a side character to act as, even remember that. Yeah, I kind of remember. I kind of maybe remember the. Wonder Woman, yes. Wonder Woman, yes, right? And Wonder Woman did hundreds of millions of dollars. You know, it's just like the left in Hollywood wants this sort of God-given

right to be able to churn out crappy superhero movies and collect hundreds of millions of dollars at a whim. Like, I'm sorry. We're stuck giving our money to the government every April. We're stuck doing that. Unfortunately, it's legally required. As of this moment, it is not legally required for me to see your slop that you're just churning out year after year after year. They wound up lucking into this decade and a half run where they could basically put a cape on air. anything and just collect nine figures. It's over. It's over. Put some effort into it. Make good movies, which again, I didn't see the Superman movie that they just released, got decent reviews. People seemed to have liked it. And again, they collected hundreds of millions of dollars. Put the most minor amount of effort into it. And I don't know. Maybe have a conversation before the contract is signed and say, look. We want to hire you for this movie. However, if you can't just get through the press junket without turning into Scott Weiner... You know, just, just give us that promise as a business person. Yes. If we want this to be successful, I'd love to, you know, I'm sure. I'm sure the studio would have loved to make five Supergirl movies. I'm sure they would have loved to just cash in over and over and over again. And all they, you know, if they put a good movie together and in addition to that, because that's an important component, and have a people who's just not going to offend half the audience by being insane, you know, this is a pretty good business. Listen to SOT 36. One more. There's been a lot of discussion online about Cara's queerness in the comics. Was that something that you explored when you were preparing for the wrong? It wasn't, but in honor of Pride Months, as I'm getting all these questions. I don't know. I think that what makes this film so beautiful is that it's not centered around a man. It's not centered around love it. If anything. But we'll see. I don't really, I don't really. I don't know, but I don't know. I don't know. It's great. She'd probably go both ways. She'd probably go both ways. She's got to let us know that her character's queer. And by the way, if you want to make young men love it, pick somebody who's really hot and into men. And is telegraphing to the audience like, I like you. I don't hate your guts as opposed to this woman who's like, thank God it's not centered on a man. And I bet you she's queer. Yeah, I mean that. It would be really, these are not like, you know, rocket science level discussions here. You're trying to mass market to a group of people. I mean, comic book movies, superhero movies, you have a largely male audience. If you're going to put someone in there, you know, someone that, forget the word attractive when we're talking about sexuality, just someone who attracts them, right? Someone who is playing into the things that they're interested in. That's all you have to do. The bar is really, really low for that.

this stuff. But, you know, as we've seen with Hollywood over the, over the years, they try to go under it every given opportunity and bash their head into the bar. There's no reason to do that. Make it easy on yourselves. You look at Gal Godot. Yes, okay, I think men are going to like that. And they did. You look at this strange little person with the weird teeth. It's like, and then she's out there lecturing them on how she hates male-centered relationships and this character may be queer and a girl boss. What did they think was going to happen?
