The talks marked the start of a 60-day diplomatic process that seeks to reach a permanent deal to end the Iran war. The United States in Iran also agreed to establish a high-level committee to oversee a roadmap for a final deal within 60 days. Now, mediators say they have agreed to set up what they're calling a deconfliction cell with Lebanon to help prevent military operations there. But Israel insists that it will not withdraw it.
