If this was 50 years ago, these cameras, America might have legitimately said, you know what, could invade my privacy, but it's worth it to keep us safe. Go ahead and do it. But not in the present division and lack of trust that exists in this country. This is going to be a... A hard one to sell moving forward. Mangione may plead guilty today. What does that mean? And really, as an American, because let's face it, what this entire republic and experiment is about is life, liberty, and a pursuit of happiness. the sanctity and sacredness of life, liberty, those things that come from God that man will protect and my pursuit for happiness, no matter what it is, including my inability to achieve it, but the pursuit of it. And so nothing defines me more than the issue of life. And to watch this week, and I have, it's Friday now, and I have not made a mention of it since Wednesday, because I don't trust myself, quite frankly. I can get so angry. But to watch a governor in Massachusetts surrounded by legislators, and by the way, when you see a governor surrounded by state legislators like that, they represent districts, and those districts represent people. So that's like having virtually the entire population of Massachusetts behind her cheering. As she's signing into law, abortion all the way up till birth. Don't tell me this is reproductive rights. Don't tell me this is respecting a woman's body. And don't insult me and tell me this is love. Massachusetts signing into law, abortion up till birth. Our senior contributor, David Zanadi is here with what I think is the darkest moment in our fight for life in America, ever. Good morning, Michael. I appreciate your thoughts and your understandings. I want to start with the other side for just a second. And that's that this is not the first time we've been through this fight since the fall of Roe, which everyone thought was something to be celebrated. And be quite honest, with the pro-life leaders around the country, particularly those located in Washington, D.C., and upon highly positioned organizations, were taken by surprise.

that in the 50 years of row, Planned Parenthood became an industry. And manage to create an amazing network of funding, friends, sources, government dollars to create programs inside themselves that lock themselves at estate budgets. And then to create a legal division that is just, while it is independent in regards to incorporation, it does all of their bidding. It's spending a million dollars a week at the Center for Reproductive Rights, basically securing these laws. We've been through this before. The Massachusetts law is just the last sentence in the amendment debate that was lost in Ohio in 2023 because the language in Ohio is even worse. This is the kind of language that we fought and were able to defeat in Florida. All right. What's the good news? The good news is women don't have to have abortions. The law doesn't make you have an abortion. The law simply makes the people standing around the governor and spending millions and millions of dollars every week to demean motherhood and the very nature of what it means to be human. In essence, they're like the death eaters that J.K. Rowling wrote about in Harry Potter. It makes the death eaters as happy as all get out, but nobody has to have an abortion. It does kind of highlight, you know, everybody acts like, well, there's abortion up to birth. Nobody has third term abort. Hello, if they didn't, why would you need this law? It does happen. Or it isn't the plan for it to happen, right? Yeah, and will. Something you said earlier about... the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and everybody thinking that was a huge life victory and those that were in the life fight, were they focused so much on the political advantage that the fight gave them, that they don't realize where the fight moved to, and thus they're caught? I mean, where were all of them? when all this was happening and leading up to this in Massachusetts. Yeah, we got caught. Well, we talked earlier, and we talked about this on the Public Square this week, about how in the art of applied political science, people tend to forget a very simple lesson that often the battle that's fought this year is based upon how the team lost last year, and they've changed their strategy now to not get beat that way again, and then the opponent changes strategies, and then they still get beat. We were unaware of the shifting of what was happening in abortion. One of the reasons I can tell you that with certainty, we were operating on 50-year-old facts because it was such a rut. There was nothing that we could do after we tink it around all the edges and the state levels with getting small measures passed that could stand the court muster, the Supreme Court's muster. We ended up losing touch with reality. So we ended up so overwhelmed by the data that was missing.

2003, we created a publication called Abortion in America where we took all of our research and basically put it on a website and put it in a print document to say, please, here's what we've learned. And one of the things that we've learned that shocks people is that 60% of the women having abortions in America today are already mothers. They haven't are raising children. It's not a question that they don't know this as a baby. They have babies. What we're dealing with is a situation where people have chosen that abortion is their only option. And there's not a successful network of support to help them get out of that trap. That's the problem. Now, 40% that's a viable option. So I'm not suggesting that doing ultrasounds and anything is different. But if you talk to folks that are at crisis pregnancy center levels, they'll tell you that one of the greatest problems that they have is trying to help people who. already know this as a child. They have children is to not abort the child because of a fear of economics or future college or career projections or they're just overwhelmed with life. There's no support network. They, um, they used well probably the greatest deception of all was the its choice the issue's choice no the issue is life and when life begins and is it sacred uh then they kind of shifted to the bill clinton era hillary clinton era of abortion should be safe it's never it's not always safe for the mother number one and the proclivities to infertility and or breast cancer there's a lot of medical risks but so it's not really safe for the mother and the baby dies every time should be safe legal and at the time it was legal and rare and then you would always ask yourself why does it need to be rare if there's nothing wrong with it And I used to always say the problem for America, when it looks in the mirror, it has to ask itself, is life sacred? Is their life sacred? Is others lives sacred? Do they have rights to life, liberty, and a pursuit of happiness that you're denying? The reality is we have abortion when a baby's not wanted. And nobody even addresses, is it sacred? Is it a life? And does it have rights? It's a matter of convenience. Boy, they prove this in Massachusetts. Here's what scares me, David. We live in the divided states of America. Just as red states will be capitalistic and blue states will be socialistic. Are we going to have red states that are life oriented and blue states that are death oriented? And either way, how can a house divided like this? stand. Well, and it won't stand. Now, the question is how will it fall and it may well fall under its own weight. Michael, I want to bring up one other thing that came in this most recent run around with Massachusetts. We were looking at the Center for Reproductive Rights. Now, this is the connected network. If you go on the Center for Reproductive Rights and just look at their trustees and their key staff, you will basically find the network that ran.

the Biden administration. You'll basically find all of the links and all of the fellow travelers that connect into the progressive socialist technocrats of America. That's what you've got. But their lead, and I hope that they're listening because they'll take this down. So I screenshot it. I sent it to you. When you go to their website and their landing page says, does your state love you or love you not? In other words, they're telling people if you have unlimited abortion for any reason through all nine months of pregnancy to the very day when the child is ready to be delivered, that's love. And if you don't, it's not. Now, that's some kind of serious twisted head trip going on right there. Greater love is no man than this and they kill an innocent baby. Motherhood used to be the final redeeming virtue that we repaired to in this country. It is life's darkest hour in Massachusetts this week. I know that sounds dramatic, but I, well, my daughters. They were twins. They thought they were mono amniotic. They weren't. But eventually they were a single placentist. So Anna was getting all the nutrition and Alex wasn't and finally got to a point where they had to come out or Alex would have died. And they were premature. I mean, I could hold my daughters in my hand. That's how small they were. But about three feet away from them was another baby that was born at, I believe it was 19 weeks. This thing was so tiny that they made, they took two popsicle sticks and made like a cross. And that's what the baby was on. The long one went behind the back and then the arms. And believe it or not, there were IVs and tubes going into this small child. Make a long story short, you got about an 80% chance of surviving at 18 weeks now. So this is long after survival rate. And how America can look in its eye, look itself in the mirror and not see this as murder is beyond me. We'll have more with David here coming up in a few minutes. I think I might have secured the Secretary of State as well. All right. President Trump headed to New York State today. You know, there's one thing. I know everything goes through a political lens, and I can't help it, you can't help it. But the truth of the matter is, homicides are down dramatically and in a lot of places where they weren't are places that didn't necessarily vote for the president. And you would think we could put partisan politics aside and celebrate public safety and life. So the president's going to tout the right thing, but is anybody in that state interested in hearing it from him? Well, I think that, you know, certainly, obviously this is a big state. They've got a big election coming up for governor. Kathy Hochul is running for re-election. She's a Democrat. She's running against Bruce Blakeman. And the president is friendly with Bruce Blakeman. And that's the reason for this trip up to New York today. It will also be a fundraiser for him. And as it relates to that race, Kathy Hochul does have an advantage. It is a blue state. Let's face it.

But it's getting closer in terms of what we're saying in terms of the polling. So the president hopes that his visit to New York State, his original home state brings some luck and also moves the polls in Bruce Blakeman's direction. Well, I said this last time. It was a close call for her in 2022. And the polling suggests it's going to be another close one. And if Donald Trump is having the influence he's having, and I don't think she wants to have Zohran Mamdani campaigning for her or anybody else that's out there, Hasan Piker or anybody else, it would seem to be a wise move to make. This would be crazy if New York ended up with a red governor, wouldn't it? Well, not so crazy. You know, keep in mind going back to the 90s, you had George Pataki, who is a Republican, elected twice as governor of New York State. So it's happened, but not in recent memory. And you mentioned really some of the mine fields that Kathy Hochul has to maneuver through, one of them being the New York City mayor, another one being Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. You know, she has to figure out a way in which to... the guide this pathway in which she can present herself as a moderate or centrist Democrat and not in any way upset those on the far left of her party in New York State. Well, rural New York, upstate New York, of course, can go very red. You have to dominate in the major cities, especially Manhattan and New York City. And if you are far left, Kathy Hochul has had to walk that fence, as you said, because after all, Most of the things that Mom Donny's envisioning are unaffordable. And the only way he can legally do, especially the tax increases, is with the governor's support. She's kind of walked that fence. So I'm not certain that the far left is that excited about her right now. So that could make this battle very, very close. I mean, you can break it down by districts and see that this is, and again, we're talking at a time where only 28% trust polls. And so we're suggesting this race is closed based on polls that nobody trusts. And if they're inaccurate, she could be in worse shape than she even thinks. So some pretty important campaigning for the president in New York. I know you're missing this trip, right? I am not going to be on this trip. You know, I'm going to be with the president next weekend. We have that IndyCar racing event that's happening in the nation's capital. I'm in the pool on Sunday when that race takes place. And next week, if you did not know this, I will tell you. And if you did know this, I'll remind you, I'm going to be in Anchorage, Alaska. And that's for work. There's a very competitive Senate race going on there that I'm going to. head out to Alaska to cover. And there's a primary that's happening in Alaska on Tuesday as well. Well, we're on in Anchorage, Alaska, so we'd be more than happy to have you. I don't know what time it'll be there. It's a four-hour time difference. The cost of COVID was... lack loss of trust and and you can lose it in an event like this getting it back can take generations this was a political weapon just like global warming was a political weapon and this is the main operative with a conflict of interest he stood to gain on the RNA technology as well as he stood to gain as being involved with the gain of function research at the very lab where it leaked. But mostly he misled the American people on purpose. He misled Congress on purpose. He misled governors on purpose. And he misled the president on purpose. This is an operative and this is a political weapon that must be disarmed or it'll be used again. But don't you love the Atlantic making it just a MAGA obsession? Well, sure. Whatever you can get away with, right? Yeah, and you know, why doesn't the Atlantic care? Well, I was talking to Dr. Allen about this the other day. He's suggesting that we create another radio program titled Reading the Atlantic. He said, because it's so fascinating. He said, now they have good writers. He said, so they would make for good interviews. He said, it'd be quite interesting. A lot of people are catching on now. They understand that Atlantic and Axios, the two A's, are pretty much leading the philosophical framing of the progressive left and to a certain degree.

Associated Press, as you remember from your radio career and your dad's radio career, used to be the wire service that we all trusted as just the facts. All right? It was the Dragnet Radio, right? There it is. Just the facts. Not anymore. Because the Associated Press is completely dominated by the ideological influence of the foundations that are keeping it afloat. So that's the world in which we live. That's the matrix of how it all comes down to. But so, of course, it is essential that they tell everybody that what we're really dealing with here is a situation where just Trump supporters hate Anthony Fauci. But that's kind of a lie. Because Trump stood there with Anthony Fauci, took Anthony Fauci's advice. And while you and I were screaming at our radios and television sets, they went ahead and put America on shutdown based on Anthony Fauci pulling the president into a room showing him a set of numbers that were completely bogus and then saying if you don't shut the country down and you try to open things back up by Easter, 2 million people will die. But knowing life- Everyone wants somebody to answer for that. Yeah, but well, or do they? I don't know. I mean, everybody loves a firm, immediate, immovable position. This is a social media outrage cycle, not even a news cycle anymore. So you had pro mask, anti-mask, pro-vax, anti-vax, pro-shelter in place, anti-shelter in place. So now that you find out that it was all a lie, every bit of it. And the diaries and now the phone. government phone to file. He proved it. He knew he was lying when he was lying. I guess if you were firm, immediate, and never given to thought when it was happening, are you going to be movable and thoughtful in finding out you were misled? The Atlantic may be right, is what I'm saying. Sure, sure they might be right. And credit to at least Rand Paul for trying to get to the bottom of it. The thing that I think that we've had the opportunity to capitalize on, if we can use it in that way, is to explain to people that COVID is the operating model for where the technocracy wants to go. If you love COVID, you'll love the socialist technocrats taking over America because that's what it'll look like because we all saw it. That's why the Atlantic's afraid. Because if that model continues to go out there and people continue to see what it really looks like. And we get further and further into the depths of this to realize people with such public trust, such resources were flat out lying through their teeth. That's not good for business if you're the Atlantic. I guess what I'm getting at is, will there be justice for Anthony Fauci? We'll have to wait. We've got Florida, Louisiana, investigated. Markets had expected the index, which measures prices received by producers for goods and services.
