I'm tired, as you know, anyone who heard my first two hours of listening to conservatives or nominal Republicans describe David Crowley as, quote, the moderate or the centrist or say other equally idiotic things like Wisconsin Democrats rejected socialism on Tuesday. Because neither one of those things are true. And state senator Andre Jacques joins me on the program. Andre is retiring. Andre is now the state director of Wisconsin. Catholic engagement, and we'll let you talk a little bit about that, Andre, if you don't mind. But you served with David Crowley. Everyone seems to forget this guy's got a legislative record, and it's wild. It's radical. Great to have you, Andre. I'm going to miss you, by the way, in the state senate. Thank you so much, Vicki. You know, it's always great to be back on the program. Yeah, I just want to disabuse anybody of the notion that somehow Crowley is anything other than every bit as liberal as Francesca Hong, he just, you know, he isn't saying the quiet part out loud like she is. I mean, his policies are just as dangerous, far left, liberal, socialist. And that's why it's just really important that, you know, people know the truth. He's not some mushy moderate. This is somebody that, you know, in the legislature, every single vote. And not this vote, but he was actively introducing and pushing for legislation. I mean, we're talking about tampons required to be in the men's public restroom throughout the state. Tampon Dave! Tampon Dave! Call him that! Tampon Crowley! Tampon Dave! Tampon Dave! We're talking about trans and kids. We're talking about he was on the original bill that switched the definition of woman to inseminated persons.

Yeah. We just had this whole thing in Massachusetts about how they're pushing that they changed to abortion up to birth. All these concerns about liberals wanting to have taxpayer subsidies for abortion, that probably helped write the bill. He was a co-author of doing the exact same thing in Wisconsin, stripping every single, every single one of our abortion restrictions, whether it's coercion abortion, informed consent, all of the things that I did to stop taxpayer subsidies of abortion. He was part of the legislation to try to overturn that. I mean... But the late-term abortion, he wants abortion till birth. He co. authored the bill. He helped write the bill. He, that, so in the, and the Democrats are going to attack Tiffany on the issue of abortion. Understand, David Crowley co-authored the bill that would have allowed an abortion of a nine-month-old fetus, barely pre-birth. So do not let this guy get away with claiming or any of these other idiot, lazy journalist types claim that he's some kind of mushy centrist. Wow, that is astonishing. I mean, do people know that? Does anyone know? How about the inseminated persons thing? We're bashing Tony Evers over that, Andre. That was David Crowley. David Crowley came up with that idea. Yeah. I mean, we are talking about, I mean, obviously a lot of us would like to have a stronger protection than 20 weeks, but David Crowley wanted to strip that off the book. I mean, David Crowley, okay, it's not just the social issues. It's the economic issues that'll hit the pocketbooks of every single Wisconsin family. Every hardworking Wisconsin family, he co-authored a bill to allow every single municipality in the state to impose their own sales tax. And every county, up to double that county sales tax they're collecting. We had the Department of Revenue do a fiscal estimate on the bill. It was going to be over a half billion dollars. He co-authored the bill with Chris Taylor to force, Plant Parenthood wrote this bill with him, to force pregnancy care centers to promote and provide abortion propaganda. Yeah, they're supposed- That's California Looney stuff. That's California First Amendment violation stuff. And David Crowley authored the bill. By the way, and the idiots in the state of Wisconsin put Chris Taylor on the Supreme Court. Well done.

They wanted the Catholic crisis pregnancy centers to tell women where and how to get abortions. That's what they thought was appropriate. They couldn't even let these little nonprofit that are barely scraping by crisis pregnancy centers to advertise for Planned Parenthood. It's astonishing. But that's David Crowley. That was David Crowley. And they're calling Tom Tiffany a MAGA extremist. If people let them get away with this, it will stick. No one will know this information. Well, and, you know, right now, people are trying to pretend that somehow... David Crowley stopped socialism. He's going to be Comrade Crowley when he gets into office. He has never once done anything to stop the massive leftward march. I mean, he admitted it. He was asked if he would implement any of Hong socialist policies. He said, to be honest with you, there's not a lot of policies we really differ from. And when he was asked, where did they differ? Well, Crowley supports taxpayer subsidies for data centers. That's it. That's where they differ. He didn't say, not, I don't want to abolish prisons. He didn't say, I don't want to defund police. He said, well, I disagree with her. I think we should have subsidies for data centers. That nobody wants, by the way. The only thing Francesca Hong got right in her entire campaign was a position on data centers, and that's where Carly disagrees with her. Well, and when Crowley dropped out of the race, everybody forgot some of the crazy positions that he staked out there. So this is just back in June when you had all these social crusaders on the whole idea of letting people out of the prisons as soon as they get in. And he promoted this idea that, and this is for being, anyone and everyone should be able to get their record expung after their release from prison. It's like, let's immediately try to whitewash that, you know, everybody's record. I mean, that that information shouldn't be available to people, no matter how serious the crime. I mean, violent felons, murderers, racist. He put no restriction on it. Everybody should be able to hide that information from the public. And we wonder what happens when we have people who are put in positions of trust because people don't have access to that information. Think about what that implies. You molested a child, but your records expunged, feel free to apply for a job as a daycare center operator or provider or a provider or a teacher. I mean, think about what that actually implies. But that was in, you said June. That was a position in June. June. Of this year, yeah. 2026. Just a few weeks ago. June. This is Dangerous Dave. This guy, well, Dangerous Dave. Comrade Crowley, Tampon Dave. It's amazing, though, that.

Our own people are buying into this, are saying, oh, socialism was defeated. Are you people on dope? No. The crazy lady in the green suit who wears men's ties and grabs a bullhorn and marches into a protest who hates Thanksgiving, that one person was defeated. Her positions were not. Her positions are popular among Democrats, and now the reformation of the radicals in the party has begun by the media in earnest. And he's getting away with free shots on goal right now claiming MAGA extremism. If you are for not subsidizing data centers, if you don't think violent rapist and felons should have their records expunge the moment they're done with their time, if you don't think we should subsidize solar arrays and net zero insanity, if you don't think we should. should abolish the police, have tampons in men's rooms, or trans kids, or have abortion until the ninth month, that's MAGA extremism. That's basically, you know, the functional definition of it. Well, and the reality is, I mean, we're talking about this caricature that was created with Francesca for them to somehow pretend. that he's something different when it's socialism with a smile. It's just, you know, again, using different words to achieve the exact same result. And that result is ruined for Wisconsin family. So here's the, you're exactly right. He voted against school choice. He voted and worked against public safety. He came to Madison begging for a bailout from Milwaukee County. Then he went ahead and jacked up property taxes anyways. I mean, he left the assembly at the same time that Hong joined it, but I don't think there's anything in their records that either would have done differently. So here's the thing. Thank you for bringing up school choice. Because the same lazy, quote-unquote, journalists that are ostensibly on the right are claiming he doesn't oppose school choice. But he does. But he actually does. The idea. Look at the record. Look at the vote. He is not attacking it because he realizes that the, you know, rhetorical value in pretending that he supports something that's very popular with people, but he's done any number of actions to undermine it directly. And those have been his actual positions. I mean, he just, I mean, he's taken the votes. Believe me, this is all, you can find all of these bills that I talked about. on the website, on the state legislative website. You can read verbatim, you know, where they're crossing out woman and putting inseminated persons. You can read the LRB analysis where they're talking about how fundamental right to abortion, you know, eliminate the state's 20-week ban. It's all there in black and white. I just looked up. This actually does pop up if you grok it. He voted multiple times against school choice, multiple times. And so did he, I don't know if he co-sponsored or co-authored, but every time he had an opportunity to vote to restrict school choice or end school choice.

He did so. That's what he did. So it's a lie. This is a fabrication. And yes, you're right. It's socialism with a smile. Instead of the crazy lady in the green suit with a bullhorn or walking around in the men's jacket with the tie on election day that made her look crazy. You got the guy in the nice crisp polo shirt and flat front pants. There's your difference. Instead of the person who looks like a bag lady at, you know, at farmer's market, he looks just like a spiffed up guy. He just looks like, okay, he got a haircut today and he's got the nice shirt on and that's it. You're reacting to fashion and not to reality. And our own, but the thing is, is that what makes me so worried and why I wanted to bring you on is having someone who has experienced this because you were in the legislature and you've been in the legislature for a long time. You can't let the redefinition go forward. You just can't do it. And one other thing, or actually two other things, Andre, one, on ICE. He said openly, Brandon, do we have the audio? On ICE, that he would get, he would not permit ICE to operate in Wisconsin. He said the most vulnerable people in Wisconsin are the illegal aliens. Here's the audio of that. Who's going to protect our most vulnerable populations and not be a part of a federal immigration agenda that Donald Trump has created? Oh, my gosh. You know? No, he actually co-authored a bill to do that as well. Back before ICE was talked about the same way that it is now, he actually co-authored a bill that would not allow for local law enforcement to do anything at all to assist ICE. Wow. I mean, this is Sanctuary City Day. It was the ban the police departments from using the 287G Memorandum of Understanding. I remember that bill. You're exactly right. It would have prohibited local law enforcement from assisting immigration. And by the way, that audio you just heard is very recent. It's from his gubernatorial campaign. It's from his gubernatorial campaign. Andre Jacques, I wish I could talk to you forever and ever and ever. But I do want to thank you for coming on the program today.
