Has a lot of people talking about what they're going to do. The surf is expected to be pretty gnarly. to some, and even dangerous. But do big surf and strong ripcourt warnings keep people out of the water? Coco's hurricane went to Mission Beach to find out. It sure looks like paradise on the boardwalk in Mission Beach. Okay, so they're telling us to be extremely cautious because the rip currents are going to be huge. I hope there's a lot of postage, a lot of signage out, so people are safe. Be aware of where they're at in the water. We're definitely anticipating higher wave set up to 8, 10 feet from up. We are prepared with sandbags if needed. I highly doubt that we're needing them.
