The floaties is what we call them for the grandkids. Okay, I can take all those off now. No more floaties. Holy mackerel. So that rain, from what I didn't understand, now I slept right through it. I was very lucky. I slept right through it. I don't know how in the world that happened. But from what I understand, the rains yesterday here in Middle Tennessee, torrential downpour. As a matter of fact, Riker is not impressed by literally anything. He's almost 13 years old. So nothing impresses him. But. He was like, when I saw him this morning at like 3 o'clock as he's taking a break from his gaming at 3 o'clock, he said, oh my gosh, that rain was incredible. And he just talked about how there was a river flowing through our backyard. I mean, the whole thing. So, yeah, apparently it was, it was insane. Well, I didn't hear it either. I'm a heavy, heavy sleeper. So, you know, when I was driving in, I noticed that the roads are still wet. I didn't see anything like tree damage, nothing like that. So normally you would see debris in the roadway. I didn't see any of that. So maybe it wasn't a high wind event, but more of a rain event. All right. So. If you want to talk about debris in the roadway, ask Sam how his ride-in was. Yeah, I heard. So Sam, and Sam's not talking to us right now because he's incredibly busy, but there is a massive tree in his front yard. Ooh. So as a matter of fact, he had apparently from what he tells me, he had to drive. through his backyard, I guess, onto his neighbor's driveway to get out. So he's got quite the, he's got quite the job when he comes, when he gets home. By the way, apparently Wally from Wally's Bean Machine. Yeah. Apparently now he's all in on the Fritz train because over there at the Wally's Bean Machine coffee. Oh, I saw that. The, what I get is the bold. Yes. And so the bold is now called the Monty. Yeah. So. Yeah. Man, the radio station is all in on Monty Fritz, boy, no pressure on your host here, who does remain, by the way, undecided. There is some... Marsha Blackburn News, Channel 5 is continuing their probe into Blackburn and the Senate ethics investigation. It looks like the Republicans, Joan, are taking another swing at the Save America Act. And they should. No, I agree. And they should. And so what they're going to do, I guess, is they're going to attach it.

to a short-term funding bill. So now we'll see what happens in the Senate because the hang-up has been, frankly, the Republicans in the Senate. So Lindsey Graham's sister, she is now in his spot in the Senate, right? So she'll vote for it, obviously, because Lindsey Graham was all for it. Mitch McConnell is nowhere to be found. So we're down one Republican senator, but he was voting against it. Remember that. He was voting against it. So we'll have to see ultimately what happens in the Senate with the Save America Act attached to this short-term spending bill. The question is, what will Thom Tillis, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski ultimately do? So we'll continue to cover that story for you. Lots going on. Let's get right to it. I'm not going to bore you with all of the very, very, very latest on what is going on in Iran. It does look like the headline this morning. Something about Donald Trump is ready for all-out war. And it looks like they're trying to fund an all-out war because Pete Hegseth was in a Senate Appropriations Committee meeting yesterday asking for an additional, I believe it's $68 billion. So apparently we have spent $38 billion. He's asking for another $68 billion, and that caused all kinds of ruckus in the Senate Appropriations Committee. And you know who is becoming, I don't know, a little side eye on this whole thing, Joan Jay Jones? Who's at? Senator John Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. I've got it. Yeah, I've got the video coming up here on Super Talk 997. So the president was asked about all of this yesterday talking about Iran. Mr. President, there are no signs that Iran is ready to stop fighting. So, so what is the plan? Is the plan to just keep bombing until they give up? There are no signs? What, do you know something that I don't know? Well, they continue to attack our allies and kill Americans. You don't know what the dialogue is behind the scenes that they want to meet desperately to try and end it because they're getting decimated. You don't get that when you listen to your fake station, but you don't know, you don't know anything. So talks are still possible? Do you know something I don't know? We'll tell us? I will tell you. They want to desperately meet. And until they're ready to meet in a meaningful way, we have no interest in even. So that is President Trump, somewhat belittling that reporter. And, hey, Joan. Yeah. Did you hear that soundbite? I did. What do you think about that soundbite? About President Trump? About President Trump belittling the reporter. He didn't belittle the reporter. He, I guess he did. Okay. Let's be honest. He belittled the reporter. Here's where I'm going with this. Okay. Is that I believe that she's asking a legit question. I think that she is asking a legit question, what are we going to do? Are we going to? And it's not a, you know, I hate Trump or she hates Donald Trump. you know, standpoint or viewpoint, it's what is the plan? I mean, from a journalistic standpoint, that is a legit question. So now, I don't like ABC. Are they still our affiliate?

We're still their affiliate, ABC? Yes. Well, I still don't like ABC. Clearly, Donald Trump does not like ABC. But, you know, the reality is the president is right. And that is that the Iranians, they're not negotiating in good faith. That is clear. So I do find it interesting, and I've said this before, that the president, he does keep saying that Iran wants a deal badly because, you know, they can come back to the table anytime they want. But they don't. So clearly what's happening is that they're just trying to wait out the president. That's why the president is saying, no, we are more than willing to wait this out and just keep bombing. And that's where the $68 billion that ask is coming from from Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. Now, Marco Rubio, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, he says, look, we are ready to negotiate. But you people, talking about Iran, you people are not willing to negotiate in good faith. I just want to reiterate once again. The United States is always committed to diplomacy. We are open-minded and always willing to engage negotiated settlements of differences. And that remains true in the case of Iran. Unfortunately, as of now, despite their direct outreaches. And Iran has been reaching out to the United States, both directly and indirectly, to engage in talks about settling the differences with regards to what's happening in that part of the world. Unfortunately, so far, even though we have reached agreements, they have not kept their commitments. And as the President stated earlier today, I guess, yes. Today, Washington time, yesterday, our time here now, the problem we're having right now is that they're not serious about talks. If they're serious, we're serious. If they're not, then we will do what is necessary to protect that, our interest and also the interest of our allies. I mean, hashtag bombs away. The only thing I can say is that if they're not willing to negotiate, then they're not willing to keep to the agreements that they have made, which clearly they are not, then we've got to bomb them into submission. That's the only thing you can do unless you just want to walk away. Declare victory and walk away. And I don't think that that is what President Trump is willing to do. Now, in that audio from Marco Rubio, you heard him talk about consequences. So Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, was on Capitol Hill yesterday asking for more money, a lot more, like $67 billion. So we have spent roughly $38 billion. He is asking for another $68 billion. So that seems to mean that there is no end in sight or it means all out war and we are going to bomb the living crap out of Iran and try to bomb them into submission. Now, our daily Dan poll yesterday, Sam, if I'm not mistaken, was it basically should we... bomb Iran into submission. I think it was something like that. Should we nuke them? That's right. Should we nuke Iran? And most people said no. Most people said no. Most people said no. It was a 60-40 issue. It's a 60-40 issue. Most people said no. A lot of people though, 40% said yes. Now, if we're going to drone and missile them to death, well then that's ultimately what we need to do.

So you could look at it two ways. You could say, okay, well, $67 billion means there's no end in sight, or it could be a means to an end or a means to the end. Because the more that we pummel them, the more that we hit them, the more that we hit perhaps their infrastructure, the more of their government, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, the more of those guys that we kill, the more there's a possibility that they will actually come back to the table. and actually agree to negotiate in good faith and actually stick to their agreements. So it's going to be interesting. What do we use the $68 billion for? Obviously, a lot of bombs. There's all kinds of, by the way, as you can imagine, all kinds of screaming from Democrats as usual yesterday. I've got some of that, but one person who is getting frustrated clearly is Senator John Robert F. Kennedy Jr. out of Louisiana. This was that part of the conversation. You've got Senator Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. He is questioning Pete Hegseth. And I appreciate your discretion. But we're down to it. We need some hard answers and some straight talk. What will happen, Pete? Senator, I would agree with the chairman, but the likely outcome is they would try to impose their will on the waterways in ways that the world would not like. Call it a toll, call it a fee, call it an exchange, call it control. They would do something that they would try to hold it at issue. Yes, sir. Would they try to re-development to commence development again of a nuclear warhead? Part of the reason President Trump had to have the courage to do what he did after Midnight Hammer is that they didn't give up their ambitions even though their nuclear sites had been obliterated. So this is a regime hell-bent on nuclear ambitions and President Trump's... We need straight answers. Do we have the ability to destroy whatever is underneath Pickax Mountain?

A lot of, Senator, a lot of our capabilities are classified, but if anybody in the world can reach anything on this, on God's given, God's green earth, it's the United States military, the most powerful military in the world. It's all about options and tradeoffs. So you can tell Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s getting ticked, right? Guys, we need answers. I think he's feeling like he's getting the runaround. And as a matter of fact, you'll notice that Pete Hegseth, when, because the ultimate question was, what is going to happen with the Strait of Hormuz? What is going to happen with, for example, Pickax Max, Pickax Mountain, which is where Iran has been attempting to restart their nuclear program. And you heard Robert F. Kennedy Jr. say, can you reach the depths of Pickax Mountain? Yes or no. And it didn't really sound like Pete Hegseth gave him a straight answer there. He said, well, if there's anybody that can do it, we can. That's not a yes answer. That's not a no answer. That was sort of like, well, kind of like we hope. So I get why Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is getting a little frustrated. You can tell that the senator out of Louisiana is getting frustrated. So coming up. It feels almost, Joan, it feels almost obligatory, but I do have some audio of the screaming Democrats trying to, as Pete Hegseth said yesterday, you know, you're out here, you know, trying to make campaign commercials, which is ultimately what they were trying to do, because that is part of what they do with these hearings within the Senate Appropriations Committee or whatever committee is you get a member of the Trump administration in there, and they just like to yell at them. And so that was most certainly the case yesterday. I've got some of that audio. I could have, you know what I could have done? If I were a lazy talk show host, which I'm not, I could have spent the entire program just playing long audio clips of deranged Democrats screaming at Pete Hegseth. I'm not going to do that. I have one, what I think is a pretty poignant cut. A little bit of controversy, Joan. What is it? That we need to address. Somebody is accusing Sam, our dear Sam, of Nashville's Morning News, of using blackface on yours truly yesterday. You're a racist. Did you do that, Sam? No. So, unbeknownst to me, so do you remember yesterday just real quick? Yesterday, we spoke about how Sam used some sort of a vacation photo. I don't even know when or where this photo was taken. Yeah, right. No, I really don't. No, no, I know. I saw that picture. Yeah. But I'm, I'm, it's a darker photo. And I mean, I. I don't think it looks like Sam used blackface. It's just a darker photo. I was like tan because I was on vacation. And like positioning of the sun, and we can tell that by the angle at which it reflects off of the chrome dome there, it's behind you. They're forecasting a shadow on the front side of your body making you appear.

darker. So apparently, and by the way, I was in the sun and this is probably, I mean, based on the drunken nature of the photo, I was probably several days into a very sun-filled vacation. I don't know if this was like on a cruise or where this was. I know where it was. Yeah. So where was it? There was a water park in the background. So wasn't that when you guys went to that Ritzie Hotel in Las Vegas? No, not the water park. Because that, because that, Riker wasn't with us at that point. Yeah, it looks like there would be a Riker playing in the, in the background type of equipment. Yeah, anyway, whatever. But. Kid friendly. So I, so if you're watching Super Talk TV. And people around the building were saying that, man, this was in blackface yesterday. Are you kidding me? Really? So the best part is Mason and I are texting about this and people can't, I know they can't see my phone. I said, in response to all of that, I was like WTF, he's in the shade, poolside, purposely to look like he's watching the ad jump the shark in the thumbnail. Also, he's Greek, he browns. And what did Mason say? It's so funny, I didn't know any of this until like five minutes ago, Joan. It shows you how disconnected I am to the rest of the station. He had to put on his manager hat. He said, I know, just without the context of his vacation or whatnot, it looks like his skin has been darkened in a weird way. All right, so now. Wait, who said that to you? Mason. Mason. Oh. So now Mason whitewashed. The tan photo of me and now you've got a photo of me where I am completely white sitting in the sun and the best part of this photo is that I was so drunk that it's clear You couldn't tell it in the previous photo, but in the whitewashed version, you can really tell. I'm trying to drink out of this pineapple with this straw, and I missed the mouth. I can't even find the straw with my mouth. So now that the picture has been lightened better, I can see better. You're doing something weird with your tongue. Look at that. Do you know how they tell you you can't hear a picture? I hear this one going. So.

Okay. Now, we're going to go back to my vacation because I, and again, I don't remember which one this was, but I remember telling Amy, don't post that because to your point, Joan, like, not only can I not find the straw with my mouth, but I'm also trying to, like, my tongue is like kind of sort of coming out of my mouth. And it's just weird. Yeah, it is weird. And she posted it. And this picture. is the one Sam somehow found on, I don't know, whose Facebook page? Yours? That wasn't on mine. Well, then I must have shared it with Amy, whatever. Anyway, so now it looks ridiculous because now I look like I am, you know, like Lily White. sitting on the beach. I just look, whatever, I don't care. The exchange after he sent that to me was both of us swapping sunscreen gifts where their gentleman covered in sunscreen doing whiteface. But the fact that people, I want to know who thought that I was in blackface. Like, who thought that? I... Was it anybody on the radio station? Or was it people like scurrying in the hallways? All my text said was people in the building. And we know that that's the respectful term to use when we're on the air. Can I just say I'm looking through Amy's Facebook page right now. And there are just multiple pictures of you with drinks. With umbrella drinks. What's your point, Joan? With salted rim drinks. What's your point, Joan? I'm just saying. So let's start with the thing that I think is the story of the day. And this is about New Jersey. So you're going to go down to the CNN, Abby Phillips thing.

unbelievably in New Jersey, Mikie Sherrill, the governor, has come out and said, hey, listen, there was a problem with the motor voter thing. And people who were not legal citizens in the United States. have been given driver's licenses. And because they're given driver's licenses, well, they just get signed up to vote. It was all a big mistake. 6,000 people. 6,000 people. Yeah. And not all of them have voted. They said only 400 have voted. I just still like only 400, honestly. That's a pretty big oops, though. That is a giant oops. And I think it's actually a red flag for every state that has motor voter laws, including and especially California. So this is the link that I have here is. Abby Phillip from CNN. Okay. Initially, back in the day, and there's a date on it, she said. This doesn't happen. And now she's admitting that it happens. All right. Well, here's the problem. You haven't given me the Abby Phillip link. You gave me something with Nancy Mace. This keeps happening because, yeah. By the way, Nancy Mace, can I just say that in this, if you're watching on Super Talk TV? And if you just have the audio, that's fine. Nancy Mace looks a little haggard. I don't know what happened to Nancy Mace, but Holy Mackle. Yeah, well, she looks like she hasn't had a lot of sleep. You know what it looks like? And it's her actually defending what's going on as not being, quote, widespread. Okay, so this is on CNN, and this is Abby Phillips. That's 6,600. Non-citizens made it on to the voter rolls. That's, that's, to me, is widespread voter fraud. That's widespread. That's widespread. Yeah, I think it would be pretty bad at one person who's not a legal citizen of the number of registered voters in the state. Well, New Jersey spends $60 billion over that overall on its budget. So I think if we're seeing it. Yeah, but I mean, you're just, you just said it's widespread. So where's the proof that it's widespread? Oh, my God. I know. Isn't it so infuriating? Yeah. She is so dumb. Okay, so you know what my question? I don't know who that dude is. You know what my question would be? All right, Abby Phillips. So how much voter fraud?

is okay with you. Yes. Like what do you accept as acceptable voter fraud? Give me a break. And if it's, if it's 400 in New Jersey, how many is it in Illinois? How many is it in Michigan? Yeah. How many of it is in, how many is it in California? Do you remember when the motor voter thing was sweeping the country? Yes. You know, and I think it did start in California where if you, they kept on saying, illegal aliens need driver's licenses because otherwise they can't they can't drive and if they get into an accident then we can't trace who they are and we can't charge them so they really need driver's licenses so then once they started signing up for driver's licenses they said well there's a new law that says that they can they're automatically registered to vote Well, and the thing is, as far as Abby Philip goes, is she so sanctimonious in how she says these things? Yeah. It's like, how are you not outraged over this? Yeah. It's just so, I mean, again, Blue State, they really don't care. And this is one of those things where conservatives like us will scream at this. And they're just, they're just like dismissing it. Well, and it's not like, you know, giving them the opportunity to have a driver's license did anything positive for the rest of the country. My wife was involved in an accident in 2024 where a guy who's been living here for a decade, no license, no insurance. So it's not like it actually solved a problem. It just created another one. There is a guy who I know in Middle Tennessee who his daughter got into, it was like two accidents within a month. Illegal aliens both times. Here in Tennessee. Yeah. So here's a... You want me to finish the sound bite? With Abby Phillip? Well, I think we got the idea. Okay. So here's another thing about this story. Mikie Sherrill, the governor of New Jersey, blamed the company, the software vendor for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. It's ID-E-M-I-A. They said, okay, they got mad last night, and they said, okay, this is not our fault. They sent out their own statement that said, IDidemia works with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. It has for more than 40 years to support the process. when applying for a licensor state-issued identification. Its role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system. Voter registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State Division of Elections. They are responsible for what happens with these people's voter information. Well, let's be honest, the state of New Jersey wants the illegals to vote. They do. So I just... It goes right back to the state. Oh, absolutely. And so I think that this needs to be...

And I seriously hope the Department of Justice takes this up and starts investigating states for what they're doing with the motor voter laws. Well, it would be nice if they did. Yeah. I don't know if they're going to. But. I think the Save America Act has got to pass because this has got to be handled at the federal level. This is an 80, 20, 90, 10 issue, and people are really angry. And even Democrats are angry. And the oh so sanctimonious Abby Philip. Abby Philip, it's like. She represents really the Democrat Party and just not caring, not outraged. Until it's something that goes against the Democrats. Oh, yeah. Wait, wait. Wait, wait. You know, Joan, wait until they find one Russian illegal alien that votes for JD Vance in 2028. Oh, my God. You know, there will be. You know, courthouses will be burning and churches will be burning and they'll be protesting in the streets and they'll be charging the White House, you know, the whole thing. So I don't know about you, but I find a link. It's tenuous, but I find a link between what President Trump did last week with that speech. Yeah. And Mikie Sherrill, just happening to announce, she's known this for a long time. She chose last night to make this announcement. Why? Because I think that President Trump's speech last week sort of opened the gate for investigations to begin into what's happening in our voter system. And I believe that the reason why she chose to go public with this, even though I'm sure she's known about it for a long time, is because the doors were about to be blown open on her. Yeah, she was about to be called out. She was about to be, okay, so this happened in New Jersey. And so I do wonder if you're right, if there's other states that are also going to be exposed in all of this. You know, they're going to be Democrat states. And I'm sure that, you know, we have our own issues in Tennessee. I have no idea. Who was it? Hans von Spikovsky the other day said Tennessee is widely considered to be. having to have the most secure elections of all of the states in the union. So I'm sure it happens everywhere. But to me, at least we're trying. Yeah. At least we're trying to keep, you know, the fraud at bay as opposed to, you know, the shrugging of the shoulders of New Jersey and Abby Phillip. Meet Keith.
