34 segmentsStart your day with the morning jolt of Drake C. Toll. See, now it's on demand. It's listening live as it happened, when it happened, with the instant reaction. You're home for talking sports. We go back, the Great Toll Show, Westwood One Sports Network, and there will be on demand on your radio. Anywhere in the country, I'll see you there. Westwood One Sports Talk, your home for Drake C. Toll. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. Well, Captain Max, I was really thinking about maybe trying not to raise your blood pressure today. Yeah, I realize it's a little tough in this world. It's a little bit tough. And the reason why I say that, I'm looking at the things we have to talk about. And you can tell me which one you think would raise not just your blood pressure. But the blood pressure of the people in the audience, they're blood pressure. Here are the big topics today. And I can't. Oh, man. Okay. Lock cameras. That's controversial. Vaccines. A lot of people have comments on that, especially you. Yeah. Data centers. Yeah, we're still talking about data centers for some reason. Walker County extended their moratorium, which, by the way. Walker County could use that tax revenue, some certain areas of Walker County. I'm just pointing that out. The fact that they're just like, no, we don't want that. Okay. And, oh, the gondola. The great gondola wars. There's more talk about the gondolas today. In the news. Are you kidding me? What about the Epstein files? Believe it or not, that one's not in there. You're right. That one. What about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez coming down here to take our guns and straighten us out? Oh, yeah. That's a little bit of an old one. Although she said, you know, Woke 1 was a little bit crazy. We're going to move on to Woke 2, apparently. Okay. I haven't even mentioned Iran. What we're doing in Ron, which? Which one is going to raise the blood pressure of the audience to get people really fired up? Because we're going to try to talk about at least a lot of those things today. I will try. I usually am the voice of reason. I'll try to be a voice of reason through it all. You have already raised my blood pressure by mentioning the things that we might talk about. I'm just saying this is what's going on in the world, Captain Max. You are listening to Yopi Live. This is the show where you can count on the latest news, the best guests, and the best live and local talk, all for your midday commute right here on The Talk Monster. You can weigh in on the text monster. 423-267-1023. I could see Dale Jackson, uncancellable. I tried to cancel him. He started up talking about vaccines earlier. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. He also, I don't know how to say this. He accused you being married to a cousin or something. I don't. Oh, my gosh, he's so stupid. Why does he do these things? Some kind of incest deal. I don't know.
That's not of my business. I mean, if you want to marry your first cousin, I don't care. Believe it or not, I didn't marry my first cousin. Thank you. I tend to believe you. Oh, geez, Louise. Anyway, we're not talking about that. Now you're trying to raise my blood pressure, Captain Max. I see what you're doing in there. Hearing about us fair play. I see what you're doing in there. All right, well, we are going to talk about. I did see an interview. today with the CEO of Flock, the company that makes the Flock cameras. I won't play some of that because that, for some reason, man, people are fired up about that topic. I also want to talk about, yes, Dr. Anthony Fauci caught not necessarily, well, I guess it's a lie. I mean, it's more of them just not saying the truth. keeping the truth from us, which I just don't understand. So we'll discuss that. Later on in the show, we'll have quake coming for our sports monster segment of the day. We also have Brent Sadler coming in. He's with the Heritage Foundation. He's a national security foreign policy expert with the Heritage Foundation. Well, we'll talk to him about Iran. And it seems like we have shifted from actual war to economic war. For some reason, the Trump administration believes that we can win just by an economic war. Maybe they're right. So we'll discuss that. Also, Congressman Gary Palmer. He's out of Alabama. They have primary elections going on today in Alabama. He's going to win his primary easily. But I want to bring him on because he's pretty important congressman. We're on the show with Yeffy's Monster Rewind. And Captain Max, blood pressure high already. He is here today as well. Max, how are you today? I know I'm doing pretty good today. I'm not great, but I'm doing okay, you know. Okay. I don't know what that means. It's Tuesday. It's Taco Tuesday. Well, here's a deal. You know, I get in here right before 10 o'clock, and the first thing I got to do is listen to some dude screaming on the radio to the top of his lungs. Well, not only that, but it's Taco Tuesday, but you're a little worried about Taco Tuesday this week because of, you know. Yeah, I'm not going to eat any peppers or lettuce. I might stick to chips and cheese. I was going to say you can eat cheese. You can eat. The salsa, well, I'm sure the salsa is fine. Apparently they found some of this in pico de gallo because the ingredients of pico de gallo include like the peppers. So they had that issue. And my wife loves the guacamole with the vegetables. By the way, I'm sure it's fine. Wherever anyone gets it around here, they pretty much found the source, but I know you're worried about it. If you're in the bathroom all during the show tomorrow, we'll know why. We'll know what happened. Oh, must have a pepper. Poor, hey, lettuce. Poor Captain Max. No, you know, I really don't. I don't know if anybody's been sick around this area. No, I haven't seen anything. I mean, I think there have been some maybe in the state, but I haven't seen anything around here. Well, you know, if I drank a margarita tonight and I'm sick tomorrow.
That's for a different reason, though. Yeah. That's just because you were drunk. No, no. I do not. Every Tuesday, I have one small margarita. Uh-huh. That is my extent. Okay, okay. Never been a drinker, don't like beer. Yeah. But a nice cold margarita on a day, it's 105 outside. I like it. All right, so I guess here's where we're going to fire people up to start, I guess. President Donald Trump yesterday announced a new vaccine schedule recommended for kids. Now, it's not really that controversial. All they wants to do is separated so you're not getting all the vaccines at once. Some doctors are concerned about that because they say it's less likely that maybe you'll get all the vaccines. We'll have to see what happens. I'll play real quick what Trump said about it. This is what he said. The most serious and dangerous diseases along with the MMR, which hopefully will be split up. You have the MMR. We wanted in three separate vaccinations, given it separate times. In many cases, we were requiring 72 jabs for our beautiful, healthy, lovely, delicate little children, including... giving the hepatitis B shot to infants and newborns on top of many other vaccinations. I've seen proof of it where they have a vaccination that looks like the size of a bottle of soda poured into a little child's body and bad things happen in many cases. So that has started a lot of controversy, but what got us to this point? It's the reaction. All of this is a reaction to how we were treated during COVID. And we're forced, did not have a... Yeah, didn't have a choice. Didn't have a choice. We were forced. It's so frustrating because this is so unnecessary. Now, the latest news is, and see, I already got Max's blood pressure up, but the latest news here is that, I'm going to read some of this from the New York Post. I'm sure you've heard it, but Dr. Anthony Fauci privately warned on a text message. of miscarriage risk linked to COVID vaccine while publicly claiming no issues. Now, of course, there's a miscarriage risk because the vaccine would sometimes give you a fever. If you're in your first trimester and you're having a baby and you get some kind of fever from the vaccine, that is a miscarriage risk. There are other risks as well. And it just... Why couldn't Dr. Anthony Fauci just be honest? Should have been told. Yeah. People should have been told there is a risk. And what's wrong with that? That's what's so frustrating. Just imagine if when the vaccine stuff was happening, Dr. Anthony Fauci said, look, and the health experts, not just him, but everyone else said, look, here's the vaccine. If you're vulnerable, if you feel you're at risk, take this vaccine. It doesn't stop the spread, but it might help you with the symptoms. If you're pregnant, here are some potential risks. If you have some kind of disorder, here are some potential risks. But it's available to you if you wanted. Why was that so hard to say? I don't understand. Just say that. I still say it's all about money. Well, somebody made a lot of money. Some people think it's about money. Maybe Dr. Anthony Fauci made a lot of money. Could be part of it. I think a lot of it's about control.
I think it was about control. They thought that if they pushed this stuff on us, not just this, but the mask mandates and the social distance. They could do anything. Yeah, that somehow we could really control something like this, a disease by just controlling the population. But it was never going to work that way. And there are always side. Anytime you get a vaccine, there's a potential side effect. Anytime you take a medicine, there's a potential side effect. Just tell us, just be honest. You know what really aggravates me? What's that? My wife used to work at the health department. Oh, really? Yeah. She worked in the TB clinic. Okay. And we didn't have a problem with TB in this town. until all these folks from other countries started coming in. Oh, yeah. Where they had not been inoculated, when they had not had a vaccine. And they start bringing all these diseases in here. And we just let them in. Well, that's almost a separate issue. But it's kind of related. Just infuriates me. Well, that was one reason why we used to have Ellis Island when we would bring immigrants years ago. You would keep them there to make sure they weren't sick before you let them be in. Yeah, we just opened the borders. But what's really a problem now is because they were so dishonest with holding the truth. from us when it came to the COVID vaccine. Now we have a lot of people that don't trust any of the vaccines. They don't trust that. Now, we need to. Most vaccines are okay. I don't want TB spread like you're saying, Max. But nobody trusts them anymore because of how we were treated during COVID. And they could have just been honest from the beginning. Absolutely. I used to have a TB test every year as an officer. Oh, really? Because I was around people who had the potential to have TB. Yeah. So, and I understood that. Do you think what would a punching bag look like hanging from the ceiling? A talk radio 102.3 punching bag so I can just jump up and pop it. It lasts about a couple of weeks, you know, maybe even that long. I'm sure Cowboy would probably help me use it. I'm sure. I mean, I think the vaccine probably did good for some people, but. They forced it on people who didn't necessarily need it. They forced it on children who really didn't need it. And then they forced it on pregnant women where there was a risk. And sure, there were miscarriages as a result of it. I just, how this was handled. We're still dealing with the ramifications because now we don't trust them on anything. And it's kind of related to the flot cameras. When I ask people about flock cameras, why they distrust it? Because they think flock cameras will be used against them if we have another pandemic. That's the answer I get. Oh, my Lord. Now, it's a little bit of an exaggeration, but the way we were treated during COVID, you can almost... It is a little hard to trust them. It is hard to trust them. Let me put in a positive for the flock cameras. I just caught a guy from New Jersey that had raped a child. Oh, yeah. I was going to... Living up in Cleveland? I was going to talk about that. So we'll get to that. Yeah, okay. Because I saw that story here.
I also grab some cuts of the CEO of the flock cameras and then what will go over that issue and get people's stake because... I see a lot of good coming from most flock cameras. There is good. You have to weigh the pros and cons of something like that. So you can weigh in on our text monster. 423-267-1023. 4-2-67-102-3. I'm going to ignore some of these other texts from earlier on in the day because whatever, what's his name was talking. That's probably a good idea. We'll be back here in a moment on you, if you live. Mike Drop, hosted by former Navy SEAL Mike Ridland. How would you characterize your prowess? I'd say my style is that I just kind of outwork everybody until I get there because I'm not a quitter. It's just you. And that's yourself. Everything else is team-oriented. The motivation, it was a sort of anger at myself for being weak. That ends up being the driving factor. That anger, that pride, that ego, I think it's a muscle. It gets stronger. When you take that voice seriously, you start to change your life. Mike Drop, follow and listen on your favorite platform.
