And apparently everyone in the state of Alabama is ultra mega super confused. You don't even know if there's an election day today because you're so dumb. I mean, it's just wild how stupid you idiots are. Or so I'm told. I've never felt that way. I've never felt confused by any of this. I've never seen it that way. But boy, oh boy, do our friends in the media think that it's confusing? Maybe it is. I don't know. Again, like I said, I've never felt this way. I have the ability to follow the news. and do the things I need to do to pay attention? I don't know. Call me crazy. But today there are some national elections that are going to get attention. I say national, but say elections in other places. There are, of course, elections in Alabama in a super confusing, Alabama primary. It's so confusing. I'm so dumb. I can't possibly figure any of this out. But yes, there are primaries in Wisconsin, South Carolina. in Minnesota. So there is that. And you're supposed to be absolutely enamored with the idea that progressives will take Wisconsin. And that should be delightful as Francesca Hong has decided that she doesn't mean anything she's ever said before. And she totally means the thing she says now. Trust her, bro. And that's where they're at. In Alabama? Districts 1, 2, 6, and 7 have all been redrawn in some way, shape, or form. So there is a one-shot primary taking place to decide who the Republican nominees are essentially going to be in these races. Yes, I get that there is a Democrat nominee in District 1, and they'll have a battle over that. But this all might have already been decided. Rette Marquez is already coming under attack in District 2. That's happening. Jerry Carl, they think he's going to walk away with District 1, although someone's going to text me and tell me that is not the case. And we also have Gary Palmer, the Congressman there, in the 6th Congressional District. He's going to walk away with that one, not have any real opposition there. And then it is expected that Terri Sewell.

will remain the next, the remaining Congresswoman from the 7th Congressional District. Her time is coming, though. Her time is coming. They could have redrawn her. They could have drawn her out. And they chose not to. And we'll see if that comes back to bite Republicans in the derrier down the line. But those individuals who are in the field right now, Marquez in District 2, Palmer in District 6, Sewell in District 7, and Terry Carl in District 1, they will probably end up going to Congress. We'll have six Republicans and one Democrat. Now, what are our friends in the media doing? Well, they're doing the thing they always do. Every single time, this confusing primary, it's so confusing. Aren't you confused? Boy, you're so confused. But you know, you never hear anyone say they're confused. You never hear anyone actually say that they're confused. That is happening in the other parts of the state, so we're not going to spend too much of time on it. But I just find it very amusing, the amount of energy they spend telling you you're supposed to be confused by this. And if you ask anyone who's following what's going on in the world, they just go, I don't know, why would I be confused by this? There have been ads on my television every single day telling me to go vote in these elections. with different candidates suggesting they're better because of X, Y, and Z. And I'm interested in voting in those elections. I think I will go to the polls and I will go to my polling place and I will vote. If you're confused by any of this, well, good. You should probably just sit it out. Maybe we don't need you participating in the process. And maybe your confusion is sort of an evolutionary way. For society to be telling you to shut up and sit down and maybe your input is not really all that needed. You know, I mean, if you're walking around going, I don't understand. I don't know. I don't get it. Well, I mean, if that's it, then it'll be all right. Nobody wanted your input anyway. Nobody wanted your... But anyway, you can just chill. Just sit at home. I mean, I'm sure there's something on Netflix today that you can binge watch. There is no reason for you to get it. My wife is watching something called What Did Jennifer Do? I assume, based on the context clues, I assume she killed her husband. I don't know. But that's the Netflix thing. I mean, it might be worth watching. Check that out. Don't go to the polls. Don't participate. Don't do any of that stuff. You need to stay home and not participate. But listen, that's all out of the area. Who cares? Also out of the area. And for which little people should care about this is the Francesca Hong situation there in Wisconsin. Why is it fantastic? Well, look, that story is far more interesting. Jimmy, she's far more interesting than anything we got going on here in Alabama when it comes to these elections. The door is wide open for her to walk her way through and become the next nominee. Yes, she is the next Democratic nominee for governor in Wisconsin. And you may say, well, Dale, who cares?

Who cares? And I'll remind you that we should all care, you know, because she's crazy. And she's crazy. And they're going to make her a focal point. And that's exactly what they should do. We run around all too often on the right having to defend whatever candidate of the day the media has decided is the monster that we need to be afraid of. Okay? We decided that. Okay? And we've had to defend that, and that's exactly what we do. Now, now, they have their own messes they have to deal with. One of their names is Hasan Piker. And he is still out there running around doing the things he's doing. And... They're now having to defend it, to which people are freaking out. Like, oh, why do we have to defend everything this guy says? Well, the answer is quite simple. The things he says are absolutely insane and crazy. And as he has to defend them, they have to explain what their views are on everything. I mean, you could get into the whole thing about Thanksgiving, which is very funny. Okay, it's very funny for her to have to defend like, hey, we need to do away with Thanksgiving. It's very funny to watch her have to say that she is all for, or excuse me, that she has a hard time rationalizing and dealing with her biracial child. But just remember, that was all performative and she's totally not just being performative now. You have against Halloween. I just don't. It's kind of, this is, I don't have anything against it. I just don't feel the need to have to participate, and it's fine for kids. This is not a like I dislike. I'm just, I'm not a super fun person. Okay. She won't be a super fun governor. Okay. She won't be going to any Halloween parties. How do you make them all that? I can believe that. That's highly credible right there. Look, you're running for governor, right? And so if you're running for the governor of a state, can't you just talk about families and good, all-American things, wrap your arms around the flag? The Democrats today, do you see a flag in these pictures? Do you see them campaigning with the American flag in America 250? You don't. That's the fundamental difference. When I was in Congress and I ran, I would look for homes with flags because you know what? That's where the Republicans live. And there it is. These people have such a problem with America and they have a big problem with everything that you believe and everything you think. She's just the avatar of that. She is the avatar of that situation. Now, again, why does it matter with this random person in Wisconsin things? Well, it doesn't. But what does matter is that they all actually think like this, only she's dumb enough to say it. They all believe this kind of stuff. They hate America. They hate Thanksgiving.

They hate traditional values. They want to raise your taxes. They want to nationalize all your health care and the largest businesses. They want to do all this. And they think by packaging that up in what is an appealing package of free stuff, even though they now have to admit that they're not even able to offer up the free stuff. without raising taxes significantly, which they don't acknowledge they want to do or admit they want to do. They're unable to deliver that, but they don't care. They're just about getting into office and then doing anything they can to fight to fight and make this situation more of a third, make our country more of a third world country. than it is right now as we allow the massive invasions and the huge spending and all the out of control stuff. Don't get me wrong, Donald Trump hasn't been great on spending. I'm not going to sit here and tell you he has been. But the reason they're having to explain Hasan Piker and Francesca Hong and Abdul Saeeds and all sorts of other things is because those people are saying what they all really believe. And now they're busted with it and they're having to defend it. Do you not think that Shamari figures would agree with Abdul El-Sayed on football? I mean, have you heard what Abdul al-Assi said about football? I mean, just think about what I want you to think about what the dumbest thing somebody running for office in Michigan could say about football. And then I'll share that with you next. And then ask yourself, do other Democrats agree with it? And the answer is yes. They're just too smart to say it out loud. They don't believe anything they actually say because 90% of the time they're lying about what they're saying. Some of these people are accidentally saying what they actually believe. And then they're having to walk it back and say, oh, no, no, no, we don't really believe that. In order for Democrats to win, they have to lie. Man. You guys. It's going a little hard here. I'm telling you, this is probably not the way to go. You could just say that they're terrible monsters and lay out all their terrible stuff. You don't have to call them terrorists and jihadists and things like that. That's just probably not the best way to go about doing it. But, you know, whatever. Do what you got to do. Tommy Tuberville's calling Abdul El-Sayed a terrorist. Donald Trump's calling people jihadists and things like this. Now we're going to get a bunch of clucking and pearl clutching. from our friends in the media telling us that it's wrong to say so also at the same time. They call everyone a pedophile enabling monster con man thief who stole elections and is still working with Vladimir Putin. And yes, this weekend on ABC News, they had someone on the program who said, oh, they talk about communists on the left, but who's more communist than Donald Trump? He opened the door from Vladimir Putin. It's like, oh, my God, here we are. We're right back to this nonsense, even though it's never worked. I mean, I would argue calling... Abdul El-Sayed a terrorist and you know Hasan Piker and all them jihadists and stuff like that that at least has the potential to be an effective message I don't particularly like it it gives them a it gives them an out to say basically that these people are just being mean to us and they're being quote unquote racist. They're doing all these things. It opens the door for that. And I'm not necessarily a fan of it. But I could argue that at least I understand the strategy. I get it. I get the strategy completely. I understand it. I don't like it. But I do. I understand what they're trying to do here. So there's that. But going back to the idea that Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin are BFFs is a 10-year-old message. And it's worked zero times. It really has worked zero times. Yes, they undid the entire Trump presidency. So that's obviously the angle they're going with. I just don't think that's going to work. I mean, I get where they're going. I do not. do not actually think that will work. But anyway, let's talk about Al-Badul Abdul El-Sayed and his thoughts on American football. And look, here we are. We are about to head into football season. We are about to head into the fall. And we are about to head into election season. Does anyone remember the they, them add? We've talked about it a lot.

Joe Scarborough was screaming yesterday about the they, them ad on MS now, apparently. He was very upset and screaming at them because they will not stop being so woke and stupid. And he was just raging apparently on television. And I find that funny. I'm not here to tell them to stop doing that. I like the idea that they're hung up on they, them. I do. I like it. I think that they refuse to back away from this. And it is a real killer for them. And I think that's kind of funny. But you may remember, they ran ads during football season about just this, the they then thing. You can potentially see this ad pop up again. Why are we talking about DSA now? Because the Democratic Party has a choice to make. Now, I said this day in and day out leading up to Kamala Harris's election. You couldn't watch an NFL game without seeing 300. taxpayers are going to pay for trans surgeries for convicts ads on NFL games. And even though they still pretend that did not move viewers, I think the, I think the Trump campaign spent $30 million on those ads, and it moved working class men, working class white men, working class black men, or kept them where they are. It just did. Every guy loves it when someone, a woman interrupts you while you're talking. Yeah, you go ahead. Get your words in there, Mika. And the Democrats had their head in the sand. So there's nothing wrong with the Democrats supporting economic justice. There's nothing wrong with the Democrats supporting, you know, cutting taxes or getting rid of the Trump taxes and making billionaires pay more in taxes. That's legitimate. That's a legitimate mainstream debate for people to have. Health care for all. Health care is unaffordable. That is something most Americans would agree with. But please, I don't need people telling me. Oh, you have to just turn a blind eye to people saying that women getting raped on October 7th didn't matter. They're talking about Hasan Piker because he did say that too. So he's getting a lot of that. Anyway, I'll do Al-Sal Said giving them another ad for football linking football to toxic masculinity. Yep, he gave him that. He made it very clear. He said, coaches should abandon traditional toughness and copy the lead character for the soccer comedy, Ted Lassow, which is kind of funny. And he says, football leads to toxic masculinity, and instead, Ted cries and talks through his problems. I love it. I love it. Run the ad. Just run the ad, guys. Put it on during football. Do it.

Now, today we are going to be joined by someone we were supposed to be joined by yesterday, but I was wildly unprofessional in my scheduling and forgetting that I had scheduled something earlier on. in the week, so we are awaiting the arrival, and I believe they are here with us. As soon as Bugsie puts them up on the screen, I will go ahead and get to them. But here is an issue that has been happening, and the issue is coming out of Tuskegee University. It is about their dress code, and it's a rather interesting dress code. The dress code basically says it's a ban on bonnets, du rags, sagging pants, profane messages, elicit substance on clothing, and treats ordinary style choices as the disciplinary problem under the vague banner of quote unquote professionalism. This is the angle in which it is... important to watch because this story is being treated as some sort of wild and maybe crazy like overstep of their dress code and the organization that reached out to talk about this is usually a pretty good organization they're the foundation for individual rights and expression i just don't understand why they have decided that they want to go to the mat on the issue of bonnets, du rags, and explicit messages and drug references on clothing. Now, the person who's now running the school, Tuskegee University, is a military guy who's looking to increase the level of discipline. And I don't mean, well, I'm sure they do be disciplined in the sense of like actual discipline. But I think what I mean when I say that is discipline in the sense of like paying more attention to their studies, focusing on the right things, being more disciplined. And this debate.

is basically like they're saying, oh, you can't wear bonnets, du rags, and classes, or the dining hall. It's not to say you can't wear it at all. They're saying you're not going to wear house slippers and pajamas into the classroom. You're going to get up, get ready for work, and be professional. Now, I'm a giant hypocrite. Okay, let me just explain to you. I am a giant hypocrite. I am sitting here in flip-flops, basketball shorts, and a t-shirt. Okay, that's what I'm, that's what I am. But Bugsie, anytime you have seen me in a professional setting in any way, shape, or form, where I have to deal with anyone outside of this radio station's walls, how am I dressed? What do we call it, your youth pastor out there? Yes, my youth pastor gear. Now, is it a little cornball stuff? Yes. Is it gimmicky? Absolutely. Am I doing a bit? Yes. I went to a wedding a couple weeks ago. And I wore a suit. And Prince William was actually there. And Prince William said to me, he said, I've never seen you in a suit. Never. Bugs, have you ever seen me in a suit? I don't think so. I really don't think so. No, it's funerals and weddings. That's it. Those are the only place I really wear a suit. Other than that, you're getting the youth pastor gear. And yes, it's a cornball gimmick. I get it. I know what I'm doing. I get it. I get it. But, but it's professional. In fact, I get on Yaffy sometime. I'm like, dude, put on a tie. Like, I mean, I'm not kidding. I'll say to Yaffy and me and him can discuss this a little bit later since I'm sort of calling him out here. I'll say to him, hey man, put on a tie. And he's like, no. And I'm like, well, I think you should. Now, I don't know why this struck a nerve. I really don't. Maybe it's because it's a black university. Maybe that's it. But I would argue that it's better that this is happening at a black university than if it was happening at a university that was not a black university. Now you may be saying why, why? And I guess they're not calling in bugs. I guess this is their way of getting back at us, I guess. But the folks from the... from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression are probably not joining us. That's fine. But keep in mind, if this happened at a traditional university, a multicultural university, a university that doesn't define itself as to what color the students are generally, you would have a much bigger issue here because... They would be saying you're targeting black students. And the reason they would say that is because they'd be targeting black students. Okay, that's why they would probably say that because they would be targeting black students. I think that's pretty clear. I think it's exactly what would be happening. And I don't think there's any confusion there.

Because black students are the ones that are dressing in the ways that are described. I've never seen a white woman wearing a bonnet. Now, I have worn a do-rag before. You may be thinking to yourself, come on, seriously. And I'll tell you the truth. Yes, I've worn a du rag before. The du rag that I wore was when I was in the Army, and I was in, oh, God, where were we, Fort Lewis? No, this is Fort Gordon. And some of the black fellas decided that I was honorary. And I'll end the statement there. And they bought me a du rag. And I put it on, ha, ha, ha, and we took some pictures. You think those pictures exist anywhere? I have no idea. I have no idea. Maybe one day we'll see them. It's been 20-something years. I go by a fake name. Good luck. That would be my response. I mean, fake name is kind of a funny thing. But yeah, good luck on that. But yeah. And why? Ask yourself why. Why did I put the durang on? Because it's ridiculous. It's ridiculous for a white guy to wear a du rag. It's absurd. That's why it's funny. I shouldn't have to explain comedy to you, but I'm more than happy to do so. It's funny because it's absurd. Okay? So I put the du rag on. Ha ha ha ha. Jackson's an idiot. Right? Like that's the funny thing about it. Ha ha. We laughed. We all got drunker and then we had a good time. And that's it. But in the professional setting, if you're walking around wearing a do-rag, people are going to think less of you. That's just how it is. I'm sorry, if you don't want to believe that, I'm fine with you not understanding it. It's completely okay for you to not understand in this particular case. But I think you're lying. I think you do understand. Because what you're saying here is, I don't know why anyone would have a problem with it. Well, the guy at the university told you exactly why he has a problem with it. He's telling you exactly what the issue is. He says it's unprofessional. It's too revealing. You would never wear it in a business setting. And they want you to dress nicer. under the premise that you will behave better if you are dressed nicer. That's it. I mean, this is not even, this is, I'm sorry, this is simple to understand. Are they right? Yes. Yes. Do you, how often, not saying it never happens. How often do you see somebody? in a suit and tie getting pulled over on cops how often does it happen i'm not saying it doesn't happen i'm not suggesting that there's someone in this audience right now that got a DUI wearing a tie i got it i got it i'm not saying i know that for a fact but i'm guessing someone's like what is talking about me but there's someone in this audience that that got a DUI oh well

Well, we're in a tie. But that's not really my point. My point, the actual point here, is that you guys need to understand that you have to dress a certain way or people are going to think less of you. Dale, people shouldn't think less of you for not dressing a certain way. Well, that's nice. I also like to live in dream and new worlds and fake scenarios and things like that. I do. I like that. I think it's neat. Now, I don't think it's reality. I don't think it's reality at all. In reality, the point of all this is is people will find themselves in scenarios where the way they dress it, they're going to be perceived poorly. But you have this, the clash over clothing. And by the way, this organization, this organization that's against. uh these dress codes that's who was supposed to come on today but they're not here uh one of the articles says this the clash of her clothing at tuskegee reflects an eon's old battle around black people's personal comportment behavior and this idea that how one carries themselves the class expressions they had were going to convey to a white dominant mainstream that we deserve citizenship. Meaning, asking black people to dress professionally is a sign of white supremacy, which, I don't know, maybe? I don't know. I mean, sure. Sure. I mean, if that's... If that's how you feel, I mean, you know, I'm sorry. But just ask yourself this question. Is this the thing you want to go to the mat on? I mean, is this it? This is the thing? I mean, isn't it possible? And I know, again, me stupid. Okay? I get it. I get it. Isn't it possible that's probably in your best interest to dress professionally? And the guy telling you to do so is doing so for your own benefit? Like, why is that so, why is that such a complicated thing to understand? Instead, we pretend that it's like out of some maliciousness and evilness and white racism or something as opposed to what it actually is. And it's a, it's a, a black guy saying, hey, we should dress more professional. in order to be treated more professional. But Dale, but Dale, but Dale, shouldn't, shouldn't it matter the character? Okay, fine. Go get a face tattoo and walk into a business and ask for a job. They shouldn't care about any of that. The only thing they should care about is whether or not the person's going to do a good job. Well, it's the same damn thing. This is the same exact thing. You walk in with a face tattoo, you're not getting the job. You walk in with a bonnet on your head or in slippers or in pajamas or any of the stuff. You're not getting the job. And they're not telling them to wear like a suit and tie to work. They're telling them very clearly, hey, dress appropriately for the job you want. And if you're going to come to class at this university,

You're not going to look like you just rolled out of bed. And that's perfectly fine. Look, I have a kid who goes to a school and he is wearing his school uniform. Part of that is discipline. It is. Part of that's discipline. That's what it's about. Well, you shouldn't have to dress nice to be. Okay, guys, sure. That's probably true. But we all know we act better when we're dressed nice. I mean, do we not agree with that? When you put on a suit and tie and walk into somewhere, you feel and are more professional. That's the truth. You behave more professionally. You act better. You act nicer. That's what you do. Well, it shouldn't matter. Okay. That's fine. They're just trying to help. And I'm sorry these people didn't call in to have this debate because I'd love to have this conversation with it because they're super wrong. Stay tuned, folks. We've got a lot to get into. How often, again, how often do you look at a video where like, I don't know, let's just make something up? How often do you see when someone's shoplifting in a Walmart, you look at the body cam? And the person's dressed. nicely in a suit. How often do you see that? I'm not saying that the people who are shoplifting wouldn't shoplift if they were wearing a suit. It might make them think twice about it. I've never understood the kid's fashion of wearing their pants under there, but exposing their undies. It should have played out 20 years ago, and it looks stupid. Did you see the video of ESPN's Chris Berman? The other day. It went viral, I believe, and it looks absolutely ridiculous. He's wearing a pair of pants. Just buckle your pants. I mean, what is wrong with you? But that's a perfect example. It is a perfect example. All you have to do is buckle your belt one buttonhole sooner. That's all I got to do. Walking around pulling up your pants just looks trashy, guys. And this is a big part of how people perceive you, how you dress. If you walk into an interview and you're dressed all sloppily, people are going to assume that you're a sloppy person. Maybe they'll still hire you. Maybe that's what they're looking for. I don't know. You walk in with a face tattoo, people are going to think bad of you. You walk in wearing pajamas, people are going to think bad of you. And that's happening. Okay, I want you to know that that is happening. And this new president at Tuskegee is saying, hey, knock it off. Just knock it off. Have high expectations for yourself. Look at how people want you want people to perceive you and then dress that way. I feel this will disempower black students. So stop. Stop the nonsense. It will help them. It will help them a lot. And he thought it came from Israel, and he says, I was part of the problem, but I knew it amid pressure to never criticize Israel. So Israel, I thought it was Russian misinformation. Now it's Israeli misinformation. Oh, wait, it was all true. What are we even talking about here? I don't know why Tiger Tucker Carlson is doing this other than desperation. But yeah, oh, how the mighty have fallen. Lose number six. United States Senator Katie Britt voted to close the, quote, dangerous hemp loophole. Well, allowing unregulated, intoxicating hemp-derived TSC products to be sold with little age verification. And that's what the loophole did.

I don't like the whole we're going to avoid this person and then we're going to push them as the nominee out of nowhere. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. Number two. President Donald Trump claims that the United States Navy now controls 100% of the straight of Hormuz. I mean, see, gas prices drop as if that might actually be true. But I got to tell you. I mean, I just got to tell you. If it's true, then start moving shifts willy-nilly through there. Okay, that's the real test. Okay, that's the real test. And at this point in time, we don't really see that happening. But, you know, draw your own conclusions as to why that is. President Donald Trump says we have it. He says that they have swept the minds and now they're demanding that Iran pay reparations for decades of attacks and killings. after a similar request from Iran. And I saw a lot of people say, oh, Iran is asking for money to end this whole thing. It's like, that's not going to happen. It's not going to happen. Now, time for the number one thing you'll be talking about today. All right, guys, I'm sorry you're so confused. Okay? The media tells me Alabama voters are confused. about whether or not they're supposed to go to the polls. Well, do you live in District 1, 2, 6, or 7? Okay, well, then you have nothing to worry about. Okay? I mean, I'm sorry. If that confuses, you stay home. Anyway, there's a second primary that you're going to have to deal with after a last-minute redistricting race. They're also concerned about low turnout. I'm not concerned about that either. I'm not concerned about that either. Okay. Republicans seen an opportunity to flip a seat. Will Democrats warn of the changes and how it diluted black votes? Guys, if we don't draw racist lines, you're a racist. Okay? If you don't draw racist lines, you're a racist. So this is happening today. threat on the schools here real quick? Or as some of you are calling it Donald Trump's vaccine order? Yeah, a lot of people are suggesting that Donald Trump's vaccine order is a threat on the schools. Now, I'm just going to tell you this right now. There are some exceptions, but I'm just going to give you the gist of this right now. Hey, if you want to get your kid vaccinated the way they were doing it up until this order, then you may go ahead and do so. Talk to your doctor and do whatever your doctor says if you trust them. It's truly that simple. I know we want to like pretend that there is some like, ah, I know we want to pretend that there's like some big issue here that Donald Trump has done something wrong and this order harms kids or something. But you know that you can still. go out and get your child, all the vaccines that your doctor says they should get, and you can do them right now today. You can do it right now. Now, I'm going to just tell you this right now. And this is an important thing. Did you hear the story about the vaccines from Anthony Fauci? I know we're hearing this on the news and everyone's like, oh my God, can you believe this? Can you believe that Donald Trump changed the vaccine order? Can you believe it? It gives parents more choice when it comes to the vaccines. But I got to tell you, I think most people likely go to their doctor and their doctor says to them, hey, here's the vaccines that we require. Here's the vaccines that you should take. And most people probably say, okay, doctor, whatever you say. That's what most people say. So if your doctor says take these 18 vaccines, maybe you do. That's it. This whole thing about like the government, oh my God, they have to do this. Look, look, if you're upset Donald Trump did this, get all 18 vaccines. Okay, follow all the old government recommendations. Donald Trump can't hurt you. You can do whatever you want when it comes to those vaccines. But it's interesting that today I have a story where Dr. Anthony Fauci knew, knew that the COVID vaccine caused a problem with pregnant women. And instead of putting that message out, they just decided to hide it. They decided to hide that. Why did they decide to hide that? Well, it doesn't matter why they decide to it. We know the answer because they wanted you to get the vaccine and they knew that if they told you there was a problem with it, people would be like, well, I'm not going to get that. And they had built their whole messaging around, get the vaccine, get the vaccine. And yesterday I heard someone say, well, Donald Trump had Anthony Fauci on his team. It's like, yeah. And every time he talked about firing him, everyone freaked out about it, saying you can't do that. You're not allowed. And Donald Trump listen to them. Okay? He listened to them. That's his fault. I agree with that.

He listened to them. That was a mistake. But Anthony Fauci lied about the shots for pregnant women. So why would anyone believe them when it comes to kids? Why? I don't know why Jeff Heybert, a father of four in Huntsville, said the order raises questions about his children's care concerning only for he is a parent and my kid, but also all kids being affected by this. How are they being affected by this? How are your kids being affected by this? How? Your kids can still get the vaccine. Well, I'm concerned about other kids. That's their parents' responsibility. For us to create an executive order without being backed by facts and having proof, it feels like an unsafe territory to be going into. I mean, this is just the same words that were said during the COVID thing. You're just saying the same stupid shit stuff. It's just nonsense. You don't mean this. You're just saying what you're supposed to say. You sound like an idiot. Why should I not give my childies? Or why should I give them MMR one separated three separate shots? Then don't. Give them the damn vaccine. Do what you want to do. It's a recommendation. They lowered the recommendation. You can still do whatever you want. Okay? No one's forcing you to do anything. This is the part that people don't understand. They just refuse to grasp the idea that just because the government says you don't have to do this doesn't mean you can't. They want you to demand the government do it. And this is why people don't trust them. Nurse practitioner Felicia Fletcher says she's concerned about the potential impact on children's health. That's a legitimate concern. It is an absolutely legitimate concern. I think we've seen without children being vaccinated. There's more complications. There's more spread of diseases throughout schools and other children. But you can still get your kid vaccinated. And yes, I understand there's herd immunity and all those other stuff. I get it. I get it. And there are some kids that can't get the vaccine because of different issues. I get that completely. I understand that. But these parents should be able to have a say, if you want to get your kid vaccinated, go right ahead. My kid had all his recommended vaccinations. He never got COVID. He never got any of that COVID vaccine or anything like that. But these people want that recommended as well. The reason why nobody trust you is because you said all this same stuff before and it turned out not to be true. Sorry. That's life. Dale Jackson.

On the issue of vaccines. It is all very simple to understand. If you want to get them for your children, you should get them. Okay? That's it. If the schools want to require certain vaccines, I think there should be exceptions, but I get it. We have elections. We have people who run our government based on elections, and they should be able to make those decisions. And if you don't like them, speak to the individuals involved, and that's it. But going on television and be like, I don't like that this isn't backed by violence or by science. Actually, he doesn't like that. It's not backed by violence. That's actually true. It's a slip of the tongue on my part. But calm down, guy in a random t-shirt standing in your yard. I know you trust the science in this house, but that's not really all that compelling to me. Okay? So I think that's a stupid argument for these people to be making. And then, of course, there's this. There's this, as I said. The same people crying about the vaccine order are fine with 12 million people illegally coming into the county with who knows what diseases and zero vaccines. Damn, 12 million people came into Madison County, guys. Watch out. I think he'd been in country. But it's worse than that. I'll be honest with you. I mean, I spoke to a former superintendent of the Decatur City Schools, and he told me straight up, when illegal immigrants show up with no records, they can't force them to get vaccinated because what if they've already gotten some of the vaccines and you double dose them? That happens. That happens. So just, you know, be aware. These people are full of everything. Okay, let's just be completely... clear about that. All right, moving on. Jacob, there was a union story I heard yesterday that I wanted to share with you and get your thoughts because it kind of goes into all the things we've talked about before, robots taking your jobs and things of this nature. Have you seen the story in Iran revolving around the court reporters? Iran, excuse me. Have you seen that? Sorry. Have you seen the story in California revolving around the court reporters? Jacob. I think something bad has happened to Jacob. I think someone has taken his voice. Bugsy help me out and figure out what's going on with our good friend Jacob Morrison, who maybe am muted himself. Let me know if we've got him. I'm watching the screen there. You can tell me right there. I'm got him. Ah, there he is. Okay. Have you heard the story, Jacob? I'm so sorry to bother you when you're ordering your coffee or doing whatever it is you're doing. Have you seen the story about the court reporters in California?

I have not. Tell me about it. Okay. So there are court reporters in California. There is a shortage of court reporters. And because of this, in their court cases, there are people who are having a hard time getting transcripts and things from their court cases because the shortage of court reporters. One of the solutions to this, and this was apparently becoming a problem when it comes to protective orders and stuff like this. And one of their solutions was to bring in the robots. and bring in the robots and let them record the court cases and things like that so they would have a record of it so they could use that. The court reporters union. said, nah, bro, we don't like that. We don't want that to happen and said, we're not going to allow that. So they were not allowed to record the testimony because of the agreement between the court reporters union and the courts. Now, everyone listening to this thing, man, that sounds kind of stupid and crazy because it's kind of stupid and crazy. But it's fear of the machine, correct? I mean, if you allow it. then you will get more machines down the line and it lessens their, I would say, their ability, their leverage. Let's put it that way. Do you agree with that? Is that what that's about? Yeah, absolutely. I mean, that's, you know, that's the big reason that unions are and have been sort of antagonistic to technology in many different fights. And I think that what you're saying, the progression there is pretty obvious. If you, if the court reporters union starts allowing, you know, machines to take, to do a little bit of the work, then it's going to be that much easier for them to start doing all of the work.

I think probably, well, I don't know, we'll have to see what happens. Court reporters are such a small part of, you know, obviously the economy. So I could see, especially in places like California where, you know, unions are stronger that maybe they're just able to kind of carve out that section of the economy and protect themselves from automation and it's just easier to pay workers a good wage to do that work and we're able to fill those jobs. You know, the way that these situations have typically happened when unions are more powerful is that the automation does come, it's just that the workers are able to extract some concessions in exchange for allowing the automation to come. And so that's what I would anticipate happening here at some point. Okay. Maybe you're right. But they're fighting it pretty hard. And at this point, they've been successful. So they've been able to kind of push back on this and say, okay, we're not going to allow this. And it's caused a little bit of a log jam there. All right. On another labor issue, which I think this is interesting, there's a story out of South Dakota. Ellendale, South Dakota, labor, excuse me, not a labor unit, a data center has gone in, thousands of construction jobs apparently. I mean, this thing is apparently humongous. It has increased the rate of... a taxation in the town from like $400,000 a year to $3.5 million in six months. I mean, it's a massive increase in things like this. Is this why unions are somewhat confused about where they stand on these data centers? Because it seems to be some are for them and some are against them, but the construction people have to be super for them. I know you're for them. Because I don't think you and I are kind of on the same side of this where we think that the panic is overblown. But is this why there's maybe some people being torn on this on the labor side? Yeah, absolutely. I mean, you know, it's just it is not appreciated enough by the people that oppose data centers that there are real benefits. And I think that some people on our side. can try to downplay the harms that data centers can cause because it's impossible for somebody to have like a nuanced position on a thing. Something has to either be all good or all bad. And that's just not the case with data centers. They are not all bad. And they do. I mean, I was just in an event the other day with a lot of county commissioners and city counselors and county mayors and stuff like that. And there were multiple of these elected leaders who were talking about how their local utility company has been able to free rates for the last few years because of data centers. Because the data centers were, you know, paying, they were buying so much that they're paying a huge portion of the fixed costs.

that are going to have to be paid regardless. And so because of all that extra revenue coming in, just on the utility side and not, you know, you're not talking about all of the good paying jobs, all the electricians that are getting jobs, you're not talking about the revenue that's going to the schools, just on the utility front. You know, multiple local governments I heard have been able to freeze the utility rates. And so, you know, This is another story of the benefits of data centers that people on the other side, people on the anti-data center side, really have to grapple with, and they're not, I don't think. Yeah, I think I think you're right about that. I think you're exactly right. And I think there's a lot to be said about those stories. You need to get told more. I think that's pretty obvious when these things are actually being discussed. What we're getting instead is the fearmongering about how, you know, cows are going to start giving chocolate milk if we allow this to take place. There was one. Yeah, I mean, there was one story that, you know, there's some environmental group was talking about, this is going to endanger, you know, some fish or something. And it's just like, I, you know, I don't know. I just don't really care. Listen to Jacob. By the way, everyone, I want you all to listen to this. Jacob Morrison. has come around. He's one of us now. He's like big business. Hell yeah. Big government. Hell yeah, too. I mean, you're just completely on board. What's happened to you? That's right. That's right. No, I've never been a big, you know, animal guy. I mean, I think that there's a lot of things that we could do better, but, you know, I don't know, endangering some kind of fish that is, you know, not super important to the ecosystem in the area, you know. I don't know. It doesn't, it doesn't, you know, exercise me. It doesn't get me motivated. Very interesting to hear. Okay. Let's talk about some Democrat politics here for a second. The DSA, is there any? Oh, I thought you were going to talk about Alabama. I've got some thoughts on the election last week. Okay, we'll talk about that. You're talking about the election in the Democratic Party there? Yeah, yeah. Okay, we'll talk about that in a second. DSA, is there any friction between the DSA folks and the union folks? Are they on the same page here? I mean, we can talk about the political intelligence of being like, I hate Thanksgiving and football in Michigan. We could do that if we want to. But the DSA and unions, is there any conflict there? It just depends on the union. I mean, you know, the DSA is very, very pro-union generally, and so they're willing to go out of their way to support union fights. And I mean, I know more conservative union members, people who would probably vote moderate Republicans or moderate Democrats who like personally.

you know the local DSA people because the local DSA people you know and wherever you are in the country they're going to be some of the people that are the most likely out of any other local group to go and make a donation to a strike fund to go and walk on the picket line with your members to be people that are speaking out in support of unions you know, in whatever instance. And so, you know, and that's a big thing that DSA does. That's a huge part of the way that they kind of orient their members is to try to support working class people, particularly in unions. And so I think that particularly over the last five years, DSA has earned the respect of a lot of union members and union leaders. But, you know, obviously there are antagonisms, no doubt, because, you know, the politics of DSA folks and some union leaders are different. Yeah, exactly right. And you're seeing this today. You'll get a far left by their own descriptions in Minnesota challenging a moderate Democrat, they say. You have Francesca Hong who's getting all the attention because she's just really, really stupid in Wisconsin. Concerns about that and the downflow of the flow of that into other elections? I haven't been following the Wisconsin race terribly closely, but of all of the insurgent, progressive types, Hong is, and I don't know why I don't hear more of this, like, on the left, but Hong does concern me just because she's been, like, she went. so far during what, you know, what people are now calling woke one. You know, like you talked about, like, hating Thanksgiving, hating Halloween. And it's just, I don't know. It's just, she, and, and her walkbacks haven't even been, like, very, they haven't been very clear walkbacks, you know. And she doesn't beat it. Yeah, and so, you know, I'm concerned that that kind of stuff is going to be off-putting enough that she's not able to win. And if somebody that is seen as representative of the left, quote unquote, wins a primary and then loses, unlike when a moderate wins a primary and loses in the general. If somebody on the left does that, then they're going to try to hang that around the neck of any other left candidate in the country. And so Hong concerns me more than I think Abdul El-Sayed and some of the other people. And so, you know, I don't know. We'll see what happens. Yeah. And that's like her entire argument is just like just stupid vomiting of catchphrases, which.

Basically, you said woke one is a good way to put that, but that acknowledges that woke two is coming. And I would say watch out, guys. Well, I think that when people say woke one, I mean, you say woke two or dark woke, as people are saying, is sort of, you know, shedding a lot of the cultural eccentricities that were present among so many. Good luck. Good luck messaging that when Hasan Piker and these other people are your face right now. Eventually, eventually they're going to have to distance themselves from those guys and start denouncing them. And then it's going to get really good. All right. Let's talk about this election here for Democrats. Did unions win with their new Bobby Singleton, new head of the Democrat Party? So I want to hedge what I'm about to say with, you know, by all accounts, Singleton seems to be somebody who can competently administer a state party. And so if you just take that one step up, it will be a win for the Democratic Party. And if the Democratic Party becomes more viable, more competent. then that is going to be good for working people in Alabama for no other reason than it will give the Republicans some competition and they'll have to start watching their heels and, you know, maybe rein in some of their own cultural and economic eccentricities, right? And so I think that more competition is good and it seems like maybe Singleton is somebody who can do that. But I am really concerned in an interview that he did with the Alabama political reporter. He said his first order of business or his main concern is that the Democrats in the state of Alabama don't have the support of business. We talked about this on the program last week, and we're dropping the clip today. So if you want to go to our YouTube channel, I talk more about it. But, I mean, the idea that, you know, if you look at the history of the state of Alabama. The best governor that we ever had, probably, was Jim Folsom. He was a Democrat that was elected right before Wallace. And even though he was a racial moderate, he supported integration. He was elected in the state of Alabama, not because he supported big business or big business supported him, but actually because he explicitly campaigned against what he called the big mules, the power companies, the banks, the plantation owners. Like, he campaigned against those people, and he was able to create a multiracial working class coalition that put him and a slate of people in the legislature into office that were able to deliver real gains for working people in the state of Alabama. And, like, you know, and so if your goal is to do that, then why would your number one concern be getting business on your side? I mean, that's just not, you know, I mean, it's just. That's not the agenda that I have. And it's concerning to hear the new leader of the Democratic Party say, well, we just need to be, we need more business.

Well, I think the reason is this. With business comes the economy, and they want to have the trust of that community. And they want to build the ability to bring in more business and stuff like that without being the party if we're going to tax everyone into hell. And that's what they're concerned about. That'd be my guess. But, I mean, look, you guys can have that fight on the Democratic side, Jacob. Thank you very much for being here. Always appreciative of your time and your thoughts. And right now, you're watching as the left wants to make the argument about anything but. Donald Trump. Instead, they want to make it about all sorts of stuff. And, you know, we jokingly say like Thanksgiving and things like that, but that's not really even it. They want to make it about hating Israel. That is a huge thing. They want to make it about government-run health care. And that is a huge, huge thing. And they want to make it about Iran. And that is a huge, huge thing. And if they are successful... in making it about Trump and his handling of Iran, then they will be successful. But if they get bogged down in defending Hasan Piker every day, then they will be right back into the they-them conversation. And I would already run the they-them ads all the time anyway. I would run a version of that ad. that they ran in 2024 over and over again. And I don't know if you guys have seen this. There is an amazing Taloriko attack ad that is out. And they're all furious about it. And you guys may remember this ad. At least some of you have seen it. I think it's an LBGA ad about a nuclear bomb, but they have remade it. And it is something.

One, two, three. She dreams of growing up, falling in love, becoming a mother. Four, five, six. Keep counting. Seven. Eight. The trans industry preys on confused children. Irreversible puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, sex change surgeries. This November, stop them before it's too late. Now, this is an ad. In the ad, you can't really see it because it's on the radio, but in the ad, you have James Talarico standing over a child, a young girl laying in a hospital bed. as she's counting and being put in under sedation in order to do a transgender, transgender surgery. Okay? I mean, it really is a wild thing. And yeah, it's something here. Bugsy, I must have missed something during that last segment. Maybe I was wrong, but I think you failed the audience. Is there a brotherhood of extremely loud radio guests? Was he yelling? Did I miss this? I thought he was a little loud, but then I couldn't understand him when he was any quieter. Okay. But Raytheon and Lockheed Martin are worried about this because Ukraine maybe could do a better job. And so they want us not to do that because, of course, Lockheed would like to keep things the way they are, even though they're building them too slow. So I'm hitting on that. Okay. And a conservative group has decided that them asking them not to wear bonnets, pajamas, slippers, and du rags to class into the dining hall is a violation. of their free speech rights. Now, this is what I like to call really stupid, okay? I know it's a clever term that I just came up with. And everyone is supposedly telling us that this is just outrageous that they would even suggest such a thing when, you know, free expression and things like this. Your thoughts on Tuskegee telling their students, hey, dress appropriately for class in the dining hall. I wish more schools would do it. All schools, public schools, private schools, grade school, colleges, seems like a good idea. Ladies and gentlemen, Yaffy just wandered directly into the trap. He wandered directly into the trap and the trap has now been sprung. Yaffy, why do you not dress appropriately when we have events? Are you talking about the movie? I'm talking about every event that we've ever had. You are one level below where you need to be. You're one level below where you need to be in your professionalism. Explain why you're such a hypocrite. Because we work in radio. But if we're in public, are we working in radio? Yes. It's part of the radio job. No. If we're in public, you're in public. He's not, he's not saying did they have to do it. He's just merely pointing out that that's what they should probably do. He's, he's saying, I'm still wearing pajamas to wear events. You might as well. I don't even know in pajamas, but what's the difference? Yeah, when you go to the grocery store, are you dressed down from where you were at our last event? Or you dressed exactly the same way? How do you dress down from there? Hold on, just listen. There's a reason for the question. It was a nice Henley shirt and I wore long khaki pants. I don't like one and done elections. I think I have become a fan of the mandatory runoff. Am I? Because this one and done election worries me, and I'll tell you why. Imagine a person gets, I don't know, let's say there's five people in the race and somebody gets 22% of the electoral votes. He wins. Is that what we want? Is that the system? Is that best for the system, Yaffy? A one and done? I get maybe this is like an outstanding circumstance because of like whatever else is going on right now. But what do you think about that? Oh, I love the runoff thing. I almost think it should be done for presidential elections. or something. Although that one really works, you have electoral college. But, you know, you talk about people being confused. In Tennessee last week, they had an election on a Thursday, and they had record turnout. That was supposed to be very confusing. And they almost doubled the amount of votes they had last two years ago. So it doesn't make any sense. My favorite part about that is you're like, why is it Tuesday? Why is it Tuesday? Or why is it Thursday? Why is it Thursday? And it's like,

Nobody knows. Like, honestly, the state library said, oh, no one knows why it's actually this way. That's what they said. They said they have no idea why it's the way it is. But anyway, anything in particular you're looking at here in this race in South Alabama, is there anything that worries you in regard to these races? I've looked at them. And I would say that Jerry Carl's probably going to win District 1, although there could be a little bit of an upset. I don't think there's going to be. The former congressman will get his seat back now that Barry Moore. Big Bad Barry Moore has moved on to the United States Senate. You have... Is that his name now? Big Bad Barry Moore? That's what I'm calling him. I like it. From here on now for absolutely no reason. And then... You have Terri Sewell's going to win her seat. Amy Aiken is the Republican nominee who's going to get trounced very handily. I saw you wrote a story about that at Yellowhammer. What's the takeaway there? Well, she's trying to run as the bipartisan or talking to both sides, which kind of goes to what you said. She realizes she needs Democrats to support her too. if she wants to have a chance to win but you're probably right she's probably not going to win is she doing a bit to prepare for two years from now i don't know about that i don't really I don't know her well enough. Maybe. Maybe. I mean, I'm saying like two years ago, that seat's going to be drawn differently. I mean, we know that. That's what's going to happen. They're going to draw out that. They're going to draw out Terri Sewell. Who's going to hold on to her seat. Okay. Then you got Shamari figures, obviously, going to win his primary. And Rhett Marquez is supposed to be the guy. They're already attacking. I'm sorry? I finally found out what his name is. It's Marcus, apparently. Oh, really? I heard it was Marx and then Marquez. And then finally someone confirmed it's Marcus. I like calling it Marquez. So Red Marquez. Congressman Marquez. So Marks, is that correct? Marcus. Marcus. Get a normal name guy. All right. That's your own fault for having that. So he and Shamari figures will go at it there. In District 6, Gary Palmer versus I don't know who, but Gary Palmer will be fine. And then. There's nothing really... I don't think there's even contested there. This all just seems like a foregone. All of it seems like a foregone conclusion. Every single aspect of this seems like a foregone conclusion. The only thing that I've seen today that is of any note when it comes to Alabama politics is an endorsement of Ron Sparks, the former ag commissioner who's running for ag commissioner? Guess who has endorsed him everybody? Guess who has endorsed?

Ron Sparks. A Dale Jackson? No. No, no. But it is a nemesis of mine. It is a nemesis of mine. And they're doing the whole he cross party lines thing. Anybody want to guess who it is? This is an oldie but a goodie. This is far. I have no idea. Proceed Yaffy being employed here. He tried to put me in jail for 33 years. Former Alabama Attorney General Troy King has crossed party lines to endorse Democrat Ron Sparks for Commissioner of Agriculture, calling his former colleague the most qualified candidate in the race and saying their shared record of public service outweighed party labels. Keep in mind, Troy King trying to put me in jail because I asked him if he was gay. Now, again, in the interest of full disclosure here, I will lay out the entire scenario so people don't think I was just like, oh, yeah, you're gay, because that's not what was happening. What actually happened was this. Troy King made a big to-do about some statement Facebook put out at the time, saying they've got all their sexual predators off the platform. Okay, now they keep in mind, this was 2009. So we're 17 years ago. Have they handled that issue yet? I don't think so. But at the time they put out that message, I was like, come on, guys, this is just ridiculous. Why are we even pretending this is a thing? What they did was they fed the national child molester database or whatever, the sex offender database into like Facebook and they kicked everyone off who matched up on the thing, all the match they were going to make. To which I said, great. But I have people following me called Data Center Killer. And I don't think that's the real name. So I don't think that's what it is. So you could put whatever name you want on there and it's not going to sink up because that's stupid. And if I'm a child molester or I'm a sex offender, I'm probably not going to put my name on there, especially if I'm going to do child molesting and sex offender stuff. Yaffee, is that fair? Yes. Okay. So I go, are you putting your tie on right now? Is that what you're doing? Okay. So I go. No, definitely not doing that. I go. And I do a little Dale Jackson to catch a predator's thing. And there was a Madison County volunteer firefighter who tried to talk to my decoy. And so I. talked about it. I didn't give their name or anything and there was nothing illegal about it or anything like that because at the time Alabama law said that you could be not being underage and nothing happening, well then nothing could happen. So what happened was Troy King's people and he and I had a conversation. I laid all this out to him on the radio. And at the end of the interview, I said, hey, there's a lot of rumors going around. I think it's stupid. But, you know, they're trying to float this. And they're, they're hinting at it. Instead of saying it outright, they're just doing this whole, like, you know, there's talk of an elected official in Alabama who's gay. And it's like, okay, we know exactly who you're talking about and all this other stuff. And maybe I should have seen it because, like,

Troy King hired the Prom King from Troy. He gave a sweet gig. I don't know. Draw your own conclusions. That's kind of the implication that people were making. And that's not a joke. That's a real thing. It's a real thing. Anyway, so I asked him, and he said, well, I got a lot of things to do right now. And one of them is banged. I mean, that's how he said. I got a lot of things to do right now. And one of those things is not discuss rumors. I was like, what? Like. How did this? Is that an answer? And I asked me, so why don't you just answer the question? I don't discuss rumors now. To which, how does that make him look at me? Guilty. You might as well have pled the fifth. Yeah, yeah, exactly. I mean, watch this. Watch how easy this is. Yaffee, are you gay? No. There's what we got. There you go. So, Austin. Gay or not gay? Not gay. All right, there we go. Bugsie. Gay or not gay? And they tried to put me in jail for 33 years. I mean, that's what the Attorney General's office in Alabama tried to do that. So this guy who's endorsing people like, we did so good at government. It's like, dude, you tried to put a talk show host in jail and then you got your ass kicked by Steve Marshall. What are you doing? What is this idea that you're like some sort of power player or whatever? Maybe not Steve Marshall. Who was the guy that beat him? Was it Steve Marshall? It couldn't have been Steve Marshall. Anyway, the point of the matter is. He's a loser. Let me be the first to say that. And I think less of Ron Sparks for getting this endorsement. So, Bugsy, can you try to book Troy King? Again? Yeah. I would love to get him on. It's not going to go well for him. But I would definitely love to talk to him and I'd love to get him on the program and hear about his endorsement, hear about what he's been up to in all this time and what he's been doing because I don't have any animosity towards him at all. Yeah, does any animosity come off on this conversation? No, I just want a friendly conversation, right? Yeah, I just want to have a nice conversation with him.
