Ah, no, I actually, I don't ever think that because it's an endless. There's always something. It's an endless array of information, you know. I just, I think it's just crazy how flooded the information pipeline is. But again, that's what our mission here with all of you is to give context to the content. Maybe weave a little bit of truth in there, here and there. And then give a little bit of Coach Rutt's opinion on the world as he sees it. So. Welcome back, everybody. If you want to support us, please don't be afraid, like, share, subscribe, leave a comment. Obviously, that's how we get pushed up into, you know, the algorithms that we're always trying to figure out how they work. Also, just really excited about... a lot of the working with iHeart where we love teaming up with them and being a part of the uh clay and buck podcast network We're also very thankful for our primary sponsor across all platforms, especially video and Black Rifle Coffee Company. Sign up for the subscription, join that coffee subscription, then buy some cool stuff that you can wear around town and piss off all the liberals. So who yeah. All right, here we go. The DOJ declares war.

On the Cartel de Halisco Nueva, Generacion. It's the C-J-N-G cartel. Basically, top... Actually, you know what? Thanks for bringing that up. Jordy. Let's listen to the AG Todd Blanche just described this. Go ahead. Today, the Department of Justice in coordination with the Homeland Security Task Force announced the unsealing of five separate indictments against high-ranking CJNG leaders. We're also announcing today with the State Department more than $100 million in rewards for information leading to the arrest. of not only the five that were just unsealed today, but three indicted, previously unsealed cases against additional CJNG leadership. This, again, is a continuation of our efforts to eliminate cartels that have plagued this country for far too long. Narco-terrorist organizations like the Cartel Alisco Nueva generation are responsible for countless deaths to Americans. These sophisticated organizations use violence and fear to maintain control over the importation of deadly narcotics in the United States, including fentanyl, cocaine, meth, and other illegal drugs. Their actions spread violence. and death to our communities. As alleged in today's indictments and the previous indictments that were unsealed, these cartel members have been charged with a range of crimes, including running drug networks, organizing highly trained hit men responsible for murders and attempted assassinations, procuring weapons, money laundering, and deadly drug manufacturing and distribution. Three of the alleged cartel members were also allegedly committing a sophisticated fraud targeting elderly Americans in an alleged timeshare fraud scheme. You know, I think... For me, there's nothing better. This is the place, this is a war that I can get behind, 100%. There's, in my mind, this is the war that's directly impacting Americans all across the United States, whether you live in New Mexico or you live in Maine, where you live in California or you live in Ohio. Your community has been dramatically impacted by these cartels, whether it's through fentanyl, human trafficking, drug, gun trafficking, you name it. These people are praying on the weakness and the lack of funding for local municipalities and their law enforcement agencies. And then the other fact. So when they come out and they go, we're going to put $100 million behind information for some of these. I was like, hell yeah. Let's, I want to know how many billions are you going to put to support the sharing of intelligence information? How many.

8:37

case officers are you putting down how many tier one assets are you putting down on the streets and halisco and all across uh mexico to try and identify these networks And then, you know, how many FBI agents or Homeland Security Guys Task Force, how big are there, how much money to really drop the hammer on people that are the members of these terrorist organizations? Because that's what they do. They lead to the terror of the home, the terror of communities, that that's what these people are. So I'm really stoked this is happening. You know, you have all different types, you know, this methodology is kind of the cut the head off the snob. snake type of thing and then see what trickles down underneath, see what happens, you know, what people are going to, who's going to come up, who's going to start fights, is there going to be infighting, is there going to be ex-fighting? Here's a great video of some of the lower level people that have been extradited recently. You know, one of the interesting things is, you know, you have Valencia Gonzalez, who is the step son of the founder, Nemesio El Meno, Aceguera, Cervantes, who died in February after Mexican Special Forces took him down in Halisco. You know, this is a real move to that cascading leadership that's out there and that's taking place. You know, there's also been these incredible visa restrictions on 65 members and associates with 50 plus sanctions that in targets last month. The CJNG is designated as a terrorist organization since early 2005. You know, the Mexican forces have captured a lot of different these leaders. And it seems like they're working with us. I still think there's a lot going on behind the scenes. with the president of Mexico and where she gets her funding from and a lot of the regional or government senior leaders and their affiliations with cartels, you know, that's the reality. You know, this goes back to a lot of questions. Is this going to ultimately lead to, you know, us doing kinetic military actions against these cartels? You know, that's yet to be seen. I'm sure. It would appear that there are certainly intelligence sharing going on back and forth between the Mexican intelligence services, the Mexican military, the Mexican police. It certainly seems like there's a lot of that going on. But again, you know, I think you've heard some of these kind of on the ground interviews with different reporters that have access to cartel members in different regional areas.

11:35

And a lot of the same rhetoric comes out, hey, we're just going to wait it out until Trump's out of office and whoever the next administration is not going to be as gung-how or wait till they leave or wait to the next progressive kind of Democrat comes into office and opens the border again. And then we're back in business, you know. It's not like they didn't make several. probably, you know, dozens of billions of dollars throughout the Biden administration and administrations prior to that because the... border was essentially open during that time and just think you know all of those uh uh low ranking or high ranking people that have moved into the united states and ultimately granted they have citizenship potentially and they're running legitimate businesses as laundering the the money this the infrastructure of this is not is beyond anything you could possibly fathom that's why you know the movies um What were the movies called, Jordy with, oh, man, I can't believe I'm showing my age right now, or my short-term memory recall. Sicario, the two Sicario movies. Where were you on helping me on that? I don't think you've even seen those movies, have you? I haven't seen them. Not at all. Are you kidding me? No, dude. Oh, my God. You got to go watch Sakaria wanted to. And it literally lays out this whole thing, you know, in these ideas. It's the same guy, Tyler Sheridan, who has done a bunch of the other. These are absolutely fantastic. Both of them are incredible. But it kind of maps out, you know, the hidden relationship that's going on, you know, between all of these groups. So very excited to see this. I hope this is one of the few places that I am giving hardcore props to this administration. They're doing a great job going after these people. I'd love to see it a little bit deeper. I'd love to see it in Colombia and Ecuador and some of these other places where the transit of the actual cocaine is coming from. So anyways, we'll pay attention and let you know. All right. Second story. The future won't wait, and neither should you. And this is indicative of what I believe is going to be coming our way in the midterms. And that just this today, the Michigan Democratic primary for Senate was called and Abu Abdul El-Sayed. was officially announced as the primary winner of the Democratic senatorial race that's going on up in Michigan. He won by 1% and 99% of the vote was in. It's always fascinating to me how someone gets 1% victory. But it seems to be the reality. And I'm also just going to say, hey, listen, we've been pretty bullheaded on election integrity over the last eight, nine months. And absolutely nothing has been done in Michigan, by the way. And this was a center point for a lot of the inconsistencies that came out of 2020.

17:47

There was a huge investigation that was shut down out of Muskegon, Antrim County, Michigan, that they actually had a hard drive that flipped 6,000 votes from Biden to Trump. So none of that has been resolved. Mail and balloting, all that. None of that has been taken over by the Secretary of State or by the governor of Michigan. So, you know. Do I have hopes that there's going to be a fair fight in this? No, absolutely not. On a different scale, if you are to say that, hey, no, this is just where the Democratic Party is trending, a la Zohran Mamdani in New York, there's something to be said for that. And so what I wanted to do is I wanted to play. uh kind of a pro michi a pro america speech that was uh given by this candidate so go ahead jordy play that for us mark of our history it's hard not to reflect on the fact that we just commemorated 250 years and we all know those 250 years weren't perfect we all know that A lot of that history was built on a set of foundational errors. And at the same time, I can't help but appreciate the fact that I know what America gave me. America is an incredible place. I used to live the contrapositive of the life I was supposed to live when I'd spend summers in Egypt. I crossed 15 hours and 10 years difference in life expectancy. But for the accident of being born here, I got the opportunity to get vaccinated against diseases that killed two of my aunts and uncles. I otherwise never met. I got to go to amazing public schools. I got to go to an incredible public university. I got my medical education paid for by the NIH. And at the same time, Growing up just 15 minutes away from me, children whose families had been here far longer than mine who never got those same opportunities. You know, when you look, listen to that, the guy's very articulate. He's certainly, and if you go and you pay any attention to him, he's got these, you know, very masculine gym videos he's posting. You know, he's a man's man, he's a Muslim, and he talks about the openness to allow everybody to come in. There are certain videos of people that are affiliated with them that are pretty dogmatic out there. They're pretty aggressive in terms of some of the commentary that they're saying. But, you know, this guy, I found this race really interesting because... It was also a big money primary, right? Something, you know, that was really interesting as well. And if you go back, Abdul El-Sayed overcame roughly $65 million in outside spending to the tune of 9 to 1 in advertising disadvantage for the woman he was running against Stevens, Hayden Stevens, I think was her name. And...

21:16

You know, she got a ton of outside funding from all over, a lot of APAC money, a lot of outside private funding, much like we saw in the Thomas Massie race. And she's still lost. And I think that's indicative of kind of where this Democratic Party is starting to feel the extremes of this particular type of split. Now, I've got another video to show you that. I think is really plain to this more liberal, progressive state of the Democratic Party, which has deep, deep ties to Jewish people in America all the way dating back to, you know, I'd say the... early 1960s, people that were very supportive of the civil rights movement and the raising of awareness of the Jim Crow laws and all of the oppression that was taking place against black people. So just listen to this and listen to what he has to say for here. And Israel are not the same as Judaism and the Jewish people.

22:26

I love Judaism and I love the Jewish people. I venerate Judaism and I venerate the Jewish people. I stand with Judaism and I stand with the Jewish people. And the single most dangerous thing that they've tried to tell us is that somehow they can extend the definition of anti-Semitism to include a foreign government and its leaders. I call bullshit. No. If you believe that anti-Semitism extends to include a foreign government in APAC, you are creating a dangerous circumstance. So it is important for us to recognize that we love Judaism and the Jewish people because we love people. And we love Palestinians and their rights because we love people. And we love that our tax dollars get spent here on schools here and health care here. That you want to invest in our kids when you send our money abroad to kill other people's kids. You cannot claim it. So that's about that, I think that in and of itself is indicative of what the real challenge that, you know, the Democratic Party and the Republican Party are both facing right now. You see similar commentary coming out of James Fisbeck and the governor, the race for governor down in Florida against Byron Donalds. You see the Dan Belzerian against Randy Fine. That's just a complete cloud show, that whole thing. But you see, this is the divisive nature of this rhetoric that's taken place. And again, center stage is what's happening in the Middle East. And in particular, what's going on with Benjamin Netanyahu's government and the influence it's having in the United States, both negative and positive. You know, I think when you look at... you know, what this guy is representing and what he means, you know, there, he fits firmly in line with that kind of hard left progressivism that's kind of captured the Democratic Party. It's like. health care for all right uh schools for all uh all these tax breaks or uh government uh programs all this which just continues to open the door for this mentality which is also heavily permeated in young people millennials all the way down in gen zers right When they look at the negative impacts of trying to find a well-paying job, the fact that entry into your first home is like 40 years old now, all of these things, what they're seeing geopolitically, you know, all over, candidates like this guy seem to appear to be the most inviting for this kind of radical progressive liberalism that is gaining.

25:41

a strong foothold in the Democratic Party. You know, it's interesting. This is more in line what I think is going to play out in these midterms. I'm really in question of whether or not the Republican Party is going to be able to hold off and maintain both the House and the Senate. If they do, it'll be remarkable feat on their end. I just don't see great campaigns taking place. I don't see. a lot of a positivity in either party right now. I think there's a civil war taking place in each one. That's why I also think it's fascinating that, you know, you just saw Tucker Carlson post a picture with Thomas Massie, Joe Kent, and Marjorie Taylor Greene. saying, hey, stand by. We've got a big announcement. And I think everybody believes it's going to be a component of a third party emerging through the 28 election cycle and what that might look like. But certainly what's obvious across the whole political atmosphere right now is that there are distinct divisions. There are lines being drawn in the sand. And if you support this, you can't be on our team. And if you support this, you can't be on our team. And those divisions seem to be becoming more extreme by the week. And as primaries continue to play out, we're going to keep a close watch on all that. as well as a close watch on 1% different races, which still is baffling to me, because guess what? Election integrity has still not been addressed. So we'll keep a close look and inform you all that. All right. On to more of the comedy version of the show, or I don't think it's comedy. I think he actually means it, and it's... Our great benefactor, Mr. Clay Travis, this week. Online education is convenient, but sometimes it can be lonely. What kind of led into it was obviously the Indiana fever and Sophie Cunningham who released the statement two weeks ago or last, last week or the week before, being a staunch, staunchly against any...

31:05

men, biological men being able to compete in the WNBA. You know, no transgender men should be competing there. And, you know, as a result, they went out and they played. Portland. They played in Seattle. They played a couple other places. And in one case, the head coach of the opposite team wore a shirt that we support trans rights or trans people and their right to live. Another fans in both places were booing her. In fact, some young kids who were there to support Cunningham were accosted by some adults for holding up. Thank you for standing up for a sign. for Sophie Cunningham. So again, the WNBA has devolved into this hyper-political organization that's difficult to watch anyways because the basketball isn't great other than just a few athletes on each team. But so what happened? The great Clay Travis of the Buck and the Clay and Buck show, as well as from the great news organization called Outkick. Clay came out and went off again. And on Monday, he basically offered, upping his original offer of $1 million to $10 million for a head-to-head game against the... existing WMBA champions, the Las Vegas Aces, to face any state champion boys team of his pick, right? So state champion boys high school team, not a college team, not a junior pro team, not a junior college team, a state champion high school team. And we don't even know if it's 7A or 1A, who knows what he'd pick in there. But, but that's what he's doing. And so he's going to pay $10 million to the winner. Actually, he's saying it would go to, winter takes the money. which is awesome. There has been no verbal response or written response from the WMBA or anybody from the Las Vegas Aces. And he proposes to put a none on pay-per-view. And then that money from pay-per-view would go to Tunnel to Towers and their support of veterans and first responders. Now, this is the other awesome thing. He actually also put out another one. And I was just going to play Play the video here where he talks about Bose so we can watch Clay do this. If you could, Joy, thank you. Aggressive moves that I am undertaking here. And I'm 100% serious about this. And I'm going to share both of them with you. First of all, I will buy.

33:56

a WNBA expansion franchise as the primary owner of that franchise. I will bring them to my hometown where I do this show from, Nashville, Tennessee. I will pledge that 100% of my team will be trans. That will be men pretending to be women. Our entire coaching staff will be trans. That is men pretending to be women. We will not lose a single game. There are probably some games buck where we will not even give up a single point. I will call this team the Nashville balls and I will become a dynastic sports owner. I will own a WMBA franchise. I will buy it and I will play only men who identify as women. We'll wear wigs or run around, do whatever we need to do to be officially classified as identifying as women. I this is all right that's good that's good that's good that's good That's good. You know, so when you hear this, I mean, obviously, there's no doubt that if he were ever able to do that, they would just dominate because it just is. We've seen it in multiple arenas from high school track events to volleyball events to college volleyball, to, you know, you name it, whatever the sport is. We saw it in the Olympics. There was a boxer from overseas who won a gold medal because he was just beating the snot out of females. They ended up kicking him out eventually. But, you know, it's just the reality of it, right? Male muscle density, bone density, quickness, power, all of that is just better. And so one of the fascinating ones that's coming out is there's this French trans... a basketball player who said she's ready to step in at play in any minute and just show the video of her playing there. I want you, and for those who are watching, she's like, she's, you know, a foot in some cases taller than these French girls. She's ripped. There's actually photos. Go to X and look at her photo. Like, she is ripped solid and she's just dominating on these poor women. Tick, tick, boom.

36:26

I don't know. All right, stop it. Stop it. I can't watch anymore. I watch it. You know, and if you look at the WNBA now, watch, and Mark, there's a, there's a, I follow this one on X. It's like Reese's layups or it's Angela, or Angel Reese's layup or, you know, how she can never make a layup and it's just on repeat. Can you imagine if this dude goes down. and literally just, you know, goes up and puts his nuts in her face, like, and everybody's going to be like, oh, isn't it such a beautiful thing? Isn't it such fair? And it's just so awesome. And, you know, Angel Reese is going to, knowing her, she's... You know, she's going to go off on it. And she's going to be like, this is ridiculous. And, you know, now all of a sudden you're going to have, you know, their sweetheart, who, by the way, was busted making inside betting with page buyers. They made a bet on their own games. And the league just lets it happen. Like, they've, she was in a press conference. Like, I'm going to wait for my Apple payout because I won the bet. And like, they're betting on their own games. Like, It's an absolute joke of a league. It's a shame because you got, you know, a quintessential historical player like Caitlin Clark who could elevate the entire. She already has attendance, viewership, all that. You have this other imperson, Sophie Cuttingham. And there's, listen, there's a phenomenal amount of incredible black players, Hispanic players. I don't care. I just stop the politics, stop the BS, the trans stuff. Just enjoy what you're doing. Ride, you know, ride the coattails of this, build up other players, make more money. I mean, Sophie cut him, had a shoe deal come out. She automatically became the top-selling female basketball shoe of all time. And it just, it's so blatantly obvious that this is a deeper issue. It's a political issue. It's a cultural issue. I think it's a race issue. And it's just a shame, man, because what you're doing is just disenfranchising all different kinds of little girls out there that see the stupidity of all this. And what you're telling for this teeny select point, whatever zero amount of people that. might want to play bad like you're like what are you doing

39:00

Like you're destroying the legacy of your own league for your own entrenched ideology. Just stop, get over with it. It's ridiculous. So I would love to see it. I would absolutely love to commentate that with Clay. I'd love to be the color commentator for that game along with Clay and Bach. I think we would do a bang-up job. So, yeah, Clay, if you're listening and you get this deal done, I want to. be in the press box. I want to be behind a mic for this because I think I could do just a better job than what was his name? Cotton, whatever, from Dodgeball and ESPN, the Ocho. I think I could destroy that guy and play-by-play content. All right. Last one, the Twin Falls shooting that took place. This was Saturday, August 1st, about 2.30 p.m. Agumman opened fire with an AR, AR at an In-N-Out Burger on Blue Lakes Boulevard in Twin Falls, Idaho. The location had been open just one week. Three were killed and seven were wounded. Police identified the shooter as Chad Williams, 24, who eventually died, luckily by self-inflicted gunshot wounds after he was confronted by a good Samaritan, a bycender, Jim Jordan Salinas, 35 of Kimberly, Idaho, who engaged him with what we think is in F. and pistol, suppressed pistol, which is badass, because there's also great videos and we'll show, first go ahead and show the video of the kid killing the Tesla in the parking lot.

And it's interesting to me when you watch his erratic behavior. He has no plan. He's just kind of walking around aimlessly. He's not sure what to do next. He's kind of confused, making me think, like, is he high? Is he drunk? Is he on his meds? You know, what's going on? It seems random. Like there's no meaning to it. I can't wait until we find out more about his social media account. And then why don't you play the other one of Joe Salinas engaging him. That'd be great. Why don't you pull that one up? What's interesting about Salinas is that after a mash. Go ahead and play his first real quick, and then we'll talk about him. Fire maneuver, baby, fire maneuver. What I love, you know, it's so awesome. He's got the cowboy hat on. You can stop it. It's got all this other stuff, like, you know. And the great thing about Salinas is that he pursued firearms training, and he's got videos on X and on YouTube if you look for him. after a 2021 mass shooting where he prepared for the day that he hoped would never come. But guess what? There he is. He's got a suppressed pistol. He re-engages the thing. And what a lot of people believe is that that pinned the kid down. He realized it was over and he ended up shooting himself after that moment. Now, do I believe that we need more of this? Hell yeah, I do. Are you kidding me? If more people have trained how to shoot, we saw it in multiple church shootings. We've seen it in the mall. There was the young 15 or 16-year-old kid who made like the, you know, 90-meter shot with his pistol and got direct hits on those people. It's just... you know i that's why like down here in florida where i live man florida man's out there uh you know so are all the crazies and so are all the nut jobs on the road and so if you're not carrying you're a fool Right. The only person who's going to save you in that situation is yourself. Because no matter where you are, whether in Twin Falls or Palm Beach or Detroit or wherever, there's a response time that's going to take place. And what we've seen in the past on multiple occasions, whether it was the Yuvaldi active duty, active shooter at the school or other places. many cops, many police departments are not trained how to assault quickly. Like, they'll show up, they'll secure the external area while the shooting continues and the wait for SWAT to come up and clear. So if you don't have a bare minimum of a pistol on you and a bare minimum of, you know, 20 hours of tactical shooting, then, you know, you're going to be at the behest of these crazy nut jobs that are out there. And whether it's this kid all the way up to who,

ever shot charlie kirk i mean that's the spectrum of what we're facing in modern america right that's just the reality of what's out there on the street and so uh do i believe every red-blooded american has the right to own and possess firearms yeah after 18 years old absolutely should should you carry a pistol on you at all times yeah if you've gotten the prerequisite training you have the personal wherewithal personal moral responsibility to carry that firearm intelligently, fuck yeah, get out there, carry your gun. And when you see evil, bring that threat to bear and reduce the threat by and save innocent lives. That's the way this whole thing was designed, right? That's what makes America unique. You know, I just think there's a lot of great training out there, a lot of people that have great training no matter where you are. One of the guys that we're bringing on the show, Rich Graham has a great training group. My buddy Jared Hudson and Alabama's, right?
