I'm your host, Shane Hugo, and today my guest host is Jeremy Corbyn Trent. Jeremy Corbyn is an interesting cat. We'd love seeing that behind him, but I like that it's got the fist that was in my book cover, and it's got T, and then you think it's TYT, but it's TVA. Okay, that'll get into the conversation a little bit later. So Jeremy Corbyn was a communications director at Justice Democrats and then had a communications for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. He's the founder of a fight worth having and a publisher at America's Undoing. What we're gonna talk about today is a couple of things. One, the empire strikes back. So they're ready to go after Abdul El-Sayed, but it's not just Republicans, it's not just A-PAC, but the Democratic establishment joining in in a lot of ways. Not completely, but in important ways that we're gonna explain to you guys. And of course, the media, most of all. The media despises anyone who's trying to do it right by the average American voter. A little bit later in the program. Twisty twist, is Trump right in buying stakes in private companies? Conservatives are super mad at him. They say socialism, is it? And is it a good thing or a bad thing? We'll discuss that a little bit later. And then Trump apparently very angry with Pete Hegseth. Is that right? And well, what difference would that make? And then unfortunately, we do have a story about just one of the most horrific bombings that you've ever heard of in Gaza. Of course, in the middle of a theoretical ceasefire with Israel. Okay, before we get started, Jeremy Corbyn, how you doing, brother? Man, I'm doing real well. I think things are looking up. Things are doing well for me. So yeah, I'm good. I'm excited. I've been writing my fingers down to the bone. I've been working and enjoying it. How about you? All right, good, good. I'm good. I just like you, you know, there's dark times, but at the same time, all of a sudden, hope. So I mean, I'm not like an accelerationist, but hey, you know, I think that they're, I think people are waking up, man. I think people are waking up and then always gets me excited. Yeah, absolutely. All right. So, well, they're going to strike back, as I said. So let's get into the first story. You go back to April at this point in the month. Dems had a 79% chance. Look how that number has fallen dramatically. Down we go into Lake Michigan. Now we're talking about just a 59% chance. That's Harry Anton from CNN, explaining that Abdullah Said is in a lot of trouble because he won. The Democrats might not win. His chance of winning, according to Calshu's way down, down to 59%.

4:06

Which is actually an excellent chance of winning. So we're gonna get into the deception of that particular segment in just a little bit. And I'm gonna explain to you the several different ways that that segment was meant to deceive you. And my opinion of Harry Enton is going way, way, way down. So this is now done this half a dozen times, so it's getting to be pretty outrageous. But of course, all of the establishment is striking back against Abdul El-Sayed, and they're doing it in different ways. Some predictable and some a little bit more subterfuge. So there's going to be establishment Democrats in here, there's going to be A-PAC, there's going to be some of their donors, but mainly the national media is the people who are trying to prevent Abdul El-Sayed for winning, and we're going to prove our cases we always do. So let me start with things you won't be surprised by. Jewish insider has a story saying Jewish Democrats in Michigan wing crossing party lines after Abdul El-Sayed's Senate primary win. Now it's that title is misleading. Because they show no polling to indicate that Jewish Americans, the actual voters are against Abdul El-Sayed. And as we saw in New York, tons of Jewish Americans voted for Zohran Mamdani, and he's more popular in that category than that Yahoo is, right? They're mainly talking about Zionist donors. So they explain. Hannon lists a Democratic fundraiser and Jewish leader who splits his time between Michigan and Israel. was among those who had told Jewish insider before the primary that he would vote for Rogers in the general election if Abdul El-Sayed won the nomination, noting he knows, quote, many Jewish Democrats who plan to do the same. Of course, what he really means is many radical Zionists who are giant donors, and they will pretend to speak for all Jewish Americans, even though the polling indicates that they're actually in the minority of Jewish Americans. But as you see here, Israel first says, yeah, I pretend to be a Democrat, but. No, I will very actively help defeat the Democratic candidate because Israel is way more important than any other policy and all the other policies combined. That's a literal fact. So they're not Democrats, they're not Republicans, they're just radical Zionists who would like to purchase our Congress on behalf of Israel. That's obviously they're telling you. He just said, I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat. I want you to work for Israel. So they continue. One Democratic fundraiser in Michigan who spoke on the condition of. Anonymity to address a sensitive subject said he was absolutely certain that several large Jewish Democratic donors will be supporting Rogers. Because they're not Democrats. They're only Israel first, which leads us to Mark Penn. Mark Penn is always characterized in the media in a deeply misleading way as Bill Clinton's pollster. Now is it true that he was, yes. Is it true that that is the main thing that defines him now? No, Mark Penn is very conservative, pushed Bill Clinton in a conservative direction often helps Republicans and is a massive Israel first.

7:04

advocate inside America. So it's painted as top Democrat concerned about Abdullah Said. But in reality, Mark Penn couldn't care less about the Democratic or Republican parties. He serves Israel, but here he is. I think you will find that the black vote will, by and large, consolidate behind the Democrats in the black election. And those students, they are going to stick with their choice. The question is whether or not a lot of the moderate Democrats who were for Stevens will say, I just won't go there. I will defect from my party. Is it possible to find 5% that will do that? It is highly likely that you're going to find 5% of those Stephen voters. We're going to switch to the other side, and that alone would give a margin of victory to Rogers. Okay, so oh my God, you made a terrible mistake. And wait, why is it a mistake? Because our side will betray the Democratic Party, the establishment side. We're gonna stab you guys in the back on behalf of Israel, because we would rather have the Republican win. and do nothing that the Democratic voters want and 100% support Donald Trump, as long as he serves Israel loyally. That's a fact. So that's what they're saying. By the way, if Abdul had lost and his side, our side, was saying, well, maybe we won't vote for Haley Stevens. They would have been like, how dare you? It's all progressives fault. Okay, now instead the media's like, way to go, way to go. Destroy Abdul El-Sayed, destroy the Democratic chances of winning in Michigan. And on that, we're gonna get back to Harrington in a second because his- segment was particularly egregious, totally meant to deceive you. Now that's a strong charge, but I'm gonna show you and you're gonna see it with your own eyes. But before I do that, let me bring Jeremy Corbyn Trent, who's guest hosting with me today. So Jeremy Corbyn, as progressives, we've seen this movie many, many times. But- It's the playbook, right? Yeah, vote blue no matter who was nothing but a gigantic lie, right? And most of the establishment Democrats I don't even think they're Democrats. They never pass any Democratic policies. They always say they can't ever do anything. And the minute of Progressive wins, they instantly help the Republicans. So hasn't the media been lying to us basically our whole lives pretending that those are the real Democrats when in reality they're the fake Democrats and the progressives are the real Democrats?

Starting something new can be terrifying. When we launched our shop, TYT store, I was drowning in what ifs, what if no one buys anything, whatever it doesn't look great. I nearly talked myself out of it. But I took the leap anyway, as we usually do. And I'm glad I did, because Shopify made it incredibly easy to turn those what ifs into real sales. Shopify is the commerce platform powering millions of businesses globally, and it handles 10% of all U.S. e-commerce, which is a stunning number. It's behind brands like all birds, Jim, Shark, and yep, our very own ShopT, YT. They give you one all-in-one dashboard for inventory, payments, and analytics. So you're not juggling 10 different logins. Need product descriptions? Shopify's AI tools, crank out copy, and even polish your photos. And if you get stuck, their 24-7 support team has your back, as they did with us. So if you've got an idea for a business or a side hustle, stop what if you. It's time to turn those what ifs into with Shopify today. Sign up for your $1 per month trial at shopify.com slash t-y-t. Go to shopify.com slash t-y-t. That's shopify.com slash t-y-t. I mean, I think that definitely progressives are more aligned with the sort of the historic roots of the Democratic Party. I don't really think that's debatable. You know, if you look at sort of what the Democratic Party became when it was ascendant, when it led to its giant trifectas, you know, that's happened multiple times. That happened in the 30s, the 40s, and into the 50s. That happened again in the 60s. You know, and that party each and every time was one that was ready to take bold action, whether it was for, you know, rebuilding our, you know, our economy, rebuilding our infrastructure, fighting the fascists in the Second World War, whether that was, you know, the space race or that was civil rights. Every single time, the Democratic Party that has been ascendant, won the hearts and minds of the American people, was out there doing big things. And, you know, this party, the one that I basically... been around since i was born in 1980 so the party that i've seen my most of my entire adult life uh has been this party of like reagan trauma right and you know i wish it was just apak because the interesting thing here is that israel like i saw some recent polling nationally that shows that 60% of republicans under the age of 50 are done with supporting israel you know they're done with us arming them, they're done with us providing any support financially or otherwise, right? So even the Republican Party is starting to change on their views towards Israel. So I actually wonder if APAC goes in there heavy. for Mike Rogers, does it do more harm than good? I mean, because they've gotten really bad at hiding it now. Like, there's so many people that are wise to their game. They know about the shell packs. They know about all the nonsense and how they move money around. So they're going to get exposed for it each and every time. And I think that even the mountain of, you know, 60, 70 million, whatever it turns out to have been spent against Abdul that he was able to overcome. I think at some point that actually started.

12:39

helping him a little bit, right? That built this narrative that this community of people was trying to buy the election for another country. You know, the fun thing is, the other fun thing is you start to have people saying this out loud completely. Like, you know, you saw a John Fetterman the other day. in this interview with Stewart, and he just basically is like, I'm an Israel first guy. That's what I'm doing. You got Marco Rubio saying when they first went to war with Iran, we did it because the Israelis drug us in. They're actually being more transparent about this, just like Trump is with his, you know, with his corruption and stuff. So it's nice to see this thing happening at least. And I think that the American people are completely against the way that they've taken this. Unfortunately, The Democratic Party would sell us down the river for that, you know, healthcare folks. They would sell us down the river for the banking industry. They'd sell us down the river for Wall Street. I mean, the problem is, is the list of people that and interest groups that the Democratic Party would sell their soul for is long. So, you know, that's why I think, you know, as you know, the path to progress is through replacement, replacement of leadership, replacement of all these folks. And I think that's why these primaries are such a big deal. But I believe that the American people are starting to get wise to APEC. I mean, you know, the funny, like, it's in the name, American Israeli, right? It's not American Jewish. It's not American Jews that are, you know, that are trying to stand against, you know, anti-Semitism or trying to build more Jewish community centers and know more about Judaism and build that out. It's literally Americans that are trying to change our foreign policy at the behest of the Israeli regime. And you know, I don't think that, and I think the American people are saying that makes no dead blame sense at all. Yep, and I'm glad of it. Another one of the groups is called Democratic majority for Israel. Why would I want my representative representing Israel? That just doesn't make any sense at all, but all of our media lies to us and tells us that that makes all the sense. And in fact, if you don't agree to that, you're like some sort of evil anti-Semite or something. So that's gonna lead us back to the media here. So I think that Jeremy Corbyn's exactly right. I think that Abdul El-Sayed is going to pick up a ton, not a little bit, but a shocking amount of independent votes in Michigan. and going to win the general election easier than he won the primary. I think almost all of the media is lying to you on purpose to try to create a self-fulfilling prophecy here. So which brings us back to Harry Anton. So watch this segment and then I'll break down why this is purposely misleading. You know, once I'll say it became the favorite for that nomination, and now these actually become the nominee. Democratic chances have fallen dramatically. You can see it right here, cash a prediction odds. Take a look here, chance to win the Michigan Senate race. You go back to April at this point in the month. Dems had a 79% chance. Look how that number has fallen dramatically. Down we go in the Lake Michigan. Now we're talking about just a 59% chance. While Mike Rogers, the Republican nominee, look at this. 21% chance, basically doubling now up to a 4%.

15:42

41% chance. So the people who are putting their money where their mouths are quite skeptical at this point, or at least significantly more skeptical, that Democrats will be able to hold on to the Michigan Senate seat with Abdul El-Sayed as the nominee. Though I still should note, he is the slight favorite here. But given Michigan being a purple state and given where Trump's approval rating is, I think it's quite surprising that his numbers are not significantly higher. So. I did the math on it. 59% is a great number. And it is not a little above 41%. It's massively about 41%. So he's got the 59%. I mean, this is a perfect example of how mainstream media says, do not believe you're lying eyes and ears. So here's the number. Abdul El-Sayed has an excellent chance of winning. Now I'm telling you, it's telling you. in the Michigan Lake. It has no chance to go dramatically. Oh my God, he's going to lose. Brother, it says 59%. I have eyes. And why was this 79% earlier? Now, he never explains that, I could explain it to you, because that is not a poll. Those are betting markets. And he didn't perfectly clarify that either. I had no problem with Kalshi. But like, you've got to explain what you're actually talking about. So the reason it was a 79% earlier is because the betters thought that Abdul had a 98% chance of winning the primary and that he was going to win by a very large number. So when he won by one point. They started to get a little nervous about his chances of winning the general election. So that's understandable if you are better, right? And even then it didn't move it into a minority, still was a solidly comfortable 59%. But they didn't move from 79 to 59 because they thought, oh my God, I thought Haley Stevens was going to win. And now that it's not Haley Stevens and it's Abdul, well, of course, he's not going to win the general. No, they thought that Abdul had a 98% chance of winning on that same Kalshi platform, right? So they had already baked that in. So to pretend that people are concerned because Abdul is the candidate. is just lying to you. That's not what happened at all. It's the opposite of what happened. They're just a little worried the betters are because they thought Abdul was gonna win more comfortably. So, and then he went on to give two other totally nonsensical points about why. Abdul might, you know, hurt the chances of the Democrats winning. And they just say it. New York Times today in a piece. Oh, oh, the moderate Haley Stevens law, but his positions are not remotely moderate. His positions are polling at 80% within Democratic voters on his position on Israel, 60% in the general election. Medicare for all polls 65% not among Democratic voters.

18:28

Among all voters in Michigan, these are very popular and hence moderate positions, but CNN and New York Times lie to you day in and day out. And in an effort to almost create a self-fulfilling prophecy, if we just say that he's radical long enough, hopefully the Democrats will lose or the non-Israel supporting candidate will lose. And whether it's Haley Stevens or- Mike Rogers, Democrat or Republican, oh, I hope the one that supports Israel wins. What happened to being objective? Isaac Edwards Doveray is one of the worst establishment reporters. In fact, I think he's the single worst. So of course, they had to bring him on the TV, like this is a special day. So he's like, oh, I am hearing that Democrats who are pretending to support, first of all, the first part is actually relatively helpful to know, that Democrats pretending to support Abdul El-Sayed that are in the Party leadership, of course don't actually want him to win. And they're like super nervous, what if he wins? Oh my God, and Democrat picking up a swing state and maybe deciding the The whole Senate, who's in charge, we don't want our side to win. We'd rather have our donors win who don't care if you're a Democrat and would help us actively destroy the Democratic Party. You see how we're the real Democrats? No, no, I see the exact opposite, okay? And then finally, Doveret says, and I talk to a lot of voters secretly. I'm not quoting any of them, but they all tell me they're going to switch a vote for Mike Rogers because they're not comfortable with Abdul El-Sayed. Just made up. Totally utterly made up. Why? Because the entire media, MS Now, CNN, Fox News, every single one of New York Times, all telling you, don't vote for Abdul El-Sayed, says the objective reporter. He's going to lose. He's going to destroy the Democratic way. Vote for the Republican. Vote for the Republican. including by liberal media? Jeremy Corbyn, come on. In case of emergency break glass, right? In case of emergency break glass and boy, boy, are they breaking glass. I remember this reminds me of the last time Bernie was close to a nomination, right? And they broke their glass. I mean, the economists too. So the economist had, you know, they were doing the tracking and the odds in their polling and whatever, whatever the hell is that they're doing. And then it. plummeted from 75% in one day down to 52%. Now, You gotta ask yourself, what's in that model? What's in that model that mathematically changed that day? Like, because you rightfully said that the prediction markets and everything, all the polling, everything said that Abdul was gonna be the nominee. We were going into this, thinking that Abdul was gonna be the nominee for the last month at least, right? And still, the odds were 75. Now he is the nominee for sure, and then suddenly, boom, they drop. And it's not data.

21:18

It's not like they've polled anything that tells them this. There's nothing that tells them this except for what they want. Now, you're talking about the calcium market and saying that, you know, that there's some stuff baked in and it makes sense for betters and stuff. And then I think to myself, if I just blew $70 million on a race or $60 million, whatever it was and lost, I might go ahead and start throwing a few million into the Calci market here and there just to sort of make people think that, you know. They've made a bad decision. I mean, hell, I'm just setting money on fire anyway. So why not do it there? But maybe I'm, you know. I'm a paranoid. I'm seeing things that aren't there. But the craziness is that the terror that these people feel, that this one guy, I mean, I don't think it can be anything other than a little bit of Islamophobia, a total love for our undying support for a genocidal regime that we're participating with in Israel. And of course, their ideas that maybe, oh, maybe. People will start voting for who they like instead of who that we've told them as electable. And they will be free from this establishment media for forever. And gosh almighty, that scares them, right? The media losing its advantage. Now, of course, it's been beaten over the head for a long time by Trump and by those people talking about how full of crap they are. But the next thing that we know for sure is that they're willing to hide. the genocide that we can see with our eyes. We know that they're willing to write editorials about if we attack civilian infrastructure in Iran, that could be a war crime. Then we do it. no more peeps about war crimes, right? So we know, we know for a fact that this media, this mainstream apparatus is a tool, a tool of the war machine, a tool of the political machine, and ultimately a tool of the people that own it, you know? And again, the hope that I have is that across the spectrum, people are getting wise to the act. They're seeing it. Like the same kind of act you see in Congress when, oh, amazingly, four Democrats in the House vote with Republicans, right? Oh, it's a different for this. time, but we came this close guys. If we just had more Democrats, we would have done it. But no, that's actually not the case. We just wouldn't have had the dad blamed vote to start with. So, you know, people are picking up. The BS detectors are starting to go off. And I think that this, again, is going to backfire. This whole thing of them telling you, oh my gosh, Abdul El-Sayed's going to lose, he's going to lose. Well, actually inspire the real Democrats, the voters in Michigan, to get out there and vote November. I think that the fear will encourage them to donate on Act Blue again. I think that this fear that he might lose and that we would have less of a Senate majority or even maybe no Senate majority with Trump still in office, I think they're overplaying their hand. Yep.

24:00

Speaking of tools, it's not just that they're, you know, having the media just go out there in mass saying he's going to lose, he's going to lose, trying to make it a reality. And then you wonder why, why do you, the so-called liberal media all of a sudden is desperate for a Democrat to lose in Michigan? That is such a strange thing to do, right? Now, but speaking of tools, you come to third way, which is basically a tool of corporations in the Chamber of Commerce to destroy the Democratic Party from within. Their president is Jonathan Cowan, and he's promised to basically do that now that Abdul El-Sayed won. He says, we're preparing for the next war that is coming. It is deeply troubling to see radical far left candidates winning in places that are potentially presidential swing states. But wait a minute, if it turns out that that helps the swing swing states, wouldn't that be good for the Democratic Party? Oh, right. Third Way doesn't care at all what's good for the Democratic Party. In fact, they announced now that they're going to spend $15 million attacking progressives from here to election day. But think about it, they're pretending to be Democrats. And they're gonna use $15 million of marketing to smear Democrats. And they're gonna say, oh, the problem with Democrats is that they're socialist and they believe in these radical positions. But wait a minute, you're still pretending to be a Democrat. That's right, but that's my job to be a Trojan horse and to destroy the Democratic Party from within. And then I'll get my friends in mainstream media to quote me. as if I'm the real Democrat, and that's the trick we're playing on the voters. And lo and behold, of course, establish media comes and goes, well, the real Democrats, a third way, say that, oh, it's better to lose this election. It's better to smear your own party and spend money against your party. And by the way, not during primaries, but as we go into general elections against Republicans, it's better to betray your own party. It's better for Republicans to win, but they're the real Democrats. Look, Jeremy Corbyn, as we talk about this. Yeah. Look, I get why corporations want a Trojan horse-like third way. I get why Zionist donors don't care about Republican or Democrat. They only care about Israel. I get the motivations of all those folks, right? The part that is that they cannot explain away is why all of the media goes along with this charade on purpose, purposely deceiving their audiences in an effort to make sure that the donor class, whether it's in this case Israel or big pharma and big oil and defense contractors and other cases, they always get their way.

26:39

How do I negotiate so many great travel deals? My greatest gadget. The Price Line app. It's got hotel deals, flight deals, rental car deals, all of those deals in a bundle, deals, game day deals, concert trip deals. No one deals more deals than Price Line. Hold your horses. There's more. The app let you filter hotels by neighborhood, vibe, star level, and amenities like pools and spas and beach fronts. Wait, I'm not done. Stop cutting me up. Price Line! I mean, I think that there is a club that we ain't in, as Carlin would say, right? And that club includes media barons and media, you know, I mean, like it's a increasingly small group of people that own the media. You know, Larry Ellison, Elon Musk, you know, a hand, you know, Richard Murdoch, a You got Bari Weiss now at CBS, which, you know, there's this sort of, there's a cabal in the media that is all part of the same cabal that's making these things and making these decisions happen. And, you know, I think that it's, it's something that we've not been able to break through until recently because of the rise of mainstream of independent media like TYT. These sorts of things that have started percolating up, you know, even the social media, which I mean, Ellison smartly bought. TikTok because TikTok was critical in getting out the voice of the Gazans and getting out the images that we saw that led people to say to themselves, yes, I see this and no, I cannot support this, right? What led to the fervor that has has culminated in a lot of these victories was TikTok. And I think as long as we keep things like this happening, as we keep these sort of independent media channels open, we keep these people that are out there talking and speaking truth, then we're going to get more and more capacity to overtake the media regime. And I, because make no mistake, they are of, they're the fourth estate in this one, right? Yeah. And this is a big part of their power is the ability to control what we're seeing, what we're hearing, what we're thinking. And they've had that power for a long time. And they're threatened by us taking it. Yeah, and lastly, I'll add just real quick to your point about the cabal. So what is the interest, the overriding interests of the cabal? Is it foreign country? Is it, you know, oil, defense? What it, the answer is I think is obvious, right? Yeah. Everyone who owns these giant multi-billion dollar corporations are billionaires. And so their interest is in protecting their wealth and power. So why would billionaires be in favor of progressives who want to look out for the average guy? No, the billionaires running all the media companies, the traditional media companies, are of course they're against the average guy. Because they want the money, they want the power. And the group that is most in favor of the average person in America is the populist progressive left. And so that is why the media. representing the wealthy and the powerful, hate us and lie about us 24-7 and try to make sure we lose no matter who's pretending to be Democrats or Republicans. And that's how this game is played. But as Jeremy Corbyn said there,

29:48

Now a great number of Americans see it. They've woken up out of their hypnosis that these propaganda outlets put them in and are now fully awake and ready to fight back. And the main battleground in this election cycle is Michigan. That general election will be monumentally important. All right, we're gonna take quick break when we come back. Trump does something arguably progressive. We'll see if we give him credit for it. And then he does something that is the exact opposite. And we certainly will take him on on that. So stay right here. You heard it with your own eyes. Back on TYT, I'm going to read some of these blind. Nerf Ferguson writes in at tyt.com. Abdul El-Sayed said that, Abdul El-Sayed, that guy could never win an election, except for the one he won like two days ago. Yeah, I know, but at CNN, they're like, what? Okay. Kofife 19 says, remember when establishment Democrats jumped on anyone who criticized Biden's competence and would scream, you're helping Trump? Of course, because they're giant, giant liars. The minute they think that we could beat Republicans with a progressive, they immediately betray us. Boss Scavenger says the truth is the lifeblood of democracy. TYT is doing all it can to keep our country alive by transfusing the truth into the main arteries of democracy in order to save our dying country. Jank is an American hero. Well, thank you. That's amazing of you to say. I appreciate it. Don't shoot on the goalkeeper says when Dem said vote blue no matter who, they meant the blue on the Israeli flag. That's a pretty good point. Okay, it's a little devastating. I might borrow that one. Borrow that one from you. Christina Salazar says, I like this guy. You guys have had some great guests host lately. Right, yeah. Look, it's not an accident that Jeremy Corbyn was a communication director for just Democrats and in that miraculous Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez win. And in her office, yes, some great populist progressives out there. Boomer Dragon Cat says that fake Obama endorsement really heard Abdul. I'd like to see Obama come out and praise him if not endorse him. Yeah, if he doesn't, that would be super weird and an obvious betrayal. He needs to set the record straight. And by the way, you should also say that they lied about his endorsement.

32:52

All right, back on TYIT, Jane Hugo, Jeremy Corbyn Trent with you guys. So now, let's go to our next story. So the Trump administration was embarrassed because the courts ruled that the tariffs were unconstitutional and he had to get the money back. the money that was raised from the tariffs. So that turned out to be at least so far $100 billion. Well, who paid that? Trump kept claiming, oh, China is paying this and other countries. Well, as we see now with the refunds, no, of course it wasn't China. We paid it. So all right, great. American consumers are going to get $100 billion back, right? Of course not. No, it's going to go straight to corporations who coincidentally have donated to the Trump team, and by the way, to the Democrats as well. But golly, gee, they wound up getting it. That's so weird. Here, in fact, we have this graphic. Yeah, let's go to Graphics 6 here. Let's do the tariff math with you guys. So we've got $100 billion in tariff relief. They're 166 billion overall, but that's the one that 100 is getting paid back. So how much is going to the corporations? Yeah, 100 billion. Okay, how much does that leave to the American consumers though? Oh, right, zero dollars to American consumers. Okay, I've got a lot more on this, but let me bring in Jeremy Corbyn. So isn't that math awfully convenient for this corporate politics we live in? It's wonderfully easy to do too, you know, that's the funny thing about that. So, you know, what's crazy to me is during this period, we've not seen like, oh my gosh, the Apple Corp and Amazon are struggling, they're putting up earnings reports that are, you know, that are staggeringly bad. No, actually, they've been profitable. Actually, they've been chugging along and doing just fine. Thank you very much. And now, what do they get out of the bonus that they just, because they just passed the cost on the consumer? Right, period. That's all they did. The tax on people, which people said that this is what was going to be. And now they get their big refund check. So during the earnings seasons, they were doing well. Like, you know, you're still posting 60% gross profits at Apple, all this craziness. So it looks like it will have been even bigger, you know, just like we're seeing Exxon and Chevron, little little Trump. even talked about how egregious it was that they posted 12x returns on the gas prices at hikes that they've been out there right and we see again they come out roses every single time you know it's almost as if they have a political economic and media system that's out there doing their bidding and making sure that they win every time i mean i'm sure that's not it but that's what it seems like There's some chance that that is it. Okay, so, and speaking of that, so the media, I read this, it was hilarious. They're like, these companies were badly hurt by the tariffs. I'm like, wait, we know their earnings. They weren't badly hurt at all. They made it. It's public. Yeah, we, so they're, they just consistently.

35:46

flat out lie while they're so called doing reporting, right? So in the case of Amazon, poor little Amazon, who's just been so, they might go out of business any second now, they're getting $600 million back. And Apple, I mean, they've been among the most profitable companies in the world for about a decade straight at least in the top. Two usually, right? They hurt so badly they had to get $2.2 billion back. You guys get zero, but Apple gets $2.2 billion gift. But now to Jeremy Corbyn's point, I want to show you a couple of things here. Graphic 3 is going to show you a chart. So if they passed on the, basically the cost onto us, the prices for all of these different products would go up. Well, good news, here's the graph on the prices. Corporations ate it and they actually did not pass it on to you. Well, all those lines would have been relatively flat. But Jeremy Corbyn's right. They didn't eat it. They made you eat it. So all those prices went up in exactly the way that you're seeing there. And you see in the chart where Liberation Day is. And you see, by the way, this chart also shows you. Oh, it was because of Biden inflation. No, you see the Biden numbers. I don't love the Biden numbers, but Trump gets inaugurated. And then liberation, it happens. And it gets way, way worse. It's all passed on to you. But when Trump has to give the money back, he doesn't give any of it to you. He gives it to the corporations who just happened to donate to him. Amazon did, Apple did, all of these did. The ballroom, the campaign donations, and on and on it goes. Let me give you one more fact here, the graphic four. This podcast is brought to you by Verst. Guys wear that guys wear. So Shantana Kamat from American Enterprise Institute says, a U.S. Chamber of Commerce analysis of tariffs on the food and agricultural foods that the president exempted from in Greece increased tariffs in November 2025, concluded that in four months of 2025, federal tariff collections on those goods amounted to $1.5 billion, a 647% tax increase from 2024, much of which was paid for by... American households. So Trump, while pretending to cut your taxes, gave you a 647% tax increase, and then when he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, instead of giving it back to you, gave it to his corporate buddies. Corby, you remember when this brother was running as a populace to drain the swamp? Yeah, I do. He drained the swamp and brought in more of his buddies. I mean, it's like, it's the most enraging thing. Like I had left politics. I was gone. I was out. I was building houses. I came back to Tennessee. I licked my wounds. I said, it's not for me. And then Trump gets elected. And not only does he get elected, he gets elected and starts running, continues running. and talking like a populist. He keeps talking about these ideas that I thought were so inspiring, that I thought were so important, you know, the rebirth of manufacturing. Rebirth of industry, rebirth of our ability to do things. But then, you know, it's clear, like I'm not confused. Like, I know why he's doing it. He's doing it for his own power. He's doing it for his own benefit and to enrich himself, right? But the problem that I had with it is it's going to go out there and he's going to tarnish the good word of rebuilding this country's economy, rebuilding this country's infrastructure. That, you know, for example, tariffs, if tariffs are done smartly while you're trying to rebuild an industry or grow an industry, then they can be useful. But just as a blanket thing to. to try to screw with other countries and make them give you money, which is basically what he was doing. Give Jared Kushner better deals, give all, you know, like he was doing it to help his inner circle. And it's enraging the most, you know, but I don't know how far you've got to go. Like he's down what in the 30s now percentile of, you know, of support. And I think maybe we're getting near what the bottom is. You know, I think that the people these scammed with the Trump coin and Melania coin that actually got, you know, took a beating on that and he just took their money from them. Some of those people are seeing that, right? Some of those people are seeing that. They're seeing the price at the grocery store. They're knowing that this is not actually helping me. And then when they see this, that he's taking the tariff refunds and then giving it back to the same people that tax us on it, they're going to see that again. And I, you know, For me, at least though, when I look at this kind of a situation and I think of political solutions, the problem is when I talk to people in my community about raising minimum wage or this or that or the other, things that they would fear is that companies would just pass on that tax. They're just going to tax us, right? Essentially by raising prices. They're just, you know, we're going to have to pay the corporations want theirs and they're going to get it. Don't matter what we do. There was this inevitability, right? And that is when you have to talk about an imbalance of.

40:58

power between the corporations and the people, the consumers and the corporations, the people providing it. And this dude out there, it ain't yet. But I think that it is being born again in the Democratic Party. And that's why I'm excited about where we're headed as a party. And I hope Trump does more of this kind of stuff because it's going to put more people in his base into ours. Yeah, at least politically, two quick last things here. First, one of our members on t.yt.com made a really good point, and I just wanted to point it out to all you guys. Pessimistic progressives said, Jank, Costco has stated they will be returning tariff refunds to members, another reason why I love Costco. Now, they're not a sponsor of ours or anything like that, but they consistently do the right thing. And so thank you for reminding me of that. I did see that. And I forgot to mention it. That's why I love doing the show with our members. Become a member at t.com slash join or hit the join button on YouTube. So, but he's right. So and what's important about that point isn't, hey, Costco is great. That's wonderful. But it's that it turns out, no, they could give it back to you. Costco's choosing to give it back to you. All of the other companies are choosing. not to give it back to you and to keep it, right? And so, and that's corporate greed, and we all know that, and that's obvious, they're going to try to maximize profit, but our media keeps denying that and pretending that they're going to be good patriots, which is absurd. And then finally, I'm exactly where Corbinus. I think things got so dark that we're almost at the bottom of Pandora's box and the last thing there is hope. And so we went through the fake Democrats and we still have them around. There's still the majority of the Democratic politicians. But at least the Democratic voters have woken up and they're throwing out incumbent after incumbent and they're electing progressives and populace. So as we explained earlier in the show, those Democrats will betray other Democrats in a second, never pass their policy positions. They're actually there to help the donor class corporations and foreign governments. And then we have now in the last 10 years the fake populists like Donald Trump, right? And he's, unlike the Democrats, he actually talked a good game about populism. And that's why a lot of people are excited. We're gonna end the endless wars, no more wars, we're gonna. Serve American voters first. We're gonna train the swamp and end corruption. Those things sound wonderful. And then when we, you know, we were on the opposite side, not because we didn't think those sounded great, we were on the opposite side because we knew he was a fraud. So now, but at the time, we couldn't convince Republicans. And even as late as 2024, we couldn't convince enough independence. But now to Jeremy Corbyn's point, Well, almost all those independents are now on our side because they realize we were the ones being honest with them, that the guy was a con man, right? That those policies are wonderful. Guess who has those policies and actually means it? The side that the mainstream media, corporate media, and the corporate politicians hate the most, the populist left. So Jeremy Corbyn, again, I see a little array of hope here as a lot of the voters, not just in the Democratic Party.

44:10

And the side we've traditionally been on, but tons of independence and even some Republican voters now beginning to go, no, you guys are right. The rest of them are con men. The only thing they haven't tried so far as a president is a populist left figure like Bernie Sanders. Yeah, and I mean, when, you know, back when I was first getting in with Bernie in 15 and 16, obviously I'm right here in my neck of the woods in Knoxville, Tennessee. Obviously, that means I'm surrounded by Republicans. There's a lot of Republicans here. And those people were willing to consider voting for Bernie Sanders. There was a couple of reasons for it. One is because when he spoke, they believed what he said. There was a trust. They didn't think that he was full of it. They thought he was being honest and sincere. That was one of the main things. But the next thing was is that when he talked about the problems, the struggles, the challenges, They got it. They said, oh, this guy actually gets what's going on because the Democratic Party, one of the fun things about the Democratic Party establishment is that they want to tell you that everything's going great. This system that we have of neoliberalism and selling off all of our capacity and getting, you know, offshoring all of our jobs, it's working out great. You guys, if you don't know that, it's because you don't know how to read a graph and you're too worried about your bank account, right? But Bernie didn't talk like that. In fact, Bernie talked about America. positively, but in a similar way to Trump, where he called out its failings. You know, like the funny thing is, like, I'll go on a Fox News show or something, and they'll be like, oh, these people hate America. Donald Trump campaigned calling America an asshole, right? Saying that we were nearly a third world country, that we'd fallen apart. He didn't campaign as a cheerleader for America. He campaigned to somebody that was calling it out for where it was economically, socially, and in terms of its democracy. And people connected with it in the same way that they connected with Bernie Sanders. And I think that we've got to do it. that again. You can't, you know, Gavin Newsom can't do it. A, he's smirmy. He's, you know, he looks like he's lying every time you look at his face. Secondly, he doesn't have the idea of the work that needs to be done to change the system. He just doesn't get it. He thinks it's working okay because it is working okay for him. He doesn't have the proximity to the pain, you know? So if we pick somebody that hasn't seen it, hasn't felt it, doesn't know it to lead the party either as Speaker of the House, leader of the Senate, or the next nominee for president, then I think, you know, we're missing a massive opportunity to turn this tide. And I mention it all the time. But in the 1930s, the Republicans had a very similar slim trifecta. And then in the next six years, Democrats went assailing. They did the new deal. They got a trifecta with supermajorities in both houses. And then they had the presidency for the next four terms. And I think we have an opportunity like that, an opportunity not just to be politically dominant and be able to rebuild this country, but to improve the lives of people in this country and across the globe because of the pain that we cause all across the globe. Yeah. Look, for now, the guy who stands out in that field is Rocana. You know, fighting for manufacturing jobs here at home, released Epstein files, dead set against the war. So to me, that looks like the heir to the populace left. But we'll see. It's a long time to figure. Also wrote books on it. He's written books on, you know, actual rebuilding of the manufacturing base. I mean, it's something he studies. He's studied economics. He's gone to Iowa. He's talked about turning Iowa into a lab for regrowth of manufacturing. Yeah, it's absolutely something that he's steeped in. Yep, absolutely. All right, guys, we're going to take a quick break here. When we come back, did Trump do something right?

47:45

Is that possible? Well, a lot of Republicans are against them, so it's maybe it is possible. So let's take this break and come back and talk about it. I love cows. All right, back on TYT. I'm going to read these blind as well. Let's go to YouTube members. Mary Jane Braddock says Costco CEO Ron Vakris stated the company's goals to return, recovered tariff money to members mirroring how they handled past legal. recoveries. So that's amazing, great job by Costco. And I like how you guys are sticking up for them. You know, you like us, stick up for us. You like Costco, stick up for them. That's great. There aren't a lot of companies that do the right thing. So, you know, hang on for dear life on that stuff. So radio head truth says, I have $250 on Dems winning the House and the Senate. Need James Talarico and Abdul El-Sayed to win. Well, you know me. I love gambling. So I like to bet you made. And I think there's a good chance. James Talarico had a great speech about money and politics yesterday. Should check that out. But Roland one says sexism, racism, religious, bigotry, nationalism, and classism is how the financial elite get us to divide and control us while we're paying them to do just that. That's exactly right. The whole point of the cultural wars is divide us so we can't unite to beat them. The only way to beat them is to unite, get money out of politics, and they know that. Carol Gosh says, my opinion of Steve Kornacki has gone down also. He was cheerling for Stevens on Tuesday. Guys, if MS now is a joke, they're totally corporate Democrats, they will. In the next segment, you're going to see Joe Scarborough irate at a populist proposal. So no, they're never going to be on your side. They're going to try to trick you into voting for the most corporate Democrats. There are, who, by the way, have a much greater chance of losing to the Republicans. Carol Goss, so sorry, no, I read that one. Scott Case says the exponential way we can produce more and better stuff for the same amount of work fits. Right in with socialism, an equitable way to distribute stuff. So we're going to talk about that a little bit in a second. In Arkansas, Jack says, why didn't they just take the tariff money and pay down the debt? That would have been a much better idea, but they brought it to their donors instead. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let eczema take over? when you can talk to your doctor about ebbglis. Ebglysmab LBKZ, a 250 milligram per 2-millimeter injection is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe axima, also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies. Ebglis can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to

Before starting ebbglis, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Paid partnership with Lilly. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about Epglis and visit ebglis.com or call 1-800-Lillie RX or 1-800-545-979. The Young Turks, Jake Huger, Jeremy Corbyn Trent with you guys. First of, before we go to the next story real quick, you know, we mentioned Hope. We got your Operation Hope and Teap Hope t-shirts on shopty-t.com. Also from yesterday's election, A-Pactears mug. Collect them, drink it, it's delicious, shopty-t.com. Okay, you guys ask for it. I'm getting that. I'm getting that. Thank you, Corvin. I'm headed there. Okay, love it. All right, so now let's go to the next story. Since last June, we've gone from the government owning zero shares in zero private companies to now owning equity stakes in 30 different companies. cases. The government's now the largest shareholder. As that Bloomberg story indicated, often these equity stakes are coerced. If you want your subsidy, if you want your contract or your permit, or if you don't want the president in the case of Intel to call your CEO a Chinese agent, you better hand over those equity stakes. It's a big, big problem. And it raises massive economic questions about capital misallocation and cronyism. The government is both a shareholder and a regulator. It's a huge issue. So that was Scott Linsecum. He's from the Cato Institute, which is more of a libertarian right wing think tank. So the right wing is livid. over this policy of Donald Trump, but is it really the right wing or is it just the corporate world? So just so you know, the government has taken stakes in over 30 companies, including in companies related to minerals, quantum computing, semiconductors, nuclear energy, and a steel company. So we're gonna talk about whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, and it's complicated, it's got some downsides we're gonna get to in a second as well. Interesting how the sides have flipped on this because here comes corporate Republican Don Bacon. He's retiring from Nebraska, thank God, but he's not done selling out. He's trying to get a lobbyist job. I'll sell out the older.

53:56

corporations have a great track record. So in this case, he says, this is not the conservative position. And there is some truth to that. But what's interesting is that Joe Scarborough, who these days says he's a Democrat, finds this to be an outrageous example of socialism. Man, this is top seat every watch. Let's start with. The socialists that nobody's talking about. Okay, we can do that. But everybody should be talking about. Because socialists are taking over some of the most important companies in America's economy. This is socialism. This is pre-Fatcher-style socialism and the great irony. Here you have Republicans, small government Republicans running up the biggest deficits, the biggest debt ever. So Jeremy Corbyn, you know, Scarborough says socialism there, like it's the scariest thing in the world. Right? So here we go, corporate Republicans and corporate Democrats, the Unip Party hating it. But when that Cato Institute brothers said, you know, like, oh, now, you know, they're saying that just because they're getting subsidies, like they should get a piece of the company. Well, yeah, if you invest in a company, don't you get a piece of it? Isn't that how it works in capitalism? That's also how it worked with, I mean, SpaceX, we were supposed to get shares there, but they rushed to, you know, to keep us from doing that. We were supposed to get shares in Tesla for our bailout of Tesla. They, you know, Elon Musk rushed to keep us out of that, you know, over and over, whether it's pharmaceuticals, whether it's, you know, chip development, whether it's an automotive industry. Over and over, the American people put up the money to develop the ideas and then. Private companies take them, run with it, make millions and billions of dollars. Sometimes become worth trillions of dollars as companies. And to me, it's a clear, there's a clear history. Like, you know, Scarborough and all these people have basically, and the reason, you know, I say that this is a thing that happened from the, you know, basically the late 60s to the 70s. this transition happened was when we started having this idea of the New Deal era of the government doing some of the things actually playing in the market like the Cato brother says you're going to have the you know the government be a shareholder and a regulator yeah that's right because they have to play by the exact same regulations that they impose you know if you were for example the hospital I was born in was owned by the city in the county that I was born in That it was not a private hospital, it's not a nonprofit hospital, it was owned by the county, not for profit, right? Not owned by a weird, you know, church group or something that was obviously doing things for profit. And so many things, like the TVA signed behind me, TVA corporation, it's still a corporation, a government-owned public utility.

56:51

Right? And they are the most popular utility in America, not just public. They're the most popular utility company in the country and they're still owned by the government. And there's so many corporations, we started a rubber corporation as a country. We owned the whole dad blame thing. The New York City subway. There was two independent private companies that tried to build a subway and went bankrupt, couldn't do it. Guess who built the city subway system? It was a company that the New York City started themselves. They employed the engineers, they employed the diggers, they bought the machinery, they dug the subway. And then they, you know, the idea that the government can't actually build the stuff, own the companies that build it, regulate it, and build it themselves when the market fails to deliver what we need is insane. So, you know, yeah, I think that we need to get back into the business of doing this stuff. Yeah, so Jeremy Corbyn, I don't know anyone who's more of a diehard left-wing populist than you. And so here, you know, Trump is a fake populist in 200 different ways. But here he does seem to be doing something that we advocated for for a long time, right? And I've said, and nobody, whether you call it socialism or capitalism, I could argue that it's the most capitalist thing in the world. If a capitalist gives me money into the young Turks, he's going to have some equity of the young Turks, right? That's true. And if you give money to Intel, you're going to get equity from Intel. That's literally how capitalism works. So why shouldn't the American taxpayer also benefit? And the alternative is what makes it so absurd, isn't it? Because what, and I read several articles today just to make sure I wasn't missing it and I wasn't misrepresenting their position. Their position is, no, we should give those companies billions of dollars just for free. That's the alternative. Because they're what, they're gonna just, they're gonna, it's gonna come back to us, it's gonna trickle down. It's an investment in our future. Don't you worry, we're gonna cut you in eventually. Once our bellies are full, once our bellies are full, we will let you have some. Yeah, but I think that's the theory maybe. Yeah, that's absurd. Yeah, they're just lying. They just like, just give it to us, shut up, shut up and give us. Yeah. And what that is, I mean, we still subsidize the dad blame oil industry, right? That's today. Yeah, the oil industry gets $35 billion in subsidies every single year. That is nothing but a gigantic robbery of the American people. They literally take it out of our pocket and give it to the most profitable companies. But what I was getting at Jeremy Corbyn there, this is actually a populist policy, right? So we could, you know, you say Trump and everybody loses their mind and he is wrong 98% of the time. But if he just, especially if he just stuck to subsidies, getting money back for subsidies. That's a position that actually is populist, right? And then what he does with it, I think, is the other question, right? So what you do with that equity? Do you then use that equity to ensure that these folks are giving, you know, fair contracts to the American people when they, when they do with the government? Are we using that through, are we taking the dividends and putting them into something that's useful? I mean, it's what you do with what you have. I think that.

59:51

turns it into whether or not it's truly a populist endeavor, right? Is it just using it for leverage to enrich himself and his family? Or is this going to turn into something that's beneficial to the American people? I think that's what ends up determining whether or not it's populist. Yeah, that makes sense. The thing is like any of this could go wrong, right? I mean, the difference between, you know, authoritarianism and democracy is the key, right? And you can have an authoritarian capitalist system. You can have an authoritarian communist system, you know? That's the question. What do we get to do with it? Yeah, so that leads us to some of the downsides potentially here. So New York Times explains that situation has raised concerns that the government could use its regulatory power to help favored firms or hurt their competitors. So if they have money in a company, do they regulate so that that company wins and the other one lose? That would be a big problem. And then they say some have questioned, for example, whether the government could have incentives to block new AI models that would compete with companies it has invested in, or whether... it would be as eager to impose needed safety restrictions on such firms. So Jeremy Corbyn, how big of a downside is that for the government owning shares of companies? I mean, I think one of the core problems is that we've gotten to a point where people Can't trust their government, partially because of who we've elected over generations, right? But also partially because of how convoluted it's become, how hard to manage it's become. You know, we've got a Supreme Court that is doing things that obviously violate the Constitution. And yet we seem to have no recourse. We have a group of people in both the Biden administration and now the Trump administration that have taken part in a genocide and no fear that they're going to go to jail. You know, Jake, Jake Dan Sullivan's not sitting around worried. go to jail. So the problem I think is the danger we're in is that we've not got enough control over our government to trust it. The scary part is they've still got ice, they've still got the military, they've still got all the police, you know, they still have all the big weaponry, you know, and I'm not just mean that literally, like they still have a lot of the power. So You know, that's why I think that this movement that we've been part of for so long is so important. We've got to rehabilitate the government into something that we can trust with our healthcare because there's no other entity that can go up against these corporations and these massive oligopies and monopolies that have taken so much share of the pillars of a good quality life, whether it's healthcare, education, infrastructure. All of these things have been consolidated into a handful of people. And the only way to strip that away, it's not just through. breaking up monopolies. We have to actually be able to compete again, and we gotta be able to trust our public servants enough to let them do it. And so is it scary with Trump at the helm? Your dad gone right, it is. Yeah, and so two more quick potential issues here, because look, and if you're wondering which side are you on, no, we're on the side of what makes sense. So we've got to tell you what the upsides are and the downsides are and have an intelligent conversation about it. The world is not black and white. And sometimes policies have, might be overall, we say, Yeah, we like it, but devil's in the details. And some of the policies that you're in favor of might also have downsides. So that's the real world. So two potential other ones here. Back to New York Times, they say Intel's board was told basically that they need to consider the benefits of having a friend in this administration and what the administration can do to help Intel, according to a lawsuit filed by one of their shareholders citing minutes of Intel's board meeting.

1:03:18

Well, now we're going from, hey, I'm getting money for the money I invested into you to weirdo threats. So that's a problem, right? And then another one here, in exchange for approving the sale of Navidia's advanced chips to China, Trump also arranged to take a cut of that revenue, arguing that if the company was going to profit, taxpayers should too. Well, I love the idea of the taxpayers profiting, but Jeremy Corbyn, that seems to be a little bit different, right? It's one thing is, hey, I give you, like we did with the semiconductor. industry, we gave them $54 billion for free. Okay, no, no, no, I'm going to need shares back and I need some, you know, guardrails so you're not firing all your American workers, which of course they did right afterwards, et cetera. So that makes sense. But when we get into, if I'm going to allow you to merge, if I'm going to allow you to, you know, have trade with a different country, I'm going to, that one sounds a little bit more like extortion to me to get your equity and you're not really getting fair value. You're using the government, like, core role, which is supposed to be doing neutrally, right, to coerce some of the companies to give you money. Anyway, that's how I see it, but I am curious how you see it. I mean, I think that's, I mean, I think that this administration. It's in their blood to be corrupt. It's in their blood to use any power they get to manipulate, cajole, and to get their way with people. I mean, I think that that's the core of the team that Trump has built around him. So I, you know. To give them more power, I think is dangerous. But the thing that I fear the most about this is that it's going to set a precedent in the hearts and the minds of Democrats or independents or whomever. People that, you know, the 70% of Americans that don't like Trump, that this mechanism is bad. Like, you know, that irritated me also about Doge, right? This idea that getting in there into the to the inner workings of our government, finding like the SEC, for example, or the FDA. These people have done some really outlandishly horrible things to the American people. FDA approving oxycotton, for example, is one thing as a non-addictive substance. We know there was some shenanigans there. But they destroyed the idea of cleaning up these institutions, right? And I think that's one of the problems that the left has had a lot of times is this sort of like they almost idolize the institutions of our government and can't accept that many of them have been decayed and that they need. need to be cleaned out, the people, the staffing. The waste and fraud generally comes after the checks written. It comes in the form of the corporate. people. It comes in the form of the company's doing the work. You know, you're not going to find much waste and fraud going out in terms of, you know, staff waste and that sort of thing. But you are going to find people that are selling out their jobs at the time in order to enrich themselves later. And I think that that's the danger of this administration. Not only misusing this, like you're, you know, what you just described, I think, is an absolute fear that we should have is them using it to, you know, screw with the, with the market in general. But then using.

1:06:19

using it poorly and then giving a bad rap to the idea, right? Just because a chainsaw was used to chop people up in that show, what was it, Al Pacino Scarface, doesn't mean chainsaws are bad, right? And, you know, so I just hate that he's destroying all these tools by using them. Yeah, so it's a really ironic point. So I'll end on that. Yep, just like we talked about earlier in the show, the corporate Democrats are kind of fake Democrats. Their job is to make sure that Democratic policies don't pass, right? And so what they did was they destroyed the Democratic Party's brand because the Democratic Party got to be known as frauds, the people that never actually do anything, right? And so now. Trump's a fake populist, so we're worried that he's going to ruin the brand of populism, which is actually the correct way to go, right? So this actually started on the right path. We should get equity for the- cash injections we're giving to these corporations, we should not give it away for free, but we're worried that he's gonna misuse it in a way that's gonna then ruin the brand of populism. So, because that's, in order to save the country, you do have to go towards populism. You can call it anything you like, you can call it right wing, left wing, we don't care. What we care is about substance and making sure that the American people are looked out for. So overall, I think that the core of it is a good policy. We just make sure, we have to make sure that it's executed right. Otherwise, it could, you know, lead us in the wrong areas, just like the tariffs. It's just like Jeremy Corbyn said earlier in the show. The tariffs are not necessarily a bad idea. If you direct it in a certain way, you make it limited and you have a very specific purpose. But the way Trump did it, blah, I'm gonna vomit out tariffs to everyone at a monstrous rate that it makes tariffs look ridiculous and nobody ever wants to do them again. So let's go in a populous direction, but do it right. All right, Jeremy Corbyn, you're awesome. Thank you for joining us. Everybody check out both a fight worth having, okay, which is a great organization that Jeremy Corbyn set up. And also America's Undoing, and that's not substack, right? Jeremy Corbyn, everybody should. Yep. Yep, America's Undoing.com, boom. All right, there you go. We appreciate your brother. We'll see you soon. We appreciate you. Thanks for all you do. Yeah, no problem. All right, guys, we're gonna take a quick break. Of course, we're gonna come right back, and we've got a lot more to show you guys. Unfortunately, we do have that story about the horrific actions of Israel just yesterday in Gaza. You're gonna be shocked to find out how badly they violated a ceasefire, but some portions of it are unsettling. And the Empire strikes back part two, A-PAC going to double down in Michigan, and so that's trippy. So we've got a lot more when we return.

1:09:10

Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? Rich and powerful men abusing, assaulting, and abandoning young women. These rich and powerful men donate to the politicians in Washington, D.C., play golf with the elites in Washington, D.C. They are foreign leaders who we don't want to offend. They interact with our intelligence agencies that we don't want to disobey. There is something rotten in Washington. And are people still talking about this guy, this creep? Congressmen you just saw there are on the record as protecting the child rapists who were clients of Epstein. They have not prosecuted a single person outside of Epstein and Maxwell. Yep. Not one. Is Trump engaging in this cover up because he's in the Epstein files? I don't understand why the Jeffrey Epstein case would be of interest to anybody. It's pretty boring stuff. So as the government keeps telling us, yeah, there's other people. Yeah, they rape those girls. So what? We're going to cover up for them. Why are you guys so mad? A nation that chooses impunity for the rich and the powerful at the expense of our children is a nation that has lost its moral purpose. Are you on the side of the people? Are you on the side of America's children? Or are you on the side of the rich and powerful who've had their thumb on the scales and shafted Americans for decades?

1:10:41

The rest of the news media says you should not fight for positive change. If you do, you're not really a reporter or a journalist because reporters and journalists don't care what happens. I don't agree. That's not written anywhere. That's not a law. It's just a rule that they invented so that reporters didn't actually challenge the people that are in power. Well, we don't agree with that. We think we should challenge the people in power that that actually makes you a better journalist, not a worse one. Who do you guys use? We have AT&T. And how much do you pay per month? $3.45 and that includes a company discount. How many people? Five phones. $70 a line, right? I've started a wireless company called Noble Mobile that is trying to cut everyone's bills in half. What would, like, a family of four costs? The average Noble mobile user is paying 42 a month, but also they're using their smartphone 17% less. Okay. How's that work out? We give you $20 back in cash every month based upon how much data you use or don't use. You know when you're doom scrolling or messing around on your phone, you're like, oh, wait, I'm actually costing myself money right now. The goal with Noble Mobile is to encourage us to look up at our children's lovely faces, like touch grass, appreciate life. A friend of mine calls these things are rectangles of sadness. So we're trying to change that and improve everyone's relationships with their phones. It's a very noble cause. Well, thank you, sir. That's what he is. Been on YouTube for 20 years. The original political partner on YouTube. The Young Turks. The Young Turks. The Young Turks. The Godfather of independent media. Favorite news platform by far. Oh, it's not even close. The Young Turks. It's the largest online news show in the world. I watched you guys before I had a channel at all. And I watched Jenks. So Jenks really the start of it all. Big shout out to Cheng from Young Turks. Jenk Yugar, founder of TYT, a man who probably needs no introduction. Jenk, so great to talk to you. to you, David. Dan, you worked for a long time, man. Anna Kasparian is one of the most followed and influential progressive women online. I love Anna. Your presence has been essential for me to really grow. Do all of you know the young Turks? This is why what young Turks are doing is so important. I've watched you for many years. You are insightful. I thank you for that. I was going to introduce myself, but it sounds like you guys might know it.

1:13:10

I started using the word the groceries Back on the Young Turks, Jake Ugar and Sharon Reed with you guys. Ready to do a fun, fun hour here. Yeah, we have some disaster stories, but later, Trump versus Pete Hegseth. So that's fun, okay? And we'll get to Anthony Fauci as well. All right, but let's start with this one. And now, Asa, Ed, he just, he just won, you know, and I just want to issue a deer. Continue to campaign with Hasan Piker right now. You're in a general election now. I dare you. I dare you. Keep campaigning with someone like Hasan Piker. You know, if I was a Republican, I would just dump, you know, $20 million for ads. You know, he pals around with Hasan Piker. I don't know if John Fetterman knows this, but. He's a Democrat, theoretically, and Abdullah Abdul El-Sayed is a Democrat. It seems like he's saying, I want you to lose. Yeah, keep campaigning with a guy I don't like in the Democratic Party. Yeah, and then I wish they spent 20 million against you. Don't worry, John, your friends at AIPAC are going to deliver on that. Sharon, tell us all about it. Okay, Jank, remember in the Michigan Democratic primary loan, FEC records reveal APEC, other PACs spent over $54 million to try and get Haley Stevens elected. Dark Money Group called the Center for Democratic Priorities has also spent about 6.5 million on ads supporting Stevens, according to local media reports, increasing the grand total to more than 60 million. Apex election arm, United Democracy Project, UDP. They've spent nors of 30 million on the race. 30,638,639, to be exact, as a Saturday evening. So it just keeps going. Despite all that money going to waste, APAC believes they're losing strategy will give them a win in the general election. According to a new report from the New York Times, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee has told allies that it is considering a major financial campaign to support the Republican. Senate nominee in the Michigan general election this fall, after it failed its biggest test of the primary season on Tuesday. Now, the group is unbode and now appears willing to put.

1:16:01

What is expected to be tens of millions of dollars behind Mike Rogers, the Republican, and some of APEC's major backers are urging, according to a half dozen people who have spoken with the group's leaders. Now, the Times makes it seem as if this is just speculation, but APEC already confirmed this is indeed the plan. There was a press release following the election saying so, if you will. And Michigan APEC members were proud to stand with Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Senator Peters, former Senator Stebenow, former Governor Granholm, Attorney General Dana Nessel, and many others who supported Haley Stevens in the Senate primary, helping her fight for an authentic Democratic agenda for Michigan. Our members remained determined to ensure that voters reject Dr. Abdul El-Sayed and his radical anti-Israel agenda in November. According to the FEC filings, Apex United Democracy Project still had about 80 million on hand at the end of June. They're not at all deterred by the loss because they don't see it as their fault. According to the times, Apex leaders always knew the race would be close. And in the race's closing days, some political donors close to the organization found fault not with APEC but with its candidate Stevens or the media. But they really should worry because their support is draining fast. And it shows one recent poll showed nearly half of Michigan Democrats had an unfavorable view of APEC compared to just 12% who think of it favorably. With critics of Israel winning Democratic primaries and safe seats in New York, California, Illinois, the next Congress is likely to take the most skeptical view of the Jewish state since its founding. And they are taking a massive risk if they decide to back Rogers, the risk even. Jeremy Benemney, the president of Jay Street warned again, saying it would be political malpractice. A move that even he president said would be, quote, every dollar that they are spending, is deepening the problem, that anyone who cares about Israel should want to resolve, not in flame. To not read the room, not see this moment in the United States, it makes me angry and sad, he went on to say. But regardless, I said, is ready to take APEC on in the general. Quote, APEC, if you're listening, burn your money, come back and burn it again in the general. I'm happy to burn your money for you. And then we can get on to the business of governing and asking whether or not our foreign policy ought to be dictated to us by the interest of a foreign government. The U.S. Senate candidate said. So they're not backing down. Jank. Apex says they're doubling down.

1:19:08

They have 80 million and they'll find more. All of these groups combined will push out dollar after dollars so that Rogers can win anyone, but the candidate criticizing Israel. Of course. All right, so I'm gonna tackle some of the things that Sharon alluded to and then gets the core of the issue on APAC spending. And whether it's gonna help or hurt Mike Rogers, who's gonna be the beneficiary of it. So first on Jay Street, they're lobbying organization also on behalf of Israel, but they're on the left. And so, in fact, they're so far on the left that after Anna challenged the OC to not support funding for defensive weapons either for Israel. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez changed their position the next day. And the next day after that, J Street changed their position. Even though they're in favor of Israel, they now have the position of do not even fund defensive weapons for Israel. Why? Is it because they're secretly against Israel? No, no, no. It's because they have a smarter view of how to help Israel, which is, hey, maybe if we keep taking money from Americans and committing genocide with it. That might make Israel incredibly unpopular, in which case we'd have much bigger problems. But APEC won't listen to them. A PAC is right wing. But what you're gonna say, wait a minute, I thought APEC was in the Democratic primary. Exactly. And of course that goes to my usual complaint about the media. I'll just get that out of the way here. New York Times and covering this, keeps calling Haley Stevens moderate, Mike Rogers moderate. But wait a minute, guys, they have the position. of saying we should fund Israel endlessly. Mike Rogers is an enormous Israeli ass kisser. So I mean, if you thought Haley Stevens was bad, Mike Rogers is at least as bad. And so that position polls at disastrous numbers, well under 40%. Abdul's position polls at over 60%. I'm not talking about Democrats, among Democrats is over 80% in the general population. So he, what is the moderate position? The one that a majority of people agreed to, right? So Abdul actually has the moderate position in Michigan, but the New York Times, CNN, etc. They never say that. They say the exact opposite, which is in effect a lie. Because why? They know voters like the label of moderate. So if they just lie and call Abdul radical, even though almost all of his positions poll above 60%, then they'll be able to hurt his chances. This comes from the objective press. And by the way, when they talk about Abdul's... policy positions on the issue of Israel. What the New York Times will often do, and they did it twice in an article today about him, is they don't say Abdul El-Sayed has issues with Israel's genocide and the money they've taken to commit more wars. No, they say, Abdul El-Sayed is against the Jewish state. What is that?

1:22:12

It makes it sound like he's against Jewish people. That's done on purpose over and over again to try to smear him. And by the way, it also smears Jewish Americans. 63% of Jewish Americans are against the current Israeli government. But yet the New York Times make it sound like, well, it's the Jewish state. So all the Jews are responsible for the genocide and the wars and all the money that has been extracted from the American people. But they're not. They don't even agree with it. But the New York Times' in service of their beloved Israel is happy to smear Jewish Americans along the way. As long as they're smearing. Abdullah Said and anybody who would dare to take funding away from Israel. But I love Abdul's reaction to it, is the one that Sharon read to you at the end there. He's like, he's poking him. He's saying, oh, yeah, PAC, come and get some. Okay, I'm right here. You tried it in the primary, try it again, spend more money. Now, why would he do that? Because he's cocky and arrogant and he doesn't mind if there's ads run against them? No. He's being strategic. He's saying, I, unlike the morons who pretend to be reporters in national media, can read a poll. And the polls indicate that if you keep attacking me on the issue of Israel, I'm only going to go up in the rankings, not down, right? And in fact, that's what happened in the primary. So he was in third place, then he campaigned with Hassan, and then all the media did what John Fetterman is doing. They're, are you? Hasan Piker is a Muslim and you're a Muslim. And Hassan said some naughty things. And plus, he doesn't kiss Israel's ass. Everybody, Abdul, doesn't kiss Israel's ass. And he went from third to first. So it was like, that couldn't be more helpful. So keep going, guys. And I think he's right about it. And finally, when you get to APEC, I'm just going to draw your attention to something super duper obvious, but one that is not often pointed out by the mainstream media. They don't care if you're a Democrat or Republican. So when they gave. You know, Haley Stevens in this race at a minimum $32 million. She had $20 million spent on her before that. So we're it some monstrous numbers. So was it because they were supporting Haley Stevens, a great Democrat and they wanted the Democrats to win? And they thought Haley Stevens was the better Democrat in the primary. No, the minute the primary is over, they're like, okay, she's now useless. Now let's go to the Republican. Who's going to sell it to Israel? Who's going to sell it to Israel? Oh, Mike Rogers enthusiastically raising both hands. Get on the floor. And he gets on the floor and starts licking their boots. He's like, okay, they're good boy, good boy, good boy. Now they're going to give him 20, 30, 40, God knows how many millions of dollars. But Sharon, at the end, I think it's going to be counterproductive. And that's a beautiful day in America. Yeah, they lack a pivot. They lack nuance.

1:25:02

have a playbook and they're sticking to it. The other thing I want to stick with the media a little bit too because everything you said and then some and even the ones who seem to be pretending to be fair would frame it with a question and throwing words like extreme and anti-Israel and anti-Semitic, you know, just in the form of a question. So I love the way he handles it. But it seems the more they doubled down, as you said, the more popularity. he gains and perhaps they did take his candidacy all the way over the finish line, at least in the primary. But it's just, I want to be on that WhatsApp thread, Jank, where APEC is delivering the daily talking points because that's exactly all that John Fetterman's doing. He doesn't even try. He's not good at it. He's not giving some kind of award-winning performance. He's just, they put them in, he delivers them to camera. And it's really sick. Yeah, in fact, it looks like hostage video. That's what it looks like, oh my goodness. Yeah, every John Fetterman interview video looks like hostage. And look, I'll say it, I don't care. The Israelis blackmail politicians, that's a fact. They had the Monica Lewinsky tapes before they went public. They threatened Clinton with it. There's a whole book about it. And why did she save the dress? Why does she save the dress? Okay, so anyways, there's no question. They do blackmail. So John Fetterman has gotten money from APEC, but not an overwhelming amount. They were in fact hiding his allegiance to Israel during the primary that he, Democratic primary he won in Pennsylvania. I would be really surprised if they didn't have tapes on John Fetterman. And if you want to cry about that, I don't care, go ahead and cry. I'm not telling you that I know that they have tapes and I have evidence of it. I'm just telling you, given the pattern. of what Israel does, given the pattern of John Fetterman doing hostage video after hostage video, I would be surprised if they don't have it. So but it doesn't really matter guys, whether it's the money, it's natural affinity, it's blackmail. The bottom line is the Uniparty says we don't give a damn what our voters think. We're just gonna use mainstream media to manipulate you. We're gonna use A-PAC to buy these elections and buy these ads. And we're gonna try to make sure that you serve Israel no matter what, right? And now the great news and the general election in Michigan will decide this and it'll be, that's why it's absolutely pivotal. I think almost as important as a presidential election, it's gonna decide have the voters of America woken up and realize that they're being lied to and manipulated and that they should actually vote for someone who's gonna represent. America and not a foreign country, any foreign country. And guys, it's, you know, I use this example. Last thing I'll say on this is that Israel has the same population as Papua New Guinea. If this was a pack and our entire media obsessed with Papua New Guinea, they're like, you have to serve Papua New Guinea, you have to attack all the countries around Papua New Guinea, you have to finance a genocide that Papua New Guinea is doing on the islandation of Tonga, and Papua New Guinea is so important. And like 60, 70% of the countries against Papua New Guinea's actions, and they're like, no, you radicals, the moderate position is pro-Papa New Guinea.

1:28:27

Everybody would like, what's going, this is insane. Why are you all obsessed with Papa New Guinea? Why do we have to give them hundreds of billions of dollars and do a war and do a genocide for Papa New Guinea? And why is everybody at the New York Times and CNN obsessed with it? And why can't anyone oppose Papa New Guinea? And so, but when they put in Israel instead of Papua New Guinea, they're like, see, it's totally normal, totally normal. It's not totally normal. It's weird, and it is un-American to support any foreign country over our, over ours. And the whole point of A-PAC is to get- our congresspeople and our senators and our presidents to betray us and to serve Israel instead. That is literally and empirically their goal is to serve Israel, to get our government to serve them. And if media is not clarifying that for you, they are lying to you on purpose to help APAC and Israel. But we're gonna find out in the general election if America's woken up and decided, no, we've had enough of this garbage. It's time you start representing us instead of someone else. All right, we're gonna take a quick break here. When we come back, among the stories we have for you is Trump versus Hexon. We'll be back. This guy, Hasan Piker.

1:30:01

All right, guys, so you got the A-Pact Tearsmuggas shop, t-y-t.com. Ring the bell if you can, help the show. Let's go some member comments on t-y-t.com. Boomer dragon cat said, that fake Obama endorsement really heard Abdul. I'd like to see, oh, I already read that one. Cipher says they're purposely sabotaging the chances of other progressives and Democratic primaries to win by creating the same discouraging narrative that progressives can't win against Republicans. We must fight against this. dirty trick. Establishing Dems would rather have Republicans win than progressives. No question about any of that. But again, like establishing Democrats, at least they view progressives as their opponents within primaries. There's a tiny bit of logic in them being duplicitous and try to betray us. But the press, they have no excuse. They're pretending to be objective. And yet they do that smear more than anyone else. And they actively lie about it. Did progressives lose to Donald Trump? No, their establishment. poster girl, Hillary Clinton lost, Kamala Harris lost, and yet every day the liars at the New York Times say, well, of course, the moderate Democrats are more likely to win. The progressives are not gonna win. Based on what? Where's your polling? Where's your data? Oh, all of a sudden you don't have any data. A bunch of goddamn liars. Boss scavenger says, I'm always hoping that a truly populist left candidate can become president. But it seems that the independents always lean towards a conservative candidate. So I can't help but think that our only chance to improve our situation will be in the hands of a right-wing populace like Tucker Carlson. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Okay, guys. I love populism, Tucker Carlson's for another day, but you know a populist left wing can definitely win. You don't have to go in there and don't buy into the hype that the independents are going to go to conservatives. These days, independents are coming towards us. So stay strong on exactly where we are. We'll be right back.

1:32:20

Back on TYT, Jen and sharing with you guys. Look guys at the, I'm gonna do a little bit of a revolution segment at the at eight o'clock tonight. And then I'm gonna read a lot of your comments that you're writing in right now in the members only section. I love interacting with our members. That's gonna be in the bonus episode. But I just wanna read one quick comment here from a YouTube member, Jed Kuzak. He said, one thing I love about TYT, I agree with them over 90% of the time. And when I disagree with Jake, I know he won't take it personal. The freedom to disagree is what makes this community great. Love that. Thank you for saying that, Jed. That's right. Look, you're not me. I'm not you. I'm not sharing, Sharon's not me. We're all different. We all have slightly different opinions. Now a lot of our opinions overlap and that's beautiful. And the most important thing is you must have an open mind and you've got to have open hearts. You got to care about other people. That's what defines this community. And no one person is gifted with the knowledge ahead of time. of what's right. We try things, see how they work out, keep an open mind, and adjust and adjust until we get to the right answer. All right, let's go to the next. I'd rather make a deal because I don't want to kill people. I do not want to kill people. But at some point, we're gonna, we had, we were, we were set for the biggest attack. of any attack, and we've hit them very hard for the last few months, but we were all set for the biggest attack since World War II, and they called me, and they said, please don't do it, let's talk. And then they don't, they said, we never said that. You know what? The fake news knows they did say that, but we are talking, let's see what happens, but they respect us. Okay, do I have to bother telling you that everything he said there is not true? They don't respect this at all. They're not even showing up to the negotiations and they didn't call. And in fact, I'm a little worried that they don't even want peace anymore. So, but the relevant part for today is. So it's Taco Thursday and he's pretending to be a humanitarian and saying, oh, well, you know, I don't want to kill people. Then why did you start this war? 4,300 people are already dead on their side. At a minimum, I think the number might be much higher. We've got 18 dead on our side, over 600 injured. It's not because he's a humanitarian, it's because we're running out of both defensive and now offensive missiles, and that's got Trump in a rage. And what Sharon's going to tell us about is, are they actually fighting and could Hexworth be fired or is that not the case? And so they furiously deny it, but let's look at the details and find out who's telling the truth here. Sharon, tell us all about it. Yeah, the details are interesting to say the least, Jenk. This past Sunday, Trump announced peace talks with Iran were back on after he decided to shelve, quote, the biggest attack since World War II. We reported that on Monday, and then on Tuesday it was reported by Reuters that we had used virtually all our long-range missiles in the war, and that, of course, being in addition to our already depleted stockpile of defensive. weaponry. So are these two reports connected? Potentially they are. According to an exclusive report from the Washington Post, Trump got into it with Pete Hegseth during their Camp David trip last week. That was due to the munition shortages. President Donald Trump's frustration over the Iran War boiled over at Camp David last week, where he demanded answers from Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on why he had apparently

1:35:54

been misled on extreme munition shortages that now threatened to limit military options with Iran. Two people familiar with the exchange telling that to the Washington Post. The encounter took place on the sidelines of his cabinet meeting at Camp David on Friday, where Trump vented at Pete Hegseth that he thought the munitions issue had been fixed. So we need to pause there for a moment because it is, well, it's weird. You've got to use the W word again that Trump says he was misled because the week prior General Dan Cain, who's the chair of the Joint Chiefs of staff, warned Trump privately that resuming major combat operations against Iran was doable, but that it would dangerously deplete interceptors available to the military's central command, which is responsible for operations. in the Middle East. That's literally why Trump paused the bombing after hitting Iran for 13 days straight. Did he think we could just replenish our entire stockpile in a week? Like, you know, it's a reality TV show episode or something. While the United States has announced new production agreements for some of the most critical munitions, such as Patriot Air Defense missiles, the munitions themselves, can take as long as two years to produce, and there's no immediate relief in sight for the shortages. So back to Camp David, if you will. How did Ed Seth explain himself, seeing as he's been a major player in egging Trump on in this easy to win war? Well. As he was confronted by Trump over the bare weapon stockpile, Pete Hegseth defended himself and blamed his deputy. What a leader, Stephen Feinberg for the shortages. And for not ensuring Trump was fully apprised of the issue, both people from Mayors said. Not surprising, Pete Hegseth avoided responsibility, seen as this is how Trump reacted to the report. The U.S. has massive amounts of munitions, especially of certain types. Additionally, large amounts are being manufactured and shipped to the U.S. as needed. Defense companies are building the largest number of plants and factories in our country's history. The leakers of these treasonous statements are being hunted down. Long-term jail sentences will be sought. President D.J.T. But here's the thing. If we did have, quote, massive amounts of munitions, as Trump says, why is Pete Hegseth begging for more money? Another $67 billion, to be exact.

1:38:38

Pete Hegseth and his team met with Republican senators Tuesday for a closed-door briefing. Defense officials showed candor at that meeting about the toll the conflict has taken and told lawmakers to expect requests for more funding on top of the amount they already asked for. That's according to Axios. Secretary has routinely excluded Democratic lawmakers from updates on the war and did not invite them to this one either. Jenk, perhaps they think that we're all stupid. And there could be, you know, they're constantly the smartest people in the room, according to them. Or they're the ones too stupid to see reality, which is it? Yeah, so let's talk about things we know and things we don't know, right? So the one thing we know is, are we running out of munitions? Yes. Now, how do we know that? One, there's overwhelming reporting about it, including quoting generals saying it. And there was one general who said, We're running so low that we can't even defend Israel anymore. We might be forced into prioritizing defending the homeland. I mean, forced into defending America. I mean, that sounds like desperation when of course you should spend all of your time obsessed about Israel instead. I mean, like our generals are apologizing for caring about America. Why? Because everybody at the Defense Department basically works for Israel. It's just all that is insane. But the second reason we know that we desperately need those munitions is because of Pete Hegseth and Donald Trump. Pete Hegseth is like, I need $67 billion for munitions. It's urgent and it's necessary. We need it right now. So it sounds like we're running low. He's like, no, we're not. Well, if we're not running low, why do you urgently need $67 billion to replenish them? So it's just absurd by definition. And then Trump is like, no, we got no problems there. Besides which we're getting the manufacturers working around the clock. It takes two to three years to build these things. And we're transferring, you know, the missiles and munitions from our other bases around the world. So you do need them because you're running low. That's why you're asking the manufacturers to panic and you're transferring from the other bases. So that question is settled. There's no question. We're definitely running low and that's part of why we keep pausing. Not because Trump is a humanitarian. I don't like to kill people. That's news to me, because you've launched a lot of wars right now that's killed a lot of people. And so, and every once in a while, you threaten to wipe out entire civilizations. This guy's an unstable lunatic, okay? So now that gets into question number two, which makes it harder to decide because Trump's so crazy, who knows who's at fault? Okay, so the question of, Did are they really having a fight and could Pete Hegseth be fired? So now on the one hand Trump loves to blame people for his own decisions. So that's Trump 101. All right, Pete Hegseth just start this war. Give him a bomb with everything we got. We ran out.

1:41:41

You stupid, you ran out of munitions for no reason. But you told me to do it. Shut up, you're fired. So could that happen? Totally. He's done that like dozens of times. At this point, it might be up to hundreds of times between the two terms, right? On the other hand, Pete Hegseth is a moron who is not at all experienced for this job. It's not within miles of being able to be ready to do this job, has already bungled it in a thousand ways, wanted a huge war, was a massive advocate for war. That's why he's like, oh, I'm anti-war. My new secretary of defense is Pete Hegseth. I'm like, you're not anti-war. We're starting wars if Pete Hegseth is the secretary of defense. And then they're like, oh, yeah, we were just giant liars. In fact, the anti-war president will now change the name of that department to the department of war. Not the Department of Anti-War or Defense, but the Department of War, offense. And so Pete Hegseth is the right guy for that. Because he'll blunder into any war. And Pete Hegseth is also a massive Israel first advocate. So if Israel tells Pete Hegseth to start a war, Pete Hegseth will start a war. So which one of them, Sharon, is the one who bungled it? The answer is almost certainly both, right? But Trump never takes personal responsibility. So I think that firing Pete Hegseth at this point would be too much of a sign of failure and defeat. And so he probably won't do it as my best guess. But will he eventually blame Pete Hegseth? Of course he will. That's my sense of it. What do you think? I think he can get rid of Pete Hegseth and American men and women will still be in danger. They do not have what they need. And the clinical deterioration of Donald Trump is, it's worse than ever. If your ego is this big that I know you don't care about the brown people over there, Trump. But it's this big that you will send them into your war of choice, this battle, this Israel war without what they need. And you'll continue allowing them to be unsafe to die rather than just say uncle or some version of it. You will keep pushing and pushing and going and going. I know he's crazy. I'm not surprised, but just the level of the deterioration and that it's spreading. Pete Hegseth is a maniac too and has an ego, you know, the size of Texas too. But the fact that this thing that we all see is allowed to keep going and that he can go into a closed door meeting, I don't care what, if there's an RRD behind their names, look. Look what's going on and you're allowing this closed door meeting and not sticking your finger in his chest, if not his eye and saying, this stops now. Better yet open the door. Say so loudly, not just little cute speeches and holding up little cute cards during these little for play theater hearings. I mean, this is unbelievable.

1:44:53

Of course he's got to go tonight. But that's the problem. It's everybody else. It's Trump. It's all Trump. Yeah, the fish rots from the head down. And so look, last thing is that I'm super worried that we're not going to be able to get out of this thing, not just because of Israel, but because of Trump's ego. The Iranians don't look like they want to deal anymore because they think that we're lying. Trump changes his position literally every single day. And they think it's a trick. And that Trump is just pausing to gather more munitions so that he could bomb them in a bigger way. So if they don't want peace and Israel doesn't want peace and Trump and Pete Hegseth don't want peace, what in the world are we going to do when this war gets bigger? and we run out of missiles. There'll be other types of missiles, but then you gotta go on the ground for those missiles, and that means you gotta use ground troops. So I just, at this point, I'm super worried that as the markets in Washington pretend that a peace deal is imminent, And it's so unpredictable because they are such thorough liars that I can't tell you with certainty that it isn't imminent, right? But if all of this holds, I'm worried that the war is going to continue and it is going to turn into a disaster like we haven't seen in a long time. Because if we put in the ground troops and we don't have the interceptor missiles to defend our bases, our troops or our ships, this thing is going to get. So much uglier. You think it's bad now? If they don't do a peace deal soon, this is going to be one of the worst things you've seen. It will definitely lead to an economic collapse. It'll destroy Trump's administration, but it'll destroy the country along with it. All right. We'll be right back. I want to try and get to heaven if possible. I'm hearing I'm not doing well.

1:47:05

All right, let's go to Twitch for a second, Galfour 71 says APEC is actually giving Abdul El-Sayed free press by constantly going after him. They go after him so then mainstream media has them on their shows and more people see what his real platform is and are converted. I think I totally agree with you. I think you're right. And I agree with Abdul. I would tease them and say, yeah, come for me. See how it turns out. James Kelly writes in on Super Chat, it's crazy that the least don't see the anger of the people. Not saying I condone violence, but people are feeling away. Did you see what happened in Salem and the guy with a guillotine? No, I actually did not see that, James, but I'll check that out. But yeah, no, no, they're whistling past the graveyard. They don't see it at all because they're surrounded by elites who are ecstatic. Right? Everybody in Washington is doing circle, you know what's, right? They couldn't be happier. So they don't see the anger at all. Make it make sense. This government should never have any equity or own any shares of any company. Should have never happened. There's no reason for the government to own a private company ever. So that's one of our more conservative viewers. God bless brother. We allow, you know, we're happy to have all opinions here. Mark Jacobs says Sharon Reed for the wind. She's awesome. There you go. Couldn't agree more. James writes back in and says they also could have paid all his medical. after the stroke, referring to betterman, make it make sense, writes back in and says, let's not pretend that we can't restock the munitions tomorrow. If Ford and GM can retool and pump out thousands of ventilators during the pandemic, can miss me the same can't happen to make bombs. Yeah, you know what? If we get desperate enough, we might get there. But right now, if they did that, then everyone would know we're definitely running out. And that would hurt their political strategy and their negotiation strategy. That's why they're not doing it. We'll be back.

1:49:34

So if you're paying over $50, definitely, I think if you're paying over $30 switch now and you get the first month for $10. So t.com slash switch, t.yt.com switch. Okay. Now, let's go to the next story. Yes. So the US is trying to facilitate a further peace deal in Gaza, and they've gotten Hamas to agree to lay down all their arms. So what has Israel's reaction to that been? Let's bomb them more. Let's kill pregnant women. Let's bomb health centers so that this peace deal never happens. That will enrage the Palestinians so much that they'll never lay down their arms, which will give us an excuse to steal more of their land. That is not an exaggeration, as you're about to see. The Israelis have done some horrific things just in the last couple of days to make sure that they pulverize any chance at peace. Sharon, tell us all about. The United States is once again attempting to stop Israel from blowing up peace negotiations by rampaging through southern Lebanon. So here's what you need to know about the situation. There is currently a tentative ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah. But after two IDF troops were killed and four were wounded in southern Lebanon, Israel accused Hezboa of breaking the ceasefire. According to an initial IDF probe, At around noon Wednesday, troops of the Reserve Gate entered a building in Majd-Zun during efforts to demolish Hezbollah infrastructure. As they entered, an explosion occurred killing and injuring the forces. It was not immediately clear when the explosive device had been planted, how it was detonated on the forces. It would appear that this was Israel's response breaking in Israel. strike struck the rooftop of a prayer room at a cemetery, killing one person, wounding 11 others. That's according to Lebanon's national news agency. We should also note that according to drop site news, Israel was never abiding by the ceasefire in the first place. Israel has also continued carrying out daily military operations in Lebanon despite the U.S. brokered ceasefire.

1:52:45

Forces carried out another large-scale demolition into Dathah and Finchibial District. A drone struck the same location twice. Israel and Lebanon have been negotiating in the midst of all this Lebanese newspaper. reported Thursday that the U.S. had acted to contain the escalation in southern Lebanon and succeeded in limiting Israel's response, preventing the situation on the ground from derailing progress at the negotiating table, preventing the talks in Rome from collapsing. Lebanon source says the Lebanese government had also sought to curb tensions in southern Lebanon through a series of diplomatic and security talks. The source claimed, however, that Hezbollah had refused to cooperate while Israel insisted on carrying out strikes against threats. So I don't even know if you could say the pendulum's going back and forth. They are held bent here on Just keep the fight going until the end. There will never be an actual ceasefire if they have their wage. Yeah. So I mentioned Gaza in the beginning. We're going to get to Gaza, Israel did even more horrific things there. There's also supposed to be a ceasefire there. But let me comment on Lebanon first. Guys, there's no ceasefire. There's only you guys have to stop firing, but Israel can keep going. And so they have continued to bomb, of course. They do that every single time. They've killed over 4,000 people in Lebanon already. And as soon as the ceasefire was announced, they rolled their tanks further into northern Lebanon. from southern Lebanon a little further north, I should say. So there's no stopping the Israelis, and they never abide by any deal. So it's pointless to do a deal with them. But in this particular case, they're saying, well, I mean, we never stopped firing in the first place, but now we're going to double our fire. Why? Because you made us do it. You made us kill you. That's the number one Israeli talking point. The Palestinians made us kill their children. The Lebanese made us invade their territory and take their land. And literally in one of the articles they explained, the Israeli government says, well, in fact, I'm sorry, in that article is mainstream media. They didn't say the Israeli government. They said as if it was objective truth that Israel was forced to take southern Lebanon. I know, golly, gee, I was forced to take land again. I was forced to destroy your homes and take all of your property. Oh, golly, gee, I'm so forced. Nonsense, they invaded a country. They're trying to steal that land. And so what went off was an explosive device, like an IED. So we don't know when that was planted. That was probably planted before. You know how those Israeli troops could have avoided getting killed by that IED? By not being in southern Lebanon, which is not their country. If they were safe in Israel, they would have never gotten blown up.

1:55:48

So now the Russians and the Israelis, as they invade countries, they tell us, and by the way, the Russians and the Israelis are opposed to one another, but they both did the same thing. So this isn't about taking sides, it's about being objective about who the aggressors are. So Russia goes into Ukraine, and then Israel goes into southern Lebanon, and then every once in a while we get some sob story about how some Russian soldiers died and IDF soldiers died. Yeah, they wouldn't have died if you didn't invade the other country. So now you want me to cry for your invading soldiers? And then you go and murder innocent civilians on top and go, oh, you should have sympathy for my murder of these civilians because some of my invading army was harmed. No, I have no sympathy for that, none. And if you're asking for sympathy for that, that's outrageous. Should we have had sympathy for the for the German troops in World War II? Golly gee, as we were trying to invade Russia and and bomb the hell out of London, some of our pilots got shot down. Oh, German soldiers, the poor German soldiers. No, I think you're missing the point. The people who are invaded are the ones that we should have overwhelming sympathy for, including the Lebanese here. So now Sharon, let's move on to Gaza to see what new thing these monsters have done. As you might recall, Jen, last week, the Trump administration announced Hamas had committed to disarm so long as Israel were to withdraw from Gaza and stop attacking among other long-term conditions. Israeli government shot down the deal and proceeded to ramp up attacks on Gaza. Six Palestinians were killed by Israeli airstrikes Saturday. One struck near a hospital destroyed medical supplies, a woman named Fatima Chirab. stated, we were, we went to sleep under a new ceasefire deal. Trump announced a ceasefire and things were going in the right direction. We slept peacefully, happily, thinking that the situation would get better from the next day onward. The camp here is made up of tents in a warehouse for kidney medications for dialysis patients. So what was the problem? What did we do wrong? You can't even tell where your own tent was or where your belongings are. Today, we have no shelter. I don't even know what to say anymore. Fast forward 24 hours. The next day, an Israeli strike killed a bridegroom and a child. And I witnessed at this. He was preparing his tent for his wedding. Then he was torn apart in it. Same day, an entire family was killed by another strike. The victims were a pregnant mother, a father, their five-year-old son. Again, the IDF never really abided by last year's ceasefire in the first place. Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect nearly 10 months ago, Israel has.

1:59:06

like Clockwork, violated the terms of the deal on a daily basis. Over 1,250 Palestinians have been killed, including over 300 children in routine airstrikes, shelling and shooting. Israel has not allowed in the agreed upon levels of humanitarian aid and life essentials, block the entry of reconstructions, equipment, and shelters refused to fully open the border crossing. gradually pushed in its ground troops further westward from what was supposed to be an initial line of withdrawal of 53% of Gaza to now controlling nearly 70% of the enclave. In total, 18 Palestinians have been killed since the Hamas disarmament deal was announced like clockwork, Jenk. Yeah, so there's a lot to get out of there. I'm going to tell you a detail here. That's just heartbreaking. But so first of those poor people, they actually believe Trump. And to be fair to Trump, because we try really hard to be fair here, like he's not faking this particular ceasefire. He really did do a deal with Hamas or Hamas would lay down their weapons. And he seems to think that Israel is going to withdraw, but they're never going to withdraw. They've said it a million times, and they're supposed to, at a bare minimum, withdraw back to taking 53% of Gaza, and then they're supposed to withdraw from there as well. But they're at 70% of Gaza now. And Benjamin Netanyahu said after the ceasefire, no, we're not withdrawing from a single inch. Hamas has to give us everything we want. Well, they already gave you the hostages. You already bombed them to oblivion. You already killed all their leaders. You got everything you want. No, now we want all their arms. Now they say they're going to give up their arms. Yes, but we want them to give up all their arms first. And then trust us, after they give up all their arms, we'll stop bombing them. Wink. No, they're gonna take the rest of Gaza. And by the way, guys, Israel has militias that are loyal to them, sell out people in Gaza for money, are oppressing the other Palestinians there. They work and are funded by Israel. So when Hamas gives up their weapons, Only the Israeli militias would have weapons on the ground, let alone the Israeli military, right? So Israel says, yeah, trust us, bro, we should do that deal. And Hamas is like, no, we give up some portion of our weapons, you withdraw, we give up more, you withdraw, and we do it one at a time. That's how it's normally done. And Israel says no. So, but it doesn't matter because we're never going to get a peace deal. Because every time Trump announces one, even the earnest ones like this one, Israel goes, oh, let's murder more civilians so that the other side won't want to make a deal and nobody will want to make a deal. And so they murder away. So which brings me to the horrific story. So Sharon told you there was a pregnant woman who was killed in one of those bombings. So guys, I've been telling you for the last, you know, three years now, when Israel drops these bombs on people, how do you think they die?

2:02:17

Because our press is disgustingly racist and bigoted. So whenever an Israeli is killed, they describe it in gory detail. And they're like, oh, my God, amosted this and this and this, right? When the Israelis kill people, the guys, it's just a number. It's a statistic. And we don't know, we don't know who it is. Shut up, shut up, shut up, right? No, when a bomb lands, it blows people up. It incinerates them alive or sometimes it blows their body into different parts. And we've seen the... headless child that was held up when they annihilated a tent encampment. They hit more tents this time around. And in this case, when the people went, including family members, to recover the bodies, the body parts are all over the room. And the fetus had been removed from the mom and was lying on the ground by itself. And they couldn't find all the body parts and they had to go back later and search for more body parts of all the people who had been killed. So this is what Israel is doing with our money. They keep demanding our money saying we owe it to them and that they're pretending to be victims as they literally rip people apart, destroy human beings in unimaginable ways. And all of those bombs say made in the USA on them, it sickens me that they are forcing us into participating in their genocide. And the people you should be most furious at is our politicians and our media that enable that. We have to end it now. Free America, free Palestine. Okay, Sharon, you're the best. We appreciate you. I appreciate you more, and what you just said needed to be said in that painful detail. It needs to be said as hard as it is to hear. Thank you. I appreciate it. All right. Everybody check out Sharon on Rebel HQ on YouTube. Thank you, Sharon. When we come back, I'm going to do the revolution segment for you guys. I'm already riled up, so God knows what I'll rant about. We'll be right back.
