It's Thursday, and I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm glad that we got over the hump of the midweek and are looking forward to a weekend. Although if it goes as quickly as last weekend did, I will not be satisfied. Time does move differently. I remember my parents telling me that and me laughing and saying, no, it doesn't. Time is consistent. Well, if it's consistent, it's consistently changing is all I'm going to escape. Well, great, great uncovering it in Arizona's largest county. We find out that they did actually suffer a significant breach of their election data. in the days before the 2020 presidential election. Yeah, yeah. A guy who describes himself as a hacker foiled security and obtained over 600,000 voter registration files. But... The Biden Justice Department and all the local prosecutors there in Arizona wouldn't even bring charges, even after the FBI got the self-confessed hacker to confess. And this is according to some documents that were made public today by the White House. You know, the scraping of Maricopa County's voter registration files was probably the most talked about security incident. in a cyber intrusion log that was kept by the US spy agencies in all those days around the November 3rd 2020 election. And agents were out there in Fountain Hills, Arizona, according to the memos. with an extensive FBI investigation going on. And the man that the FBI confronted admitted that he wrote a computer script to exploit the county voter system security, and then he scraped the files, which included 930 with sensitive voter information like domestic violence victims, judges, and law enforcement officers.

And according to Microsoft, because I'm trying to figure this all out, a PowerShell script is a plain text file saved with a PS1 extension that contains a sequence of commands called MDlets, variables, and logic to automate tasks. Does that make it any clearer to you? Because it just confused me. Voter registration files do not include ballots, and there's no evidence that votes were changed. But the U.S. intelligence community, they've been warning since 2020, that if bad actors get access to these files, they could hamper the ability of voters to cast ballots in the future. China has about 220 million of such files. That's what we saw was released last month. by President Trump. The Maricopa County incident, I mean, how many times did we talk about Maricopa County during, you know, the post-2020 election? Like every day? It appeared frequently in the intelligence community's cyber instruction logs in the days leading up to and actually on the very day of the presidential election. Those logs were also made public. They did have redactions for sensitive information by the White House. And they show that by 715, on the morning of election day, the intelligence community knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the Maricopa intrusion had scooped up non-public information. And at the time, the Maricopa election officials said that the suspect accessed the website where people go to register to vote. but could not pierce the server where the county's voter registration files are actually stored. The county also said that the only info that they were able to get on individual voters were their voter registration numbers. But then that's contradicted by the FBI. which identified more than 900 voter records that had all kinds of private information, like I said before, domestic violence victim status. And the FBI traced the intrusion to a Fountain Hills, Arizona home. Agents were sent there several days after the election to interview the subject and to execute a search warrant. The man was, he spilled his guts. He told federal agents exactly how he discovered the vulnerability in the Maricopa County Recorder's website and how he wrote the computer script to exploit it. According to an NFD 302 memorializing the interview, that's the documents that they pay. I remember when I was interviewed by an FBI agent. I had to sign off on the FD302. It's the official FBI form that's used by special agents to write down a summary of an interview with a witness or a suspect or an informant. The suspect described himself as a hacker or a tinkerer. Okay. And he told the agents that he first discovered Maricopa's vulnerabilities about two months earlier in September of 2020.

He noticed that his voter ID appeared in the URL after entering his own voter information, and so he tested the vulnerability by entering several seven digit numbers into the URL path, resulting in access to different voter registration information. Wasn't even sophisticated. The man said that after he discovered the vulnerability, he put together the PowerShell script that he ran from the beginning of October until around November 2nd, the day before the election. And at that point, Maricopa County had finally detected the intrusions and fixed their firewall. That's what the memo says. I don't believe it. The man estimated he obtained between 1 and 2 million voter files. And the FBI agents said that the guy they're interviewing the hacker tinker or whatever he calls himself eventually realized what a serious situation this was and he got scared. He said, I knew I was going to get a visit from some law enforcement. Though he did consider telling the media about his actions. He decided finally to keep the breach a secret, and he scrubbed his hard drives and deleted the files from his Google Cloud. That's according to that same summary, that FBI 302. The same day of the interview, FBI agents executed a search warrant on his own. And it was publicly reported by Forbes in December of the same year 2020. The Arizona Daily Independent also reported that a home was targeted by FBI agents that were looking for evidence of a cyber attack on a then unnamed organization. And in the end, the agents seized eight hard drives, three computers, and a bag of USB sticks. And Forbes reported that a man who lived at the address was previously investigated by police in 2011 when he used to live in Wisconsin. Well, he was working as an IT administrator for the city of Ashland. And local police questioned him over a bunch of spoof emails that he sent out ahead of a local election. So this guy, this was his thing. After the federal and the state prosecutorial agencies said we're not bringing charges under the FBI's findings, the team, the investigative team, requested that the Bureau closed the case in May of 2023. That's three years after the intrusions were first detected, according to an FBI memo. And the agent said, you know, they said, why would you keep the file open? We're not going to prosecute. It's very hard to understand how this stuff is not known until somebody in an administration, in this case the Trump administration, decides to declassify some of these memos. This is on the White House website, by the way, this story. It's written by John Solomon.

You stay right where you are. So, you know, don't stand between a dad and his child. Because an Ohio guy just got himself shot by the father of an 11-year-old girl that he's accused of raping. Diego Montoyo Gonzalez 20 was indicted on five counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, two counts of rape, and one count of obstructing official business, according to court records. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment. So what ended up being the story was the girl's mother called the authorities when she discovered a video on her daughter's phone. We're talking about an 11-year-old, okay? To me, an 11-year-old is a baby. It's not even a pre-teen. It's a baby. And she discovers this video on her daughter's phone. that seemed to indicate some kind of sexual conduct was going on. And the next day, the girl's father lured this Montoya Gonzalez to their home, pretending to be the daughter on TikTok. And he just was planning to beat him up and then notify police.

but believed that he saw the 20-year-old reaching for a weapon, which prompted him to open fire. And he shot the guy twice. I, what would you do? I mean, that's the question that I ask myself when I read a story like this. If I find some predator going after my 11-year-old and I have proof, Just beating them up wouldn't be sufficient for me. They'd have to be hospitalized for a considerable amount of time. Just saying. You know. Now, unfortunately for this child, even if you approve of what the dad did, and of course I do, this child. is going to carry a lot of guilt. She's just a kid. And now she's got to watch her father go through the criminal justice system and she's going to have to hear all these things in a courtroom. But this is exactly why we as parents and grandparents need to be up on all of the social media outlets that the kids are exposed to. They have easy access to this junk. You have to monitor what your children are doing, period. Because I have seen, with my own eyes, children as young as three, you know, crying. You know, they want to play with their parents, but instead they're handed an iPad or a phone. 11 years old and on an app like TikTok. I don't even go on that app. I'm really sorry that this young girl had this happened to her and now her father might go to jail because of what he did protecting his daughter. My only question was, where did he shoot the guy? Never mind. I'll just leave that out there for your imagination. I haven't talked about the freedom haulers, but I really am, I'm mostly stunned that nobody thought of this before. The president, put together this Freedom Hallers initiative, replacing some of the tens of thousands. First of all, I didn't know there were that many. Tens of thousands of illegal alien truck drivers that he's removing. Some of them have caused deadly crashes, and he's replacing them with U.S. military veterans. And this program, this initiative, expedites the process for getting a commercial driver's license to veterans and it supplies training to them if they need it. Giving jobs to American veterans instead of hiring low-age illegal aliens, why didn't anybody think of this before? And why is it that Donald Trump never gets any credit for ideas like this? I told you yesterday, I'm proud of the handful of Looney leftists who have realized that they're in deep doo-doo with this DSA nonsense that's going on. A lot of these very prominent guys and gals have been slowly realizing that the Democratic Party they once knew has completely gone off the deep end. And Bill Maher, you know, he's just...

His idea has changed so dramatically in the last three years about the Democratic Party. You got to give him credit. It's hard to admit you with that wrong for that long. He has commented about how he's getting beaten up by the left. And he's now calling out his own party for being taken over by communists. And he is, he's not just, they're not just playing footsie with these communists. They're letting them infiltrate the party. And a recent show of his, which I never watch. So, you know, I'm reporting this from people I know who watch it and then send me summaries. So on this recent show, He decided to prove his point by simply reading the Democratic Socialists of America's platform. And he just picked up some, you know, choice quotes from the, you know, stars and the allies. And you just read them out loud. Line after line. The language was so close to classic communist rhetoric about seizing private property and the means of production. We've been saying that for years. Over and over again, guys like Mark Levin have been saying it for decades. But finally, you know, guys like Bill Maher, who are too smart to stay ignorant, are realizing that this is what's happening. The LA studio crowd, which is not exactly a gathering of conservatives, they couldn't believe what he was reading out loud, his studio audience. not exactly a gathering of conservatives they couldn't believe what he was reading out loud his studio audience and and they were gasping like you know out loud and when they weren't they were just really like it was like very awkward because he showed them repeatedly that the dsa candidates that are overrunning the democrat party are not socialists. They're not democratic socialists. They're flat-out communists. He said, Donald Trump has told one trillion lies. But when he says the Democratic Socialists of America are actually communists, that's not one of them. And it's not hard to prove it. Just try quoting them and their candidates. He says, it gives me no pleasure to have to do this. He said, but not a week goes by where I don't read about some newly chosen, exciting new face in the Democratic Party. And then when that face opens its mouth, the Communist Manifesto or some other crazy stuff comes out. And he just read the quotes. The DSA platform says, you work as much as you are able and no more than needed. If that was any closer to Karl Marx's stuff, from each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs, they'd be sued for plagiarism. And on and on, it went. New York City Zohran Mamdani has quoted Carl Max exactly. Hasan Piker. And then the aid to Zohran Mamdani, who's now the socialist congressional candidate, Daria Liza Avila Chevalier,

She literally discusses seizing the means of production. I think they want to seize the means of production, he said. That's what they're saying. Now, maybe you miss that in school or maybe you miss school altogether. But that's communism. That's what it is. And it's been tried and it doesn't work. People are getting elected now who literally don't think we should have police. We should not have prisons. We should not have borders. Yeah, and he said his vote is in play. That's deep. You know, it's like shades of Elon Musk all over again. He says, I'm not voting for anyone who thinks the wrong side won the Cold War or cheers for the Intifada like it's the World Cup. It's so ironic from the people who obsess about colonizations. You know what's being colonized now? He asked the Democratic Party. And if that holds true, his vote is not, in fact, in play. Because throwing the insane asylum's own quotes back at them is a very effective tool. It was no different. when I watched the clip from Mars, real, whatever that show's called. Nor was it any different when he did that in another segment involving Anthony Fauci. You know, he's reading the quotes from his diary, things like, The Nurses went absolutely wild to see me. They were squealing and laughing and clapping. It was something to behold. Or Anthony Fauci said, Many print profiles and features on me. Ridiculous. Too many to count. I'm such a valued spokesperson and a good communicator. Oh, my God. You know, Bill Maher and James Carville now. Also, he said he couldn't be part of a party this radical. And this removed from reality. He said, I am not, this is what Carval said. I am not going to be in the same party as Hasan Piker. I can tell you that right now. It's so bad that Bill Maher said, I would vote for Sarah Palin before these guys. There are better candidates on the Republican side of the aisle to vote for in 2026 and 28, Bill. And I'll be glad to. You know, send your list if you want. All right, let me take a quick break. I have another story that just is mind-boggling and either uncovered or undercovered by the mainstream media. So it's left to me. You stay right where you are. I'll tell you one thing I'm getting really tired of is people comparing the DSA to the Tea Party. I mean, first and foremost, I was right there. You know, Tea Party Broward, Tea Party Palm Beach. You know, I was very visible in those days. I was just spearheading all kinds of gatherings. We had the largest gathering on Thanksgiving Day. Just we were all about strengthening America. We were all about

how much we loved this country and how terribly afraid we were that we were losing it just by not paying attention. Or by allowing the media to make us feel guilty or ashamed if we were patriotic. So we like broke loose. And we said, no, no. And I'll tell you in particular, I was not a Republican. I was a Tea Party person. And I don't think I had ever, well, maybe twice, voted for a Republican prior to the Tea Party. If I couldn't find a Democrat candidate that I had confidence in, I would vote for like, you know, the independent, you know, Ralph Nader, I don't know, anybody. But the Tea Party turned that all around. I had to start listening. to what the conservative candidates were saying. And it lined up with what I was thinking. And the Tea Party grew organically. You know, what started out as very small gatherings of people ended up being just hundreds of thousands of people, mobilized. I was, you know, I was complaining more often than not that we weren't doing enough. that we had a lot of work just to, what did we call it, set the ship right. That's not what the DSA is about. The DSA is not trying to save this country. They're trying to destroy it. They're trying to change it. And not in, you know, insignificant minor ways. When you talk about these communist ideals, when you want to take people's ability to use their labor to increase their wealth, you rob people of their motivation. And that doesn't mean that there aren't some wonderful people out there who simply do great things because they know that great things should be done. But the majority of these super successful guys and gals out there were motivated by wealth. The idea that a kid like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs could be doing something in their parents' garage or in their college dorm room that would make them some of the wealthiest people on earth. You know, the idea that a guy like a Jeff Bezos could come up with a concept that I didn't think he had a winning formula. I didn't believe people were going to be buying all this stuff on Amazon. And now you might as well call my house Amazonia. They're just the most convenient. form of shopping and I can barely think of anything that you cannot get on Amazon. They represent every company, no matter how big or small it is. They have a stupendous record when it comes to delivery, to satisfied customers. But I thought it was craziness, lunacy.

When someone told me, oh, you might want to invest in this company, what a great idea, this Jeff Bezos guy. And I'm like, nobody's going to do that. Little did I know, huh? But he was motivated by becoming a player in the largest sense of the word in this country, in the world, really. And it wasn't all for just to amass wealth. These guys are super smart and they want everybody to know it. So they come up with very smart things, whether it's computer software or it's a delivery service or it's a website, whatever. And they're motivated by fame, by greed, by those things. And we all benefit. I can't even imagine what life would be like. If there wasn't a Steve Jobs, if there wasn't a Bill Gates, you can't imagine it either. We're dependent on the products and services and IDs that came out of these people. So now the Democratic Socialists of America want to trash the system that allowed the most prosperous nation on the planet. to not just prosper, but to lead, lead in technology, lead in services. Just amazing how it catapulted America, a country that was only 200 years old at the time, right, to the top of the food chain. I haven't noticed any socialist or communist countries that afford their people the kind of benefits that we in a capitalist society have. Not a single one of them. I know Michael Moore made some movie about the great medical care in Cuba, but let's be real. Michael Moore is an idiot. And there is no great medical care in communist countries. Even in somewhat socialist countries like Canada, you have to ration health care. Because if you're going to give it for free to everybody, there's limits to how much everybody's going to be able to access. So don't tell me that the DSA is like the Tea Party. Now, it may be energizing the Democratic Party the way the Tea Party energized the Republican Party. But its goals are so different. And its methods are just creepy. Just creepy. Guys like Hasan Piker, you know, I can't think of any big-name Tea Party people. who would have ever uttered the words, you know, that America deserve 9-11. There's no comparison between the Tea Party and the DSA. I don't care if they are mobilizing the Democratic Party. It's wrong, and it will fail. And it will most likely destroy the Democrat Party. Unless, of course, there's enough stupid morons who buy into it. And then it'll just destroy the country. You know, this is one of those moments where instead of complaining about how old I am, I'm kind of grateful. Because I don't want to be around to see what happens if these people get into power. If the Chevaliers and the Zohran Mamdani's are the ones running this.

entire country? Ah, I have no desire to live in their dream country. You know, and I'm a Puerto Rican ancestry, but I don't want to see Puerto Rico become the 51st state or D.C. for that matter, because their intention is not just they be giving representation to these populations. They're determined. to make it impossible for Republicans to hold power. And get rid of the Senate, get rid of the presidency. But this Hong person said something about you'd have the head honcho running things. So who's the head honcho in the Democratic Socialist America? The Speaker of the House? Who's the head honcho? You know, somebody like her? who says she's fearful of her white proximity to her biracial child. Ugh. I mean, these people cannot be allowed to run this country. But, you know, they certainly are mounting a significant challenge to the establishment in the Democrat Party. And I think the Republican Party is kind of asleep at the wheel. You know, you can't just make fun of them. You can't just... say that, use the word socialist and communists and think that's going to resonate with people of a certain age group, it doesn't have the same meaning it does to me. You know, they don't know anything about the Soviet Union. They don't know what happened to Cuba. or any of these South American countries that ended up not just in the hands of communists, but ultimately in the hands of vile dictators. And then you couple that with this, you know, this embracing of the theocratic thinking of the Islamic world. You ought to be scared. And you ought to be. you know, planning on what you're going to do to prevent that from happening. And more importantly, what you're going to do if it does happen? I mean, I made my move. I left a very comfortable life, took off for the hills. You know, I see people all the time. They're looking to homestead in remote parts of the country. They're trying to become self-sufficient. They don't want to deal with, you know, they don't want a mayor named, you know, Abdullah Said or whatever. They don't. They're leaving and they're voting with their feet. In a city like New York, which is the town of my birth, it will not survive, this communist that's the mayor. who made all these promises, and now in order to fulfill those promises, he'll have to break the bank. Can't give everybody free grocery, Zohran Mamdani. That's not how it works. And universal health care, every time they trumpet that, of course it sounds lovely. But how do you do that? How do you remove every incentive for medical geniuses to come up with better systems of delivery?

If it wouldn't matter. If you be a doctor only if the powers that be allow you to be a doctor, it won't be any choice. Communist countries don't say, oh, okay, you can play basketball and you can do this. No, no, no. They tell you what your role is going to be. And apparently there's a whole generation that doesn't think that's awful, but I do. And you do. So we're watching. I mean, historically, parties out of power in D.C. pick up congressional seats in midterm elections, especially when you got a president whose job approval ratings are low. The, you know, the table is set for a lot of Democrat wins. But their favorability rating is at around like 40% now. The DNC is in debt and turmoil. They got these insurgent candidates backed by the Democratic Socialists of America with these radical calls to end capitalism. And, you know, the Republicans are all jumping up and down. Oh, we're so excited. DSA, these are going to be millstones around the necks of all Democrat. No, no. If both sides look back at what happened in the early 2010s, maybe Republicans wouldn't be so sanguine or Democrats so concerned about 2026. should be a lot more worried about the country's future. Because in 2010, the Republican Party have faced the same headwinds that the Democratic Party does now. It was out of power. The National Committee was in shambles. They had low approval ratings and a rising insurgency in the Tea Party. But they're not the same. Although it did attract angry and sometimes offensive voices, it was a conventional libertarian-leaning movement as opposed to an extremist socialist organization. But if you want to know, understand what's happening inside the Democratic Party, you better wake up and you better look and stop brushing it aside and giggling. You know, that's not going to win races.

We're going to have some exciting times. That's all I'm going to say in this upcoming midterm and then the following presidential election. A generation that's removed from the Cold War and, you know, four generations removed from World War II. And suddenly alternatives to capitalism don't look so bad to America's youth. That's according to a Cato Institute poll this morning. Yeah, 53% of Gen Z, those born between 1997 and 2012, view socialism favorably. Only 23% view it unfavorably. Millennials, they're the ones born between 1981 and 1996, In the poll, they have a 40% favorable view of socialism versus 31% unfavorable. Gen X, the ones born between 1965 and 1980, are 36% favorable to socialism and 35% unfavorable. Yeah. And baby boomers, people like me and you probably, those born between 1946 and 1965, 27% now think socialism is a good thing and 54% unfavorable. Because if you live through the Cold War, even in part, you have a more negative view of it, of socialism and communism. But even if you didn't, eventually views just become more positive. But it might not be all bad news in terms of capitalism being viewed unfavorably, which is a necessary condition to wanting to overthrow it. It comes in at 23% for all adults. 51% still view it favorably. Because they want to be rich. And you go through each cohort again, and you see that still in all, millennials, Gen Zs, Gen X's. They want to be rich. If not rich, they want to at least be able to afford their lives. They keep telling them about affordability and they can't afford squat. Can't get houses, can't leave home. Unbelievable. It's like a Calvin Coolidge days. He pushed for limited government. Well, maybe we'll talk about that tomorrow. And I do want to talk about how crime has plummeted during these first two years of the Trump administration, because he gets no credit for anything good he does, and even I beat him up for what he doesn't do good.
