Folks, many people have the wrong idea about home security. Many people think it means a loud alarm that goes off after some dude kicked in your door to scare him, which is kind of crazy. The whole point is supposed to be stopping the break in, not narrating it after the fact. Basically, it's like a doorbell for burglars. They break through the door. If you're not home, it doesn't matter like one iota. This is actually why I started paying attention to what SimpliFave does. A bunch of people here at DailyWare use it. What they all say is basically the same thing. It's not just another alarm that goes off after the fact. Instead, Simpliceaf's Outdoor Camera Series 2 uses AI to identify an actual threat. Some guy casing your house, not your neighbor's cat. It alerts U.S.-based live agents who step in and determine before he ever gets inside. That's the difference. It's not record the crime. and then report it to the police, you can't do anything, it stopped the crime before it starts, no long-term contract, no giant install, and monitoring starts at around a buck a day. So there's really no excuse not to have another layer of protection on your house. I want you to experience the same piece of mind, which is why I've partnered with SimplySafe to offer an exclusive discount to my listeners right now. You can get 50% off your new system by visiting Simplysafe.com slash Josh Shapiro. That's half off at Simplysafe. There's no safe like SimpliSafe. We'll get to more on this in a moment first. Here's the reality. Medicare. has thousands of plans. The system is really, really, really complex, deliberately. And the agents who guide you through it, they're often paid more to push certain plans, regardless of whether those plans are actually made to fit you. That's not conspiracy. That's kind of how the incentive structure works. Most people don't find that out because you pick a plan and then you never look again. Chapter fixes all of that. They're independent Medicare advisors, the only ones who compare every plan nationwide. Not a curated selection, every single plan. They look at your doctors, your prescriptions, your specific health situation. They give you a straight answer. No commissions driving the recommendation. No big insurance pulling the strings. People who have found better plans through Chapter have saved over $1,100 a year on average. That's real money back in your pocket. And peace of mind, you're not leaving value on the table. This is a dailywire.com slash chapter. It's free. It takes under 20 minutes. You'll walk away knowing whether your plan fits your life, which is more than the system was designed to give you again. Go check them out right now a much more efficient and better way of finding the care that you need. Dailywire.com slash. chapter get started right now. So listen, grocery prices are too high and we all know it and we all get it. They're up about 35% since 2019, which is because of COVID and then Joe Biden's inflationary policies. And then inflation slowed. And they're up about 2.7% year on year right now. So, let's start with a few things. First, grocery prices are never coming back down to where they were in 2019. The only way for them to do that would be for us to experience an actual serious deflationary episode, which generally means economic depression. So we can talk about ways to moderately decrease the price of groceries or to flatline them or to slightly increase them. It's all fine. We'll do that today. But we have another far worse and more serious problem in the United States. The problem of unrealistic, inflated utopian expectations. A problem that's really about a black-pilled sense of where we are at in the United States right now. I'll get to that in just a second. We'll also get to Spain, apparently being genocidal in Suta. The leaky Trump administration on Iran.

2:59

And White Pot is wrecking brains at a record rate. This is The Ben Shapiro. All right. So Republicans are about to experience the possibility of a blue tsunami in the fall. That's largely because Republicans are really, really, really depressed. And so are independents. They don't like what the administration has been doing. And the polls are showing it. Here is Harry Enton on CNN laying this out yesterday. So, you know, we often talk about, oh, that conservative base, that MAGA base. But how about where the other GOP lives? That is moderate Republicans, Kate Ball, with moderate Republicans. And in a word... Yikes. Yikes is the word. Okay, take a look this. The moderate GOP on Trump, this includes leaners. This is about 30 to 40% of the party, depending on how you exactly look at. Versus Kamala Harris, Trump easily was winning amongst them by 69 points back in October of 2024. Come over to this side of the screen. Look at this decline in the Lake Erie. I mean, right now we're talking about us. They're talking about just a plus 10 net approval. This is within his own party. And when it comes to the economy, the numbers are even worse. The president is barely above water with that segment of the GOP when it comes to the economy. Now, again, part of that is because when you measure Trump against Kamala Harris, he looks great. And when you measure Trump against a utopian vision of what could be, everybody looks terrible. But we should actually look at his approval ratings over time. So look at this. So you can see, the president was underwater for the vast majority of his first term. And he stayed underwater for pretty much all of the interim period. And then the lines crossed in a positive direction right before the election. And they stayed that way until, until Liberation Day. Liberation Day is where the lines crossed. And then the approval ratings just kept sliding. As you can see. Why? Well, because the impression from the Trump administration is that they were not, in fact, focused predominantly on prices. They were focused on something else. Again, that's what tariffs are. It is not a focus on prices. It is a focus on fairness in the production process or on leveling the playing field with foreign countries, but it is not a focus on consumer benefit. That is not what tariffs are. Now, again, food inflation started leveling out in 2023 while Joe Biden was still president, and then it continued at a relatively tepid clip until basically now. But the impression is still there that the Trump administration isn't doing enough about inflation. And it's there in part because of things like the tariffs. But it is also there because we have inflated expectations of reality and what we deserve from it. I get it. Politicians do this all the time. The prices are going to come back down. When President Trump said the prices are going to come back down, that was never going to happen. We were never going back to 2019, 2020 grocery prices. It was never going to happen. But it is also true that a lot of young people have a completely broken set of expectations about life right now. So Andrew Colvitt over at TPUSA. He tweeted out today, one of our TPUSA college students gave me his take on affordability. A burrito shouldn't cost 20 bucks. Yeah, a lot of this is a hangover from COVID and Biden era inflation, but the lived experience is the same. It just feels like basic things cost too much. So, obviously, I agree. Things cost more than they should. But let's start from the beginning here. A burrito for 20 bucks? That's where we're starting. A burrito for 20 bucks. There is literally only one way in the United States of America.

6:26

In this year, 26, for a burrito to cost $20. You went to a kind of expensive restaurant. A burrito at Chipotle probably tops out about $13. A top shelf burrito option at Taco Bell, we have been informed by our intrepid daily wire Taco Bell correspondent Brad Bishop runs $5.99 plus tax for the avocado ranch crispy chicken burrito, which he also reports is jaw-droppingly delicious. But let us also pretend that you're just a poor young student, as I once was, or say you're a dude who is just starting his work life and wants some upward mobility like I once was. Here's what you do if you want a burrito. You head on down to the supermarket. I'm going to give you today's prices via Instacart. You buy some tortillas for about four bucks for a package of 10. You also grab a can of refried beans for a couple of bucks 50. And then you grab some cheese, some salsa, maybe an avocado. And then you microwave some of that stuff. Boom. You're talking a burrito? That's pretty good for less than $2. Like one-tenth of the price that that student is talking about. One-tenth, $2. So what the hell are we even talking about here? But unfortunately, this has become the mode for a lot of young people. Why can't I afford what my parents could afford when they were my age? Spoiler alert. When it comes to groceries, you can. And in areas, by the way, for housing, where deregulation has been the rule, you still can. In fact, you have today more restaurant options. Your food costs less of your disposable income, and it is probably significantly better. Back in 1950, your grandparents were consuming on average about 1,000 calories less per day than you do now. And as far as food expenditure as a share of family disposable income in the United States, look at this. Basically, that has been flatlined since the mid-90s, at well under 10%. If you go back to when your parents were doing this, it was like 13, 14, 15%. But we're constantly being told that we can't even afford food, which is a wild exaggeration. We are, if anything, a very overweight country. And it is yet another form of blackpilling. Things can get better. There are things we can do with government to get government out of this business. And we should. But insane outsized expectations of reality end up wrecking politics because if both parties are promising you something that can never be achieved via politics. You will inevitably be annoyed, and then you will swivel over to the other side, and then they'll fail, and you'll swivel back to the first side. Here is the deal here in the United States of America. We are fatter, richer, have nicer houses, nicer cars, and the food we eat is much, much better than it was for our parents in general. Our parents probably would have considered a 450 burrito at Del Taco, a gourmet meal. And then there are secondary distortions that follow from that. Oh, you know what? We need to go back to the way it was. Our food system is broken. We need to go totally domestic. We're talking like chicken coops in the backyard. I said, I, okay, fine. I suppose it's charming for some people. And I will admit, I am a city boy. I grew up in L.A., and now I live in South Florida. I've never lived on a farm. And I will also freely admit that I have a relatively adversarial relationship with living in nature. I think that civilization was basically developed so we don't have to camp. Because camping is basically living outdoors and crapping in the woods, you know, as most of humanity did for tens of thousands of years. And it wasn't great. So we developed these things called houses, and then we developed energy sources, and then we developed toilets, and it's way, way, way better. My idea of like an amazing vacation would be to experience the four-season outdoors and then go back to my hotel and experience the four seasons indoors.

9:56

That'd be like a great vacation. I get it. For some people, nature is like their thing. Fine. But in reality, if you're talking about like the fate of hundreds of millions of people, I much prefer that we eat foods at source from 100 different places by driving over to the local supermarket. Frankly, I think our ancestors would have laughed at us trying to cosplay the 1850s when it turns out that if we had lived in the 1850s, we all would have been miserable and smelly and crapping in a hole in the backyard. Like lifestyle was not great back then at all. In fact, if you take people from poorer countries today and you bring them to the United States, they are not complaining about the status of our food supply. There's a woman that we know from the Philippines. She's wonderful. And she just brought her mom over from the Philippines. She grew up in a shack, pretty much a shack in Philippines with no actual floor with like 10 siblings. And when mom came over, she walked into an American supermarket and it blew her mind. Why? Because, again, for most of the world, the luxury that we experience on a daily basis here in the United States is utterly unthinkable, totally unthinkable. It's why when that guy Freddie from Germany was traveling the United States and just marveling at the basic things in the U.S. that are considered luxuries everywhere else like AC, it's a real thing. But okay. But okay. There are a bunch of people who are very into like back to the land and it's honestly, I think some of it's a cosplay. One of the great ironies of the back to the land stuff is that it's actually quite expensive. So my friend Alibeth Stucky, for example, went to the vice president's house in D.C. and toured his chicken coop. Here's what that was like. State of the art, chippy, peep a little bit bigger than my little triangle chicken coop. Amazing.

11:39

That is a magnificent chicken. Little chicks, they're really cute. That is nicer than most houses. Okay, I don't know if it's the pregnancy or what, but I want to cry. How cute they are. I think we want to get tickets right now. These are the vice presidential chickens. So cute. I wonder if they've all been named. It keeps. Oh, it's much better. Oh my gosh. So fun. Listen, I can only hope that one day the vice president gets his kids out back and just starts chopping off chicken heads for dinner. I think that would be funny. But I would admit that I'm with the vice president here, his opinion about the chickens. The big question is always whenever you get an animal, whether it's a dog, a cat, or chickens in this case. It's like how much are the kids actually going to do? So we have a nine-year-old, six-year-old, a four-year-old. And it turns out they love chickens, like almost weirdly. Like I'm worried they're going to be like weird chicken people now because they obsessively want to go and just hang out with the chickens and sit in the chicken coop. And it stinks and there's poop everywhere. So they're really into it, which I guess is better than the alternative. Okay, so again, I'm kind of with the VP here, but can we grow up with the like, back to the land? All the chicken coops will outdo our food supply chain nonsense. Back to the land is shockingly expensive. Farms and chicken coops, pretty expensive. To grow and produce your own food requires a tremendous amount of time and energy. It can cost up to like $3,000 to build a chicken coop and then another $100 a month to maintain it. You know what's cheaper going to the supermarket. Our system is not broken. It is working really, really, really efficiently. We have one of the most efficient food, production, and delivery systems in the history of the world, the cheapest in the history of the world. According to the Foundation for Economic Education, the price of eggs declined 96% between 2019 and 2019. That means that the unskilled laborer today could purchase 24 times as many eggs as an unskilled laborer was able to purchase for the same amount of work one century ago. Now, does this mean everything is like perfectly ideal? No, we could probably reduce the price of food by 5 to 10% right now. All we would have to do is get rid of the tariffs. Ramp up American oil production. It probably goes up, it goes down slightly from there. But that's the thing. And this is kind of the broader point. So much blackpilling, so much doom scrolling. So much America's terrible. Everything's awful. No one can afford anything. And again, none of this is to claim that everything is ideal. But there's no such thing as ideal. Everything is comparative. Donald Trump versus Kamala Harris. Comparatively, Trump is way better. America versus other countries. Comparatively, America is way better. America's living situation now versus your parents' living situation. Comparatively, America is way better. And we should also be clear. Economics is a study in tradeoffs. That's what it is. If you're going to spend all your day on the right complaining about the production side, what if all of our labor was both domestic and unionized? And we got rid of technology. And what if all of our food was produced in Iowa, totally organic, you don't get to complain about the prices being too high. All your inputs just doubled. So if you actually want the prices to go down and the tariffs, ramp up the incentives for innovation via the market, break useless unions, and the prices will go down. Now, there's one kind of silly critique that I've heard here online.

14:47

We need to stop being distracted by foreign wars. It's the foreign wars that are causing the food inflation. No, it isn't. The war on Iran has had basically no impact on food prices in the U.S. Now, as we'll get to, we can have arguments over the outcome of the war. Was it worth it and all the rest? But that has nothing to do with grocery prices. And this whole misdirect where it's like, here's a thing I don't like. Probably it was the war that did it. It's just nonsense. Here is the food inflation percentage increase, 2016 to 2020, 26. And as you will see, No, not there. 2023, 2.7, 2024, 2.5, 2025, 3.1, 20263. Okay, that is not a gigantic bump based on the war in Iran. And by the way, if you actually would like for the prices to go up, probably what you should do is leave Iran in charge of the Strait of Hormuz so they can keep throttling up or throttling down our prices at whim based on oil shocks. Losing wars to failed dictatorships, seeking nuclear weapons, turns out it's not brilliant trade strategy. But put all that aside and go back to the larger point for a second. The right is doom pilling, black pilling right now, and it is having an impact. Everything in America does not, in fact, suck. Things are, in fact, quite good by any historical standard and much better than if Kamala Harris had been president. Now, again, maybe that's not a winning message in 2026, but I can tell you what a losing message looks like. America totally sucks under Trump. And if you elect more Republicans, it will surely continue to suck. What we need is a Tucker Carlson third party. What we need is a common good conservatism third party that totally changes everything that's been done. Elect Democrats, then it'll get better, or split the Republican vote or whatever. And this is what the black killers are doing right now, this sort of demoralization. And here's another surefire losing message. What if we just do the same things as the left, but we don't say we're doing it? And the left is not going to lower prices. Their policies are not designed to lower prices. That is not how any of this works. And yet the horseshoe is very much alive. There's a bipartisan anti-capitalism idiocy that is washed over our country. It is led on the left by people like Francesca Hong. Francesca Hong is, of course, the Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate who is a part-time bartender, part-time chef, and full-time moron. And she is, you know, unlikely to become Wisconsin governor, but she could. She's blaming capitalism for global warming as opposed to, you know China, which is the number one polluter on planet Earth by far. Global warming is an evil product of capitalism. It's wrapped up in buzzwords like technological advancement, market competitiveness, or my favorite fiscal responsibility. What we've learned is that the climate crisis is America's steadfast celebration of white supremacy. It is a testament to the same values that motivated Jim Crow, enslavement, breadlining, settler colonialism, and the violent sect of indigenous lands and lives. So she's a total psychotic, and that's the person Democrats are going to choose to run for governor in Wisconsin. I mean, that's basically every buzzword that you could possibly come up with off the buzzword tree. I mean, she's just running around like a crazy person, picking every buzzword off that tree. Settler colonialism, white supremacy, racism, global warming, climate change. And what is she standing against? She's standing against market competitiveness and fiscal responsibility. Yeah, probably capitalism is the problem, not you nut jobs. And on the TikToks, this, of course, is hot talk on the TikToks, all the youngsters who've had their brains addled at this point.

18:10

Here's one TikToker saying that capitalism stifles innovation, she said, into a microphone sold by a company. So one of the biggest defenses of capitalism I hear is that capitalism generates ingenuity. This is a dumb take. Inventions are not based solely on a monetary incentive. I think capitalism actually slows ingenuity. So check this out. Even if we didn't have money, we still have a need for transportation, food, shelter, medicine. energy. But under capitalism, these inventions are based around maximizing profit and not maximizing things like efficiency, safety, convenience. Right now, the priority is money. So if it would make someone more money to stall progress or delay innovation, that can happen under a capitalist system too. And it does. We have been actively blocked from inventing solutions to climate change. And most of the inventions we have right now are actively worse under capitalism. But you say that it's not driven by money, so go invent it right now, lady. You could do it. It's all you. She says, money shouldn't, money should not be the great driving factor behind innovation. So we've been actively blocked from stopping climate change through our inventions. You know, you could put down the TikToks and you could go invent a device that ends climate change, but I don't see you doing that right now. Do I? I love when people like, you know, innovation. You don't need capitalism for innovation. I mean, sure, pretty much all human innovation happened after the year 1800, just comparatively speaking. And people live pretty horrible lives up until about 1800 in a lot of ways. But, you know, technologically speaking, what you really need is some lady yelling at you on TikTok and that will create innovation. But here's the problem. It's bleeding over. That lady, by the way, has half a million followers on TikTok who praise her for her political takes in the comment. So this is not just some rando we're picking off of TikTok. And unfortunately, this sort of Luddite simplicity has bled over to the right as well. It stands behind a lot of the so-called common good conservatism. This argument that the only way, the only way for us to truly feed our souls is for us to take capitalism and shove it in the woodchipper. It's also a sort of populist economic take. That is now saying that data centers have to be ground underboot. No one has yet articulated why data centers are bad. You want to make the argument that AI needs certain restrictions, make the argument for the restrictions. But the idea that data centers are uniquely terrible, the arguments for it are just awful. They're awful arguments. The fact is that in areas in which data sensors are built, typically electricity generation goes up because the data centers want to build new electricity resources because that's what allows them to function. But again, There's a sort of simple-minded demand that capitalism slow its role because you heard some bad things on the interwebs. By the way, generated by the same exact tech companies about data centers. So now this is bleeding over to the right. Governor Greg Abbott in Texas is halting new Texas data center approvals until the state can audit the ones looking to connect to Texas's electric grid according to Axios. Again, all of this is happening just as a result of the fact that Democrats are running against data centers, and this has become quite a popular point, yelling about how data centers are the problem. Again, this is unlikely, you want to bring down prices. You can't have it both ways. You cannot have it both ways. You can't complain about prices being too expensive, and also you want to stop innovation and capitalist competition. Those things don't work. They don't.

21:43

In just one second, we're going to get into something government should get involved with, and that is the re-regulation of marijuana. It turns out that deregulation, that was pretty terrible idea. I'll tell you what else is a terrible idea. Relying on your insurance broker to actually take care of your business when it comes to insurance, because here's the thing. Once they've got your signature, they are gone. They collect the commission and they move on. You're not going to hear from them again until it's time to renew. Well, if we want to talk about problems for which government might be a better solution, Then let's talk about one of those problems. That problem is pot. Some of us have thought that pot is gross for literally ever. For literally ever. I will admit, back in my college days, I was a little of an arc. Back in my college days, I remember that there was 420 day on the lawn at Kirkoff at UCLA. And it was celebrated in the school newspaper. And so somebody may or may not have called campus police to break up a giant bout of pot smoking on the lawn at Kirkoff. because gross. And also laws were on the books. Of course, the campus police did nothing. But put that all aside, no harm, no foul. No one got arrested. It was all fine. In any case, was pot a great idea here in the United States of America. The answer is, nope, it was a completely crappy idea. Truly terrible idea, everyone. Well done. And thanks for all the propaganda about marijuana was going to solve your back problem. That's awesome. Okay, let's be real about marijuana. Marijuana is poisoning brains at an extraordinary rate. A brand new study demonstrates that millions of people, age 12 plus, have been using marijuana for 20 plus of the past 30 days. We're up to 21.5 million Americans aged 12 plus. We're talking about kids very often. We're using pot on an almost daily basis. That is now more than cigarettes and more than alcohol. That's not good. That is quite bad. So Charles Fane Lehman over at the Free Press.

25:31

has a piece on this. And he points out, the National Survey on Drug Use and Health estimated that marijuana eclipsed alcohol a few years back. In 2025, daily users accounted for 80% of marijuana consumption compared to 90% of cigarette smoking, but less than half of all alcohol consumption. When we say marijuana is less bad than alcohol, well, I mean, most people were not, you know, downing, guzzling the beer every single day. The vast majority of people who are using marijuana were using it regularly. 74% of Americans now live in a state with recreational access to pot. 79% of Americans live in a county with at least one dispensary. 18 million people, that's one third of all users aged 18 and up, have reported symptoms of cannabis use disorder. Cannabis use disorder, by the way. It robs you of your ability to think. It robs you of your initiative. Loss of control. Time spent consuming, obtaining, or recovering from cannabis use is real. You neglect your primary obligations at work, school, at home. You scale back your social or recreational activities. And again, you have to work harder to get to the same place. Americans, by the way, aren't just using pot. They are using more of it and is significantly more potent than it ever was. The active concentration of THC, which is the main psychoactive component in pot, has quadrupled in traditional plant matter and skyrocketed in processed products as well since like the 90s. And high potency THC is what is driving a lot of this. It creates significantly more problems with perception and sense of time and short-term memory. It can induce severe anxiety, panic attacks, paranoia, or acute psychosis. And again, because so many young Americans have been using it, it just makes you dumb. So remember all of those PSAs back in the 80s and 90s saying the drugs make you stupid? No, no, no. Yes, yes, yes. Long-term use starring in adolescence can permanently lower your IQ by up to eight points. That is like half a standard deviation. because it disrupts your brain development. And of course, in adults, it can also create midlife brain fog, lower motivation, and learning difficulties. So all of this rots your brain and skews your brain development. Past year in daily cannabis use, there are high correlations with reporting involuntary job loss, right, getting fired, higher likelihood of missed work days. It'll bleed over into all these elements of your life. So our government decided to stop policing things it should have policed and to start intervening in things where it shouldn't intervene. Great job government. You've done amazing. We've incentivized bad behavior on a wide variety of fronts and then promised people literally the world. And it has not worked out extraordinarily well. So great job, everyone. Meanwhile, last night, the importation of Islam in Michigan continued apace. Abdul El-Sayed was victorious in his primary over Haley Stevens. He is now your Democratic Senate nominee in Michigan. Which is crazy because, of course, he is a radical Islamist sympathizing nut job. Great job Democrats. You've done great. And I'm sure Chuck Schumer will arrive to congratulate him. So El Sayed will be working with Chuck Schumer for the foreseeable future while saying that Chuck Schumer is the Democrat's biggest obstacle again. The radicals are eating the party. They are eating it wholesale. Who are your biggest obstacles in the Democratic Party? I mean, clearly he's already presented himself, the current leader. Chuck Schumer? Yeah. Like, who do you think is like the biggest set of problems amongst... Thederman? Thetterman is probably the biggest issue. Thetterman is the sitting counter argument to the kind of Midwest politics that I think really can work.

29:12

He's also just an asshole. Oh. Oh, and he's saying this at the gym. We're at the gym working out. He's just a jerk. I got to say, what a pathetic specimen he has, truly. John Fetterman is the biggest problem. Again, John Fetterman votes with the Democrats, like 90% of the time. It just happens to be he's not radically anti-Israel. That's the only thing that matters. Abdullah said also had some, you know, amusing words about how his Instagram timeline is an only fan's model every three clicks or so. If you're on Instagram, my team has access to my Instagram account. And like the things that I actually look at on Instagram, right, of course we get served that on your 4U page. But then like every third video that scrolls on its own is going to be some only fans model. And it's because it clocked me as being a 40-some year old man. Is that why? Yeah, is that, is it? And the only fan's models are just randomly showing up in your interfeed. Anyway, Elsa, that's the big thing about Elsa yet, put aside all of his weird, weirdness just generally. He says America was founded on racism, which is, of course, the biggest thing to take away from this Michigan Senate race is that Democrats now believe that America is terrible.

30:28

Founded on the idea that we could compromise on whether or not people as a function of the color of their skin could be enslaved by other people. Founded under the idea that all people are created equal, all men, but that only meant certain men, and not within. Well, this is what the left unifies around. Hatred of America. The good news is they have some allies on the other side of the aisle. Daryl Cooper, America's greatest and most well-mown pro-Nazi historian. He appeared with Tucker Carlson yet again. Because again, Tucker Carlson. Oh! Anyway, Daryl Cooper showed up to explain to that actually the reason that you have Islamophobia is because of Wade Freight. You're not going to believe it. You won't. You definitely won't believe. It's the Jews. Oh, no. Really? Really. I can't believe that they're talking about the Jews and the Israelis yet again on the Tucker Carlson show. I cannot believe it. It is a shock to me. I am so, this is my shocked face. I'm so shocked. Well, here is Daryl Cooper, who is supposedly somehow an intellectual because he wears dork glasses. As Israel has lost support, they have really, really, you know, they've almost, they've lessened the propaganda that comes from the direction of sort of justifying and explaining and building up support for what they're doing and directed it instead toward just building up more and more hatred of Muslims and Islam in general. I mean, you see this from people like Laura Lumer and other types of their whole thing is just we need to get Christians to hate Muslims because if they do that. then their enemies are our enemies and we don't have to think past that. And that's very unfortunate. Yeah, I never thought I would be the defender of Muslims. It never occurred to me. Yeah, I mean, I think it didn't occur to any of us because it's crazy. Yeah, probably the opposition to Islam. It's probably rooted in Israeli propaganda, not in the, you know, almost 1,400 year history of Muslims trying to eviscerate Christians from the planet. Or maybe it has nothing to do with like the long history of Islamic terrorism or the long history of Islamic oppression or the 57 Muslim countries, none of which were Muslim originally, or the fact that Constantinople once existed and now is Istanbul probably has nothing to do with the vast swath of mass Muslim migration into the West. But it turns out, by the way, as we'll see, Tucker Carlson's going to claim that was the Jews too. Pretty incredible stuff there.

33:01

Well, the good news is that Tucker Carlson, well, when Abdul El-Sayed runs for president, Tucker Carlson knows who he will support, presumably. We'll get to more on this in a moment. First, something that surprises people when they start a business is how often success comes down to just answering the phone. Not branding, not marketing, just doing the very simple thing of answering the phone. The problem is most businesses are still trying to manage communication with systems that were not built for modern teams. Some messages are in emails, some in text, some in voicemails. Some are sitting in somebody's CRM. Eventually, nobody knows. Who responded to whom? And that's why today's episode is brought to you by Quo. It's spelled QUO, the business communication system built so you never miss a call. Quo gives your entire team one shared number for calls and texts. Everybody can see the full conversation history, which means customers don't have to repeat themselves over and over again every time they talk to a different person. Quo also works wherever you work on your phone, your computer, in the office, on the road. You can keep your existing number, add teammates quickly. sync your CRM, and let call routing handle itself as your business grows. Because this is 2026, AI is built in. It can even qualify leads or respond after hours, helping your business stay responsive even when you're not actively working. Everything lives in one place, calls, text, voicemails, transcripts, customer, and details. Your team gets the full picture before every conversation, and that creates a better experience for everybody involved. There's a reason, quote, is the number one rated business phone system on G2 with more than 3,000 reviews and... Why over 90,000 businesses rely on it to stay connected and responsive. Money's on the line. Always say hello with Quo. Try Quo for free. Plus, get 20% off your first six months when you go to Quo.com slash Ben. That's QUO.com slash Ben. We'll get to more on this in a moment first. Here's the reality. Medicare has thousands of plans. People who have found better plans through Chapter. have saved over $1,100 a year on average. That's real money back in your pocket, and peace of mind, you're not leaving value on the table. This is a dailywire.com slash chapter. It's free. It takes under 20 minutes. You'll walk away knowing whether your plan fits your life, which is more than the system was designed to give you again. Go check them out right now a much more efficient and better way of finding the care that you need. Dailywire.com slash chapter gets started right now. Meanwhile, speaking of the Middle East on the Iran front, the Wall Street Journal is now reporting that Iran... is going to make a deal. What's the deal? According to the Wall Street Journal. Iran has signaled it will reopen the Strait of Hormuz. That's nice, isn't it? That'll be great. Oh, there are conditions. There's some conditions, apparently. Here are some of the conditions. The right to collect transit fees. So, you know, like a toll. Security guarantees against future attacks. So we have to never attack them again while they rebuild their missile and nuclear supply. And end to the blockade so they can just ship things in and out. And also a relief from all sanctions. I don't feel like that's a deal so much. I don't know. I don't feel like that's a deal. But honestly, like Iran proposing the 97th straight deal and the president saying for the 97th time that we are one day away from a deal. And that's not the surprise. There is a bigger issue inside the administration. There's a real serious issue. And the administration should take it seriously. So Trey Yankst at Fox News reports that there are people high level in the U.S. government who have been leaking President Trump's military plans to Iran.

36:39

That seems noteworthy. It seems like probably that should be investigated and people should go to jail for it. These leaks can be substantial. And when you're looking at a situation with 50,000 U.S. service members, destroyers, refuelers, fighter jets across the region, the operational security is very significant whenever there are plans being made to strike Iran. And the president indicated he called off the plan strikes at the request not only of Iran, but also of Gulf allies like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. What was interesting, though, Lawrence, we spoke with senior Israeli intelligence officials over the weekend who said they weren't even aware of the details of the plan. And that's how close the administration was holding these details to the chest because of how sensitive it is in the region. So it seems like someone should go to jail now. And this is not the only, like the leaks are just nonstop. They're nonstop. Now Reuters is reporting that the United States has used up much of its global stockpile of highly accurate long-range missiles during its five-month war with Iran, according to three people familiar with the data. The missiles are principally the Army's surface-to-surface weapons known as Army tactical missile systems, attack-hams, and precision strike missiles. The U.S. has used virtually all of these weapons, according to two of the sources. The sources declined to say how many of each munition the U.S. had left. And apparently the leekers are so leaky that Daryl Cooper knew full well about the stockpile issues, which again, I wonder who could be doing the leaks who's on Daryl Cooper's texting list. Who? These are mysteries. These are mysteries that no one can solve. Who possibly in the administration would be, you know, so aligned with Daryl Cooper and his people that they would be leaking, presumably classified information about the status of American stockpiles? Who in the world would, it's, the mystery is beyond me. I can, we can never identify it. So many enigmas. So many mysteries. Here is Daryl Cooper, the greatest and wisest historian in America who also thinks that Hitler accidentally killed all the Jews, talking about his friends in the Pentagon who were telling him about the stockpiles. Honestly, I was surprised that it lasted as long as it did, especially since I know from people that I speak to on a regular big, good friends of mine who work in the Pentagon, that at the highest levels on the uniform military side, at least, they were perfectly aware of the problems. that even from the earliest days that we were going to have issues with ammunition stockpiles, we were going to have issues defending all of the things that we had committed ourselves to defending. And you saw very quickly that we essentially abandoned a lot of places that probably, you know, a lot of Arab countries who have spent a lot of money, a lot of credibility with their own people, a lot of, you know, they've spent a lot.

39:32

building up their relationship with the United States for this eventuality. And they found out what that was worth very quickly when we started moving a lot of our resources over to, honestly, much less strategically critical areas of defense around Israel. Okay. Well, actually, we left our resources around Saudi, like a lot. We spent a tremendous, I mean, Iran's not been firing at Israel for weeks on end here because they're afraid of what happens if they do. The Israelis are kind of waiting for it because they would like to strike, presumably. But that's not the issue here. The bigger issue here is who's leaking and why and how and to whom? It should not be particularly hard to discern it or fine. It should not. Perhaps the president, if he actually would like a stronger negotiating position, should stop allowing top members of his administration to leak, to Iran or to Axios, or to the people at Politico, or to friends, like, you know, the greatest historian and wisest historian who hates Winston Churchill, but is sort of, you know, semi-smpathetic to Hitler, Daryl Cooper. Maybe, may, I don't know, I'm putting it out there. Maybe if you're an administration that takes your bleep seriously, you might want to look into the people who keep leaking classified information that endangers America's bargaining position and therefore America's troops in the region and our allies. Maybe. Just putting it out there. All right. Meanwhile, speaking of problems with radical Islam, the situation in Suta continues to percolate. And I can't believe that Spain is apparently now committing a genocide. I mean, I've been told that genocide applies to things like... not giving people food and water, even if they're terrorists. I've been told that forcibly moving people from one area to another is a form of genocide. I've been told this by Spain. So they should really stop genociding all of the innocent civilians from Morocco. I'm being sarcastic here because what they're doing is not a genocide actually. But it's kind of funny that Spain is now doing many of the things to people who are not actually associated with the terrorist group that they criticize Israel for doing. Now, here is CNN reporting that people were starving and thirsty in Suta, so they crossed that border, and then people were not giving them food and water. Young adults are staying on the streets of Ceuta. This morning, a lot of them were on a beach, the nearest beach to the temporary shelter for youngsters. And adults, it is completely full. It's not taking any migrants at the moment. So these hundreds of people are just staying on the beach with the military around. This morning they got water from the military. And we also know that this afternoon, Red Cross was also on the beach giving some help. As I said, after four days, most of them complaining they haven't been able to find any water and any food. For four days, no water and no food. My goodness, a UN resolution must be forthcoming. Pedro Sanchez should get right on this and condemn everybody who's responsible. According to the Times, by the way, it's worse than that.

42:29

Quote, outside the city of Ceuta, hundreds of young men wake from a night sleeping on the gray sand dug into shallow pits like graves. They raise their fingers to their mouths in an eating motion and cue to refill old plastic bottles from public showers. Many are suffering from exhaustion, severe hypothermia, cuts, and shock. The Times understands that Sioux and residents were actively discouraged from providing aid to migrants in the hope that they would return to Morocco. Almost a week after the increase in border crossings, the situation in Suita is quickly turning into a humanitarian crisis. Migrants are forced to defecate in the bushes on the outskirts of town. Hundreds are still sleeping on the street. The only migrant's accommodation in the territory is at capacity and has gone into lockdown. Staff prevented those inside from passing water or food to the hundreds outside the Bill Gates, lying on the dirt, including to follow Slimon 21 from Sudan. They've slept here for days. Others are from Yemen, Syria, and they've traveled for months. The Red Cross has said its team ensued is overwhelmed and cannot sustain the volume of vulnerable people without government backing. My God. Oh, the humanity. Oh, the humanity. And meanwhile, by the way. Spain is going to be sending apparently migrant children to Spain. Migrant minors who are unaccompanied by adults are supposed to be granted protection. This presumably means anybody who's under the age of 18. That includes, you know, people who are 16, 17, 15, which in the Middle East is military age. Let's just be real about that. That is how it works over there. Meanwhile, Spain has announced that they are going to allocate some 25 million euros to the care of migrant miners. This is Spain's Minister of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration, which seems like a big portfolio. Here is this officer. The government of Spain will continue to be with Suta, and a good example of this, is the announcement I want to make to you. The government of Spain is going to allocate an extraordinary fund of 25 million euros for Suta to address the needs of unaccompanied minors or in the city. What about everyone else? What about everyone else? The suffering, UN resolutions. Where is Francesca Albanese when you need her? I'm only making fun because this is a government that deserves every bit of mockery that it is possible to layer on top of them. Just ladle all the mockery. But don't worry, the usual suspects have discovered the real source of the problem in Ceuta. You're never going to believe it. You won't believe it. It's the Jews. I know. I know you're shocked. I know. So the horseshoe is complete. Hasan Piker. Campaign friend to Abdul El-Sayed. Campaign friend to every radical Democrat he can find. DSA mouthpiece. Person who never should have been imported to the United States along with his family. Hasan Piker, he is claiming, wait for it. Who's behind what happened in Suita? So remember, 60,000 people from Morocco in Arab country. 60,000 people. Most of those are Moroccan. Some of them are from places ranging as far as Syria and Eritrea. Cross a border into a historically Christian country, Spain. And somehow it's the fault of Israel, which is a thousand miles away. And America, which is like 7,000 miles away. So, yeah. Here is Hasan Piker.

45:49

What an unsurious, honestly, what an unsurious political people we are, that people like Hasan Piker are even given the time of day, truly. Earlier, you mentioned Morocco. What do you mean Israel caused it? Israel and America got the Moroccan government to send like 40,000 people into Spanish administered territory. It's not even on some conspiracy either. Like the New York Times is openly covering it as such. You know what I mean? It was so it was a, they're not. It was classic Israel. This is yet another circumstance where Israel and America are aligned because they have the same opposition. They have the same international enemies. It has a lot to do with Spain's relationship with Algeria. And it has a lot to do with Spain's attitude against America, against NATO, against America's actions in Iran, and also Spain's statements against Israel as well. What the actual? What? Does he provide a shred of evidence? Of course he does not. Neither does his friend from the young Turks, Anna Kasparian, who went online and decided to start screaming hysterically, which is apparently her new mode. She tweeted it me because I pointed out that this kind of conspiracy theorizing is insane. She tweeted, get a load of the guy who bitched and moan about the media accurately reporting that our military has a depleted inventory of missile interceptors because he wants those very same soldiers to go to war with Iran unprepared on behalf of Israel. Not for Americans. Well, actually, I don't want American soldiers to go unprepared. I would prefer that we not leak out our military readiness to our enemies. That's what I would prefer. Not because it's necessary for our survival, but for a disgusting, loathsome genocidal terrorist state that's been a deadly liability for the U.S. as Anna Kasparian. You want to talk about evil, Ben? You cream your pants at the thought of war. You defend the slaughter of innocence, and you seek only to deceive anyone willing to listen to you. You don't lecture a soul about evil when you person when you person. Anna, honestly. Anna used to be kind of a nice person, like we disagreed on a lot of things. She came on the show. I did a debate with her in Pennsylvania. I was on CNN, like this is our in Manzani election night with Anna. man, the anti-Israel anti-Semitic conspiracy theorizing, it's just brainwarms and it destroys people. It really, really does. It's just crazy. It's just crazy talk. But again, the horseshoe is complete. Tucker Carlson, along with the greatest and wisest historian in American history, Daryl Cooper, who does not know his ass from his elbow. They also agree. It must have been Israel in the United States. In the days following, it became really clear that this was not organic at all, that the Israeli government and the U.S. government, well, obviously knew this was happening, and basically both governments were using mass migration as a weapon against a government that they don't like for various reasons, mostly because it's anti-Israel. And people were shocked to discover this. Were you shocked to discover that? Um, again, kind of. I shouldn't. I shouldn't. Man, when those demons clawed them, I think they made their way in. It is good times over on the horseshoe right and horseshoe left. The alliance of people who really are perfectly happy to uphold the enemies of our civilization. Pretty strong stuff. Okay.

49:17

Folks, many people have the wrong idea about home security. Many people think it means a loud alarm that goes off after some dude kicked in your door to scare him, which is kind of crazy. The whole point is supposed to be stopping the break-in, not narrating it after the fact. Basically, it's like a doorbell for burglars. They break through the door. If you're not home, it doesn't matter like one iota. This is actually why I started paying attention to what SimpliFave does. A bunch of people here at DailyWare use it. In the undercover story of the last couple of weeks, there is a person named Jason Arde. This person is a supposed scholar in Britain, and it turns out his entire life was a lie. So according to one Twitter account summarizing all of the claims made by this person, a Twitter account called Smirkley. He claimed to be nonverbal until 11. He claimed to join a professional snooker player at 10, one year before he could speak. He claimed he couldn't read until 18, but he left the school with two GCSEs, which are... general degrees from high school. He claimed he played professional football, soccer. He claimed he ran 30 marathons in 35 days. He claimed he had run 600 miles in six days, though the British record is 623. There are no recorded race times anywhere. He claims to have raised 5.5 million pounds for 70 plus charities. He submitted a 401 page PhD thesis, with 100 plus passages identical to another student's 2009 thesis, was given a PhD anyway, was given a full chair of Glasgow in 2021. He was a

52:26

He was the youngest black professor at Cambridge in 900 years. He was given, he was finally flagged for plagiarism in 2023. He still collected honorary degrees. And then he claims that everybody is racist for noticing all of this. So here is, he has a book out, by the way. August 27th, we'll see how much of it is written by this person. He sounds like the Ibram ex-Kendi of Britain. So here he was being featured on the BBC. Professor Jason Alde was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at the age of three. He couldn't speak until he was 11, and read or write until he was 18. Throughout his early years, his parents continued to believe in him. At 18, my mum had got to a point where there was only so much she could do, and she was brilliant, even though she had this belief that, you know, he'll do something okay, but she just decided, I need someone else to believe in him as much as I believe in him. Therapists predicted he would need full-time assistance throughout his life. How wrong they were. You OK? It was this man, college tutor Sandroi, who helped teach Jason to read and write at 18. I'm just so happy for him. I'm speechless, to be honest. But I never doubt a moment they would achieve where he is. It turns out people should have doubted him for a moment because, yeah, not particularly great. So, apparently his PhD dissertation is completely plagiarized. And like this is an image of his dissertation, side by side with a 2009 dissertation, just verbatim copying. Just verbatim copying. And, you know, he has claimed to be physically victimized, the guardian tried to check those details. And it turns out that none of it could be in any way confirmed at all. In a recent interview to promote his memoir, Ardae spoke about a feeling like Icarus when he came under scrutiny after joining Cambridge. He said, I always wanted to be a person who flew close to the sun. But sometimes I wonder, did I fly too close? The answer is he did. But now he's claiming that everybody who notices the plagiarism problem is racist. Prominent academics of color, according to the Guardian. said that the claims of his plagiarism were legitimate. that Ardae's alleged actions risked undermining others who study race because it turns out that he has written incessantly on the evils of Western civilization and race. Again, this was a great way to make a living for decades in both Britain and the United States is to be a member of a minority group and claim that the West has been horrific to your particular minority group and you can get away with pretty much anything and people will sign you gigantic checks, gigantic checks. So it's a wonderful story of an unmasking, this Jason Ardei story. Pretty impressive stuff. Okay, well, it has become a daily feature of our show that we must check in with the imprisoned hero Andrew Tate. Andrew Tate, of course, is being held in prison because he is alleged to have been a sex trafficker and child pornographer, among other things. And he is tweeting from jail. And his wisdom guides all of us, I think. It was fair to say.

55:44

So let me read you, his latest tweets, just so you can feel a little strength for the day and a little pick me up. Quote, The adult world is a bloody place which annihilates the week. But if you love war, more than you love winning or losing, you'll have a great time. You cannot always win. You will not always lose. But if you simply love to fight for fighting's sake, life is one serious adventure. Deep thoughts by Jack Handy over here. You know. The real irony is that when pirates were searching for buried treasure, the real treasure was the memories they were creating. These are the important things to remember. Andrew Tate also tweeted out from his jail cell, quote, The corpse of your previous self is the necessary stepping stone to higher callings. Are we being reincarnated? Are you actually dead? I assume this is a metaphor. Well, I don't know, man. Too much, too many deep statements there from Andrew Tate. But I just thought that now you know things you didn't know before. Do you feel inspired? Do you feel so inspired that you would intervene with the Romanian court to get him freed from his criminal situation so he could tour the United States like a schmuck? Are you one of those people? Well, now you know why. Because without the kind of wisdom bestowed upon all of us by Ander Tate, how much poorer our life would actually be our lives? It would just be so sad. Meanwhile, speaking of wisdom, the WNBA continues along the lines of its own stupidity. Hilariously, there's a WNBA coach who the other night wore a trans kids matter shirt or some such nonsense. Well, it turns out that in the recent past, she was complaining there are too many male NBA coaches. So does sex exist or does it not? How do you know they're male? I mean, are there too many male NBA players? Should there be a female NBA player? These are all open questions to this coach in the WNBA. What happened was, and again, history repeats itself. When it happened in, when Title IX in 1972, we had more women coaching college basketball before Title IX, after Title IX, when it became more important and more investment that was code for. And you got paid more. It got paid more. It became a man's job. And so to this day, we still don't have more women coaching in college basketball than we do men. Two years ago, we lost seven WMBA coaches, right? They got fired. Because all of a sudden, this money, you know, became more, the WMBA blew up valuations of franchises, right? In comes the NBA folks again, who had cast us aside for many years. In they come again, right? Now they want their franchises back and that sort of thing. It's more important again. And then we have more men. This is the Minnesota Links coach, Cheryl Reeve. This is the Protect Trans Kids T-shirt lady. So she's very upset that men are in coaching because that's her profession. But she wanted men in playing, which is not her profession. Oh, the irony. It's too rich. But don't worry. The politics of the WNBA continue to be stupid through and through. Angel Reese, who is sourced. She's kind of like the WWE heel to Caitlin Clark.

59:08

Well, she was out there. She now has some sort of advertising deal with Barbie, I guess. And she says that she never played with dolls because they didn't look like her when she was a child. What were some of the dolls you played with when you were little? Honestly, I didn't have a lot of dolls because I didn't have dolls that would look like me much. And that's why I kind of really wanted to make sure this was super intentional because now that they have a doll that looks like you and nails and hair, but also you can be a killer on the court as well. So that was something that was important for me when getting the dog. Why didn't she have a doll that looked like her when she was growing up? I mean, how old is Angel Reese? Is she 80? What are we talking about right now? Angel Reese is 24 years old, which means that she was born in 2002. I'm pretty sure there were black Barbies in 2008. I'm pretty sure. In fact, there was a black president in 2008. So, yeah, man. I'm... The myth-making. Victimhood. It just never stops. It just never stops. The first Black Barbie, by the way, is 1980. Four years before I was born. And I'm old by Angel Reese standards. All righty-all right. If you're a daily wire member, I'm going to answer your questions right now.
