We have the district attorney Joe Conman out there in Bucks County coming down with the Quaker Town report. We'll get into that. And yes, who knew? There is a Pennsylvania voter hall of fame. I need more details on that. Is it like Cooperstown? How do you get in there? Can you make a petition for Scott Presler to be in the Pennsylvania Voters Hall of Fame? It just came to me. Let me mark that down. Presler is a resident of Beaver County. And Al Schmidt is the guy who apparently decides yesterday, the Secretary of State, took two of the nuns of the Benedictine order. Because these nuns were involved, he says, in stopping disinformation in 2024. They got the Margaret Chase Smith Award given for every Rhino Republican who's ever lived. But I'm looking at Fox and they're right to lead with this. It is not just a big fraud takedown in Philadelphia, a city of fraud, starting with the school district. Hey, next time I get Dr. Oz on, Dr. Oz, school district of Philadelphia. How about a little investigation there? This is a new anti-fraud initiative. 19 people have been indicted just to give you an idea of more than 1,000 occasions. They say Ashley Griffin, age 27 here in Philadelphia, more than 1,000 occasions submitted time entries exceeding 24 hours for a single day, over a thousand times. Don't you think someone would notice? No, they didn't think anybody would notice. You know why in Philadelphia? Krasner would never do anything. And Josh Shapiro and Valerie Arcus who's in charge of Medicaid, they would never do one prosecution. But they forgot about the federal government. And they forgot about Dave Sunday. This is about Medicaid frauds. Dr. Oz, last time on the show, we're trying to get them on today, tomorrow. Making the point, we really need to evolve on Medicaid. And what goes into this? And finally, they've come to Philadelphia. Every time I see one of those home care ads and Sixers games or something else, oh, you could be a family member, make money, and take care of your mother or somebody else. The colleague of Ashley Griffin, Yolanda Wright, let's see what she did here. I think she was more of the second banana. But this one woman, Griffin, submitted more than 64,000 work hours for $1.2 million in reimbursement, knowing she did not complete the work reported. And as I said, she reported 126 hours of work on one particular day. You know, doesn't this rather than the grandiose

What this report indicates, you're wondering, that was around February 20th or so. This happened. So it took a long time for this report, even though they had this on video. And in the end, what is it the sheriff that did that was criminally wrong? Nothing. These kids should have been tried, convicted, and spent more time so that they learned this nonsense around ICE and whatever their message was. bothering people that they wouldn't be tolerated. So as soon as I see all this start happening with Anthony Fauci, I knew that, boy, you were certainly having a time, because your name was slandered. You were called a murderer. You were called a lot of things. I was in dangering my teammates and this and that. Now look what happened. We talked about they suppressed early treatments. They lied about where it came from. Anthony Fauci's writing in this journal about, I don't want to, you know, create any vaccine hesitancy if I tell them with the actual stats. How many papers have been written? How many McCullas and Malones and all the great doctors out there who actually did treatment on the front end and repurpose drugs that are the safest profiles in the world? But no, Anthony Fauci pushing his medicine, just like he did back in the 80s. And now when you have an auto pen pardon. You know what happened. You have an auto pen pardon. And you can't. You can't answer one question. Hey, now real quick. Not even your name. I mean, come on. And how much time did the network spend on that? Hey, can we do something for you real quick? How much time? So there's Aaron Rogers. Now, here's the, it's not just Dr. Anthony Fauci. It's the sports media types. How many times have we talked about how politically correct that's become. Now, look, Aaron Rogers does weird things. to put it mildly, the dark room and a bunch of other stuff. You shouldn't listen to him for medical advice more than anyone else. But his point about during COVID, how the sports media types treated that versus criminal activity, any number of pro players engage in. It's more like, well, how much time is he going to miss? But Aaron Rogers. became over the last five years or so, one of the number one targets of those in sports media. I'm not sure if they're liberal or not, if that what is that drives it. But it really is a changed operation. And you remember, he was demonized around this. Now, again, some of this was after we knew more about COVID, so it shouldn't have been as big of a deal. All right. On the Iran thing, Secretary Scott Bessent has the markets juiced by saying another deal is going to happen today or tomorrow. I have little, I have no hope in this. I was going to say little or no hope. I don't see what has changed here. We still have the straight of war moves. We'll see what it is. Why would the Iranians do it now? That's what I don't see. I could see how, as the number two there, you might have some degree of difficulty. And one more, thank God he was put there. Harry Truman, I guess, was the fourth. vice president for fdr the guy before him was a communist if he had to put him in for the fourth term as vp we would have had a commie president instead harry truman i think was just an all-time great democrat certainly maybe the number one democrat president in my mind and a great number two even though he only met fDR once And he's thinking this guy's, yeah, he, FDR wasn't going to tell him anything. And he thought he was going to die at any second, you know, with the coffee's giant coffee saucers so he could pour it. And Truman goes, oh, man, this is not good. I might be president. But he turned out to be a great president, I think. Henry? Yeah, so I didn't realize you're such a man of culture when you go down the show. Movies, plays. I mean, you're everywhere with that. And then the other one I'm going to take from a movie. How about Vincent Lauria in The Color of Money going under the wing of one fast Eddie Felsen? Of course, Fast Eddie is Paul Newman's character from The Hustler. Obviously, they made this movie, the second movie in this franchise. But it's very funny how the number two throughout the movie eventually becomes the number one, replacing Fast Eddie, and Eddie Felsen becomes the number two. So those are my number twos today. So real fictional, you ought to get a really good one today, and 19 people now indict it, big case even leading the news, Inquirer hasn't covered it yet.

How in the world do you put down 126 hours on a particular day? Some of these people, according to the indictment, were putting in for Medicaid services when they were in prison. One guy, they made a big deal out of it. At the exact same time the paperwork was in, he was in a traffic stop with a Philadelphia police that they could document. So. 126 hours of work. How does it go on that long? Even after 2023 when they were on tour, this woman uses the colleague and still brought in 275,000. How many of these people are there out there across the country? The answer is unknowable. But if I had to guess a bit, I'm talking about the real hardcore 10 to 25,000 that are doing this right now at this point in time. You put them in jail every single one of them. And you're going to see a dent in this. But you're still going to have to keep on putting them in jail and make the sentences longer. They are directly stealing and Democrats not only don't care, some of them are fine with this. Every one of these blue cities like Philadelphia is crawling with this. Take a look at the school board of Philadelphia. Take a look inside those schools. Why is there no air conditioning? Well, you know, that takes a lot to get those air conditioners in there. Republicans have to publicize this more. They have to run on this in the midterms. They have to remind us of the Somalis, of the Russians, of the Romanians. And God knows how many other ethnic groups that engage in this stuff and have their own little infrastructure set up. All right. What was it? Dr. Oz said hospice. like 200 of them in a three block area in Van Nuys. Ridiculous. How do you put down 126 hours and not get caught in this Medicaid thing? And what is the state of Pennsylvania? What's their role in administering this? Valerie Arcoosh, the woman who screwed up Montgomery County, is in charge of all that stuff. And I told you to there is a Pennsylvania Voters Hall of Fame. I'll look up during the break. Who is in the Pennsylvania Voters Hall of Fame? I nominate Scott Presler. The Benedictine Nans were put in there yesterday by Al Schmidt because they stopped this disinformation. I think it was about 52 people that were registered to vote from their abbey. And there was nobody there. Well, was it this information? I mean, given what happened, you see where this goes. It's always nobody's doing anything rather than I'm going to guarantee not one clown non-citizen is going to vote in the midterms. And if he can't do that, well, there could be criminal charges. I just want to point out, I'm a home health care aide, right? I'm sitting here with my grandson 19 who has muscular dystrophy. I get a whopping $13 an hour to take care of them. The only way that these people can scan the system is if the companies are in on it. The people themselves don't verify the patients, the companies verify the patients and get all that signed up. So they have to be in cahoots. I literally get audited it a couple times a year. I have a nurse comes out to our house, make sure everything's on the up and up. I log in with a tablet as a GPS. So if I'm not where I'm supposed to be, they know. So they got to be in cahoots. That's all. I just wanted to add. Oh, well, it's massive, the number of people that are involved. Some of them are alleged patients who were doing this. But it takes a lot, Ken, when they come knocking on your door three years ago, and you still then put in 275,000 that's fraudulent. So yeah, so we don't even get enough to get by. We don't get all the supplies we need. And other people are taking money. It could be used for people who need it. Exactly. Thank you, Ken. By the way, I notice on Scott Presler's list, and I like him. He's funny and all that. But, you know, he's not exactly always on the mark. Senator John Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has not signed up. I think it's up to 20 Republican senators. who said they don't want to go home, they want to work on the Save Act. I'll ask Scott about that. He's here at 2 o'clock. Henry, you say roughly over 25,000 people in the Pennsylvania voter hall of fame. Yeah, the way the website set up. There's about 10 names per page, and there's 2,526 pages. Okay. So, yeah, if you do that math, that's over 25,000 people in our voter Hall of Fame, I guess. What's the criteria does it tell you? No, this isn't a very descriptive page, so to speak. But is there anybody famous? Is there any, I'm trying to think of a reason, because I've never heard of it? I don't know any of these names. Okay. None. administered by the department state of election bureaus the voter hall of fame was established to acknowledge an honor pennsylvania to have voted in every november election for at least 50 consecutive years okay that's what it seems to be that's a criteria but right so i don't know if the nuns did that because Al Schmidt seems to be putting them in there uh because they're in his camp but all this disinformation stuff maybe they voted 50 years in a row but uh you know I don't know. That's quite a hefty thing. All right. So if you vote 50 straight years, now Scott Presler is only about 36 or 37, so we may have to pull some strings to get them in there. The Pennsylvania Voters Hall of Fame, the Benedictine nuns going in. Al Schmidt's like the Veterans Committee. He's saying, well, I know they didn't vote for 50 years. It doesn't matter. They said the magic word disinformation.

Also coming up, a program that I think is not a success all the way back to LBJ is being redone by the Trump administration. Head Start. And people are going, no, you can't touch Head Start. Really? Has Head Start been a success? Which of these, now you know that Lyndon Johnson doesn't get enough credit for the damage that he caused? Just an all-time damaging president beyond belief. So I used to be a scheduling manager for a home health agency that did accept the Medicaid waiver program that they're talking about. There were so many attempts of our employees to try to play the system that we finally dropped it. What would they do? I imagine somebody writing 126 hours down in a 24-hour period. How does that not get flagged immediately by somebody? Well, as an individual employee, that should be flagged. But the state determines the amount of hours you're entitled to, whether it's three hours a day, 10 hours a day, 24 hours a day. We did have some patients that were 24 hours a day. But it was... three sets of people coming to see them or more over those 24 hours. An agency should be screening those hours. Absolutely. Well, I don't know if this woman had her own agency. I'm looking into that. But imagine they question you in 2023. So what do you do? You transfer everything to your buddy for another 275,000. Right, exactly. And we wouldn't allow it. I mean, I would, I was suspicious of quite a few employees, and I would just drop in to see if they were actually there. Like, they could clock in and leave. Right. Oh, absolutely. They had, like, the previous caller talked about, you know, you have a GPS location. Sure. When you clock in, they had to be within, I think, you know, 100 feet of the address or something for it to even take the clock in. But they could leave. Then we caught on that the one girl in particular. had gotten a burner phone to leave with grandma. So grandma could clocking in after her. That's what I mean. They never showed up. All this family stuff you see in these ads and all and Sixers games, I see them, etc. They could be in it together. That's what it's about. Well, that's what I mean. And I mean, there were some people that were legitimate that had people other than family members doing this for them.

Talk about how they're robbing from who this program is supposed to help. And Medicaid at the state level, Dave Sunday is number one in the country, the attorney general going after this. It is unbelievable. And even with these arrests today, it continues. And Philadelphia itself is a fraud capital. It's part of the Philly attitude. They laugh at it. What's the reason? It's a blue city. They don't care. They're not going to go after this stuff. The state is run by progressives in Josh Shapiro and Valerie Arcoosh. I mean, how are they affording to pay for all this advertising? How in the world is all this going on? Last time Oz was on, he said, They're coming to Philadelphia, and here they are, 19 people indicted. Here's a nugget, Henry pulled from Dr. Oz, though, talking about something that needs to be reformed here, as I understand it. Something we do in Pennsylvania. Here's what Oz said. Personal care billing trends. I'm going to give these numbers to you slowly because they're really important. This is the federal government's data on Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania ranks fifth nationally in average monthly payments, both per beneficiary and per provider. That is way out there. Be number five in both those categories. More expensive, that is, than 45 states. Over 96% of personal care claims here are illness unspecified. That's how they're titled. So we can't track them. It doesn't help if the U.S. Attorney or the Attorney General can't possibly find the fraud because people aren't actually telling us what they're really doing. We have to change that history that's evolved here into the norm. And finally, average payments per beneficiary, more than $50,000. Think about that. 50,000 per person getting home care in the state on average, far above what you'd ever expect. All this points to fraud. The cases like these are exactly why a whole government approach is so critical and why we have to.

All right, so they have to bring the whole government in. And the state of Pennsylvania not doing anything, the inquires still doesn't have it up there. What are they out there? Hey, we need some more home health care ads. Doesn't look good for you guys. We'll hold those articles until this blows over. 96% are for unspecified illness. Uh-uh. You got to tell us what the illness is. You're not getting a dime. That's it. The last time Oz was on, he kept on talking about the kids carrying the groceries up the steps. And he said, he doesn't get groceries and there's no steps. 96%. Keep that one for tomorrow, Henry, because this is going to. And this is the type of detail. Stacey Garrity campaign on this. Point the finger at Valerie Arcus, Josh Shapiro. And who is it? What Democrats? What progressives? Put in laws where you don't have to say what the illness is. 96% of recipients, the illness is unspecified. Well, if that's the case, how are you going to know what service and what you're providing? That's Oz's point. He also talked about 50K per year, that means per person. Just count those ads when you see them. It's tiresome. It's the same scam time after time after time. I take that back what I said 10 to 20. There could be 100,000 to 200,000 or more people. Every single one of them ought to be in jail for 20 years or more. That's what they're engaged in here. 855, 833, 9, 12, 10. These are things Republicans ought to run on in the midterm. Take the most egregious. Take this woman with the 126 hours billed for a 24-hour period. $1.2 million over three years she built. Apparently none of them without working an hour other than signing these billing statements. It is stunning. But I bet there are several other areas here in Philadelphia. I would investigate the school district of Philadelphia. That's one where I think anything goes. How do you take the budget they have every year and still not have air conditioning? Well, no one wants to go to those schools. They have to go to those schools. We're not going to do anything about it. Go home and learn on Zoom. You want air conditioning. It's too hot here. Get your chrome out. Stay at home. Tony and Belmar. I got to look at up the name of the company that was indicted because I want to tell you in case it's in all these ads. So you go, aha, exactly. So he mentioned their boots on the ground. They ought to have buildings. They ought to put, it ought to be like Lemon Hill with that fan thing that are wrecked skyscrapers. You know, I would bring in 100,000 agents if I have them. Any street in Philadelphia. Any fraud here? Bang, 30 seconds. You got it. My goodness. Is Philadelphia a fraudulent capital? Ah, come on now. You guys are always attacking Philadelphia. Is there voter fraud in Philadelphia? Ah, come on now. They revel in it. Well, now the drumbeat is coming their way. We'll figure out who this company is that was indicted among these individuals. But it is staggering. How in the world...

Look, if around the edges they were cheating got caught. But how in the world do you put down 126 hours when you are routinely doing stuff like this? And it takes until now and this new emphasis to get caught. They're working their way from places the capital still seems to be Minnesota. Why? Well, the secret sauce are these immigrant groups like the Somalis who are doing what they did in the old country. I've told you the story. When the Russians came here, I'm not sure if it's still the same. I was friendly with one of the hospitals, and the nun would come on with me. And she said, Dom, you don't know what it's like. You know, the Russian guy shows up his appointment at 7.30 in the morning, he shows up at 7. He says, well, you see her, he's got to be seen now. And I said, sister, tell him, Boris, you're not back in Russia anymore. Go sit down. I mean, it's just this constant infrastructure. We saw it the most with the Somalis definitively out of control. So what is Josh Shapiro having dinner with Bill and Hillary Clinton? Because. They think, okay, we can masquerade this guy as this moderate versus these others who won't have anything to do with it. And he goes over and starts working LeBron James on. And I, you know, maybe he told him how to shoot a jump shot better. This guy is shot. You got to tuck your elbow in like, yeah, that's it, LeBron. You know, come on. Look at me. You're five foot four. Come on. Let me see that jumper again, Josh. Did I tell you my son's against the death penalty? Yeah, yeah, yeah, you told me. But you got to come to Philadelphia. By the way, LeBron James is still going to be hit with the billionaire tax if it goes through, which it looks like it might in California, because it's your residence or domicile on January 1st, 2026. And by all accounts, he couldn't get out of it. Right. So imagine this guy. He's going to have that. Then he might live in New York. He's got to deal with Zohran Mamdani. And then he's still got to pay Philadelphia wage tax non-resident. Oh, yeah. I mean, come on. Oh, we welcome you, LeBron. Now you're going to pay us. He's not making as much. He really hit the trifect of taxes. Oh, yeah. I mean, he's, yeah. So when some of these guys complain about the taxes, I'm in agreement with him. Even if you're making $50 million a year and they take away.

55%, 60% of it. Yeah. Oh, well, come on now. It's still that. Yeah, but it's not their money. Well, why do we care? Well, they shouldn't be paid that much. Well, then don't pay them that much. We got the fraud. thing gone on. And the Quaker Town thing I told you about, 126 hours in one day. This woman is incredible. God created seven days he rested. Not this woman. I've been thinking about like what if I did that like working here. Yeah. 126 hours in a day. They'd probably fire me on the spot. I would have the gendarmes drag you through the streets of Philadelphia. But then again, you'd be in the Philadelphia Fraud Hall of Fame. New Orleans Care Strike Force, you know, if we get to the indictment, I just see the names of the two main frost of $4 million services while they were incarcerated, working other jobs, traveling overseas. They have billing on that. when they're giving Medicare here. But somebody was right, they called in. There was a company that is involved. I will see under the original source, if the name of the company comes up, include health care company owners and employees. Well, why don't you give us the name of the company that's involved? All right, we're searching here. Well, because I think it's important. Several people ask, yeah, one guy claimed to require extensive home health care while also working as a carpenter. They got this guy out there doing carpentry work and yet, oh, $100,000 a year he needs for extensive home health care. All right, I'm coming to you on your sidekick question. We'll get the name of the company involved here. And I bet they do a lot of advertising. They're bold about it. This is, I'm not sure in other places, but I'm telling you, just based upon the ads we see, this is one of the biggest scam areas in Philadelphia. And even when we're Republicans there, I don't think they emphasize Medicaid fraud in the manner that Dave Sunday does. He leads the country, the guy that's the Attorney General in Pennsylvania. And this is a specialty. He's intimately involved in this. Can't you run on something like this? Isn't this something that you can use to make the point, why is this happening in mostly blue areas, very blue areas? Aiding and abetted by the state, be it California, Minnesota, or Pennsylvania. And Al Schmidt. is the guy who apparently decides yesterday, the Secretary of State, took two of the nuns of the Benedictine order because these nuns were involved, he says, in stopping disinformation in 2024. They got the Margaret Chase Smith Award given for every Rhino Republican who's ever lived. But I'm looking at Fox and they're right to lead with this. It is not just a big fraud takedown in Philadelphia, a city of fraud, starting with the school district. Hey, next time I get Dr. Oz on Dr. Oz, school district of Philadelphia. How about a little investigation there? This is a new anti-fraud initiative. 19 people have been indicted just to give you an idea on more than 1,000 occasions. They say Ashley Griffin, age 27 here in Philadelphia, on more than 1,000 occasions submitted time entries exceeding 24 hours for a single day, over a thousand times. Don't you think someone would notice? No, they didn't think anybody would notice. You know why in Philadelphia? Krasner would never do anything. And Josh Shapiro and Valerie Arcus who's in charge of Medicaid, they would never do one prosecution. But they forgot about the federal government. And they forgot about Dave Sunday. This is about Medicaid frauds. Dr. Oz, last time on the show, we're trying to get them on today, tomorrow. Making the point, we really need to evolve on Medicaid. And what goes into this? And finally, they've come to Philadelphia. Every time I see one of those home care ads and Sixers games or something else, oh, you could be a family member, make money, and take care of your mother or somebody else. The colleague of Ashley Griffin, Yolanda Wright, let's see what she did here. I think she was more of the second banana. But this one woman Griffin submitted more than 64,000 work hours for $1.2 million in reimbursement, knowing she did not complete the work reported. And as I said, she reported 126 hours of work on one particular day. You know, doesn't this rather than the grandiose

Doesn't this tell us what they've been doing here in places like Philadelphia? Now, in some places, Dr. Oz talking about in Van Nuys, California, it was the Russians. We got the Russians right here in northeast Philadelphia. Anything goes when you get inside these protected ethnic infrastructures, like in Ohio and Minnesota with the Somalis. And so far... Maybe 100 have gone to jail. Tens of thousands, maybe 100,000 or more need to go to jail. Democrats will never do this. They encourage it even. As I said, do I see any statement here from Josh Shapiro? Valerie Arcoosh. That's a woman that used to head up Montgomery County. She put in the rat line shut down schools during COVID. Remember that? Hey, Val, this is your area, Medicaid. Do you have anything to say about this in ongoing investigations? And as I said, this is part, well, New York Post says New York Adult Daycare, they bill Medicaid 100 million a year. We are talking hundreds of billions of dollars or more. I know what about Doge? I don't know what they were doing with Doge. In some hands, they did good work on others. You could see how hard it is to penetrate the federal government. But Dave Sunday is not a guy you fool around with. We hope to get him on the Attorney General in Pennsylvania. And after Griffin, this woman I was telling you about, was questioned about the alleged scheme in September of 2023, reports in her name dropped drastically. However, She paid right the colleague to continue the false time entries totaling more than $275,000. So they get her. They're questioning her. And what happens? They decide, well, we'll put it in the other woman's name for $275,000. I'd love to get you in this. 855,000, 855, 8, 9, 12, 10. This is in your gut. This is the gut sort of thing. that should get everybody right here in the Philadelphia area, just as you know it, an item, EBT. All right, all those things. We've all had the experience in a supermarket line with that. This is fraud writ large. And in places like Philadelphia and Josh Shapiro and all, they have no problem with this. They're not driven to do anything about it. But if any one of these women said, I refuse to help with abortion. Josh Shapiro would have SWAT teams over there. Okay, that's one thing that's going on. The Quaker Town report essentially says no criminal charges on the chief in Quaker Town. And then I see last night in the news any number of these people in Quaker Town still wanting to go after the chief. Imagine these little brats that got out of school. They weren't supposed to go out of school. They're harassing drivers. They're doing stuff to cars. They're causing stuff on the sidewalk there. Confront it by the police and the chief. And they said legally, there's no crime here. Then they came up with all these recommendations on what the chief should be doing. That's apparently where it stands. What this report indicates, you're wondering, that was around February 20th or so. This happened. So it took a long time for this report, even though they had this on video. And in the end, what is it the sheriff that did that was criminally wrong? Nothing. These kids should have been tried, convicted, and spent more time so that they learned this nonsense around ICE and whatever their message was. bothering people that they wouldn't be tolerated. But no, Anthony Fauci pushing his medicine just like he did back in the 80s. And now when you have an auto pen pardon. You know what happened. You have an auto pen pardon. And you can't. How in the world do you put down 126 hours on a particular day? Some of these people, according to the indictment, were putting in for Medicaid services when they were in prison. One guy, they made a big deal out of it. At the exact same time the paperwork was in, he was in a traffic stop with the Philadelphia police that they could document. So. 126 hours of work. How does it go on that long? Even after 2023 when they were on tour, this woman uses the colleague and still brought in 275,000. How many of these people are there out there across the country? The answer is unknowable. But if I had to guess a bit, I'm talking about the real hardcore 10 to 25,000 that are doing this right now at this point in time. You put them in jail every single one of them. And you're going to see a dent in this. But you're still going to have to keep on putting him in jail and make the sentences longer. They are directly stealing and Democrats not only don't care, some of them are fine with this. Every one of these blue cities like Philadelphia is crawling with this. Take a look at the school board of Philadelphia. Take a look inside those schools. Why is there no air conditioning? Well, you know, that takes a lot to get those air conditioners in there. All right. What was it? Dr. Oz said hospice, like 200 of them in a three block area in Van Nuys. Ridiculous. How do you put down 126 hours and not get caught in this Medicaid thing? And what is the state of Pennsylvania? What's their role in administering this? Valerie Arcoosh, the woman who screwed up Montgomery County, is in charge of all that stuff. The only way that these people can scan the system is if the companies are in on it. The people themselves don't verify the patients, the companies verify the patients and get all that signed up. So they have to be in cahoots. I literally get audited in a couple times a year. I have a nurse comes out to our house, make sure everything's on the up and up. I log in with a tablet as a GPS. So if I'm not where I'm supposed to be, they know. So they got to be in cahoots. That's all. I just wanted to add. Oh, well, it's massive, the number of people that are involved. Some of them are alleged patients who were doing this. But it takes a lot, Ken, when they come knocking on your door three years ago, and you still then put in 275,000 that's fraudulent. So yeah, so we don't even get enough to get by. We don't get all the supplies we need. And other people are taking money. It could be used for people who need it. Exactly. Thank you, Ken. But is there anybody famous? Is there any, I'm trying to think of a reason, because I've never heard of it? I don't know any of these names. Okay. None. administered by the department state of election bureaus the voter hall of fame was established to acknowledge an honor pennsylvania to have voted in every november election for at least 50 consecutive years okay that's what it seems to be that's a criteria but right so i don't know if the nuns did that because Al Schmidt seems to be putting them in there uh because they're in his camp but all this disinformation stuff maybe they voted 50 years in a row but uh you know I don't know. That's quite a hefty thing. All right. So if you vote 50 straight years, now Scott Presler is only about 36 or 37, so we may have to pull some strings to get them in there. The Pennsylvania Voters Hall of Fame, the Benedictine nuns, going in. Al Schmidt's like the Veterans Committee. He's saying, well, I know they didn't vote for 50 years. It doesn't matter. They said the magic word disinformation.

So I used to be a scheduling manager for a home health agency that did accept the Medicaid waiver program that they're talking about. There were so many attempts of our employees to try to play the system that we finally dropped it. What would they do? I imagine somebody writing 126 hours down in a 24-hour period. How does that not get flagged immediately by somebody? Well, as an individual employee, that should be flagged. But the state determines the amount of hours you're entitled to, whether it's three hours a day, 10 hours a day, 24 hours a day. We did have some patients that were 24 hours a day. But it was... sets of people coming to see them or more over those 24 hours. An agency should be screening those hours. Absolutely. Well, I don't know if this woman had her own agency. I'm looking into that. But imagine they question you in 2023. So what do you do? You transfer everything to your buddy for another 275,000. Right, exactly. And we wouldn't allow it. I mean, I would, I was suspicious of quite a few employees, and I would just drop in to see if they were actually there. Like, they could clock in and leave. Right. Oh, absolutely. They have, like the previous caller talked about, you know, you have a GPS location. Sure. When you clock in, they had to be within, I think, you know, 100 feet of the address or something for it to even take the clock in. But they could leave. Then we caught on that the one girl in particular. had gotten a burner phone to leave with grandma. So grandma could clocking in after her. That's what I mean. They never showed up. All this family stuff you see in these ads and all and Sixers games, I see them, etc. They could be in it together. That's what it's about. Well, that's what I mean. And I mean, there were some people that were legitimate that had people other than family members doing this for them that were doing it the right way.

But when you have a family member doing it, the instant that they wanted to do this, I said, this is going to be a problem. Thank you, Holly. Thanks very much. All right, 855, 839, 12, 10. Republicans have to run on this stuff. They have to catalog it. They have to be out there. When Democrats scream racism, which they will, then they need to go down Broadway. And Medicaid at the state level, Dave Sunday is number one in the country, the attorney general, going after this. It is unbelievable. And even with these arrests today, it continues. And Philadelphia itself is a fraud capital. It's part of the Philly attitude. They laugh at it. What's the reason? It's a blue city. They don't care. They're not going to go after this stuff. The state is run by progressives in Josh Shapiro and Valerie Arcoosh. Is he out there saying, I'm protecting you, protecting your tax dollars? Here's a nugget, Henry pulled from Dr. Oz, though, talking about something that needs to be reformed here, as I understand it. Something we do in Pennsylvania. Here's what Oz said. Personal care billing trends. I'm going to get these numbers to you slowly because they're really important. This is the federal government's data on Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania ranks fifth nationally in average monthly payments, both per beneficiary and per provider. That is way out there. Be number five in both those categories. More expensive, that is, than 45 states. Over 96% of personal care claims here are illness unspecified. That's how they're titled. So we can't track them. It doesn't help if the U.S. Attorney or the Attorney General can't possibly find the fraud because people aren't actually telling us what they're really doing. We have to change that history that's evolved here into the norm. And finally, average payments per beneficiary, more than $50,000. Think about that. 50,000 per person getting home care in the state on average, far above what you'd ever expect. All this points to fraud. The cases like these are exactly why a whole government approach is so critical and why we have to.

All right, so they have to bring the whole government in. And the state of Pennsylvania not doing anything, the inquires still doesn't have it up there. What are they out there? Hey, we need some more home health care ads. Doesn't look good for you guys. We'll hold those articles until this blows over. 96% or unspecified illness. Uh-uh. You got to tell us what the illness is. You're not getting a dime. That's it. The last time Oz was on, he kept on talking about the kids carrying the groceries up the steps, and he said, he doesn't get groceries and there's no steps. 96%. Keep that one for tomorrow, Henry, because this is going to, and this is the type of detail. Stacey Garrity campaign on this. Point the finger at Valerie Arcus, Josh Shapiro. And who is it? What Democrats? What progressives? Put in laws where you don't have to say what the illness is. 96% of recipients, the illness is unspecified. Well, if that's the case, how are you going to know what service and what you're providing? That's Oz's point. He also talked about 50K per year, that means per person. Just count those ads when you see them. It's tiresome. It's the same scam time after time after time. I take that back what I said 10 to 20. There could be 100,000 to 200,000 or more people. Every single one of them ought to be in jail for 20 years or more. That's what they're engaged in here. 855, 833, 9, 12, 10. These are things Republicans ought to run on in the midterm. Take the most egregious. Take this woman with the 126 hours billed for a 24-hour period. $1.2 million over three years she built. Apparently none of them without working an hour other than signing these billing statements. It is stunning. But I bet there are several other areas here in Philadelphia. I would investigate the school district of Philadelphia. That's one where I think anything goes. How do you take the budget they have every year and still not have air conditioning? But it is staggering. How in the world...

Look, if around the edges they were cheating and got caught. But how in the world do you put down 126 hours when you are routinely doing stuff like this? And it takes until now and this new emphasis to get caught. They're working their way from places the capital still seems to be Minnesota. Why? Well, the secret sauce are these immigrant groups like the Somalis who are doing what they did in the old country. I've told you the story. When the Russians came here, I'm not sure if it's still the same. I was friendly with one of the hospitals, and the nun would come on with me. And she said, Dom, you don't know what it's like. You know, the Russian guy shows up, his appointment at 7.30 in the morning, he shows up at 7. He says, well, you see her. He's got to be seen now. And I said, sister, tell him, Boris, you're not back in Russia anymore. Go sit down. I mean, it's just, just this constant infrastructure. We saw it the most with the Somalis definitively out of control. And aided and abetted by what? State government, walls and the others. How about Valerie Arcoosh and Josh Shapiro? And by all accounts, he couldn't get out of it. Right. So imagine this guy. He's going to have that. Then he might live in New York. He's got to deal with Zohran Mamdani. And then he's still got to pay Philadelphia wage tax non-resident. Oh, yeah. I mean, come on. Oh, we welcome you, LeBron. Now you're going to pay us. He's not making as much. He really hit the trifect of taxes. Oh, yeah. I mean, he's, yeah. So when some of these guys complain about the taxes, I'm in agreement with him. Even if you're making $50 million a year and they take away. 55%, 60% of it. Yeah. Oh, well, come on now. It's still that. Yeah, but it's not their money. Well, why do we care? Well, they shouldn't be paid that much. Well, then don't pay them that much. Don't go to games. If they have the presidency, it certainly wouldn't happen. They want this. This is what they are about, aiding and abetting, often these ethnic groups, engage in this stuff. This is the modern Democrat Party, pillatures, looters.

It's just a different way of doing it. And when you read some of the indictment back and forth, a scheme that billed taxpayers for home care services provider provided when the person supposedly doing that work was sitting behind bars. They were in jail and they were billing this. The home care of somebody on the home front. The guy's in jail. Yeah, well, I'm giving a teleconference here. All right? As the inquire put this up yet, I will check again. The last time I looked, they got bigger stories. Fishing in the Scoot Goal, don't do it. I mean, did we see the name of that company yet, Henry? I'm looking here. One of them should have laid with that. New Orleans Care Strike Force, you know, if we get to the indictment, I just see the names of the two main frosts of $4 million. services while they were incarcerated, working other jobs, traveling overseas. They have billing on that when they're giving Medicare here. But somebody who's right, they called in. There was a company that is involved. I will see under the original source, if the name of the company comes up, include health care company owners. And employees. Well, why don't you give us the name of the company that's involved? All right, we're searching here. Because I think it's important. Several people ask, yeah, one guy claimed to require extensive home health care while also working as a carpenter. They got this guy out there doing carpentry work and yet, oh, $100,000 a year he needs for extensive home health care. All right, I'm coming to you on your sidekick question. We'll get the name of the company involved here. And I bet they do a lot of advertising. They're bold about it. This is, I'm not sure in other places, but I'm telling you, just based upon the ads we see, this is one of the biggest scam areas in Philadelphia. And even when we're Republicans there, I don't think they emphasize Medicaid fraud in the manner that Dave Sunday does. He leads the country, the guy that's the Attorney General in Pennsylvania, and this is a specialty. He's intimately involved in this. Can't you run on something like this? Isn't this something that you can use to make the point? Why is this happening? in mostly blue areas, very blue areas, aided and abetted by the state, be it California, Minnesota, or Pennsylvania. After many years of tireless efforts, 25,800 and 11 active voters from flipping the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from a blue to hopefully within the next year, plurality of registered Republican voters in PA. And what do you think that will do, Scott, other than it was a million and a half before? What's the net impact? I remember when it happened in bucks, it inspires people. It certainly does. What it will do is it will give voter confidence that Pennsylvania is winnable, not just in presidential elections, but in state elections. You know what it's going to do? It's going to cause the Florida effect. people are going to be inspired to move back to Pennsylvania. And so my message is Pennsylvania is open to business. And I'm asking voters in other states like New York. Come, return back to Pennsylvania, come to our state, and help us fortify PA to become a red state in 2026, 2028, and beyond. And once we take Pennsylvania off the table for the Democrats, there's no turning back. We will control the White House and Democrats will be unable to win back the Oval Office. And furthermore, what it will do is it's going to provide not only voter confidence, but it's going to provide donor confidence. And you're going to see money pour into the state from conservatives because they will think it is once again winnable at the state level. Absolutely. Now, on the Save America Act, how many senators are we up to? And there's one in particular I wanted to ask about. Has Senator Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from Louisiana signed off yet? I'm hearing different things. He has yet to make a statement. He said, bring it to the floor, but I'm a truth teller, and I'm not going to... assume what he's thinking, he has yet to say stay in D.C. through August recess. And so I cannot truthfully, verifiably say that he is committed to that yet. Sure, he's co-sponsored the legislation. Sure, he said, put it on the floor. But I want to know, is every senator committed to staying and remaining in Washington, D.C. until the Save America Act has passed. And I have yet to hear that from... Rand Paul of North Dakota, John Foone of South Dakota, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of Louisiana, even Chuck Grassley of Iowa. They have yet to make a statement on social media. If I'm wrong, I'm very proud and happy to make a statement that they are in support of that. But until I see it, I need everyone to continue calling today through Friday for these senators to stay and get the job done. Is Friday the last day of the session?

It depends. They may vote on it Thursday night. They may vote on it Friday. And so we're going to find out within the next few days. But I would say call even through Friday. Scott Presler with us at his normal time on Tuesday now, though. Scott, any Democrat likely to say, let's do something with this? Y'all need to call John Fetterman. Look, Dave McCormick, Dave McCormick's on board. Dave McCormick is one of the most staunch. proponents of the Save America Act. And Dave McCormick has said, remain in D.C. through August recess to pass the Save America Act. Now, his counterpart, John Fetterman, here's what I want all of you to do. Anyone that supports me, anyone that supports the president, call John Fetterman. Listen, I'm a Republican. I'm a conservative. I didn't vote for you. But. I could be inspired to vote for you if you pass the country saving photo ID and proof of citizenship Save America Act. And just know, those are the only two components of this bill, photo ID, proof of citizenship. And if you call with enough inspiration for the senator, he may. actually do it. He may be he may be galvanized to support the legislation because I think right now he's going to suffer a very peaceful primary in 2028. The Democrats are really coming after him and I hear that they're going to put up summer lee a radical far left Bernie Sanders. cut of the same bolt of cloth as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the far-left candidates the Democrats are putting up that they're going to put Summer Lee, and I think he's going to have a very difficult time in 2028 remaining the Democrat nominee in Pennsylvania. I hear that too, and Scott, Summerlee is probably farther out there, more arrogant, must be the district, I guess. Even she's in the camp of some of those people in New York. That's how far that would be. Yes, which is totally unreflective and unrepresentative of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, especially since we are 25,811 active voters from flipping Pennsylvania from blue to red. Now, when we had Al Schmidt on, and I brought up this very question, Scott, that you and I talk about all the time, that you really have publicized for the last 10 days, two weeks, three weeks, and gotten results. And that is, just like in Jersey, we have non-citizens, this jury list,

He went on a long answer about differentiating from New Jersey. And the point he tried to make is, well, they're on this list because of all these government agencies and it really doesn't mean anything. Well, 24 hours after Al Schmidt went on with CBS 21 and a reporter asked him, are you prepared to be maybe held criminally liable? by the Department of Justice if a non-citizen votes this November. And the secretary said that he was confident in Pennsylvania. Not even 24 hours, Lancaster County identified a non-citizen on the voter rolls in Lancaster that was registered to vote via PennDOT Motor Voter. So, you know, the secretary may have all the confidence in the world, but we have verifiable, incontrovertible, documentary proof. of non-citizens that are registered to vote and voting in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. And I will tell you, any election official that allows a non-citizen to vote this November will be held criminally liable. And so I highly and peacefully and respectfully encourage all 67 County election offices, and I highly encourage the secretary to ensure that the voter rolls are cleaned going into this November because we have the L2 data. We have all of the voter list. We are gaining every single day the non-jury list. We have the DHS, wow, worst of the worst list. And the DHS just added 40,000 new non-citizens into that pool. So we are going to be pulling from a variety of different sources. And whether or not the voter rolls are purged, we can tell you even from voter history, whether or not these non-citizens have voted before. And so I very highly encourage these election officials to take seriously. The fact that the DOJ has warned them, they have been warned, pre-warned, and they have been warned with ample time. Any non-citizens that vote this November, they may be held criminally liable. Exactly. And Scott, I have to say a hat tip to the CBS 21 guy. Is that the guy that was at the York County Fair? Yeah, yeah, I've seen several things. And when he asked Al Schmidt that, his voice was a little bit quaky in answering that about being criminally charged.

And I give credit to fair and accurate reporting, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to go on CBS and even talk about the fact that elections have been decided by six votes, 187 votes. Did you know that Florida, the presidential election in 2000, when it was Gore v. Bush, did you know that Florida was decided by 537 votes? The entire presidential election was decided by 537 votes? So any any Democrat or opponent or person that doesn't think that even 400 illegal aliens voting in New Jersey, that that doesn't matter. An entire presidential election was decided by 537 votes. And I'm going to say it once. I'm going to say it twice. Any fraudulent voting. disproportionately impacts minorities, veterans, black voices, union workers, veteran voices. And so I am here to expose any frat that is going on on either the D or the R side to ensure that every Pennsylvania lawful, eligible vote is counted and to restore voter confidence into our elections. Absolutely. Scott, the experience in Philadelphia when you went there, how can you characterize that? What was that like checking the list like you've done in these other counties? I will say the jury commissioner. gave us access to inspect them. However, we were not allowed to copy, make digital copies, take photographs. And so a staffer and myself have together cumulatively spent three days, 18 hours. I was there for about eight hours of the 18 hours, hand typing thousands of non-jura records. And you know, you know what's interesting. is after publicly going to the courthouse and inspecting in person and myself being there, I just found it really interesting that Philadelphia decided to clean its voter rolls just over the weekend. Absolutely. That's where I was going. Scott, to help this. I don't know if that's a coincidence, dumb. I don't know. I can't imply correlation equals causation, but I find it very interesting that. The Democrats had a net loss of 31,000 voters just days after I publicly inspected the non-jurer rolls. We need more inspections. We'll be ahead. Oh, well. Oh, you want more inspections, Dom? Well, Butler County, if you're listening, I'm coming peacefully. Erie County, if you're listening, I'm coming to your courthouse. Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, if you're listening, I'm coming to your courthouse peacefully. She's Jewish. Her name is Attorney General Dana Nessel, and it will be interesting tonight when this guy wins. to hear more of what she says. But Democrats can only do so much about this. They're afraid of these people. They're afraid of the transgroups big time. And even somebody this progressive, this attorney general, is not being heard, even though she's not even going to go to the party convention or she didn't go to it because of the fear of what would happen there. So this will be a big moment tonight. And it will continue what we're seeing to play out. What do Republicans have to fight with moving into the midterms? I think we're 91 days now. Well, the fraud bus they had today, things of that nature have to be publicized more. I think they're effective. It's the details. They should be barnstorming anywhere that would have them to put those details out. The Medicaid fraud today in Philadelphia, $4 million. But the details, the arrogance, these blue cities, Philadelphia, a major one in a swing state. Zohran Mamdani, communist on the Democrat side. That's another area deeply in play. So there aren't things to work with here. Getting to Save America Act passed, Scott Presler, would energize people also. I see that Bob Harv, Harv-Degross Harvey accepted, I guess it was yesterday, the nod of Bucks County Indivisible, the real shock troops. All those people you see out there all the time, no king, screaming this, that, the other Elon Musk, that's who's on their side. But Republicans have a real shot and not just being close, but maintaining the House. I think they will maintain the Senate. When this guy gets elected tonight and his true record is out there, I think Rogers will win in Michigan. The state where there's trouble potentially is Texas. This is rich stuff, though, that any reasonable person's got to go. It's like the trans stuff. No, you're not going to have men and women's sport. We're not going to do it. Listen to Oz talk about some of the issues in Medicaid, one of which is 96%. I'm not sure. He was a little unclear. Is it in Pennsylvania or nationally? don't have to report the illness, the sickness, the disease, and yet they still get to sit at home and get the money.

That's a problem. How are we knowing whether this is legit or not? Here's Dr. Oz. Personal care billing trends. I'm going to get these numbers to you slowly because they're really important. This is the federal government's data on Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania ranks fifth nationally in average monthly payments, both per beneficiary and per provider. That is way out there. Be number five in both those categories. More expensive, that is, than 45 states. Over 96% of personal care claims here are illness unspecified. That's how they're titled. So we can't track them. It doesn't help if the U.S. Attorney or the Attorney General can't possibly find the fraud because people aren't actually telling us what they're really doing. We have to change that history that's evolved here into the norm. And finally, average payments per beneficiary, more than $50,000. Think about that. 50,000 per person getting home care in the state on average, far above what you'd ever expect. All this points to fraud. The cases like these are exactly why a whole government approach is so critical and why we have to. All right, so a whole government approach so critical. $50,000, these people sitting at home. 96%. It seems to be, that may be the Pennsylvania rule. Does he inquire the paper of record? Krasner is going to appeal an overturned murder conviction in the 2012 killing of Philly cop Moses Walker Jr. Krasner says that a common pleas court judge, Jennifer Schultz, dismissed the case against the man who Krasner says definitively killed the officer. He says she's legally incorrect and vacating the conviction because of a cop, ex-homicide detective, Philip Nardo, who was involved in this. And Krasner says that that has nothing to do with the outcome of this case. So picture... the loved ones of the officer, the head of the FOP, and Larry Krasner all together on the same side. Krasner. How bad does this judge have to be where Larry Krasner is on the side of saying, no, if this is not overturned, we'll go to court again. This man obviously killed this cop. Wow. One other quick item, 855, 8, 9, 12, 10. The latest brainstorm from the mayor of New York Zohran Mamdani is to turn felons into gourmet food producers for farm-to-table dining at NYC jails. NYC jails, yeah. They will be using the vertical hydroponic farm for persons in custody to develop a skill. that can be utilized when being released from custody. Well, I think I'd rather keep these guys in there. That would be a skill that would help us. But imagine this is vertical farming, gourmet farming with felons to have gourmet meals in jail.
