A grieving Rochester family pleading for answers after 14-year-old Zinia bar was shot and killed over the weekend on North Clinton Avenue near Morales Street. Daryl Nicholson helped raise her and is among those urging the public to share what they can. I just want somebody to say something. I want somebody to say something. I don't care how they say it. I can't sleep. I can't eat. Nicholson tells 13 went at Barr, a student at Dr. Freddie Thomas Middle School, an active member of the David Gantt, R. Center, had snuck out on Friday night to meet friends and never returned home. 35-year-old Shakar Green was shot and killed on Sunday morning and gatherings after the city's Puerto Rican Festival. Two men are facing charges after Greece police and they uncovered a large-scale illegal cannabis trafficking operation. Deputy Chief of Operations David Murphy says investigators seized more than 615 pounds of cannabis, nearly 20,000 pounds of concentrated cannabis products, a ghost gun, more than $219,000 in cash, and as well as six vehicles. Deputy State 42-year-old Matthew McCracken torched his home on barefoot lane in York Wednesday night and then ran off into the woods. He's charged with arson as well as 19 counts of reckless endangerment. He's being held without bail. A motorcycle rider is accused of running over the foot of a Rochester police officer. Police say that officer saw Kevin Giordano illegally parking his bike on East Main Street Sunday evening, and that's when Giordano allegedly became agitated and ran over the officer's foot and part of his leg, knocking him to the ground. He's now facing charges, including assault and resisting arrest. This news is radio Wambled at the Navy Buffalo Bills Update. Training camp resumes this morning at St. John Fisher University. Head coach Joe Brady says they're still trying to figure out how to bring the new look defense together. You get a box of a lot of pieces in a puzzle. It takes a while and it's hard to put together. We get more from Fox's Natalie Chuck. This is not the first time President Trump said he's halting strikes to give Iran an opportunity to come to the table. But this time, he says it is their last chance. His goal remains consistent, reopening the Strait of Hormuz and ensuring that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Meanwhile, Iran contradicting the progress, President claims that is being made, saying there are no talks taking place. President Trump later posting on truth social writing in part, quote, Iranian leadership is unbelievably duplicitous. They ask for a meeting, some would say beg, talks begin with more scheduled in the immediate future, and they say openly and proudly that they're not having any discussions. The president says his goal is to have the street of Hormuz reopened by some time today.

A Spokane Washington man with a prior manslaughter conviction is under arrest in connection with the largest of three regional wildfires that has displaced thousands and destroyed hundreds of structures. Sheriff John Knowles. We took 37-year-old Aaron Farnachi, a convicted felon, into custody on a single charge of arson in the first degree. Officials say more than 700 structures have been destroyed in the area, but the full extent of the damage is not yet known. A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction but is allowing the state's law limiting cooperation between deputies and police and immigration officials to stand. The Department of Justice claims the state does not have the authority to regulate how federal agents operate, but state officials say the law protects public safety and reflects the state's sovereign interests. Meantime Attorney General Letitia James announcing a lawsuit against the Trump administration over its plan to force states to share data on those receiving government benefits with immigration authorities. In June, the administration for children and families announced that in order to expand oversight of state-run programs, personal records would be shared with other federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security.

He then allegedly took her to his apartment on Hudson Avenue and sexually assaulted her.
