Hey everybody, it's Katie Fang and welcome to the very first episode of Sidebar with Katie Fang. As you can tell, we are live. This is not like any of the other episodes that you've seen here at the Katie Fang News channel. We are here live together. In order to be a part of the chat, you have to be a subscriber. So make sure that you are subscribing. And liking and subscribing actually helps me out a lot. I just explained to the amazing Ben Mycelis over at the main Midas channel that what we're going to do here is we're going to go a little bit deeper on these headlines so that you get the facts and only the facts. You get the truth. Because that's what we have always promised to do. Mainstream media has a mission and also has corporate oligarchs that are telling them how things should go. And look, I don't have to tell you this. Independent media is a place to be. We are not beholden to anybody. We can call balls and strikes and we can say when shit is bullshit. And that's exactly what I've been doing at Katie Fang News. And I thought, you know what? I want to be back with the viewers live. And so hello from Chile, North Dakota. And hello to all of you. I am so glad that you guys have joined us from Ben's show. So let's get started because I know time is a commodity and I don't want to cheat you of your precious time. Let's go with the very first headline. We got to go with the war in Iran right now. I want to start with this, the fact that the Saudi Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, Mohammed bin Salman, sang. allegedly, that Donald Trump, the convicted felon who's currently trespassing in the White House, should continue the war in Iran. Why? Because according to NBS, this is a, quote, historic opportunity to remake the region. Now, folks, last I checked, we're the United States of America. And last I checked, felon Trump had a, quote, America first agenda. And look, I know he lied. It's kind of his jam, right? He lied when he ran for office. What did he say? No more forever wars. And now we are in a multi-week war with Iran. They continue to try to gas at you into thinking that it's not a war, but we know it's a war. Now, we also know that we've had at least 13 active service members killed as a result of this war. And on day one of this war, we also had more than 175 civilians. that were killed by an American Tomahawk missile, more than 165 of which were little girls, school children. And that was due to the Americans being in a war in Iran. But here's the thing. Why do we care so much about this particular headline, folks? Well, this is why we're doing sidebar. Why do we care so much about what Mohammed bin Salman wants to do with Trump? Because this is not the first instance within which we see felon Trump being just the puppet being controlled, right? The marionette. We have the puppeteers in Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu, but we also see it in Saudi Arabia's Mohammed bin Salman. And how do we see it? Well, how about this? I want you to take a listen to the following mashup.

2:59

of what Donald Trump had to say when the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman rolled into the White House, into the Oval Office, into the People's House in freaking November of last year. And this is the shit that Donald Trump had to say to the wreck of people. Take a listen carefully. I'm very proud of the job he's done. What he's done is incredible in terms of human rights and everything else. President, is it appropriate, Mr. President, for your family to be doing business in Saudi Arabia while your president, is that a conflict of interest? And your loyal highness, the U.S. intelligence concluded that you orchestrated the brutal murder of a journalist. 9-11 families are furious that you are here in the Oval Office. Who are you? Who are you? Who are you? Who are you? I'm with ABC News, sir. You with who? ABC News, sir. Fake news. I have nothing to do with. with a family business. I have left and when I, I've devoted 100% of my energy. What my family does is fine. They do business all over. They've done very little with Saudi Arabia, actually. As far as this gentleman is concerned, he's done a phenomenal job. You're mentioning somebody that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happened, but he knew nothing about it. And we can leave it at that. And I want to thank you because you've agreed to invest $600 billion. into the United States. And because he's my friend, he might make it a trillion, but I'm going to have to work on him. We've been really good friends for a long period of time. We've always been on the same side of every issue. I think we've done a great job in wiping out the nuclear capacity of Iran. Oh, okay. Listen, folks, that's just a small sampling of the bullshit that we get from Fallon Trump. But remember, there's a reason when we're focusing on Saudi Arabia. What did he say? He said, my family's done very little with Saudi Arabia. What do we call that? We call bullshit when we see it. We know that that's not true. We also hear that he, as in Trump, is having the United States being beholden to Saudi Arabia. We're getting... trillion dollars at a minimum from Saudi Arabia. So maybe that's the reason why this war in Iran is going to last as long as one of Trump's masters, Mohammed bin Salman, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, wants it to last. We also heard Donald Trump right there saying something horrific about who, Jamal Khashoggi, who was murdered, murdered. Right? And why? Because he spoke truth to power. And look, don't take it for me. Check this out. When we actually had a real intel community, when we had a real Department of Justice, we had an investigation that was done by the United States into Saudi Arabia's role in the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. Look at that date of that report. From the office of the director of national intelligence, no, I'm not talking about Tulsi Gabbard, who's

5:52

making it her business interfering in elections right now. I'm talking about February 11th, 2021. This report being issued in the Biden administration, assessing the Saudi government's role in the killing of Jamal Khashoggi. And look at the executive summary. You just got a look at the very first point. We assessed that Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman approved an operation in Istanbul Turkey to capture or kill Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Trump's saying there have been all these great, great strides made by Saudi Arabia when it comes to human rights. Well, we know. that the fight in Iran from the people in Iran has been to be able to have the infrastructure of a government that allows those people to be free and fair and to be able to live and succeed and prosper. But we see Mohammed bin Salman doesn't want that, right? And so why are we taking our cues? from Mohammed bin Salman. We shouldn't be, but Trump is beholden. You want more proof? I got proof of you. I'm a lawyer. I'm going to bring you the proof. How about we pull this up right now? Check out this New York Times headline for just a few years ago. Billions, at least two billions from Saudi Arabia's public investment fund to Jared Kushner's affinity partners. Jared Kushner, who's he married to? Ivanka. Ivanka, Trump. Jared Kushner getting at least... Two billion dollars. Jared Kushner is also occupying a special role. He's not a part of the Trump regime. He doesn't really have an official role. And yet that guy's been really damn busy, hasn't he? We see him running around trying to do things in the Middle East on behalf of the United States. Who? Did you? I know I didn't put Jared Kushner in charge of dealings with Saudi Arabia as well as other countries in the Middle East. And how about this? PIF, the public investment fund, was already the largest and earliest investor in affinity partners. Jared Kushner's fund? Check out the headline from just now, from just today. Jared Kushner is now seeking what? $5 billion or more from the Middle East. And guess who gets the right of first refusal? Saudi Arabia's public investment fund. Because of that original $2 billion deal that Saudi Arabia's public investment fund did with Jared Kushner's affinity partners, they get the right of first refusal to be able to give more money. They're the ones that get to say, we are first in poll position to give Jared Kushner's fund more money. How much more incestuous dealings do you need to have evidence to show that Trump and his family is not only grifting? at the sacrifice of American blood and at the sacrifice of American people, but that they are doing it because they don't give a shit about the rest of us. And they're also doing it because they know that somebody is controlling the strings. It's the purse strings and it's also the government strings, which is why that headline that we started today's sidebar with about the fact that Saudis, Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman wants Trump to continue the war because why it's going to help.

9:01

Saudi Arabia, it ain't going to be helping the United States. This is why we pay attention, folks. These are the conversations you need to be having with people that are saying, this is great. This is great that America is over in Iran. It is not great. And don't let anybody tell you that. Now, what is the status of the war in Iran? Well, check out this headline from the Washington Post. Trump says peace talks progressing as Iran officials deny negotiations. Okay. Well, one of these things has to be a lie, right? Because both things can't be true. We can't be in the midst of peace negotiations that once I says ain't fucking happening. Right? So somebody's lying. And if I had to close my eyes and throw a dark, guess whose face I would hit every single time convicted felon Donald Trump. Okay. So yesterday on truth social, what does Donald Trump say? He says, look. I'm pleased to report. We're not going to have five days of any strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure because we are having successful ongoing meetings and discussions. Thank you for your attention. Okay. I want to remind you guys, truth social posts by Donald Trump have become official edicts from this government, from this regime. It doesn't have to be done through a government agency. It doesn't have to be done through, you know, Pete Hegseth over at the Department of Defense. It can come in the shape of a truth social post. So you got Donald Trump just yesterday saying, no more strikes in Iran on these critical. infrastructure points for five days because we have these successful peace talks. And yet, what do we see? Check out this headline. The foreign minister, the foreign ministry, excuse me, in Iran saying there have been no negotiations with the United States during the 24 days of war. Thank you, Iran, for reminding us this war has been going for 24 freaking days. Well, let's go back to that headline, right? Because this is important. The Islamic Republic's position on the street of Hormuz, you know, the one that is keeping us from having lower gas prices and oil prices, and the conditions for ending the conflict remain unchanged. Okay. So it sounds to me like Donald Trump is either living in the land of delusion, which is highly credible and impossible because that's how he rolls, or he just wants to lie. Why? Well, a few things. We'll get there in just one second because here's a very important headline that I want you all to be familiar with. Just today, Reuters reporting 3,000 to 4,000 more United States soldiers being sent to the Middle East. People. Does that sound like we are having a de-escalation in a war or a conflict, even if I give them grace to use that word?

12:07

Does that sound like a de-escalation? Why are we sending 3,000 to 4,000 more United States soldiers to the Middle East? Why? And let me be clear, it's not just Iran, right? This has become a regional conflict. We have people dying in other countries right now because of what just got launched in Iran and courtesy of Israel, right? We can't neglect to include Israel on this. But look, why are we sending 3 to 4,000 more U.S. soldiers? I am telling you right now, there should not be another drop of American blood shed for this. And if you as an American think that Trump would not be beyond instituting and re-implementing the draft, you've got another fucking thing coming. How grateful am I that I have an 11-year-old daughter right now? Because if I had a child that would be old enough for the draft, I tell you right now, I don't know what I would do. Because we don't have any business sending more American soldiers to Iran, let alone the Middle East, to do what? Can any of you in the chat right now tell me what is the purpose of the mission that has been articulated by the United States government that tells us why we're there? I'm looking right now. I don't see anybody saying something right now because we know. We know that there is not a real reason why we're there other than something to distract us. One, we'll get to that in a minute, but two. We don't have any business unless somebody like Benjamin Netanyahu's telling us to go over and get involved. Right? Right. Let's just call it what it is because we're not stupid. They, as in the Trump regime, wants us to think that we don't know what the fuck is going on, but we pay attention. Now. I want to go to this one here because I think this is important. Let's listen to what Donald Trump had to say today in the Oval Office. Again, the place where this man is trespassing, America's House, the People's House. Let's listen to what Trump had to say today during a press conference about Iran, because don't you think he would actually say something of value so that you would feel better about sending three to four thousand more U.S. soldiers to the Middle East? But no, take a listen to what he had to say. because they're going to make a deal. They're going to make a deal. They did something yesterday that was amazing, actually. They gave us a present, and the president arrived today. It was a very big present worth a tremendous amount of money. And I'm not going to tell you what that present is, but it was a very significant prize. And they gave it to us, and they said they were going to give it. So that meant one thing to me would deal with the right people. Who are the right people that we're dealing with? I don't know what the fuck this man is talking about. But more importantly, what's the gift? What's the gift, Donald? Are you violating the imman's clause in real time? I mean, if I thought that we had a Department of Justice, because I mean, we don't. It's the Department of Injustice. Pammy Joe with the bad hair doing nothing but being personal counsel for Donald Trump. She never left that job. She and Deputy A.G. Ta Todd Blanche never left those jobs. Kept those damn jobs all the way through. I wonder if they're actually getting paid for those jobs as well. But at this point, we don't have a Department of Justice. But Donald Trump telling the world that he got a gift from the country that we're currently at war with.

15:15

I mean, I guess he wanted to basically say, give me my gift because when I lifted sanctions on Iranian oil just two days ago, I gave you a multi-billion dollar gift, did I not? Because I'm actually funding Iranian reserves, right, so that I can help you sit there and kill American soldiers, maybe the three to four thousand that are being sent over to the Middle East right now. None of it makes sense. None of it makes sense. What's the gift, Donald? And you don't need to be a tease about it. You know, this how he talks about it's worth a lot of money. The man never said, I got the gift of peace with Iran. I got the gift of having a new government structure in place that is not going to shit all over human rights. We didn't hear that. We heard that it's something really of value. Well, you know what? You're the president of the United States. So unless, a monoluments clause, you are getting something that only benefits you, which you're not supposed to fucking get, or. you're getting something that benefits the American people that I think all of you in the chat right now all deserve to know what your gift is. It's your gift. It's not his, right? It's your gift. So let's find out what that gift is. But you know what? I got to say, I didn't hear anybody there other than somebody asking if it's nuclear related. I didn't hear anybody ask him and press him to say, hey, what's the gift? Be more specific. If I'm wrong, y'all, I will always eat the crow. I don't mind eating that humble pie. So if y'all heard somebody in mainstream media, mainstream media, right? If you heard somebody ask him, please tell us what the gift is. Under what, under what law, under what authority are you standing here saying that you got a gift from the country that we're at war with and that you're not going to tell the American people, I'd like to know. But I didn't hear it. So I don't tell you right now. I'm to believe it. But you know who else is getting a gift? Let's talk about the insider trading that's going on. All righty, check out this headline from House Oversight, right? Oh, sorry. Let's check out this headline from The Guardian. Bets on US-Aran ceasefire show signs of insider knowledge, say, experts. Oh, okay, so what does that mean? Well, according to this article from The Guardian, several accounts on the online predictive market, predictive betting platform, polymarket, laid bets over the weekend that show signs of insider knowledge. Eight accounts all created around March 21st, which was Saturday, bet a total of nearly $70,000 U.S. dollars that there would be a ceasefire. If one of those ceasefire deals is reached before March 31st, guess how much money? Those eight accounts are going to make $820,000. And then there was an account that made a bet shortly before the United States struck Iran on February 28th. It placed a winning bet on those strikes. And so far has bet on nothing else. It's not a coincidence, is it? You don't have to be a detective to know that there's no coincidences here. All of these new accounts all appear to have been created just late last week around the time when Trump appeared to first double down on the war, then suggesting in a truth social post that he was going to wind down military operations. People are making money on insider information.

18:34

And it's a lot of money people. How are they privy to this information? Who is telling them this? I mean, I'm going to presume that this is classified information. So was somebody giving out classified information to benefit somebody so that they could be making money? And it's only certain accounts that are happening. I would say the Department of Justice would go into this and maybe investigate this insider trading. Nah, haven't heard that, right? You haven't seen Pammy Joe with the bad hair stuff and say, this is wrong because somebody's getting inside track information. Now, look, it's not just the predictive betting markets. Check out this headline from the Financial Times. Oil futures market, I want y'all to focus on this for a second because I'm not talking peanuts when I talk about people making money off of blood being shed in Iran. Financial Times is reporting the following. Oil futures, in the oil futures market, roughly 6,200 intermediate futures contracts between a one-minute period on Monday, just yesterday, traded hands. Okay? And that happened only 15 minutes. Before convicted felon, Donald Trump posted on Truth Social about these bullshit productive conversations to end the war. The value of those trades, the notion of value of those trades was 580 million. But check this out, though. If you look at this, because the price of oil fell, because people thought that there was going to be a good result from the fact that the war was ending, I want you to look at the Financial Times thing right there because I want you to see this total. The quick profit is $40 million, right? So on polymarket, if you made that bet, you would get a combined profit of $300,000, but on the actual oil futures market, you're looking at a $40,000. million dollar profit. As those of us are sitting there wondering, how are we affording our health care? How are we going to pay for our gas to drive to our jobs? How are we going to be able to afford plane tickets that have now skyrocketed? How are we going to be able to do all of these necessary things? But people are getting insider knowledge? And again, who are we as American people to want to get to access to the truth and to justice? You want a department of justice. And what does it say that we don't have one that would actually investigate any of this insider trading? It's not legal people, but it is legal in Trump term 2.0. We're going to move on now. We're going to talk about the other major issues that are happening right now. How about DHS funding? Right? Let's talk about that tied to the SAVE Act. Okay, this is one of the most important messages I'm going to share with you today. And this is the message you need to share that you learned here at Sidebar. It's the Republicans. I know you know this. The Republicans have been rejecting deals to make sure that TSA, Coast Guard, FEMA, and other important critical agencies get their money. Don't take it for me. Take it from Foghorn, Leghorn, Senator John Robert F. Kennedy Jr. himself when he admits on Fox News, the truth. Take a listen.

21:42

Ted Cruz and I came up with a plan. We said, look, it's a two-step process. The Democrats have offered to open up everything but ICE. Ted and I said, okay, let's accept their offer. And then at the same time, we would offer a bill for reconciliation where we don't need any Democratic votes to do whatever we wanted to do with ICE. and that way we're out of the shutdown and DHS is back open. We submitted that, Senator Carthune submitted that to President Trump, as is his right. He said no, no deals with the Democrats. It would have worked. We could have had TSA paid by the end of the week, but the president said no deal. The president said no deal. Since when did congressional Republicans become such ballless wonders? Those of you that live in states that unfortunately have Republicans that are representing you as constituents, did you elect them to go to Congress and lose their balls? I don't think you did. And yet we just heard Foghorn Leghorn Robert F. Kennedy Jr. admit that there was the opportunity to reach a deal that would have funded critical agencies like TSA, FEMA. I don't know about y'all. Have you seen what's going on in Hawaii right now? They need help. And yet FEMA, TSA, Coast Guard, look, they need money. Although I will give this very important caveat. I'm not going to forget how much money they got from the big bullshit bill last July of 2025, passed over Democrats' objections. The Republicans shoved that big bullshit bill down everybody's throats as Americans, and it funded to the tune of billions upon billions of dollars those agencies. So I don't want to hear the bitching and the moaning about it, but I certainly don't want to see people impacted like TSA employees working for free. It ain't fair. None of us should be working for free. All of us should be getting a fair wage. And what we're seeing right now are congressional Republicans abdicating their power, seating their ground space and power to convicted felon Donald Trump, who by the way, he ain't standing in line and fucking TSA is he? No, he is not. We don't see him standing in line. And we also don't see members of Congress doing that, but we'll do that in the second. Now look, check out the screenshot from the Senate Appropriations Committee. Senate Republicans have now at a minimum blocked TSA pay seven times. They've also blocked legislation to fund TSA, CISA, Coast Guard, FEMA, and other important DHS functions 10 times, right? And for what? Because they don't want to actually concede that if you are working for ICE and CBP, maybe you shouldn't be executing American citizens on the streets, especially while you're wearing a mask. Now, you guys know me from Katie Fang News, right? You know what I have to say about that? I don't think Democrats should actually be pushing some type of changes or amendments to how they do things that are already guaranteed by your United States Constitution and the law, meaning the...

24:47

fact that you should not have warrantless entries and the fact that you should not be killing people in the streets. Shit, last I checked, that wasn't legal. And so, look. You're hearing people, you're seeing it. Yeah, those lines are long. You guys know, I travel all the damn time. It is not easy. But guess what? I support making sure that our federal employees are paid. And also, I remember that last shutdown. And that wasn't Democrats' fault either. So remember people, when you're talking about what's happening with DHS funding, let people know it's the Republicans that have rejected offers because their dear furor, Donald Trump. told them to do so. We're on the 39th day of the shutdown. I don't know if you knew that about DHS, but I have always said, I've always said that this has to do with our November midterms. And again, I don't, I can't stand this bastard either, but I'm going to play some sound for you because I don't want y'all to ever say. Well, Katie Fang said this. Yeah, I did say this, but I based it on what I heard, which are the facts. Now, take a listen. This is Steve Bannon. We can use what's happening with these ICE helping out at the airports. We can use this as a test run, as a test case to get really perfect ICE's involvement in the 26 midterm elections. Remember, they said they're not going to work. The X-rays is too complicated. They're not trained for it. But they're trained to wait for it. Check IDs. That's what's perfect training for the fall of 2026. This is why it's such a brilliant. This is another 5D chess move for President Trump. Let's get ICE into the airports to help out to the lines. They can't work the machines. You know what they're just walking down. Hey, we're going to speak to soon. Can we check your IDs? Ice is going to be there in the fall of 26, just like they're in the airports today. So from the war room, suck on that. Oh, isn't he lovely? Yeah, you know, Kevin, I can smell him too. I can smell him through the screen too. And you know what, Alan? He is a friend of Epstein's. I've been saying that he should be sent for a depot a long time ago. But... Do you guys think that Fallon Trump is paying 5D chess here? Do you think Trump is capable of 5D chess? I'm not even sure what the hell 5D chess is. But Steve Bannon is saying the quiet part out loud and they're not even pretending anymore when it comes to the plan. I really do think this is a Stephen Miller plan. Let's be very clear here. I don't think this is a abandoned plan. I do not think that this is a Trump plan. But having ICE agents learning how to check IDs as they work. for TSA or work as TSA at the airport to prepare and practice for the November midterm so that they can sit there and check your IDs?

27:30

Let me tell you something. That is exactly the case. But it's not going to be the check IDs, right? It's to intimidate people from voting. It's to make sure that you don't go and vote. If you have a fear of ice, if you have a concern, you're not going to roll up and vote. And that's what the Republicans want you to do. They want you to be scared into submission. And that's why they're saying, we're going to show you what we can do. And that's the other thing. They also want to make you numb to the idea of seeing ICE and CBP on the street masked with assault rifles. They want you to see ice in your airports with their assault rifles doing the job of TSA so that when you see them at the polls in November. that you're numb to it, that you're immune to it or you're too scared to show up. That's what they want. But what are they tying this to? Trump also says that he wants the SAVE Act to be passed. It has not been passed. It passed the House. Democrats voted against it. It is currently being dealt with in the United States Senate. And here's the outrageous shit. Check out this truth social post from Donald Trump about the SAVE Act. They say no deals. Trump is saying yesterday, no deals with Democrats until they vote with Republicans to pass the Save America Act. Now fast forward to the gobbledy gook and you'll get to this. Ready? Citizenship to vote. which, by the way, is the case in the United States. So you don't need a new law for that that already exists. No mail-in voting with exceptions. All paper ballots, blah, blah, take the shit down, my amazing producer, Sydney, because nobody needs to be tainted by that. But you know what? The no mail-in-voting, Donald Trump? You swear it's so corrupt. You swear it's so damn bad. And yet what did you just do? How about this headline? Trump, who calls mail-in-voting, did what? He just voted by mail. You can't make it up. According to voter records at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections website, convicted felon Donald Trump voted by mail in Palm Beach County. He's mailed his ballot at least one other time in 2020 and that he voted by mail for a special election to decide whether a Democrat or a Republican will represent Fallon Trump's district in the Florida State House. On Monday in Tennessee, Trump said that the SAVE Act was so essential for national security because mail in voting means mail and cheating. I call it mail and cheating and we got to do something about it all. Are you kidding me? So what have we learned once again? You know, mail-in voting for me, but not for thee. What's good for the goose is never good for the gander. And so Trump can do mail-in voting because the SAVE Act is going to help us from a national security standpoint and to prevent the cheating, which, by the way, statistically doesn't fucking exist. But Trump thinks it's okay to do mail-in voting, although the rest of us can't. And the excuse given by the White House is because he has a job in D.C.

30:27

That's the excuse. He ain't doing his job. So it sounds like he should be fired. You're out. Now, I did quickly say we need to give a round of applause to Delta. Why? Because Delta is now saying a major travel perk for members of Congress ain't going to happen. Did you know? that members of Congress get to skip the line at TSA? Well, Delta says not on our watch. So you know, for what it's worth, we got to thank people when they do the right thing and Delta has done the right thing here by saying that they're not going to let members of Congress skip the TSA line. And because it is related to this headline that we're covering here at sidebar with Katie Fang, Markwayne Mullin, I refuse to call him Markwayne Mullin, Markwayne Mullin sworn in today. as the Secretary of Homeland Security. That means Kristi Noem and Cori Lewandowski have to find a new place to have there. And it also means that we have a new, a new chapter of terror that is beginning under the tenure of Markwayne Mullin as DHS Secretary. You know that he is trying to work the members of Congress. on this funding issue. We're going to pay attention very closely to what is happening. Moving on to our next major headline, and it's one that I believe in so deeply. You know that from me, the Epstein files. We can't have a sidebar with Katie Fang without dealing with the Epstein files. I know that y'all caught this major headline. My gratitude to Julie Brown and Claire Healy. Local journalism is not dead people. Support your local journalism. Bags of shredded documents. at New York jail after Epstein's death. Well, what were those bags being done? They were taken out by inmates. I just did an episode on Katie Fang News yesterday. I welcome you to go and check it out. I break down this amazing piece from the Miami Herald. Did you know that just six days after Epstein was found dead in his prison cell, the Metropolitan Correction Center in New York? In 2019, in August, on August 10th, his body was found. And I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I refuse to say that that man killed himself. He was found dead in his prison cell. Early morning hours of August 10th, just six days later, bags. Bales, actually, is the word that was used. Bails of shredded documents being taken out of that Metropolitan Correction Center as an after-action team is there to be able to investigate the mysterious circumstances surrounding Epstein's death. Why? Well, nobody's given an answer, and I don't think that's a coincidence. We know that corrections officers notified the FBI, that inmates spoke with the FBI, and that, hmm, nobody was able to get an answer as to what documents were shredded. There are also missing documents that were requested on August 12th. Turns out, before Epstein's death on August 10th, They all disappeared. Again, not a conspiracy theorist. What am I? I am you. I'm an American who wants transparency. I'm also raised on being a lawyer. My currency and I traffic in the evidence and truth and the facts. Show me what was shredded. And if you're going to sit there and tell the American people that you don't have a record of what was shredded, that that means to me that you did it to hide something. It is a logical conclusion. It is a reasonable inference and it's one that is fair to make.

And here is what is even more fucking outrageous. The two corrections officers that were on duty that lied and falsified records that they had actually checked on Epstein in his cell, one of them is going to be deposed by House Oversight on Thursday. Her name is Nova, right? Nova, what is her last name? Sorry, Tova, Tova Noel. Now, Tova Noel was charged by the feds with another corrections officer, and they were charged with falsification of official records because, again, they lied on when they did the checks on Epstein. But here's the thing. Did you know that their cases were dismissed by way of something called a null prose? Nol proseque. It is Latin, and it basically is no prosecution. And because they did community service hours and they otherwise satisfied some other conditions, they got their federal charges dismissed. But with no explanation as to why they got the benefit of a deal like that. Tova Noel has a lot to answer for. She was receiving thousands and thousands of dollars by way of a zeal and all this other stuff. And she bought on a $130,000 correction officer salary just months after Epstein died, a brand new range rover to the tune of $65,000. She bought a car that was worth half of her annual salary. She got thousands and thousands of dollars in these wire transfers and all these other type of cash app transfers. And yet nobody asked her at the Office of Inspector General when they interviewed her and that other officer two years after Epstein was founded. Two years later, they never asked her about the financials and they never asked him about financials. What kind of fucking investigation is that? Look, you don't have to be a sworn officer of the law. You don't have to be a detective. It's just basic common sense, people. It just goes to show that the cover-up is not only happening in real time by the Trump regime with the census of Pammy Joe. This cover up's been going on for a long-ass time. I'm talking 2000s. I'm talking early 2000s. And yet we are now only starting to find out more and more because we're finally getting all of these files released. And yet they're not being released the way that they're supposed to in compliance with the law. Right? Why do I say that? Well. We know that Tova Noel is going to be deposed on the 26th, which is Thursday. Well, we also know from this other House Oversight headline that came out on March 3rd that at least seven more interviews are being sought by the Epstein, excuse me, by House Oversight. And let's look at the names. Who are some of the people? Doug Banned, Bill Gates, Leon Black, Leslie Groff. Sarah Callan, Catherine Romler, and Ted Waite. Now, all of these people have been in the Epstein orbit in different and varying degrees, and yet people like Leslie Groff, a personal assistant to Jeffrey Epstein. She's on that list. Don't you think Leslie Groff would have a lot to have offered, I don't know, back in the 2000s when there was a federal investigation by the FBI from the Southern District of Florida?

And also from the Palmich County State Attorney's Office, don't you think she would have had invaluable information for law enforcement back then? I'm going to give people grace where they don't deserve it. You're going to ask questions of people in 2026 when you could have asked them questions in the early 2000s. 20 something years ago when their memories would have been fresher and when they would have been able to have been incentivized to tell the truth. I got to tell you people, I'm grateful for the work from house oversight, and yet I am troubled by the fact that this is happening now. But I also see some pretty big names like Leon Black. Somebody who bankrolled a heck of a lot of Epstein and that Epstein did work for. I'm going to do a special Katie Fang news episode on Leon Black shortly. But I'm going to tell you somebody I spoke to today and that episode is going to drop tomorrow on my channel. That's Congresswoman Summerlee. If you know her, you know that she actually was the brilliant mind behind getting that House Oversight subpoena to the Department of Justice last August of 2025. You know the one that they wiped their asses with. the one that they didn't comply with. And the one that has now necessitated the Epstein Files Transparency Act that the DOJ continues to violate on a daily basis because they haven't turned over the entirety of the files. They have perverted the law and they have created lies about the exceptions that are afforded under that law. But that's also led to Pammy Joe with a bad hair getting a subpoena to testify under oath on August 14th. But you know what happens on August 14th? She'll be put under oath. And she will be deposed by House Oversight. And she is going to have to answer questions about the possible mismanagement. That's the language used in her cover letter of that subpoena of the rollout of those files to Congress. Now. I'm not holding out hope that we're going to get a lot of information from Pam Bondi, but I will say this. This is how we do it. This is how we get the accountability. So people, August, excuse me, April 14th, mark your calendars. That is the Pam Bondi deposition by House Oversight. And that's where we're going to be getting some more information from her. I also want to, again, let you know that tomorrow you'll be able to watch the episode with Congresswoman Summer Lee, where she gives you somewhere inside about that interaction she had with James Comer. where he told her to stop her bitching. I don't know about you, but I know what I would do if somebody said that to me and it wouldn't be pretty. Now, a quick headline that I want to move on to is the following. Erika Kirk. You know her. The bizarre grieving widow of Charlie Kirk has now been appointed to the Air Force Academy Board. I want to repeat that headline. Trump appoints Erika Kirk to the Air Force Academy Board to continue Charlie's legacy. Okay. What business has Erika Kirk have being on the Air Force Academy Board? Well, I'm going to give you guys a little bit of insight here. Apparently there's 16 seats altogether on that board. You have lawmakers, but you mainly have veterans.

39:57

and retired Air Force colonels like Doug Nicolai. The board's responsibilities include looking into the Air Force Academy's morale, discipline, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, financial affairs, academic methods, and other matters. I don't know what Erika Kirk knows about that. The board makes recommendations to the Secretary of Defense formally and to the president of the United States. Now, here's the thing. Apparently, Charlie Kirk served on that board. And Erica is taking over his, quote, legacy to be a fearless advocate for the most elite air power force in the history of the world. Here from a spokesperson, they said, Charlie Kirk inspired not only the next generation of service members, but millions around the world with his bold Christian faith, defense of the truth, and deep love of country. Now, while he was serving on that board, Charlie Kirk apparently asked Air Force Academy staff if they were following Trump's orders on critical race theory in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He wanted to make sure that the Air Force was complying with the fact that the U.S. Air Force shouldn't push, quote, worldwide views of oppression, oppressor-oppressed dynamics, anti-Western, anti-American, and gender ideology. Erika Kirk will serve three years on this board. I can think of a million things that she would be better served to do. And it certainly has nothing to do with advising our Air Force Academy about which she has no military service, no military background, no knowledge, experience training to be able to serve in this capacity. And of course, it only comes because she's Charlie Kirk's widow. Have we heard any more about the murder of Charlie Kirk, the assassination of Charlie Kirk? No. We haven't heard it, just like we haven't heard more about all the other stuff that's happened. Why? Because the Department of Justice and the FBI is too busy doing what, hiding the Epstein files. And last but not least, the following. I want to remind you if you haven't done so this Saturday, No Kings Day 3.0, where will you be? Because in America, we have no Kings. I'll tell you where I'm going to be.
