And as a former mean girl in high school, I'm all about excluding people by using language that only the insiders understand. When I talked to her for my book, she was still anonymous. And she told me that she was Shabad, which is like a branch of orthodoxy. And it's a joke in Orthodox Judaism that every woman is named Chaya and every man is named Manachim because they were sort of like big figures in Habad, whatever. And so in my phone, when I saved her phone number, I saved it as Chaya, Libs of TikTok. She never told me her name, but I just... as a joke to myself wrote Chaya. Right. And then when she was doxed by, I think it was Taylor Lorenz. It was Taylor Lorenz. Her name was actually Haya. Yeah. I died laughing. I was like, well, I guess I don't have to change my phone. Her name really is Chaya lives of TikTok.

So after the assassination attempt of the White House Correspondent Association, Chaya Libs of TikTok, did what she does best, which is, what are you laughing at me? I'm pronouncing it properly. You are. I love it. She combed TikTok, blue sky, Instagram, even some posts on X for some of the diehards there on the left, of people who put out their own social media selfie videos complaining that the assassin missed. It's Mark. And it is shocking to me that people still continue to do this. This is what's so funny. You just mentioned that Chaya from Libs of TikTok, they had to docks her to find out who she was because she was hiding behind anonymity, lest she be exposed and demonized. But when you're on the left and you're openly putting a video out. saying, I wish they would assassinate the president. You don't have to hide who you are. In fact, you celebrate who you are. You promote who you are. You put it right there with your name. You have the video there showing your face and everything because there's nothing but tolerance on the left for violent intolerance. That's the problem with the left. They are all too tolerant of their own intolerance. So here's a couple of samples of what we're talking about. Take a listen to cut number five. We're cooked as a country when my first reaction to hearing the news about Trump's attempt was, it was probably fake. Like immediately, I was like, oh, that wasn't real. Probably fake. And the second was, aw, they missed? Hmm. So happy they missed. Oh. Yeah. That's, that's sad. That's when you know we're cooked. Yeah, we're cooked all right. Bethany, do you think people do it? Because you are way plugged into social media more so than I am, especially Instagram and these other platforms. Do they do this just because they know they're going to get a lot of currency out of it, likes and follows and reposts? Or is it just, is this who they are? No, this is an entire generation of people who think that they need to make a statement about everything because everything requires their input and their opinion. What's interesting is what this woman's job is. Yeah. First of all, she's a social media manager, and so she should understand more than most the importance of caution on the Internet. And apparently, she is a social media manager for United Healthcare. And I... would implore her to consider not throwing stones in glass houses. Because we've learned that people who work for United Health Care are a fair target from people like Hasan Piker. And so. And Luigi Mangione, who literally assassinated their CEO. That's right. And so if you think that violence is justified, then there is no limiting principle to that. Assertion.

Maybe we should not. I've been saying it forever. There's not one writer in the writer's room for Saturday at Live or for the Tonight Show or for the Stephen Colbert show or the Kimmel Show. I know because I was in many of those rooms, not in a creative capacity, but in a management capacity in the arts and entertainment. And I couldn't. object to what they were saying. Otherwise, I would not be able to pay my mortgage. I didn't join along either. I just kept my mouth shut. All right. Well, we have a little bit more here. And a montage of people lamenting the fact that President Trump survived or posting under their own names with their faces next to it. And Libs of TikTok has done a great job researching them. And it turns out an extraordinary number of these individuals are public school teachers. We will share that in a moment. But first, it's 615. Yeah, it is a crazy train of liberals on social media, lunatics on the left that hate Trump so much that they don't even pause for a moment and think, geez, maybe I shouldn't put out a selfie video saying that I'm sorry the president is still alive after an assassination time. Forget about the fact that it sort of puts you on the radar of maybe people who are. okay with, you know, violence and murder and assassination. And maybe, you know, the FBI may take a look at some other things that you're doing. But also just that it's a bad look, that it's just gross, that it represents the worst in our society, that it, God forbid, these people are parents, that these people are in a position of authority over children. Like maybe you're a teacher from Kaukana High School in Wisconsin. That's what Patrick Meyer does for a living. He's a social studies teacher. He didn't put out a video, but he did take to X and say, I am not impressed with recent presidential assassins. It's effing embarrassing. Booth, Gatot, Jol gosh, Oswald, must all be spinning in their graves. Maga. Make assassins great assassins again. Sad, exclamation point. Maybe he thinks he was joking. He, of course, referencing. Charles Gatow and Lee Harvey Oswald and John Wilkes Booth and Golgosh, those are four successful presidential assassins. Can you name the presidents of the assassinated? That would be Lincoln and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. That's the easy one. Poor Ford's Theater, that this is always how they were branded. They just want to put on some shows. McKinley and who did? Who was the fourth one? Ah, I feel terrible. By the way, the Ford's Theater is presenting a revival of 1776, the musical about the signing the Declaration of Independence in connection with America's 250. And it's not with a gay transgender cast like the last production that came through town. I haven't seen it, but I recommend that show, just as an aside since you mentioned Ford Theater. Yes, Patrick Myers, Social Studies Teacher in Wisconsin. He's now been put on administrative leave. for that post because he was just doing a history lesson, everybody. That's all. Here's a kindergarten teacher in Cincinnati. A kindergarten teacher, her name is Corinne Baum, fired after a video where she complained that Trump wasn't assassinated. Do they think they're funny?

Is that, are they playing to a crowd that thinks this is hilarious? This is the perfect encapsulation of why I'm glad to homeschool. Because these teachers are emotionally unstable. They would take out their anger on my children. And they're not very bright. Yeah. They're not. If this, it's just, it just is what it is. But they're rewarded. By the way, let's not overlook the fact that the accused attempted assassin was a teacher. A public school teacher in Los Angeles County. He was teacher of the month, I believe, awarded such a high honor. And he's actually a crazed would-be assassin. By the way, everyone who was screaming James Garfield back at the radio, I apologize. You're right. It was Garfield. Gatot assassinated Garfield right here in Washington, D.C. Train stop, I believe it was. On a train platform. So those are the four presidents who have been assassinated. Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. I got three out of the four. Come on. This is sad. It's depressing. But it's also the reality. And we're still waiting. By the way, we're going on day three now. We are still waiting for one prominent Democrat elected official. John Fetterman doesn't count. To stand up in front of a camera on a studio. It could even just be a sidewalk press conference. You're good at those. Stand there and say to all of the cameras, the president of the United States is not a traitor. He is not guilty of treason. He is not a pedophile. He is not a rapist. He is not a felon. Yesterday, Cole Allen, the accused attempted assassin who charged through the Secret Service perimeter with a firearm with the intent to shoot up the White House correspondent's dinner was arraigned. Here is how Fox News detailed the charges. Reading this from our colleague in the courtroom, Jake Gibson. Cole Allen is facing three counts, count one attempt to assassinate the president of the United States up to life in prison. I'm just reading this on my phone in real time. Transporting a firearm across state lines 10 years and $250,000 fine. And the third count is discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence, a mandatory minimum of 10 years. So the first is attempt to assassinate the president of the United States up to life. life in prison. Okay, that's good. Far be it for me to quibble with professional journalists, especially colleagues who usually I think do a pretty good job for Fox News. But it's not, what is the second charge transport of a firearm across state lines? It's not illegal to transport a firearm across state lines. That's not a 10-year penalty crime in any whatsoever. It's illegal to transport a firearm across state lines with the intent to commit a violent act. For the purpose of, you know, if the reason that you transported that firearm across state lines is to then use it in the employment of a crime. But merely, I know I've personally transported firearms across state lines and it's legal if those states are reciprocal. That I don't quite understand. I don't know, man. I'm too afraid to say anything. Because maybe I have, maybe I haven't, but I'm certainly not admitting it on national aired radio. Maybe I shouldn't have just said that. I didn't say what states. If it's Oklahoma to Texas, come and get me. No, no, man. I don't even own guns. Nope. As far as anyone is concerned. Anyway, that's odd. Maybe I'm wrong. People can certainly reach out, you know, the email address for the show or our social media. But that said, I think the number one charge here is attempt to assassinate the President of the United States. Now, it's interesting discharge of a firearm during the crime is one thing. But whether that discharge then resulted in the wound of the Secret Service agent. officer. That's still up in the air. The Daily Mail confirms what Real Clear Politics Susan Crabtree reported here on the program, which by some analysis of the video in question showing Cole Allen charging through the perimeter, it could very well have been friendly fire that one Secret Service officer shot another. That's still to be determined. They're looking at the Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a press conference that Allen opened fire on a secret service agent striking him in the bulletproof vest before the agent returned fire with five shots. Although from the list of charges, I don't see him actually being charged with that crime. I think they're still waiting for the ballistics and for the various criminal analysis. Right now he is charged with, again, I will repeat.

Number one, attempt to assassinate the President of the United States, transporting of a firearm across state lines, again, with the intent to commit a violent act, and three, discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence. So just merely shooting the gun while he's committing that crime is, in fact, punishable by a 10-year mandatory minimum. So those are the charges right there. And Susan Crabtree again said, Secret Service missed when pursuing Ryan Ruth. Saturday night was swarming with Secret Service, yet those at the checkpoint and the mag were sitting idly and chatting with one another when Alan Bum rushed them after using an unsecured staircase nearby. It's said that he fell. on his way as he was running he fell otherwise he would have been able to wreak much more havoc so apparently the only thing that stopped him was not a secret service agent or a secret service agent's bullet but it was his own god his own yeah it would be god tripping him up there yeah I wonder why he did this in sort of more of a philosophical level. Was this an attempted suicide by cop? And now that he has survived, do you think that he's going to actually... have a conjugal visit, how soon before people start throwing themselves at him in prison? And he'll actually get a slice of action for the first time in his life. Based on what we know about prison culture, he might be getting some action the second he's no longer in solitary because there's a lot of speculation about his proclivities, his taste in a romantic partner. The sketches by the court-appointed sketch artist were not flattering, did not do him much justice. And there's a lot of speculation based on the tilt of his hand as he was being sworn in that he might play on one side of the fence that would find many partners there in a men's prison. I'm just going to leave it at that. Yeah, I mean, okay, that's interesting. Um, he's obviously a really pathetic person who lived with his parents. And despite having a really impressive pedigree of, you know, having gone to, what was it, Caltech? Caltech. Yeah. Yeah. He was living at home and working for a tutoring company part time. Like really pathetic, pathetic. Pathetic. sniveling little guy. And he did this, you know, perhaps it was suicide by cop. Perhaps it was to get notoriety and to have people pay attention to him for the first time. But there's something deeply wrong with that generation of young men. And I, and the scary thing, and I have a column about this coming out in the Washington Examiner today, is just how normal he was. He's not an outlier. He's not, he's just, he's really normal. And that should scare us.

And he was, well, it's funny, because he was celebrated for all the things that our culture tells us that we're supposed to celebrate people for you. You just said, you know, went to elite university, was educated, was smart, great SATs. Yet, the Unabomber was a genius. Yeah. He was also a terrorist. So that's why when raising our children, we always said, you know, getting a great education, going into great school, that's wonderful. It's not our top priority for you. What do I want for you when you grow up? I want you to be a good person who walks with the Lord. That's what I want. And that can mean you're a gas station. It can mean you're a tutor. You can be a tutor and still be a good person. A holy person. And that's the priority when you're raising your children. 645. We like to spend some time here reflecting on the guiding lights of the liberal movement in America, the quasi-Marxists who lead the Democrats right now in the power base. People like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, people like Ilhan Omar. Ilhan Omar. You can't get more popular than Ilhan Omar for the Democrats. And a video of the congresswoman from Minneapolis is going viral. I did a little research. This actually is from a year. ago, it was a press conference that she and other Democrat lawmakers, including Maisie Hirono, also a guiding intellectual light for the Democrats on Capitol Hill. They were introducing a bill called the Neighbors Not Enemies Act. It was to repeal the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, the law, of course, that's still on the books, that the Trump administration was employing to apprehend and deport illegal alien criminals in this country who meant to do us harm. Democrats. are on the side of allowing illegal immigrant criminals who mean to do us harm to stay in the country. Anyway, Ilhan Omar was trying to make a point that this kind of thing hasn't been used or employed since the Second World War. But she had a little trouble with her notes. Take a listen to what she said. The last time the Alien Enemies Act was invoked, it was used to detain and deport German, Japanese, Italian immigrants doing World War 11. Now. I think that the notes that were put in front of her had World War II with the Roman numeral two, which would, you know. That's what I love the most is that she can't read Roman numerals and also doesn't know that we kind of stopped it too. We didn't keep on going. Yes, exactly. Even if she thought that it was 11. I'm sorry, what did she say again? Doing war war. 11. Yeah. So there is a pause there. So nowhere in her mind is like, that can't be right. We haven't had 11 World Wars. No, it reminds me of that famous quote from, I was it Anchorman where he said, ooh, that escalated quickly. Yes.

Or also Ron Burgundy, who will say anything that's on the teleprompter even if it makes no sense. I love it. I love it. I mean, this really speaks to another reason I homeschool because even the members of Congress are dumb. And so on my worst days of homeschooling, I think, to myself. at least my kids aren't being raised by the likes of Ilhan Omar and being taught by the people who are captured on lips of TikTok. And it gives me, it gives me. Gives me some umph. Yes. And by the way, number one, this never made it to Saturday Night Live for any kind of joke or mockery. Shocker. And she still considered one of the leading voices for the Democrats on the progressive left on Capitol Hill and all across the country. And I think we should all give her a break. After all, she is a political refugee and a war refugee from a war-torn country. She is an immigrant to this nation. English is her second language.
