It's clear that they wanted to shut this government down and they wanted to shut it down because they were unwilling to provide health care to working class Americans. Liar, liar, cross-dressing pants on fire. That is the Democrat who would be the Speaker of the House if the Democrats controlled the House. We'd have to learn another language because he's a third world criminal. He's Hakeem Jeffries. He was raised by a virulent anti-Semite, his uncle, Professor Leonard Hakeem Jeffries. I guess he was ahead of the curve on the Democrat Party thing with, you know, turning into Jew-hating fascists. Nazis. Today they're celebrating... The assassin, and demanding the release of the assassin Elias Rodriguez, who killed two Israeli embassy personnel outside of a Jewish museum in Washington, D.C., celebrating him. Also celebrating Luigi Mangione, the assassin of Brian Thompson, the CEO of United Healthcare. That's good. And that was that there guy, Thomas Matthew Crooks. He shot President Trump through the ear. in an assassination attempt. And today they're going to be cheering Tyler Robinson who assassinated Charlie Kirk. And Tyler Robinson, the Democrat, will be in court later on today. It is day 27 of the Democrat Party's government shutdown and the psychopaths. And I think that's a fair term to describe Chuck Schumer and, of course, Hakeem Jeffries. Hakeem Jeffries was on the television yesterday, on Face the Nation. I was watching so that you don't have to. Fascination, it was before we went out, my best girl and I, we went out to the waterfront yesterday, Southwest Waterfront, and met up with an old friend of mine and his wife. He is a now retired D.C. homicide detective, 29 years on the force and homicide detective, old beer drinking buddy of mine, and hadn't seen him in a while. So we went and met up yesterday down in the southwest waterfront, the wharf. The wharf, it's called. No, I said go down on the wharf. I said go down in the wharf. But we went down in the wharf and hung out with my homicide, D.C. homicide detective buddy. who hadn't seen a while and his wife, his wonderful wife. And we had a nice time yesterday afternoon. But I did record Face the Nation. And then I watched part of it. But let's go to Face the Nation from yesterday. They have a woman named Margaret Brennan.

Now, who is it you said is quitting CBS, announced they're quitting CBS because this is a CBS show. John Dickerson is quitting CBS because they hired Bari Weiss and she wants to do journalism and news. And John Dickerson, I think, saw that and said, well, I didn't come here to do news. I'm a Democrat. I'm a Democrat first, last, and always. But they've got another Democrat sitting in there at Face the Nation, Margaret Brennan. And they invited on Hakeem Jeffries, who's a radical. He'd kill all the Jews. Let's face it. His uncle Leonard Hakeem Jeffries, the famous anti-Semite college professor, is among the riffraff that would get it there. But let's go to yesterday, because I did ask Michael to pull a number of audio sound bites from this back and forth. Because I just can't believe what scum these people are. I honestly, I don't even like to use language like that. But these people are, honestly, they're celebrating murderers and assassins. They're anti-Semites. They're genocidal anti-Zionists, they call themselves. They're violent. You've got James Carville talking about shackling his wife and spitting on her, which is pretty creepy and weird. Maybe she should leave him. Maybe he's too much of a freak show at this point. But let's get back to Face the Nation, Margaret Brennan, with their hero, Hakeem Jeffries. Hey, wait a minute. You endorsed Zohran Mamdani in New York, the communist, who lies about everything. And they didn't bring that up, actually, at CBS News Face the Nation. They didn't say, hey, Zohran Mamdani's lying about his aunt, being scared of New Yorkers after 9-11. And she was wearing her hijab on the subway. She didn't live in New York. She didn't live in the United States. She didn't wear hijab. But never mind that. This fascist, Zohran Mamdani. And here's Hakeem. He finally got around to endorsing Zohran Mamdani. You waited until this Friday, the day before early voting began, to endorse the Democratic Socialist candidate Zohran Mamdani. Why did you wait so long? Well, as I indicated, last several weeks, we've been immersed in the intensity around the government shutdown and the run up to that in advance of September 30th and the expiration of the fiscal year. So he lied. But I support the Democratic nominee, as I indicated. As I indicated, he's such a lion, Sanctuary. You've done nothing since the government shut down except vote to shut the government down, which you did once because the House of Representatives passed the bill that would have kept the government open and then moved it over to the Senate, where the lizard king, Chuck Schumer.

When the government shut down, aren't you less busy? The government shut down. You're a government employee. You voted to shut it down. But Margaret Brennan doesn't say any of that. She hasn't say, well, that your party and your party's leaders in the Senate. are the ones that have voted 12 times to shut the government down and then to keep the government shut down. And you voted not to keep the government open. You led the Democrats in the House of Representatives in voting to shut the government down. But Margaret Brennan doesn't say any of that because she's not a journalist. She's a hack and a Democrat. And I should host that stinking show. I could do that. That'd be a piece of cake. It's one day a week. That'd be nothing. I'd do that before breakfast. Then I go out with my best girl, find a patio, and have breakfast. Sounds nice, doesn't it? Such a short show. But I would ask all of the appropriate questions. And she won't. Now, Margaret Brennan there with Hakeem Jeffries, why did it take you so long to endorse the communist, Nazi, Jew-killing anti-Semite? Why did it take you so long? Well, I've been so busy what was shutting the government down and everything, and the government's shut down, and there is no sense of irony by Margaret Brennan saying, well, wait a minute, that's ridiculous. You voted to shut it down, the Democrats voted to shut it down, and the government's closed. What are you busy with, not reopening the government? Because you guys, first of all, the House voted, and they voted to keep it open. But you didn't. And none of that comes up. And you're the Democrat leader in the House. And you led the charge to keep the government shut down, getting Democrats to vote to shut it down in the House. And then your Democrat counterpart in the Senate, Chuck Schumer, has been shutting the government down for weeks now, weeks and weeks. And then what did Hakeem Jeffries say? Since he didn't give an answer at all, he just kept with the Democrat talking points. Donald Trump represents an existential threat to the city of New York and beyond. I'm sorry, Donald Trump represents an existence that the city of New York will cease to exist. Donald Trump is from New York City. He grew up in New York City. He built half of New York City. He has... billion dollar apartments and houses in New York City. He is a New York City guy up the Ying Yang. You are a communist, fascist, jihadi. If anybody's a threat to New York City, it's Zohran Mamdani, who you just endorsed. And your anti-Semite uncle, Professor Leonard Hakeem Jeffries, which will never come up because Margaret Brennan doesn't know anything about him or his history or his family or the things that he said in the past. And she is supporting Zohran Mamdani like she wants to go on a date with him. And that's a euphemism. Isn't that amazing?

So, wait a minute. President Trump is an existential threat to New York and beyond. He is, why, economic prosperity would be a threat. You guys are the ones that are calling to wipe Israel off the map from the river to the sea. And the greatest Jewish population outside of Israel is New York City. And you've got a jihadi that you're all about to elect mayor. And it's so twisted and so mentally ill that it's almost impossible to describe. Hakeem Jeffries. And that terrible awful Donald Trump. Because of the extreme assault that has taken place throughout this year on the economy, on health care, on farmers, on veterans, on law-abiding immigrant communities, on due process, on the rule of law, and of course on the American way of life itself. Now, as for the rule of law, these are the open borders, pro-gang members, pro-illegal alien, rapist, murderers, car crashers. giving out commercial driver's licenses. You guys are the ones going flying down to El Salvador to have lunch and margaritas with Kilmora Alvin Bragg Garcia, the wife beating baby mama beating illegal alien gang member that you guys are fighting for. Now, if anybody is a threat to New York City or any place else in the United States, I think I know who it is. And I'm sorry, he's an assault on what, the economy? Joe Biden had 9.1% inflation and didn't stand up for the United States on foreign trade or on our border for our jobs, for any of it. And you, you criminal, and he is criminal face, honestly. You got penitentiary face. Over there, John Brennan, and this guy's criminal face. And health care? You guys butchered health care in the United States America, the greatest health care system in the history of humankind. And Barack Obama, who was mentored by a communist named Frank Marshall Davis, who hates America and normal people. Barack Obama created Obamacare. And the Washington Post sheepishly admitted a couple of weeks ago, the truth is, the Affordable Care Act was never actually affordable. And now you're jacking it up on us again, saying all of our rates are going to go up 30% in one day because Obamacare, Obamacare, ACA, the Affordable Care Act. The Washington Post accidentally admit in paragraph number eight or nine or whatever it was, the Affordable Care Act was never actually affordable. And now you're jacking up our prices on us again. And the taxpayers are going to have to pick up another trillion dollars when, again, when the lizard king, Chuck Schumer, came to Washington the first time he was elected to the House of Representatives, the national debt was below $1 trillion. Now it's over $37 trillion, $37.5 trillion. And if they sign this bill with all their goodies in it, we're going to add another trillion and a half to the national debt.

And these 19-year-olds are voting for them saying, yeah, this is great. We're putting it on your tab. Thanks for picking up the tab. You're going to be bankrupt your entire lifetimes, and so were your children because you've been brainwashed into cheering on this mental illness. Hakeem Jeffries, he is not on Team America. And we all, as Americans, are going to have to be aligned and pushing back so we can end this national nightmare that Donald Trump has visited upon the American people. Obama care is what we're to end. The Democrats voted to shut the government down. And the Democrats gave us 9.1% inflation. And the Democrats let the drugs flow into the country where under Biden we had more than 100,000 deaths a year to fatal drug overdoses. And the Democrats were fighting for open borders. And it worked. And it killed more people in single years from fatal drug overdoses than we lost in the entirety of the Vietnam War and the Korean War combined. in single years. And the news media never tell you, and they're never going to call Hakeem Jeffries on it because she, Margaret Brennan, was busy performing an act of journalistic gratification upon Hakeem Jeffries yesterday. Well, you still waited until Friday and the elections upon us, but you're leaving room in your answer there. for understanding that you don't agree with the candidate on some other issues, though you agree with him on affordability. But speaking of which, listen to this. My great friend Marty, who was a longtime government employee, just shared with me an important story. This is, and this does matter. The story just broke minutes ago in the New York Post. And the headline is, largest federal workers union urges Congress to pass clean stopgap bill. and government shutdown in big blow to Democrats, filthy, anti-Semitic, violent, assassinating Democrats. The largest union of federal workers in the country is publicly imploring Congress, meaning the Democrats, to pass a clean stopgap measure, which is what the Republicans have passed out of the House and have voted in favor of in the Senate, I think 12 times now. These past the clean stopgap measure to end the government shutdown, ramping up pressure on Democrats to abandon their health care demands. It's always a gun to the head, demands, never a request, never civil conversation, mobs of mentally ill people violently attacking. You know, they're the left. Both political parties have made their point, and still there is no clear end in sight. American Federation of Government Employees, that's AFS-G, President Everett Kelly declared in a statement. So Everett Kelly is a little slow, but got around to it finally. It's time to pass the clean continuing resolution and end this shutdown today. No half-measures, no gamesmanship. He said, for the past month, Republicans have insisted on a clean, continuing resolution to fund the government through November 21st. Can you imagine? Then we start all over again, November 21st. We have a stupid government manned by stupid people. Stupid? I'm telling you. November 21st, without any strings attached, to buy time for a longer-term fix. But the Democrats don't want that. Now, they want a gun to the head, to the baby's head. They got the gun to the baby's head pressing the baby's head against the car window, and they got their itchy trigger finger pulling the hammer back. That's the Democrats. And, you know, and everybody, we had a caller earlier today, who was on disability, had massive heart surgery and a valve.

aortic valve replacement surgery, and so he's gone on assistance, on public assistance, and he's about to be cut off, and he called in earlier today. But Senate Democrats blocked the House-passed clean short-term spending patch, and instead demanded that Republicans make expensive concessions on health care policy in exchange for reopening the government. And then the news media lies about it to all of us. The FG represents over 800,000 federal workers, many of whom have gone without pay since the beginning of the month due to the Democrat Party's government shutdown. Isn't that amazing? Now, with that said, now let's take a call. I wanted to share that with you. Let's go to the great Ivan calling from Miramar Beach, Florida. Ivan, you're on the Chris Plant Show. Hey, Chris, my friend, how you doing? I'm great. I wanted to talk about the Democrats shutdown for a second. I think it's time for the president to speak to the nation about the Democrats' shutdown and how the Democrats are holding the American people hostage in order to pay for the health care and welfare of illegal aliens. They're putting illegals before the American citizens by spending $1.5 trillion for illegals while American citizens are going to go hungry. They can't go to work. They're struggling to pay bills, even as the Democrats are fighting ICE agents who are deporting criminals, murders, and rapists who are in the country illegally, these same illegals that Democrats are fighting for. And, Chris, one more thing, there's 42 million that receive food stamps or snap. And a lot of those people have threatened to steal or take food and say that they will not starve. But, Chris, but getting a job is not on the to-do list, but they're threatened to steal and write and take food. And I believe it's their intent to cause chaos, if and when they don't get checks of vouchers by November 1st. And that's why I believe the president should speak to the nation before November 1st when he gets back from his trip. and make the Democrats own the hardship and potential violence, you know, before it happens and to remind everybody that it's Joe Biden who let the 20 million illegals into the country in the first place. I just sat in rapt, a mesmerized agreement with you, Ivan, on everything that you've said. And now I think President Trump should address them. I talked about it last week, I think from the Oval Office. He should address the nation on the Democrat Party shutdown and clobber them with the truth. One of the great advantages that you have as a conservative is that the truth works really well for you, which is why the Democrats don't want to engage with you. Democrats don't call into this radio show because they can't get away with their BS on this radio show. And so they've kind of given up. We still get a rare maybe Mike the Lib every now and then. Mike the Lib, are you in prison or something? What happened to Mike Lib? But I agree, Ivan, that it is.

time for the president to address the nation from the Oval Office. And if the government is still shut down, it looks like it's going to be when President Trump returns from his Asia trip where big, big things are happening, economic things, foreign policy things, painting China into a corner that rare earth elements and all of that. President's doing big things for us and for Western civilization. But I agree with you that the president. I don't know. I don't think we've ever done an address to the nation from overseas, but I guess we could start. President Trump could be the first to do that, and that would be kind of fun. And he's up 24 hours a day, so really time of day, time change being in Asia, doesn't matter to him. But I agree with you, Ivan, that it is. really past time for the president to address the nation, ideally from the Oval Office. Maybe you can do it from Air Force One address the nation. That would be amazing just for technological reasons, but it's doable. It's Air Force One, after all. It's got all kinds of technical capabilities and connectivity. But I agree with you that it's about time for the president to address the nation and put the damn Democrats, the filthy, rotten, stinking Democrats in their place with the truth. And we took it a total of 12 million people from all over the world. Over the course of generations, more than 60 years, it took before 12 million people came through Ellis Island. And they were all legal. And they were all vetted and checked for diseases and gang affiliations and criminal background. And Joe Biden and the Democrats opened our borders, rang the dinner bell, and threw everybody's daughters and paychecks out on the street to be stolen by the illegal alien gang members that the Democrats waved into the country. And then they completely ignore all the murders and sexual assaults. And you've got Democrat senators that fly down to El Salvador to have... photo ops with cocktails in front of them, drinking with Kilmora Alvin Bragg-Garcia, who's a wife-beating, baby mama beating, gang member, criminal, illegal alien, and the Democrats are with him. And again, the Democrats love their assassins. They love Thomas Matthew Crooks, who shot President Trump through the ear. They love Luigi Mangione, who shot and killed Brian Thompson, the CEO of United Health Care. They love Elias Rodriguez, who... Zohran Mamdani's party is demanding the release of the man they call a political prisoner in the United States, Elias Rodriguez, who murdered two Israeli embassy personnel. And of course, today in court we're going to see Tyler Robinson who assassinated Charlie Kirk. This is the Democrat Party, and they go on national television, like on Meet the Press, Face the Nation, rather, and there are no follow-up questions about any of it. Well, you finally...

Now, we have an actual secretary of the Department of Transportation, Sean Duffy, a former member of the House of Representatives. And Sean Duffy is Transportation Secretary. Never mind that. Sean Duffy. I've been out talking to our air traffic controllers, and you can see the stress. These are people that oftentimes live paycheck to paycheck. And so what I see coming forward as we get to Monday, tomorrow, Tuesday, and Wednesday that you're going to see more staffing shortages and towers. Which means you're all going to see more delays, more cancellations, and then you see more Americans frustrated at Democrats, and they'll say, open up the government, enough is enough. And then you don't want to see an airliner hitting a military helicopter over the Potomac River, anything like that. But the Democrats might like that because they don't care about human life. Just start with that. They harvest the organs of a million unborn babies a year and give out awards for it. They shoot. What, 30,000 people here, murdering 20,000 of them. But never mind that. Isn't that amazing? Now, the Speaker of the House did come out today, and he's not having any of it. The Democrats are the ones voting repeatedly to shut down the government. They have now voted 12 times to keep the government closed, and they'll have another chance. Today or tomorrow, maybe multiple times this week, and we'll see what they do. It's an extraordinary moment in the history of American politics, as this is not the kind of history that we need to be making. What we're witnessing is truly the end of the Democratic Party as we've known it. And even some Democrats are now saying that out loud. And even some Democrats are now acknowledging the obvious out loud. Isn't that amazing? Well, it's entirely on the back of the American news media. For years and years, decades of laying down cover smoke for whatever the Democrats want to do. What are they doing? They lie about and then the media lies with them. I find it frustrating. Being a truth teller and a truth seeker myself who had to leave. my previous career at CNN because they had to stop telling the truth. And I was too embarrassed to say what I did for a living, so I had to leave, go back to selling small arms in Africa, you know, usual stuff. But that's not it. Now, am I going to be able to get to Steve Bannon? I'm going to try.

Now, there are a thousand stories in the Naked City. One of the stories that broke over the weekend is that during the 2024 presidential campaign when Joe Biden was running for president before he was forced to drop out by his own party, and they picked Kamala Harris without a single primary vote because they're destroying democracy. Turns out Joe Biden would not take Barack Obama's phone calls. snubbed him, snubbed him very big. And that's not going to wear well with Obama because he's a vengeful communist. But never mind that. There is a funnier story. That broke. Also, and I wanted to get to it on Friday, and I failed to because there was too much news. But Barack Obama, there's a fancy restaurant in Georgetown in Washington, D.C., called Cafe Milano. And it's a perfectly good restaurant. And it's very expensive, and the Clintons are often seen there. And last Wednesday night. Joe Biden showed up with another Democrat, former senator, and got the number one table at Cafe Milano, the premier table, table 100, where everybody sees you walking in. And there's Joe Biden and a Democrat senator dining at Cafe Milano when, guess who walked in? Barack Obama walked in. Barack Obama walked into the same restaurant, Cafe Milano, fancy Italian restaurant, and... And Barack Obama got a room off to the side of the main dining room with his dining party. And he saw Joe Biden sitting at Table 100 at Cafe Milano. And Barack Obama went right to his private room because don't you know who he is. And with his party went to the private room. And Joe Biden and his party were sitting right here and 18 feet away. There's Barack Obama and his party at the same restaurant, the same night, the same time, and they never spoke to each other. Nobody went over and said, hey, can I get you, you know, a champagne? Would you like a prosceco? How about a nice chocolatee dessert? Would you like to share our table with us? None of that. Not at all. Uh-uh. That was on the 22nd. Today is the 27th. Barack Obama, Joe Biden, at the same restaurant at the same time, both eating dinner. Axios had somebody there, the left-wing outlet in Washington. Also there that night, the Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, was their fancy restaurant. All right? And Howard Lutnick, who was Commerce Secretary. Chris Wright, who had been energy secretary, all in this restaurant at the same time.
