Welcome to China Watch Wednesday, and I'm waiting for Ava to call in. I just have to start the show, just letting you know that we have talked for a very long time about Miles Guo, who started the new federal state of China. And he was imprisoned. And we've been waiting for sentencing for over a year, which is unusual. And so yesterday in the Southern District of New York, Judge Annalisa Torres sentenced, and this is a text from NFSC, our beloved leader, Miles Guo, to 30 years in prison. For the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party, and those who have long sought to silence one of its most prominent... opponents and for years Miles Guo sounded the alarm on the CCP and has continued to do so through his surrogates they may believe that they got a temporary victory yesterday but NFSC says that history will record something very different in the courtroom and across much of the media coverage that followed the same narrative was repeated some even recycling the CCP's past smears as proof of corruption, fraud, and victims. Yet the deeper contradiction was ignored. The Rule of Law Foundation founded in 2018 by the number one enemy of the CCP, Miles Guo, to expose and confront the Chinese Communist Party. This man took them on knowing that they would fight back and retaliate. in a place where lawfare became commonplace, especially as we look at what happened to our own president and continues to happen. As we heard yesterday, five assassination attempts towards Donald Trump that we know about. But we know that there are more. And Miles Guo is a convenient target for those that support the CCP.

you know miles exposed and confronted the CCP and was portrayed what he was doing to raise money to do that was portrayed was portrayed as a scam and despite All kinds of evidence, more than ample evidence, suggesting otherwise the court echoed a claim that the foundation did nothing for the Chinese people. I will assure you that they've done everything for the Chinese people, that they are fighting for the Chinese people. They're fighting against the CCP because the oppression of the CCP has been so prevalent. And we just need to look in our own politics right now. and say the court, you know, echoing that claim did nothing for the Chinese people. The NFSC categorically denies that claim. In January 2020, the rule of law foundation exposed COVID. This is the NFSC as a lab-made virus originating from Wuhan. That was to protect the Chinese people. That was to help us understand that we were being scammed. Okay, great. Eva, welcome to win, well, to win Tucson, but to China watch Wednesday. I was just explaining to everyone about the ruling and how egregious it is and how this will. I know it may not seem at the moment, but this will elevate the work of NFSC. So, please, welcome to the show. And I'm sorry we got the ruling, but now he can appeal. So welcome, welcome to China Watch Wednesday. Please. Yeah, hi. Thank you, Kasseling. And hi, everyone. So, yes. That was very eventful day. We waited, actually, the actual sentencing got delayed for five hours. We didn't know why, because when you line up, when you already at the court, they basically take away your cell phones and any electronic devices. So you're kind of flying blind, if you will, right? Exactly, exactly. So there's overwhelming... Overwhelming day. It was. We had about 150 fellow fighters. basically lined up. Some people arrived at 3 a.m. that day because they're afraid of that they might not be getting into the actual courtroom. Because the courtroom capacity at the end, there's only about, like less than 30 of us actually went in. So you got to be in the room, yes. Yeah, I was. I was in the room and I observed the whole thing. And as I said, it was eventful.

Because through the morning, we lined up there, and then we discovered the rule has changed in South District, New York that day. When we arrived, we've been told we cannot directly take the elevator, which takes us to directly the 15th floor. They no longer allow that. I think they may be anticipating there going to be a big crowd. So they probably, I don't know whether they changed that route just for us or everyone else is going to be the same or not. I don't know. I don't have that information, but we were told we have to stand on the first floor. We would have to line up and then it was supposed to start at 11 a.m. And when did it really start? It started actually at 4 p.m. Wow. So we were basically, we were actually escorted into the 15D and we already sat down for the first time, but then we waited and waited and to say, okay, there's going to be a delay. So now everybody leaves. So we have to, we have to leave the room and go downstairs and reline. So people basically standing there, most of us standing there for five hours. And then the second time we brought up to the actual courtroom, the very first time we actually had about 50, 60 fellow fighters was able to enter in because they didn't reserve the role for media for other individuals. I don't know. Maybe government, maybe lawyers, I have no clue who they are. But the second time we brought up again when we set down... eye content, there's only like a no more than 30 of us was there because they actually reserved three or four rows for designated person, as I mentioned, whether it's journalists or whether other government officials. I have no clue. Was there a lot of media there yesterday? There was a lot of media. There was New York Times. There was many Chinese media, which unfortunately, you know, they are basically... Well, they're state... They're CCP-owned, and so they're the propaganda machine to... what they are is they are a tool for the CCP to oppress the people, to say, look, if you stand out, if you say the truth, if you tell what's really going on to the rest of the world, this will happen to you, correct? That's correct. Yes, that's correct. And then I think the first row, there are some people from FBI. They're Chinese, though. There's three of them. They're Chinese. They're talking. I can't hear them what language they're talking. They were laughing and they were sitting at the front row. And they were those people that were... But they worked for our FBI?

I think so. I think they were previously or maybe currently still working for FEI. But anyway, we know there's some law enforcement. There are marshals. They're standing back there. But when my old school, as I previously mentioned, we didn't know what happened. Why there's delay? We only know there's delay. And then right before 4 p.m. is started an hour, about an hour prior to 4 p.m., which is 3 p.m. they told us, they say, hey, you know, there is going to be a discussion between in the court and it's under seal. So they summoned both lawyers, including Miles School's defendant lawyers and the prosecutors into a separate courtroom. So they say this is going to be an end of seal discussion. And then, so they left to the room at 3,000, and then discussed about an hour and then came out and say, now we're going to proceeding as usual. We will finish this. sentencing today and that's where they call out mile school. So finally we've been waiting, all of us been waiting. How did he look? Um, he, he looked terrible. Okay. I've never seen my old school, because my old school has a very tan skin, like a very healthy. Yeah. Like, but when I, when he walk out that door, I was surprised because he was so pale. I've never in my whole life saw him so pale colored skin because that's not him. And somehow he looks a little. swallow him. I don't know. And media say he looks better than he used to be. But later on, we know what happened. Because after the court, you know, the proceeding, after the judge read everything he wrote, she wrote prior to the to the to the day and then they ask the both attorneys to present and then also they call out a victim which you know the victim is make for make a force claims we've already exposed and reviewed so much of her father Eva Ava, hold that, because I want to have the whole segment. Yesterday, Miles Guo was sentenced in a New York district court, and we're going to talk, and this is breaking news because Ava was in the courtroom, and we're getting a firsthand account. I'm Kathleen Wynne with Ava Chen from the new federal state of China on the Miles Quo sentencing. We'll be right back. Welcome back to China Watch Wednesday. We are talking to Ava Chen from the new federal state of China regarding the sentencing yesterday of Miles Guo. And so there was delay after delay. And then Miles Guo came into the courtroom and he did not look... himself and apparently when he came into the courtroom he did he know then what his sentence was going to be eva was that part of this or is it bigger than that So we already know what the sentence is going to be. We're already anticipating this is not going to be, kind of we anticipated the worst outcome because just a day prior to the sentencing that the week before prior, I think it was Thursday, the court has made denial immediate because that day Miles' counsel has asked for delaying because there's no evidentiary evidence. A hearing was. decision was made, it hasn't been made because we asked for an evidentiary hearing to resolve the significance dispute because we're disputing every fact that the government has presented. We say this is wrong, this is inaccurate, this is our evidence and this is the methodology was run. Everything was not correct. And we're asking for, it's called centical hearing. Basically, it's the defendant entitled to have to dispute. the significant evidence disputes, so evidential disputes, so granted to any defendants who is facing a sentencing. So that's why we submitted that request three months prior. Two months prior, I think, two months prior. And then the court acknowledged that at that time and say, oh, yeah, there is overwhelming amount of information voluminous and resolved disputes and issues. So at that time, we saw maybe the judge would consider a statical hearing, but until very end, she did not say anything, did not do anything. So when Miles counsel was asking. to delay because we have not heard front you on all those prior requests and what's going on and then in almost instant session the court has say you know you denied there's not going to be evidentiary hearing she believed the judge believes believes that she she has enough information to make a decision so that's where we already know this is not that that was this first signal that you knew something

Well, not something that you knew that it was going, that she was done with this case. Yeah. He's ready to close, basically. I think it's a decision. The guest is, you know, it's going to be the worst. outcome because simply how can you if you already decided you have all the evidence you need to make a case I mean we have a thousand we have almost a thousand two hundred people individual wrote letters to the defense lawyer to my law school's lawyer and detailing why we invest it why we're willing to take the risk and disclaiming themselves as victim. And include some of them, include detailed investment a month and what they've invested and what's this for. And we explained that we're not brainwashed like, you know, claimed by the prosecutor. Because prosecutor only had six so-called victim witnesses, six, okay? And actually five of them are the main. The other one, I would not even include him because he's not even... sent the money to the investment. He took the money back from, you know, during the en route in the bank transfer state. So he had put money in and he took his money out, so he wasn't even a victim, right? So let's, yeah, strictly put it together, only five so-called victim businesses. And all of their investment months, it's including everything they say. Presumably that they're all true, but they're all false. Just let's give it, give all of them adding together, there are 1.5 million and only five of them testified. But then they claim they represent thousands of us. Okay. So they generalize the five witnesses and say they represent. They're saying where there's smoke, there's fire, but there really was no smoke. Okay. All right. Then on the other hand, there are thousands of us saying we are not victim. This is not a fraud. This is real movement. Okay. So we have thousands of us saying, but the prosecutors say, hey, these spies, I can prove in court, the rest of them are brainwashed. Because some of them still believe miles go today. So they all, the thousands of them, they don't know they're victims. Okay. They're just brainwashed. So we're saying, hey, court, look at those individual people. Freedom of thought, freedom of speech. I guess on the 250th anniversary of our country, as we head into that this weekend, apparently this judge missed the memo. But continue, Ava. I'm annoyed by this whole thing. But not by you, hon, by the failing of this court. But continue. So we sent all of this to the court. And these are the people. And people are so brave because there are a lot of people. They risked everything. They wrote it to the, to Miles School's counsel, and they shared their prosecution, and many of them are still inside China. Do you know how dangerous is for them to say this? Yes, they've now put their lives on the line as a result of it. This is not only a notice to Miles Guo, but this is a notice to, I think, I think.

I read something. I want to say 270 people, but this is a notice to anybody. And to you, even, Ava, for standing up for him. This puts you at risk. That's right. And put everyone at risk. Because if they can do this to Miles School, I mean, Miles School is a billionaire, like Trump. You know, they were billionaire to start with. They rightfully earned their living. And Miles School is so humble. single-handedly, he built his own wealth and his family wealth. And then he was taken down without evidence. This is a scary part. If he can take him down like this, and it's all about narrative. It's no longer about evidence. It's all about how people, you know, using false and lies and weaponize the FBI in the court. Yes. Yeah. And this is how we're sitting the front line and we witness this. We're being the spy for nine years. I mean, every turn that, you know, we were there. And I was there. I saw it. I saw through all the trials. 56 days. I sat through. I didn't miss even one day when in 2024. I saw all the evidence. I saw all the arguments. And I did my study. I'm not brainwashed. And I can say that very clearly. I'm not brainwashed. So, but the thing is, when we, when the Miles School lawyer submitted so much statement, so there's 12, there's 1,286 individual that wrote to Miles School's council in the last, I would say, six months. Okay. So out of those 1286, 1182 expressly stated that they had invested in one or more, the G-series, and 1223 expressly disclaimed have been victimized by Mr. G-Goole. And do you know how many of among, I'm not exactly know how many of those letters people told the council that how much they invested, but. From the people, the council said, put on the docket, it's 583. On the docket, it says, among those who disclose how much they invested, the total amount is 72 million. This is way, way over the five. fake victims that presented in the court. So the people that are saying that they're for miles invested with miles don't want their money back. Don't feel like they were harmed. Feel like they got. And that's and that supersedes the people that are claiming that they were, you know, so. But all of them was not, it did not tilt.

The thing at all, because all we're asking is a fetical is say, let's put evidentiary here. Let's say what's going on here. Let's revisit. Let's recall those victim witnesses because they lied. We can prove they lied. We have records that they lied. Okay. But we didn't give the opportunity to do it. So I guess South District, New York, the court is not the right place. But we have the receipt. We have the evidence. We just need a impartial. environment to present this and people will see it. It's not like we don't have those. We do have those. So, and I can tell you out of the 1286, there is 100, eight people. being interrogated by the CCP in connection with Miles Guo and this movement and their investment in G-Siri. 35 reported being coerced to make statements such as confession, guarantees, repentance, acknowledgement of having been defrauded. Seven reported being forced to file false claims against Mr. Gore. One actually testified in 2024. And one came out with affidavit six months ago. Because they're being pressured by the CC. Yeah, they're even being by the CCP. Ava, we've got to take our end of our half hour news break. And. So they've tampered with witnesses. They are putting pressure. This is an outside entity using the U.S. court system against someone that they want to punish, someone they actually want to kill. Make no mistake. The CCP wants to punish Miles Guo, the new federal state of China, and anybody who is an ally of Miles Guo. And so we are hearing about it firsthand. And if this shouldn't, this, this needs to be a cautionary tale for the U.S. If you don't understand what's coming, if we don't fight back against socialism and not the Democrat socialism, socialism, communism, this will be us. And they will do this to us. And you cannot ignore this is happening to Miles Guo because you are Miles Guo today. We are talking with Ava Chen from the new federal state of China. We are talking about the sentencing of Miles Guo. Ava, did they give him time served for the sentencing? Not in the court. The judge did mention that she acknowledges the greatest conditions in MDC. MDC probably the one of the worst, if not the worst. jail in the United States. Yes. And, but she did nursing that, but she didn't say anything beyond, um, acknowledge the sentencing already served. I guess it should be. There's no reason why to exclude it. if not to multiply, just to recognize. So if they gave him 30 years, he's been in jail for, what, a year and a half, two years now? Three years. Three years. Three years. More than three years. So technically it'd be 27 words if it never gets a set aside. Did Steve Bannon cover this yesterday? Because I tried to reach him after I read this morning and his voicemails full. I'm not sure. I'm not sure whether he covered or not. But I do want to finish. to tell you what Miles said in the court and what afterwards he said to us when he had a chance to call. So, and I want to explain why it was late. Okay, so. Yes, please. And let me finish the number. And the last number out of the 1286, there's 28 people reported being arrested and all persecuted by the CCP. That means they were being thrown into jail and released. So not here in the United States, but in China, correct? In China, yes. And these are just the people that survived and allowed them and had the courage to come out and emailed contact at Miles School's lawyer in the last six months. And there's many more. And we know there's many more, hundreds, hundreds of them. And people died. The family gone. There's people that disappeared. And this is real communist China and under the CCP rule. Don't let anything else to fool you. So now I want to move on to why it was delayed for five hours. Please. And why I say I never saw Miles was in such a pale, like a facial, like a skin condition. And he, after they presented what they needed to present it. And Miles and the judge asked, do you have anything to say in the court? And Miles' assistant stood up and of course he was speaking in Chinese and then there is a court assigned translator translating what he said back to the judge. So he stood up and he said, I wasn't planned to make a speech today. But based on what happened and events happened today prior that I do want to say something. And then cut the long story short because I don't want to talk about all the things, but he directly takes this opportunity to crack the records.

The reason why is prior to Miles speaking, prior to Judge Ask Miles, the prosecutor finished their statement. And at the end of the prosecutor's statement, I mean, the whole statement, it was basically calling Miles School a comment and skin artists and frauders and massamines and destroy people's lives, blah, blah, blah, right? All those things. And then at the end, the prosecutors say, even like today, Miles, there was no remorse, and he even pretending, suggesting that he's pretending ill to delay the sentencing. He's probably been... With no evidence whatsoever. He has no clue what happened earlier. And this is what a prosecutor said in open court. Yes. Okay. And then this is why I think, I believe that prompt Miles stemmed up and changed his mind and he said, I need to make this correct. So he basically said, um, the prosecutor, whatever they claimed about the fake, the fake his own illness and was. was false. There's no evidence suggesting what the prosecutor has just shared in the court. And he said, you don't have to trust me, Judge. You can watch the camera, the video. They caught on the camera in MDC and in the hospital. and in the South District of New York, how many people take Miles Gould in and in what condition. So what happened is Miles told us that he got up at 5, 4 a.m. And then he fainted because he, later on, he told us he drank something really bad. The milk in MDC had something really bad. So he had diarrhea. And he kept the diarrhea. So he was very weak to start in the morning. That's why he fainted. And when he fainted, his face hit on the floor. So he basically, his mouth and lips was bleeding nonstop. Okay. So his face was bleeding. And there was. blood and then because of the diarrhea and he had no water and he fainted he started his stomach was sick and he wanted vomiting and when he he also vomited a couple of times in the morning but he had an odor injury back in 2003 he was captured by Beijing by CCP and they tortured him in black jail for 18 days They hand him upside down and beated him, and they cut his hair and put those hair clips into a plastic bag. And they used the plastic back to cover his head. He cannot breathe unless he breathes in those hair, the clips that they be cut.

And because of that, it caused permanent damage to his lung and bronchitis. So when he throw up, those old injuries flare up, so he's bleeding. So that's why he's spitting blood, not because of his mouth was hit on the ground. He was fainted and bleeding and because of internal bleeding as well because of he throw too much. So that's causing him, the 911 was called at about 9 a.m. I could be wrong with the time, but if you checked the transcript, and they recorded this. So the rest hand into the hospital and the hospital and the staff told him and gave him two shots or three shots and then told him he need to stay. But then somebody found MDC took him away and say, you need to come with us. Actually, Miles told him that I wanted to go to court. Who's MDC? MDC is the Metropolitan Detention Center Marshall. Okay, so they said even though you're supposed to be hospitalized right now, we're going to ignore those doctor's orders, and we're going to take you to court because we're going to do this today. Is that essentially? So they're going to take him back to MDC. So this two MDC, yes, so they say, but Miles actually telling those marshals saying that I want to go to court. Because I wanted to see my fellow fighter. I want to face this. Okay. Okay. So he actually wants to go to court. God bless him. The two marshals, to the correctional officer, MDC, took Miles School. They took Miles School away from the hospital and sent him to MDC and where they had a doctors come in and to see him. But then there is another marshal. This is Marshall, I think. And Miles School described there's a black. closed woman. These are not martial uniforms, but one marshal came along and, but the woman was calling the shots. The woman came to see Miles at 1.30 and say, hey, Miles, you need to come with me to the court. You have to go with me right now to the court. She didn't say anything, and they took Miles. They cut Miles' clothes, because Miles' clothes at that time was all soaked in blood. Okay? So they cut it open and wiped his face and put him into a kind of a yellowish kind of a clothes, which later on we saw he wore at the, appearing the court. And then, so they changed the clothes for him and took him. But Miles described the woman. He wasn't sure whether the woman is marshal or not, but he actually was ordered him to leave with another marshal, but did not sit with Miles Gle on the car that, you know, that the court used to transport the prisoner. So there's only one marshal set on the court on the car with Miles, but the lady was... sitting in a BMW ahead of them, but all of the two of them and basically arrived at MDC, sorry, not MDC, the court, SDNI.

Southern District Court together and then leading him all the way up to the to the courtroom. And on the way there, Miles Gle actually asked to go to the washroom, but the lady was there and directed him and telling him which washroom to go along with the other marshal. So when the prosecutor presented this, the prosecutor said his illness was fake and was trying to delay the sentencing. And also he said there's only one marshal. escorted him. So Miles Gossette, that was lie, okay, just like everything else in the case. It was no facts. There was no evidence. And, but that's The prosecutor. Okay. So Miles Gler took the stand, took the mic and correct the records. And at the end, he's very calm. He set this very calm. And he asked the judge to check the cameras. He said, don't trust me. Trust what you're going to see in the cameras. And then at the end, he told the court, he said, I came to America to take down the CCP.

I've got it here. Do you want me to read it? I know this has... More than... Yes, go ahead. More than 270 of my family members and my colleagues were arrested. I lost billions, tens of billions. I thank you, Honor, for everything you have done in this court. I will appeal. Yes. So he set that in the court. And then that's it. That's June 29th, a very eventful day. So the next, so Jim 30 is he was actually did not get to his regular cell until the next day 9.30 a. Yes. Was he hospitalized after that, Eva? No, he was sent back because there's a procedural we just learned that for anyone sentenced above 10 years. They are under the suicide watch. Okay. So they brought him back and they sent the doctors and psychiatrists and they have to put people in a kind of a glass. They're all glass. There's no privacy and you strip naked. Okay, you don't wear anything, basically. They put you that, they watch you. And before a certain maybe one day or up to a week, depending, you know, they can, they have the power to decide when you leave. But at Biosk, he was first to put it into the wrong. jail in the western tower and later on in the midnight, they wake him, they wake him and then moved him to the east tower. And among those inside the watch house, a very small, it's like a size of bathroom, he described. There's one bed and they don't even give you enough toilet paper. He described there's only few pieces of paper. And here's a man who's had diarrhea. So it's like cruel and unusual punishment on top of a sentence. It's ridiculous. That's correct. And he wasn't be able to sleep and he wasn't given water. He was put on the watch. So. Put it all together, he was basically after 30 hours, 30 and a half hours, 30 and a half hours, he finally put back to his regular cell. That was June 30th morning 9.30 a.m. And that's where he had a chance to basically make a phone call to one of the cello fighters and telling him what's going on with him. But in this phone call, he shared. Later on, it was a post that shared what he said to us. And this is mild school. Even in the worst situation, he would think about others. And he told us... You got this, Eva. He told us, there's no need to be anxious.

Do no rush to decide what is good or bad, right or wrong. Whenever something like this happens, people usually have two reactions. First, hatred. Second, giving up. But in the dictionary of those who succeed, those who have faced, and keep pursuing what they believe. The people of the new federal state of China, there's no hatred. We never pursue violence, and we never use hatred to achieve our goals, and we will never give up. That simply does not exist for us. On the contrary, I believe everything that happened yesterday was truly arranged by heaven. To let America, an American legal system, see what has happened. To let the world see what the world's media is reporting. What has happened inside the legal system? What has happened at the MDC? What has happened throughout this entire case involving us and just how much power the Chinese Communist Party actually has in America. So this is these words. And in fact, he encouraged everybody in the worst, in the darkest moment for him. Yes. Because he's the one that has endured the injustice for the past, I would say, over 1,200 days, over three years. He was the one that keep us. you know, keep us, give us the strange in the darkness, give us the warmth and the hope to continue the fight. Go ahead. I want to say something, and we're going to take a very quick break and then we're going to come back and finish up. I want to say to you, everyone out there fighting. has given him the strength to continue, and that he turns it all over to God on the day that he's sentenced to 30 years tells me who this man is, that they have to lie, that they have to cheat, that they have to fabricate evidence, that there are so many more people that have benefited from this man's efforts, and that he is fighting against an evil, corrupt, maniacal, small group of people that have controlled the millions of people in China and that he has lost everything as so it seems but what I'm confident is he has not lost his faith in God and that all the work that you've done Ava and all the work that the new federal state of China has done encourages him each day and so his words are are selfless but they are to make sure that you guys don't give up hope and that you continue to be the voice that he can't be right now and so we're going to take a break you're listening to China Watch Wednesday we'll be back right after this don't go anywhere

Ava has been had a front row seat to this but this is why every week when she comes on she stresses our freedom she stresses our system it is unfortunate that the CCP and this is where we have to just really pay attention New York has been sold out you just have to look at the most recent election to see there is corruption on corruption on corruption The nice thing about our legal system is that you can appeal, but make no mistake. There are people that are bought and paid for in our legal system, and the American people can see it. They need to know that we stand with Miles and that we will help fight back. And, Ava, my heart breaks for you today, obviously. Because I know how hard you have, I know how hard. And it's a setback. It is not. It is not forever. And I will be there whenever he gets out. And let's hope it's sooner than later. But you guys cannot stop your mission. And I know you know that. You have all my prayers and love. So please continue because we have about seven minutes left. Yes, I just want to say, despite the setback, I think the enemy had, it's a temporary victory for them. But I do believe history will record it differently because, because. In putting perspective, I want to say I appreciate America. I appreciate your legal system because putting perspective, if I'm in China, I would have been gone. I would be long gone. I would be put in jail. I will be dragged out and execute it privately. They're not going to be trial. There's not going to be lawyer. There's not going to be defense presentation. So putting perspective, and this is exactly, Miles School reminded us all of us. He was imprisoning China for 22 months after the 1989 student Pianman Square movement. He was arrested actually prior to the June 4th because he donated to the cause. And the police already start cleaning and purged those people as early as May 20th. And the police was sent to arrest him. on May 26th, and that's where his brother was shot to death by the police who actually went there was trying to arrest a mild school for his support for the student movements back in 1989. And they killed his, and they murdered his brother. Yeah, they shot the brother twice, and then ordered no medical treatment. So his brother was bleat to death.

Okay, in agony and in pain. And this is the CCP, they never changed. But that's having said that, we are appreciating America because your system are protecting us. So I'm still here doing this program with you. Yes. Because that's impossible. backing China. You can do this. And we will give you a voice as long as we can because, and I will not be deterred. If we have an atrocity, if we have a crime being committed, and this is atrocious what has happened here. So please continue. But you have my 100% support. Thank you. Thank you so much. So my old school always reminded us how grateful, how gracious we are to America. Because your funding father gave all of human being on earth an opportunity to prove that we can self-governed. By consent, this is best a model that so far that we've seen that brought prosperity for so long, for so many generations. So we believe that. It was sick right now, but it will be better once you get rid of those evil that penetrated your system, once people can be wakening up and understand how they can guard their freedom. So, Moscow said, told us on the phone yesterday, he said, He was very weak at the moment when he was in court on June 29th. But he forced himself to hold on because all of us, he felt the love and the support that behind him, because we were sitting there, he felt it. He said at that moment, he was extremely weak because, you know, that day morning all the way to the, I guess, the diarrhea, the bowel movement, and he had no water. He has, you know, so he was really, really weak. But he hold on to that because we are there. The Chinese people are there. And the good Americans are there. So he encouraged us. This gives us more hope. And we were not give up. And after the sentencing, many of us gathered in the headquarters of our movement in New York City. And we had a live stream. And many people that have not spoken on camera, that went on camera. And we basically renewed our vow to take down the CCP. This telling us that we have not done enough work in America. We have to do more. We have to wake up more people because when they know the truth, we know they were joining us. Yes. We have the same enemy because they want to take the freedom from the Chinese people. They have successfully done so for 70-some years. And now they're taking you.

They wanted to take you as well. So that's why we know you will hear our voice. You will hear the truth and they would believe that. So that's why we're not discouraged. We just know we have a lot more work to do. We have a lot more things to do. And because of our enemy is powerful, and we need to do more work to fight against them. That's the only way to light. And we will be here next Wednesday, and you and I will celebrate our 250th anniversary of this country. And I promise you that the founding fathers would not have wanted this. So they created a legal system that works, that is not a dictatorship. And you and I will continue our fight. And I wish I could give you a hug right now. I just want you to know. Thank you for your courage. Thank you for your voice. Thank you for fighting for freedom for the Chinese people and for letting America know that this could be us. Welcome back to Win Tucson on the second hour. I guess the theme of today will be court rulings. And yesterday, the Supreme Court upheld a ban on transgender athletes participating in women and girls' sports. One of the advocates that has been standing there since the beginning even took on our current Attorney General, Chris Mays, which is probably a good thing to do. He has been a spokesperson, and you even heard him in the newsbreak. I didn't even know that was going to be there today. But Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tom Horn. Tom, thank you for jumping on. And apparently you gave a press conference yesterday, so I'm glad we have you here today. And thank you for joining us on this topic. It's great, great being on your show, Kathleen. Yesterday I did 26 TV and radio interviews. Only 26. Wow. You didn't get to 30. You weren't trying. I'm just teasing. So, you know... The Supreme Court, you know, these are culture wars, right? You know, this is about what we want, what is decent and I'm going to say normal in air quotes and right. But, you know, the Supreme Court ruling that the states may ban transgender girls from participating in sports at publicly funded schools. And, you know, so now it falls back on the state.

and should not be ostracized or vilified. So I think he, you know, he was trying to say, we do not need to change this. through the Constitution or through Title IX, but we have to protect our daughters and our granddaughters and we have to protect their safety and there are biological differences. I don't care what you want to be or who you think you are or how you identify. But if you are born a biological male, you have certain physical attributes as... Because you can't change how you were born. You may identify differently now, but you can't change that. And because of that, you cannot then insert yourself into girls' sports. It's insane. And what a silly fight when we've got so many other issues in education. Please can... Well, let me tell you what happened in Arizona. We've had for several years a... law prohibiting biological boys from competing in girls sports. Then two large New York law firms filed a lawsuit claiming that that law was unconstitutional. And they named four defendants, of which I was one. The other three all conceded. So I carried the fight for by myself. And the Attorney General refused to represent me. She apparently thinks boys should be in girls' sports. Yes, which is disqualifying for her when she runs for re-election. We should all, don't forget that we just said this day. We'll remind you, trust me, I am a Republican where elephants, we never forget. But we need to be reminded that she did not stand with girls and women on this issue. Please go ahead, Tom. Yeah, so I had to use some of our budget in the Department of Education to fight this, but it's a high priority for the reasons we've discussed. So it's a big victory to have the Supreme Court rule in our favor. Well, and it's also a big victory because you didn't run and hide. You used your total experience that you've had in the state of Arizona, both in the superintendent's office. You did that. Now this is your, well, you did two years. Then you were the attorney general. You did very well there. And then now you're completing your career. And you're trying to restore order in education. When you took over from... the former superintendent whose name has now escaped me and doesn't we don't even need to remember uh that was there was a lot of disorder and and we're still you know president trump's still digging out from the biden years you're still dealing with the dysfunction that got put in red for ed and all that and and we have to focus on the students and we have to focus on the teacher but most importantly parents

parents' choices should be the top choice in our schools. And I think it's... Go ahead. Yeah, well, I was a champion of charter schools when they started, and now I'm a champion of ESAs. And under my leadership in the last three years, we've increased a number of students in ESAs. from about 11,000 to 104,000. I think it's up to 111,000 is what I saw. So you've almost... Yeah, they change. Well, it changes every day. That's right. Yeah, so it's like 100%. But what does it tell you? It tells you that people, unfortunately, they're leaving the public schools. Tucson Unified School District is a perfect example. of dysfunction in education, unfortunately. You know, and... Go ahead. That's where I started, first started fighting against critical race theory in 2008. They had critical race theory, and I wrote a bill for the legislature to put a stop to it, which they passed, and then I enforced it, and for a time we got it ended in Tucson. But then later on... It morphed into DEI, right? You know, here's the thing. And then we apologize for being white because that was a thing. So, you know, and then, and I took on, see you're a good example for me, Tom. I took on when I served on the Maricopa Community College governing board teaching through your whiteness. Now, how do you fix that, right? So all the white people, shame on you for having privilege that you don't really have. So many of the people I know, like you, came from. Canada, right? And originally from Poland, if I remember correctly. Yeah, my parents were refugees from Hitler. They had been Jewish people in Poland in the 1930s. And my dad told everybody else to leave. He predicted the invasion. But nobody's listened to him because... And many of them perished, correct? Well, all of my extended family were killed in the Holocaust. My parents couldn't come into the United States legally, so they went to Canada, and then they came to the United States when I was four, and I was naturalized. It was a result of them being naturalized while I was four. So you could never be president and you chastised your dad for it, but we're going to take a break. I love that story. Yeah, my dad said that should be the biggest of your problems. Your dad was a wise man, Tom Horn. All right. We're going to take a quick break. Welcome back to Win Tucson. So Tom, I found some classical music for you. Thank you. I appreciate that. That was not Tom Horn playing, but it could have been. So, just so you know. And are arts coming back to the school as long as we got on that topic for a second? Well, you know, I'm a big advocate of the arts. You know, I think we need to focus on reading, math, science. history and the arts. Those are the big five things that we need to focus on with the students. Not social, emotional learning and that kind of stuff. I think, yes, social emotional learning. If you can't do math, what difference does it make? Yeah. And quite frankly, the emotional well-being, I believe, should be the responsibility of the parents, not our educators. I think that it's a slippery slope. You have to be... Go ahead, please. Kathleen, Kathleen, one of my executives... was a principal and a principal came in from Oregon, you know what things are like there. And he said, if the kids are going to learn, they have to feel good about themselves. And my executive said, you've got it backwards. If they learn to read, they'll feel good about themselves. 100%. You know, we... education, you know, fundamentals, right? There are fundamental things, reading, being one of them, and being able to function in math. Math is a critical skill, and our scores are failing. I saw Linda McMahon on the news over the weekend, Secretary of Education, and she's continuing to downsize and to outsource the current... Department of Education hopefully to remove it because she believes that the states should be in the superintendent and the legislature but most importantly the superintendent of public instruction should be one a person that that advocates for the children in their state um When you, the first time, the first go around, there were federal funds cuts and all kinds of things. And you had to manage the budgets, but you always made sure that Arizona had enough people and resources to educate our kids. How important is it to be able to understand the state budget, the federal budget, and if they give us that money, because the feds are saying they want to ensure that the states get the money, how important is the person that manages all that, Tom?

Well, let me tell you a little story about what happened when President Trump announced that he was eliminating the Department of Education. I got called from a number of journalists, and they expect me to say negative things because in other states, the superintendents had said, you know, we need the Department of Education, all that. And I said, well, I'll tell you. So they were expecting a negative response from me. And then I said, well, if you eliminate the Department of Education, I'll tell you the first thing that will happen. And now they really expected a negative comment. And I said, I'll throw a party. Because we, because we have 600 people in my department. They understand Arizona schools. They work on them every day. The people in Washington live in a echo chamber. and have no idea what's happening in Arizona schools, and a lot of their decisions are very foolish. That goes without saying. Tom, we have a caller who has a question. Is it Jeff? Jeff with a question. Jeff, welcome to Win Tucson. Thank you for calling in. What is your question for Superintendent Horn? Yeah, this pertains to the expenditures. One of the reasons Superintendent Horan is being attacked is that there are these fraudulent charges that are being paid by the ESA program. So, sir, so Jeff, Jeff, I'm going to, so that's not a question, that's an accusation. So here's what I want to say. There's, this has been debunked, and I appreciate you calling in, but, but. The Goldwater, all these people have come to Tom Horn's side and said, no, this is not the case. And they found some fraudulent charges. And they did charge backs to the families that did them. But overall, the SA program is run. pretty meticulously. And as Tom told you when he was talking about it, they went from 11,000 to over 111,000 students in that with no increase in staff. So I'm going to just say if you're calling to criticize this current superintendent on this, it's misinformation. Is that where you want to go? Kathleen? Yes. Yes, Kathleen, let me say. The amount. of mistaken payments is under 2%, which is better than almost all other government bodies. And we get the money back afterwards. So it's a fabrication, that whole accusation. Okay. And if someone has a legitimate question, if someone's calling in to tack you, it's not that I want to be factual. I am probably one of the people in the state that can't wait to get through this primary season. This has been the ugliest.

crappiest primary and I've been here since Goldwater was a senator like we're going way way way way back and and Tom there's so many key issues and this is why I don't care and don't take to this wrong sir I don't care people like you or don't like you I want them to judge you on the job that you've done for this you served in the legislature okay of experience matters you served in the state legislature you served on a school board for how many years Tom 24. Only 24. And then you, so 24 years on a school board, you served in the legislature, you served as superintendent, you served as Attorney General, you are now backward. And people wanted you to run for Attorney General, and quite frankly, given the mess that we have on our hands there, that wouldn't not have been a bad plan. But you're running for superintendent because that's where your heart is and you know how to fix this problem because you've done it before. And the success of the ESA program is not. your failure it is it is the program itself is a great program because it gives parents freedom for their children's education and that's that's critical go ahead Tom please Kathleen when I get attacked on the essay I say this we have a family with three children two of them are doing just fine in the public schools and let me say Although we have, I don't know, what was the number you had, 100 and some thousand? 111,000 students in ESA. We have a million 200,000 in the public schools. So ESA is not really a danger to the public schools. But their third child was... Need special. Yeah. Did we lose you, Tom? I don't understand how anybody can say the parents don't have a right to do that unless you're so immersed in ideology that they forget about the needs of the students. 100%. Well, and Tom, so do we have the metrics from this school year so far? Have we made progress in improving schools? I know you guys have taken on some failing schools and you've turned them around. How are we doing? Yes, I can tell you progress we've made on our initiatives. We have something called Project Momentum where people from my department go out and help the schools. Yes. They dealt with the bottom 5% of schools. 80% of those schools are no longer in the bottom 5%. We adopted a school in a poor neighborhood. We sent people from my office there every week. We raised their math scores by 27%, which proves that poor kids can learn as well as rich kids if they're properly taught. We provided for free tutoring, and a number of students made six months progress in a six-week period. So we're doing a lot. We have a lot of initiatives to help the schools do better academically. Well, and isn't that what you're supposed to be doing? And I think that, you know, that speaks the loudest. You're focused on and when there's a need for you to step forward and defend girls, if you are the parent or grandparent of a girl, I have 12 of those. I have 12 granddaughters. You want someone stepping forward to defend them.

And also my grandsons, the seven of them, they will not be participating in girls sports. As a matter of fact, they're doing really well in boys sports. And so isn't that wonderful that we have biological girls and biological boys and we're not making, you know, we're not putting them together. So I think it's so critically important what's happening. Tom. Kathleen, let me say I'm jealous of your number of grandchildren. I have four children. I thought by now I'd have 16 grandchildren and I only have two. That's my biggest. I know. I am so sorry and I never say that to you. I'm super proud and they're all coming home to celebrate their Papa because Papa, my husband is a year younger than you, just not to. to do that bad but he is turning 80 on July 10th so I'm going to I am so excited about all that and I was gonna add one one more point Kathleen yes is that I've greatly expanded career technical education because not all students are going to college and we we have a hard break I want you to hold that thought can you stay with me just a few more minutes Just a few more because I've got to leave for an interview on Channel 15. Well, it's important because not all students go to college, and so we owe it to the students who are not going to college to give them the skills so they can get a well-paying job right after high school. So when I started this term in 2023, some business leaders said to me that there's a shortage of skilled labor. So I said, I'll tell you what, I'll make you a deal. I'll get you the skilled labor. you know, I've access to a million 200,000 students. In return, you will teach our career technical education teachers what skills they need to give the students so they can get a well-paying job with your company right after high school. So we got 40 of Arizona's largest companies, including a number from Tucson. You have some of the greatest companies down there. Yes. And we divided the state into 11 parts. We did a traveling road show.

If a company wanted to hire from a particular area, they went, met with a career technical education teachers and administrators, and taught them what skills they have to give the students to get a well-paying job in their company. My goal is that every student graduates college or career-ready, no exceptions, no one falls through the cracks. And isn't that the whole point of educating kids so they can function and be self-reliant and not have to go to government programs and that we don't turn this country into a socialist, communist, Nazi driven a nation, which I'm flabbergasted by what we're seeing. And it's the lack of education that children are so gullible to believe that there can be the other way, right? I know you will continue to fight, and I really appreciate everything you do. And so we've made you wait for Channel 15 long enough, and we will not hold you over. Thank you, Kathleen. Thank you for having me on. I love being on your program. I'm available to you, as you know, anytime you want. Well, I appreciate that so much. And final thoughts, Tom, go ahead. Yeah, well, I've got to run because I'm six minutes behind getting in the car. So we're going to, Congressman Siskamani's had a crazy morning, and I think he's going to be. calling in soon, but not yet. So he's in a hard race, and let's be clear. The person he's running against is a cookie cutter Democrat. They check boxes, right? She's a single mom. She served in the military. And on the surface, that sounds reasonable, right? However, she's Hispanic. This district is six. I think six counties. Let me do this again. Graham, Greenlee, Cochies, Pima, Pinell. So maybe five counties. I should know. I ran in it. But primarily, this is a Republican district. It is the east side of Tucson, CD6, and Congressman Siskamani is on the Appropriations Committee, which is very hard to do as a freshman. Kevin McCarthy made sure that that happened, and it has served Arizona well. It has served this district well. And Congressman Siskamani has come into his own. I believe that we need to support him in his efforts. He's working very hard. And by the way, yesterday was his and Laura's 19th wedding anniversary. So happy anniversary to the congressman and his wife. They have six children. And he is doing the work that President Trump wants him to do. And we know that because President Trump in Congressman Syscomani's first term called him out.

and he does not do that. He is encouraged by what he sees and he is supportive and he is working with our delegation, our Republican delegation, and Congressman Siskamani has received the endorsement of turning point. So from where I sit, Congressman Siskamani is doing the job, Juan Siskamani is doing the job that we need him to do and we cannot rest. until we get him reelected. It is critically important that we do not lose a seat in Arizona. And as a matter of fact, if we're smart, we'll pick up one or two. Wouldn't it be great to have it be eight to one? And we get to decide where that socialist is, right? What we don't want to do is increase the number of Democrat socialist in Arizona. We do not want to have a Zohran Mamdani moment here in Arizona. Look at what those people stand for. And unfortunately last night in Colorado, an incumbent, a Democrat incumbent, and so they're taking out their own. Let them do that. Because I believe that in general elections, Republicans and independents can turn out to vote. We're seeing independents vote right now. It's very encouraging, encouraging on the results what we have so far. And I want to thank the Republicans, you're voting. Thank you for getting that ballot off your counter and turning it right back in. We want to continue to get you to do that. If you do that, we're not going to bother you. until you vote, we are going to call you. So please make sure, and if you have any questions about who you should vote for, contact us at pima gop.org. And what I am hopeful... for is that people understand the power of incumbency they did not understand um uh it in Colorado last night. They had an incumbent Democrat, but she lost. And she didn't lose by a lot. There were three candidates in that race. And we are going to have a similar problem because we have a libertarian, a Republican, and a Democrat in this CD6 race. So, Brendan? Okay.

i am let me just do this real quick and i can tell you what's going on okay so um okay great uh i think we have one on congressman siscomani are you with me Hello. Yes, hey, Kathleen. Hey, you're not doing anything, right? You had your anniversary yesterday. You're voting in Congress and you're running again. So nothing's going on in your life, right? No, no. Slow day and this is commanding household, for sure. Are you, so you, since we have a short amount of time, you hit what you want to hit. You've been doing some great votes. The Congress has been doing their job. The Senate has been on vacation. You know, some frustration in the Congress, but we need to keep you there. And so tell us the work you've been doing, because I want the listeners to hear how hard you've been working, because I've been paying attention, sir. Well, thanks, Kathleen. And you're right. The Senate has been dragging their feet in so many things. The speaker threw out a number today. I can't remember the exact number, but it's a significant amount, hundreds of bills that we've sent over, and they have acted on very few of them. save act included in that in that bunch of course something that we we've supported several times in several different formats yes sent it over there and they just they're not able to get the the 60 votes or adapt the rules you know in the way that that could help us secure that and that's been the whole back and forth with them there so As one of the debates here in the House is like, well, what do we keep doing? And we say, well, we got to keep doing our job. We got to keep sending the bills that we believe need to be passed, whether the Senate is going to act on them or not. We have to keep doing the job. And then on top of that is that the appropriations level, right? Even during the shutdown, the Appropriations Committee continued to meet. We couldn't get caught up into all the politics of that. So we just kept on meeting. And that's what we were able to pass all the bills from committee. before the 4th of July, which was the deadline that we had set for ourselves on that. The last one that we passed was a defense bill. I know this is an important topic to you, the listeners, in our district. So I'll do a few highlights on that one. We have a significant pay increase here for our junior and listed. Again, we did that last year. We're doing it again this year. No, you know, no reason to go over the reasons to do this. I think we all know that that's necessary. Well, I think you just have to look as far as what's going on in the world and know that they're putting their lives on the line literally. And we are. an incredible military and the only way to attract best and brightest is to pay them, you know, so thank you and continue. Yeah, that's huge. That's huge for them. It's good for recruitment as well, good for their families. And, of course, you're right. I mean, investing in our military is you can't go wrong with that. So, you know, you might have been tracking this, but during this, this whole discussion, someone said, you know, President Reagan,

increased the spending in defense to 6% of the GDP at that time. Over time since then, the percentage of spending on, compared to our GDP on defense, it got down to about... Right. So we need to keep on increasing this, and this is a step in that direction. We've cut spending in other areas, let me say. The other 11 committees, most of them have seen a reduction in spending, including, you know, the one, the international affairs one or others. And then some have been steady or even a slight increase like transportation for roads and such things. So it's just basically prioritizing the spending that we do in the Appropriations Committee. But that's a big aspect of the defense bill. Another point of it is military health programs, over $40 billion on that as well for health care for our veterans and VAs and so on. And then defense mechanisms like hypersonic weapons and test infrastructure, things that... go directly into the defense industry. One, we're a very heavy defense state in our district this as well. But we have Raytheon, of course, in our district, but in terms of the basis, we have DM Air Force Base, and then we have for Wachuka. So it's an 80,000 veterans. So this is very much an area that gets all this spending. If we could. change into another bill that I know that it's also- Yes, please. Because you and I have talked a lot about this, and you have been, you've made a career out of fighting crimes against kids and human trafficking and so on. They're, one of the biggest ways to target kids is through social media. And we've seen that, right? The cartels use that incredibly. And they groom them, Juan, as you know. They win them over. They get them engaged. And then they abuse them. I mean, that's the short story. But yes, please. And this is so important. We passed something on a broad bipartisan basis called the Kids Act. And I heard from people that I've known personally on. There are all these challenges that they call on social media of getting kids to do some pretty crazy things. They're no longer like truth or their kind of thing, the stuff that we grew up on. These are things like that endanger your life and the lives of the people around them as well. And just, I don't know, it just. Which is what they want to do. They want to kill our next generation, unfortunately. But yes, it's dangerous. Well, let me tell you. It's just, it's getting dangerous. And literally kids are are. you know, suffering from this families are losing loved ones based out of this. So it's a way to balance without infringing on First Amendment rights, but also protecting kids, which is really what the bill was intended to do. It passed on bipartisan basis.

The online world has just changed so much, and we have a responsibility to protect the kids. So just parents across the country are seeing the negative impacts of what social media can do, online platforms, and then mental health with kids that's on the rise, all this stuff. So the Kids Act basically puts parents back in the center of giving families, stronger tools, more transparency, being able to control what your kids are seeing. on the screen, which is so hard to do. They have access to pretty much everything at this point. So this bill came to our attention based on many of us hearing from our constituents. Yes. You know, 44% of parents concerned about team mental health. That was a big one. 50% on tablets that are these kids, 47 on smartphones, 35% on gaming consoles. So it's just... It's insane the kind of access they have. We try to limit it as much as possible. But we don't give them alcohol. We don't give them alcohol. We don't give them cigarettes because they're dangerous for them. So then it makes no sense that we would give them access to things that could harm them. These are equally addictive and it's been proven. It's scientific that, you know, the way the brain operates, especially at their age. Right. You know, it's and then I understand the dilemma for parents. I mean, you want to be able to communicate with them. You drop them off a practice. What corner of the field am I going to pick you on? I get all that. We go through that. So it's a dilemma for parents. So given that most kids are going to have phones in the near future or they have them now, we need to make sure that we set these parameters and these tools around them, giving parents more effective, accessible safety tools, improving the transparency from platforms as well on how they use algorithms and feature impact on kids, how they target, you know, for convenience and also profit reasons. It also does stronger safeguards around AI and chatbots and digital tools that interact with miners. This is one of those things that policy hasn't caught up with technology. Yeah, we are way, our lawmakers are way behind on that. And I've been fighting on that since 2010. So I was told to sit down and shut up back then, which is only 16 years ago. So we are behind, but I applaud your efforts on this. Nicosi, which is the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, they're out of D.C. They were big advocates on the work that you did, and thank you, because they were thrilled with what's being. done by the Congress. Congressman Siskamani, continue on the other things, because I do, I want to circle back, if you don't mind for just a second. I heard that possibly we could get the SAVE Act or at least the meat of it approved if you did it in a reconciliation bill. I heard the speaker. Yeah. Can you address that? Yeah, that at this point may be the most viable and possibly only tool to get it through because we're not going to get any support from Democrats on the SAVE Act. That's just the reality. And the House can continue to pass the SAVE Act on the majority vote, which we have done several times. And the Senate will not be able to pass it because they need 60. That's just the facts of the rules of the game. So another rule of the game is to be able to use reconciliation.

to get something like this past. If it falls within the parameters of what's possible within reconciliation, that from what I'm hearing, that is the case that we are able to do that. If that's the case, then we only need a majority in the Senate to be able to get that passed as far as the numbers go. Some Republicans even there may not vote for it. So it expected to have like a tie and then having the vice president come in and be a tiebreaker. That is the I love that story. We can make a small movie out of that. That would be good. I'm telling you. It plays out that way. It'll be like down to the fourth quarter last second of the game kind of thing. Hail Mary. Yeah, it needs to happen. I mean, it just absolutely needs to happen. We need to have those security of elections in the sense of showing ID to vote. You know, the things that we've passed out of the House. And the court had a decision this week. The court was very active. We should do a whole segment on what the court did this week. But some things went in the way that we wanted them to. Some did not. So, but the one thing I'll say on the court, though, is that anybody... trying to make the argument that the court is all in our favor and it's stacked up for us. I mean, just look at some decisions that came down this week. They weren't all in what we wanted them to be. And guess what? We live on with that, and we kind of like move on to see what other options there are. You don't see, you know, things being burnt down around the country because we didn't like a decision by the Supreme Court. So that's the way our side acts and, you know, sometimes things. go the way we want them to and sometimes the court decides the other way. And we live in this land where we abide by that, but also there are ways to change the laws that they are interpreting. So that's what we're working on. And I know, is it okay to switch to your campaign right now? Yeah, of course. Okay. So who you're running against? She's extreme. And she is not who she portrays herself to be. You mentioned military. She's former military. We thank her for her service. But she believes that... in prostitution. She believes in prostitution for transgender. And not because I'm trying to be hyperbolic. We have her saying so. And that's so counterintuitive to who we want representing us. Sorry. I just have to say that you can be more polite and political. But that would make my head explode just so you know. It's crazy because people think that we are being hyperbolic and like, oh, you're exaggerating that. No, those are actually her words. And, you know, in her words, she thinks that that's the way that they can make a living and there's no other way they can make a living. We should tell everybody what a problem that is, but go ahead, please. Yeah, when one of my kids heard that, they're like, had they not heard about McDonald's, they said. They can go get a job somewhere else. I mean, there are other ways to make a living than that career choice. So, but yeah, she wants that and then also.

She called anybody that believes that boys shouldn't be competing in girls' sports toxic and un-American. Well, the Supreme Court disagrees. Thank you. True. True. The Supreme Court agrees with us on this. And that's not to say that the risk is off the table, though, because she will push for that and try to make some law on that. The Supreme Court decided is that states can, they can ban boys from playing in girls' sports. But that's not a full-blown protection for this and that ever happened. And someone like her in Congress would be dangerous to our community, for sure. And so... I, so we, unfortunately, because you've been so busy, we should have you on to talk about the Supreme Court and everything else that you're doing.
