We have made it to Friday, the Friday before the Tuesday, where we're going to find out who's going to be representing us on the Republican slate. If you still have a ballot or I have people coming home right now that think that they've been on the early ballot list. I just want to remind people that last year, we had five mail in elections, so you assumed that you were on a... mail-in ballot list but when it came to this election you're not so you still can vote uh you can go to a poll polling center today a voting center today uh and you can get a ballot You can vote on Election Day, which is Tuesday, but please vote. We need your vote. And no one understands trends and voting better than my first guest this morning, Seth Keschel. And I am Captain Kay, as I fondly like to call him. So, Seth, welcome back. And the president's speech last night. I wanted to dive right in. How important is... your life's work, but like, you know, election integrity for this country. To me, it's the only issue, Kathleen. You know, we always poll. I'm not a big polls guy, but Republicans pull better on almost every issue. There's a few social issues here and there that the Dems will pull slightly better on. But immigration, foreign policy, dealing with the border, you name it, tax policy, business policy. Economics. We don't want, we don't want government's grocery stores, right? Right. Well, even when things aren't going so well, Republicans poll better in these areas. But somehow we have this supposedly 50-50 country where very subpar candidates win governorships and when Senate seats and when the presidency, including people that campaign didn't really campaign and have supposedly 81 million votes. So to me, the paramount issue in the country is election integrity, because if we don't have an election system that reflects the will of the people, then how can we expect policies to reflect the will of the people? Well, and I think that... There's things that I still remember 2020. We left it all on the field. I remember we had the whole freeway, like I don't know if we went from Tucson to Phoenix or Cass. I don't remember. We had hundreds and hundreds of cars. And then seven minutes after the polls closed, Arizona announced it for Joe Biden. And...

2:43

And then we were told that we were election deniers. We were told we were racist. We were told to all these things. And, but there's, how you feel doesn't matter to what the numbers were. But now, as we've removed all these people from the roles, and to this day, I believe Adrian Fontes still has not turned over the information, and maybe he doesn't even have to at this point, to the federal government, and color me suspicious, but Justin Heap just really won in the Arizona Supreme Court. to get all his responsibilities back that the supervisors were trying to take away in a backroom deal made by Stephen Ritcher and the supervisors on his way out the door. And Seth, I look at that and they didn't return the voting machines. He has to buy all new ones or they're going to have to pay for them. And then my hand goes up like, well, why? Why can't they give him the equipment that they used? Because they don't want it. They don't want him to have it. And they don't want him to have it not because they don't want him to use it. I think, as you know, these machines have memories. There's a way to track what they did. And if there was any shenanigans, it would be able to be revealed. Am I wrong to think that? Well, so people often divide these elections issues into absolute buckets, you know, where it's either this or it's that. I've always believed that the issues, loopholes and vulnerabilities of our elections exist in many different vectors. I am primarily focused on voter registration and mail-in balloting. I think there's a reason why, while the rest of the world rejects and moves away from postal voting, American blue and purple states are moving toward it and expanding it. Of course, voter registration, as you might have heard the president put out yesterday through the DHS's own investigation of a very small sliver of the electorate, almost 300,000 confirmed non-citizen registrations. Now, we're talking maybe a fifth of the electorate out of what was examined there. So, say that again. So a fifth of our electorate is illegal immigrants? No, no, no, no. So the DHS investigation revealed in a count of four states, partial count of four states, blue states. 278,000 non-citizen registrations. Okay. This was only about a fifth of the entire electorate, if one of the states was California. So one can safely assume that there are multiple millions of non-citizens registered to vote. And this is before we talk about citizens that are registered to vote multiple times or dead voters that were once citizens when they were alive.

5:29

So, yes, the voter registration and mail-in balloting is my primary focus, but this is the electronic elections infrastructure. That's what I call the machines. So we've had noted issues with machines. You know, you can even look back in minor elections. Like in 2025, New Mexico had an election in Valencia County. New Mexico ran 204 extra ballots into the Secretary of State tabulation center. It was confirmed to be a machine error. So even if there's no malice, even if there's no malice, the machines are creating results that are not genuine. All right. So we, that in machine and electronic issues were one of the things that was documented last night in the declassification as well. Okay. So what are some of the other things that were included in the declassification last night? Could you repeat that? Sure. What were some of the other items that were declassified last night? So the president organized his address into five. categories. All right. So the first point was he unveiled proof of foreign tampering with the elections infrastructure. Now, this covers multiple countries who have dedicated intelligence cells designed to interfere with our elections apparatus. China, of course, was singled out. But you have other nations, North Korea, of course, Venezuela, dating as far back as 2018, which I remember those midterms as well. You remember that was when Katie Hobbs became Secretary of State. despite Steve Gainer being declared the winner on election. Oh, Steve Gainer got so cheated. We got cheated. But go ahead. Continue. That's the year I got elected to the Maricopa Community College Governing Board that year. And I was a down-ballot race, and it was countywide. And I think I got more votes than Doug Ducey. So that probably didn't happen either, but I still won. Or they took votes away. It just, anyway. As we go back and we figure out what's really happened, you can't go back in time and people have already served. It's very frustrating, though, because Steve Gaynor had beat Michelle Reagan in the primary handily, and he was a good candidate. And we also lost the Senate seat for Martha McSally at the same time. But continue. Seth, I'm just memory lane. Go ahead. The second point that was discussed was how the intelligence community concealed breaches of our elections infrastructure from the president and his administration. That's obviously a major problem that is consistent with exactly what the administrative state has done the entire Trump era. All right. Then we have point number three. We proof revealed that electronic voting systems can be manipulated. They singled out Venezuela and smartmatic systems there. Point number four, identification of registration fraud. He focused on Muskegon County, Michigan. In my book, The American War on Election Corruption, I actually did single out the incident in Muskegon County, where about 10,000 registration forms were dropped off with the city of Muskegon at one time. It was such a massive number that the clerk identified this, but this got buried for several years.

8:47

And the fifth point was what I discussed earlier, the proof of non-citizens registered on voter rolls. And in this small sliver that was examined, we're looking at more than a quarter million non-citizen registrations, all in automatic voter registration states. Okay, we have to take a break. We have to take a break because it's a lot to take in. But when we come back, I know you're smart. I know you, this is what you're with the lane in which you swim. And I want people know that your book is amazing. I think it's page 162 or 161 especially. But when we come back, we're going to talk to Seth Keschel about where do we go from here and how do we ensure? that we fix what's broken in our election system in this country. You are listening to Win Tucson on 1030, The Voice, your trusted local news and talk. Please don't go anywhere. We are talking to... So, Seth, you retired as a captain? Is that true? I'm not retired. I'm just a former army captain. Former army captain. Okay. So former army captain, author. Yeah, if I retired as a captain, I'd better be extremely blown up or, you know, I didn't have much of a career. Yes, there's that. But you have focused on, you're an analyst, and you have a unique way of looking at elections and you understand trends. uh use you knew donald trump was going to get i think 270 votes uh electoral votes uh you you've called it over and over again and um And so when something doesn't go as, and I won't say as according to a plan, but based on numbers, numbers don't lie, they're not emotional, they just look at the numbers. It raises red flags. And so ensuring the integrity of our elections, I think you would agree, is fundamental to preserving. this nation. And when you look at... It's the only solution. There is no other way to go about this. We either have confidence in the system of electing government or we don't. Well, and if you just look at, you know, you brought up California. If you just look at the Karen Bass, you know, and yes, there's more Democrats there, but the quality of life has gone down so significantly. And then they are counting ballots after. Is there any way for the federal, that was a state election, but is there any way for federal law to impact the ongoing registered voters on that day, no ID, all those things. I'm not, I'm sad about California in the state of California, but my greater concern is I don't want those policies making a creep into Arizona.

11:44

Well, they do, unfortunately, because the more of state's urban areas grow, the more urban areas tend to default to what they are. So they require greater... government investment, more infrastructure, they bring together more packed-in populations that then vote for policies like that. This is why you could see in 2018 in the exit polling that new transplants to Texas, primary Californians, they voted for Ted Cruz something like a margin at plus 10 points. And then you had native Texans supposedly voted for Beto O'Rourke by a couple points. Now, Cruz won the race by just under three points. But you have this impact. I mean, look at the Arizona Republican Unit Party. You've got a lot in that North Phoenix area, you've got a lot of old school Republicans that now because of the changing of Maricopa County, the packing in of Maricopa County, they're becoming the new left. You have the LDS Church, which is doing the same thing. So that happens. And this is before we even consider the issues with our elections with the mail-in voting system. 75% of the vote in Arizona comes through the mail. and 77% of the vote comes from two counties, including ours. Yes. So California policies, you know, most of the people moving out of California for now are conservative-leaning voters. The only states that I'm aware of that they really had a left impact on are Colorado, which they flipped 20 years ago, and they've contributed to the perma-blueing of Oregon and Washington. Washington, of course, was attractive because until recently there was no income tax. Yeah, and Washington, you know, when you look at, I still have one of my daughters lives there. I still, and they don't like the policies, and they took their kids out of public school. They put them in a Christian school. They didn't like what you called the bluing of. They really didn't like the way, and they think their mayor now in Seattle is. just her policies aren't working because my son-in-law is a pastor of a church and he's out dealing with the issues the homelessness the drug all of that on the streets trying to do it from a humanitarian point of view and their policies don't work and then you've got this push for socialism and communism but are we failing as a party to communicate what that is It sounds good if you get free stuff, right? If you're young and you're 18 to 34 and you, you know, and things are expensive, someone giving you something for free sounds good. But how do we, how do we under, how do we, you're closer to those people by age or younger, how do we communicate with that new voter class that's coming up? Well, I think that a lot of this is going to sort out organically. You know, you know where I stand on elections. I mean, the elections are a combination of legitimate votes and then quasi votes, depending on what kind of laws states have, votes that otherwise wouldn't be cast. A lot of these mail-in-voting states essentially have elections where there is no such thing as a low turnout election anymore because the ballots are simply collected, like a quota.

14:58

So as far as organic political moves, that's happening because the left is gradually being, and at a faster rate now, being overtaken by their new faction, which is aligned with Democratic Socialists of America, which ironically, there's very little democratic about them. I was going to say there's no, that's the Democrat is like their cloak that they put on. Exactly. Yeah. Right. So now the left has more safeguards in place. against being completely overrun. The Trump Revolution overran the Republican Party. But the Democrats, presidentially, of course, use superdelegates to be able to thwart the will of their voters. That's how Hillary Clinton beat Bernie Sanders in 2016. And in 2020, of course, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren were dominating the young voter, the young voter split. And then at the very end, everyone was forced to drop out so Joe Biden could take on Bernie Sanders one-on-one on Super Tuesday and he barely won. So 2024, they thwarted the entire process by just getting the nomination to Harris. And we're still grateful for that, by the way, Seth, just so you know. So what has just happened, what has just happened is the Democrats are starting to be associated with. forwarding the entire nomination process, and I think that you're seeing backlash, especially in the urban areas. I do not think their brand is going to be successful in the heart of the country. Therefore, the states that created the Trump Revolution should continue on that trend in the long term. I don't think you're going to see Pennsylvania follow along with the DSA, and this is why you can see Senator John Fetterman's behavior as well, looking like he's going to no longer be a Democrat in the near future. Do you think he's going to become an independent? Well, he can't win a Democrat primary in 2028. There's no way. Yeah, because did they feel like he's betrayed them because he's been honest? Big time. He's got something like negative 60 approval with Democrats and he's plus 65 with Republicans, which is interesting. Now, I don't know if he'll go as far as to become a Republican, but I would say that six years ago, Tulsi Gabbard becoming a Republican was probably more unlikely than John Fetterman today becoming a Republican. I mean, I think John Fetterman's voting record would do a 180, just like we saw with Congressman Jeff Van Drew out of New Jersey when he switched parties. I think John Fetterman has been the voice of reason, though, and he didn't start out there. And so I think that it's been something to watch. And he seems to just, and maybe it's not because I like what he says, it's that he. He comes from a Democrat perspective, but he's speaking truth. And I don't see that they're speaking truth. I think that they're speaking extremism and craziness. And they, I do look at what you're saying, that maybe they do have safety nets built in. And maybe that went into effect with Graham Platner. They got too far. And now they're scrambling. There's eight people now wanting to replace him. And I think that they've lost their momentum in that race in Maine. I'm hoping that Susan Collins can maintain that Senate seat. But.

18:11

But have they overplayed their hand in terms? You know, I guess we won't know until we go to midterms. I've just really asked a whole bunch of questions without letting you answer any of them. But Seth, I look across this country and if Donald Trump's supposed to have... two more years of effective leadership. He's going to have to do something very unprecedented, which is maintain the Senate and the House. And as you look at the numbers, what do you think the possibility of that is? Well, the Senate is the likely hold, most even the, even the opponents four months from the election seem to understand that it would take a lot for the GOP to lose the Senate. Okay. It's a very tough map. I mean, the Dems can win both Maine and North Carolina. I don't think they're going to win Maine. I don't either. It's going to be elected. But look, so even if they won Maine and North Carolina. then you would have a 5149 Republican edge, and this would require them to win two out of Ohio, Texas, Iowa, and Alaska to take a clear 5149 lead in the Senate. I don't see that happening. So it's likely to me, very likely, that Republicans will hold the Senate. They're not even a lock. The Dems aren't even a lot to flip North Carolina or hold Georgia or Michigan. So they're in a fight. They're even in a fight for New Hampshire. They're going to have to dedicate resources to a lot of states that even if they want all of them, they'd still be in the Senate minority. The House, of course, is different, but this year's race is different than any other. The old adages of the president's party loses 27 seats on average. 20 out of 23 times since 1933. In the House. That stuff is out because all the districts are so vastly redrawn where you're looking at 23 seats by my count that I consider decisive. And they vary in intensity about how likely they are to go to one side or the other. So long story short, my belief, and this is the belief that you're starting to see online shape up. Is that neither party has a high ceiling or a low floor. I would expect that the winner of the house is going to hold something on the order of 218 to 222. Oh, that close. Very. And one of those seats is CD6, which you and I both live in, and that's one's his Kamani seat. But what's nice is Joanne Mendoza has played some of her cards already, and she is part of that Democrat Socialist Party. Well, that won't help her. Now, I mean, she's one of those folks that is going to be riding on the waves of the traditional midterm electorate. So, I mean, this is going to definitely, this is definitely going to mean for Siskamani that his ceiling isn't very high. So a Siskamani win is a couple points here. You know, if this were a red wave here, which the downside, you know, everybody likes their red wave results. But the reason you got a red wave...

20:57

is because there's a dangerous Democrat president in office. So I think I'd rather have our fortunes for today. But so in a red wave environment, Siscomani could win his seat, you know, comfortably six or seven points maybe or more. This year, his ceiling is going to be lower. But I think that like what you said, if the messaging can get out that this is a candidate that is linked with the DSA and as a radical and spends all over time in California fundraising, then yes, he can hold. But I would put his seat at a 50-50 coin toss. Yeah, it's always been very close. Seth, do you have like a... Like a little bit more time. We have to take a hard break. I wanted to come back and talk about Arizona legislature because I think that's important. And you know somebody in there that you are a little fond of. I think her last name is Keschel. So you are listening to 1030 The Voice. You're trusted local news and talk. We're talking to Seth Keschel, author, former Army Captain, Intelligence. And we'll be back right after this. I'm Kathleen Wynn. Don't go anywhere. Welcome back to Win Tucson. We're talking to Seth Keschel, and Seth is really someone who is valuable when you're trying to do an analysis for where to get votes, elections, trends. He's that guy. And we're lucky that he lives here. We're lucky that he lives in Pima County. And we're actually grateful that he... was smart enough to meet Rachel Jay Jones at the time and figured that all out for us. So, Seth... Rachel's running for re-election in LD17. We had some really strange voter results at their last election cycle. What do we do to make sure not only that seat, but across the state, that we maintain the majority in the Senate and the House? I think the Democrats are going to pour a lot of money into this election cycle. Obviously, LD17 is one of those tipping point seats. I think a Democrat majority legislature has them winning LD17. Now, they haven't had majorities since the 60s. I think that the cycle gives them one of their best shots, if not the best shot, to make a legislative majority based on traditional midterm dynamics. But also, you know, for an R plus seven state, Arizona's districts are pretty tightly drawn to where you don't have much of a ceiling for the GOP to have a large majority like they used to have.

23:35

So as far as the House goes, you know, Volk won his seat in 2024 on a single shot. You can look at all the statistics on the recorder's website and understand how the precincts swung. And as far as Volt goes, you know, a single-shot Democrat usually gets... put down quite a bit when two candidates are on the ticket. I think they're running a double shot for them is a very interesting gamble and gives them an opportunity to lose both of their seats to Rachel and John Winchester. Yes. And as people should know, what we have right now is, well, we've won down one Republican in that seat, but we currently also hold the Senate seat. And they've put up a pretty strong, the Democrats have put up a pretty strong Democrat candidate. And I don't agree with anything he says. But. I think it's important to understand that they are coming for this district. That is a plus seven. So that's when voter turnout matters, though, then Seth, right? Vince Leach only won his Senate seat by two points in 2024. And right now we have a bunch of juvenile infighting over the Dunham King primary going on, which, of course, is going to poison the well in a left swinging year, and that's not helping anybody hold that seat come general election time. Right. 100%. So that's one out of 30. Are there any safe districts, maybe Teresa Martinez's district? Well, there's plenty of safe districts. I think there are 23 safe districts between blue and red. I think there's only seven districts where you have any competitive races, be they in the Senate or in the House. 17, of course, is one of them. Teresa Martinez appears to be safe to me. Michelle Pena, though, in 23 is definitely in jeopardy. And any surprises? Like, you know, I'm looking at the LD where Alex Calden and Joseph Chaplick have come out of. Do we still hold that? It's pretty ready. Yeah, they're strong enough to elect two Republicans just by part, just by partisanship alone. Okay. I think that there's an opportunity thanks to the Democrat double shot for both Republican House candidates to win here in 17th. I would consider it highly unlikely for the Dems to take both on a double shot, even in a Democrat favorable year. But other than that, no, I don't see any big Republican surprises unless we execute a good single shot in certain districts, like maybe LD9. So you bring up a good point. We've had some really ugly primaries, not only at this, well, mostly in the state level. Yeah, I think that's the only place I can. And it's been unusually. nasty i guess that's the best word i can think of how do we do we how do we how do we convince those that are so righteous about their candidate uh if their candidate loses come this we're going to find out wednesday thursday right i i think we're all confident andy bigs is going to be

26:40

our governor candidate, right? I don't think anyone's going to be shocked of that. As an avowed poll hater and poll distruster, I have no doubt that Andy Biggs is on his way to a massive victory. Okay. That's, you know, number one, President Trump's track record is very good. Now, he's had a couple of endorsements, I hope, don't pan out, including one here in Arizona, which I'll probably just leave off of the airwaves for today. Thank you. But the president's endorsements are usually the, you know, especially when you've got a guy that's going to be a clear favorite anyway, like Andy, are really the coup de grace. So Andy Biggs will definitely be the nominee, and it's going to be the contentious selection of whoever the lieutenant governor, Canada is going to be for Andy. I think a lot of people will probably be unhappy with that pick, but politics is what policy. Do you know who that pick's going to be? I don't have it. No, I have a suspicion of who it's going to be. He had said a woman at one point a long time ago, so I... I would expect a woman. You know, the thing is, you don't want to just go with the old GOP diversity. People don't think that way. You always want to build the coalition of it. Okay. Well, all are going to know soon enough, right? Like, that's one of the things. And we're hearing that I heard on Katie's side, John Giles, who's a Republican in name only, the former mayor of Mesa may be her pick. There was talk about it being McCain's son, but Jimmy said he didn't want to do it. Although the McCain did just host a fundraiser, I think, for Governor Hobbs. God bless us. So I look at what's going on. You have... Arizona is at a very critical time in our history. I've registered to vote here in 1976 when I turned 18 and have been voting in elections for, I guess, 50 years, as much as I hate saying that out loud, but I've never seen us be in such a vulnerable state. And although we have the numbers, register voters are great. But you need the voters to vote. What is your plea to them as we finish up this segment today? What, and final thoughts? What do we need to do strategically, not emotionally, to get across the finish line and stay focused on the goal and the mission of making Arizona prosperous, safe? And... strong for the next two years for sure but beyond that what foundation do we have to do that right now to make Arizona great Arizona Republicans need to figure out an urban strategy this is the thing that I cannot under him this is why I do all the mapping that I do the thing I cannot understand about

29:35

the Republican Party is why they're always so comfortable only going to the place where you can go to the barbecue joint and talk about building the wall and throwing all the illegals out. Okay. Now, that's something that needs to happen. But the point is, if you just didn't get slaughtered in the urban areas, in most states, you had no worry about losing the state. Absolutely slaughtered. You know, Maricopa County has always been unique in that it is one of the few mega urban Republican counties. Like it's R plus 7 by registration. And in every election since 1952, it's voted Republican for president except for one in 2020. And we know how that should have gone. So the, you know, Maricopa County, if you just get a really coherent strategy for fighting crime and fighting violence and maybe backing off a little bit of the conservatism with some urban solutions, you would control that county 6040 and you'd never lose the state again. But, you know, short of that, the Republican Party has to get busy with election reforms. That's critical, you know, keeping the legislature getting Andy Biggs elected. If that happens, Arizona has a very good chance to trend just like Florida with a surplus of Republican registration moving in. And then election laws that control how they impact the quality of the vote. That's how Arizona can be positioned to be Florida West. I love, I like being Florida West or just being Arizona. Both of those things. Final, final thing. On the ballot in November, we have an opportunity to be the first state to pass the SAVE Act. It'd be nice if it was redundant. And the federal government in honor of Lindsey Graham or not in honor of Lindsey Graham, but just gets the SAVE Act on the president, made a strong, you know, advocated strongly for that last night. So. Does that help us going forward? It won't help us in this election, but does that help us going forward? Yeah, definitely does. You know, it's going to be on the ballot. I think the language is going to be good to where I think it should pass. You know, people get worried about election integrity, but ranked choice voting failed here by a lot in the last election. Yes. So I think there will be good motivation to get that passed, which is good. And it's stripped down from where it should be. You know, some of the people in the Senate got their claws on it and stripped out address verification from the mail and balloting system. But this is at least a start. Rachel had a huge hand at getting this where it was, and so did Alex Collivan. Yes, they did. And that's exactly right. And Rachel has been very consistent on this issue. She's worked with Alex Colleton directly. We understood that Pima County has had extra share of problems down here when it comes to elections. And we have been taking on every fight. My attorney this morning was on with Steve Bannon talking about our recent win and mentioned Pima County by name. So you mentioned at the very top that we are, us with Maricopa County, we are the second largest county in the state. So what we do here matters and the people need to take that on, take ownership of the fact that if you turn out and you vote and you make sure that your vote.

32:45

is counted. If you feel better, go to the polls on Tuesday. But you have today. I think there's some places open Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, and turn out to vote, please. Seth, thank you so much. I always appreciate it. Would you mention where people can get your book, please, on the show? Bye. On Amazon, the American War on Election Corruption. The American War on Election Corruption, Seth Keschel, forward by Newt Gingrich. Sir, have a great weekend. Thank you for all your time and energy, and we're going to get that mapping project done. Okay? Wonderful. Thank you, Seth. Okay. Thanks, too. All right. All right. You are listening to 1030 The Voice. You're trusted local news and talk. We've got some wonderful people in this state, and they're all working hard. So help us. Just do your part. It's called voting. I'm Kathleen Wynn. This is Winn-Tusan. We'll be back right after this. Welcome back to Wint Tucson. I just want to do a shout out to Leon's Tree Service, who's been advertising on our show. The skies opened up this last week. And as I was leaving my house today, the roads are, I live out on dirt roads. We're out on the east side horse property. It's lovely. And except the roads got so much rain last night. I'm glad I have a Jeep because I'd still be stuck in my BMW in one of these curves. But when I drive down my driveway, Leon's tree service had just recently come out to my house. We've got lots of trees, cactus, war cactus, over 80 of those. But the trees, they serve as 70. I have more than that. But we've had all these high winds and some branches have come down. And they are so wonderful and they do such a great job. And my trees look healthy. All this rain is wonderful. and they are in, they are out, they will make your trees healthy, you know, because we go long periods without this kind of rain. But right now, I'm sure there are people walking out in their yards going, oh, call Leon's tree service. And I'll give you the number as we're going out today. I unfortunately don't have it right in front of me right now. But please call Leon's tree service. They... do and he's got this huge team of people they they chop up the branches right there everything is neat and clean you will be so grateful um because after a storm like this there is debris everywhere and um And they make it, everyone's commented on how well my house and the trees and everything look. They did it like, it's like artwork on your trees. So I really highly recommend Leon's tree service. Okay, there's my free in-studio commercial. I have to say that I've been involved with election integrity since 2018, but it really started before that.

We have these close races under 500, under 1,000 votes difference. And Seth reminded me of Steve Gaynor and Katie Hawks. And it was at that point, Steve Gaynor did win on election night by a sizable mark. amount but then we continue to count votes and it is it is the mail-in ballots and it's ballots that we count um that it caused abominate to lose to chris maize and you say oh well that's just one race but but secretary of state who is now the governor and um much to adrian fontess's chagrin by the way so I look at the people that are currently in leadership in the state, and especially when it comes to Chris Mays, she's done nothing really significant. 44 times suing President Trump is obsessive. It doesn't contribute to the bottom line of the state. Her suing businesses that wanted to come here and put money into the state, she's pandering to her base. And it is very frustrating that we are in this position. However, what's so wonderful is that they've let us know without a doubt who they are. They've let us know. their policies because we've experienced them for four years when you go from fourth in growth and economic growth to 47th um that that's dangerous do we want to be 50th we've only got three more to go we could be the worst state in the nation for economic growth. And as someone who spent her entire life, except for the time I spend in government, 30 plus years in business, you need... Business is the engine that runs a city successfully. And we have business leaders like Jim Click, who just recently sold his business. God bless him. And we are grateful. But Jim Click has been writing checks and contributing to the social services and charities for a very long time. And we don't have, you know, he sold to whoever he sold to and they will be here. But Jim was a...

38:29

a citizen here who's invested because this has been his community. But we have to replace those people with new businesses and you can't because we are being overlooked by people that could come in and create good jobs. We don't have a lot of high paying jobs in Pima County. You know, we have medical. We have the university. But it's really hard when you look at the quality of life. And one of the things that we have been looking at recently is the homelessness. It is, it is, there's probably what, 2,500, maybe more homeless people, but it is, there's mental illness, there's drugs, there's danger. We just did a drug bust. I think, I don't know how many fentanyl pills off the street the other day. That's not a billboard for why a business should move here. You look at our schools, the Tucson Unified School District. It's a direct result of people leaving, and especially people leaving that are younger, to go other places that they feel like their children will be safe. And we have to wake up. And when you go to vote, it's not about, do you like this person? Do you want to have a beer with them? It's not about that. It's about what do they stand for? How will they govern? What kind of policies? What are they going to do to improve your quality of life? But not only that, what are they going to do? What's their vision for the future? There's no vision going on right now. It's about stealing from the federal government. We did it during COVID. We did it during the immigration surge, the illegal immigration surge. And this victory that we just had in court, that Jeff Clark, my attorney, Jeff Clark represented President Trump. He chose Pima County. Oversight Project, Neil John Cornyn, our other attorney, they chose Pima County because they know how significant and Pima County kind of gets overlooked. You've got the Kingdom of Maricopa, you know, so many cities, so many personalities. We've just watched the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors fight for a year and a half, a year and a half to try to hang on to control the elections. That should terrify everybody. And they're Republicans. So it's not even about their party. It's about that you as a citizen who's voting. The only thing you can do, if you do nothing else, if you don't knock doors, if you don't go poll watch, if you're not an observer, if you don't make phone calls, if you don't donate, all those things, they're all important, they're very important. But the single most significant thing you need to do is get that ballot off your counter. Now, the nice thing about this election, you can vote at home. In the privacy of your own home, you can check your computer, somewhat cheat on the test if you need to, but please do. Sign that ballot. Take your ballot with your ID either today.

41:40

tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday, and turn it in. Have them check your ID. Don't just drop it off. Get it certified that you are the person that you are and your ballot will be counted right away. You won't have to wait. Do that. That's a change and we need you to vote more than ever. There's some races in the primary. There's no competition. LD17 being one of them. Rachel Keschel, John Winchester, So just know that, and that's LD17, there's six other districts. There's a writing candidate, Jeff Rhodes, in Supervisor District 5. That gives us a chance in the fall to make a case for changing the dynamic of the Pima County Supervisors, just a slight bit. The Dems will still have a majority. But then we can start to introduce legislation. So you just, you get two. points of view, not just one solid point of view where everyone walks and lockstep and the condition of Pima County is not improving. it's time that we look forward and look to see what legacy right now we got a bunch of 50 60 70 80 year olds and what are you going to leave for the next generation and I want to leave it better than we found it I lived here moved away came back five and a half years ago this matters and it should matter to you if you love Pima County if you love Tucson if you're a wildcat or not Our community is trying to survive and we need to let it thrive. And the only way you do that is by sound economic policies, by cleaning up the mess and not putting money in the pockets of your friends, but by making it safer and a... much more business friendly community. So we're going to take a break and we come back. I'm going to be talking to Master Sergeant Jack Donna about some of the upcoming races and what's going on in our country and also some more election conversation because he worked directly on the election fraud in Arizona. And so I want to just thank everybody. This has been a rough week. And yesterday we had to put down one of our horses, Liberty. And you don't think you, you know, it's a horse, right? But she rode her, she rode well and she lived for 33 years. So it's been hard. So just know that life is happening around us and we want the best life that we can have. We're going to take a break. I'm Kathleen Wynne. On 1030, The Voice, we'll be back right after this. Welcome back to win Tucson. It's Friday, and it's going to be a crazy, busy weekend. And on Tuesday, we are less than a week away. It's the last day to vote, and our elections matter, and they matter.

44:58

And you can only make a difference if you vote. And many people have contacted me. They thought they were on the early voter rolls. But we had five mail in elections last year. So you kept getting a ballot in the mail. didn't mean you were on the early voting role. It meant that you were getting a ballot in the mail because that's the way the election was being conducted. So I have had five of those calls. The only way you can go is you can go into a voting center today. You can go into a voting center on Monday or you can wait in lines on Tuesday. And those are your three options now. If you've waited this long and the ballot never came in the mail, you would have had a mail it a week ago. The only way is to show up at a place where you can go. Show up with your ID, sign the outside of your ballot, voted at home if you want, but make sure that that ballot, if it hasn't been mailed, go show up and get a ballot and please vote. This election, us putting the best Republicans forward is critical. And someone who knows that I know already is Master Sergeant Jack Donna retired. So welcome back, sir. Thank you for coming on. Well, it's a pleasure to be back on. It's going to be very, very interesting the next few days, isn't it, Kathleen? I think it is, Jack. And you're someone who's also worked on election integrity over the years. You have a group of people that do analysis, different kind. I had Seth Cashel on the first hour and talking about mapping and the things that he does and also the trends, right? He does more of that kind of analysis. You look a little bit differently, deeper dive, but if we don't analyze where the votes are and what's happening. The other thing is that we've got to do a better job of explaining the difference between capitalism and socialism. There's a very different quality of life. And I think it was your... Your dad came from, yeah, came from a very socialist country, understood the, yeah, Nicaragua. I was going to say that and I didn't, I want to make sure. So, so as you're looking at this election in Arizona, how critical is this election right now, Jack? Well, they're all pretty critical, but this one is, you know, since 2020, each successive one has become even more pivotal in nature. And the reason for that is because, and last night was probably a capstone event in all that's being revealed. Since 2020, there's been a lot of rumors and a lot of, quote, unquote, conspiracy theories.

47:44

You know, a lot of those conspiracy theories have now been proven out to be not conspiracy theories, but actually based in fact. You know, the circumstantial evidence behind the issue with our election system, I think probably... I think it's a toss, it's a tie between you and your battles in Pima County with, with Adrian Fontes and the recorder in Pima County. I think it's a tosser between yours. Yours probably didn't get as much. as the heat battle. But that is very indicative. Those two counties, Pima County and Maricopa. And Maricopa County, those two counties are very indicative of what we're up against. You've got entrenched special interests. that absolutely do not want transparency. Now, my... They want to... No, there's a group of people. I guarantee you there's a group of people, business owners, the elite, if you will, in our state, who want to put their fingers on the scale, and they want to pick who the leaders are. Do you know why? So that they have that advocate in that seat to do their bidding. I wish it was more complicated than that. It's not. And what we just witnessed in Maricopa County with four Republicans, shame on them. trying and stephen richard who is was the disgraced outgoing recorder who was more of an advocate for Adrian Fontes than he ever was for the the republican voter in maricopa county who had no intention of ever cleaning up the roles um and and i knew early on my I'll just take a moment. My dead dad voted. He died 14 years ago, and he voted in an election after he was dead. And from an old address that he hadn't lived at. And so I called Stephen Richard, and this is right after he'd been elected. And I said, you know, we really need to fix the voter rolls. I had turned all this information into Social Security. He goes, oh, that's too big a job. We're not going to do it. I knew then, like in the first month of him being the recorder, we were in trouble. And he didn't disappoint in terms of... that what i i had heard he he was who he said he was he just didn't say it to us while he was running for office and you know that was so egregious what they did in handing and taking that and and thank god the arizona supreme court did the right thing for just but a year and a half wasted jack where they could have been fixing things go ahead but that was but that was the intent the intent was you know the pro you know that that old saying the process is the punishment That was the intent. The intent was to tie up heap to drag this out week after week, month after month until we're beyond the deadlines where heap could pop legally do any appreciable changes to the election system. Because if he tried, they would immediately challenge him in court and then he'd be tied up in court again. And that was their intent. Their intent was basically to run out the clock on this.

50:48

And, you know, you have, you know, my father once told me, and I think this is very appropriate, you know, once they, once, and I'm saying they, I'm talking about Marxists, subversives, special interests, you can call it whatever you want. Once they gain control of your election system, okay, and they get into positions of power. The only analogy I can use, and this is my dad said, is basically they pulled a ladder up into the attic, and then they shut the attic, and you can't get them out. You just can't get them out. It's like, it's, it's, it's extremely difficult to get these people out of office. And so, uh, my particular group, the Conno, Conrad group, which Seth Cashel, early on was, was a member of, uh, what we, what we concentrated on in Penal County and in Pima County, um, at Pima County, especially, uh, spearheaded by our genius data analyst, Tim Locke, who I know you know. Yeah. Basically, we concentrated on process. We didn't, we didn't actually concentrate on digits. Our think tank concentrated on, you know, the process. And what I mean by that is in Pima County, specifically train a custody. There was a lot of issues involving chain of custody. In Pinal County, with the, with the 2022 election of Pinal County, there were all kinds of process errors. And in particular, there were issues involving the electronic code books. that was a problem. So, you know, these issues continue to plague us in our election system, but there's one commonality that you're listening public needs to understand that almost all. of these issues, all of these errors, all of these problems, they all in the end seem to benefit one party, and that's the Democrat Party. You know, it's just a wild coincidence, Jack. You know, I hate when you use facts to make all these false allegations. I'm just teasing. Yeah, exactly. When the outcomes benefit one party over and over again, while they're saying nothing to see here, as Adrian Fontes did in the last 48 hours, he...

53:18

preemptively before Donald Trump ever opened his mouth, told us what Donald Trump was going to say and how it was all regurgitated. information that had already been debunked, except this time they're declassifying information. And I don't even think Arizona made the top four states. I think it was other places. But we know that we've had issues here. And we know that we've had problems here. And we, you know, Lisa Mara, God bless her. I got to see her again in court. And thank goodness, she did a terrible job explaining why people in uniform. should not get to vote in uniform. And we won that in federal court. But the fact that we have to go to federal court so that people that are serving our state... And then you saw City of Tucson Police Department send out an internal memo saying, oh, you need to let us know 24 hours in advance. So if you're an officer and you're on your beat and you're working a 12-hour shift on election day, do you know when the crimes are going to be committed? Because I think that would be, you know, really good information. Well, didn't you know that the Tucson PD has a... a system similar to the moving minority report they know when the time you can have before they yeah you check the little but i like that i actually like that i wish they did it would make our lives so much better uh but how it just and and in in the officer that testified god bless him uh is someone that rihina romero our mayor doesn't like it was so it was like you didn't even wait for the ruling you could it you you you But they wanted to make sure that they tried to put another layer of intimidation on their rank and file. And I, you know, I love long. This is the same Lisa. This is the same Lisa Mara that while she was in her capacity running the election system here in Cochise County, where I live, this is the same Lisa Mara that was relentlessly attacking the sitting president in his first term. This is Trump. Yes. I mean, I think that that documentation, I've sent it out to quite a few people. This is the same Lisa Mara that testified via Zoom link before the Congress in. she intimated or she suggested that the federal government should construct an enemies list for anybody that questions the election system. I mean, she's on videotape saying these things. You know, so, you know, it doesn't surprise me that you want a case. I mean, I just don't, I just don't, I'm not surprised by that. I mean, this person has, you know, unfortunately been, uh, uh,

56:09

Well, should we say it? In my opinion, less than forthright in the performance of her duties. Well, she got rewarded. So she got fired in Cochise County. And then she got, and then she sued you guys, the Cochise County. I'll tell you, I'll tell you a little story. You're going to like this one. I was at a GOP. Jack, hold that, hold that story. We've got to take our mid-break. Okay, I will. Yeah, all right. There's something to come back to. You are listening to 1030 The Voice on KVOI.com. You're trusted local news and talk. This is inside where the sausage is made. But it's important to know who these people are. You're listening to Win Tucson. I'm Kathleen Wynne. We'll be back with Jack Donna right after this. Okay, so we're going to come back from break. We're talking to Master Sergeant retired Jack Donna. Did I do that right? That's correct. U.S. Army, one each. U.S. Army. Yay. Yeah, go Army. And you were here on 1030 The Voice with me, Kathleen Wynn. It's Friday. The heavens opened up here last night. I don't know if it rained in Sierra Vista, but... It did. Cool. That's awesome. And before we went to break, we were talking about the inside scoop on... Lisa Morrow. So go ahead, Jack. Just a real funny, kind of a funny story. We were in the, I was at the GOP headquarters meeting. This was five, six years ago, I guess, when, after the 2020 election. And everybody, the motion was put on the floor. You know, we need to do a certificate of commendation and. and buy a gift and present it to Lisa Mara for the outstanding job that she's done here in, you know, in Cochies County because she was moving on, you know. So I raised my hand, you know, because they opened it up for debate. And I said, I said, does everybody in this audience know that for the past few years? Well, President Trump, everybody here supports President Trump, right? Raise your hand. Everybody raised their hands. And I said, does everybody in here know that this person has been relentlessly attacking our president, our sitting president, and calling him every name in the book, okay, and aligning herself with Democrats. Did everybody know that anybody know this? And you could have just heard a pin drop in there. So they said, okay, well, we're going to take the vote. So they put the vote. It was maybe 10 people. That place was packed. It was maybe 90, 100 people. Only 10 hands kind of timidly raised. So the motion is defeated. And then, you know, and then you, and then Dave Stevens was your recorder. And he, you know, kind of left after. There were so many things that happened down in Cochese that have been destructive. And, uh, And it's unfortunate. And I still think, because you guys have always been a strong red, you know, place. And she did a lot of damage. And as the elections director, you know, we lost on the issue of noise outside of...

59:28

the polling place if it's even if it's beyond 75 feet now the statute says 75 feet if you're making noise at 80 feet they they now through this elections procedure manual or they could technically have you arrested so they want you not to um interfere with the election process i get that but there's a thing called freedom of speech and if you're outside of the parameters how far out what about if you're 200 feet did they have authority then i mean the what unfortunately on that issue what we just did is we we have a law 75 feet um you know i think if you're doing a noise problem there is you know there's laws about that so maybe that way but do they really that's not what the epm says so i get into the weeds and tells everyone i have no life but um it's important that we continue to fight and and what they do is it's it's called encroachment they take a little bit more they take they did it with education we can look at what they've done with education it's the same process they take a little take a little take a little it's basically yeah Yeah, this is basically like a shark, you know. I mean, I grew up in Hawaii, you know, and they call it a shark nuts. You know, the shark comes up and it bumps you and you start flashing around and everything, but, you know, you kind of try to swim away. The shark immediately recognized this is prey. You know, I mean, you've got to fight back. And that they, they've just, they've just, like you're saying, they've been slowly encroaching. A lot of, a lot of these things, a lot of these processes that are layered in place are intimidation. You know, for example, I can, I could bring up the case of your, of your county, Pima County. And you've got a, you got a recorder there by the name of Gabriella Casores Kelly. Okay. And, you know, I received a phone call. from one of the election workers. I'm not going to mention who that person was, but I received a phone call from one of the election workers. I believe that there probably in all likelihood will be a lawsuit in regards to the procedures that this recorder for Pima County has put in place in regards to the election observers. Oh, don't even get me started. I bet you I even know who it is. I'm going to tell you right now. I have 40, I have so far have 42 affidavits from people that have been working at the polls. Not equal access to bathrooms, discriminating people with disabilities, not allowing people to have like a small person that has their car keys in it. Like, stop it. You are, like, they, what they're trying to do is make it uncomfortable for you to be an observer. Yeah. Oh, it's total intimidation. And, and. Intimidation.

1:02:21

and because they don't they fought so hard what we need to understand is that we were the only county in the state for four years who didn't have observers and and people go like oh no big deal yeah it was a big deal and you know what they're doing the people that are showing up there are being observers god bless you because they don't want you there they're mad that you're there they're mad that we had to put an observer on the mobile voting center this Ridiculous. We're the only county that has one of those. When you're the only county in a state this size that has, you're the unicorn, Pima County is the unicorn of the state. They don't want you to vote. They don't want you to have a voice. They want to maintain control. They believe that they have power. All power comes from God, but they don't get it. Well, see, that's what you're describing is Marxism. And Marxism, it was written by, it was, you know, Das Kapital. It was written by, you know, Karl Marx. And basically, the ideology of Marxism is diametrically opposed to religion. For them, for the Democrat Party and for the liberal left, their religion is government, is the party. And that is why you see such fanaticism. uh against the right uh where you know we just you know hey you know let's make it fair and balance we all go in we vote and they make it extremely difficult you know the processes that they layer in place and it's it's it's a form of voter intimidation it's a board it's a form of of disenfranchisement you know it's it's uh it's terrible it's wrong but you know that is that is their mindset them You know, quite literally, their mindset is, you know, they don't, they don't, it's getting to the point now, and this is my opinion, where they don't look at us as fellow American citizens. They are beginning to look at us by their actions, by the things that they're doing, they're looking at us as the enemy. They are viewing the right. They are viewing Republicans, the GOP, as the enemy. And so therefore, uh since that is the case and they're all you know you know we've heard media people national media people saying well we had to throw out all of the rules because it was trump yeah the trump rule you know uh you know federal revised statute blah the trump rule yeah give me a break i mean it's terrible it is terrible and it is a form of marxism and and you know it's it's just you know they they're Again, once they get into positions of power, they construct and they deconstruct and then reconstruct the mechanisms of access to that power so that only they have the keys. Unfortunately, that is what's going on. And this all snowballs because what happens is once they get control of the election system, then you end up with judges that people go, wait a minute, what are these crazy rulings? This person just raped like four people and murdered some people and they gave them house arrest and four months probation. I mean, that's where you're seeing all of these crazy rulings in all of these blue states because, you know, once the election system is captured and compromised.

1:05:41

It's almost impossible to get them out. through the system that they've, you know, reconstructed. Oh, yeah, exactly. Hey, Jack, we got a hard news break. So I'm going to ask you to hang over with me, and we're going to come back, and I've got... Gladly. Thank you so much. You're wonderful. All right. Fellow warriors on the battlefield of elections in Arizona, because you need to have a warrior mindset. Take no prisoners. You're listening to 1030, The Voice on... This boostos media station, your source for trusted local news. I'm Kathleen Wynn. This is Wynn Tucson, the best place to be Monday through Friday, 9 to 11. We'll be back right after this. Welcome back to Wynn, Tucson on this Friday, the Friday before the Tuesday. And we are going to get you the address so that you can, if you go to PimaGOP.org, PimaGOP.org, we have a list of all the voting sites, so you can go there, or you can go to the Pima County Recorder's site and go through their website. But it's in two places. If you're a Republican, and we just had a call in, I think, Scott, go to PimaGOP.org, and you can, on our page, find voting centers. There's, I think, 800. We've got a few. So we're talking to Jack, Donna. Jack. Over like two days ago or yesterday, July 15th, so today's the 17th. So two days ago, Adrian Fontes came out and said that... He has a message for the Department of Justice, and his message was, we don't need to be reminded to follow laws that ensure only citizens cast ballots in Arizona. Okay. And Arizona has a long history of adherence to voter registration requirements. Really? No sarcasm here. Adrian Fontes wrote Monday in a letter to William Moore-Ram, an attorney in the agency's Civil Rights Division. Indeed, Arizona has required those registering to vote to provide satisfactory evidence of United States citizenship for more than two decades. Now, guess what? We have federal-only ballots here in Arizona, and you don't require that. So when we know Adrian Fontes is lying is when his lips are moving, he's a lawyer. You're talking about the Uwokaba votes, the federal military votes, yeah. Well, and beyond that. Yeah. Beyond the Fed, those, there's people that register federal only. They can only vote in federal elections, but there was no proof of citizenship required. We dealt with this when I worked at the Attorney General's office. So for him to say that is just a bold face lie.

1:08:37

A few years, a few years ago, along those lines talking about it was a few years ago, I had a certain state legislature senator called me up and he said, he said, Jack, I want to ask you a question. This is, yeah, we got this wool collar voting. This is, okay, what is it? It's federal voting. He goes, do we have upwards of maybe 10 to 20,000 troops deployed somewhere? And I said, probably we do worldwide. And he goes, no, no, no, no, no. Just from the state of Arizona, I was like 20,000 troops, that's, that's, that's a division. That's, that's, that's, that's four brigades. What are he talking about? And he goes, that's how many people voted in the 2020 election. Whoa. And I said, are you kidding me? He's like, no. And so, you know, he put me in our team, uh, on, on the hunt to hunt these down. And we hit a brick wall. And the reason why we hit the brick wall was because that Uolkava daughter used to be available on the public access portal. And then when, you know, Adrian Fontes took over, he removed that from the public portal. Shock, really? Well, because he's so transparent, because they always follow the law. How dare you question that? What are you thinking, Jack? I know. I know. But, you know, we hit the wall on that one, and we finally threw into Jerome Powell because, you know, basically the, that voting, and this goes all the way back to the Reagan administration, that form of voting as far as it pertains to the military, is directly controlled by the... the Secretary of War, the Second War. So, you know, I mean, it's basically, you know, trying to track down someone overseas in a foreign country that's on active duty and in the voting officers are constantly changing, you know. But what doesn't change is where those votes come in to what state, you know, here in the kind of U.S. But, you know, that's, that is, you're right to point that out. That is another huge problem because. I don't know if you're listing viewers knew this or not, but you've got a Democratic House of Representatives here in the state of Arizona that is having, that is sponsoring to her office a passport fair in Tucson. And this is Adelaide Degree Halver. You can look it up. I mean, she's inviting people to come to this passport fair to, you know, apply for... for a passport. And, you know, I, you know, full disclosure, I reported this to the FBI and the DOJ. I said, hey, I said, since when does a member of Congress sponsor this type of event? I said, you know, I mean, you people better be having close eyes on the documents that they're sending in to obtain citizenship to make sure that these documents, you know, are legitimate. You know, but I mean, it's... Well, I think they're just having them apply and then having them registered to vote, Jack. I think that's what this is. It's a voter. Come on, let's just be serious. Why do you care? You know, like, well, let's try to legitimize them. We'll get them to apply for a passport and we'll register them to vote. And, and, and, and, and, and, and,

1:12:02

I'm laughing. We're laughing. We shouldn't laugh because it's really serious. But the problem, the issue here is... If I don't laugh, Jack, I will cry. It's going on for so long. And, you know, the big... You know, one of the... Like, to your point, like, what we're talking about in the last segment, you know, here's a perfect example. ABC and NBC arbitrarily decides that they're going to censor the president of the United States and not here is teleclass. you know, telecast last night. I mean, this is outrageous. And what is the, what is the message that it sends? What the message that it sends to the public is this. We know better than you. We know better than this president. You people on the right that follow him and you people that voted for him are wrong. That's the message they're sending. They're basically sending a message to, you know, more than half of the country, the people that voted for this man, whether you like him or not. I mean, he's the president. Well, you know, here's the way I look at it. The president of the United States. They don't have any respect for that. Here's the problem. They. In 2020, they infused fake people and fake ballots. So in order to cover their tracks, we had a border surge. Just stop me if you think I'm off the track. And so then we started registering those illegal immigrants here because making them citizens. And then we started giving them licenses, commercial licenses, that's only resulted in the deaths of hundreds of American citizens. Not a lot, not over 1,000, but hundreds. And then we've got all this crime. And then we say that we're having fair and free elections. And in the too big to rig, and thank goodness, in their quest for power, they couldn't keep Joe's brain together enough. But now he's written a book. That's always hysterical. And so you've got Kamala Harris, who was soundly beat after they had Jack Smith beat the crap out of Donald Trump in court. And we're the dumb ones? Okay, you have to be brain dead. in order to believe that their version of the truth. And then come and then start the band because this is where China, North Korea, Iran, Russia have been having influence on our elections. And if we don't pass the SAVE Act, then we might as well just hand over our guns, hand over our property, and say, come and get us. Because this is that critical. And Lindsey Graham knew it. And I hope the president. put so much pressure. And we as citizens need to put pressure. We're going to have that on our ballot here in Arizona, the first state to do that. And I'm proud of that. I'm proud of that effort from Rachel Keschel and from Alex Colleton and the state legislature. They bypass Katie Hobbs. But think about that. That is what we need. We need to ensure every voter, like Adrian Fontes says, is a U.S. citizen. Don't, you know, his nothing to see here is laughable. Given the corruption, we didn't have observers here. They have done everything they can do to thwart our efforts in cleaning up Pima County. It's why I've been so actively involved in fighting back. You know, Jeff Clark, who represented the president from the oversight projects, our attorney.

1:15:26

And, you know, he was on Steve Bannon today telling Steve Bannon about our efforts. That tells me, you know, it's a much quieter fight than Justin Heap, but guess what? It's just as important. Because we cannot. It's my job. That's my mission to protect the rights of the voters. And if I'm protecting them, I'm out there fighting every day, which we are, as Pima County, GOP chair, we are fighting to protect the right to vote so that your vote counts. Go out and vote. That's all. I don't want your money. I do. But I don't want it for me personally. I want it for the party. But if we're doing the job that you. elected me to do, which is to protect your vote and to ensure that each and every voter, I don't care what party, that your vote counts and it's not watered down by a bunch of dead people, non-existent people, a group of homeless people. They've been doing these pop-ups all over Pima County during this election cycle and registering people and giving them food passes. It is obscene the corruption that goes on in Pima County. We have to fight back. And we also have to take a quick breakjacket and finish up. So stay with me. Is that okay? All right. We're going to take this into the weekend. You are the best. All right. You're listening to 1030 The Voice. You're trusted local news and talk. This is Wynn Tucson. I'm fired up. It's Kathleen Wynn. And we got a busy weekend ahead of us. So don't go anywhere. We'll give you some more information about where to vote. We'll be back right after this. Welcome back to Win Tucson with my very special guest, Jack Donna, Master Sergeant Retired, U.S. Army, yay. So I want to shift gears with you if it's okay. Do you mind talking about Iran a little bit with me? Sure. Absolutely. Well, I think, you know, clearly, It seems to me that Iran's on its way to lose complete control of Strait of Hermuz. And I think the U.S. military is trying to preserve where the oil is. But...

1:17:42

You know, and they're talking about ground troops, but they're not talking about them being U.S. ground troops. So I just, it's going to become an issue between now and November, you know, and they're going to make this seem like it was the Vietnam War. Well, people need to understand that what's going on here is this, okay? You have the IRGC, and the IRGC is the militant military arm of, you know, the Iranian regime. And, you know, I've had a lot of people ask me these questions, you know, in regards to, you know, why is the, why does the deal keep failing? And, okay, so first, number one, you're dealing with an ideologically bent society, okay? It's a theocracy. A theocracy is a government that's ruled by religious ideology. It's not a capitalistic. It's not a Western-type style of government. They are motivated by religion. And if you know anything about that, with all of the sectarian violence that we've seen all over the world, you know, and I think perfectly encapsulated with the battles between the IRA, between the Protestants and the Catholics. I mean, these are descendants of the same people. But one was Protestant, one was Catholic, and this goes back hundreds of years. They were fighting each other and fighting each other and fighting each other. And this is this is what's going on. So now, in Iran, what's going on here is you have people that are in the IRTC that have participated in the mass murder of not hundreds, but thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of their own citizens, okay? Any deal that's signed that results in a transition of this government to a more freer, more citizen-based representative government, those people know that they can't allow that to happen because they will face justice. So now multiply the amount of people, I'm talking about in the IRGC, multiply the amount of people that know this in the thousands. We're talking low-level non-commissioned officers. We're talking about military officers. All of these people that have participated in the mass executions of their own people, they understand that they have to fight to the finish. They cannot surrender. They understand this because they're not going to be allowed to, you know, grab a couple suitcases full of $100,000 and fly off to, you know, the French Riviera. That's for the big guys. That's, that's for like, you know, that's for the top cats. So basically you have a military that, you know, we've seen a couple of reports on this where some of these attacks were done by rogue elements of the IRGC. Well. They don't want a peace deal. They don't want a peace deal because they know any deal that the president signs ultimately is going to result in them having to face justice. And this is the reason why, you know, sadly, you know, the president is trying his best to get a deal with them. No deal is going to work with these people.

1:21:07

They've gone too far. Everything was designed to stall. And during that stalling time, they would try to regroup. And I'm confident Russia and China tried to help out during that time. But every time we gave them a time out, we called it a ceasefire. They were... doubling down and then they didn't stop fighting with their neighbors around them you know they were firing so at some point they weren't serious about it so why should we be and i think i i can't imagine uh that they're happy with what we're doing uh and i think it's called what sitcom where they the headquarters of where they're organizing all of this correct me if i'm wrong but but they are they're doubling down You know, they emptied, I think, what did I read? The U.S. military emptied a third of its deepest missile magazine into Iran. I mean, this is like, take no prisoners again, right? This is like... That was the whole intent of what Iran did. What Iran did was, for decades, they layered and layered and layered themselves. behind artillery, behind missile systems, you know, behind drones, both, you know, water-based and also aerial-based, they layered and layered, layered, and what their intent was, it would be so overwhelming logistically to remove them from power. those multiple layers of conventional weapons around them would facilitate them and fast-track them towards getting a nuclear weapon. That was their whole intent. And so, yes, we are expending a large portion of our ordinance, our magazine, which is our national magazine for... armaments, you know, missile and, you know, Tomahawk missiles and other types of attack weaponry. But what other choice do we have? I mean, if they succeed, if the Iranians succeed, it will be the blueprint for every tin pot dictator, you know, that's got a resource, you know. It's, it's a very, very difficult situation. Ultimately, you know, I have an opinion about how it should be done, but, you know, I think that... I think everyone that served in the military can, you know, does their kind of own perspective and, you know, my husband, too, like their own analysis of what's happening. And if we go in there, if we go in there and we just take the country back, it's not going to mean anything. The Iranian people, the protests, thank you. Those people need to be armed. And they need to have the victory because then victory begets victory. It will embolden them and, you know, so that they won't fall into this tyranny. But if we go in there and we do it for them and hand it to them, you know the deal with that. Something that you've worked for and you earn and you blood, sweat, tears. It's more valuable than something that somebody goes, yeah, here you go. This is yours. Oh, thank you. No, no, no. And they have the citizens of Iran.

1:24:24

have, I mean, they killed athletes. They've oppressed. They've been, they have no, this regime that has no regard for human life. Iranian, Americans, they don't care. They want whatever. They are, they are heartless, they are soulless, they are evil. Yeah. And if we deal with them any other way, and you can just see it. And those that somehow, I don't even hear, I don't even hear even from the socialist. I don't even hear anyone sticking up for the Iranian regime. The people, yes, the people of Iran 100%. But you're right, Jack, we have to not only remove the cancer, but then give them what they need to heal. And hopefully that whoever rises amongst the ranks of the... average Iranian people, is someone that represents those people, not the regime that's been taken out? Well, I make a prediction to you. I'll pay you this much. If the president is successful, and maybe we use Delta Force or Green Berets, you know, or seals, and they go in surgically like we did in Venezuela, I'll make a prediction. And the people end up taking their country back these protests. You are going to see a lot of people getting hung. You're going to see a lot of these people that committed these atrocities, killed their children in the streets, killed their mothers, their fathers. You know, I mean, you are going to see a bloodbath over there because, I mean, you cannot. You cannot go around executing hundreds of thousands of people and think you're just going to get away with it, Scott Free. Don't you think some of those people have been killed already, though, in what we're doing? Are they not high? Are they the foot soldiers? Yes. Okay. I believe a lot of them have been killed. You know what I mean? A lot of these checkpoints that have been intimidating and suppressing, you know, the people. to prevent them from protesting. A lot of them have been, have been killed, you know, systematically being taken out. But, uh, you know, this, this thing is, it's, it's, uh, it's going to require some real, real precision, uh, surgical extraction to get rid of these people. I mean, it is. And then, and then, you know, we're not even taking into account, and I read this late last night, about 11, 12, 12 o'clock that the Iranians are not calling on the, the Houthis to close off the, um, the straits there into, that goes, you know, around the, into the Horn of Africa, into the Suez Canal. They're calling on the Houthis to close off that route to further impact, you know, oil. And, you know, that's their play. Their play is basically, if we can inflict as much pain as possible, when the voters go to, here in the United States, when the voters go to the polls in November, they're going to.

1:27:29

hand the House and the Senate back over to the Democrats, and then we'll see the impeachment parade on Trump for the next two years, and the Iranian regime survives. That's their play. That is... That is their play. They're playing against time. Yeah, the time is what they do. Kick the ball away and hope no one knows that we lost a week or two week. I think that game is over. Jack, we've come to the end of our time. I want to say thank you as always. We will wait to see the results on Wednesday. And I'm sure I'll be talking to you between now and then. And I appreciate everything. But thanks for all the work you do to restore election integrity in Cochise County. I'm going to keep holding up. Pima County. Kathleen Wynn, the last of the Goldwater gals. I was a baby back then. I was 20, 20 years old when I got out of college. All right. That is it for today. That is it for this week.
