Kennedy Jr.. and the new health officials in D.C. And as much as the other side hates to admit it, more studies are starting to prove our point that we've been saying for a long time now. Headline from study finds.org shows that basic exercise and aerobic exercising is better for your body in reducing depression than even taking antidepressant drugs. What a shock. Apparently just basic movement and exercise for your... your body helps reduce depression by activating your brain and releasing those feel-good chemicals. Now, according to the Maha movement, we've been saying that for a while as we try to limit our exposure to some of those big pharmaceutical medications. And if you think about it, it really does just make sense when we have thousands of years of individuals that actually survived outside running around in the jungle in the desert. And I don't remember a lot of recordings of them showing depression or anxiety. The sad part is that even with this kind of information, the other side continues to demonize it while trying to force pills down your throat.
