Three people faced charges after a man died outside a grease bar in December. Police say 68-year-old John Acino was served alcohol after closing time at Dave's Long Pond Pub, then hit his head where he stood to leave. When he got up to leave, he fell, struck his head. at which point the three suspects concocted a story to protect the bar, which they found them outside.

The sheriff says they have no clue who might have done this. The FBI also announcing it was offering a $50,000 reward for any information. The US military strikes and alleged drug boat targets once again. US Southern Command says the boat was engaged in narco-trafficking operations as it transited the Eastern Pacific. A video posted on social media shows the vessel moving through the water before exploding in flames. We're told two people died. That means 128 suspected drug traffickers have been killed since early September. At least 36 strikes have taken place in that time in the Caribbean and the Eastern Union. Pacific. We'll see the highs in the upper 20s, but they're not going to stay there. They're going to nosedive all the way down to near zero by tonight. With a burst of snow during the evening, Lake of thick snow will continue on throughout the overnight. The wind chills tonight could be in the 20s below zero. For tomorrow, occasional lake of snow, again, extremely cold, high single digits. Wind chills again near 20 degrees below zero as wind gusts, both tonight and tomorrow will be near 40 miles per hour. And for Sunday, partly cloudy skies, temperatures just above 10 degrees, with the wind starting to die down a little bit. We're back to 20 degrees to start the work week on Monday. News Radio Wham, 1180 time is 712. Governor Kathy Hochul says she will cite a bill that would legalize assisted suicide across the state by the deadline tonight. The bill called the Medical Aid and Dying Act would allow a doctor to prescribe life-ending drugs to any patients seeking to end their life, and they are subject to a five-day waiting period. They must submit both a written and recorded oral request in any facility affiliated with a religious... hospital can choose not to offer the aid and dying. The state legislature passed that bill at the end of last year's legislative session. The top Republican in the State Assembly stepping aside is leader and will not be seeking another term in Albany. Will Barkley has been the Assembly Minority Leader for six years and is in his 24th year representing the Assembly District from Oswego County. He isn't giving any reasons for his decision but says it's the right time to move on, and he says he'll head over the leadership reigns in the coming days. Todd Halliday, News Radio Wham 1180. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt says President Trump's demands on that issue are quite clear. Zero nuclear capability is something he's been very explicit about. Secretary Levitt added the U.S. comes to these talks from a position of strength. I would remind the Iranian regime that the president has many options at his disposal, aside from diplomacy as the commander-in-chief of the most powerful military in the history of the world. These will be the first talk since June when the U.S. launched military airstrikes against Iran's nuclear sites. Linda Kenyon, CBS News, the White House. Nuclear Arms Treaty between the U.S. and Russia has now expired. For the first time in decades, there is no agreement capping the number of strategic nuclear weapons in American and Russian arsenals following the expiration this week of the New START Treaty. The President wants to have our nuclear experts work on a new, improved, and modernized treaty that can last long into the future, and that's what the United States will continue to discuss with the Russians. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. did not put a timeline on those talks or say if the previous treaty will be adhered to during negotiations. President Trump says he'd also like to see a non-proliferation agreement include China, warning that country is rapidly expanding its nuclear arsenal. At the White House, Jared Halpern, Fox News. Three people charged after a man died outside a Greece bar back in December. Police say 68-year-old John Aceto was served to alcohol after closing time at Dave's Long Pond Pub and then hit his head when he stood to leave. Bar owner David Gear and employees John Moore and Crystal McWilliams charged with evidence tampering for moving aceto and then tampering with a bar surveillance. No injuries reported in a fire on Rochester's northwest side. It broke out at around 4.30 yesterday at a home on Woodrow Street and off Sherman Street. The home's owner was not home at the time. It's believed an unintended space heater sparked that fire.

The brother of today's show anchor Savannah Guthrie is asking whoever might have abducted his mother from her home in Tucson, Arizona to contact the Guthrie family. In an update yesterday, Cameron Guthrie was seen in a video message on Instagram asking whoever has his mother, Nancy, to reach out and provide a way to communicate so things can move forward. The FBI says it was aware of a ransom letter sent to media outlets. Senior officials from the U.S. and Iran are hoping to make progress toward a deal in a meeting in the Middle East regarding Tehran's nuclear program. Special envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump advisor Jared Kushner are meeting with Iran's foreign minister for the talks in Oman. And three of the bar employees are charged with evidence tampering for trying to cover it up. He tells he fell and three. employees then dragged him outside instead of getting aid the call is at 342 so there was approximately 40 minutes from when he fell until the police were called Bar owner David Gier and employees John Moore and Crystal Mick Williams are charged with evidence tampering for moving a CETO and mopping up the floor to conceal the marks left when they dragged him outside and tampering with the bar surveillance. A judge weighing in on the evidence prosecutors want to use to prosecute Kaishon Green last July's deadly shooting of Jemir Ridley Smith at the Wegman's warehouse in Bill Gates. Assistant District Attorney James Nguyen tells 13 WAM that the judge upheld police procedure. The court ultimately did agree that The police agency didn't do anything wrong in terms of how they identified the suspect. Three young teens facing charges after a police chase in a stolen car. Greece police, a two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old were spotted by a license plate reader Wednesday evening on Ridgeway Avenue. Their car eventually hit a park car at Hoover and Vista drives, and the teens made a run for it, but were quickly caught. All three faced possession of stolen property, unauthorized use, and obstruction, while one 15-year-olds also charged with fleeing. Authorities have not identified any suspects or persons of interest in the now six-day search for Nancy Guthrie, but they are holding out hope that she's alive. The search for 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie. Guthrie, the mother of today's show co-host Savannah Guthrie, is now in its sixth day. And investigators say they still believe she's out there. Nancy disappeared from her Tucson home after a family dinner. Her family knew something was wrong when she didn't show up for church the next morning. The FBI is now offering a $50,000 reward. Delegations from the U.S. and Iran said to hold talks today with Iran's nuclear program expected to be discussed. According to reports from Axios, the future of the talks became uncertain after Iran and the U.S. disagreed on the location to have Friday's meeting. Two U.S. officials told Axios, the two nations agreed to meet in Istanbul with other Middle East countries participating as observers, but Tehran wanted to change the format to a bilateral meeting in Oman. After first rejecting this idea, the U.S. has since agreed to meet with Iran and negotiators in Oman. Arizona Department of Public Safety crew members. The chopper went down at around 1030, but police say the trouble started earlier with a domestic violence call, followed by a two-hour shooting spree as the suspect jumped from rooftop to rooftop firing the entire time. Three officers and a trooper fired back. The suspect was hit by a bullet taken to the hospital and is now in custody. No officers on the ground were hurt and the domestic violence victim is okay. The chopper was on the scene to help police during the chaos until it crashed at 1027 p.m. Investigators don't know what went wrong, but DPS, FAA, and NTSB will all investigate the crash. In Flagstaff, I'm Brian Webb, Fox News. A plan by Florida County Governor John Ron DeSantis to redraw the state's congressional maps is now facing a legal challenge. A voting rights group called the National Redistricting Foundation has filed the lawsuit in state Supreme Court. claim the Republican governor's calling of a special session in April to draw new congressional districts violates the separation of powers clause in the state constitution, arguing that power belongs to lawmakers. Republicans hold 20 of the state's 28 congressional seats. Several states have redrawn districts mid-decade, starting with Texas last year at the behest of President Trump.
