So, Scott, somebody contacted me because we've been teasing this guy that on Twitter issued this statement. You even think about going to this Beaver County watch party, young Republicans for the state of the union. You even think about going and your drink gets roofied. So what's happening with that, Scott? Yeah, it's unfortunate that... even after the attempted assassination of President Trump, just in 2024, and after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, that clearly people are still intent on raising the political temperature, and they still haven't learned that we can have policy disagreements, but we shouldn't threaten, attempt to threaten, alleged to threaten. and even discuss things like roofing drinks like a gentleman did out of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, who actually, it appears that he works with the Pensbury Channel and, assumedly, even children at the high school. And I think whether or not he was threatening to make such an attempt, I think even discussing roofies, roofing drinks, et cetera, that is... unacceptable in the realm of politics. It's unacceptable in society. And I think people should be held accountable for their actions. So I don't know how the school is going to ultimately react to that statement. But I hope that it deters other people from making similar statements. You filed a report or you alerted the police. I did. I called the police right away. What did they said?

They filed the report and they said they're going to do an investigation. But I want to make it clear any threat, any attempt, any sort of violent rhetoric out there, after what happened to my friend Charlie, I'm taking everything seriously. And with the work that we are doing every single day, not only in Pennsylvania, but to pass legislation, the work that we are doing is a threat to the political left. And so I'm going to make sure that my safety is paramount. I'm going to protect the safety of my team and I'm going to protect the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. So I hope that this is going to be a learning experience to others. And I hope ultimately that people are going to dial down the violent political rhetoric and focus on policy and not ad hominemes or harming one another. I couldn't agree more. I'm told, though, Scott, that might be a special needs situation here with this guy and working at Pensbury. But still, that does not, I'm on your side, that any kind of threat like this, let alone a death threat, any kind of threat like this, we have to put the kibosh on this. People got to realize they cannot continue to make these threats, whatever their status in life is. And if it's, as I said, what I was told about this guy, well, then somebody that is working with him has to influence this. And I'm so glad you did it with the police. And I'll expect we get a full report from both police. We're living in an atmosphere. And you know how we feel about you and your protection around this. You just can't do this stuff. No, again, whatever somebody's situation in life, every threat will be taken. Every alleged potential threat will be taken seriously and will be reported to the police. The work that we're doing is too critical. And I also want to make it clear that we're not going to let any threat of potential or alleged intimidation stop us from this work. In fact, it only inspires me to work harder. So, you know, if the left wants to make a difference, then out-organize us, out-register us, but don't threaten us with any violence. Before we get to the SAVE Act, and I saw on Twitter, you said, of course, that is your focus and we see progress. Yes. Did you think yesterday, if you watch the halftime, that it did justice to your friend, Charlie Kirk, because certainly America has responded. We could see potentially 45, 50 million views ultimately. And it shows you that's the way to do it. If you disagree with what's happening, don't just... talk about what the opposition is doing, provide an alternative, right? Yep. When Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook and everybody was shutting us down on social media, what did we do? We pivoted. We created Truth Social. We created Getter. There is Telegram. And now look at today. Senator Dave McCormick is the president of CEO. Now we have X. Now we have Rumble. Now we are in control of social medias all across. the world globally. And so ultimately, I think it's a learning experience and what Turning Point did well is, okay, sure, they acknowledged that they disagreed with the Super Bowl performance, but as opposed to just shouting at the sky, they went, okay, we're going to pivot, we're going to offer an alternative, and we're going to offer a positive alternative. And I think each of us can learn from that. Never provide a problem without providing. a solution. Now, the Save Act, we see various things. How many days is this with John Thune, listening to Scott Press 40? Today's day 40. Do you see hopeful signs here? It seems in theory that people are on board. The polling certainly indicates Americans are on board with this. What can you tell us, Scott? Well, I just kept my promise after visiting members. On the Hill, I met with Representative Anaplena Luna, Representative Kat Cammack, both out of Florida, Representative Burleson out of Missouri, Representative Timmons, out of South Carolina. And I had the great, extraordinary opportunity to meet with both Senators Mike Lee and Senator Rick Scott. And I can tell you, each of those ferocious warriors are working tirelessly on behalf of the American people and to make sure that we have election integrity reform. And then I went to the Great American Outdoor Show. So as people will probably notice, I'm going to be spending a little less time in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania because now I need to elevate and make sure that we are using our collective peaceful pressure. to ultimately pass legislation on behalf of the people of PA. So my team is still there on the ground in Harrisburg. They'll be there all week registering voters. But I'm going back to Capitol Hill tomorrow when I hear that the Save America Act, different than the Save Act because it provides proof of citizenship plus voter ID, that Congressman Chip Roy's bill may be voted on even as early as midweek. And so once that happens, you'll have the proof of citizenship plus voter ID. And now we just need more co-sponsors for the Save America Act in the Senate. And then bring it to the floor. And ultimately, let's send this piece of legislation that has 76% of black American support, 82% of Latino American support, and 85% of white Americans support. This piece of legislation has overwhelming...

uh support from the american people and so therefore it should be a slam dunk for every member of congress to support it and so i'm more confident that we can but i need all of y'all especially to contact your senators and the capital senate switch board is two oh two 221, 3121. So you can see, I'm so into this that I've memorized that number by now, 202, 224, 3121, and that's the switchboard that you can contact for any senator. If you're listening to the Dom Show from Maryland or Virginia or Pennsylvania, you'll be able to get your senator. Scott John Fetterman looks like he could vote for this or at least the voter ID part, right? He went on Maria Bartaromo on FACS news. They just posted about that today. And he indicated that voter ID is not unreasonable. Now, if you listen, he said a couple things that I think are important to note. So he said voter ID is not unreasonable, you know, has clear support. But he didn't say anything about citizenship. And, you know, we all know the status of what's happening within his personal life. And then furthermore, he said that he doesn't think it will pass because of the filibuster, but he didn't say anything about the talking filibuster or the fact that we can pass it with 51 votes. I actually just called, I called Representative Chris Deluzio Democrat out of Beaver County and Allegheny County to meet with him. And I called Senator John Fetterman's office today to also schedule a meeting with him. So hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet with both members of Congress to talk to them about passing the Save America Act to secure our elections for the 26 midterm elections. Scott, any before we give where people can reach you, contribute, volunteer, keep up the fight? Any Pennsylvania numbers, registration numbers? Not good, guys. You know, unfortunately, the Democrats are gaining ground in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. And so if you don't want Governor Josh Shapiro to go from Pennsylvania governorship to Pennsylvania Avenue, I think, you all need to really get serious. The Democrats had more others switched to Democrat, and the Democrats had more Republicans switched to Democrat. So I appreciate all the support, and I appreciate everybody does for us at early voteaction.com, but we really need more people, you know, on the ground. If you're happy with President Trump fighting for peace globally and securing our border and bringing back jobs, you know, then... We need to register voters, get them to register Republican and get them to vote in the May 19th primary. But if you're not happy, then, you know, look forward to potential four years of Biden 2.0 with, you know, Gavin Newsom or Governor Josh Shapiro or Pete Buttigieg. You know, so the choice is yours to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. But it has, it was not a good week for voter registration. And so I hope this is a.

And I insist it, their parents, like, let's leave the kids out of this. The parents did do something wrong. It is criminal. It's not just this idea of a misdemeanor. It's not. And no matter how the left tries to wear us down on this. It's come to a head because of how excessive it was with Biden. It's been going on for quite a while. But in the Biden years, even I can't imagine that 20 million people came into the country illegally. But any number of groups that I think are legit have fixed it at that. If that's the case, it is just beyond enormous. So yeah, they did do something wrong. That's the first premise. I would go in a heartbeat if invited over it. He came on a hump turf here. Yeah, other than Kid Rock lip syncing, the rest of it, particularly the second song he did, I think, was very moving. He did a really good job with it. unlike what goes on in Chester County. So Linda, what are they up to now? So this was actually in votebeat.org today that the county sent out mail ballot applications to people who are on what's called the permanent list, which means that you request the county send you a mail ballot application every year. And the county sent them out. It looks like about 140, 150,000 of them. And for some reason, rather than prepopulating with the first name, last name, they read.

pre-populated it incorrectly. So your last name was where your first name should be. Your first name was where your last name should be. And apparently, according to the article, the county... found out about it from the newspaper or this online journal contacting them, they didn't even post anything on their website until a couple days later. And that means about 140, 150,000 voters got an application with the information pre-populated incorrectly. And what they're saying is, well, it won't really affect anything that. The vendor did it. Again, let's blame it on somebody else. Blame it on the vendor and it won't really affect anything. But I don't necessarily, number one, believe it won't affect anything. And how many times do these people have to be told that it's their responsibility? You can't blame it on the vendor. I don't understand why these things are not getting proofread. Yes, don't they do a test. They run it off. Given their situation, Linda, I'd have you in there. And I don't know, DJ my son, who's relentless. And you're going to run it 100 times. We're going to see maybe 101. Let's run it. Let's see how it comes out. They're just skating with this stuff. According to the article, they got the test. They sent the file to the printer, and then the printer sends back a sample, and the sample looked correct. But the proofreading has to go beyond that. I mean, for your listeners, imagine if you ordered wedding invitations, and the wedding, they sent you a proof, and the proof looked great, great, that's great. But that's not the only thing you look at. When the actual invitations come back, you also... Take a look at those to make sure they're correct before you send them out to your guests. And maybe, you know, these election administrators because, you know, it's not their money. They're just not taking enough responsibility for this. And it's unfathomable that this is still going on. And of course, you and I remind all the time, you and I are in the business of trying to say election integrity, you're the best in the country that I know of, insisting on that down the line. And they just don't seem to get that, Linda, out there in Chester County. What in the world should people suspect in the next election? Given how slipshod this is.

And, Dom, this is going to be a problem. And you know who it's going to be a problem for? Generally, for Republicans, independents, and libertarians, because they're the ones who tend to stay home when you start to hear that the elections are not going to be fair and safe and guarded. So this could really hurt the chances of anyone who's trying to vote that way. That's one thing. Number two, where is Josh Shapiro? Where is Al Schmidt? Where's the head of the Republican Party in Pennsylvania? Where's the Chester County Republican Party? This is a... This is a local problem. Election administration is local. It's not a federal government issue. It's a local issue. And this needs to be handled. And frankly, you know, I had a conversation this morning with our mutual friend, Jodi Felice, my partner in crime, my election and law soulmate this morning because we're both Philadelphia residents. And we talked about how, you know, we've worked so hard in Philadelphia for so many years. We actually trust Philadelphia now more than we trust the Collar counties. I would rather have my ballot counted in Philadelphia than I would in Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, or Delaware County because these counties cannot get their act together. And it's a problem. That's the most shocking statement of the day. Look, I trust you on this, but man, I got to think about that. Wow. It's that bad. Well, you know what, Don? Because you're talking, you're talking to someone who was actually there, who actually was physically there during the last election. I was down at that motor warehouse. I was watching. I was on constant meetings with them. I had poll watchers. I had observers there. I was in control. I was watching what was going on. The system is not perfect. And I wish there was a lot of differences in our Pennsylvania election code. I wish that we had. more of power to object when we see something going wrong in the counting. And the system does require lots of observers and lots of poll watchers and people willing to be poll workers, which unfortunately we tend to only get in these federal election years, like these presidential years. But Philadelphia has somewhat gotten their act together. And these situations that we keep hearing about are happening in these Collar counties. And Republicans better wake up or we're not going to win anything this year. Well, I always go, you said something else to it. Let me bring Republicans into this. You think they would be calling me and Henry here and saying we want to come on. We want to expose this for two reasons. Sometimes it's the right thing. And certainly it's the politically right thing. to say, do you want to be known as an incompetent county, arguably among the wealthiest, highest educated in Pennsylvania, and they can't send anything out correctly?

Absolutely. Absolutely. And where is Josh Shapiro? Where is Al Schmidt? Why are they not doing anything about this? This is an absolute disgrace. Where are the voters for that county? And you know what, Dom? This kind of ties into all this talk about this SAVE Act and this insistence by Republicans that now we need to federalize elections. And this of anything will show us that these elections are local responsibilities. And all of these federal laws are not going to. going to do anything to correct these ongoing issues that we have. We have this issue in Chester County. I have a lawsuit in Lackawanna County. These things are just continuing to go on and on and on. And these are local issues. And the local, the local parties, the local elected leaders need to do something about it. Have we ever seen a situation where the state, like they did with Philadelphia and the school, says, look, we can't have this going on. We're going to put in something supportive. or you have to report to us directly. I would consider that with Chester County. Okay. Well, our election code doesn't necessarily allow something exactly like that. And unfortunately, our Secretary of State is more of an advisory role. But there are still things that can be done. If I was Secretary of State, I would probably have been in Chester County for the last month and not left until I made sure that they all knew what they were doing. I mean, what exactly is the Secretary of State's office doing if they're not going to be supportive of these counties who cannot get it together? And if we want the... the state government to have a little more oversight into our counties, then these legislators have to start proposing actual reforms to our election code. And if Josh Shapiro wants to be, you know, president of the United States, you would think that he would be beaten down the door about election, common sense election reform. So this is a disgrace for based. for everybody, the leaders, the local leaders, the legislators, the legislators, and Republicans all over better take a look at this and say, look, this is really going to affect us going into these elections because our voters are the ones who look at this and say, Gosh, you know, if they can't even get it together to know that the first name goes where the first name goes and the last name goes where the last name goes, how are they going to count these ballots correctly? Real quick, you had the school superintendent on. And he says that, remember when it snowed? And they said, well, we have to learn remotely because the kids can't miss any school. Right. Of course, the kids can miss school going to these protests, which is interesting. But he said that the kids are protesting because ICE is deporting citizens. And like, well, ICE isn't deporting citizens? Isn't that the teacher's job and the school district's job to teach the kids that they're not being, citizens are not being deported? Well, true. Yeah, but that's their argument. That is, look, Upper Darby is a hotbed of this. And Earl, we might have somebody on tomorrow from there, and this is going to be another shootout because they're just an outlaw community now. They're determined, and they wonder why ICE won't talk to them. Earl, what's your side? Well, you already eliminated baseball, hot dogs, and apple pie, so I'm going to have to go Chevrolet. The American automobile, large vehicles, muscle cars. I mean, sure, Italy has the Lamborghini and vehicles like that. But you go over to Europe and they have these tiny little cars. Sure, Japan sells the tundra in the United States, but you won't see a tundra in Japan. They all have tiny little vehicles. It's the big vehicles in America that make America what it is. Well, I'm not a fan of the SUVs taking up my parking space here on Chestnut Street. I know I can get another car in there. I'd like to put down some markers and you've got to fit in that. That's socialism right there. Everyone gets an equal spot. But why does everybody think they can drive an SUV into the city and they're going to park? I don't get that. I agree with that.
