All right, it is Dom time. The man of the hour, our guy, usually Mondays, you can always get him at 2 o'clock. Scott Presler, I'm looking at a picture of Scott with Mike Johnson yesterday, the two of them at the table, Republicans citing him as the driving force at getting the SAVE Act passed in the House. We just had news that the Wobbler, old Susan Collins in Maine, she cannot support the SAVE Act. You think Democrats would do that? No, they would not. Why can't she support it? Well, we ask Scott about that. And again, this is, we played you the cut about filibustering and what filibustering is and all that stuff. But... We have some Republicans at this point who are not supporting it, at least one. All right, let's go. And again, as I said, usually Monday. We'll catch up with them on Monday after we have a weekend decompressing. But we've got to celebrate this. Take you inside our guy, a focal point here in the post getting this passed in the House and moving on to the Senate. Scott Presler, congratulations, Scott. You've had a lot of achievements. But this is a huge one, as you know, not only to stop cheating, but to restore psychological integrity in the minds of our voters. Hey, Don, you know, I'm still recovering from yesterday, but it was a phenomenally productive day. And as Americans have now discovered, The House was successful at passing the Save America Act in the House by 218 to 213, and it had bipartisan support because even a Democrat crossed over to vote on behalf of photo ID plus proof of citizenship in order to vote in our elections. Scott, one other thing we hear is that you're trying to insert, get them to insert an amendment around some kind of criminal penalties.

No, no, no, no. That's for the Mega Act. So I don't want to muddy the waters. And I want to be very clear in my communication because there are several pieces of legislation that are being considered right now. For the Save America Act, I am perfectly fine with that bill going forward to do voter ID and proof of citizenship. Now, for the Mega Act, which is the make elections great again. And perhaps. There can be other standalone bills that go out there. But I personally believe after understanding what happened under Denise Williams and Luzerne County running out of paper ballots in 2022, that we need to hold county election departments responsible and tell them ahead of time, if you run out of paper, you will be held criminally liable. And that shouldn't just be something you should be able to say as negligence or, dare I say, incompetence. But there needs to be a accountability component in order for Americans to have trust under elections. But that's going to come down the pipeline later. All right. Well, we wanted to have you on today because, again, truly, we got to celebrate before we move forward. This took a lot to get this universal. But of course, Susan Collins just tagged in. I don't know if you saw it on Twitter or not and said she cannot support this in the Senate. I think we have 46, Scott. You would know better at this point, which at this point in time is pretty good. What can you tell us? Dom, we are up to 48 right now. This is material. This is changing by the minute because people are making phone calls and early vote action just sent out an email to tens of thousands of activists across the country asking them to call the Capitol Senate switchboard, which is 202, 224, 3121, 201.

And you can call your senators and tell them about bringing the Sea of America Act to the Senate floor for debate. And we're making huge progress. So we still need a few more senators. And I'm going to make that list imminently as soon as we're off of this phone call. But Nikki Minaj just posted about calling. Elon Musk just posted about calling, early vote action, just posted about calling. And so. Organically, we're bringing everyone together because we cannot continue forward with the 2026 November election until Americans can know that only American citizens are voting. And I have to tell you, Dom, on a personal level, you know me. starting off a very humble beginning, starting off as a dagwacker, and here I am sitting and standing at the podium with Speaker Johnson after the House historically passed the Save America Act. And it's just a very proud moment for the grassroots. I want all of you to know we finally have our seat at the table. We finally are being embraced. Us, we, together the grassroots. And I promise you, I will be returning to Capitol Hill every single week until President Trump signs the Save America Act into law. And we're not stopping for a second. I trust in that. Now, I wanted to ask, you had this little, I think it was a new one, a nice little talk with Senator John Fetterman and saying you would welcome into the Republican Party. I hope our listeners call and call his office, not to assault him, but to say, we realize, you know, you've tried to, you've been very reasonable about this, and we'd welcome you if you could vote for the SAVE Act. If he voted for it, I think that would go along. That's beyond bipartisan end. This is international news for dates. Yes, and a part of the email that we sent out includes John Fetterman. So you're exactly right. I have called John Fetterman's office. I have called Chris Deluzio's office who represents PA's 17 congressional district. Of course, he didn't vote for it, but we're still going to continue to whip in court support for the legislation. It's never too late to come on board with it. But no, make John Fetterman. and Ruben Gallego and Cortez Mastow, any of the, and Jeanne Shaheen in New Hampshire, any of these squishy Democrats?

We need to put them on record to peacefully court them and see if we can earn their votes. I think ultimately when we bring it to the Senate floor for debate, you're going to see some of these squishy Democrats have to come over because right now they're under the veil and the shroud of the 60 vote filibuster. And when we lift that veil, there's no more hiding. When does this happen, Scott? Do you have an idea of ballpark? You're in there. You have a pretty good sense of it. What, does John Thune do this? It's a great question. I can't put a timetable, but Wisconsin is going to the polls, I think, this month, right? And it's imperative that we pass this sooner than later. You know the Democrats are going to litigate. That takes time. We need to make sure that we're ready for the November, 2026 elections, and that those elections are going to include proof of citizenship plus photo voter ID. And so it's imperative that this legislation has passed sooner. And so I'm even contemplating going to South Dakota and doing rallies in Sioux Falls and Rapid City and in John Thune's backyard, putting again peaceful pressure on him. And I'm considering doing these rallies all across the United States. If that means we do some rallies in PA to put pressure on John Fetterman. And, of course, McCormick has come on board with the Save America Act, which is wonderful. Thank you to Dave McCormick. But going to these squishy areas, Nevada, Arizona, New Hampshire. So you may see early vote action leading the tack in doing those things. I hope we do one here, Scott. So where do we go to help out? Where do people go right now? We're on a roll. How can people help? Literally. Veteran would be groundbreaking if he would sign off on this. And he might. Of course, in the suburbs, the Dean of Decency, Mary Gay Scanlon, the Houahann, they're all outraged. And they're telling us that at least half of people in Pennsylvania, if this goes through, will not be able to vote in November. All right. So I still haven't gotten anybody. If you got married, changed your name, do you think you'd be able to vote? Is it such a burden? Would you know what to do? Is it possible? 855, 83, 9, 12, 10. People had to deal with this with the real ID, and they did. So I assume those people, but Mary Gay Scanlon saying, no way, you will not be able to vote. All right, side question today. Something Old West or New West. Great ones on Twitter. One, the immortal phrase, go West, young man. I think it was Horace Greeley. I think it was in one of the public, you know, you head west to strike your fortune, virgin territory, all that. I think the West still has some of that today, some of it mixed in. You can see, you know, sadly in the Guthrie case, we're seeing vast areas that are just desert cactus, open country, even though there's been a lot of development in Arizona. Hit us with something that reflects all of that. Let's go to Zenos in Upper Darby. Hey, Zinos, welcome in. Good afternoon, Dom. My thing about the West is, then if I can, you have a little time, make a little comment with the boxing. Make your comment first. Go right ahead. Okay. This lady with the Inquirer, you know, with Joe Frazier, let me tell you something, nobody's going to take anything away from Joe Frazier. In my estimation, Dom, he was one of the greatest boxers of all time. And I liked him better than Ali. And I remember when he put Ali in the hospital and he had to go to Seventh of Girard, St. Luke's. Nobody's going to take that away from it. Now, Rocky, the statue, that's a money-making thing. For God's sakes, the other day you had somebody from Argentina came there to see the Rocky statue in the building. So it's a great tourism, but she's wrong. They should get another statue of both of them together. That's my opinion. I think they did take pictures and do all that. You know what, Sinos? That is a tremendous idea. And guess what? Where they put Rocky, they did it to kind of diminish him. And people like it. It's a little alcove. I drive by it every day coming into work. I've never driven by it that I can remember without at least three to 10 to 15 people in there every single day. They love it.

They love it, Dom. It's always packed there. And when we used to go there, you know, we've seen Rocket. Obviously, you know, that's the only time I ever watched the Academy Awards in the end when you got, you know, for Best Picture. So this lady is delusional. She's a typical left-wing lunatic that doesn't, she probably doesn't even know anything about boxing. Those two men are iconic. And I remember going to his bar on City Line Avenue, partying. And my brother met him a lot of times because he used to hang out at Haverford with a good friend of his. So, you know, nobody's taken nothing away from Joe Frazier. To my opinion, he was one of the best to me. What's your side, Zinos? My side today is Douglas, New Mexico in 1908 when Pancho Villa invaded New Mexico. And he invaded another city, and then they sent down. Pershing, Blackjack Pershing, to go down here and look for him. So that is mine, and it's like just about the turn of the century, 1908 has to do with, like I said, Douglas, New Mexico and another place he invented. That's my side. Thank you, Zinos. Yeah, that is the Old West coming into the New West. I'll take a name off the board. You can come up with someone exemplifies either Old or New West. I don't know about the New West, but Wyatt Earp. When you watch Tombstone at the end, they talk about he evolved. You know, he was the consultant on films, et cetera. And the Tombstone film is really well done. Stagecoach is a bit more elementary. But it is deemed as the Western film that the Mount Rushmore of all those films, hundreds of them, if not thousands. But hit us with something that might be New West on the side. And this whole thing with Joe Frazier. is Stephanie Farr thinks we have too many rocky statues. And she's trying to make this racial linking it to the slavery exhibit, which my story with the slavery exhibit is, I would just like the full story of America to be. That's part of the story of America. I wouldn't have taken an out in that manner as the Trump administration did. But how America has evolved is also the big picture part. But she links it to that and saying, well, Rocky is a fictional character. How can he be above someone like Joe Frazier? Look, Joe Frazier is being on or being moved from the ballpark to the art museum. But Rocky is the draw here. There is no doubt. And it's beyond money. It's putting on the map. It's Cheryl Parker wrote something glowing about this movement and how it suits both parties. And too many rocky statues. No, no, no, no, you know what this is about. Some of it's elitism. Some of it is about Stallone and Trump. You didn't see people gone after Stallone before pre-Trump when that became more apparent. All right, you can hit us with all of it. At 1.30, we're going to talk with John McCauley. Quite a hit last week. This is the guy who spoke up at City Council that we played. You got a little bit more sound. He's very active. might be running to be the chairman of the Philadelphia GOP and is an inspirational figure as far as, well, we got two of them going on now. We got this guy and we got Frankie Scales and he and his buddy that are out there in Philadelphia. They are really in the center of the action. He's really gung-ho and just kind of sprung on the scene. He'll be here at 1.30.

Here is Scott Jennings, and we're searching for it. Bob Casey even answered Scott Jennings last night asking the progressives on the panel about voter ID. This will be cut seven. All these people you're talking about, are they dumb that they won't be able to do this? Here's Jennings. I'm just saying it is a fact that a majority of Americans do not have passports. Many Americans, including white people, okay, do not have their original birth certificate or access to it. You didn't say what you said rural. I would love to offer the proof of it. Yeah, because that is also relevant. It doesn't matter to me where people... I guess I have a little more faith in rural America and married women than you. I don't know why you think why you're making this about whether you're smart or not. You're saying that they can't vote that they can't figure out how to register to vote. Scott, access to documentation of proof of where you were born or proof of citizenship is... is an additional thing that people will have to do. Black people actually have a barrier. It is a barrier. It is a barrier. This is exactly. Yes. Everybody that you know have their original birth certificate. Everybody that I know, I don't know. Everybody that I know. I mean, but I know where mine is. I know where my kids are. There are elderly people in this country who are 80 years old, and they haven't seen their original birth certificate in decades. They would need to provide proof of citizenship. It's not fearmongering at all. It's not fear of all. That's just a reality. And listen, Jim Crow's 2.0. They say that about the Georgia law. What happened? Voter participation. Scott, the fact here you won't answer why you still support. Okay, that gives us a flavor, Henry. Now, in the past, we haven't played you, Bob Casey, Jr. Hopefully. We'll find it one way or another. Oh, thank you. Here's Bob Casey Jr. It's not about voter ID. But when we said, you know what, the mail-in ballot, it's of akin to what Democrats do, the mail-in ballot, all right, the drop boxes, you've got to have only a few drop boxes. They have to be in secure places because we don't want 100 drop boxes out there. Who's going to be putting votes in? You know, we've been through this before, right? with the proliferation of drop boxes. Here's Bob Casey Jr.

saying, no, we need more of them, particularly out there on farms and all. He's talking about 95-year-old farmers who are not going to be able to vote in Pennsylvania unless you have those drop boxes right there. Here's Casey. You know, a lot of people back in 2020 who said, oh, you know, in Pennsylvania you had a big turnout for president in 2016, but that turnout's going to go way down. because it's a re-election and there's a pandemic and people won't vote and people will be afraid to vote. We went from about 6 million votes in 2016 to almost 6.9 million votes. Now, that didn't happen in our state just because people were more interested. It happened because we had pathways by way of a change in state law to allow them to vote, being able to vote early. Being able to vote by way of a mail-in ballot. Having a drop box. What if you're 90 years old and you live in a rural area in Pennsylvania? What if you live in a rural area and you can't get to the county election bureau to drop off your mail-in ballot? Shouldn't you have a drop box if you're 90 years old and you want to vote? What if you live on a farm? What if you're running a farm? And you've got a busy life. You're running a small business. Shouldn't you have the opportunity to vote or should you just be restricted to one day in the year, one day every year for a general election? And if you can't get to vote that day, then you're not able to vote. Why would we go back to those days? I would answer the senator who would never come on after we were face-to-face in media one time and face-to-face in Denver one time. It didn't go well to say, yeah, one day, just like we always did. But okay, we have mail-in balladie. We have a drop box here and there in an official site. Keep that one, Henry. That's always a good one. Thank you. We'll play it again. You notice what they're constantly doing. making it that we're making it impossible to vote. You've got a small business. How are you voting? You're a farmer. You're 90 years old on a farm. You're out there on the tractor. How are you going to vote? It's endless. They undermine voting integrity. So are we going to put drop boxes in every farm? How far it's too far, Senator? Well, I'm not answering that. I'm just doing this. And if I really get nuts with this, we may have to dig out Joe Sestack or get him back on. The former congressman, the admiral, we played it many times. We're at Cheney State debating on statewide TV. He tells me, at that point, we were headed toward voter ID. He had a woman today who wouldn't be able to vote because she didn't have this document. She was 90 or something. So I said, Joe, let's drop or whatever we do and get that photo right now. Even this show, sorry, he's not that important. That's when he tells the audience, well, we did get her. We did fix it. So I go to him, Joe, why did you just say that then? That's when he says to the host, that's what Dom doesn't understand. When two military officers have a disagreement, they should talk. My goodness, it's the same playbook again and again and again.

And then we're told, you guys are making people fearful of voting. You're making voting integrity. No, I'm not. It's idiots out in Chester County that are that can't send out stuff properly. All right, let's go to Gary in Newtown on Talk Radio 1210. Hey, Gary, when I told Roe the story yesterday, she said, oh, man, couldn't you have two winners? That was a great side yesterday. I got to tell you, I had two votes going in, and thankfully, Robert talked me off the ledge because I'm thinking, I had that all day long. And he goes, you missed the call that actually won. And I go, I give it to you, Robert. I'll take it for what you say. Well, let me say this. Your call was slightly better, but. The Mexico thing just hit me out of the, I was like, oh my God. I even told Henry after the show, something like that, we need an act of God. We have to put it up on my Twitter and have people vote. But then again, we thought of election shenanigans that happened. It was that close in my mind. Agony. But you know what? I got to live next to her for four years, so I still win. Yes. What do you have today? In my high school years at that. Oh, my God. That is just, oh, my God. Your dad was father of the year. Did your dad ever happen to say, oh, isn't that Jill Monroe out there, Farah Fawcett? Listen, all I can reflect back is I don't even remember 10th grade. I can imagine. What's your side, Gary? A couple of things real quickly. Your argument or debate on the Rocky versus Joe Frazier? Yes. I've got a picture of Joe Frazier with me and my dad, true story, and I'll show it to you when I see you next, at the Langhorne Speedway. That's how famous he was, and that's how much my dad loved him. My dad loved boxing. So I'm following that up with Zenos. But when this reporter, it gets me to the point where I'm so incensed. It's the same conversation of WNBA versus the NBA. There's no comparison. Just show me the money, Jerry. That's all that's about. Yeah, it is. Look, we're elevating Joe Frazier and rightfully so. We're bringing him to the art museum, putting him right there in a place. It's worked before. He might get more people there, Gary, than being at the top of the steps. So, uh, a hundred percent. And by the way, since we don't care about the senator in Maine, we can't get there. Joe, Joe, John Fetterman is the key. John Fetterman is our key. Absolutely. Gary, I need your side. Well, you are the master of social media. And I didn't ask you last week, John. Suddenly you sprung onto the scene. We have two. We have you and Frankie Scales who sprang onto the scene with Krasner. Where did John McCauley come from all of a sudden? First time I saw you was that city council back and forth. I've been around for a couple of years. We started going viral with the flag waves. in 2024 for President Trump, because in Philadelphia, they've never seen that before. A bunch of MAGA Republicans in northeast, West Philly, Center City, Mount Airy, Kensington. And so we started getting on the corners doing voter registrations and waving American flags and President Trump got to take the White House back. And we was going viral on TikTok. But I guess this year, because I went to that city council meeting, it took it up another notch. And I'm grateful for that.

Yeah, and again, you're a one-man band setting up interviews with this gym owner and how tough that was for him due to various things in Philadelphia, but you also held, I guess you'd call it a town hall over in Roxborough this week. What is it that people are telling you is of most importance to them? Well, well, the fraud. So even if I, whether I become chairman or not, I mean, the fraud is like, you know, people want answers. They want to, they want to know how can we get polls manned. so we can get the correct literature out and things of that nature. But also, they don't want to feel like a stranger. They don't want to feel like it's not okay to be a conservative Republican here in Philadelphia. So it's a comfortability thing. And that's what a lot. It's more clips coming with me and that gym owner, but like you said, like it's so much going on. I have to create the time to get those clips up there so you can see what that whole town hall was about. Oh, your podcast, John, is what you're scared to say. What do you try to do in your podcast? Do you interview people or is it events you do and you put it up there? Well, no, I haven't been able. It's a funny thing because I've been so busy, but it's a good busy. Okay, so I want to say that. But I've been so busy with this Civil War, quote, unquote, trying to get Vex Framity out of this chairmanship and also finding the correct candidates also during the town halls. But on my podcast, I haven't even had a chance to. start the new season this year. But I've been bringing conservative candidates on to what you're scared to say podcast, conservative activists, and showing Philadelphia, because all I ever got growing up was Democrat literature, Democrat candidates. I didn't even, I know Republicans, it's not like we knew Republicans ran, but Philadelphia has never been a focus point for the Pennsylvania GOP. And so we've been ringing an alarm. Stacey Garrity, we need you to come to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania GOP. Pay attention to Philadelphia. Is Maga Republicans here and you're looking for leadership? You know, that's a great point, John. We say it all the time because it's all the numbers game. If we do better in Philadelphia, even incrementally, even slightly. And as you know, Trump made inroads in 2024 that were historic. Then you're going to win the state. Stacey Garrity's not well known enough here. You know, we'll point out to her you're a guy to talk with and to take a look at around this.

John, you said you didn't see too many Republicans at all. Where did you grow up? What section of the city? I'm in a better section of the city. I'm in Mount Airy. Okay. So I'm in the same section as Cheryl Parker. But I've been, you know, I lived in all different parts. I lived in South Philly. I lived in North Philly. But I, but most of my life I grew up in Mount Airy. Well, in Mount Airy, I'm in Germantown, John, so we're neighbors. I would say it's probably, look, on the upside of Mount Airy, it was the best example of the races coming together early on, even early 60s to integrate me together. The downside is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would not be seen as progressive enough in certain sections of Mount Airy. You know, it's that type of place. Right. It's that type of radical crazy place here. Yeah, exactly. So, John, what's next for you? What are you going to be up to next? I'm just for relentless right now. So what you see me doing is because people want this magical answer to try to flip Philadelphia. It is engagement, it's education, it's town halls, it's podcasting, is voter registration. So I'm going to continue doing what you see. I'm going to still go to city council meetings. I went this morning. So I want to break the news here on your show that because nobody knows this yet, not a single soul but Mina, the founder of Flipfully Red. Get another video is coming. I was there this morning. And so after I get off this show, I will upload what happened at the city council meeting this morning. Oh, well, send it to us. I'll put you on home. Well, you're in Zoom. So today they wanted to get the Governor Josh Shapiro in the General Assembly a pat on the back for a state tax credit that was in the budget that he did, they got through last year. And so when I looked at, I did my research and I saw that the max of the state tax credit was $805. That's the max that somebody could get. But the average per person was between $200 to $240. So I just went there and I just thought about, well, with all this extra spending that he's doing and how he's not business friendly with the corporations or small businesses and their over-regulation. And so they don't talk like this inside of these chambers. They don't talk like this in these Democrat communities. It's all a bunch of fluff. So I gave the conservative policy and a conservative perspective, and I challenged them on it. I'm not patting them on the back for that. I hear you. John, where do we find you on X or Twitter? about them putting more military people onto the island of Guam, which I think is bigger than Wildwood. And Wildwood on a summer weekend might have 150,000 people there. It's been guesstimated. The boardwalk alone might have 20,000. Oak Avenue might have 5,000. Oh, my God. Could that island capsize? Here's the immortal Congressman Hank Johnson. This is an island that at its widest level is, what, 12 miles from shore to shore, and at the smallest level, it's seven miles between one shore and the smallest location, it's seven miles between one shore and the other. Is that correct? I don't have the exact dimensions. Imagine the admiral here. To your point, sir, I think Guam is a small island. Very small island and about 24 miles, if I recall, long. So 24 miles long, about seven miles wide at the least widest place on the island in about 20. about 12 miles wide, on the widest part of the island. And I don't know how many square miles that is. Do you happen to know? I don't have that figure with me, sir. I can certainly supply it to you if you like. Get the math books out. My fear is that the whole island will become so... overly populated that it will tip over and and capsize. We don't anticipate that. I got to say. All right.
